This UNESCO global leadership programme equips emerging leaders to drive intercultural dialogue as a strategy for addressing global challenges. The programme aims to empower a new generation to lead transformative action locally, nationally, and globally.

Theme for 2025-2026: “Learning to collaborate for a shared future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move”.

What the programme offers

• Capacity-Building: online training workshops to develop intercultural leadership skills and prepare for project implementation.
• Ongoing Learning & Mentorship: continuous support, knowledge-sharing, and personalised coaching as you implement your project.
• Grant award: a $10,000 grant upon approval to implement the project over six months (November 2025 – May 2026).
• Participation in a wide range of events, like the Global Youth Dialogue for Peace
• UNESCO Resources: access to UNESCO resources, toolkits, and opportunities to contribute to global policy advocacy.

Who can apply

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be between 25 and 45 years old as of 1 September 2025.
• Have a proven record of leadership in their field.
• Demonstrate a commitment to intercultural dialogue and social impact.
• Have the potential to influence and create change within their communities.
• Be available to participate in all components of the programme.

Community-led projects must:

• Align with the theme: ‘Learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move’.
• Be able to be implemented within six months.
• Be of local or national scope.

A Solidarity Project is a non-profit solidarity activity initiated, developed and implemented by young people themselves for a period from 2 to 12 months. It gives a group of minimum 5 young persons the chance to express solidarity by taking responsibility and committing themselves to bring positive change in their local community, although some of them can also tackle regional or even national issues.

Who can take part

A group of minimum 5 young people, aged between 18 and 30 years, who are legally residing in one in one and the same EU Member State or a third country associated to the Programme and have registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal.

How does it work

Solidarity Projects should address key challenges within the communities but should also clearly present European added value.

Participation in a solidarity project is an important non-formal learning experience through which young people can enhance their personal, educational, social and civic development.

A solidarity project will typically consist of the following stages:

- Planning;

- Preparation;

- Implementation of the activities;

- Follow-up (including the evaluation of the activities as well as the dissemination of the project's result).

The activities will take place in the country of residence of the participants.

In cases in which the project addresses cross-border challenges, project activities can also take place in cross-border regions of the EU Member States, third countries associated to the Programme and third countries non-associated to the Programme sharing the border with the country of the applicant.

One of the participants will assume the role of a legal representative who will be in charge of submitting the application (unless an organisation applies on behalf of the group). 

Young people implementing Solidarity Projects should design accessible and inclusive activities, taking into account the needs of participants with fewer opportunities.

Special funding for the participation of young people with fewer opportunities is available both for the members of the group and the target group.

Solidarity Projects should promote environmentally sustainable and responsible behaviour among participants, raising awareness about the importance of acting to reduce or compensate for the environmental footprint of activities.

Organisation

A group of young people who plan a solidarity project can also seek support from an organisation which can be any public or private body. 

An organisation may apply on their behalf for a grant under the European Solidarity Corps. 

The role of the organisation should be mainly administrative, to support the group in the project life-cycle administrative and financial tasks. However, it can also offer support and guidance in identifying and documenting learning outcomes.

Coach

Young people carrying out a Solidarity Project may be supported by a coach, a volunteer or professional person, who could have youth work experience to accompany groups of young people and support their participation. 

Funding

630 EUR per month.

Who can submit the application

The group that will implement the project. One of the young people in the group assumes the role of the legal representative and takes the responsibility of applying.

Any public or private body that will implement the project on behalf of the group should submit the application to the national agency of the country where the applicant is legally resident.

Deadlines

 - 20 February at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1^st June and 31^st December of the same year; 

- (Optional round) 7 May at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1 August and 31 December of the same year;

- 1 October at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1^st January and 31^st May of the following year.

National Agencies may organise three selection rounds by setting three deadlines as above or only the first (20 February) and the last (1 October) one.

Les jeunes qui mettent en œuvre des projets de solidarité doivent concevoir des activités accessibles et inclusives, en tenant compte des besoins des participants ayant moins d'opportunités. Un financement spécial pour la participation des jeunes ayant moins d'opportunités est disponible à la fois pour les membres du groupe et pour le groupe cible.

Les projets de solidarité doivent promouvoir un comportement écologiquement durable et responsable parmi les participants, en les sensibilisant à l'importance d'agir pour réduire ou compenser l'empreinte environnementale des activités.

Les projets doivent également utiliser des outils numériques et des méthodes d'apprentissage pour compléter les activités physiques.

Organisation

Un groupe de jeunes qui envisage de faire un projet de solidarité peut également solliciter le soutien d'une organisation, qui peut être un organisme public ou privé.

Une organisation peut demander en leur nom une subvention au titre du Corps européen de solidarité.

Le rôle de l'organisation doit être principalement administratif, pour soutenir le groupe dans les tâches administratives et financières du cycle de vie du projet. Cependant, elle peut également offrir un soutien et des conseils pour identifier et diffuser les résultats.

Coaching

Les jeunes qui réalisent un projet de solidarité peuvent être soutenus par un coach, un volontaire ou un professionnel, qui a une expérience de travail avec les jeunes.

Il peut jouer différents rôles en fonction des besoins d'un groupe de jeunes donné. Le coach reste en dehors du projet de solidarité, il ne peut être membre du groupe, ni avoir de liens avec l'organisation candidate.

Le coach peut soutenir le groupe de jeunes dans la préparation, la mise en œuvre et l'évaluation de leur projet en fonction des besoins du groupe.

Qui peut soumettre la demande

Tout organisme public ou privé au nom du groupe qui mettra en œuvre le projet doit soumettre la candidature à l'Agence nationale du pays où le candidat réside légalement.

Ein Solidaritätsprojekt ist eine nicht gewinnorientierte Solidaritätsaktivität, die von jungen Menschen selbst initiiert, entwickelt und für einen Zeitraum von 2 bis 12 Monaten durchgeführt wird. Es gibt einer Gruppe von mindestens fünf jungen Menschen die Möglichkeit, ihre Solidarität zum Ausdruck zu bringen, indem sie Verantwortung übernehmen und sich verpflichten, positive Veränderungen in ihrer lokalen Gemeinschaft herbeizuführen, obwohl einige von ihnen auch regionale oder sogar nationale Themen angehen können.

Die Solidaritätsprojekte sollten sich mit den wichtigsten Herausforderungen in den Gemeinschaften befassen, gegebenenfalls auch mit denen, die in den Grenzregionen gemeinsam ermittelt wurden, und sie sollten auch einen europäischen Mehrwert bieten.

Wer teilnehmen kann

Eine Gruppe von mindestens 5 jungen Menschen im Alter zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren, die ihren rechtmäßigen Wohnsitz in ein und demselben EU-Mitgliedstaat oder einem mit dem Programm assoziierten Drittland haben und sich im Portal des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps registriert haben.

Wie es funktioniert

 Solidaritätsprojekte sollten die zentralen Herausforderungen in den Gemeinden angehen, aber auch einen deutlichen europäischen Mehrwert bieten. Die Teilnahme an einem Solidaritätsprojekt ist eine wichtige nicht formale Lernerfahrung, durch die junge Menschen ihre persönliche, erzieherische, soziale und staatsbürgerliche Entwicklung fördern können. Ein Solidaritätsprojekt besteht in der Regel aus folgenden Phasen:

1. Planung
2. Vorbereitung;
3. Umsetzung der Aktivitäten;
4. Follow-up (einschließlich der Bewertung der Aktivitäten sowie der Verbreitung der Projektergebnisse).

Die Aktivitäten finden in dem Land statt, in dem die Teilnehmer ihren Wohnsitz haben, um die Teilnahme benachteiligter junger Menschen zu erleichtern, die möglicherweise Schwierigkeiten haben, sich an transnationalen Aktivitäten zu beteiligen.

In Fällen, in denen das Projekt grenzüberschreitende Herausforderungen angeht, können die Projektaktivitäten auch in grenzüberschreitenden Regionen der EU-Mitgliedstaaten, in mit dem Programm assoziierten Drittländern und in nicht mit dem Programm assoziierten Drittländern, die eine gemeinsame Grenze mit dem Land des Antragstellers haben, stattfinden.

Einer der Teilnehmer übernimmt die Rolle eines gesetzlichen Vertreters, der für die Einreichung des Antrags zuständig ist (es sei denn, eine Organisation stellt den Antrag im Namen der Gruppe).

Junge Menschen, die Solidaritätsprojekte durchführen, sollten zugängliche und integrative Aktivitäten konzipieren und dabei die Bedürfnisse von Teilnehmern mit geringeren Möglichkeiten berücksichtigen.

Für die Teilnahme benachteiligter junger Menschen stehen sowohl für die Mitglieder der Gruppe als auch für die Zielgruppe spezielle Fördermittel zur Verfügung.

Solidaritätsprojekte sollten bei den Teilnehmern ein ökologisch nachhaltiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Verhalten fördern und das Bewusstsein dafür schärfen, wie wichtig es ist, den ökologischen Fußabdruck von Aktivitäten zu verringern oder auszugleichen.

Die Projekte sollten auch digitale Werkzeuge und Lernmethoden einsetzen, um die physischen Aktivitäten zu ergänzen.

Die Projekte sollten jungen Menschen auch die Möglichkeit bieten, sich aktiv am demokratischen Leben zu beteiligen und teilzunehmen.

Organisation

Eine Gruppe junger Menschen, die ein Solidaritätsprojekt plant, kann auch die Unterstützung einer Organisation beantragen, bei der es sich um eine öffentliche oder private Einrichtung handeln kann.

Eine Organisation kann in ihrem Namen einen Zuschuss aus dem Europäischen Solidaritätskorps beantragen.

Die Rolle der Organisation sollte hauptsächlich administrativer Natur sein, um die Gruppe bei den administrativen und finanziellen Aufgaben während des Projektlebenszyklus zu unterstützen. Sie kann jedoch auch Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Ermittlung und Dokumentation von Lernergebnissen anbieten.

Trainer

Junge Menschen, die ein Solidaritätsprojekt durchführen, können von einem Trainer, einem Freiwilligen oder einer professionellen Person unterstützt werden, die Erfahrung in der Jugendarbeit haben könnte, um Gruppen junger Menschen zu begleiten und ihre Teilnahme zu unterstützen.

Er/sie kann je nach den Bedürfnissen einer bestimmten Gruppe junger Menschen verschiedene Rollen übernehmen. Der Trainer bleibt außerhalb des Solidaritätsprojekts, darf kein Mitglied der Gruppe sein und auch keine Verbindung zu der antragstellenden Organisation (falls vorhanden) haben.

Der Trainer kann die Gruppe junger Menschen bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Bewertung ihres Projekts unterstützen, je nach den Bedürfnissen der Gruppe.

Wer kann den Antrag stellen?

Die Gruppe, die das Projekt durchführen wird. Einer der jungen Menschen in der Gruppe übernimmt die Rolle des gesetzlichen Vertreters und ist für die Einreichung des Antrags verantwortlich.

Jede öffentliche oder private Einrichtung, die im Namen der Gruppe das Projekt durchführt, sollte den Antrag bei der Nationalen Agentur des Landes einreichen, in dem der Antragsteller seinen rechtmäßigen Wohnsitz hat.

A szolidaritási projekt olyan nonprofit szolidaritási tevékenység, amelyet maguk a fiatalok kezdeményeznek, fejlesztenek és hajtanak végre 2-12 hónapos időtartamra. Egy legalább 5 fiatalból álló csoportnak lehetőséget ad arra, hogy kifejezze szolidaritását azáltal, hogy felelősséget vállal és elkötelezi magát amellett, hogy pozitív változást hoz a helyi közösségében, bár egyesek regionális vagy akár országos problémákkal is foglalkozhatnak.

Kik vehetnek részt?

Hogyan működik?

A szolidaritási projektben való részvétel fontos nem formális tanulási tapasztalat, amely révén a fiatalok személyes, oktatási, társadalmi és állampolgári fejlődésüket erősíthetik.

Egy szolidaritási projekt jellemzően a következő szakaszokból áll:

• Tervezés;
• Előkészítés;
• A tevékenységek végrehajtása;
• Nyomon követés (beleértve a tevékenységek értékelését, valamint a projekt eredményeinek terjesztését).

A tevékenységekre a résztvevők lakóhelye szerinti országban kerül sor, megkönnyítve a kevesebb lehetőséggel rendelkező fiatalok részvételét, akiknek nehézséget okozhat a transznacionális tevékenységekben való részvétel.

Azokban az esetekben, amikor a projekt határokon átnyúló kihívásokkal foglalkozik, a projekttevékenységek az EU tagállamainak határokon átnyúló régióiban, a programhoz társult harmadik országokban és a programhoz nem társult harmadik országokban is megvalósulhatnak, amelyeknek közös határa van a pályázó országával. A résztvevők közül az egyik résztvevő vállalja a jogi képviselő szerepét, aki a pályázat benyújtásáért felel (kivéve, ha egy szervezet a csoport nevében pályázik). 

A szolidaritási projekteket megvalósító fiataloknak hozzáférhető és befogadó tevékenységeket kell tervezniük, figyelembe véve a kevesebb lehetőséggel rendelkező résztvevők igényeit.

A hátrányos helyzetű fiatalok részvételére külön finanszírozás áll rendelkezésre mind a csoport tagjai, mind a célcsoport számára. A szolidaritási projekteknek elő kell mozdítaniuk a résztvevők körében a környezeti szempontból fenntartható és felelős magatartást, tudatosítva a tevékenységek környezeti lábnyomának csökkentése vagy kompenzálása érdekében tett lépések fontosságát. A projekteknek a fizikai tevékenységeket kiegészítő digitális eszközöket és tanulási módszereket is fel kell használniuk. 

A projekteknek megfelelő lehetőségeket kell nyújtaniuk a fiataloknak a demokratikus életben való aktív részvételre.

Szervezet

A szolidaritási projektet tervező fiatalok egy csoportja támogatást kérhet egy szervezettől is, amely lehet bármilyen állami vagy magánszervezet. 

Egy szervezet a nevükben pályázhat az Európai Szolidaritási Testület keretében nyújtott támogatásra. 

A szervezet szerepe elsősorban adminisztratív jellegű lehet, a csoportot a projekt életciklusának adminisztratív és pénzügyi feladataiban kell támogatnia. Ugyanakkor támogatást és útmutatást is nyújthat a tanulási eredmények meghatározásában és dokumentálásában.

Coach

A szolidaritási projektet megvalósító fiatalokat egy coach, egy önkéntes vagy hivatásos személy támogathatja, aki ifjúsági munkában szerzett tapasztalattal rendelkezhet, hogy a fiatalok csoportjait kísérje, és támogassa részvételüket. 

Az adott fiatalcsoport igényeitől függően különböző szerepeket tölthet be. A coach a Szolidaritási projekten kívül marad, nem lehet a csoport tagja, és nem állhat kapcsolatban a pályázó szervezettel (ha van ilyen). 

A coach a csoport igényei alapján támogathatja a fiatalok csoportját a projekt előkészítésében, végrehajtásában és értékelésében.

Ki nyújthat be pályázatot?

A projektet megvalósító csoport. A csoport egyik fiatalja vállalja a törvényes képviselő szerepét, és vállalja a pályázat benyújtásának felelősségét.

A projektet megvalósító csoport nevében bármely köz- vagy magánszervezetnek be kell nyújtania a pályázatot annak az országnak a nemzeti ügynökségéhez, ahol a pályázó jogszerűen tartózkodik.

A pályázat benyújtására vonatkozó további utasítások az Európai Szolidaritási Testület útmutatójának "E" részében találhatók.

Határidők

• Február 23., 12:00 óra az ugyanazon év június 1-je és december 31-e között induló projektek esetében; 
• (fakultatív forduló) május 4. 12:00 óra az ugyanazon év augusztus 1-je és december 31-e között induló projektek esetében;
• Október 4-én 12:00 órakor a következő év január 1-je és május 31-e között induló projektek esetében.

A nemzeti irodák három kiválasztási fordulót szervezhetnek a fenti három határidő meghatározásával, vagy csak az első (február 23.) és az utolsó (október 4.) fordulót.

Danno ai giovani la possibilità di prendere l'iniziativa per rispondere ai problemi e alle sfide che li circondano, nella comunità locale in cui vivono, ma anche a livello regionale o addirittura nazionale. I progetti di solidarietà devono affrontare le sfide chiave all'interno delle comunità, comprese quelle identificate congiuntamente nelle regioni di confine, e devono anche presentare un valore aggiunto europeo.

Chi può partecipare
Un gruppo di almeno 5 giovani, di età compresa tra i 18 e i 30 anni, legalmente residenti nello stesso paese partecipante e registrati nel Portale del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà.

Come funziona
I progetti di solidarietà dovrebbero affrontare le sfide chiave all'interno delle comunità, ma presentare anche un chiaro valore aggiunto europeo. Il ruolo dell'organizzazione dovrebbe essere principalmente amministrativo, per sostenere il gruppo nel ciclo di vita del progetto in termini amministrativi e finanziari. Tuttavia, può anche offrire supporto e guida nell'identificazione e nella documentazione dei risultati dell'apprendimento.

Coach
I giovani che realizzano un Progetto di Solidarietà possono essere sostenuti da un coach, un volontario o un professionista, con esperienza nell’animazione giovanile per accompagnare gruppi di giovani e sostenere la loro partecipazione. Può svolgere ruoli diversi a seconda delle esigenze di un determinato gruppo di giovani. Il coach rimane fuori dal Progetto di Solidarietà, non può essere un membro del gruppo, né ha legami con l'organizzazione richiedente (se esiste). Il coach può sostenere il gruppo di giovani nella preparazione, realizzazione e valutazione del loro progetto in base alle esigenze del gruppo.

Qualsiasi ente pubblico o privato per conto del gruppo che realizzerà il progetto deve presentare la domanda all'Agenzia Nazionale del paese in cui il richiedente risiede legalmente. 

Scadenze

- 23 febbraio alle 12:00 (mezzogiorno, ora di Bruxelles) per i progetti che iniziano tra il 1° giugno e il 31 dicembre dello stesso anno; 
- (round facoltativo) 4 maggio alle 12:00 (mezzogiorno, ora di Bruxelles) per i progetti che iniziano tra il 1° agosto e il 31 dicembre dello stesso anno;

Um Projeto de Solidariedade é uma atividade de solidariedade sem fins lucrativos iniciada, desenvolvida e implementada pelos próprios jovens durante um período de 2 a 12 meses. Dá a um grupo de, no mínimo, 5 jovens a oportunidade de expressar a sua solidariedade, assumindo a responsabilidade e comprometendo-se a promover mudanças positivas na sua comunidade local, embora alguns deles possam também abordar questões regionais ou mesmo nacionais.

Quem pode participar

Um grupo de, no mínimo, 5 jovens, com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos, que residam legalmente num mesmo Estado-Membro da UE ou num país terceiro associado ao programa e que se tenham inscrito no Portal do Corpo Europeu de Solidariedade.

Como funciona

Os projetos de solidariedade devem abordar os principais desafios das comunidades, mas também devem apresentar claramente o valor acrescentado europeu.

A participação num projeto de solidariedade é uma importante experiência de aprendizagem não formal através da qual os jovens podem melhorar o seu desenvolvimento pessoal, educativo, social e cívico.

Um projeto de solidariedade consiste normalmente nas seguintes etapas:

• Planeamento;
• Preparação;
• Implementação das atividades;
• Acompanhamento (incluindo a avaliação das atividades, bem como a divulgação dos resultados do projeto).

As atividades decorrem no país de residência dos participantes, facilitando a participação de jovens com menos oportunidades que possam ter dificuldades em participar em atividades transnacionais.

Nos casos em que o projeto aborda desafios transfronteiriços, as atividades do projeto também podem ter lugar em regiões transfronteiriças dos Estados-Membros da UE, países terceiros associados ao programa e países terceiros não associados ao programa que partilham a fronteira com o país do candidato.

Um dos participantes assumirá o papel de representante legal e será responsável pela apresentação da candidatura (exceto se uma organização se candidatar em nome do grupo). 

Os jovens que executam projetos de solidariedade devem conceber atividades acessíveis e inclusivas, tendo em conta as necessidades dos participantes com menos oportunidades.

 Está disponível um financiamento especial para a participação de jovens com menos oportunidades, tanto para os membros do grupo como para o grupo-alvo.

Os Projetos de Solidariedade devem promover um comportamento ambientalmente sustentável e responsável entre os participantes, sensibilizando-os para a importância de agir para reduzir ou compensar a pegada ambiental das atividades.

Organização

Um grupo de jovens que planeie um projeto de solidariedade pode também procurar o apoio de uma organização, que pode ser qualquer organismo público ou privado. 

Uma organização pode candidatar-se em representação do grupo a uma subvenção ao abrigo do Corpo Europeu de Solidariedade. 

O papel da organização deve ser principalmente administrativo, para apoiar o grupo nas tarefas administrativas e financeiras do ciclo de vida do projeto. No entanto, também pode oferecer apoio e orientação na identificação e documentação dos resultados de aprendizagem.

Orientador

Os jovens que realizam um projeto de solidariedade podem ser apoiados por um orientador, um voluntário ou um profissional, que tenha experiência de trabalho com jovens para acompanhar grupos de jovens e apoiar a sua participação. 

 Pode desempenhar diferentes papéis, consoante as necessidades de um determinado grupo de jovens. O orientador permanece fora do Projeto de Solidariedade, não pode ser membro do grupo, nem ter ligações com a organização candidata (caso exista). 

 O orientador pode apoiar o grupo de jovens na preparação, execução e avaliação do seu projeto, com base nas necessidades do grupo.

Financiamento

630 EUR/mês

Quem pode submeter a candidatura

O grupo que irá implementar o projeto. Um dos jovens do grupo assume o papel de representante legal e assume a responsabilidade de apresentar a candidatura.

Qualquer organismo público ou privado em nome do grupo que irá executar o projeto deve apresentar a candidatura à Agência Nacional do país onde o candidato reside legalmente.

Prazos de candidatura

- 20 de fevereiro às 12h00 (meio-dia, hora de Bruxelas) para os projetos que têm início entre 1 de junho e 31 de dezembro do mesmo ano; 

- (ronda facultativa) 7 de maio às 12h00 (meio-dia, hora de Bruxelas) para os projetos que têm início entre 1 de agosto e 31 de dezembro do mesmo ano;

- 8 de outubro às 12h00 (meio-dia, hora de Bruxelas) para os projetos que têm início entre 1 de janeiro e 31 de maio do ano seguinte.

As Agências Nacionais podem organizar três rondas de seleção, fixando os três prazos acima referidos ou apenas o primeiro (20 de fevereiro) e o último (1 de outubro).

Un proiect de solidaritate este o activitate de solidaritate non-profit inițiată, dezvoltată și implementată de către tineri, care durează între 2 și 12 luni. Acesta oferă unui grup de minimum 5 tineri șansa de a-și exprima solidaritatea prin asumarea responsabilității și prin angajamentul de a aduce schimbări pozitive în comunitatea lor locală, iar unele dintre ele pot aborda și probleme regionale sau chiar naționale.

Proiectele de solidaritate trebuie să abordeze principalele provocări din cadrul comunităților, acolo unde este cazul, inclusiv cele identificate în comun în regiunile de frontieră, și trebuie să prezinte, de asemenea, o valoare adăugată europeană.

Cine poate participa

Un grup de minimum 5 tineri, cu vârste cuprinse între 18 și 30 de ani, care au reședința legală în una și aceeași țară participantă (Austria, Belgia, Bulgaria, Croația, Cipru, Republica Cehă, Danemarca, Estonia, Finlanda, Franța, Germania, Grecia, Ungaria, Irlanda, Italia, Letonia, Lituania, Luxemburg, Malta, Olanda, Polonia, Portugalia, România, Slovacia, Slovenia, Spania, Suedia, Regatul Unit, Islanda, Republica Macedonia de Nord, Turcia) și care s-au înregistrat în portalul Corpului European de Solidaritate. 

Cum funcționeazã

Proiectele de solidaritate trebuie să răspundă provocărilor din cadrul comunităților, dar trebuie să prezinte în mod clar valoare adăugată europeană.

Participarea la un proiect de solidaritate este o experiență importantă de învățare nonformală prin care tinerii se pot dezvolta din punct de vedere personal, educațional, social și civic.

Un proiect de solidaritate este constituit, în mod obișnuit, din următoarele etape:

• Planificare;
• Pregătire;
• Implementare activități;
• Urmărire (inclusiv evaluarea activităților, precum și diseminarea rezultatelor proiectului).

Activitățile vor avea loc în țara de reședință a participanților, facilitând participarea tinerilor cu oportunități reduse care ar putea întâmpina dificultăți privind implicarea în activități transnaționale.

Unul dintre participanți își va asuma rolul de reprezentant legal care va fi responsabil de trimiterea cererii de candidatură (cu excepția cazului în care o organizație trimite candidatura în numele grupului).

Grupul va organiza distribuirea sarcinilor și responsabilităților, coordonarea activităților în raport cu obiectivele proiectului.

Finanțarea specială pentru participarea tinerilor cu oportunități reduse este disponibilă atât pentru membrii grupului, cât și pentru grupul țintă. 

Proiectele de solidaritate ar trebui să promoveze în rândul participanților un comportament durabil și responsabil din punct de vedere ecologic, sensibilizându-i cu privire la importanța de a acționa pentru a reduce sau compensa amprenta ecologică a activităților.

Proiectele ar trebui să utilizeze, de asemenea, instrumente digitale și metode de învățare pentru a completa activitățile fizice.

Proiectele ar trebui, de asemenea, să ofere tinerilor oportunități relevante de a se angaja și de a participa activ la viața democratică.

Organizare

Un grup de tineri care planifică un proiect de solidaritate poate, de asemenea, să caute sprijin din partea unei organizații care poate fi orice organism public sau privat.

O organizație poate depune candidatura în numele lor pentru un grant în cadrul Corpului European de Solidaritate.

Rolul organizației trebui să fie, în special, administrativ, să sprijine grupul privind sarcinile administrative și financiare pe durata proiectului. Cu toate acestea, organizația poate oferi și sprijin și îndrumare în identificarea și documentarea rezultatelor învățării.

Coach

Tinerii care desfășoară un proiect de solidaritate pot fi sprijiniți de un coach, un voluntar sau un profesionist, care ar putea avea experiență în munca de tineret pentru coordonarea grupurilor de tineri și pentru sprijinirea participării acestora.

Ea/el poate juca roluri diferite în funcție de nevoile unui anumit grup de tineri. Coach-ul rămâne în afara proiectului de solidaritate, nu poate fi membru al grupului și nici nu are legături cu organizația care trimite candidatura (dacă există).

Coach-ul poate sprijini grupul de tineri în pregătirea, implementarea și evaluarea proiectului, pe baza nevoilor grupului.

Cine poate trimite candidatura

Orice organism public sau privat trebuie să trimită formularul de candidatură în numele grupului care va implementa proiectul, la Agenția Națională a țării în care candidatul își are reședința legală.

Termene limită

• 23 februarie, ora 12:00 (amiază, ora Bruxelles-ului), pentru proiectele care încep în perioada 1 iunie – 31 decembrie a aceluiași an;

Solidárny projekt je nezisková solidárna aktivita, ktorú iniciovali, rozvíjali a realizovali sami mladí ľudia na obdobie 2 až 12 mesiacov. Skupine minimálne 5 mladých ľudí dáva šancu prejaviť solidaritu tým, že prevezmú zodpovednosť a zaviažu sa priniesť pozitívnu zmenu vo svojej miestnej komunite, hoci niektorí z nich môžu riešiť aj regionálne alebo dokonca národné problémy.

Projekty solidarity by sa mali zaoberať kľúčovými výzvami v rámci komunít, podľa potreby vrátane tých, ktoré boli spoločne identifikované v pohraničných regiónoch, a mali by tiež predstavovať európsku pridanú hodnotu.

Kto sa môže zúčastniť

Skupina minimálne 5 mladých ľudí vo veku od 18 do 30 rokov, ktorí majú legálny pobyt v jednom a tom istom členskom štáte EÚ alebo tretej krajine pridruženej k programu a sú zaregistrovaní na portáli Európskeho zboru solidarity.

Ako to funguje

Solidárne projekty by mali riešiť kľúčové výzvy v rámci komunít, ale mali by tiež jasne predstavovať európsku pridanú hodnotu.

Účasť na solidárnom projekte je dôležitou neformálnou vzdelávacou skúsenosťou, prostredníctvom ktorej môžu mladí ľudia zlepšiť svoj osobný, vzdelávací, sociálny a občiansky rozvoj.

Solidárny projekt zvyčajne pozostáva z týchto fáz:

- plánovanie;

- Príprava;

- Implementácia aktivít;

- Následná činnosť (vrátane hodnotenia aktivít, ako aj šírenia výsledkov projektu).

Aktivity sa budú konať v krajine bydliska účastníkov, čím sa uľahčí účasť mladých ľudí s obmedzenými príležitosťami, ktorí sa môžu stretnúť s ťažkosťami pri zapájaní sa do nadnárodných aktivít.

V prípadoch, keď projekt rieši cezhraničné výzvy, projektové aktivity sa môžu uskutočňovať aj v cezhraničných regiónoch členských štátov EÚ, tretích krajín pridružených k programu a tretích krajín nepridružených k programu, ktoré majú spoločnú hranicu s krajinou žiadateľa.

Jeden z účastníkov prevezme úlohu právneho zástupcu, ktorý bude mať na starosti podanie prihlášky (pokiaľ sa v mene skupiny nehlási organizácia).

Mladí ľudia, ktorí realizujú projekty solidarity, by mali navrhnúť dostupné a inkluzívne aktivity, berúc do úvahy potreby účastníkov s obmedzenými príležitosťami.

Pre členov skupiny aj cieľovú skupinu je k dispozícii osobitné financovanie na účasť mladých ľudí s obmedzenými príležitosťami.

Projekty solidarity by mali podporovať environmentálne udržateľné a zodpovedné správanie medzi účastníkmi a zvyšovať povedomie o dôležitosti konania na zníženie alebo kompenzáciu environmentálnej stopy činností.

Projekty by mali využívať aj digitálne nástroje a vzdelávacie metódy na doplnenie fyzických aktivít.

Projekty by tiež mali mladým ľuďom ponúkať relevantné príležitosti na aktívne zapojenie sa a účasť na demokratickom živote.

Organizácia

Skupina mladých ľudí, ktorá plánuje solidárny projekt, môže tiež požiadať o podporu organizácie, ktorou môže byť akýkoľvek verejný alebo súkromný orgán.

Organizácia môže v ich mene požiadať o grant v rámci Európskeho zboru solidarity.

Úloha organizácie by mala byť hlavne administratívna, aby podporovala skupinu v životnom cykle projektu v administratívnych a finančných úlohách. Môže však tiež ponúknuť podporu a poradenstvo pri identifikácii a dokumentovaní výsledkov vzdelávania.

Kouč

Mladých ľudí realizujúcich solidárny projekt môže podporiť tréner, dobrovoľník alebo profesionál, ktorý by mohol mať skúsenosti s prácou s mládežou, aby mohol sprevádzať skupiny mladých ľudí a podporovať ich účasť.

Môže hrať rôzne roly v závislosti od potrieb danej skupiny mladých ľudí. Kouč zostáva mimo projektu, nemôže byť členom skupiny, ani nemá prepojenie s organizáciou, ktorá podáva žiadosť (ak existuje).

Kouč môže podporovať skupinu mladých ľudí pri príprave, realizácii a hodnotení ich projektu na základe potrieb skupiny.

Financovanie

630 EUR za mesiac.

Kto môže podať prihlášku

Skupina, ktorá bude projekt realizovať. Jeden z mladých ľudí v skupine preberá úlohu zákonného zástupcu a preberá zodpovednosť za podanie žiadosti.

Každý verejný alebo súkromný orgán v mene skupiny, ktorá bude projekt realizovať, by mal predložiť žiadosť národnej agentúre krajiny, v ktorej má žiadateľ legálny pobyt.

Predkladacie termíny

 - 20. február o 12:00 (bruselský čas) pre projekty začínajúce medzi 1. júnom a 31. decembrom toho istého roku;

The Solidarity projects (part of the European Solidarity Corps) are volunteering projects initiated, developed and implemented by a group of at least 5 young people lasting from 2 to 12 months. They give young people the chance take the initiative to respond to the issues and challenges around them, in the local community they live in, although some of them can also tackle regional or even national issues. Solidarity Projects should have an impact on the local community by addressing local issues, targeting a specific group or developing local opportunities (particularly in communities located in rural, isolated or marginalised areas) but also through involving different actors and developing new partnerships.

Who can take part

A group of minimum 5 young people, aged between 18 and 30 years, who are legally residing in one and the same participating country (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Turkey) and have registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal.

How does it work

Solidarity Projects should address key challenges within the communities but should also clearly present European added value.
Participation in a solidarity project is an important non-formal learning experience through which young people can enhance their personal, educational, social and civic development.
A solidarity project will typically consist of the following stages:
- Preparation;
- Implementation of the activities;
- Follow-up (including the evaluation of the activities as well as the dissemination of project's result).

The activities will take place in the country of residence of the participants, facilitating the participation of young people with fewer opportunities who may encounter difficulties to engage in transnational activities. One of the participants will assume a role of legal representative who will be in charge of submitting the application (unless an organisation applies on behalf of the group).  The group will arrange the distribution of tasks and responsibilities, coordination and tasks in relation to the goals of the project.

Organisation

A group of young people who plan a solidarity project can also seek for support from an organisation which can be any public or private body. 
An organisation may apply on their behalf for a grant under the European Solidarity Corps. 
The role of the organisation should be mainly administrative, to support the group in the project life-cycle administrative and financial tasks. However it can also offer support and guidance in identifying and documenting learning outcomes.

Coach

Young people carrying out a Solidarity Project may be supported by a coach, a volunteer or professional person, who could have youth work experience to accompany groups of young people and support their participation. 
She/he can play different roles depending on the needs of a given group of young people. The coach remains outside the Solidarity Project, cannot be a member of the group, neither have links with the applying organisation (if any). 
The coach may support the group of young people in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of their project based on the needs of the group. 
The coach can facilitate and foster the quality of the learning process and assist in identifying and documenting learning outcomes at the end of the project. Coaches can be volunteers or professionals.

Who can submit the application

Any public or private body on behalf of the group that will implement the project should submit the application to the National Agency of the country where the applicant is legally resident. 

Deadlines

• 7^th February at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1^st May and 30^th September of the same year; 
• 7^th May at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1^st August and 31^st December of the same year; 
• 1^st October at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1^st January and 31^st May of the following year.

The European Parliament has launched a call for volunteers to support the European Youth Event, the European Parliament event taking place every two years at its seat in Strasbourg, (France).

EYE2025 is giving participants the possibility to take part in person at the European Parliament in Strasbourg on 13-14 June 2025. Volunteers will also be needed on 11 and 12 June.

Who can apply

• Anyone between 18 and 30 years old on the date of EYE2025 (11-12-13-14 June), from any nationality w or with a valid residency permit/visa for non-EU citizens.
• Able to communicate in English (B2) and in French (B1)
• Willing to volunteer at least 12 hours during EYE2025
• Able to take part in training sessions

Le Parlement européen a lancé un appel à bénévoles pour soutenir la rencontre européenne de la jeunesse, l'événement du Parlement européen qui a lieu tous les 2 ans à son siège de Strasbourg (France).

L'EYE2025 offre aux participants la possibilité de participer en personne au Parlement européen à Strasbourg les 13 et 14 juin 2025. Des bénévoles seront également attendus pour les 11 et 12 juin.

Das Europäische Parlament hat einen Aufruf für Freiwillige zur Unterstützung des Europäischen Jugendevents gestartet, der Veranstaltung des Europäischen Parlaments, die alle zwei Jahre an seinem Sitz in Straßburg (Frankreich) stattfindet.

Das EYE2021 ist als hybride Veranstaltung geplant, bei der die Teilnehmer*innen die Möglichkeit haben, persönlich im Europäischen Parlament in Straßburg teilzunehmen oder die Veranstaltung online über eine spezielle digitale Plattform zu besuchen. Das EYE2021 wird ab dem 4. Oktober virtuelle Aktivitäten durchführen, die auf die Hauptveranstaltung am 8. und 9. Oktober 2021 vorbereiten.

Freiwilligenarbeit beim Europäischen Jugendevent bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit,:

•     einen Beitrag zu einer Veranstaltung zu leisten, die von jungen Menschen für junge Menschen organisiert wird;
•     den kulturellen Reichtum Europas zu entdecken;
•     Berufserfahrung zu sammeln, indem du bei der Organisation einer Veranstaltung im Europäischen Parlament hilfst und ein formelles Zertifikat erhältst;
•     andere motivierte und engagierte junge Europäer zu treffen;
•     dich an den Diskussionen über die Zukunft Europas zu beteiligen;
•     Mitglied des "Blue Team" zu werden, einer Familie von mehr als 300 Freiwilligen aus einer Vielzahl von Ländern.

Jeder, der zum Zeitpunkt des EYE2021 (8. und 9. Oktober) zwischen 18 und 30 Jahre alt ist, egal welcher Nationalität.

Reise- und Unterbringungskosten
Bitte beachte, dass das Europäische Parlament nicht in der Lage ist, Reise- und Unterbringungskosten vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung sowie Kosten im Zusammenhang mit Schulungen/Besuchen im Vorfeld der Veranstaltung zu erstatten. Bitte sieh davon ab, Reise- und Unterkunftskosten zu buchen, bis die Präsenzveranstaltung in Straßburg bestätigt ist.
Während des EYE2021 erhalten die Freiwilligen, die an aktiven Einsatzschichten teilnehmen, Mahlzeiten und Getränke.
Die Freiwilligen erhalten außerdem eine vom Europäischen Parlament unterzeichnete Bescheinigung, in der ihr Beitrag zum EYE2021 als Freiwillige anerkannt wird.

Az önkéntesek feladata az Európai Ifjúsági Találkozó lebonyolításának segítése. A Találkozó az Európai Parlament eseménye, ami két évente kerül megrendezésre Strasbourgban (Franciaország). 2020-ban az esemény megrendezésének dátuma május 29-30.

Miért legyél önkéntes az EYE2020-on?

Önkéntesség az Európai Ifjúsági Találkozón lehetőséget nyújt számodra a következőkre:

• Részvétel egy fiatalok által szervezett fiataloknak szóló esemény lebonyolításában;
• Európa kulturális sokszínűségének felfedezése;
• Munkatapasztalat szerzése az Európai Parlamentnél (esemény szervezésének segítésében), amelyről igazolást is kiállítanak;
• Találkozás motivált és elkötelezett fiatal európaiakkal;
• Részvétel az Európa jövőjéről szóló párbeszédben;
• Részese lehetsz a "Blue Team"-nek, egy családnak, amely több mint 300 főből áll, méghozzá számos országból.

Il Parlamento europeo ha lanciato un appello per i volontari a sostegno dell'European Youth Event, l'evento del Parlamento europeo che si svolge ogni due anni nella sua sede di Strasburgo, Francia.

EYE2023 è previsto come un evento ibrido, dando ai partecipanti la possibilità di prendere parte di persona al Parlamento europeo a Strasburgo o di assistere all'evento online, attraverso una piattaforma digitale dedicata. EYE2023 si svolgerà dal 9 al 10 giugno 2023.

Perché fare volontariato a EYE2023
Fare il volontario all'Evento europeo della gioventù ti darà l'opportunità di:
- Contribuire a un evento organizzato per i giovani, dai giovani;
- Scoprire la ricchezza culturale dell'Europa;
- Ottenere un'esperienza lavorativa aiutando a organizzare un evento al Parlamento europeo e ricevendo un certificato formale;
- Incontrare altri giovani europei motivati e impegnati;
- Partecipare alle discussioni sul futuro dell'Europa;
- Diventare un membro del "Blue Team", una famiglia di più di 300 volontari provenienti da una grande varietà di paesi.

Chi può partecipare
-Chiunque abbia tra i 18 e i 30 anni alla data di EYE2023 (9 e 10 giugno), di qualsiasi nazionalità;
-Capacità di comunicare in francese (B1) e in inglese (B2);
-Disponibilità a fare volontariato per almeno 12 ore durante EYE2023;
-Disponibilità a partecipare a un minimo di 4 sessioni di formazione;
-Disponibilità a partecipare a un minimo di 2 visite al Parlamento europeo a Strasburgo (solo se le attività di volontariato si svolgono all'interno del Parlamento);
-Capacità di utilizzare strumenti web, social media e applicazioni di messaggistica;
-Preferibilmente residenti a Strasburgo o nelle sue vicinanze.

Come candidarsi
I candidati devono presentare la loro domanda qui entro il 31 gennaio 2023.

Spese di viaggio e alloggio
Il Parlamento europeo non potrà rimborsare alcuna spesa (di viaggio o di alloggio) prima, durante e dopo l'evento, né i costi relativi alle sessioni di formazione/visite che precedono l'evento. Si prega di astenersi dal prenotare il viaggio e l'alloggio fino a quando l'evento in persona a Strasburgo non sarà confermato in prossimità della data dell'evento.

Durante EYE2023, i volontari impegnati nel turno di volontariato riceveranno pasti e bevande.

Alla fine dell'evento, i volontari otterranno un certificato firmato dal Parlamento europeo che riconosce il loro contributo a EYE2023 come volontari.

Launched by the United Nations the Young Leaders for the Sustainable Development Goals are exceptional young people who are leaders in the effort to end poverty, combat climate change and reduce inequalities.

Who can apply
Young people from 15 to 29 years old, from around the world, and across many different issues, who are leading positive change towards a sustainable future.
The 17 chosen Young Leaders will work with the UN Envoy on Youth, Jayathma Wickramanayake, to engage young people in the Sustainable Development Goals, advocate for their achievement and contribute to a brain trust supporting the UN’s advocacy efforts to mobilise young people.

 

Successful candidates will be selected based on their:
- demonstrated achievements in promoting and advancing sustainable development;
- peronal influence within their respective fields and reputation for inclusive and innovative leadership;
- demonstrated integrity, commitment to the SDGs and core values of the UN.

 

How does it work
Selected leaders will come together as a community to support efforts to engage young people in the realization of the SDGs both through strategic opportunities with the UN and through their existing initiatives, platforms and networks.
They will be expected to actively support one or more of the following objectives:
- Advocate for the Goals, in ways most accessible and relatable to young people across different contexts;
- Promote innovative ways of engaging their audiences and peers in the advocacy and realization of the Goals;
- Contribute to a brain trust of young leaders supporting the UN and partners for key moments and initiatives related to the Goals.Successful applicants are expected to continue in their existing roles and serve as Young Leaders in an advocacy role.

Being a Young Leader is not a full time role but an advocacy function which should complement existing work.
The function is honorary, non-remunerated and does not entail speaking on behalf of the Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth or the United Nations.

The UNESCO World Heritage Education Programme, initiated as a UNESCO special project in 1994, gives young people a chance to voice their concerns and to become involved in the protection of our common cultural and natural heritage. It seeks to encourage and enable young people between 18 and 30 years old to participate in heritage conservation and to respond to the continuing threats facing our World Heritage.

Who can participate

If you are between 18 and 30 years old, you can take part in a youth action camp as a volunteer for 2 to 4 weeks. You will have the chance to take concrete action and to play an active role in the promotion and preservation of World Heritage. You will have the opportunity to meet members of youth groups and heritage & education experts.

How to become a Volunteer?

To become a volunteer, please check the list of selected projects of the World Heritage Volunteers 2023 campaign, along with brief descriptions of the selected projects.

You may choose a project of your interest, based on the activities, duration, and timeline of the project.

Eligibilitate

Calling young European leaders between 16 to 30 years old, with a passion for security: this is your chance! The German-Baltic Future Foundation (DBJW) needs you to head a discussion cluster at their youth conference in Riga, Latvia from 16 to 19 October 2025. You'll guide young Europeans in exploring "Rethinking Security Through Youth" and crafting impactful policy recommendations that will then be presented to Members of the European Parliament in Brussels!

Your role 

Structure and lead online meetings with your cluster (starting Sept 2025), facilitate discussions in Riga, and oversee the creation of your cluster's policy paper for MEPs.

Live it Lisbon! is a non-profit & low-cost summer experience, which aims at promoting intercultural dialogue and social justice. It is meant to be a responsible alternative to mainstream tourism and a meaningful way to spend one's summer break, as over half of the time of the programme is spent on intercultural activities in Lisbon, Portugal.

Who can apply

• anyone can apply regardless of their nationality;
• volunteers over 18 years old are accepted and there is no hard upper age limit (although most of the participants are between 18 and 30 years old).

Activities and dates

The programme is about volunteering, culture, Portuguese language, food and tourism from 16 to 23 July 2025.

How to apply

• to apply you have to fill in the online form and pay the participation fee
• the €350/€390 fee covers accommodation, food, travel costs within the programme, language classes, cooking workshops and other activities
• the participation fee does not cover international travel expenses, insurance or costs associated with obtaining a visa (if applicable)

Live it Lisbon ! est une expérience estivale à but non lucratif et à faible coût, qui vise à promouvoir le dialogue interculturel et la justice sociale. Il s'agit d'une alternative responsable au tourisme classique et d'une manière intéressante de passer ses vacances d'été, puisque plus de la moitié du temps du programme est consacrée à des activités interculturelles et à des actions en faveur de la communauté d'accueil de Bairro Padre Cruz, à Lisbonne, au Portugal, qui connaît des difficultés sociales et économiques.

A Live it Lisbon! egy nonprofit és alacsony költségű nyári élmény, amelynek célja a kultúrák közötti párbeszéd és társadalmi igazságosság népszerűsítése. Lényegében egy felelősségteljes alternatívát és tartalmas nyári időtöltést kínál a tömegturizmussal szemben. Ugyanis a program több mint fele interkulturális tevékenységekkel zajlik, valamint azzal, hogy a résztvevők segítik a társadalmilag és gazdaságilag is nehézségekkel küzdő lisszaboni Bairro Padre Cruz közösséget.

Aктивності та дати:

Live it Lisbon! is a non-profit & low-cost summer experience, which aims at promoting intercultural dialogue and social justice. It is meant to be a responsible alternative to mainstream tourism and a meaningful way to spend one's summer break, as over half of the time of the programme is spent on intercultural activities and on giving back to the socially & economically challenged host community of Bairro Padre Cruz in Lisbon, Portugal.

The programme has been run since 2015 by a small independent development NGO, the Spin Association for the Exchange, Training and Cooperation among People.

Who can apply

• anyone can apply regardless of their nationality;
• volunteers over 18 years old are accepted and there is no hard upper age limit (although most of the participants are between 18 and 30 years old).

Activities and dates

The programme is about volunteering, culture, Portuguese language, food and tourism. Out of the 11 days, there are 6 non-working days in total, the first day of the programme is arrival day and the last day is departure day.

On both of these days, participants are not working. Participants will also have 4 full free days (all participants on the same days).

How to apply

• to apply you have to fill in the online form and pay the participation fee
• the €250/€300 fee covers accommodation, food, travel costs within the programme, language classes, cooking workshops and other activities
• the participation fee does not cover international travel expenses, insurance or costs associated with obtaining a visa (if applicable)
• if selected, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will have 5 days to make the first payment to confirm your placement 
• if you are not selected immediately, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list
• a few placements are reserved for last-minute applications and will be released only towards the end of the selection

There is no deadline and the application process will only close once all the vacancies are filled.

The United Nations Youth Volunteer programme is designed for motivated individuals aged 18-29 who are eager to contribute to development and peace initiatives worldwide.

Who can apply

Young people worldwide who are under 29 for the entire duration of their service. Their educational background and experience required varies by assignment, but generally work experience over two years is not expected.

Volunteer positions

Volunteer opportunities span various sectors, including human rights, climate change, healthcare, disaster management, peacebuilding, and youth engagement, and may involve working with UN agencies or their partner organisations, including universities and governments.

Benefits

The European Youth Card Association (EYCA) is seeking 8 passionate young volunteers to join their Young Creators programme and produce videos on topics that matter to them, bringing visibility to important causes.

Who can apply

Young people between 18-25 years old and living in an EYCA member country.

Video creation experience and social media presence required

Some experience in video creation and a social media presence is necessary, even if amateur.

Working English required.

Must have a valid European Youth Card.

Volunteers should be available for training (25-29 April 2025) and commit to the one-year programme (April 2025 - April 2026). A politically neutral approach is essential.

Special spots for 1 European Solidarity Corps enrollee and 1 DiscoverEU participant.

How to apply

Create a 60-second video promoting a local cleanup event, upload it to YouTube as a short and submit the application form with the YouTube link.
