The OECD Internship Programme is designed to bring highly around 500 qualified and motivated students with diverse backgrounds into the Organisation to work on projects linked to the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General and to support the corporate functions of the Organisation. Hauptziel des Programms ist es, erfolgreichen Kandidat*innen die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre analytischen und technischen Fähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld zu verbessern.

Erfolgreiche Bewerber*innen werden Forschungsarbeiten durchführen und die Politikanalysten in einem der folgenden Bereiche unterstützen: Künstliche Intelligenz, Bestechung und Korruption, Entwicklung, Digitalisierung, Wirtschaft, Bildung und Qualifikationen, Umwelt, Gender und Vielfalt, internationale Migration, Gesundheit, Wissenschaft und Technologie, Steuern, Tourismus, Handel und Landwirtschaft, Verkehr etc.

• Forschung, Datenanalyse und Ausarbeitung (Vorbereitung von Studien und Dokumenten; Durchführung von Recherchen und Überprüfung von vorhandenem Material; Beitrag zur Erstellung von Dokumenten, Arbeitspapieren und Veröffentlichungen)
• Kontaktpflege und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Teilnahme an Sitzungen und Seminaren, Aufbau von beruflichen Kontakten und Pflege von Netzwerken mit Beamten in nationalen Verwaltungen, Forschern usw.)

Voraussetzungen für die Bewerbung:

• Sie müssen für die Dauer des Praktikums in einem Vollzeitstudiengang eingeschrieben sein.
• Hervorragende Beherrschung einer der beiden OECD-Amtssprachen (Englisch und Französisch) sowie Kenntnisse der anderen Sprache oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen
• Internationale Erfahrung durch Studium, Praktika oder berufliche Tätigkeiten wäre von Vorteil

Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution.
Three types of internships are available: Standard Traineeship, Short-term study visits and Traineeship for Government Officials.

Standard traineeship
Each year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (Spring traineeships) or from 16 September to 15 February (Autumn traineeships).

The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:

to provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
to provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
to enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
to enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.

Applicants must:
either hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
have a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period.

Application periods:
- 1^st of January to 31^st March, midnight, Brussels local time, of the same year (for Autumn traineeships 16^th September - 15^thFebruary);
- 1^st of July to 30^th September, midnight, Brussels local time, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16^th February - 15^th July).

Short-term study visits
The CoR also offers short-term study visits within one of its services to persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies.
The nature of the tasks to be fulfilled by trainees depends largely on the unit to which they are assigned; while some units are more political, others are more administrative.

Applicants must:
EU citizens or citizens from a state which is an official candidate for accession (applicants of third countries may be granted a traineeship by the Secretary General in exceptional, duly motivated cases);
university graduates that have completed at least a Bachelor's degree;
be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Deadline: There are no fixed deadlines for short term study visits.

Traineeship for Government Officials
The CoR also offers traineeships to staff from a national, regional or local public authority of an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, including civil servants enrolled in governmental training programme.
Eligible candidates get:

• 1-4 months traineeship, extendable to 6 months possible with permission of the Secretary General
• Starting date is agreed upon with the candidate
• Full time/ 40 hours
• Workplace in Brussels, Belgium
• Unpaid, all expenses to be covered by the participant or their sending authority
• Accident insurance covered by the CoR.

STAGE STANDARD

Chaque année, le CdR offre à de jeunes diplômés universitaires un nombre limité de stages de cinq mois. Ces périodes de formation impliquent une expérience professionnelle dans l'un des services du Comité des régions, et se déroulent du 16 février au 15 juillet (stages de printemps) ou du 16 septembre au 15 février (stages d'automne).

L'organisation de stages au sein du CdR a pour but de :

• d'offrir une expérience de première main du fonctionnement du CdR et des institutions de l'UE en général 
• d'apporter une connaissance pratique du fonctionnement de ses services 
• de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multilingue 
• permettre aux stagiaires d'avoir la possibilité d'organiser une visite d'étude dans une collectivité locale ou régionale européenne, en lien avec les priorités politiques du Comité 
• permettre aux stagiaires de développer et de mettre en pratique les connaissances qu'ils ont acquises au cours de leurs études ou de leur parcours personnel

Les stagiaires sont sélectionnés parmi les ressortissants des Etats membres de l'UE. Toutefois, un nombre limité de ressortissants de pays tiers peut être accepté.

Les candidats doivent :

• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire (ou d'un diplôme équivalent) délivré avant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures 
• avoir une connaissance approfondie d'une langue communautaire officielle et une connaissance satisfaisante d'une autre langue de travail de l'UE (français ou anglais)

Les stagiaires du CdR ont droit à une bourse mensuelle. Le montant de la bourse est équivalent à 25% du salaire des fonctionnaires AD*5 (échelon 1) au début du stage pour la période complète de 5 mois. Un supplément mensuel de 100 euros est accordé aux stagiaires mariés dont les conjoints n'exercent pas d'activité professionnelle et aux stagiaires qui ont des enfants à charge (100 euros/enfant/mois). Une bourse supplémentaire pouvant atteindre la moitié de la bourse mensuelle peut être accordée à un stagiaire handicapé.

 Périodes de candidature :

• Du 1er janvier au 31 mars, minuit, heure locale de Bruxelles, de la même année (pour les stages d'automne 16 septembre - 15 février)
• Du 1er juillet au 30 septembre, à minuit, heure de Bruxelles, de l'année précédente (pour les stages de printemps du 16 février au 15 juillet)

VISITES D'ETUDE À COURT TERME

Le CdR propose également des visites d'étude de courte durée au sein de l'un de ses services à des personnes dont les activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche indiquent qu'elles pourraient se familiariser avec le fonctionnement pratique et/ou les politiques du Comité. La nature des tâches à accomplir par les stagiaires dépend largement de l'unité à laquelle ils sont affectés ; si certaines unités sont plus politiques, d'autres sont plus administratives.

Les candidats doivent :

• être citoyens de l'UE ou d'un État officiellement candidat à l'adhésion (les candidats de pays tiers peuvent se voir accorder un stage par le Secrétaire général dans des cas exceptionnels et dûment motivés)
• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire d'au moins une licence
• être en mesure de démontrer qu'il/elle a besoin d'approfondir ses connaissances du Comité des régions pour des raisons liées à des activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche

Tous les frais pendant la période d'étude sont à la charge des bénéficiaires : ils ne reçoivent aucune subvention, ni aucun autre soutien financier du CdR. La durée maximale de la visite d'étude de courte durée est de 4 mois, mais elle peut être étendue à 6 mois en fonction des ressources disponibles au CdR.

Date limite : Il n'y a pas de date limite fixe pour les visites d'étude de courte durée.

STAGES POUR LES FONCTIONNAIRES

Les candidats éligibles obtiennent :

Sono disponibili tre tipi di tirocini: tirocini standard, visite di studio a breve termine e tirocini per funzionari pubblici.

Tirocini standard
Ogni anno, il CdR offre ai giovani laureati un numero limitato di tirocini di cinque mesi. Questi periodi di formazione comportano un'esperienza di lavoro in uno dei servizi del Comitato delle Regioni, e vanno dal 16 febbraio al 15 luglio (sessione primaverile) o dal 16 settembre al 15 febbraio (sessione autunnale).

Lo scopo dell'organizzazione dei tirocini al CdR è:
- fornire un'esperienza diretta del funzionamento del CdR e delle istituzioni dell'UE in generale;
- fornire una conoscenza pratica del funzionamento dei suoi uffici;
- lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e multilingue;
- consentire ai tirocinanti di avere l'opportunità di organizzare una visita di studio presso un'autorità locale o regionale europea, in connessione con le priorità politiche del Comitato;
- consentire ai tirocinanti di sviluppare e mettere in pratica le conoscenze acquisite durante i loro studi o carriere personali.

I tirocinanti vengono selezionati tra cittadini degli Stati membri dell'UE. Tuttavia, potrà essere accettato un numero limitato di cittadini di paesi terzi.

I candidati devono:
- possedere un diploma universitario (o un diploma equivalente) rilasciato entro la data di scadenza delle domande;
- avere una conoscenza approfondita di una lingua ufficiale della Comunità e una conoscenza soddisfacente di un'altra lingua di lavoro dell'UE (francese o inglese).

I tirocinanti del CdR hanno diritto a una sovvenzione mensile. L'importo della sovvenzione è pari al 25% dello stipendio dei funzionari AD * 5 (fase 1) all'inizio del tirocinio per l'intero periodo di 5 mesi. Un supplemento mensile di 100 EUR è concesso ai tirocinanti sposati i cui coniugi non esercitano un'attività lucrativa e ai tirocinanti che hanno figli a carico (100, 00 EUR / bambino / mese). Una sovvenzione supplementare che ammonta a metà della sovvenzione mensile può essere concessa a un tirocinante disabile.

Scadenza:
- dal 1 gennaio al 31 marzo, a mezzanotte, ora locale di Bruxelles, dello stesso anno (per i tirocini autunnali 16 settembre - 15 febbraio);
- dal 1 luglio al 30 settembre, a mezzanotte, ora locale di Bruxelles, dell'anno precedente (per i tirocini primaverili 16 febbraio - 15 luglio).

Visite di studio a breve termine
Il CdR offre anche visite di studio a breve termine nell'ambito di uno dei suoi servizi a persone le cui attività professionali, accademiche o di ricerca indicano che potrebbero familiarizzare con le pratiche e/o politiche pratiche del comitato. La natura dei compiti che devono essere soddisfatti dai tirocinanti dipende in larga misura dall'unità a cui sono assegnati; mentre alcune unità sono più politiche, altre sono più amministrative.

I candidati devono essere:
- cittadini dell'UE o cittadini di un paese candidato ufficiale all'adesione (i richiedenti di paesi terzi possono ottenere un tirocinio dal segretario generale in casi eccezionali debitamente motivati);
- laureati che hanno completato almeno una laurea;
-essere in grado di dimostrare di aver bisogno di approfondire la propria conoscenza sul Comitato delle Regioni per motivi professionali, accademici o di ricerca.

Tutte le spese durante il periodo di studio devono essere coperte dai beneficiari: non ricevono alcuna sovvenzione né alcun altro sostegno finanziario da parte del CdR. La durata massima della visita di studio a breve termine è di 4 mesi, ma può essere estesa a 6 mesi a seconda delle risorse disponibili presso il CdR.

Scadenza: non ci sono scadenze fisse per i periodi di studio non retribuiti.
Le domande devono essere inviate per posta all'Ufficio Tirocini.

Tirocini per funzionari pubblici
Il CdR offre inoltre tirocini al personale di un'autorità pubblica nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di un candidato all'adesione, compresi i dipendenti pubblici iscritti al programma di formazione governativa.

 I candidati idonei hanno diritto a:
- Tirocinio di 1-4 mesi, prorogabile a 6 mesi con l'autorizzazione del Segretario Generale
- A tempo pieno / 40 ore
- La data di inizio è concordata con il candidato
- Luogo di lavoro a Bruxelles, Belgio
- Il tirocinio non è retribuito, tutte le spese sono a carico del partecipante o della sua autorità di invio
-Assicurazione contro gli infortuni coperta dal CdR.

I candidati devono presentare il proprio curriculum vitae in inglese, francese o tedesco e una lettera di motivazione che menziona il dipartimento del CdR in cui desiderano svolgere il tirocinio all'indirizzo [email protected]

O Comité das Regiões oferece, anualmente, um número limitado de estágios para jovens cidadãos, da Europa ou não, dando-lhes a oportunidade de adquirirem experiência de trabalho numa instituição europeia.

Existem dois tipos de estágios: estágios de longa duração remunerados e estágios não remunerados

Estágios de longa duração remunerados:
O Comité das Regiões recebe anualmente um número limitado de jovens licenciados durante 5 meses.
Os estagiários adquirem experiência profissional num dos serviços do Comité das Regiões. Decorrem de 16 de fevereiro a 15 de julho (estágios da Primavera) e de 16 de setembro a 15 de fevereiro (estágios de Outono)

Objetivos dos estágios:

• Proporcionar uma experiência em primeira mão sobre o funcionamento do Comité das Regiões e das instituições da UE em geral;
  
  
• Dar-lhes a conhecer o funcionamento de um dos departamentos da instituição;
  
  
• Proporcionar um ambiente de trabalho multicultural e multilinguístico;
  
  
• Possibilitar  aos estagiários a oportunidade de organizarem visitas de estudo a uma autoridade local ou regional em  conexão com as prioridades politicas do Comité;



• Permitir-lhes a aquisição de experiência profissional;
  
  
• Ajudá-los a desenvolver e a pôr em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso educativo ou profissional.

Os estágios destinam-se jovens dos Estados-membros da EU, no entanto é possível a aceitação de candidaturas de países terceiros.

Os candidatos devem:

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) concedido à data de encerramento da candidatura ao estágio; 
  
  
• Ter conhecimentos profundos de uma das línguas oficiais da UE e conhecimentos satisfatórios de uma das outras línguas de trabalho (inglês e/ou francês);

Prazos de candidatura:  30 de setembro para estágios a realizar na primavera do ano seguinte (31 de março de 2014 para estágios a realizar no outono).

Estágios de curta duração não remunerados

O Comité da Regiões oferece também estágios de curta duração não remunerados num dos serviços para pessoas cujas actividades profissionais, académicas ou de investigação se relacionem com o trabalho do Comité das Regiões.

A natureza das tarefas a realizar pelos estagiários depende muito da unidade onde for inserido. Existem unidades mais políticas e unidades mais administrativas.

Os candidatos devem:

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) obtido após três anos de estudos e deverão demonstrar que precisam de aprofundar os seus  conhecimentos sobre o Comité das Regiões por razoes  profissionais, académicas ou de investigação
  
  
• Pertencer ao quadro de pessoal de uma administração local, regional, nacional que participe num programa de intercâmbio com o Comité das Regiões. Os estudantes podem candidatar-se apenas em caso de pós graduações.
  
  
• Ter um bom domínio de uma das principais línguas de trabalho do Comité das Regiões: inglês ou francês

Todas as despesas correm por conta dos beneficiários e a duração máxima para este tipo de estágios são 4 meses.

În fiecare an, Comitetul Regiunilor (CoR) oferă un număr limitat de stagii de practică pentru tinerii cetăţeni din statele membre UE sau din statele candidate la UE, prin care aceştia pot câştiga experienţă de muncă într-o instituţie europeană.

Există trei tipuri de stagii: stagii standard, vizite scurte de studiu și stagii pentru funcționari guvernamentali.

Stagii standard

În fiecare an, Comitetul Regiunilor oferă tinerilor absolvenţi un număr limitat de stagii de practică cu o durată de 5 luni. Aceste perioade de stagiu implică experienţă de muncă într-unul dintre serviciile Comitetului Regiunilor şi se derulează între 16 februarie şi 15 iulie (stagiile de primăvară) sau între 16 septembrie şi 15 februarie (stagiile de toamnă).

Scopul organizării stagiilor de practică la CoR este:

• de a oferi o imagine a activităţilor și muncii la CoR, dar și în instituţiile UE în general;
• de a furniza informaţii practice privind modul de lucru al departamentelor sale;
• de a da posibilitatea stagiarilor să lucreze într-un mediu multicultural şi multilingvistic;
• să ofere stagiarilor posibilitatea de a organiza o vizită de studiu la o autoritate locală sau regională europeană, în legătură cu prioritățile politice ale Comitetului;
• să ofere stagiarilor posibilitatea de a-şi dezvolta şi pune în practică cunoştinţele acumulate de-a lungul studiilor sau carierei personale.

Stagiarii sunt selectaţi dintre cetăţenii statelor membre UE. Cu toate acestea, există un număr restrâns de locuri pentru cetăţenii care provin din state nemembre.
Candidaţii trebuie:

• să aibă o diploma de studii universitare (sau o diplomă echivalentă) acordată până la data trimiterii candidaturii;
• să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile oficiale ale UE şi satisfăcător o alta limbă de lucru a UE (franceză sau engleză).

Stagiarii CoR vor primi un grant lunar. Cuantumul acestui grant reprezintă echivalentul a 25% dintr-un salariu al oficialilor AD*5 (primul nivel) la începutul stagiului, pentru o perioada completă de cinci luni.

Perioade în care pot fi trimise candidaturi:

• 1 ianuarie - 31 martie, miezul nopţii, ora Bruxelles-ului, pentru stagiile de toamnă din 16 septembrie până în 15 februarie;
• 1 iulie - 30 septembrie, miezul nopţii, ora Bruxelles-ului, pentru stagiile de primăvară din 16 februarie până în 15 iulie.

Vizite scurte de studiu 
CoR oferă, de asemenea, vizite scurte de studiu, în cadrul unuia dintre serviciile sale, persoanelor ale căror activităţi profesionale, academice sau de cercetare cer familiarizarea cu activităţile şi/sau politicile Comitetului.

Natura sarcinilor ce trebuie îndeplinite de stagiari depinde, în mare măsură, de departamentul în care sunt repartizaţi; în timp ce unele departamente sunt orientate mai mult spre politică, altele au un caracter pur administrativ.

Candidaţii trebuie:

• Să fie cetățeni ai statelor membre UE sau cetățeni ai unui stat candidat la UE (în anumite cazuri, motivate corespunzător, candidații țărilor terțe pot primi în mod exceptional un grant pentru un stagiu din partea secretarului general);
• Să fie absolvenţi de facultate care au cel puțin o diplomă de licență;
• Să poată motiva de ce au nevoie de o cunoaștere mai aprofundată privind activitatea Comitetului Regiunilor din perspectiva activităților profesionale, academice și de cercetare.

Toate cheltuielile pe durata perioadei de studiu urmează să fie asigurate de beneficiari; ei nu primesc subvenţii şi niciun alt fel de sprijin financiar din partea CoR. Durata maximă pentru o vizită scurtă de studiu este de 4 luni, dar poate fi extinsă la 6 luni, în funcţie de resursele disponibile la CoR.
 

Termen limită: Nu există termene limită pentru vizitele scurte de studiu.

Solicitanții trebuie să transmită CV-ul și scrisoarea de motivație la [email protected] În scrisoare trebuie să precizeze clar care este departamentul în care ar dori să lucreze.

Stagii pentru funcționari guvernamentali

CoR oferă, de asemenea, stagii pentru personalul din cadrul autorităților publice naționale, regionale sau locale din statele membre UE sau statele candidate la UE, inclusiv funcționarii publici înscriși în programe de formare guvernamentală.

Date despre stagii:

• Au o durată cuprinsă între 1 și 4 luni, care poate fi prelungită până la 6 luni, cu permisiunea secretarului general
• Data de începere este convenită cu candidatul
• Normă întreagă/40 de ore
• Loc de muncă în Bruxelles, Belgia
• Neplătite, toate cheltuielile urmează să fie acoperite de participanți sau de autoritatea care îi trimite să urmeze stagiul
• Asigurarea de accidente este acoperită de CoR.

Hay dos tipos de prácticas disponibles: prácticas CoR o de corto plazo, visitas de estudio

Prácticas CDR:
Cada año, el Comité de las Regiones ofrece a los jóvenes graduados universitarios un periodo de prácticas limitado de cinco meses. Dichos períodos de formación implican una experiencia laboral en uno de los servicios de la Comisión de las Regiones, del 16 de febrero hasta el 15 de julio (prácticas de primavera) o del 16 de septiembre hasta el 15 de febrero (prácticas de otoño).

El propósito de la organización de cursillos de formación en el Comité de las Regiones es la siguiente:

proporcionar una experiencia de primera mano del trabajo de la CDR y de las instituciones de la UE en general; para trabajar en un ambiente multicultural y plurilingüe.
para proporcionar conocimientos prácticos del funcionamiento de sus departamentos;

Los alumnos del CDR tienen derecho a un subsidio mensual. El importe de la subvención equivale al 25% del salario de los funcionarios EA * 5 (paso 1) durante todo el período de 5 meses. Un suplemento mensual de 100 euros se da a los alumnos casados cuyos cónyuges no tienen un empleo remunerado y para los alumnos que tienen hijos a su cargo (100 euros por mes e hijo). Un subsidio complementario por importe de hasta la mitad de la ayuda mensual se podrá conceder a un alumno discapacitado.

Plazos: Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas antes del 31 de marzo del mismo año (para las prácticas de otoño) o 30 de septiembre del año anterior (para las prácticas de primavera).

Los periodos cortos de visitas de estudio.
El CDR también ofrece periodos cortos de visitas de estudio, dentro de uno de sus servicios, a las personas cuya actividad profesional, académica o de investigación requiera que se familiaricen con el funcionamiento práctico o las políticas de la Comisión. La naturaleza de las tareas a cumplir por los alumnos depende en gran medida de la unidad a la que están asignados, mientras que algunas unidades son más políticas, otras son más administrativas.

Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario.

Ser capaces de mostrar que necesitan profundizar en el conocimiento que tienen del Comité de las Regiones por razones profesionales, académicos o de investigación.

Todos los gastos durante el período de estudio deben ser cubiertos por los beneficiarios: no reciben ninguna subvención, ni ningún otro tipo de apoyo financiero del Comité de las Regiones. La duración máxima de un período de prácticas no remuneradas es de 4 meses, pero puede ser ampliado a seis meses dependiendo de los recursos disponibles del CDR.

Fecha límite: No hay plazos fijos para los periodos de estudio no remunerados.

Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from Europe and elsewhere, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution. There are two different types of traineeships.

CoR traineeship

Each year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (spring traineeships) or from 16 September until 15 February (autumn traineeships).

The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:

• to provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
• to provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
• to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
• to enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
• to enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.

Eligibility

• either hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
• have a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).

Remuneration

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period. A monthly supplement of EUR 100 is given to married trainees whose spouses are not gainfully employed and to trainees who have dependent children (€100, 00/child/month). A supplementary grant amounting to up to half of the monthly grant may be granted to a handicapped trainee.

Deadlines

- 31 March, midnight, Brussels local time, of the same year (for autumn traineeships 16 September - 15 February);
- 30 September, midnight, Brussels local time, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16 February - 15 July).

Short-term study visits

The CoR also offers short-term study visits within one of its services to persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies. The nature of the tasks to be fulfilled by trainees depends largely on the unit to which they are assigned; while some units are more political, others are more administrative.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• either hold at least a Bachelor's degree;
• be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

Expenses

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Deadline

There are no fixed deadlines for unpaid study periods. Applications should be sent by post to the Traineeship Office.

Standard-Praktikum
Jedes Jahr bietet der AdR jungen Hochschulabsolventen eine begrenzte Anzahl von 5-monatigen Praktika an. Die Praktika finden in einer der Dienststellen des Ausschusses der Regionen statt und dauern vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) bzw. vom 16. September bis zum 15. Februar (Herbstpraktikum).

Das Ziel der Praktika im AdR ist
- Vermittlung von Erfahrungen aus erster Hand über die Arbeitsweise des AdR und der EU-Institutionen im Allgemeinen;
- die Vermittlung praktischer Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der Dienststellen;
Arbeit in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, einen Studienaufenthalt bei einer europäischen lokalen oder regionalen Gebietskörperschaft im Zusammenhang mit den politischen Prioritäten des Ausschusses zu organisieren;
- es den Praktikanten zu ermöglichen, die Kenntnisse, die sie während ihres Studiums oder ihrer persönlichen Laufbahn erworben haben, zu vertiefen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Die Praktikanten werden unter den Mitgliedern der EU-Mitgliedstaaten ausgewählt. Es kann jedoch eine begrenzte Anzahl von Staatsangehörigen von Drittstaaten zugelassen werden.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- entweder über einen Hochschulabschluss (oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom) verfügen, der bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist verliehen wurde;
- umfassende Kenntnisse in einer Amtssprache der EU und ausreichende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Arbeitssprache (Französisch oder Englisch) besitzen.

AdR-Praktikanten haben Anspruch auf ein monatliches Stipendium. Die Höhe des Stipendiums entspricht 25% des Gehalts der AD*5-Beamten (Stufe 1) zu Beginn des Praktikums für die gesamte Dauer von 5 Monaten. Verheiratete Praktikanten, deren Ehepartner nicht erwerbstätig sind, und Praktikanten, die unterhaltsberechtigte Kinder haben, erhalten eine monatliche Zulage von 100 EUR (100,00 €/Kind/Monat). Einem behinderten Praktikanten kann ein Zuschuss in Höhe von bis zur Hälfte des monatlichen Zuschusses gewährt werden.

Kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte
Der AdR bietet auch kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte innerhalb einer seiner Dienststellen für Personen an, deren berufliche, akademische oder Forschungsaktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit der praktischen Arbeit und/oder der Politik des Ausschusses stehen.
Die Art der von den Praktikanten zu erfüllenden Aufgaben hängt weitgehend von dem Referat ab, dem sie zugewiesen werden; während einige Referate eher politischer Natur sind, sind andere eher administrativer Natur.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- EU-Bürger oder Bürger eines Staates, der offizieller Beitrittskandidat ist (Bewerber aus Drittstaaten können in hinreichend begründeten Ausnahmefällen vom Generalsekretär ein Praktikum erhalten);
- Hochschulabsolventen, die mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss erworben haben;
- nachweisen können, dass er/sie seine/ihre Kenntnisse über den Ausschuss der Regionen aus Gründen, die mit beruflichen, akademischen oder Forschungsaktivitäten zusammenhängen, vertiefen muss.

Alle Ausgaben während des Studienaufenthalts sind von den Begünstigten zu tragen: sie erhalten weder ein Stipendium noch irgendeine andere finanzielle Unterstützung vom AdR. Die Höchstdauer für einen kurzzeitigen Studienaufenthalt beträgt 4 Monate, kann aber je nach den im AdR verfügbaren Ressourcen auf 6 Monate verlängert werden.

Bewerbungsfrist: Es gibt keine festen Fristen für Kurzzeit-Studienaufenthalte.

The European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) recruits trainees twice a year for a paid training period of six months. 

The main role of the ECML, which is a body of the Council of Europe, is to serve in general the implementation of language policies and the promotion of innovative approaches to the learning and teaching of modern languages.
The trainees will be responsible for precise tasks in a specific field. In order to do so, four specialist areas are proposed corresponding to four different types of traineeships:

The web site specialisation
- Website: the trainee will assist the webmaster in his daily work and will participate in the development of the web site of the ECML being responsible for the follow-up of tasks and by checking on the accuracy and on the updating of information. This area of work will allow the trainee to participate in the continuous development of the various sites.

The programme and logistics specialisation
- Programme: the trainee will assist the programme assistant and the programme secretary liaising with the coordinators to fix practical details, contacting the workshop participants and sending them all kind of documents, assisting the teams and participants during workshops and meetings so that everything runs smoothly.

The documentation specialisation
- DRC: the trainee will assist the ECML's two documentalists and should be a specialist in the field of library/documentation/information sciences. He/she will be part of the team of the documentation and resource Centre and will participate in the indexing of new resources and preparing documentary products as well as in daily activities linked with documentation.

The finances and general administration specialisation
- Administration: the trainee will assist in the development of the database linked to the existing mailing database and in the implementation of the Windream ((Document Management Software), in particular development of a training guide.He/she will be involved in the process of financial documentation; in photocopying/scanning, classification according to budgetary article, registration of mailings, preparation of mailing to Strasbourg;corrections to the ECML mailing database; entering of bank details into ECML database and preparation of workshop documentation relating to prepaid tickets, hotel reservation forms.

In all four cases, the trainee should demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and an interest in the activities of the ECML.

Who can apply
Your application will only be considered if you are from or live in one of our member states (see list of member states).

A monthly subsistence allowance of EUR 720.
No contribution is made by the ECML  towards travel costs from the trainee's home country to and from Graz.
A deduction of approximately 20 Euros is made each month from the trainees' allowance to cover the costs of insurance during the stay.

Trainees should hold at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and have a good command of at least one of the Council of Europe’s working languages (English or French) through knowledge of both is advantageous and might make the difference in order to get selected. Trainees must be flexible, well organised and capable of working in an international team.

Le rôle principal du CELV, qui est un organe du Conseil de l’Europe, est de servir la mise en oeuvre des politiques linguistiques et de la promotion des approches innovantes pour l'apprentissage et l’enseignement des langues vivantes. Les stagiaires seront responsables de tâches précises dans un domaine spécifique. Pour cela, quatre domaines de spécialités correspondant à quatre différents types de stage sont proposés :

La spécialisation site Internet
Site web : Les stagiaires assistent le webmaster dans son travail quotidien et participent au développement du site Internet du CELV en se chargeant des tâches de suivi et en vérifiant l'exactitude et la mise à jour des informations. Ce domaine de travail permet aux stagiaires de participer au développement continu de nombreux sites.

La spécialisation programme et logistique
Programme : Les stagiaires assistent l’Assistant de programme et le Secrétaire aux programmes qui assurent la liaison avec les coordinateurs pour régler des détails pratiques, préparer des dossiers contenant des informations pratiques pour les participants des ateliers, contacter ces participants et les aider lors des ateliers et autres activités pour que tout se déroule pour le mieux.

La spécialisation documentation
Documentation : Les stagiaires assistent les deux documentalistes du CELV et sont des spécialistes en bibliothéconomie/documentation/sciences de l’information. Intégrés à l'équipe du centre de ressources et de documentation, ils participent à l’indexation de nouvelles ressources, et à la préparation de produits documentaires ainsi qu’à d’autres tâches quotidiennes de documentation.

La spécialisation finances et administration générale
Administration : Les stagiaires assistent au développement de la base de données liée au fichier d’adresses existant et à la mise en oeuvre de Windream (un logiciel de gestion de documents), et plus particulièrement au développement d’un guide de formation. Ils seront impliqués dans le processus de documentation financière, de photocopies/numérisations, de classement selon l’article budgétaire concerné, d’enregistrement de courriels, de préparation de courriels pour Strasbourg, de corrections à apporter dans la liste de diffusion du CELV, d’entrer des données bancaires dans la banque de données et de préparer la documentation pour les ateliers (billets prépayés, formulaires de réservation d’hotel).
Pour les quatre types de stages, les stagiaires doivent faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe, de flexibilité et s'intéresser aux activités du CELV.

Qui peut postuler
Votre candidature sera examinée uniquement si vous vivez ou êtes ressortissants de l’un des Etats membres du CELV.

Les stagiaires recevront une allocation mensuelle de 720 €.
LE CELV n’apporte aucune contribution permettant aux stagiaires de couvrir leurs frais de voyage entre leur pays de résidence et la ville de Graz.
Environ 20 € seront déduits chaque mois de leur allocation pour couvrir leurs frais d’assurance pendant leur séjour.

Les stagiaires doivent au moins être titulaires d’une licence (ou diplôme équivalent) et avoir une bonne maîtrise d’au moins un des langues de travail du Conseil de l’Europe (anglais ou français) bien que la connaissance de ces deux langues soit un plus. Les stagiaires doivent être flexibles, bien organisés et capables de travailler dans une équipe internationale. Les stagiaires doivent vivre ou être ressortissant d’un des Etats membres du CELV.

A Modern Nyelvek Európai Központja (ECML) gyakornokokat toboroz évente kétszer 3-tól 6 hónapig tartó idõszakra.

Az ECML – mely az Európa Tanács egyik testülete - fõ szerepe általában a nyelvi kérdésekkel kapcsolatos intézkedések fenntartása és az innovatív megközelítési módok népszerûsítése a nyelvtanulás és oktatás területén.

A gyakornokok két szinten tevékenykednek:
1) Precíz munkavégzés bizonyos területeken. Ehhez 3 speciális terület áll rendelkezésre 3 féle gyakornoki munkára:

·  Honlap specializáció – Honlap: a gyakornok a webmester mindennapi munkáját segíti és részt vesz az ECML honlap fejlesztésben, felelõs az után követésért és az információk frissítéséért. Ez a terület lehetõséget biztosít a gyakornoknak a honlap folyamatos fejlesztésében. A gyakornok együttmûködik a Forrásközponttal és a közép távú programokért felelõs személyekkel is. A gyakornoknak rendelkezni kell nyelvtudással és tapasztalattal az ICT területén.

·  Szervezeti és tervezõ specializáció - Program: a gyakornok segítséget nyújt a programszervezésben és a felelõs a menedzsmenttel és a középtávú programokkal (MTP) kapcsolatos feladatokért: akták elõkészítése, melyek praktikus anyagokat és/vagy információkat tartalmaznak a résztvevõkrõl és más tevékenységekrõl, melyet az ECML szervez; különbözõ MTP projekt dokumentumok szerkesztése; különbözõ dokumentumok e-mail-en való kiküldése.

·  Dokumnetációs specializáció - DRC: a gyakornok segítséget nyújt a dokumentációért felelõs személyeknek, és könyvtár/ dokumentáció/ információ és a z ICT területén jártas kell, hogy legyen. A dokumentációs és a Forrásközpont csapat részévé válik és részt vesz új szolgáltatások kialakításában, új dokumentációs termékek és eszközök fenntartásában, mindennapi tevékenységekben.
Mindhárom esetben elvárás a csapatszellem, rugalmasság és az ECML tevékenységei iránti érdeklõdés.

· Pénzügyi és általános adminisztrációs specializáció - Adminisztráció: a gyakornok segít a meglévõ e-mail adatbázis fejlesztésében és a Windream (Document Management Software) mûködtetésében, a tréning útmutató fejlesztésében. Bevonják a pénzügyi dokumentáció folyamatába;  fénymásolás/ szennelés, pénzügyi adatok osztályozása, Stasbourg-gal való levelezés elõkészítése; az ECML e-mail adatbázis javítása; az ECML banki adataiba való belépés és dokumentációk elõkészítése, melyek a jegyek és a hotel foglalások visszafizetésével kapcsolatosak.

Mind a négy esetben elvárás a csapatszellem, rugalmasság és az ECML tevékenységei iránti érdeklõdés.

2) A gyakornokoknak a program egészén részt kell venniük, beleértve a workshop-okat és a találkozókat is.

Az útiköltség térítésén túl havi 686 Euró zsebpénz jár a gyakornoknak.

A gyakornok felsõfokú oklevéllel kell, hogy rendelkezzen.
Több nyelvet is ismernie kell (angol, francia, német), valamint gyors és gépírás, számítógépes ismeretek is szükségesek a hivatalos dokumentumok lefordításához.

Il Centro Europeo di Lingue Moderne accoglie tirocinanti due volte all'anno per un periodo di alcuni mesi. Il ruolo principale dell'ECML, struttura del Consiglio d'Europa, è di favorire l'implementazione delle politiche a favore delle lingue e la promozione di approcci innovativi nell'apprendimento e l'insegnamento delle lingue moderne.

I tirocinanti porteranno a termine alcuni incarichi in un campo specifico. A tale scopo vengono proposte quattro aree specialistiche che corrispondono a quattro diversi tipi di tirocinio:

Specializzazione riguardante il sito web: il tirocinante parteciperà allo sviluppo del sito web dell'ECML e sarà responsabile del controllo circa l'accuratezza e l'aggiornamento delle informazioni. Questo settore del lavoro permetterà al tirocinante di partecipare allo sviluppo dei diversi siti.

Specializzazione nel programma e la logistica: il tirocinante affiancherà l'assistene al programma e il segretario del programma, curando con i coordinatori il tipo di documenti, contattando i partecipanti dei workshop ed inviando tutti i tipi di documentazione, assistendo lo staff e i partecipanti durante i workshop e gli incontri.

Specializzazione nella documentazione: il tirocinante assisterà i due documentalisti dell'ECML e dovrà essere specializzato nel settore delle scienze librarie/della documentazione/ dell'informazione. Farà parte dello staff del Centro Risorse e parteciperà all'indicizzazione delle nuove risorse e la preparazione di prodotti documentali, nonché nelle attività quotidiane legate alla documentazione.

Specializzazione in finanza e amministrazione generale - Amministrazione: il tirocinante presterà assistenza nello sviluppo del database legato al database di posta già in uso e all'implementazione del Windream (Document Management Software), in particolare lo sviluppo di una guida per la formazione. Il tirocinante verrà coinvolto nel processo della documentazione finanziaria; nella fotocopiatura/scanning, classificazione secondo l'articolo di bilancio, registrazione della posta; correzioni al database di posta dell'EMCL (correzione/immissione di informazioni già esistenti; inserimento di dati bancari nel database ECML e preparazione della documentazione dei workshop legata ai biglietti pre-papagati, e le prenotazioni alberghiere).

In tutti i settori, il tirocinante dovrà dimostrare spirito di squadra, flessibilità e interesse nelle attività dell'ECML. E' prevista una sovvenzione mensile di 720 euro. L'ECML non prevede alcun contributo per i costi di viaggio dal paese di provenienza a Graz. Una deduzione di circa 20 euro è prevista tutti i mesi dalla retribuzione del tirocinante per le spese di assicurazione durante il soggiorno.

I tirocinanti devono essere studenti laureati, preferibilmente a livello post-lauream. Devono essere in grado di parlare almeno una lingua tra l'inglese e il francese. La conoscenza di entrambe le lingue è considerato un vantaggio.

Centrul European de Limbi Moderne (ECML) recrutează stagiari de două ori pe an pentru stagii plătite cu durata de 6 luni.

Principalul rol al ECML, care este o instituţie a Consiliului Europei, este de a servi, în general, la punerea în aplicare a politicilor lingvistice şi la promovarea abordărilor inovatoare pentru învăţarea şi predarea limbilor moderne.

Stagiarii vor avea sarcini precise într-un anumit domeniu. Pentru aceasta sunt propuse patru specializări care corespund la patru tipuri de stagii:

Specializarea web site

Stagiarul va asista webmaster-ul în activitatea sa cotidiană şi va participa la dezvoltarea site-ului ECML, fiind responsabil pentru acurateţea şi actualizarea informaţiilor. Acest stagiu implică o activitate creativă care permite stagiarului să contribuie la elaborarea permanentă a conținutului diferitelor site-uri.

Specializarea program și logistică

Stagiarul va asista secretarul și asistentul de program făcând legătura cu coordonatorii pentru a stabili detaliile practice, contactând participanții la atelier și trimițând documente, asistând echipele și participanții la ateliere și întâlniri, astfel încât totul să funcționeze fără probleme.

Specializarea în documentare

Stagiarul va asistă cei doi documentariști ai ECML. Acesta trebuie să fie specializat în domenii precum: administrare și organizare biblioteci/documentare/ştiinţele informării. Stagiarul va face parte din echipa Centrului de resurse şi documentare și va participa la indexarea noilor resurse şi la pregătirea produselor de documentare şi la alte activităţi de documentare cotidiene.

Specializarea administrare generală şi financiară

Stagiarul va contribui la dezvoltarea bazei de date legate de baza de date de emailuri deja existentă, dar şi la implementarea Windream (Document Management Software), în special la dezvoltarea unui ghid de formare. Stagiarul va fi implicat în procedura de documentare financiară, va copia/scana, clasifica în funcţie de articolul bugetar, va înregistra emailuri, va pregăti corespondenţa către Strasbourg, va corecta baza de date ECML de adrese existentă; va înregistra detalii bancare în baza de date ECML și va pregăti diverse documente pentru seminare legate de plata tichetelor, a formularelor de rezervare cazare.

În toate cele patru cazuri, stagiarul trebuie să aibă spirit de echipă, flexibilitate şi să manifeste interes pentru activităţile ECML.

Cine poate candida?

Candidatura va fi luată în considerare numai dacă locuiți într-unul dintre statele membre (a se vedea lista statelor membre).

O indemnizație de subzistență în valoare de 720 EUR va fi oferită lunar. 

ECML nu contribuie la costurile de călătorie din țara de origine a stagiarului către și de la Graz.

În fiecare lună vor fi reținuți 20 de euro din indemnizație pentru a acoperi costurile asigurărilor pe durata şederii.

Stagiarii trebuie să aibă cel puțin o diplomă de licență (sau echivalentul) și să cunoască bine cel puțin una dintre limbile de lucru ale Consiliului Europei (engleza sau franceza). Cunoașterea celor două limbi reprezintă un avantaj și ar putea face diferența pentru a fi selectați. La función principal del ECML, que es un órgano del Consejo de Europa, es la de serivir, en general,  a  la implementación de las políticas lingüísticas y la promoción de enfoques innovadores para el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de las lenguas modernas.

Los alumnos serán responsables de las tareas precisas en un campo específico. Para ello, se proponen cuatro áreas de especialización correspondientes a cuatro tipos diferentes de prácticas:

Especialización en Web - Sitio Web: el alumno asistirá al webmaster en su trabajo diario y participará en el desarrollo de la página web de la ECML. Será el responsable del seguimiento de las tareas de verificación y actualización de la información. Este área de trabajo permitirá al alumno participar en el desarrollo de varios sitios Web.

Programa y especialización en Logística - Programa: el alumno apoyará al Asistente del programa y al Secretario colaborando con los coordinadores a fijar detalles prácticos, contactando con los talleres participantes y enviándoles toda clase de documentos. Asistirá a los equipos y pariticipantes durante los talleres y encuentros para que todo transcurra de forma fluida.

Especialización en Documentación - Centro de Documentación y Recursos: el alumno asistirá a dos documetntalistas del ECML y deben ser especialistas en el campo de las ciencias de Biblioteconomía, Documentación e Información. Ellos/as formarán parte del equipo del Centro de Documentación y Recursos, y participarán tanto en la indización de nuevos recursos y preparación de productos documentales como en las actividades diarias relacionadas con la documentación.

Finanzas y especialización de administración general - Administración: el alumno va a ayudar en el desarrollo de la base de datos vinculada a la base de datos de correo ya existente y en la aplicación Windream ((Software de gestión de documentos), en particula en el desarrollo de una guía formativa. El/ella estarán involucrados en el proceso de documentación financiera, en fotocopiar/escanear, clasificación según el artículo presupuestario, el registro de los envíos y la preparación de correo para Estrasburgo; las correcciones en la base de datos de correo del ECML, entrada de datos bancarios en la base de datos del ECML y preparación de documentación del taller relativas a los billetes pagados por adelantado, formularios de reserva de hotel.

En los cuatro casos, el alumno debe demostrar espíritu de equipo, flexibilidad e interés por las actividades del ECML.

Se dará una ayuda mensual  de 720 Euros. El ECML no contribuye en los gastos de viaje desde el país de origen del becario hacia y desde Graz. Se realizará deducción de aproximadamente 20 Euros al mes de la prestación de los becarios para los costos de los seguros durante la estancia.

Los alumnos deben ser graduados, preferiblemente a nivel de postgrado.

About the traineeship

The trainees will be responsible for precise tasks in a specific field. In order to do so, four specialist areas are proposed corresponding to four different types of traineeships:

1. 4. Das ECML (European Center for Modern Languages) nimmt zweimal jährlich PraktikantInnen für ein bezahltes Praktikum zwischen 3 und 6 Monaten auf. Die Hauptaufgabe des ECML, einer Institution des Europarates, liegt in der grundsätzlichen Unterstützung von Sprachpolitik und der Förderung von innovativen Ansätzen im Lernen und Lehren von Sprachen.

Die Praktikanten werden für konkrete Aufgaben in einem bestimmten Bereich verantwortlich sein. Zu diesem Zweck werden vier Fachbereiche vorgeschlagen, die vier verschiedenen Arten von Praktika entsprechen:

Fachrichtung: Website
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Webmaster bei seiner/ihrer täglichen Arbeit und beteiligt sich an der Entwicklung der Website des ECML, indem er/sie für das Follow-up der Aufgaben und die Überprüfung der Genauigkeit und Aktualisierung der Informationen verantwortlich ist. Dieser Arbeitsbereich wird dem Praktikanten ermöglichen, an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung der verschiedenen Websites teilzunehmen.

Fachrichtung: Programm und Logistik
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Programmassistenten/die Programmassistentin und den Programmsekretär/die Programmsekretärin, indem er/sie mit den Koordinatoren in Verbindung steht, um praktische Details festzulegen, Kontakt mit den Workshopteilnehmern/Teilnehmerinnen aufnimmt und ihnen alle Arten von Dokumenten schickt, die Teams und Teilnehmer/Teilnehmerinnen während der Workshops und Treffen unterstützt, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.

Fachrichtung: Dokumentation
Der/die Praktikant/in wird die beiden Dokumentalisten des ECML unterstützen und sollte im Bereich Bibliotheks-/Dokumentations-/Informationswissenschaften spezialisiert sein. Er/sie wird Teil des Teams des Dokumentations- und Ressourcenzentrums sein und an der Indexierung neuer Ressourcen und der Vorbereitung dokumentarischer Produkte sowie an den täglichen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Dokumentation teilnehmen.

 
Fachrichtung: Finanzen und allgemeine Verwaltung
-Der/die Praktikant/in wird bei der Entwicklung der Datenbank, die mit der bestehenden Mailing-Datenbank verknüpft ist, und bei der Implementierung von Windream (Dokumentenverwaltungssoftware), insbesondere bei der Entwicklung eines Schulungsleitfadens, mitwirken; er/sie wird am Prozess der Finanzdokumentation beteiligt sein; beim Fotokopieren/Scannen, bei der Klassifizierung nach Haushaltsartikeln, bei der Registrierung von Mailings, bei der Vorbereitung des Mailings nach Straßburg; bei Korrekturen an der Mailing-Datenbank des ECML; bei der Eingabe von Bankdaten in die Datenbank des ECML und bei der Vorbereitung der Workshop-Dokumentation in Bezug auf im Voraus bezahlte Tickets und Hotelreservierungsformulare.

In allen vier Fällen sollte der Praktikant Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Interesse an den Aktivitäten des ECML zeigen.

Wer kann sich bewerben
Ihr Antrag wird nur berücksichtigt, wenn Sie aus einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten kommen oder in einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten leben (siehe Liste der Mitgliedsstaaten).

Ein monatliches Tagegeld von 720 EUR.
Das ECML leistet keinen Beitrag zu den Reisekosten vom Heimatland des Praktikanten nach und von Graz.
Zur Deckung der Versicherungskosten während des Aufenthalts wird monatlich ein Betrag von ca. 20 Euro von der Vergütung der PraktikantInnen abgezogen.

Praktikanten sollten mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss (oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss) haben und über gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der Arbeitssprachen des Europarates (Englisch oder Französisch) verfügen, da Kenntnisse in beiden Sprachen von Vorteil sind und für die Auswahl ausschlaggebend sein können. Die Praktikanten müssen flexibel, gut organisiert und in der Lage sein, in einem internationalen Team zu arbeiten.
Die Praktikanten sollten aus einem der Mitgliedsstaaten des ECML kommen oder in einem dieser Staaten leben.

The European Ombudsman offers a limited number of traineeships which are intended to enable the trainees to add to the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies by giving them practical experience. 

The Ombudsman offers traineeships to university or higher education graduates with a keen interest in European Union public administration and, in particular, in how the EU administration relates to citizens
The traineeships have a duration of a duration of one year, subject to a positive assessment of the trainee’s performance.

There are normally two training periods: one starting on 1 September and the other on 1 January each year.
The place of work can be Brussels (Belgium) or Strasbourg (France).

For the September 2022 traineeship period, the Ombudsman is offering traineeships in:

• Case handling (up to 5 traineeships)
• Digital communication (1 traineeship)

Eligible candidates

• nationals of a Member State of the European Union or of an accession/candidate country;
• not have benefitted, for more than eight consecutive weeks or two full months, from a previous paid traineeship or work contract in a European institution, body, agency, office, service, delegation, representation, including the office of a Member of the European Parliament or of a European political group;
• have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU and very good knowledge of another. The main working language of the Ombudsman’s office is English and therefore a very good knowledge of English is required;

IT TRAINEESHIP 2023 - Java/web developer trainee
The European Ombudsman offers the opportunity to a Java/web developer trainee to assist in the development of the Ombudsman's Internet and Extranet sites and of internal web-based applications.
 

Required qualifications
Candidates applying should have:

• Good knowledge of Java, Angular, and HTML5/CSS3
• Knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, Javascript, Typescript, SQL, dotNET, C-sharp, MS Sharepoint or MS CRM Dynamics would be an advantage.
   

Eligible applicants
The applicant should:
- be a national from an EU Member State, or of an accession/candidate country;
- have a Master’s/Engineer degree in software development or be in the process of completing it. In the latter case, the traineeship can be part of their master/engineer programme;
- should not have benefited, for more than eight consecutive weeks or two full months, from a previous paid traineeship or work contract in a European institution, body, agency, office, service, delegation, representation, including the office of a Member of the European Parliament or of a European political group;

Den europæiske Ombudsmand tilbyder et begrænset antal af praktikpladser, der har til hensigt at give studerende en mere praktisk erfaring ved siden af deres studier.

Praktikperioden varer normalt 3 måneder.

Praktikanterne arbejder under vejledning fra en ansat. De får normalt til opgave at undersøge særlige emner eller tage sig af klager, der har relevans for ombudsmanden.

Praktikprogrammet tilbydes to gange om året og er primært rettet mod cand.jur.-gruppen. Praktikantopholdet foregår enten i Strasbourg eller Bruxelles alt efter kontorets behov. Det begynder 1. september henholdsvis 1. januar hvert år.

Gyakornoki lehetőség az Európai Ombudsmannál

Az Európai Ombudsman meghatározott számú gyakornoki helyet biztosít, melynek célja a gyakornokok tanulmányaik során elsajátított tudásának és képességeinek gyakorlati tapasztalattal való bővítése.

A gyakornokság időtartama normális körülmények között négy hónap és legfeljebb 11 hónapra hosszabbítható meg.

A gyakornokok egy jogász közvetlen felügyelete alatt dolgoznak. Feladatuk vagy a panaszok kivizsgálása vagy az Ombudsman munkájához szükséges kutatások végrehajtása, esetleg mindkettő.

A gyakornokok pénzügyi támogatásának szintjét a külső támogatások átvétele után egyénenként állapítják meg.

ösztöndíj áll rendelkezésre olyan gyakornokok részére, akiknek a három hónapos időtartamra vonatkozóan nincs más forrásuk a pénzügyi támogatáson kívül. Az ösztöndíj értéke az AD6-os szint 1.fokába tartozó személyzet alapfizetésének 25%-a (kb. 1200 € brüsszelben vagy 1400 € Strasbourgban), mely magában foglalja a háztartási juttatásokat is, ahol helyénvaló.

A gyakornokokat egyénenként választják ki. A jelentkezőre vonatkozó alapkövetelmények:

·  az Európai Unió valamely tagállamának állampolgára

·  jogi egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezik és haladó szinten van a közösségi jog szakmai oktatásában vagy kutatásában

·  az Európai Közösség legalább két hivatalos nyelvén képes dolgozni. A francia és az angol nyelvtudás szükséges, mivel ez a két nyelv az Európai Ombdusman-i Iroda munkanyelve.

Europejski Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich oferuje staże umożliwiające młodym ludziom uzupełnienie wiedzy i umiejętności zdobytych podczas studiów o praktyczne umiejętności, obejmujące różne dziedziny.

Staże odbywają się w Strasburgu lub Brukseli. Stażyści pracują pod bezpośrednim nadzorem prawnika. Badają skargi i/lub przeprowadzają research potrzebny do zbadania wniosku. Zakres obowiązków może też obejmować prace dotyczące mediów i komunikacji oraz badań związanych z działalnością rzecznika.

Stażyści nie posiadający żadnego źródła utrzymania mogą ubiegać się o stypendia, które wynoszą 25% podstawowej pensji pracowników kategorii AD6 step 1, z uwzględnieniem dodatku mieszkaniowego oraz możliwości zwrotu kosztów podróży (lub ich części) przed i po odbyciu stażu. Wnioski stażystów posiadających źródło utrzymania będą rozpatrywane indywidualnie.

Czas trwania stażu: od 4 do 12 miesięcy (po 4 miesiącach, jeśli strony wyrażą taką wolę, staż jest przedłużany do 12 miesięcy).

Ubiegający się o staże muszą:
- być obywatelami europejskimi,
- posiadać dyplom uniwersytecki (uzyskany min. 3 latach studiów) z dziedziny powiązanej z działalnością biura rzecznika (dokładny opis wymagań znajduje się tutaj); priorytetowo traktowane są zgłoszenia od absolwentów prawa,
- posługiwać się przynajmniej dwoma oficjalnymi językami Unii Europejskiej (drugim na poziomie dobrym), przy czym niezbędna jest biegła znajomość angielskiego.

Proces aplikowania
Aplikacje należy składać online, załączając list motywacyjny, referencje, kopie dyplomów, dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. Kandydaci wyłonieni w pierwszym etapie muszą zdać pisemny test. Tych, którzy go zaliczą, czeka telefoniczna rozmowa kwalifikacyjna.

Terminy odbywania staży
Staże rozpoczynają się w dwóch cyklach, 1 września oraz 1 stycznia.

O Provedor de Justiça Europeu oferece um número limitado de estágios que visam permitir aos estagiários adquirir experiência prática ao conhecimento e aptidões que tenham obtido ao longo do ciclo de estudos.

Os estágios têm normalmente a duração de quatro meses, podendo ser prolongados até um máximo de 11 meses.

Os estagiários irão trabalhar sobre supervisão direta de um jurista. Os estagiários devem proceder à investigarão de denúncias ou iniciarão pesquisas relevantes para o trabalho do Provedor de Justiça ou ambos.

O nível de apoio financeiro para os estagiários será determinado a nível individual.
Estão disponíveis bolsas de estudo para os estagiários que não disponham de meios financeiros para um período de três meses. O valor das bolsas de estudo corresponde a 25% do salário base, dos funcionários no grau A*6 step 1, incluindo subsídio de alojamento, se necessário.

Os estagiários são selecionados individualmente.

O candidato deve normalmente:

Mediatorul European oferă un număr limitat de stagii care urmăresc să îi ajute pe stagiari să adauge experienţă practică la cunoştinţele și competențele pe care le-au acumulat pe parcursul studiilor.

Mediatorul European oferă stagii pentru absolvenții de învățământ superior, interesați de domeniul administrației publice a Uniunii Europene și, în special, privind modul în care administrația UE relaționează cu cetățenii.

Stagiile au o durată de un an, sub rezerva obținerii unei evaluări pozitive a performanței stagiarului.

În mod normal, există două perioade pentru stagiile de practică: una începând la 1 septembrie și cealaltă, la 1 ianuarie, în fiecare an.

Trainees are required to work under the direct supervision of a Legal Officer. They normally must undertake either investigation of complaints or the carrying out of research relevant to the work of the Ombudsman or both.

The level of financial support for trainees in receipt of external support will be determined on an individual basis.
Scholarships are available to trainees who do not have other means of financial support for a period of three months. The value of scholarships is 25% of the basic salary of staff on grade AD6 step 1 (i.e. around 1200 € in Brussels or 1400 € in Strasbourg), including a household allowance, where appropriate.

The OHIM organises traineeships for young university gradueates and professionals to provide them with first-hand experience of the work of the European Union (EU) and the chance to participate in intellectual property administration.

The duration of the traineeship is of 12 months and 2 weeks, starting between 1 September and 15 October each year.

Szakmai gyakorlat a Belső Piac Harmonizációs Irodájánál (OHIM) – Védjegy és Formatervezés Részleg

Az OHIM egy évben két szakmai gyakorlatot szervez fiatal egyetemisták részére. A gyakorlat időtartama öt hónap, célja munkatapasztalat szerzése az OHIM valamelyik részlegénél.
A tavaszi gyakorlat február 1-jével, az őszi pedig szeptember 1-jével kezdődik minden évben.

A szakmai gyakorlat fő céljai a következők:
- képzés az ipar, különösen a márkavédjeggyel kapcsolatos jogi szabályozás területén,
- elméleti és gyakorlati ismeretszerzés,
- lehetőség a személyes tapaszatalatszerzésre a mindennapi munka során szerzett kapcsolatokon keresztül.

Az OHIM legfontosabb munkaterületei a következők:
a) ipari: márkavédjegy, jogi szabályozás, fellebbezés, formatervezés, nemzetközi technikai együttműködés,
b) egyéb területek, különösen: finanszírozás, információs technológia.

A szakmai gyakorlaton részt vevők havi támogatást kapnak, melynek összege az éves költségvetés függvénye. A támogatás összege a honlapon megtalálható. Az a gyakornok, aki hamarabb fejezte be gyakorlatát, vissza kell térítenie azt az időszakot, melyet nem dolgozott le.

- elismert egyetemi diplomával kell rendelkezniük, amely bizonyítja, hogy befejezték tanulmányaikat. Abban az esetben, ha a gyakornok éppen a tanulmányai befejező szakaszában van, be kell szereznie egy hivatalos igazolást az egyetemtől a tanulmányi eredményéről,
- az OHIM valamely részlegénél szerzett munkatapasztalat

- az Európai Unió egy hivatalos nyelvének alapos ismerete, valamint az Unió egy másik hivatalos nyelvének megfelelő ismerete is szükséges. Az egyik nyelvnek az OHIM hivatalos nyelvének kell lennie (spanyol, német, angol, francia, olasz). A társult, illetve a harmadik országokból érkező gyakornokok számára csupán az OHIM egy nyelvének jó ismerete szükséges.

L'EUIPO, Ufficio dell'Unione europea per la proprietà intellettuale propone tirocini per giovani professionisti e laureati al fine di acquisire esperienza sul lavoro dell'Unione Europea e il settore legato alla proprietà intellettuale.

Tirocini per giovani professionisti
Questo programma di tirocini si prefigge lo scopo di offrire a giovani professionisti un’esperienza pratica dell’Unione europea in generale e dell’EUIPO in particolare, permettendo loro di mettere in pratica le conoscenze acquisite nel corso degli studi e delle prime esperienze professionali, segnatamente nei rispettivi ambiti di competenza. I tirocinanti ricevono una sovvenzione.

È accessibile ai giovani professionisti sia degli Stati membri dell’UE sia dei paesi non-UE:
- che abbiano portato a termine almeno il primo ciclo di un corso d’istruzione superiore attestato da un documento ufficiale dell’università prima dell’inizio della procedura di selezione;
- con una conoscenza pratica di una delle cinque lingue di lavoro dell’EUIPO (inglese, francese, tedesco, italiano e spagnolo), corrispondente al livello B1 del quadro comune europeo di riferimento per le lingue;
- preferibilmente con una buona conoscenza di un’altra lingua ufficiale dell’UE.

Tirocini non retribuiti
Questo programma di tirocinio è riservato a laureati che, nel corso degli studi o in altro modo, hanno già acquisito una prima esperienza negli ambiti di lavoro dell’Ufficio. Il periodo di tirocinio dura da un minimo di due a un massimo di sei mesi.

- un CV e una lettera di motivazione (in una delle cinque lingue di lavoro dell’EUIPO), specificando l’ambito di specializzazione di proprio interesse e indicando le date preferenziali di inizio e conclusione del tirocinio non retribuito, tenendo conto delle tempistiche riportate sopra,
- i diplomi o certificati conseguiti,
- i certificati attestanti l’esperienza professionale pregressa e/o una lettera di referenze di un docente universitario,

L'OHMI propose deux fois par an des stages de cinq mois à de jeunes diplômés d'université. Ces stages constituent une expérience de travail dans l'un des services de l'Office. Ils commencent le 1er février (stage de printemps) et le 1er septembre (stage d'automne) de chaque année.

Ces stages permettent aux stagiaires :

OHIM organizează stagii pentru tineri profesioniști și absolvenți de studii universitare pentru a le oferi o experiență de primă mână privind activitatea Uniunii Europene (UE) și șansa de a participa la administrarea proprietății intelectuale.

Durata stagiului este de 12 luni și 2 săptămâni. În fiecare an stagiile încep la 1 septembrie și se încheie la data de 15 octombrie.

Cursanții au dreptul la un grant lunar. Valoarea grantului va fi publicată anual pe website.

Stagiarul care încheie contractul mai devreme va trebui să ramburseze partea din grant care se referă la perioada în care nu a lucrat.

Pentru a fi eligibili, candidaţii trebuie:

• să fie cetăţeni ai statelor membre UE sau nemembre UE.
• să fi absolvit primul ciclu de studii superioare (studii de licență) și să fi obținut o diplomă sau un echivalent al acesteia înainte de începerea stagiului;
• să cunoască foarte bine una dintre cele cinci limbi oficiale ale OHIM (engleză, franceză, germană, italiană și spaniolă) la nivelul B1 conform Cadrului European Comun de Referință pentru Limbi; și este de preferat să cunoască bine o altă limbă oficială a UE.

La OAMI (Oficina de Armonización del Mercado Interior) convoca práctias para jóvenes titulados universitarios, organizados en dos periodos, de cinco meses cada uno. Estas prácticas constituyen una experiencia de trabajo en uno de los servicios de la OAMI. Comienzan el 1 de febrero (periodo de prácticas en primavera) y el 1 de septiembre (periodo de prácticas de otoño) de cada año.

Las prácticas consisten principalmente en:

The OHIM organises traineeships for young university professionals to provide them with first-hand experience of the work of the European Union (EU) and the chance to participate in intellectual property administration. Trainees shall be entitled to a monthly grant on a yearly basic and dependent on budgetary constraints. The amount of the basic grant will be published annually on the website. The trainee who finishes the contract early will have to reimburse the part of the grant relating to the period which has not been worked.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

• be nationals from both EU Member States and non-Member States.
• have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (undergraduate studies) and have obtained a degree or equivalent before the traineeship starts;
• have a working knowledge of one of OHIM's five official languages (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish), equivalent to level B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; and preferably a good knowledge of another official EU language.
