SALTO Participation & Information Resource Centre is seeking youth representatives to join the Youth Participation Strategy (YPS) Steering Group (SG) for the 2026-2027 mandate. As a member of the Steering Group, you will be supporting the full-term (2021-2027) monitoring and evaluation of how the YPS was implemented, as well as promoting the implementation of meaningful participation in democratic life as one of the priorities in the framework of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes. You will also have the opportunity to advise on the implementation of the YPS and its priority areas and develop initiatives that contribute to the goals. 

Who can apply

• Young people between 18 and 30 years old who:
• Have experience with the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes,
• Have experience in youth participation at local, national and/or international level and 
• Have an interest in strengthening youth participation in the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes. 
• Reside in Erasmus+ programme countries and Western Balkans countries.
• Must be able to participate in activities throughout the duration of the mandate.

Duration

• The mandate runs from 21 October 2026 to 31 December 2027.
• Work is carried out online and in-person.
• The working language is English. 

Grant 

• Youth representatives receive EUR 1.925 (based on an estimated overall 11 working days).
• A one-time additional fee of EUR 350 per SG member may be provided.
