The aim of the programme is to bring together high-school students from the EU Member States and offer them an immersive experience in the Chamber of the European Parliament. 
Each year Euroscola invites thousands to spend a day in Strasbourg and become Members of the European Parliament. 
Students experience a day as an MEP, they get the opportunity to interact and exchange information in a foreign language and they are also given the possibility to introduce their school and the region where they come from.

Who can apply:

• Euroscola is designed for students between 16 to 18 years old;
• Students from all 28 European Union Members States can participate;
• Participation is awarded to schools, not individuals;
• Successful candidates get a subsidy towards the cost of their journey to Strasbourg (France).

The aim of the programme is to bring together school children for a day trip in Strasbourg. A group of about 500 secondary-school pupils, usually from the same age group, is invited to spend a day thinking together about the effects that European integration will have on their future.

Aims

• To give young people an insight into the workings of the European Parliament;
• To give young people a taste of Europe in a day of meetings and discussion on topical European subjects;
• To make them aware of what is meant by democratic commitement.

Actions:

• The pupils have to make full use of their knowledge of languages in order to communicate with their opposite numbers from the other European countries, since interpretation is limited;
• Public discussions in a foreign language;
• multilingual working parties.

Prizes

One representative of the 27 national winning projects selected will be invited to the award ceremony and a stay of several days in Aachen, Germany on 11 May 2021.

Parlamentul European şi Fundaţia pentru Premiul Internaţional Charlemagne din Aachen invită tinerii din toate statele membre ale UE să participe la un concurs privind dezvoltarea şi integrarea UE, precum şi aspecte legate de identitatea europeană.

Tema concursului:

'Premiul Charlemagne pentru tinerii europeni' se acordă proiectelor care:

• promovează înţelegerea europeană şi internaţională,
• favorizează dezvoltarea unui sentiment comun al identităţii şi integrării europene,
• reprezintă modele pentru tinerii care trăiesc în Europa,
• oferă exemple concrete de cetăţeni europeni care trăiesc împreună în aceeaşi comunitate.

Proiectele pot fi axate pe organizarea de evenimente pentru tineri, schimburi de tineri sau proiecte online care au dimensiune europeană.

Criterii de participare:

• participanţii trebuie să aibă vârsta între 16 şi 30 de ani;
• să fie cetăţeni sau rezidenţi ai unuia dintre statele membre ale UE;
• participanţii se pot înscrie individual sau în grupuri, iar in cazul grupurilor și proiectelor transnaționale, proiectul poate fi depus în țara care are o mai mare legătură cu proiectul.

Proiectele pot fi scrise și înscrise în concurs în oricare dintre limbile oficiale ale UE.

Proiectele înscrise în concurs trebuie să fi fost începute şi 

1. să fi fost finalizate între 1 ianurie 2020 și 31 ianuarie 2021 sau
2. să fie în curs de desfăşurare. 

Premii:

Premiul pentru cel mai bun proiect este în valoare de 7.500 de euro, premiul doi este în valoare de 5.000 de euro şi premiul trei este în valoare de 2.500 de euro.

Reprezentanţii celor 27 de proiecte naţionale selectate vor fi invitaţi la ceremonia de decernare a premiilor, la Aachen, Germania, în data de 11 mai 2021.

Premiile acordate celor mai bune trei proiecte vor fi înmânate de Preşedintele Parlamentului European şi de către reprezentantul Fundaţiei pentru Premiul Internaţional Charlemagne din Aachen.

Ca parte a premiului, laureaţii vor fi invitaţi să viziteze Parlamentul European (de la Bruxelles sau Strasbourg).

Procedura de selecţie:

Selecţia proiectului câştigător al Premiului Charlemagne pentru tinerii europeni se va face în două etape:

Etapa întâi: juriile naţionale, compuse din cel puţin doi deputaţi în Parlamentul European şi dintr-un reprezentant al organizaţiilor de tineret, vor selecta un câştigător naţional din fiecare dintre cele 27 de state membre, până pe 15 martie 2021.

Etapa a doua: juriul european, compus din trei deputaţi în Parlamentul European (PE), Preşedintele PE şi patru reprezentanţi ai Fundaţiei pentru Premiul Internaţional Charlemagne din Aachen, va alege câştigătorul dintre cele 27 de proiecte propuse de juriile naţionale în aprilie 2021.

Das Europäische Parlament und die Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen laden junge Menschen aus allen Mitgliedstaaten der EU ein, an einem Wettbewerb zu den Themen Entwicklung der EU, europäische Integration und Europäische Identität teilzunehmen.

Thema des Wettbewerbs:
Der 'Europäische Karlspreis der Jugend' wird an Projekte vergeben, die:
- die europäische und internationale Verständigung fördern,
- die Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen Gefühls der europäischen Identität und Integration fördern,
- als Vorbild für in Europa lebende junge Menschen dienen
- praktische Beispiele für das Zusammenleben der Europäer als eine Gemeinschaft bieten.

Die Projekte können sich auf die Organisation verschiedener Jugendveranstaltungen, Jugendaustausche oder Internetprojekte mit einer europäischen Dimension konzentrieren.

Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme:
- Die Teilnehmer sollten 16-30 Jahre alt sein;
- müssen Bürger oder Einwohner eines der EU-Mitgliedstaaten sein;
- können sich entweder einzeln oder in Gruppen bewerben; bei Gruppen- und grenzüberschreitenden Projekten kann das Projekt nur in einem Land eingereicht werden, das eng mit dem Projekt verbunden ist.

Förderfähig sind Anträge in allen Amtssprachen der Europäischen Union.
Die für den Wettbewerb eingereichten Projekte müssen begonnen haben und:
a) zwischen dem 1. Januar 2020 und dem 1. Februar 2021 abgeschlossen sein oder
b) noch laufen.

 
Preise:
Der Preis für das beste Projekt beträgt 7.500 EUR, der zweite Preis 5000 EUR und der dritte Preis 2.500 EUR.
Ein Vertreter der 27 ausgewählten nationalen Siegerprojekte wird am 11. Mai 2021 zur Preisverleihung und zu einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Aachen, Deutschland, eingeladen.
Die Preise für die drei besten Projekte werden vom Präsidenten des Europäischen Parlaments und vom Vertreter der Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen überreicht.
Im Rahmen der Preisverleihung werden die drei Preisträger zu einem Besuch des Europäischen Parlaments (in Brüssel oder in Straßburg) eingeladen.

Auswahlverfahren:
Der Gewinner oder die Gewinnerin des Europäischen Karlspreises der Jugend wird in einem zweistufigen Verfahren ausgewählt.

1. : Nationale Jurys, die aus mindestens zwei Mitgliedern des Europäischen Parlaments (MdEP) und einem Vertreter von Jugendorganisationen bestehen, wählen bis zum 15. März 2021 einen nationalen Preisträger aus jedem der 27 Mitgliedstaaten aus.
2. : Die europäische Jury, bestehend aus drei Mitgliedern des Europäischen Parlaments, dem Präsidenten des Europäischen Parlaments und vier Vertretern der Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen, wählt im April 2021 aus den 27 nationalen Siegerprojekten, die von den nationalen Jurys eingereicht wurden, den Gewinner aus.

The European Youth Forum is launching the ‘European Youth Capital’ (EYC) 2024. This title is assigned to a European city for a period of one year during to empower young people, boost youth participation and strengthen European identity. Each year, a new European city is given the chance to showcase its innovative ideas, projects and activities that aim to raise up young voices and bring a new youth perspective to all aspects of city life. 
The European Youth Capital initiative aims to support both young people and the city to open up these possibilities and lead the way for other European municipalities to follow. 

The European Youth Capital creates a positive impact in many areas:

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.

Webinar
The European Youth Forum will host a webinar on 3 December 2020, for cities that are interested to apply for the European Youth Capital 2024 title.

Eligibility
Open to any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe, which are parties to the European Cultural Convention adopted in 1954 in Paris. 
Applicant municipalities together with participating youth structures are invited to present a multi-faceted programme highlighting their approach to youth participation and plans for creating a better environment for young people in their cities.

Deadlines
- 17 January 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of concept notes.
The application includes a fee of 300 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

- 23 May 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.

Il Forum europeo della gioventù ha lanciato la "Capitale Europea della Gioventù" (EYC) 2024. Questo titolo viene assegnato a una città europea per un periodo di un anno durante il quale si intende conferire più potere ai giovani  e rafforzare la loro partecipazione, rafforzare l'identità europea. Ogni anno, una nuova città europea ha la possibilità di mostrare le sue idee innovative, i progetti e le attività che mirano a dare voce ai giovani e portare una nuova prospettiva a tutti gli aspetti della vita cittadina. 

Una città può diventare una Capitale Europea della Gioventù se si distingue in modo positivo e ha un programma ambizioso per responsabilizzare i giovani. Le città sono invitate a presentare la propria visione per diventare la Capitale Europea della Gioventù 2024 e come dare potere ai giovani, accrescere la loro partecipazione e portare il cambiamento nella loro città. 

Il titolo è conferito da una giuria  congiunta di organizzazioni giovanili europee e partner istituzionali.

La capitale europea della gioventù crea un impatto positivo in molti settori:

Forumul European al Tineretului lansează "Capitala Europeană a Tineretului" (EYC) 2024. Timp de un an, un oraş european va purta acest titlu, având astfel oportunitatea de împuternici tinerii, de a stimula participarea tinerilor și de a consolida identitatea europeană.  În fiecare an, un alt oraș european are oportunitatea de a-și prezenta ideile inovatoare, proiectele și activitățile ce privesc participarea activă a tinerilor în societate și aduc o nouă perspectivă privind toate aspectele vieții orașului. Inițiativa Capitala Europeană a Tineretului urmărește crearea de oportunități pentru tineri, dar și pentru orașul care gazduiește inițiativa. 

Capitala Europeană a Tineretului creează un impact pozitiv în multe domenii:

Forumul European al Tineretului va găzdui un webinar în data de 3 decembrie 2020, pentru orașele care sunt interesate să candideze pentru titlul de Capitală Europeană a Tineretului 2024.

Eligibilitate

Sunt invitate să participe autorități locale (definite ca municipalități sau un grupuri de municipalități situate într-o zonă geografică comună) din statele membre ale Consiliului Europei, care sunt părți ale Convenției Culturale Europene adoptate în 1954 la Paris.

Toate municipalitățile împreună cu structurile de tineret participante sunt invitate să prezinte un program detaliat, subliniind abordarea lor privind participarea tinerilor și planurile lor de a crea un mediu mai bun pentru tinerii din orașul lor.

Die Städte werden gebeten, ihre Vision, die Europäische Jugendhauptstadt 2024zu werden, darzulegen und zu erläutern, wie sie junge Menschen befähigen, die Beteiligung der Jugend fördern und Veränderungen in ihrer Stadt bewirken kann.

Teilnahmeberechtigung
Offen für alle Gebietskörperschaften (definiert als eine Gemeinde oder eine Gruppe von Gemeinden, die in einem gemeinsamen geographischen Gebiet liegen) aus den Mitgliedstaaten des Europarates, die Vertragsparteien des 1954 in Paris angenommenen Europäischen Kulturabkommens sind.
Die antragstellenden Gemeinden sind eingeladen, zusammen mit den teilnehmenden Jugendstrukturen ein facettenreiches Programm vorzustellen, in dem sie ihren Ansatz der Jugendbeteiligung und ihre Pläne zur Schaffung eines besseren Umfelds für junge Menschen in ihren Städten hervorheben.

- 17. Januar 2021 (23:59 MEZ), zur Einreichung von Konzeptnotizen.
Der Antrag enthält eine Gebühr von 300 Euro, die vor Ablauf der Frist beim Europäischen Jugendforum zu entrichten ist.

The European Youth Forum is launching the ‘European Youth Capital’ (EYC) 2024. This title is assigned to a European city for a period of one year during to empower young people, boost youth participation and strengthen European identity.

About

Each year, a new European city is given the chance to showcase its innovative ideas, projects and activities that aim to raise up young voices and bring a new youth perspective to all aspects of city life. The European Youth Capital initiative aims to support both young people and the city to open up these possibilities and lead the way for other European municipalities to follow.

How to take part

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.
Cities are asked to set out their vision to become the European Youth Capital 2024 and how it can empower young people, boost youth participation, and bring change to their city.

The European Youth Forum will host a webinar on 3 December 2020, for cities that are interested to apply for the European Youth Capital 2024 title.

Eligibility

Open to any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe, which are parties to the European Cultural Convention adopted in 1954 in Paris. Applicant municipalities together with participating youth structures are invited to present a multi-faceted programme highlighting their approach to youth participation and plans for creating a better environment for young people in their cities.

Deadlines

- 17 January 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of concept notes.
The application includes a fee of 300 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

- 23 May 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.
The application includes a fee of 700 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

- 20 September 2021 (23:59 CET), for final application forms. The third application round does not include a fee.

A verseny nyitott azok a #DiscoverEU jelentkezők számára, akik 2018-ban és 2019-ben jelentkeztek a DiscoverEU valamely fordulójára. Nyertesek és jegyet nem nyertek egyaránt csatlakozhatnak. A fotó-és videóverseny központi témája "Lépj ki a komfort zónádból, mégha otthon is vagy!". Az alkotásokat beküldők között különböző díjakat sorsolnak ki a szervezők. 

A júliusi téma: "Alkosd újra egy fotóban vagy egy videóban a kedvenc példádat az európai kultúráról."

A résztvevőknek a következőket kell tenniük ahhoz, hogy részt vehessenek a versenyben:

The European Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards were launched in 2002 by the European Commission and have been run by Europa Nostra ever since.
The Awards celebrate and promote best practices related to heritage conservation, management, volunteering, research, education and communication. In this way, they contribute to a stronger public recognition of cultural heritage as a strategic resource for Europe’s society, economy and environment.

The aims are:
- to promote high standards of conservation practice;
- to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and experience throughout Europe;
- to encourage further efforts through the power of example.
It will achieve this by giving public recognition to outstanding initiatives and best practices by either individuals or organisations, which contribute to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

In 2021, the Awards will be given to up to 30 remarkable heritage projects and initiatives in four categories. Up to seven will be selected as Grand Prix winners and receive €10,000 each. One will get the Public Choice Award.

The areas are the following:
- Architectural Heritage: single buildings or groups of buildings in rural or urban setting;
- Building additions or alterations, or new building projects within historic areas in urban and rural settings;
- Industrial and engineering structures and sites;
- Cultural landscapes: historic urban environments or townscapes, city or town squares and streetscapes, historic parks and gardens, larger areas of designed landscape or of cultural, environmental and/or agricultural significance;
- Archaeological sites, including underwater archaeology;
- Moveable heritage: collections or single works of art or objects of historic significance;
- Intangible heritage;
- Religious heritage sites.

The prize will be awarded to each of the following categories:
Category 1: Conservation
Outstanding achievements in the conservation, enhancement and adaptation to new uses of cultural heritage.

Category 2: Research
Outstanding research projects which lead to tangible effects in the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

Category 3: Dedicated service
Open to individuals or organisations whose contributions over a long period of time (min. 10 years) demonstrate excellence in the protection, conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage (relating to any of the above-mentioned areas in Europe and far exceeding normal expectations in the given context.

Category 4: Education, training and awareness-raising
Outstanding initiatives related to education, training and awareness-raising related to cultural heritage with the aim of fostering capacity-building and local support, building a sense of place and identity and stimulating citizens engagement and ownership.

Entries may be submitted from the countries that take part in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.
You can still apply for a Europa Nostra Award if your country is not on the list of eligible countries.

Prizes
All winning entries receive a certificate as well as a bronze wall plaque to be put up at the awarded building or heritage site.
Among the winners, four projects (one per category) will be selected as Grand Prix winners and one will receive the Public Choice Award following an online vote conducted via the Europa Nostra website
The Grand Prix laureates also receive €10,000 each.

Depuis leur lancement par la Commission européenne en 2002, les prix du patrimoine européen/Europa Nostra ont été organisés par Europa Nostra. Ces prix célèbrent et encouragent les bonnes pratiques en matière de préservation, gestion, volontariat, recherche, enseignement et communication autour du patrimoine. De cette façon, ils contribuent à une plus forte reconnaissance publique du patrimoine culturel en tant que ressource stratégique pour la société, l’économie et l’environnement européen.

Objectifs :

• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de protection du patrimoine ;
• Stimuler les échanges de savoir-faire et d’expériences à travers l’Europe ;
• Utiliser l’exemplarité de certains projets pour encourager les efforts déjà entrepris.

Dans cette optique, une reconnaissance publique sera accordée aux initiatives et pratiques individuelles ou collectives les plus remarquables en matière de protection et de mise en valeur du patrimoine culturel en Europe.

Voici les différents domaines :

• Patrimoine architectural : Bâtiments seuls ou groupes de bâtiments dans l'arrangement rural ou urbain ;
• Modifications architecturales, ou nouveaux projets de construction dans les quartiers historiques des zones urbaines et rurales ;
• Structures et sites industriels et technologiques ;
• Paysages culturels : environnement ou paysages urbains historiques, parcs et jardins historiques, plus grands secteurs de paysage conçu, ou secteurs d'importance culturelle, environnementale et/ou agricole ;
• Sites archéologiques, y compris l’archéologie sous-marine ;
• Œuvres d’art et collections : collections d’importance artistique et historique ou anciennes œuvres d’art ;
• Patrimoine immatériel ;
• Sites religieux.

Catégorie 1 : Conservation

Accomplissements exceptionnels dans la conservation, le perfectionnement et l’adaptation à de nouveaux usages du patrimoine culturel.

Catégorie 2 : Recherche

Projets de recherche exceptionnelle ayant un impact réel sur la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel en Europe.

Catégorie 3 : Services dédiés

Ouvert aux particuliers ou organisations dont les contributions sur une longue période (10 ans minimum) démontrent l’excellence dans la protection, la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel (en lien avec des domaines mentionnés ci-dessus en Europe et qui surpassent de loin les attentes normales du contexte en question).

Catégorie 4 : Education, formation et sensibilisation

Initiatives exceptionnelles liées à l’éducation, à la formation et à la sensibilisation au patrimoine culturel, dans le but de favoriser le renforcement des capacités et le soutien de proximité, en construisant une notion de lieux et d’identité, et en stimulant la participation et l’engagement des citoyens.

Les inscriptions peuvent être soumises dans les pays participant au programme Creative Europe de l’Union européenne. Vous pouvez postuler au Prix Europa Nostra même si votre pays ne figure pas sur la liste des pays éligible.

Prix
Tous les lauréats recevront un certificat ainsi qu’une plaque murale en bronze à accrocher dans le bâtiment des récompenses ou sur le site patrimonial.

Parmi les lauréats, quatre projets (un par catégorie) seront sélectionnés comme « Grand Prix » et un recevra le « Prix du public » suite au vote en ligne organisé sur le site d’Europa Nostra. Les lauréats des Grands Prix recevront 10 000 € chacun.

De plus, deux nouveaux Prix Spéciaux ILUCIDARE seront remis en 2021.

L'obiettivo del premio è dare un riconoscimento pubblico ad iniziative esemplari e alle capacità di singoli individui e/o organizzazioni meritevoli nel campo della conservazione e del rafforzamento del comune patrimonio europeo in tutte le sue forme (patrimonio architettonico e i beni non immobili ad esso correlati, l'archeologia, i paesaggi culturali).

Il Premio dell'Unione Europea per il Patrimonio Culturale è stato lanciato nel 2002 dalla Commissione Europea del Programma Cultura 2000. Europa Nostra, la Federazione pan-europea per il Patrimonio, è stata selezionata come organizzazione responsabile della gestione del programma.

Gli obiettivi sono i seguenti:
- promuovere l'innalzamento degli standard per la prassi della conservazione;
- stimolare lo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze in tutta Europa;
- incoraggiare ulteriori sforzi attraverso la testimonianza diretta;
Tutto questo può essere realizzabile dando pubblico riconoscimento ad iniziative esemplari e alle migliori prassi sia da parte di singoli che di organizzazioni, che contribuiscano alla tutela e al rafforzamento del patrimonio culturale europeo.

I Premi verranno assegnati fino a 30 progetti e iniziative di spicco legati al patrimonio in quattro categorie. Per un massimo di sette verranno selezionati come vincitori del Grand Prix e riceveranno 10.000 euro ciascuno. Uno solo riceverà il Premio Public Choice. 
I settori sono i seguenti:
-Patrimonio architettonico: singoli edifici o gruppi di edifici in aree rurali o urbane;
-Aggiunte o alterazioni archittetoniche, o nuovi progetti di edifici all'interno di aree storiche;
-Paesaggi culturali: ambienti urbani storici, piazze e strade cittadine;
-Parchi e giardini storici, vaste aree di paesaggi progettati o di importanza culturale, ambientale e/o agricola;
-Siti archeologoci, compresa l'archeologia subacquea;
-Opere d'arte e collezioni: collezioni di importanza artistica e storica o opere d'arte;
-Patrimonio culturale intangibile, quali prassi, rappresentanzioni, espressioni, patrimonio di conoscenza e competenze che comunità, gruppi e, in alcuni casi, singoli individui riconoscono come parte del loro patrimonio culturale;
-Progetti di digitalizzazione del patrimonio culturale.

Il premio verrà assegnato nelle seguenti categorie:
1. Conservazione
Riultati di eccellenza nella conservazione, restauro e adattamento a nuovi utilizzi del patrimonio culturale in una delle aree sopra descritte.
2. Ricerca 
Progetti di ricerca e digitalizzazione di eccellenza che portano ad effetti tangibili nella conservazione e il restauro del patrimonio culturale in Europa in una delle aree sopra descritte.
3. Servizi dedicati di singoli o organizazioni
Aperti ad individui o organizzazioni il cui contributo nel lungo periodo dimostra eccellenza nella tutela, conservazione e restauro del patrimonio culturale legato ad una delle aree sopra descritte in Europa, e che superano le normali aspettative rispetto al contesto.
4.Istruzione, formazione e sensibilizzazione
Iniziative di eccellenza legate all'istruzione, la formazione e la sensibilizzazione nel settore del patrimonio culturale tangibile o intangibile in una delle aree sopra descritte, per promuovere e/o contribuire allo sviluppo sostenibile dell'ambiente. 

Tutte le opere vincitrici ricevono un certificato e una targa in bronzo da apporre nell'edificio premiato o nel sito del patrimonio. Tra i vincitori, quattro progetti (uno per categoria) saranno selezionati come vincitori del Grand Prix e uno riceverà il Public Choice Award a seguito di una votazione online condotta tramite il sito Web Europa Nostra. I vincitori del Grand Prix ricevono anche € 10.000 ciascuno. Inoltre, nel 2020 e nel 2021 verranno assegnati due nuovi premi speciali ILUCIDARE tra le candidature presentate. Die European Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards wurden 2002 von der Europäischen Kommission ins Leben gerufen und werden seither von Europa Nostra vergeben.
Die Preise würdigen und fördern bewährte Praktiken im Zusammenhang mit der Erhaltung des Kulturerbes, Verwaltung, Freiwilligenarbeit, Forschung, Bildung und Kommunikation. Auf diese Weise tragen sie zu einer stärkeren öffentlichen Anerkennung des Kulturerbes als strategische Ressource für Europas Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Umwelt bei.

Die Ziele sind:
- die Förderung hoher Qualitätsstandards zur Erhaltung kulturellen Erbes;
- die Förderung des Austauschs von Erfahrung und Expertenwissen innerhalb Europas;
- die Förderung weiterer Bemühungen durch die Statuierung von Exempeln.

Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele sollen vorbildlichen Initiativen, die einen Beitrag zum Erhalt und zur Attraktivitätssteigerung des europäischen Kulturerbes leisten - entweder von Einzelpersonen oder von Organisationen - öffentliche Anerkennung zu Teil werden.

Im Jahr 2021 werden die Preise an bis zu 30 bemerkenswerte Kulturerbe-Projekte und -Initiativen in vier Kategorien vergeben. Bis zu sieben werden als Grand-Prix-Gewinner ausgewählt und erhalten jeweils 10.000 Euro. Einer wird den Public Choice Award erhalten.

Es gibt folgende Bereiche:

- Architektonisches Erbe: einzelne Gebäude oder Gruppen von Gebäuden in ländlicher oder städtischer Umgebung;

- Archäologische Stätten, einschließlich Unterwasserarchäologie;
- Bewegliches Erbe: Sammlungen oder einzelne Kunstwerke oder Objekte von historischer Bedeutung;
- Immaterielles Erbe;
- Religiöse Stätten des Kulturerbes

Der Preis wird in folgenden Kategorien vergeben:

Kategorie 1: Erhaltung
Herausragende Leistungen bei der Erhaltung, Aufwertung und Anpassung an neue Nutzungen des Kulturerbes.

Kategorie 2: Forschung
Herausragende Forschungsarbeiten, die spürbare Auswirkungen auf die Erhaltung und Attraktivitätssteigerung von Kulturerbe in Europa zur Folge haben.

Kategorie 3: Große und anhaltende Bemühungen für den Erhalt kulturellen Erbes durch Einzelpersonen oder Organisationen
Offen für Einzelpersonen oder Organisationen, die über einen längeren Zeitraum (mindestens 10 Jahre) einen ausgezeichneten Beitrag zum Schutz, zur Erhaltung und zur Attraktivitätssteigerung von Kulturerbe in Europa leisten. Der Beitrag muss im europäischen Kontext von herausragendem Standard sein.

Kategorie 4: Aus-, Weiter- und Bewusstseinsbildung

Herausragende Initiativen im Zusammenhang mit Bildung, Ausbildung und Bewusstseinsbildung in Bezug auf das kulturelle Erbe mit dem Ziel, den Aufbau von Kapazitäten und die Unterstützung vor Ort zu fördern, ein Gefühl von Ort und Identität aufzubauen und das Engagement und die Eigenverantwortung der Bürger zu stimulieren.

Eingereicht werden können Beiträge aus den Ländern, die am Creative Europe Programm der Europäischen Union teilnehmen.
Sie können sich auch dann für einen Europa Nostra-Preis bewerben, wenn Ihr Land nicht auf der Liste der teilnahmeberechtigten Länder steht.

Premiile Europene pentru Patrimoniu/Premiile Europa Nostra au fost lansate în 2002 de către Comisia Europeană și încă de atunci Europa Nostra s-a ocupat de organizarea acestora. Premiile celebrează și promovează cele mai bune practici legate de conservarea și managementul patrimoniului, precum și privind cercetarea, educația și comunicarea. Astfel, acestea contribuie la o mai bună recunoaștere a patrimoniului cultural ca resursă strategică pentru societatea, economia și mediul Europei.

Obiective:

- promovarea unor standarde ridicate ale practicilor de conservare;

- stimularea schimburilor de experiență și cunoștințe în întreaga Europă;

- încurajarea eforturilor ulterioare prin puterea exemplului.

Acest lucru va fi realizat prin recunoașterea publică a inițiativelor remarcabile și a celor mai bune practici, atât ale persoanelor fizice cât și ale organizațiilor, care contribuie la protejarea și consolidarea patrimoniului cultural în Europa.

În 2021, premiile vor fi acordate în cadrul a patru categorii pentru 30 de proiecte și inițiative de patrimoniu remarcabile. Până la 7 dintre acestea vor fi selectate pentru marele premiu şi vor primi 10.000 de euro fiecare. De asemenea, un proiect va primi premiul publicului. 

Domeniile de interes sunt:

- Patrimoniu arhitectural: clădiri sau grupuri de clădiri din mediul rural sau urban;

- Construcţii adiţionale sau de modificare sau proiecte noi de construcții în zone istorice din mediul rural sau urban;

- Structuri și situri industriale sau tehnologice;

- Obiective culturale: zone istorice în mediul urban sau orașe, piețe și străzi din orașe, parcuri şi grădini istorice, zone mai largi de amenajări peisagistice sau zone importante din punct de vedere cultural, al mediului şi/sau agricol;

- Situri arheologice, inclusiv arheologie subacvatică;

- Patrimoniu mobil: colecții sau opere de artă unice sau obiecte cu semnificație istorică;

- Patrimoniu imaterial;

- Situri de patrimoniu religios.

Premiul se acordă pentru fiecare dintre următoarele categorii:

Categoria 1: Conservare

Pentru rezultate remarcabile în conservarea, îmbogăţirea și adaptarea patrimoniului cultural din ariile de patrimoniu cultural.

Categoria 2: Cercetare                                                                                                            

Pentru proiecte de cercetare remarcabile cu rezultate clare privind conservarea şi îmbogăţirea patrimoniului cultural în Europa.

Categoria 3: Servicii dedicate

Pentru persoanele sau organizaţiile ale căror contribuţii de-a lungul unei perioade lungi de timp au dovedit excelenţă în protejarea, conservarea şi îmbogăţirea patrimoniului cultural (legat de domeniile menţionate mai sus în Europa și care depășesc cu mult așteptările obișnuite în contextul dat).

Categoria 4: Educaţia, formarea şi creşterea gradului de conştientizare

Pentru iniţiativele remarcabile în ceea ce priveşte educaţia, formarea şi creşterea gradului de conştientizare legate de patrimoniul cultural, cu scopul de a încuraja consolidarea capacităților și sprijinul local, de a dezvolta un sentiment de apartenență și identitate și de a stimula implicarea cetățenilor.

Pot fi depuse candidaturi din partea țărilor participante la programul Europa Creativă al Uniunii Europene.

Pot fi depuse candidaturi pentru Premiul Europa Nostra dacă țara ta nu este pe lista țărilor eligibile.

Outstanding research projects which lead to tangible effects in the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

Category 3: Dedicated service
Open to individuals or organisations whose contributions over a long period of time (min. 10 years) demonstrate excellence in the protection, conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage (relating to any of the above-mentioned areas in Europe and far exceeding normal expectations in the given context.

Category 4: Education, training and awareness-raising
Outstanding initiatives related to education, training and awareness-raising related to cultural heritage with the aim of fostering capacity-building and local support, building a sense of place and identity and stimulating citizens engagement and ownership.

Eligibility

Entries may be submitted from the countries that take part in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.
You can still apply for a Europa Nostra Award if your country is not on the list of eligible countries.

Prizes

All winning entries receive a certificate as well as a bronze wall plaque to be put up at the awarded building or heritage site.
Among the winners, four projects (one per category) will be selected as Grand Prix winners and one will receive the Public Choice Award following an online vote conducted via the Europa Nostra website. The Grand Prix laureates also receive €10,000 each.

In addition, two new ILUCIDARE Special Prizes will be awarded in 2021 from among the submitted applications.
ILUCIDARE is a project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme with the aim of fostering heritage-led innovation and diplomacy.
ILUCIDARE will contribute to the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards by identifying and promoting best practices in cultural heritage-led innovation and diplomacy.

The Council of Europe - Cooperation Group to combat Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Drugs (Pompidou Group) awards every two years the European Prevention Prize to three active youth drug prevention projects. The aim of the Prize is to encourage the development of quality drug prevention work that involves young people. The Prize will be awarded to up to three youth projects that will each receive a monetary benefit of EUR 5000.

 

Eligibility criteria

1. The project must be currently taking place or must have recently finished in one (or more) of the following countries: Council of Europe member states,  Pompidou Group member states, as well as Algeria , Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia, which are members of the group's Mediterranean network for co-operation on drugs and addictions (MedNET).
   Projects whose work is mainly outside this geographical area are ineligible.
2. The project must be run by more than one person and have some structure to it. Projects can be government-sponsored, run by NGOs (nongovernmental organisations), in the private sector, or organised by local communities. Projects do not have to be funded to be eligible, they can be entirely voluntary.
3. The work of eligible projects must be wholly or mainly in the area of drug prevention.
4. Young people, under the age of 25 years, must be involved in the work of the project. There is no lower age limit.

Definition of 'drugs': illegal drugs; alcohol; tobacco; volatile substances (glues, gases, aerosols, etc); new psychoactive substances (NPS, including so-called ‘legal highs’); and prescription and over-the-counter medicines when they are misused. However, it is likely that successful applications will have an explicit drug prevention orientation in their objectives.
With 'drug prevention' is meant: the prevention of the misuse of drugs by a range of methods. Interdiction (the control of supply by law enforcement, etc) and treatment activities are not included.
With ‘young people’s participation’ is meant: the active involvement of young people in the work of the project.
 

Prize money has been fixed at EUR 5000 per winner. The Prize will be awarded during a Pompidou Group Meeting marking the 50th anniversary of the Group in autumn/ winter 2021.

Drug prevention-related projects are invited to be submitted to the Jury via the Pompidou Group’s Secretariat. The entries will be judged by a Jury composed of seven young people from the Pompidou Group Member States.

Critères d'éligibilité
1. Les projets doivent être en cours ou doivent s’être terminés récemment dans un (ou plusieurs) Etats membres du Conseil de l’Europe, Etat(s) membre(s) du Groupe Pompidou, ou en Algérie, Egypte, Jordanie, Liban et Tunisie, qui sont membres du réseau méditerranéen de coopération sur les drogues et les addictions du Groupe Pompidou (MedNET). Les projets dont les travaux se déroulent essentiellement en dehors de ces zones géographiques sont inéligibles.
2. Les projets doivent être menés par plus d'une personne et disposer d'une structure formelle. Ils peuvent être parrainés par l'Etat, gérés par des ONG (organisations non gouvernementales), relever du secteur privé ou être mis sur pied par des collectivités locales. Il n'est pas nécessaire qu'ils soient subventionnés pour être admissibles - ils peuvent s'inscrire dans le domaine du bénévolat.
3. Les projets doivent viser exclusivement ou essentiellement la prévention de la toxicomanie.
4.Les projets doivent impliquer des jeunes de moins de 25 ans. Aucune limite d'âge inférieure n'est imposée.

Ce que nous entendons par :

•  "Drogues" : drogues illicites, alcool, tabac, substances volatiles (colles, gaz, aérosols, etc.) et médicaments vendus sur ordonnance ou en ventre libre lorsqu'ils sont consommés de manière abusive. Toutefois, il est probable que les projets retenus concernent, au moins pour une partie de leurs activités, la lutte contre les drogues illicites.
• "Prévention de la toxicomanie" : prévention de l'abus de drogues par diverses méthodes. L'interdiction (contrôle de l'offre par la mise en œuvre de la législation, etc.) et les activités thérapeutiques ne font pas partie de ces méthodes.
• « Participation des jeunes » : les jeunes sont impliqués de manière active dans les activités du projet.

Le montant du prix est de 5 000 € par lauréat. La cérémonie de remise du prix sera organisée lors de la célébration du cinquantième anniversaire du Groupe Pompidou qui se déroulera à Paris fin octobre 2021.

Les projets doivent être envoyés au Jury par l’intermédiaire du Secrétariat du Groupe Pompidou. Les projets seront évalués par un jury composé de sept jeunes de différents pays membres du Groupe Pompidou.

Consiliul Europei - Grupul de cooperare pentru combaterea abuzului și a traficului ilicit de droguri (Grupul Pompidou) acordă acest premiu o dată la 2 ani pentru trei proiecte ce urmăresc prevenirea consumului de droguri în rândul tinerilor. Scopul premiului este de a încuraja dezvoltarea inițiativelor de combatere a consumului de droguri care implică tinerii. Premiul va fi acordat pentru trei proiecte derulate de tineri care vor primi 5.000 de euro fiecare.

Criterii de eligibilitate:
 

1. Proiectul trebuie să se deruleze sau să se fi încheiat de curând într-una (sau mai multe) dintre următoarele țări: state membre ale Consiliului Europei, state membre ale Grupului Pompidou, precum și din Algeria, Egipt, Iordania, Liban și Tunisia, care sunt membre ale grupului Rețelei mediteraneene pentru cooperare privind drogurile și dependența de droguri (MedNET). Proiectele ale căror activități se desfășoară în afara acestei zone geografice nu sunt eligibile.
2. Proiectul trebuie să fie condus de mai multe persoane și să aibă o structură. Proiectele pot fi finanțate la nivel guvernamental, derulate de un ONG (organizații neguvernamentale), în sectorul privat sau organizate de comunități locale. Definiția "drogurilor": droguri ilegale, alcool, tutun, substanțe volatile (adezivi, gaze, aerosoli etc.); noi substanțe psihoactive (NSP, inclusiv așa numitele “droguri legale” ); rețete sau medicamente folosite necorespunzator. Cel mai probabil, proiectele care vor fi considerate a fi de succes vor fi cele care prin obiectivele lor vor urmări prevenirea consumului de droguri.
"Prevenirea consumului de droguri" se referă la: prevenirea consumului necorespunzator de droguri prin diferite metode. Interdicția (controlul ofertei prin aplicarea legii) și activitățile de tratament nu sunt incluse.

Prin „participarea tinerilor” se înțelege: implicarea activă a tinerilor în activitatea proiectului.

Premiul a fost fixat la 5000 de euro pentru fiecare câștigător. Premiul va fi acordat în cadrul unei reuniuni care va marca a 50-a aniversare a a Grupului Pompidou, în toamna/iarna 2021.

Proiectele legate de prevenirea consumului de droguri trebuie trimise juriului la Secretariatul Grupului Pompidou. Acestea vor fi evaluate de un juriu compus din 7 tineri din statele membre ale Grupului Pompidou.

1. Esszével bárki pályázhat, aki legfeljebb 25 éves (2020. június 15-ig számítva) a következő kategóriák egyikében: Gyermek (14 éves korig); Ifjúsági (15-25 éves korig).
2. Az esszék legfeljebb 700 szó terjedelműek lehetnek, amelyet gépelve vagy nyomtatva várnak angol, spanyol, német, francia nyelven, vagy beküldhető legfeljebb 1600 karakter hosszúságú japán nyelvű gépelt vagy nyomtatott írás is. Ebbe nem számít bele a cím-és borítóoldal.
3. Az esszét borító oldallal is el kell látni, amelyen szerepelnie kell a pályázati kategóriának (gyermek vagy ifjúság); az esszé címének; a szerző nevének; a levelezési címnek; a telefonszámnak; az e-mail címnek; a nemzetiségnek; az életkornak (2020. június 15-ig betöltött); a pályázó nemének; az iskola címének; illetve a szavak számának. Tanárok és ifjúsági vezetők osztályuk vagy csoportjuk esszéit együttesen is benyújthatják. Kérjük, csatolják a résztvevők nevének listáját és a pályázó tanár vagy vezető, igazgató kontakt-adatait.
4. A pályaműveket postai vagy online úton is el lehet küldeni.
5. A csoportjuk vagy osztályuk pályamunkáit együttes formában benyújtó tanároknak és ifjúsági vezetőknek csatolniuk kell pályázó fiatalok listáját, nevüket és életkorukat feltűntetve. Emellett meg kell adni a tanár/ifjúsági vezető nevét és kontaktinformációit.
   * Azok a pályázatokat, amelyeknél bármelyik fenti adat hiányzik, automatikusan nem veszik figyelembe.
   * A borítóképhez elérhető minta, de saját változat is készíthető.
6. Az esszéknek egyedi alkotásoknak kell lenniük, és feltétel, hogy más felületen még nem jelentek meg.
7. A műveket egyetlen személynek kell megírnia. A társszerzői műveket nem fogadják el.
8. A beküldött esszék szerzői jogai a szervezőt illetik meg.
9. Mindenki csupán egy pályaművet nyújthat be.

Díjak:

A következő díjak kerülnek kiosztásra a gyermek és az ifjúsági kategóriákban:

The theme of this year's International Essay Contest is "A Letter from Myself in 2030".

• Imagine what an ideal world ten years from now would be like.
• Write a letter from yourself in 2030 to your present (2020) self, in which you describe the state of the world, the way people are living, and what you, yourself, are doing in society. In addition, include any important message that you might wish to tell your present self.

Guidelines

1. Essays may be submitted by anyone up to 25 years old (as of 15 June 2020) in one of the following age categories: Children (ages up to 14); Youth (ages 15 - 25).

În fiecare an, Premiul de cercetare privind politici culturale și management cultural este oferit celei mai bune teze de doctorat pe tema politici culturale comparative sau pe subiecte de management cultural realizate de a un tânăr cercetător din Europa și restul lumii.

Cine poate candida:

Teza de doctorat prezentată trebuie să fi fost publicată recent (cel mult 4 ani de la finalizarea tezei) și să se fi calificat „cum laude” sau echivalentul din sistemele de învățământ superior din țările candidaților.

The European Commission is organising a school contest to give young people a first-hand experience of what it is like to be a translator. Students, aged 17 are challenged to translate a short text.

The aim is that young people experience what it is like to be a professional translator. They should translate as if writing for young people of their own age, to help them understand a message written in another language.
The participants will be judged for their efforts and ability to use terms correctly and write fluently in the chosen language, the general readability of the translation and the creativity of the solutions found.

Languages:
The students themselves can decide the language of the starting text and into what language they want to translate it, chosen from among the EU official languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.
Each participant’s choice of language pair must be stated on registration. The choice cannot be changed after the 15 November 2020 deadline.


The contest

• The translation test will be carried out simultaneously in all participating schools between 10.00 and 12.00 Brussels time, on 26 November 2020.
• The test will take place in the schools' premises and the original handwritten translations must be sent on these days by mail or courier service.  
   

Participating schools must

• be located in an EU Member State,
• be recognised by the educational authorities of the Member State as part of the regional or national educational system
• have the necessary IT in order to receive the source text for the test properly and a computer that can open and print PDF files (the tests and the translation sheets will be sent in this format) select between 2 and 5 students born in 2003 and enter their names and language pairs in the contest platform by 19 November 2020, 12.00 midday CET at the latest.

Selection of schools
Among the schools that have submitted their registration form in due order, a certain number will be selected through a random draw.
The number of schools selected from each Member State will be equal to the number of seats the Member State has in the European Parliament. The list of selected schools will be published on the Juvenes Translatores website by the end of October 2020.
In the schools, which have been selected at random from among those registering, the nominated students will sit down on that day under the supervision of their teacher and translate the chosen text.


Prize
The best translators, one from each Member State, will be invited to Brussels in Spring 2021 for an awards ceremony.
The European Commission will arrange and pay for travel and accommodation for one winner, one teacher and one accompanying adult per Member State.

La Commissione Europea ha organizzato un concorso per le scuole europee mirato ad offrire ai giovani un'esperienza diretta di cosa significa essere un traduttore.

L'obiettivo è che i giovani facciano l'esperienza di cosa significhi essere un traduttore professionista. I giovani dovranno tradurre come se si rivolgessero ai loro coetanei per aiutarli a comprendere un messaggio scritto in un'altra lingua. I partecipanti verranno giudicati per i loro sforzi e la loro capacità nell'utilizzo corretto dei termini e una scrittura fluida nella lingua prescelta, la generale leggibilità della traduzione e la creatività delle soluzioni trovate.

Lingue:
Gli studenti stessi possono decidere la lingua del testo di partenza e in quale lingua desiderano tradurre tra le 24 lingue ufficiali UE, ad es. bulgaro, ceco, croato, danese, olandese, inglese, estone, finlandese, francese, tedesco, greco, ungherese, irlandese, Italiano, lituano, lettone, maltese, polacco, portoghese, rumeno, slovacco, sloveno, spagnolo e svedese.

Il concorso:
- Il concorso si svolge simultaneamente in tutte le scuole partecipanti il 26 Novembre 2020.
- A partire da quest'anno il concorso sarà online.

Le scuole partecipanti devono:
- avere sede in uno degli Stati membri UE,

Tra le scuole che hanno presentato il loro modulo di registrazione entro i tempi e i modi stabiliti, un certo numero di esse verrà selezionata per estrazione.Il numero di scuole selezionate per ogni Stato membro è uguale al numero di seggi che il paese detiene nel Parlamento europeo. Nelle scuole sorteggiate tra quelle che hanno effettuato la registrazione, gli studenti nominati sosterranno la prova il giorno stabilito sotto la supervisione del loro insegnante e tradurranno il testo scelto.

Premio:
I 28 migliori traduttori, uno per ciascun Stato membro verranno invitati a Bruxelles nella primavera 2021 per una cerimonia di premiazione.

Die Europäische Kommission organisiert einen Schulwettbewerb, um jungen Menschen aus erster Hand zu vermitteln, wie es ist, Übersetzer/in zu sein. Schülerinnen und Schüler im Alter von 17 Jahren werden aufgefordert, einen kurzen Text zu übersetzen.

Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer werden für ihre Bemühungen und ihre Fähigkeit, Begriffe korrekt zu verwenden und fliessend in der gewählten Sprache zu schreiben, für die allgemeine Lesbarkeit der Übersetzung und für die Kreativität der gefundenen Lösungen beurteilt.

Die Sprachen:
Die Schülerinnen und Schüler können selbst entscheiden, welche Sprache der Ausgangstext haben soll und in welche Sprache sie ihn übersetzen möchten, wobei sie unter den offiziellen Sprachen der EU wählen können: Bulgarisch, Dänisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Estnisch, Finnisch, Französisch, Griechisch, Irisch, Italienisch, Kroatisch, Lettisch, Litauisch, Maltesisch, Niederländisch, Polnisch, Portugiesisch, Rumänisch, Schwedisch, Slowakisch, Slowenisch, Spanisch, Tschechisch und Ungarisch.
Bei der Anmeldung muss die Wahl der Sprachkombination jedes Teilnehmers angegeben werden. Die Wahl kann nach Ablauf der Frist bis zum 15. November 2020 nicht mehr geändert werden.

Der Wettbewerb

• Der Übersetzungstest wird am 26. November 2020 zwischen 10.00 und 12.00 Uhr Brüsseler Zeit in allen teilnehmenden Schulen gleichzeitig durchgeführt.
• Der Test findet in den Räumlichkeiten der Schulen statt, und die handschriftlichen Originalübersetzungen müssen an diesen Tagen per Post oder Kurierdienst eingesandt werden.  

Die teilnehmenden Schulen müssen

• in einem EU-Mitgliedstaat ansässig sein,
• von den Bildungsbehörden des Mitgliedstaates als Teil des regionalen oder nationalen Bildungssystems anerkannt sein
• über die notwendige IT verfügen, um den Ausgangstext für den Test ordnungsgemäß zu erhalten, sowie über einen Computer, der PDF-Dateien öffnen und ausdrucken kann (die Tests und die Übersetzungsbögen werden in diesem Format versandt), zwischen 2 und 5 Studierende des Jahrgangs 2003 auswählen und ihre Namen und Sprachpaare bis spätestens 19. November 2020, 12.00 Uhr MEZ, in die Wettbewerbsplattform eingeben.

Auswahl der Schulen:
Unter den Schulen, die ihr Anmeldeformular fristgerecht eingereicht haben, wird eine bestimmte Anzahl nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgelost.
Die Anzahl der ausgewählten Schulen aus jedem Mitgliedstaat entspricht der Anzahl der Sitze des Mitgliedstaates im Europäischen Parlament. Die Liste der ausgewählten Schulen wird bis Ende Oktober 2020 auf der Website von Juvenes Translatores veröffentlicht.
In den Schulen, die nach dem Zufallsprinzip aus den Anmeldungen ausgewählt wurden, setzen sich die nominierten Schülerinnen und Schüler an diesem Tag unter der Aufsicht ihrer Lehrkraft zusammen und übersetzen den ausgewählten Text.

Preis
Die besten Übersetzer, einer aus jedem Mitgliedstaat, werden im Frühjahr 2021 zu einer Preisverleihung nach Brüssel eingeladen.
Die Europäische Kommission wird für einen Gewinner, einen Lehrer und eine erwachsene Begleitperson pro Mitgliedstaat Reise und Unterkunft organisieren und bezahlen.

L'objectif de ce concours est de donner à des jeunes un aperçu du travail de traducteur. La consigne est de traduire pour aider des jeunes du même âge à comprendre un texte rédigé dans une autre langue.

Le jury jugera la capacité des participants à utiliser correctement les différents termes et à écrire naturellement dans la langue de leur choix, ainsi que la lisibilité générale de leur traduction et la créativité des solutions trouvées.

Le concours
Les épreuves de traduction seront organisées simultanément dans toutes les écoles entre 10h et 12h, le 26 novembre 2020.
L’examen aura lieu dans les écoles, et les traductions manuscrites et originales devront être envoyées par email ou courrier postale ce même jour.

Les écoles participantes doivent

• Être situées dans un Etat membre ;
• Être reconnues par les autorités nationales en matière d'éducation comme faisant partie du système national ou régional d’enseignement ;
• Disposer de l'équipement informatique nécessaire pour recevoir les textes à traduire, et un ordinateur qui puisse ouvrir et imprimer des documents PDF (les épreuves et traductions devront être envoyées sous ce format), sélectionner entre 2 et 5 lycéens nés en 2003 et inscrire leurs noms et couples de langues sur la plateforme du concours avant le 19 novembre 2020, à midi au plus tard.

Scopul concursului este de a arăta tinerilor ce înseamnă să fii traducător profesionist. Aceștia trebuie să traducă ca și cum textul ar fi scris pentru tineri de vârsta lor, pentru a-I ajuta să înțeleagă un mesaj scris în altă limbă. Participanții vor fi apreciați pentru eforturile și abilitatea de a folosi corect termeni și a scrie fluent în limba aleasă, lizibilitatea generală a traducerii și creativitatea soluțiilor găsite.

Limbi:

Elevii pot decide limba textului de pornire și în ce limbă doresc să îl traducă, alegînd dintre limbile oficiale ale UE: bulgară, croată, cehă, daneză, olandeză, engleză, estonă, finlandeză,franceză, germană, greacă, maghiară, irlandeză, italiană, letonă, lituaniană,malteză, polonă, portugheză, română, slovacă, slovenă, spaniolă și suedeză. Fiecare participant alege o pereche de limbi pe care trebuie să o menționeze la înregistrare. Alegerea nu poate fi schimbată după termenul limită de 15 noiembrie 2020. 

Concurs

• Testul de traducere se va desfășura simultan în toate școlile participante între orele 10.00 și 12.00, ora Bruxelles-ului, pe data de 26 noiembrie 2020.
• Testul va avea loc în spații școlare, iar traducerile originale scrise de mână trebuie să fie trimise în aceste zile prin poștă sau servicii de curierat. 

Școlile participante trebuie:

- să fie situate într-un stat membru al UE

- să fie recunoscute de către autoritățile educaționale ale statului membru, ca parte a sistemului educațional regional sau național

- să aibă echipamentele IT necesare, cu scopul de a primi în mod corect textul sursă pentru test și să aibă un calculator care poate deschide și printa fișiere PDF (testele și foile de traducere vor fi trimise în acest format)

- să selecteze între 2 și 5 elevi născuți în 2003 și să adauge numele lor și perechea de limbi folosite pe platforma concursului până la 19 noiembrie 2020, cel mai tarziu la 12:00, ora prânzului.

Selecția școlilor:

Printre școlile care au depus formularul de înregistrare, un anumit număr va fi selectat printr-o tragere la sorți.

Numărul de școli selectate din fiecare stat membru va fi egal cu numărul de locuri pe care statul membru le are în Parlamentul European. Lista școlilor selectate va fi publicată pe website-ul Juvenes Translatores pana la sfarsitul lui octombrie 2020.

În școlile care au fost selectate în mod aleatoriu din rândul celor înregistrate, elevii nominalizați vor traduce textul ales, sub supravegherea profesorului lor. 

Premii

Cei mai buni traducători, câte unul din fiecare stat membru, vor fi invitați la Bruxelles în primăvara anului 2021 pentru ceremonia de premiere. Comisia Europeană va acoperi cheltuielile pentru deplasare și cazare pentru un câștigător, un profesor și un adult însoțitor pentru fiecare stat membru.

The European Commission is organising a school contest to give young people a first-hand experience of what it is like to be a translator. Students, aged 17 are challenged to translate a short text.

About

The aim is that young people experience what it is like to be a professional translator. They should translate as if writing for young people of their own age, to help them understand a message written in another language. The participants will be judged for their efforts and ability to use terms correctly and write fluently in the chosen language, the general readability of the translation and the creativity of the solutions found.

Languages

The students themselves can decide the language of the starting text and into what language they want to translate it, chosen from among the EU official languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.
Each participant’s choice of language pair must be stated on registration. The choice cannot be changed after the 15 November 2020 deadline.

The contest

• The translation test will be carried out simultaneously in all participating schools between 10.00 and 12.00 Brussels time, on 26 November 2020.
• The test will take place in the schools' premises and the original handwritten translations must be sent on these days by mail or courier service.  

Eligibility

Participating schools must

• be located in an EU Member State,
• be recognised by the educational authorities of the Member State as part of the regional or national educational system
• have the necessary IT in order to receive the source text for the test properly and a computer that can open and print PDF files (the tests and the translation sheets will be sent in this format) select between 2 and 5 students born in 2003 and enter their names and language pairs in the contest platform by 19 November 2020, 12.00 midday CET at the latest.

Selection of schools

Among the schools that have submitted their registration form in due order, a certain number will be selected through a random draw.
The number of schools selected from each Member State will be equal to the number of seats the Member State has in the European Parliament. The list of selected schools will be published on the Juvenes Translatores website by the end of October 2020.
In the schools, which have been selected at random from among those registering, the nominated students will sit down on that day under the supervision of their teacher and translate the chosen text.

Prize

The best translators, one from each Member State, will be invited to Brussels in Spring 2021 for an awards ceremony.
The European Commission will arrange and pay for travel and accommodation for one winner, one teacher and one accompanying adult per Member State.

The WSA (World Summit Awards) Young Innovators is a special recognition for young social entrepreneurs under 26 years of age, using ICTs to take action on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Together with the WSA winners of each year, they are honoured as outstanding digital innovation with social impact.

From 2020 on, EYA (European Youth Award) becomes part of WSA to foster social sustainable impact, offer support and wider opportunities for young digital entrepreneurs globally.

Eligibility criteria

• the participation in the WSA Young Innovators is open to any entrepreneur, company, student group or project team from UN member states 
• at least one of the founding members and the majority of the team must be under the age of 26 (born on or after 1 January 1994)

WSA (World Summit Awards) – Tineri inovatori reprezintă o recunoaștere specială pentru tineri antreprenori sociali cu vârsta sub 26 de ani, care utilizând tehnologia informației și a comunicațiilor (TIC) acționează pentru atingerea Obiectivelor de Dezvoltare Durabilă ale Organizației Națiunilor Unite (ODD ale ONU).

Împreună cu câștigătorii WSA din fiecare an, aceștia sunt recunoscuți pentru inovații digitale remarcabile cu impact social.

Din 2020, EYA (European Youth Award – Premiul European pentru Tineret) devine parte a WSA pentru a încuraja impactul social durabil, pentru a oferi sprijin și mai multe oportunități pentru tineri antreprenori în domeniul digital la nivel global.

Criterii de eligibilitate

• participarea la WSA – Tineri inovatori este deschisă pentru antreprenori, companii, grupuri de studenți sau echipe de proiect din statele membre ONU

The aim of the foundation is to support the development of young people to be politically conscious and responsible personalities and to support the European process.
The Schwarzkopf-Foundation Young Europe was founded in 1971 in Hamburg. The Foundation has an office in Berlin to coordinate its activities in eastern Europe.

Il concorso internazionale Global Junior Challenge premia i progetti più innovativi che utilizzano le moderne tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC) nell'ambito dell'istruzione e l'inclusione sociale. Ha l'obiettivo di incoraggiare i giovani e i loro insegnanti ad utilizzare le nuove tecnologie; scambiare esperienze e prender spunto da precedenti iniziative che hanno avuto un esito positivo.

I progetti ammissibili devono essere rivolti a giovani fino ai 29 anni e rientrare in una delle seguenti categorie: 
- utenti fino a 10 anni,
- utenti fino a 15 anni,
- utenti fino a 18 anni,
- utenti fino a 29 anni.
- Progetti che utilizzano l'ICT per l'inserimento dei giovani nel mondo del lavoro.

All'edizione 2019 possono partecipare organizzazioni, associazioni, società, università, centri di ricerca, privati cittadini, ecc. che hanno realizzato un progetto che usa le tecnologie in modo innovativo "per fornire un’educazione di qualità, equa ed inclusiva, e opportunità di apprendimento per tutti" (Obiettivo 4 dell’Agenda 2030 per lo sviluppo sostenibile). Sono ammessi a partecipare al concorso solo i progetti funzionanti o appena conclusi, non le idee progettuali.

Candidature per le scuole "Premio Tullio De Mauro alla scuola che Innova e Include"

Categoria riservata esclusivamente alle scuole di ogni ordine e grado: gli insegnanti e i dirigenti scolastici possono candidarsi o essere candidati al premio speciale Tullio De Mauro. Il premio prevede un riconoscimento al docente innovatore che ha saputo coniugare nella propria offerta formativa un’educazione di qualità, equa e inclusiva, anche attraverso l’uso di tecnologie, strumenti e metodologie innovative.

Una sessione speciale del concorso è riservata ai dirigenti scolastici che guidano ogni giorno la trasformazione sistemica della propria scuola (o scuole) anche attraverso l'uso inclusivo delle nuove tecnologie e la realizzazione di progetti condivisi con il territorio e la comunità educante.

Dieser internationale Wettbewerb zeichnet die innovativsten Projekte mit modernen IKT-Technologien für Bildung und soziale Eingliederung aus. Ziel ist es, junge Menschen und ihre Lehrer zu ermutigen, neue Technologien einzusetzen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und erfolgreiche Initiativen nachzuahmen.

Förderfähige Projekte, die neue IKT-Technologien für die allgemeine und berufliche Bildung einsetzen, sollten zum 31. Dezember 2016 noch in Betrieb sein, sich an junge Menschen bis zum Alter von 29 Jahren richten und in eine der folgenden Kategorien fallen:
- Projekte für Benutzer bis zu 10 Jahren
- Projekte für Benutzer bis zu 15 Jahren
- Projekte für Benutzer bis zu 18 Jahren
- Projekte für Benutzer bis zu 29 Jahren
- Projekte zur Förderung von IKT für ökologische Nachhaltigkeit
- Projekte mit IKT zur Ausbildung von Jugendlichen für die Erlangung einer ersten Arbeitsstelle
- Projekte zur Förderung der IKT für die Integration von Migranten und Flüchtlingen.

Wer kann teilnehmen
Der Wettbewerb steht Teilnehmern aus aller Welt offen:
• Öffentliche und private Schulen und Universitäten
• Öffentliche und private Institutionen und Organisationen
• Verbände, Genossenschaften und andere gemeinnützige Organisationen
• Öffentliche und private Unternehmen
• Forschungszentren
• Einzelne Bürger jeden Alters

Preise
Es gibt drei Arten von Auszeichnungen:
• Der Hauptpreis des GJC für das Gewinnerprojekt, ausgewählt aus allen Teilnehmern: Die Gewinner erhalten eine Bronzemedaille mit dem etruskischen Wolf, dem angesehenen Symbol für die Gründung der Stadt Rom.
• Der Schulpreis: Das beste Projekt zur IKT-gestützten Bildungsinnovation, das von italienischen Schulen vorgestellt wird, wird ausgezeichnet.
• Der Innovative Teacher Award: Eine Belohnung für Lehrer, die jeden Tag daran arbeiten, einen Dialog zwischen der Schule, den Kindern und der sich entwickelnden Gesellschaft herzustellen.

Wie man sich bewirbt
Das Projekt kann über das Online-Formular eingereicht werden oder das Word-Dokument von der Website heruntergeladen und per E-Mail, Fax oder Post gesendet werden

The European Economic and Social Committee is organising the 11^th edition of "Your Europe, Your Say", a simulated youth plenary session allowing secondary school pupils from any EU Member State and from the official EU candidates countries (Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey) to learn about the EESC and its role, and to exchange views and propose recommendations on a specific subject. The theme for this year is "Our climate, our future!" and will voice young people's concerns on climate change.

This year's YEYS will simulate an international COP conference: students will be asked to represent a country and negotiate with each other, in order to come up with recommendations to stop climate change.
These recommendations will be submitted to international environment policymakers and discussed during conferences around Europe along the year.
During YEYS the students will also be put in contact with international youth organisations who will help them translate these recommendations into practical measures and make their voice heard.

How to apply
To apply a school must:
- be a secondary- level school, of any type, with pupils of 16-18 years of age;
- be located in an EU Member State or in one of the candidate countries;
- be recognised by the education authorities in one or more Member States or candidate countries;
- have a computer (to read and print PDF files), with internet access and email;
- choose one teacher and three pupils in their penultimate year of any type of secondary education, including vocational training schools (aged 16 years) who are able to express themselves in English;
- consider and discuss the topic of the event in class before coming to Brussels;
- host one EESC Member for an information session on the EU and the Committee, to one or more classes of the selected school, (travel expenses of the EESC member to be paid by the EESC).
- inform the selected pupils, their classmates and possibly all pupils at the school of the possibility to follow the preparations for the event and the event itself on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 

Deadline for schools to register: 18 November 2019.
Only one registration form per school will be accepted.

After registration has closed, one school from each of the EU Member States, along with a school from each of the candidate countries, will be chosen.
The selected schools will then choose three students pupils in their penultimate year of any type of secondary education (aged 16 years) to represent them, as well as a teacher who will accompany them. 
These people will have to be able to express themselves in English.

For reasons of gender equality, the pupils selected should preferably include at least one boy and one girl.
Schools must ensure that disabled pupils are also able to take part in the event.

The event will take place in Brussels at the headquarters of the European Economic and Social committee from 19 to 20 March 2020.
The EESC will pay the travel and accommodation expenses of the students and accompanying teacher.

Il Comitato economico e sociale europeo sta organizzando la decima edizione di "Your Europe, Your Say", una sessione plenaria dei giovani simulata che consente agli alunni delle scuole secondarie di qualsiasi Stato membro dell'UE e dei paesi candidati ufficiali dell'UE (Albania, ex Repubblica jugoslava di Macedonia , Montenegro, Serbia e Turchia) per conoscere il CESE e il suo ruolo, per scambiare opinioni e proporre raccomandazioni su un argomento specifico. Il tema di quest'anno è "Il nostro clima, il nostro futuro!" ed esprimerà le preoccupazioni dei giovani sui cambiamenti climatici.

L'edizione di quest'anno simulerà una conferenza COP internazionale: agli studenti verrà chiesto di rappresentare un paese e di negoziare tra loro, al fine di elaborare raccomandazioni per fermare i cambiamenti climatici.
Queste raccomandazioni saranno presentate ai responsabili delle politiche ambientali internazionali e discusse durante le conferenze in Europa durante l'anno.
Durante YEYS gli studenti saranno anche messi in contatto con organizzazioni internazionali che li aiuteranno a tradurre queste raccomandazioni in misure pratiche e far sentire la propria voce.

Per presentare la candidatura una scuola deve:
 - essere una scuola secondaria di qualsiasi tipo con alunni di 16-18 anni;
 - essere situati in uno Stato membro dell'UE o in uno dei paesi candidati;
 - essere riconosciuti dalle autorità legate all'istruzione in uno o più Stati membri o paesi candidati;
 - avere un computer (per leggere e stampare file PDF), con accesso a internet e posta elettronica;
 - scegliere un insegnante e tre studenti nel penultimo anno di qualsiasi tipo di istruzione secondaria, o scuola di formazione professionale (16 anni) in grado di esprimersi in inglese;
 - considerare e discutere l'argomento dell'evento in classe prima di venire a Bruxelles;
 - ospitare un membro del CESE per una sessione informativa sull'UE e il comitato, su una o più classi della scuola prescelta, indicativamente tra gennaio e febbraio 2019 (spese di viaggio del membro del CESE a carico del CESE).
 - informare gli alunni selezionati, i loro compagni di classe e possibilmente tutti gli alunni della scuola della possibilità di seguire i preparativi per l'evento e l'evento stesso su Facebook, Twitter e Instagram.

Scadenza per la registrazione delle scuole: 18 novembre 2019.
Sarà accettato un solo modulo di registrazione per scuola.

Dopo la chiusura della registrazione, verrà scelta una scuola da ciascuno degli Stati membri dell'UE e una scuola di ciascuno dei paesi candidati. Le scuole selezionate selezioneranno quindi tre studenti al penultimo anno di qualsiasi tipo di istruzione secondaria (16 anni) per rappresentarli, così come un insegnante che li accompagnerà.Queste persone dovranno essere in grado di esprimersi in inglese.

Per ragioni di uguaglianza di genere, gli alunni selezionati dovrebbero preferibilmente includere almeno un ragazzo e una ragazza.
Le scuole devono garantire che anche gli alunni disabili possano prendere parte all'evento.

L'evento si svolgerà a Bruxelles presso la sede del Comitato economico e sociale europeo dal 19 al 20 marzo 2020.
Il CESE pagherà le spese di viaggio e alloggio degli studenti e dell'insegnante accompagnatore.

Comitetul Economic şi Social European (CESE) organizează pentru a unsprezecea ediţie a "Europa ta, părerea ta", o simulare a sesiunii plenare a CESE care oferă elevilor de liceu din statele membre ale UE şi din țările candidate (Albania, Fosta Republică Iugoslavă a Macedoniei, Muntenegru, Serbia, Turcia) posibilitatea de a cunoaște organismul consultativ CESE și rolul acestuia și de a face schimb de opinii pe un anumit subiect. Tema acestui an este „Clima noastră, viitorul nostru!” și va exprima îngrijorările tinerilor cu privire la schimbările climatice.

Anul acesta, YEYS va simula o conferință internațională COP: elevii vor fi invitați să reprezinte o țară și să negocieze între ei, pentru a face recomandări privind oprirea schimbărilor climatice.

Aceste recomandări vor fi transmise factorilor de decizie la nivel internațional în domeniul mediului și vor fi discutate la conferințele organizate pe tot parcursul anului în toată Europa.

În timpul YEYS, elevii vor fi, de asemenea, în contact cu organizațiile internaționale de tineret, care îi vor ajuta să transpună aceste recomandări în măsuri practice și să își facă vocea auzită.

Condiții pentru candidatura unei școli:

- să fie orice tip de liceu, iar elevii să aibă vârsta cuprinsă între 16 și 18 ani;

- să fie situată într-un stat membru al UE sau într-una dintre țările candidate;

- să fie recunoscută de către autorităţile din domeniul educaţiei dintr-unul sau mai multe state membre sau state candidate;

- să aibă un computer (care poate deschide şi tipări fişiere PDF), cu acces la internet şi email;

- să selecteze un profesor şi trei elevi aflați în penultimul an din orice tip de liceu, inclusiv licee tehnologice (în vârstă de16  ani), care se pot exprima în engleză;

- să discute pe subiectul ales pentru exerciţiul de simulare în clasă înainte de a veni la Bruxelles;

- să găzduiască un membru CESE pentru o sesiune de informare referitoare la UE şi Comitet, pentru una sau mai multe clase ale liceului selectat (cheltuielile de călătorie ale membrului CESE vor fi asigurate de Comitet).

- să informeze elevii selectați, colegii de clasă ai acestora și pe cât posibil toți elevii din școală despre posibilitatea de a urmări pregătirile pentru eveniment și evenimentul în sine pe Facebook, Twitter și Instagram.

Termen limită pentru înscrierea şcolilor: 18 noiembrie 2019.

Se acceptă o singură înregistrare pentru fiecare şcoală.

După încheierea înscrierilor, va fi selectată câte o singură şcoală pentru fiecare stat membru şi pentru fiecare din țările candidate, pentru a participa la acest exerciţiu de simulare.

Şcolile selectate îşi vor alege apoi  trei elevi din penultimul an de liceu (în vârsta de 16 ani). Aceștia trei vor reprezenta școala, precum şi profesorii însoţitori ai acestora.

Atât elevii cât şi profesorii trebuie să aibă abilitatea de a se exprima în engleză.
