The European Charlemagne Youth Prize rewards youth-run projects that support democracy in Europe and promote cooperation and understanding both in Europe and internationally.

It highlights the daily work by young people in strengthening a shared sense of European identity and rewards their active participation in the development of Europe.

Eligibility criteria

• Have a European project with which you wish to apply;
• Be between 16 and 30 years old;
• Be a resident of one of the EU Member States
• You can submit a project either as an individual applicant or on behalf of an organisation or a group of young people.

Prizes

The prize for the best project is EUR 7,500, the second, EUR 5000, and the third, EUR 2,500.

The 3 final laureates will be invited to visit the European Parliament (in Brussels or Strasbourg).

One representative from each of the three European laureates will be offered the opportunity of a Schuman traineeship in the European Parliament.

The representatives of all the 27 national projects selected will also be invited to a four-day trip to Aachen, Germany.

Das Europäische Parlament und die Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen laden junge Menschen aus allen Mitgliedstaaten der EU ein, an einem Wettbewerb zu den Themen Entwicklung der EU, europäische Integration und Europäische Identität teilzunehmen.

Thema des Wettbewerbs:
Der 'Europäische Karlspreis der Jugend' wird an Projekte vergeben, die:
- die europäische und internationale Verständigung fördern,
- die Entwicklung eines gemeinsamen Gefühls der europäischen Identität und Integration fördern,
- als Vorbild für in Europa lebende junge Menschen dienen
- praktische Beispiele für das Zusammenleben der Europäer als eine Gemeinschaft bieten.

Die Projekte können sich auf die Organisation verschiedener Jugendveranstaltungen, Jugendaustausche oder Internetprojekte mit einer europäischen Dimension konzentrieren.

Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme:
- Die Teilnehmer sollten 16-30 Jahre alt sein;
- müssen Bürger oder Einwohner eines der EU-Mitgliedstaaten sein;
- können sich entweder einzeln oder in Gruppen bewerben; bei Gruppen- und grenzüberschreitenden Projekten kann das Projekt nur in einem Land eingereicht werden, das eng mit dem Projekt verbunden ist.

Förderfähig sind Anträge in allen Amtssprachen der Europäischen Union.
Die für den Wettbewerb eingereichten Projekte müssen begonnen haben und:
a) zwischen dem 1. Januar 2020 und dem 1. Februar 2021 abgeschlossen sein oder
b) noch laufen.

 
Preise:
Der Preis für das beste Projekt beträgt 7.500 EUR, der zweite Preis 5000 EUR und der dritte Preis 2.500 EUR.
Ein Vertreter der 27 ausgewählten nationalen Siegerprojekte wird am 11. Mai 2021 zur Preisverleihung und zu einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Aachen, Deutschland, eingeladen.
Die Preise für die drei besten Projekte werden vom Präsidenten des Europäischen Parlaments und vom Vertreter der Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen überreicht.
Im Rahmen der Preisverleihung werden die drei Preisträger zu einem Besuch des Europäischen Parlaments (in Brüssel oder in Straßburg) eingeladen.

Auswahlverfahren:
Der Gewinner oder die Gewinnerin des Europäischen Karlspreises der Jugend wird in einem zweistufigen Verfahren ausgewählt.

1. : Nationale Jurys, die aus mindestens zwei Mitgliedern des Europäischen Parlaments (MdEP) und einem Vertreter von Jugendorganisationen bestehen, wählen bis zum 15. März 2021 einen nationalen Preisträger aus jedem der 27 Mitgliedstaaten aus.
2. : Die europäische Jury, bestehend aus drei Mitgliedern des Europäischen Parlaments, dem Präsidenten des Europäischen Parlaments und vier Vertretern der Stiftung Internationaler Karlspreis zu Aachen, wählt im April 2021 aus den 27 nationalen Siegerprojekten, die von den nationalen Jurys eingereicht wurden, den Gewinner aus.

Premiul european Charlemagne pentru tineret recompensează proiectele derulate de tineri care sprijină democrația în Europa și promovează cooperarea și înțelegerea atât în Europa, cât și la nivel internațional.

v Európe a podporujú spoluprácu a porozumenie v Európe aj na medzinárodnej úrovni. Zdôrazňuje každodennú prácu mladých ľudí pri posilňovaní spoločného zmyslu pre európsku identitu a odmeňuje ich aktívnu účasť na rozvoji Európy.

Cenu spoločne organizujú Európsky parlament a Nadácia Medzinárodnej ceny Karola Veľkého z Aachenu a bola založená v roku 2008.

Dostupnosť

Ak sa chcete zúčastniť, musíte:

• Máte európsky projekt, s ktorým sa chcete uchádzať;
• Byť vo veku od 16 do 30 rokov;

Tema del concurso:
El “Premio Europeo Juventud Carlomagno” premia a proyectos que:

The European Youth Forum is launching the ‘European Youth Capital’ (EYC) 2028. This title is assigned to a European city for one year to empower young people, boost youth participation, and strengthen European identity. Each year, a new European city is given the chance to showcase its innovative ideas, projects, and activities that aim to raise young voices and bring a new youth perspective to all aspects of city life. 

The European Youth Capital initiative aims to support both young people and the city to open up these possibilities and lead the way for other European municipalities to follow. 

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.

Cities are asked to set out their vision to become the European Youth Capital 2028 and how it can empower young people, boost youth participation, and bring change to their city.

The folllowing key elements are essential to any application for the EYC title:

• Youth Participation
• Co-decision-making;
• European Dimension.

Eligibility

Any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe.

Awards

The city awarded the title will be announced during the Award Ceremony in Ghent (Belgium), European Youth Capital 2028, taking place in November 2025.

Deadlines

- 11 February 2025 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.

The application includes a fee of 300 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

- 17 June 2025 (23:59 CET), for final application forms. The third application round does not include a fee.

Une ville peut devenir une Capitale européenne de la jeunesse si elle se distingue de manière positive et si elle dispose d'un programme ambitieux pour renforcer l'autonomie des jeunes.
Les villes sont invitées à exposer leur vision de la Capitale européenne de la jeunesse 2025 et la manière dont elle peut renforcer les capacités des jeunes, stimuler leur participation et apporter des changements dans leur ville.
Les éléments clés suivants sont essentiels à toute candidature au titre de CEJ :

Webinaire
Le Forum européen de la jeunesse a organisé un webinaire le 11 janvier 2022, pour les villes intéressées par la candidature au titre de Capitale européenne de la jeunesse 2025.

Eligibilité
Ouvert à toute autorité locale (définie comme une municipalité ou un groupe de municipalités situées dans une zone géographique commune) des États membres du Conseil de l'Europe, qui sont parties à la Convention culturelle européenne adoptée en 1954 à Paris. Les municipalités candidates, ainsi que les structures de jeunesse participantes, sont invitées à présenter un programme à facettes multiples mettant en évidence leur approche de la participation des jeunes et leurs projets pour créer un meilleur environnement pour les jeunes dans leur ville.

Dates limites

• Le 21 février 2022 (à 23h59 CET), pour la soumission des notes conceptuelles. La demande comprend des frais de 300 euros, à payer avant la date limite au Forum européen de la jeunesse.
• Le 23 juin 2022 (à 23h59 CET), pour la soumission des formulaires de candidature détaillés. La demande comprend des frais de 700 euros, à payer avant la date limite au Forum européen de la jeunesse.

Teilnahmeberechtigung
Offen für alle Gebietskörperschaften (definiert als eine Gemeinde oder eine Gruppe von Gemeinden, die in einem gemeinsamen geographischen Gebiet liegen) aus den Mitgliedstaaten des Europarates, die Vertragsparteien des 1954 in Paris angenommenen Europäischen Kulturabkommens sind.

Open to any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe, which are parties to the European Cultural Convention adopted in 1954 in Paris. 

Applicant municipalities together with participating youth structures are invited to present a multi-faceted programme highlighting their approach to youth participation and plans for creating a better environment for young people in their cities.

 Awards

The city awarded the title will be announced during the Award Ceremony in Lublin (Poland), European Youth Capital 2023, taking place in November 2023.

Questo titolo viene assegnato a una città europea per un periodo di un anno durante il quale si intende conferire più potere ai giovani  e rafforzare la loro partecipazione, rafforzare l'identità europea. Ogni anno, una nuova città europea ha la possibilità di mostrare le sue idee innovative, i progetti e le attività che mirano a dare voce ai giovani e portare una nuova prospettiva a tutti gli aspetti della vita cittadina. 

Una città può diventare una Capitale Europea della Gioventù se si distingue in modo positivo e ha un programma ambizioso per responsabilizzare i giovani. Le città sono invitate a presentare la propria visione per diventare la Capitale Europea della Gioventù 2025 e illustrare come dare potere ai giovani, accrescere la loro partecipazione e portare un cambiamento nella loro città. 

Il titolo è conferito da una giuria  congiunta di organizzazioni giovanili europee e partner istituzionali.

Forumul European al Tineretului lansează "Capitala Europeană a Tineretului" (EYC) 2028. Acest titlu este atribuit unui oraș european timp de un an pentru a responsabiliza tinerii, a stimula participarea tinerilor și a consolida identitatea europeană. În fiecare an, unui nou oraș european i se oferă șansa de a-și prezenta ideile, proiectele și activitățile inovatoare menite să ridice vocea tinerilor și să aducă o nouă perspectivă a tinerilor în toate aspectele vieții orașului. 

Inițiativa „Capitala europeană a tineretului” își propune să sprijine atât tinerii, cât și orașul pentru a deschide aceste posibilități și pentru a deschide calea pe care alte municipalități europene să o urmeze. 

Un oraș poate deveni o Capitală europeană a tineretului dacă se distinge într-un mod pozitiv și are un program ambițios pentru responsabilizarea tinerilor.

Orașele sunt invitate să își definească viziunea de a deveni Capitala europeană a tineretului 2028 și modul în care aceasta îi poate responsabiliza pe tineri, poate stimula participarea tinerilor și poate aduce schimbări în orașul lor.

El foro europeo de juventud lanza el programa Capital Juvenil Europea (EYC) 2018. Este título se asigna a una ciudad europea por un período de un año. La iniciativa capital europea de juventud  alienta al desarrollo de nuevas ideas y proyectos innovadores con respecto a la participación activa de los jóvenes en la sociedad y trate de presentar un modelo de desarrollo para otros municipios europeos. Una ciudad puede convertirse en capital juvenil europea si se distingue de forma positiva y tiene un programa ambicioso para la juventud. The Prizes recognise and exemplify beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive projects and support the younger generation to further develop emerging concepts and ideas.

• EU and non-EU residents, as long as their project/idea is or will be developed and implemented in the EU, in the Western Balkans, or in Ukraine.

Prizes

There will be Prizes in 4 different categories:

1. Reconnecting with nature
2. Regaining a sense of belonging
3. Prioritising the places and people that need it the most
4. Shaping a circular industrial ecosystem and supporting life-cycle thinking.

In each of them there are two parallel competition strands:

1. Champions: existing and completed projects in line with the New European Bauhaus values and principles. Winners runner-ups receive EUR 30,000 and EUR 20,000 respectively and a communication package.
2. Rising Stars: concepts by young talents aged 30 or less. Winners and runner-ups receive EUR 15,000 and EUR 10, 000 respectively and a communication package.

- Individui e organizzazioni, sono ammesse candidature congiunte
- Residenti UE e non UE, purché il loro progetto/idea sia o sarà sviluppato e implementato nell'UE o nei Balcani Occidentali.

Noul Bauhaus European lansat de Comisia Europeană are ambiția de a face din Pactul Verde European o experiență culturală, orientată spre oameni, pozitivă și tangibilă. 

Premiile recunosc și exemplifică inițiativele frumoase, durabile și incluzive și sprijină tânăra generație să dezvolte în continuare idei și concepte emergente. Acestea oferă vizibilitate exemplelor și conceptelor care ilustrează caracterul estetic, durabil și incluziv al locurilor care există deja pe teritoriile noastre, în comunitățile noastre și în practicile noastre, deschizând calea către viitor.

Exemplele trebuie să fi fost deja puse în aplicare, sau, în cazul în care provin de la studenți și tineri profesioniști (cu vârsta de până la 30 de ani), aceste exemple trebuie să deschidă calea către viitor.

Anul acesta vor fi acordate premii în 4 categorii diferite:

1. Reconectarea cu natura
2. Recâștigarea sentimentului de apartenență
3. Prioritizarea locurilor și oamenilor care au cea mai mare nevoie
4. Modelarea unui ecosistem industrial circular și sprijinirea gândirii bazate pe ciclul de viață.

În fiecare dintre aceste categorii există trei fire de competiție paralele:

Noii campioni europeni Bauhaus pentru proiecte existente și finalizate: câștigătorii primesc 30.000 de euro și un kit de comunicare.

New European Bauhaus Rising Stars pentru concepte realizate de tinere talente cu vârsta de până la 30 de ani: câștigătorii primesc 15.000 de euro și un kit de comunicare.

Recunoaștere specială pentru efortul de reconstrucție și recuperare al Ucrainei: câștigătorii primesc 30.000 de euro și un kit de comunicare.

Toți finaliștii vor fi invitați la Bruxelles pentru a participa la ceremonia de decernare a premiilor și vor beneficia de un pachet de comunicare oferit de Comisie pentru a sprijini promovarea proiectului lor.

Cine poate candida

• Persoane fizice și organizații; sunt permise candidaturi comune;
• Rezidenți din UE și din afara UE, atât timp cât proiectul/ideea lor este sau va fi dezvoltat(ă) și pus(ă) în aplicare în UE sau în Balcanii de Vest.

Premii

• 30.000 de euro și un pachet de comunicare pentru Premiile Noul Bauhaus european;
• 15.000 de euro și un pachet de comunicare pentru Staruri în devenire ale Noului Bauhaus european.

Los Premios reconocen y ejemplifican proyectos sostenibles e integradores y apoyan a las generaciones más jóvenes para que sigan desarrollando conceptos e ideas emergentes. Dan visibilidad a ejemplos y conceptos que ilustran cómo ya existen lugares sostenibles e inclusivos en nuestros territorios, nuestras comunidades y nuestras prácticas, allanando el camino hacia el futuro.

Estos proyectos deben estar ya implantados o, si proceden de estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales (de 30 años o menos), deben allanar el camino hacia el futuro.

Habrá premios en 4 categorías diferentes:

1. Reconectar con la naturaleza
2. Recuperar el sentido de pertenencia
3. Dar prioridad a los lugares y las personas que más lo necesitan
4. Dar forma a un ecosistema industrial circular y apoyar el concepto de ciclo de vida.

En cada una de ellas hay tres líneas de competición paralelas:

1. New European Bauhaus Champions para proyectos existentes y finalizados Los ganadores reciben 30.000€ y un paquete de comunicación.
2. New European Bauhaus Rising Stars para  proyectos de jóvenes talentos de 30 años o menos Los ganadores recibirán 15.000€ y un paquete de comunicación.

• Prix MEDEA du meilleur média éducatif : récompense le meilleur média, ressource, outil ou service éducatif produit dans tous les secteurs et à tous les niveaux de l'éducation et de la formation.
• Prix spécial du jury MEDEA : prix spécial décerné à une approche ou à une production en reconnaissance d'une innovation exceptionnelle sur le plan pédagogique ou technique.
• Prix du public : décerné par le public lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix.

Comment postuler

Les candidatures doivent démontrer une utilisation exceptionnelle du multimédia dans un contexte d'apprentissage, y compris des vidéos, des audios, des simulations, des applications, des podcasts, des vlogs, des animations et toute autre utilisation excellente du multimédia éducatif. Le contenu peut porter sur tous les sujets possibles.

Tout matériel multimédia doit avoir été créé après le 1er janvier 2021. Bien entendu, l'inscription peut inclure ou consister en du matériel plus ancien.

Qui peut participer ?

Les étudiants, les enseignants, les écoles, les centres de production, les universités, les sociétés de formation, les agences et toute autre personne travaillant à la création et à l'utilisation de multimédias éducatifs sont invités à soumettre leur candidature.

Les participants peuvent soumettre jusqu'à 12 projets.

Wie man sich bewirbt

Die Beiträge sollten den außergewöhnlichen Einsatz von Multimedia in einer Lernumgebung zeigen, einschließlich Videos, Audios, Simulationen, Anwendungen, Podcasts, Vlogs, Animationen und jede andere Verwendung von Multimedia im Bildungsbereich. Der Inhalt kann alle möglichen Themenbereiche umfassen.

Alle Multimedia-Materialien müssen nach dem 1. Januar 2021 erstellt worden sein. Natürlich kann der Beitrag auch älteres Material enthalten oder aus diesem bestehen.

Le iscrizioni sono benvenute da studenti, insegnanti, scuole, strutture di produzione, università, società di formazione, agenzie e chiunque altro lavori sulla creazione e l'uso di multimedia educativi. I contenuti possono includere tutti gli argomenti possibili.

I partecipanti possono presentare fino a 12 materiali multimediali.

Qualsiasi materiale multimediale deve essere stato creato dopo il 1 gennaio 2020. Naturalmente, è possibile includere materiale antecedente.

Premio MEDEA creados por los usuarios de medios educativos.
Este premio honra a la mejor obra presentada por profesores, estudiantes, alumnos, padres, representantes individuales u organizaciones en la educación primaria, secundaria, superior, de adultos, formación profesional y/o capacitación.

El Premio MEDEA para los productores profesionales de medios educativos.
Este premio será otorgado al mejor trabajo media educativo realizado por una compañía profesional o semiprofesional de la unidad de producción, como un locutor, productor multimedia profesional o editor, empresa profesional de diseño Web, audiovisual o los departamentos de comunicación de las grandes instituciones u organizaciones como las universidades , los departamentos gubernamentales, empresas, instituciones y organizaciones multinacionales, etc.

Premio especial para la colaboración europea en la creación de medios de comunicación para la Educación 2013
Este premio reconoce a los medios de comunicación las producciones y proyectos educativos excelentes que surgen como resultado de la colaboración europea transfronteriza y reconoce el impacto que este tipo de colaboración puede tener en el aumento de la comprensión y refuerzo de la dimensión europea.

Premio Especial para la promoción del Año de la Ciudadanía Europea 2013

Este premio estará dedicado a los trabajos o producciones que utilizan claramente los medios de comunicación para fomentar la concienciación y promover la ciudadacía europea y los derechos de sus ciudadanos.
En este premio se incluyen todas las producciones de los medios de comunicación educativos, no importa en qué formato se presenten, ya sea formato web, vídeo, juegos o presentaciones interactivas, que ilustren, documenten o promuevan el tema del año europeo.

Premio Especial del Jurado especial de MEDEA
Los jueces podrán, a su discreción, proponer un premio especial a un enfoque o producción en reconocimiento a la innovación excepcional en el diseño pedagógico o técnico que aporta.

Pudo ser presentado hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2013 (medianoche) cualquier material multimedia o programa que fuera creado después del 1 de enero de 2010, y cuyo fin fuera su uso en la educación formal y no formal así como en las formaciones.

• Нагорода MEDEA за найкращі освітні ЗМІ

Ця нагорода буде присуджена найкращому професійному або створеному користувачем освітньому медіа-продукту, ресурсу, інструменту чи послузі,  направленому на студентів вищої освіти, безперервної освіти та/або освітньої сфери.

• Спеціальний приз журі MEDEA

На власний розсуд судді можуть вручити спеціальну нагороду підходу або продукту на знак визнання виняткового новаторства в педагогічному чи технічному дизайні.
 

Як взяти участь
Учасники можуть подати до 8 робіт.
Будь-який мультимедійний матеріал повинен бути створений після 1 січня 2018 року. Звичайно, робота може містити старіші матеріали або складатися з них.
Заявки необхідно подати через онлайн-форму  та надіслати роботу до Секретаріату нагород MEDEA поштою, електронною поштою або факсом до дати завершення прийняття робот 31 січня 2020 року (опівночі) за центрально-європейським часом.

Award Categories 2019
The MEDEA Award for User-Generated Educational Media
This award honours the best entry submitted by teachers, students, learners, parents, professors, individual or organisational representatives in higher education, or continuing education and/or training.

The MEDEA Award for Professionally Produced Educational Media
This award is awarded to the best professional educational media product, resource, tool or service produced or managed by a professional company or semi-professional production unit such as a broadcaster, professional multimedia producer or publisher, professional web design company, audiovisual or media department in larger institutions or organisations such as universities, government departments, companies, multinational institutions and organisations, etc where the production is aimed at the higher education or continuing education and/or training sector.

The special MEDEA Jury
The judges may, at their discretion, present a special award to an approach or production in recognition of exceptional innovation in pedagogic or technical design.
 

How to apply
Participants can submit up to 8 entries.

The European Disability Forum is inviting photographers, both amateur and professional, to join the competition focusing on accessibility and the daily challenges faced by persons with disabilities.

Who can participate

The competition is open to EU/EEA citizens or residents of all ages.

How to apply

Participants must submit:

• One original single high-resolution photo with a description in English including the author’s name, and the city and country where the photo was taken.
• A signed copy of the Rights Authorization.
• Two signatures are needed, one from the person who took the picture and one from the person(s) appearing in the picture.

Each participant may submit one entry.

Prizes

1st place award: 500 euros;

2nd place award: 300 euros;

Европейският форум за хората с увреждания, под мотото за 2023 г. „Премахване на бариерите – Истории и гласове на жени и момичета с увреждания“ кани всички граждани или жители на ЕС/ЕИП от всички възрасти да се присъединят към конкурса и да изпратят едно изображение, което разбива стереотипите и предубежденията около жени с увреждания от различен културен, произход и/или етнически контекст.

Конкурсът е отворен за всички, които искат да допринесат за представянето на овластяването на жените и момичетата с увреждания по света.

Кой може да участва

Конкурсът е отворен за граждани или жители на ЕС/ЕИП от всички възрасти и няма входна такса.

Как да кандидатствам

Участниците трябва да представят:

• Кратко описание на английски, включващо името на автора, града и държавата, където е направена снимката;
• Подписано копие от разрешението за права. Необходими са два подписа, един от лицето, което е направило снимката, и един от лицето(ата), което се появява(т) НА снимката;
• Една оригинална снимка с висока разделителна способност (300 dpi) с описание на изображението или едно оригинално единично художествено представяне (комикси и рисунки) с описание на изображението, разказващо историята.

Всеки участник може да изпрати една работа. Участникът трябва да е физическо лице, а не организация.

Награди

Тримата финални номинирани ще получат:

- Награда за 1-во място: 500 евро;

- Награда за 2-ро място: 300 евро;

Le Forum européen des personnes handicapées, sous le slogan 2023 « Levez les barrières - Histoires et voix de femmes et de jeunes filles handicapées », invite tous les citoyens ou résidents de l'UE/EEE de tous âges à participer au concours et à soumettre une image qui brise les stéréotypes et les idées préconçues entourant les femmes handicapées issues de divers contextes culturels, historiques et/ou ethniques.

Le concours est ouvert à tous ceux qui souhaitent contribuer à la représentation de l'autonomisation des femmes et des jeunes filles handicapées dans le monde.

Qui peut participer

Le concours est ouvert aux citoyens ou résidents de l'UE/EEE de tous âges et il n'y a pas de frais de participation.

Comment poser sa candidature

Les participants doivent soumettre :

• Une courte description en anglais comprenant le nom du photographe, la ville et le pays où la photo a été prise.
• Une copie signée de l'autorisation de droits. Deux signatures sont nécessaires, celle de la personne qui a pris la photo et celle de la ou des personnes figurant sur la photo.
• Une seule photo originale en haute résolution (300 dpi) accompagnée d'une description de l'image ou une seule représentation artistique originale (bandes dessinées et dessins) accompagnée d'une description de l'image racontant l'histoire.

Chaque participant ne peut soumettre qu'une seule candidature. Le participant doit être un individu et non une organisation. 

Prix

Les trois finalistes recevront :

• Prix de la première place : 500 euros
• Prix de la deuxième place : 300 euros
• Prix de la troisième place : 200 euros

Das Europäische Behindertenforum lädt alle EU- / EAA-Bürger oder Einwohner jeden Alters ein, sich dem Wettbewerb anzuschließen und in einem Bild einzureichen, das Stereotypen und Vorurteile gegenüber Frauen mit Behinderungen aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen und/oder ethnischem Hintergrund abbaut.

Der Wettbewerb steht allen offen, die einen Beitrag zur Darstellung der Selbstbestimmung von Frauen und Mädchen mit Behinderungen auf der ganzen Welt leisten wollen.

Wer kann teilnehmen

Der Wettbewerb ist offen für EU / EWR-Bürger oder Einwohner jeden Alters und es gibt keine Teilnahmegebühr.

Wie kann man sich bewerben

Alle Teilnehmer müssen einreichen:

• Eine kurze Beschreibung (auf Englisch) sowie den Namen des Autors und den Ort (Stadt und Land), an dem das Bild aufgenommen wurde.
• Eine unterzeichnete Kopie der Rechteerlaubnis. Es werden zwei Unterschriften benötigt, eine von der Person, die das Bild aufgenommen hat, und eine von den Personen, die auf dem Bild erscheinen.
• Ein einzelnes hochauflösendes Originalfoto (300dpi) mit Bildbeschreibung oder eine einzelne künstlerische Darstellung (Comics und Zeichnungen) mit Bildbeschreibung, die die Geschichte erzählt.

Jeder Teilnehmer kann einen Beitrag einreichen. Der Teilnehmer sollte eine Einzelperson und keine Organisation sein.

Forumul European al Persoanelor cu Dizabilități invită fotografii, atât amatori, cât și profesioniști, să participe la concursul axat pe accesibilitate și provocările zilnice cu care se confruntă persoanele cu dizabilități.

Cine poate participa?

Concursul este deschis cetățenilor sau rezidenților UE/SEE de toate vârstele.

Cum să aplici?

Participanții trebuie să trimită:

• O singură fotografie originală de înaltă rezoluție cu o descriere în limba engleză care să includă numele autorului, precum și orașul și țara în care a fost făcută fotografia.
• O copie semnată a Autorizației privind drepturile.
• Sunt necesare două semnături, una din partea persoanei care a făcut fotografia și una din partea persoanei (persoanelor) care apare (apar) în fotografie.
• Fiecare participant poate trimite o singură înscriere.

Who can participate

How to apply
Under the theme "Reclaiming your Rights" participants will have to submit engaging visuals that put forward the experience of people with disabilities throughout the justice system,  in a single photograph, of which three will be selected for prizes.
All participants must submit:

• One single photo (representing the theme ‘Reclaiming your Rights’).
• A short description (in English) as well as the author name, place (city & country) where the picture was taken.

Consiliul consultativ pentru tineret al OCDE este alcătuit din tineri excepționali cu vârsta cuprinsă între 18 și 30 de ani, cu începere de la 15 martie 2023.

• să poată dedica până la 8 ore pe lună activităților legate de Youthwise (inclusiv lecturi pregătitoare, muncă de grup, reuniuni, luări de cuvânt la evenimente etc.);
• să participe pe deplin la program din martie 2023 până în martie 2024;
• să aibă acces la o conexiune stabilă la internet (pentru a participa la întâlnirile online) și la un cont de e-mail pentru a rămâne în contact;
• să nu fie afiliat/ă în prezent la OCDE și nici să nu aibă o rudă care este afiliată în prezent la OCDE.

Delegații Youthwise vor:

• aduce la OCDE viziunea și ideile generației lor;
• participa la întâlniri și consultări cu ușile închise, implicându-se într-o serie de subiecte, teme și persoane din cadrul OCDE, având o contribuție directă la activitatea OCDE;
• putea lua cuvântul în cadrul unor paneluri și vor participa la webinarii, oferind intervenții în numele Youthwise:
• crea și vor fi (co)autori de documente, articole și videoclipuri pentru a împărtăși punctele de vedere ale Youthwise;
• participa la ateliere interactive cu alte consilii de tineret, cum ar fi Y20, întâlnindu-se cu lideri de tineret din întreaga lume;
• lucra în rețea, dobândind o mai bună înțelegere a modului în care funcționează elaborarea politicilor internaționale

Activitățile Youthwise se vor desfășura în principal online, deși membrii pot fi invitați la evenimente în persoană, pentru care vor fi acoperite costurile de deplasare.

In order to provide law students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in the field, the European Law Students' Association (ELSA), has launched the 12th edition of the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition in cooperation with the Council of Europe. 

The competition, which simulates the procedure of complaints to the European Court of Human Rights, is open to teams of 2-4 students coming from the same university.

Eligibility

Students should be from ELSA countries as well as from countries that are members of the Council of Europe.

How it works

There will be three phases: the Written Round, the Regional Rounds, and the Final Oral Round. The qualifying Teams from the Regional Rounds are eligible to participate in the Final Oral Round. Fr each phase Participation fees are requested at every phase of the competition to provide ceremonies, welcome packages and refreshments

Prizes

Best Team Award: one-month traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights for each member of the winning Team.

Best Orator Award: the winner will get a traineeship at the Liaison Office of the Council of Europe in Brussels

Afin de donner aux étudiants en droit l'occasion d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans ce domaine, l'Association européenne des étudiants en droit (ELSA) a lancé la 9e édition du concours européen de plaidoiries simulés des droits de l'homme en coopération avec le Conseil de l'Europe. 

Le concours, qui simule la procédure de plainte auprès de la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme, est ouvert aux équipes de 2 à 4 étudiants provenant de la même université. Les étudiants doivent être issus des pays ELSA ainsi que des pays membres du Conseil de l'Europe.

La simulation d'un procès est souvent divisée en deux phases : la phase écrite et la phase orale. Dans la partie écrite, les étudiants, sur la base d'un cas fictif, rédigent des conclusions ou des mémoires au nom du demandeur et du défendeur.

La phase écrite mène à la phase orale qui consiste en des simulations d'audiences de tribunal où les étudiants représentent le demandeur et le défendeur. Les équipes examineront une affaire fictive et rédigeront des conclusions écrites pour chaque partie.

Les équipes seront évaluées sur la base de leurs admissions écrites. Les 20 meilleures équipes participeront aux tours préliminaires et 2 équipes gagnantes s'affronteront lors de la finale européenne à la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme à Strasbourg, en France.

Il y a des frais de participation initiaux de 100 € par participant ainsi que des frais pour le tour régional.

Il y aura trois tours régionaux du concours organisés par les groupes locaux et/ou nationaux de l'ELSA.

Chaque équipe sera affectée de manière aléatoire à un tour régional :

• 4-6 mars 2022 - Kiev, Ukraine 

• 6-12 mars 2022 - Athènes, Grèce 

• 25-27 mars 2022 - Wroclaw, Pologne

Chaque équipe doit participer à une épreuve régionale, et les résultats de l'épreuve régionale comptent pour la sélection des équipes qui participeront à l'épreuve orale finale.

Les frais d'hébergement et de déplacement pour le tour régional ne sont pas couverts par les frais de participation.

Chaque membre de l'équipe gagnante sera récompensé par un stage d'un mois à la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme à Strasbourg.

Le meilleur orateur sera récompensé par un stage au Bureau de liaison du Conseil de l'Europe auprès de l'Union européenne à Bruxelles.

Pour ceux qui remporteront le prix du Conseil de l'Europe et le prix du meilleur orateur, l'ELSA couvrira jusqu'à 400 EUR de frais d'hébergement par personne.

Chaque équipe inscrite au concours peut soumettre jusqu'à trois questions de clarification concernant le cas, qui seront transmises et répondues par les auteurs du cas.

Um Jurastudenten die Möglichkeit zu geben, praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich zu sammeln, hat die European Law students' Association (ELSA) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Europarat den Europäischen Menschenrechts-Moot-Court-Wettbewerb ins Leben gerufen.

Der Wettbewerb, der das Verfahren für Beschwerden beim Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte simuliert, ist offen für Teams von 2-4 Studenten, die von derselben Universität kommen. Die Studenten sollten sowohl aus ELSA-Ländern als auch aus Ländern kommen, die Mitglieder des Europarates sind.

Die Simulation eines Gerichtsverfahrens wird oft in zwei Phasen unterteilt: die schriftliche Phase und die mündliche Phase. Im schriftlichen Teil entwerfen Studierende auf der Grundlage eines fiktiven Falles Stellungnahmen oder Gedenkschriften im Namen des Antragstellers und des Antragsgegners.

Die schriftliche Phase mündet in die mündliche Phase, d.h. in Simulationen von Gerichtsverhandlungen, bei denen die Studierenden den Antragsteller und den Beklagten vertreten. Die Teams untersuchen einen fiktiven Fall und entwerfen schriftliche Eingaben für jede Partei.

Die Teams werden auf der Grundlage ihrer schriftlichen Eingaben bewertet und die besten nehmen an den regionalen Runden teil. Die besten 18 Teams nehmen an der letzten mündlichen Runde beim europäischen Finale am Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte in Straßburg, Frankreich, teil.

Es wird eine anfängliche Teilnahmegebühr von 100 € pro Teilnehmer sowie die Gebühr für die Regionalrunde erhoben.

Es wird drei regionale Runden des Wettbewerbs geben, die von lokalen und/oder nationalen ELSA-Gruppen ausgerichtet werden.

Jedes Team wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip einer Regionalrunde zugeteilt:

• 2.-4. Februar 2024 (Ankara, Türkei);
• 15.-17. Februar 2024 (St. Gallen, Schweiz);
• 23-25. Februar 2024 (Dublin, Irland).

Jede Mannschaft muss an einer Regionalrunde teilnehmen, und die Ergebnisse der Regionalrunde zählen für die Auswahl der Mannschaften, die in die mündliche Endrunde gehen.

Unterbringungs- und Reisekosten zur Regionalrunde sind nicht durch die Teilnahmegebühr abgedeckt.

Preise

Jedes Mitglied des Siegerteams erhält den Preis des Europarats und ein einmonatiges Praktikum am Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte in Straßburg.

Der beste Gesamtorator erhält ein Praktikum im Verbindungsbüro des Europarates bei der Europäischen Union in Brüssel.

Jedes für den Wettbewerb registrierte Team kann bis zu drei Klärungsfragen zum Fall einreichen, die von den Fallautoren weitergeleitet und beantwortet werden.

Annak érdekében, hogy a joghallgatóknak lehetősége legyen a gyakorlati tapasztalatszerzésre, az Európai Joghallgatók Szövetsége (European Law Students' Association - ELSA) az Európa Tanáccsal együttműködve 12. alkalommal hirdette meg a Helga Pedersen Moot Court Versenyt.

The competition, which simulates the procedure of complaints to the European Court of Human Rights, is open to teams of 2-4 students coming from the same university. Students should be from ELSA countries as well as from countries that are members of the Council of Europe.

The simulation of a court trial is often divided into two phases: the written phase and the oral phase. In the written part students, based on a fictive case, draft submissions or memorials on behalf of the applicant and the respondent.

The written phase leads to the oral phase which means simulations of court hearings where students represent the applicant and the respondent. The teams will examine a fictive case and draft written submissions for each party.

The teams will be evaluated based on their written admissions and the best ones will participate in the regional rounds. The best 18 teams will compete in the final oral round at the European final at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.

There is an initial participation fee of € 100 per participant as well as the Regional Round fee.

There will be three Regional Round of the Competition hosted by ELSA Local and/or National Groups.

Each Team will be randomly assigned to a Regional Round:

• 2-4 February 2024 (Ankara, Turkiye);
• 15-17 February 2024 (St. Gallen, Switzerland);
• 23-25 February 2024 (Dublin, Ireland).

Each team must take part in one Regional Round, and the results from the Regional Round count towards the selection of the teams going to the Final Oral Round.

Accommodation and travel costs to the Regional Round are not covered by the participation fee.

Prizes

Each member of the winning team will win the Council of Europe prize and they will be awarded a one-month traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

The Best Overall Orator will be awarded with a traineeship at the Council of Europe Liaison Office with the European Union in Brussels.

Each team registered for the competition can submit up to three clarification questions concerning the case, that will be forwarded and answered by the Case Authors.

Al fine di offrire agli studenti di giurisprudenza l’opportunità di acquisire esperienza pratica nel settore, ELSA, European Law Students’ Association, ha lanciato una nuova edizione del Concorso europeo di simulazione processuale sui diritti umani Helga Pedersen, in collaborazione con il Consiglio d’Europa.

È prevista una quota di partecipazione iniziale di € 100, nonché la quota di partecipazione regionale. Vi saranno tre round regionali del concorso ospitati dai gruppi locali e / o nazionali ELSA.

Ogni squadra verrà assegnata casualmente a un round regionale:

Ciascuna squadra deve prendere parte a un round regionale e i risultati del round regionale valgono per la selezione delle squadre che partecipano al round orale finale. Le spese di alloggio e viaggio per il Round regionale non sono coperte dalla quota di partecipazione.

A ciascun membro della squadra vincitrice verrà assegnato un tirocinio di un mese presso la Corte europea dei diritti dell'uomo di Strasburgo.
Il miglior oratore generale avrà diritto ad un tirocinio presso l'ufficio di collegamento del Consiglio d'Europa con l'Unione europea a Bruxelles.

Per coloro che vinceranno il premio del Consiglio d'Europa e il premio per il miglior Oratore generale, ELSA coprirà fino a 400 EUR delle spese di alloggio a persona.

Ogni squadra iscritta al concorso può presentare fino a tre domande di chiarimento riguardanti il ​​caso, che saranno inoltrate ed evase dagli Autori del Caso.

Con el fin de proporcionar a los estudiantes de derecho la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia práctica en el campo, la Asociación Europea de Estudiantes de Derecho (ELSA), ha puesto en marcha la segunda edición del Concurso Corte Europea de Derechos Humanos, en cooperación con el Consejo de Europa. 

La competición, que simula el procedimiento de denuncias ante el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, está abierta a todos los estudiantes de los países en ELSA, así como de los países que son miembros del Consejo de Europa.

La simulación de un juicio a menudo se divide en dos fases: la fase escrita y la fase oral. Los estudiantes realizan proyectos de conclusiones o memoriales escritos en nombre del solicitante y del demandado.

La fase escrita lleva a la fase oral, lo que significa que tendrán lugar las simulaciones de audiencias en la corte, donde los estudiantes representan a la parte demandante y al demandado. Los equipos examinarán un caso ficticio y los proyectos de comunicaciones escritas de cada parte.

Для того, щоб надати студентам юридичних факультетів можливість набути практичного досвіду в цій галузі, Європейська асоціація студентів-правознавців (ELSA) започаткувала 9-е видання Європейського конкурсу дискусій з прав людини у співпраці з Радою Європи.

У конкурсі, який імітує процедуру подання скарг до Європейського суду з прав людини, можуть брати участь команди з 2-4 студентів з одного університету. Студенти мають бути з країн ELSA, а також із країн, які є членами Ради Європи.

Симуляція судового розгляду зазвичай розділені на дві фази: письмову фазу та усну фази. В пимьсомій частині студенти, основані на фіктивних кейсах, пишуть проєкти звернень та меморандуми від імені заявника та відповідача.
Команди будуть оцінені базуючись на їх письмових поданнях та кращі 20 команд будуть брати участь в попередніх колах та 2 команди переможці будуть змагатись в Європейському фінальному турі в Європейському Суді з Прав Людини в Стразбурзі, Франція.

Першочергова участь в змаганні має внесок 100 Євро з учасника так само як і регіоналинй тур.

• The stories must be original, cannot exceed a length of 2,500 words and can be written in any of the official languages of the 43 participant countries.

Con il motto "Giovani in prima linea per l'uguaglianza di genere", i giovani autori sono invitati a scrivere, utilizzando la narrativa o esperienze reali, i loro aspetti di superamento di questa discriminazione nella vita quotidiana.

Prémios

Os autores dos 15 melhores contos serão premiados com a publicação dos seus contos e serão, também, convidados para a cerimónia de entrega dos prémios em Barcelona, Espanha, a 16 de setembro de 2013.

Nos dias seguintes à apresentação dos prémios os jovens vencedores serão convidados a participar de um programa de visitas e atividades culturais na cidade de Barcelona e outra cidade espanhola a designar.

Este año, el concurso está dirigido a la produccion de historias o relatos breves para la lucha contra el discurso racista y discriminatorio.

Premios:
Los autores de las mejores 15 relatos breves serán premiados con la publicación de sus relatos y serán invitados a la ceremonia de entregas de premios en Barcelona, en España el 20 de octubre de 2014. The Daphne Caruana Galizia Prize for Journalism is awarded annually to in-depth journalism pieces undertaken by EU-based professional journalists.

The Prize plays tribute to the Maltese anti-corruption investigative journalist and blogger who was assassinated in a car bomb attack in 2017.

Who can apply

Individual professional journalists or teams of professional journalists of any nationality.

How to apply

• Entries must have been published/broadcast in print, audiovisual or online media outlets based in one of the 27 EU Member States between 1 September 2023 and 31 July 2024. They can be submitted via the online platform in all EU official languages. A summary in English (500 words) must be provided.
• Entries may have one or several authors. Participants must be the authors and holders of the copyright and the moral rights to their work. Applications may be submitted by authors themselves or by professional media organisations and associations on their behalf.

Como candidatar-se

As candidaturas devem ter sido publicadas/transmitidas em meios de comunicação social impressos, audiovisuais ou online sediados num dos 27 Estados-Membros da UE entre 1 de setembro de 2023 e 31 de julho de 2024. Podem ser apresentadas através da plataforma online em todas as línguas oficiais da UE. O formulário de candidatura deve incluir um resumo em inglês (máximo de 500 palavras).

Os trabalhos podem ter um ou vários autores. Os participantes devem ser os autores e os detentores dos direitos de autor e dos direitos morais do seu trabalho. As candidaturas podem ser apresentadas pelos próprios autores ou por organizações e associações profissionais de meios de comunicação social em seu nome.

Se um jornalista ou uma equipa de jornalistas desejar participar com mais do que um trabalho, pode fazê-lo. No entanto, deve apresentar uma candidatura separada por trabalho.

Prémio

O vencedor receberá 20 000 euros e será convidado a participar na cerimónia de entrega do Prémio. O Parlamento Europeu cobrirá as despesas de deslocação do vencedor.

Premiul Daphne Caruana Galizia pentru jurnalism se acordă anual unor articole jurnalistice aprofundate realizate de jurnaliști profesioniști din UE.

Premiul îi aduce un omagiu jurnalistei de investigație anticorupție și bloggeriței malteze Daphne Caruana Galizia, care a fost asasinată într-un atac capcană în 2017.

Cine poate candida?

Jurnaliști profesioniști individuali sau echipe de jurnaliști profesioniști de orice naționalitate.

Cum se depune candidatura?

Înscrierile trebuie să fi fost publicate/ promovate în presa scrisă, audiovizuală sau online, cu sediul într-unul dintre cele 27 de state membre ale UE, între 1 septembrie 2023 și 31 iulie 2024. Acestea pot fi trimise prin intermediul platformei online în toate limbile oficiale ale UE. Un rezumat în limba engleză (maximum 500 de cuvinte) trebuie să fie furnizat în formularul de trimitere.

Lucrările pot avea unul sau mai mulți autori. Participanții trebuie să fie autorii și deținătorii drepturilor de autor și ai drepturilor morale asupra operei lor. Candidaturile pot fi depuse de către autorii înșiși sau de către organizații și asociații profesionale din domeniul mass-media în numele acestora.

În cazul în care un jurnalist sau o echipă de jurnaliști dorește să participe cu mai mult de o lucrare, este permisă această opțiune. Cu toate acestea, ei trebuie să depună o cerere separată pentru fiecare lucrare.

Premiul

Câștigătorul va primi 20.000 de euro și va fi invitat să participe la ceremonia de decernare a premiului. Parlamentul European va acoperi costurile de călătorie ale câștigătorului.

The European Economic and Social Committee is organising the "Your Europe, Your Say", a 1.5-day event featuring interactive sessions and collaborative workshops where participants will be able to shape their recommendations, which will then be used to convey their opinions and expectations on the European future.

• one delegate (18-25 years old), nominated by the European Youth Forum.
• Living in an EU Member State or in one of the candidate countries or UK;
• able to understand and speak a very good level of English.

Selected applicants will be invited to the event. Accommodation for 2 nights as well as a return journey between the country of residence and Brussels will be covered by the organisers. Der Europäische Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuss organisiert die 15. Ausgabe von "Dein Europa, deine Stimme", einer simulierten Jugendplenartagung, die es Erstwählern und anderen jungen Wählern ermöglicht, zu debattieren und Empfehlungen auszusprechen, die zu den Aktivitäten des EWSA im Vorfeld der Wahlen beitragen und ihren Beitrag zur Stellungnahme des EWSA zu den Europawahlen leisten werden.



Die Veranstaltung findet am 6. März 2024 in Brüssel statt und steht unter dem Motto "Steh auf für Demokratie und sprich für Europa: Prioritäten der Jugend für die nächste Legislaturperiode der EU".

Bewerbungsvoraussetzungen

• Schüler*innen der Sekundarstufe oder Studenten oder Jugenddelegierte, die in der Zivilgesellschaft aktiv sind und zwischen 16 und 25 Jahre alt sind;
• in einem EU-Mitgliedstaat oder einem der Kandidatenländer und dem Vereinigten Königreich ansässig;
• guten Kenntnisse in Englisch.

Leistungen

26 ausgewählte Bewerber werden zu der Veranstaltung eingeladen. Die Kosten für 2 Übernachtungen sowie die Hin- und Rückreise zwischen dem Wohnsitzland und Brüssel werden von den Organisatoren übernommen. Bis zu 5 Teilnehmer der YEYS-Veranstaltung werden per Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt und nehmen an der Woche der Zivilgesellschaft vom 4. bis 7. März teil. Alle Kosten werden von den Veranstaltern übernommen.

Comitetul Economic și Social European organizează „Europa ta, părerea ta”, un eveniment de o zi și jumătate cu sesiuni interactive și ateliere de lucru în care participanții își vor putea formula recomandările, care vor fi apoi folosite pentru a-și exprima opiniile și așteptările cu privire la viitorul european.

Când?

Evenimentul va avea loc la Bruxelles în perioada 13-14 martie 2025.

Cine se poate înscrie?

• Elevi de liceu sau de școală de formare profesională (16-18 ani), însoțiți de un profesor pentru fiecare școală selectată (o școală pe țară);
• Delegați din partea consiliilor naționale ale tineretului (18-25 de ani);
• delegați din partea organizațiilor de tineret (18-25 de ani), desemnați de Grupul ad hoc pentru tineret al CESE;
• Un delegat (18-25 de ani), nominalizat de Forumul european al tineretului.
• Să locuiască într-un stat membru al UE sau în una dintre țările candidate sau în Regatul Unit;
• Capacitatea de a înțelege și de a vorbi un nivel foarte bun de limbă engleză.
