Conditions de participation

• Qui ? Les jeunes français (ou qui résident en France), âgés entre 18 et 30 ans, qui ont vécu une expérience à l’étranger.
• Quoi ? Les participants sont invités à envoyer une vidéo dans laquelle ils·elles relatent leur expérience dans un autre pays. La vidéo doit être filmée au format vertical, durer 2 minutes maximum, être en français et comporter des sous-titres.Le témoignage est libre dans sa forme (face caméra, montage photo, dessin, etc.) et devra être le fruit de ta création personnelle. Une seule participation est acceptée chaque mois.
• Quand ? Du 1er février au 20 juin 2025. Un lauréat sera sélectionné chaque 28 du mois et sa vidéo sera publiée sur le compte Instagram @eurodeskfr

Музикалните награди на младата публика (МНМП) е инициатива за присъждане на награди, организирана от Jeunesses Musicales International, с цел да се обърне внимание на креативността и иновациите в областта на музикалните произведения за млада публика от всички краища на света, създадени от обществени групи, училищни оркестри, групи и изпълнители, неправителствени организации, компании, групи и ансамбли от всякаква форма, от соло артисти до групи и оркестри.

В инициативата участват уникални музикални изпълнения, създадени, за да събудят въображението, да предизвикат емоции, да засегнат актуални проблеми и да мотивират по-нататъшните музикални търсения и развитие на деца и младежи (на възраст до 18 години).

Как да кандидатствате

Кандидатите трябва да изпратят своя формуляр за кандидатстване и DVD на продукта (независимо дали е пълнометражен видеоклип, както и 2-минутен промоционален видеоклип, в случай че продукцията е избрана за финалист).

За продукции, които не са на английски, се изискват субтитри или подробно резюме.

Premios Jóvenes Audiencias (YAMA) es un premio puesto en marcha para los jóvenes músicos internacionales en honor a la innovación en el campo de la producción musical para el público joven, de todos los rincones del mundo, creadas por grupos comunitarios, escuelas, ONG, empresas, grupos y conjuntos en todas las modalidades, desde el solista a la orquesta.

Las propuestas deben ser actuaciones musicales únicas creadas para despertar la imaginación, agitar las emociones, abordar temas actuales y motivar a las nuevas exploraciones musicales de niños y jóvenes (0-18 años).

Cómo solicitarlo

Prezentul apel vizează selectarea a 10 reprezentanți ai organizațiilor sau rețelelor neguvernamentale de tineret, care nu sunt membri ai Forumului european al tineretului, pentru a candida la un loc în cadrul Consiliului consultativ pentru tineret pentru mandatul de doi ani 2026-2027.

Candidații trebuie:

• Să aibă vârsta cuprinsă între 18 și 30 de ani;

A világ minden tájáról származó fiatalok jelentkezését várjuk a Youth4Climate: Driving Ambition teljes finanszírozású eseményére, amelyre Milánóban (Olaszország) kerül sor 2021. szeptember 28. és 30. között.
Az olasz kormány által összehívott, az ENSZ ifjúsági 2019-es csúcstalálkozójának sikerére építő rendezvény lehetőséget ad a fiatal kiküldötteknek, hogy ötleteket és konkrét javaslatokat terjesszenek elő az éghajlatváltozás napirendjének legsürgetőbb kérdéseiben, és megvitassák azokat a miniszterekkel a pre-COP 26-on (az esemény neve) való részvételkor.

Kik pályázhatnak?

•    fiatalok a világ minden tájáról,
•    akik 2021. szeptember 28-án 15 és 29 év közöttiek (1991. szeptember 28. és 2006. szeptember 28. között születtek).

Der von der Europäischen Umweltagentur (EUA) ins Leben gerufene Fotowettbewerb "Climate Change PIX" lädt Bürgerinnen und Bürger aus den teilnahmeberechtigten Ländern ab 18 Jahren dazu ein, sich wieder mit der Natur zu verbinden und all ihre Wunder mit der Kamera einzufangen.

Die Teilnehmer*innen können Fotos einreichen, die eine der folgenden vier Kategorien abbilden:

1.     Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf die Natur
2.     Auswirkungen des Klimawandels auf die Gesellschaft
3.     Gesellschaftliche Lösungen für den Klimawandel

Die Gewinner*innen des Wettbewerbs erhalten einen Geldpreis in Höhe von 1.000 EUR in jeder Kategorie und 500 EUR für den Public Choice Award und den Jugendpreis.

Der Jugendpreis wird an den- oder diejenige vergeben, der aus den Beiträgen ausgewählt wird, die von Personen im Alter zwischen 18 und 24 Jahren (geboren zwischen den Kalenderjahren 1997 und 2003, beide eingeschlossen) in einer der vier Wettbewerbskategorien eingereicht wurden.

Cada participante puede presentar un máximo de cinco entradas de todo ello apoyado por un texto breve.

Los trabajos deben ser subidos a un sitio para compartir en línea, como Flickr, Shutterfly, Snapfish o Photobucket.

Los ganadores recibirán premios en efectivo de 2.000 euros para el 1 º premio, 1.500 euros para el segundo premio, 1.000 euros para el 3 º premio y 500 euros para el premio de la elección pública y el premio de la juventud.

Además, el Premio de la Juventud se otorgará a la obra ganadora, seleccionada entre las presentadas por personas de edades comprendidas entre 18 y 24 años (nacidos entre los años 1990 a 1996).

The Council of Europe - Cooperation Group to combat Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Drugs (Pompidou Group) awards every two years the European Prevention Prize to three active youth drug prevention projects. The aim of the Prize is to encourage the development of quality drug prevention work that involves young people. The Prize will be awarded to up to three youth projects that will each receive a monetary benefit of EUR 5000.

 

Eligibility criteria

1. The project must be currently taking place or must have recently finished in one (or more) of the following countries: Council of Europe member states,  Pompidou Group member states, as well as Algeria , Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia, which are members of the group's Mediterranean network for co-operation on drugs and addictions (MedNET).
   Projects whose work is mainly outside this geographical area are ineligible.
2. The project must be run by more than one person and have some structure to it. Projects can be government-sponsored, run by NGOs (nongovernmental organisations), in the private sector, or organised by local communities. Projects do not have to be funded to be eligible, they can be entirely voluntary.
3. The work of eligible projects must be wholly or mainly in the area of drug prevention.
4. Young people, under the age of 25 years, must be involved in the work of the project. There is no lower age limit.

Definition of 'drugs': illegal drugs; alcohol; tobacco; volatile substances (glues, gases, aerosols, etc); new psychoactive substances (NPS, including so-called ‘legal highs’); and prescription and over-the-counter medicines when they are misused. However, it is likely that successful applications will have an explicit drug prevention orientation in their objectives.
With 'drug prevention' is meant: the prevention of the misuse of drugs by a range of methods. Interdiction (the control of supply by law enforcement, etc) and treatment activities are not included.
With ‘young people’s participation’ is meant: the active involvement of young people in the work of the project.
 

Prize money has been fixed at EUR 5000 per winner. The Prize will be awarded during a Pompidou Group Meeting marking the 50th anniversary of the Group in autumn/ winter 2021.

Drug prevention-related projects are invited to be submitted to the Jury via the Pompidou Group’s Secretariat. The entries will be judged by a Jury composed of seven young people from the Pompidou Group Member States.

Le Groupe de coopération en matière de lutte contre l'abus et le trafic illicite de stupéfiants du Conseil de l'Europe (Groupe Pompidou) décerne tous les deux ans le prix européen de la prévention à trois projets de prévention de la toxicomanie mis en œuvre par des jeunes. L'objectif du prix est de promouvoir le développement d'un travail de prévention de la toxicomanie de qualité impliquant des jeunes dans le domaine de la prévention de la toxicomanie. Les trois meilleurs projets de jeunes sont récompensés par une somme en espèces de 5 000 €.

Critères d'éligibilité
1. Les projets doivent être en cours ou doivent s’être terminés récemment dans un (ou plusieurs) Etats membres du Conseil de l’Europe, Etat(s) membre(s) du Groupe Pompidou, ou en Algérie, Egypte, Jordanie, Liban et Tunisie, qui sont membres du réseau méditerranéen de coopération sur les drogues et les addictions du Groupe Pompidou (MedNET). Les projets dont les travaux se déroulent essentiellement en dehors de ces zones géographiques sont inéligibles.
2. Les projets doivent être menés par plus d'une personne et disposer d'une structure formelle. Ils peuvent être parrainés par l'Etat, gérés par des ONG (organisations non gouvernementales), relever du secteur privé ou être mis sur pied par des collectivités locales. Il n'est pas nécessaire qu'ils soient subventionnés pour être admissibles - ils peuvent s'inscrire dans le domaine du bénévolat.
3. Les projets doivent viser exclusivement ou essentiellement la prévention de la toxicomanie.
4.Les projets doivent impliquer des jeunes de moins de 25 ans. Aucune limite d'âge inférieure n'est imposée.

Ce que nous entendons par :

•  "Drogues" : drogues illicites, alcool, tabac, substances volatiles (colles, gaz, aérosols, etc.) et médicaments vendus sur ordonnance ou en ventre libre lorsqu'ils sont consommés de manière abusive. Toutefois, il est probable que les projets retenus concernent, au moins pour une partie de leurs activités, la lutte contre les drogues illicites.
• "Prévention de la toxicomanie" : prévention de l'abus de drogues par diverses méthodes. L'interdiction (contrôle de l'offre par la mise en œuvre de la législation, etc.) et les activités thérapeutiques ne font pas partie de ces méthodes.
• « Participation des jeunes » : les jeunes sont impliqués de manière active dans les activités du projet.

Le montant du prix est de 5 000 € par lauréat. La cérémonie de remise du prix sera organisée lors de la célébration du cinquantième anniversaire du Groupe Pompidou qui se déroulera à Paris fin octobre 2021.

Les projets doivent être envoyés au Jury par l’intermédiaire du Secrétariat du Groupe Pompidou. Les projets seront évalués par un jury composé de sept jeunes de différents pays membres du Groupe Pompidou.

Ziel dieses Preises ist es, die Entwicklung von qualitativ hochwertiger Drogenpräventionsarbeit, in der junge Menschen involviert sind, zu fördern. Der Preis wird an drei Jugendprojekte vergeben, die alle ein Preisgeld von 5000 EUR erhalten.

Auswahlkriterien

1. Das Projekt muss derzeit in einem (oder mehreren) der folgenden Länder stattfinden oder kürzlich abgeschlossen worden sein: Mitgliedsstaaten des Europarates, Mitgliedsstaaten der Pompidou-Gruppe sowie Algerien, Ägypten, Jordanien, Libanon und Tunesien, die Mitglieder der Gruppen des Mittelmeer-Netzwerks für Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Drogen und Sucht (MedNET). Projekte, deren Arbeit hauptsächlich außerhalb dieses geografischen Gebiets liegt, sind nicht förderfähig.
2. Das Projekt muss von mehr als einer Person geleitet werden und eine gewisse Struktur aufweisen. Die Projekte können von der Regierung finanziert, von NGOs (Nichtregierungsorganisationen), im privaten Sektor oder von lokalen Gemeinschaften organisiert werden. Projekte müssen nicht finanziert werden, um förderfähig zu sein, sie können völlig freiwillig sein.
3. Die Arbeit der förderfähigen Projekte muss ganz oder überwiegend im Bereich der Drogenprävention liegen.
4. Junge Menschen unter 25 Jahren müssen in die Projektarbeit einbezogen werden. Eine untere Altersgrenze gibt es nicht.

Definition von "Drogen": illegale Drogen; Alkohol; Tabak; flüchtige Substanzen (Klebstoffe, Gase, Aerosole usw.); neue psychoaktive Substanzen (NPS, einschließlich so genannter "legaler Höchstwerte") sowie verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Medikamente, wenn sie missbraucht werden. Es ist jedoch wahrscheinlich, dass erfolgreiche Bewerbungen eine explizite Drogenpräventionsorientierung in ihrem Leitfaden haben.
Mit "Drogenprävention" ist gemeint: die Verhinderung des Missbrauchs von Drogen durch eine Reihe von Methoden. Verbote (die Kontrolle des Angebots durch die Strafverfolgungsbehörden usw.) und Behandlungsmaßnahmen sind nicht eingeschlossen.
Mit "Beteiligung junger Menschen" ist gemeint: die aktive Beteiligung junger Menschen an der Arbeit des Projekts.
 

Das Preisgeld wurde auf 5000 EUR pro Gewinner festgelegt. Der Preis wird während eines Treffens der Pompidou-Gruppe anlässlich des 50-jährigen Bestehens der Gruppe im Herbst/Winter 2021 verliehen.

Projekte im Zusammenhang mit der Drogenprävention sind eingeladen, über das Sekretariat der Pompidou-Gruppe bei der Jury eingereicht zu werden. Die Beiträge werden von einer Jury bewertet, die sich aus sieben jungen Menschen aus den Mitgliedstaaten der Pompidou-Gruppe zusammensetzt.

Η ομάδα Συνεργασίας του Συμβουλίου της Ευρώπης για την καταπολέμηση της χρήσης τοξικών ουσιών και της παράνομης διακίνησης ναρκωτικών (Ομάδα Pompidou) απονέμει κάθε δύο χρόνια το Ευρωπαϊκό Βραβείο Πρόληψης Ναρκωτικών σε τρία ενεργά σχέδια νέων που ασχολούνται με την πρόληψη των ναρκωτικών. Στόχος του βραβείου είναι να ενθαρρύνει την ανάπτυξη ποιοτικού έργου στον τομέα της πρόληψης των ναρκωτικών με τη συμβολή των νέων. Το βραβείο απονέμεται σε τρία σχέδια νέων, εκ των οποίων καθένα λαμβάνει χρηματικό έπαθλο ύψους 5000 ευρώ.

Ιδιαίτερη σημασία θα δοθεί στις καινοτόμες προσεγγίσεις, ιδίως στα σύγχρονα μέσα επικοινωνίας όπως βίντεο, Διαδίκτυο, κινητό τηλέφωνο και μηνύματα κειμένου.

Κριτήρια επιλεξιμότητας:
1. Το σχέδιο πρέπει να υλοποιείται σε ένα ή περισσότερα κράτη μέλη της Ομάδας Pompidou. Τα σχέδια που υλοποιούνται κυρίως εκτός του εν λόγω γεωγραφικού χώρου δεν είναι επιλέξιμα.
2. Το σχέδιο πρέπει να διευθύνεται από περισσότερα από ένα άτομα και να διαθέτει κάποια επίσημη δομή, για παράδειγμα μια επιτροπή διαχείρισης ή ομάδα καθοδήγησης. Τα σχέδια μπορούν να λαμβάνουν κρατική επιδότηση, να διευθύνονται από ΜΚΟ (μη κυβερνητικές οργανώσεις), να ανήκουν στον ιδιωτικό τομέα ή να οργανώνονται από τοπικές κοινότητες. Για να είναι επιλέξιμα, τα σχέδια δεν χρειάζεται να λαμβάνουν χρηματοδότηση-μπορούν να είναι πλήρως εθελοντικά.
3. Τα επιλέξιμα σχέδια πρέπει να αφορούν αποκλειστικά ή κυρίως το πεδίο της πρόληψης ναρκωτικών.
4. Στο σχέδιο πρέπει να συμμετέχουν νέοι έως 25 ετών. Δεν υπάρχει κατώτατο όριο ηλικίας.

Τι σημαίνει η λέξη 'ναρκωτικά': παράνομες ναρκωτικές ουσίες• αλκοόλ• καπνός• πτητικές ουσίες (κόλλες, αέρια, αερολύματα κλπ.)• καθώς και συνταγογραφούμενα και μη φάρμακα όταν γίνεται κατάχρησή τους. Ωστόσο, είναι πιθανό ότι οι επιτυχείς αιτήσεις θα αφορούν ειδικότερα σε παράνομες ναρκωτικές ουσίες.
Με τον όρο 'πρόληψη των ναρκωτικών' εννοείται η πρόληψη της κατάχρησης των ναρκωτικών ουσιών με διάφορες μεθόδους. Δραστηριότητες απαγόρευσης (έλεγχος της προσφοράς με την επιβολή νόμων κλπ.) και θεραπείας δεν περιλαμβάνονται.

Το χρηματικό έπαθλο ορίζεται σε 5.000 ευρώ για κάθε νικητή. Η τελετή απονομής θα διοργανωθεί στο πλαίσιο της συνάντησης της Πλατφόρμας Πρόληψης της Ομάδας Pompidou το φθινόπωρο του 2008.

Le Groupe de coopération en matière de lutte contre l'abus et le traffic illicite des stupéfiants du Conseil de l'Europe (Groupe Pompidou) décerne tous les deux ans le prix européen de la prévention à trois projets de prévention de la toxicomanie mis en œuvre par des jeunes. L'objectif du prix est de promouvoir le développement d'un travail de prévention de la toxicomanie de qualité impliquant des jeunes dans le domaine de la prévention de la toxicomanie. Les trois meilleurs projets de jeunes sont récompensés par une somme en espèces de 5 000 €.

Une attention particulière est apportée aux approches innovantes, notamment aux moyens de communication modernes comme la vidéo, Internet, la téléphonie mobile et les SMS.

Critères d'éligibilité

1. Les projets doivent être en cours dans un (ou plusieurs) Etat(s) membre(s) du Groupe Pompidou. Ceux dont les travaux se déroulent essentiellement en dehors de cette zone géographiques sont refusés.

2. Les projets doivent être gérés par plus d'une personne et disposer d'une structure formelle, par exemple un comité de gestion ou un comité de pilotage. Ils peuvent être parrainés par l'Etat, gérés par des ONG (organisations non gouvernementales), relever du secteur privé ou être mis sur pied par des collectivités locales. Il n'est pas nécessaire qu'ils soient subventionnés pour être admissibles - ils peuvent s'inscrire dans le domaine du bénévolat.

3. Les projets doivent viser exclusivement ou essentiellement la prévention de la toxicomanie.

4.Les projets doivent impliquer des jeunes de moins de 25 ans. Aucune limite d'âge inférieure n'est imposée.

Définition du terme "drogues" : drogues illicites, alcool, tabac, substances volatiles (colles, gaz, aérosols, etc.) et médicaments vendus sur ordonnance ou en ventre libre lorsqu'ils sont consommés de manière abusive. Toutefois, il est probable que les projets retenus concernent, au moins pour une partie de leurs activités, la lutte contre les drogues illicites.

"Prévention de la toxicomanie" : prévention de l'abus de drogues par diverses méthodes. L'interdiction (contrôle de l'offre par la mise en œuvre de la législation, etc.) et les activités thérapeutiques ne font pas partie de ces méthodes.

Le montant du prix est de 5 000 € par lauréat. Une cérémonie de remise des prix aura lieu lors du forum de prévention du Groupe Pompidou à l'automne 2008.

Criterii de eligibilitate:
 

1. Proiectul trebuie să se deruleze sau să se fi încheiat de curând într-una (sau mai multe) dintre următoarele țări: state membre ale Consiliului Europei, state membre ale Grupului Pompidou, precum și din Algeria, Egipt, Iordania, Liban și Tunisia, care sunt membre ale grupului Rețelei mediteraneene pentru cooperare privind drogurile și dependența de droguri (MedNET). Proiectele ale căror activități se desfășoară în afara acestei zone geografice nu sunt eligibile.
2. Proiectul trebuie să fie condus de mai multe persoane și să aibă o structură. Proiectele pot fi finanțate la nivel guvernamental, derulate de un ONG (organizații neguvernamentale), în sectorul privat sau organizate de comunități locale. Nu e necesar ca proiectele să fie finanțate pentru a fi eligibile, pot fi proiecte ce se bazează exclusiv pe voluntariat. 
3. Tema proiectelor eligibile trebuie să fie în totalitate sau în cea mai mare parte axată pe prevenirea consumului de droguri. 
4. În proiect trebuie să fie implicați tineri care au sub 25 de ani. Nu există o limită de vârstă inferioară.

Definiția "drogurilor": droguri ilegale, alcool, tutun, substanțe volatile (adezivi, gaze, aerosoli etc.); noi substanțe psihoactive (NSP, inclusiv așa numitele “droguri legale” ); rețete sau medicamente folosite necorespunzator. Cel mai probabil, proiectele care vor fi considerate a fi de succes vor fi cele care prin obiectivele lor vor urmări prevenirea consumului de droguri.
"Prevenirea consumului de droguri" se referă la: prevenirea consumului necorespunzator de droguri prin diferite metode. Interdicția (controlul ofertei prin aplicarea legii) și activitățile de tratament nu sunt incluse.

Prin „participarea tinerilor” se înțelege: implicarea activă a tinerilor în activitatea proiectului.

Premiul a fost fixat la 5000 de euro pentru fiecare câștigător. Premiul va fi acordat în cadrul unei reuniuni care va marca a 50-a aniversare a a Grupului Pompidou, în toamna/iarna 2021.

Proiectele legate de prevenirea consumului de droguri trebuie trimise juriului la Secretariatul Grupului Pompidou. Acestea vor fi evaluate de un juriu compus din 7 tineri din statele membre ale Grupului Pompidou.

Svet Evrope – skupina za sodelovanje, ki se bori proti zlorabi drog in ilegalni preprodaji drog (skupina Pompidou), vsako drugo leto podeljuje Evropsko nagrado za preventivo in z njo nagradi tri aktivne projekte za preprečevanje zlorabe drog pri mladih. Cilj nagrade je spodbuditi razvoj kakovostnega mladinskega preventivnega dela na področju boja proti drogam. Nagrada bo podeljena trem projektom, vsakod njih bo prejel nagrado v višini 5.000 evrov.

Posebna pozornost bo namenjena inovativnim pristopom, natančneje modernim načinom komuniciranja, kot so video, internet, mobilna tehnologija in klepetalnice.

Pristopni pogoji
1. Projekt se mora dogajati v eni (ali več) državi članici skupine Pompidou. Projekti, katerih delo večinoma poteka izven tega okolja, so neprimerni.
2. Projekt mora voditi več kot ena oseba in mora imeti nekakšno formalno strukturo , na primer upravni odbor ali krmilno skupino. Projekti so lahko financirani s strani vlade, lahko jih vodijo nevladne organizacije, lahko potekajo v zasebnem sektorju ali jih organizirajo lokalne skupnosti. Ni potrebno, da so projekti financirani – lahko temeljijo zgolj na prostovolsjtvu.
3. Projekti se morajo v celoti ali v večini ukvarjati s preventivo na področju drog.
4. Mladi pod 25 let morajo biti vključeni v projekt.

Definicija droge: ilegalne droge, alkohol, tobak, hlapne substance (lepilo, plin, aerosoli, ..) in zdravila ter predpisana zdravila, kadar so zlorabljena. Verjetno je, da bodo uspešnejši projeki, ki se ne bodo dotikali le ilegalnih drog.
Definicija preventive na področju drog: preprečevanje zlorabe drog z različnimi metodami. Policijsko delo in programi za odvajanje niso vključeni.

Podeljuje se nagrada v višini 5.000 evrov na zmagovalca. Podelitev bo potekala ob ministrski konferenci skupine Pompidou v Strasbourgu novembra 2010.

El Consejo de Europa en cooperación con el grupo Pompidou (grupo que combate el consumo y tráfico ilícito de drogas) otorga cada 2 años el Premio de Prevención Europeo a 3 asociaciones de jóvenes que hayan colaborado en la prevención de la drogadicción.  El premio en metálico asciende a 5000€.

Criterios de eligibilidad:
1. El proyecto debe estar desarrolándose en uno (o más) estados miembro del Grupo Pompidou: Marruecos (que se ha convertido en un país estado miembro de Pompidou), Argelia, Egipto, Jordania, Líbano y Túnez, que son miembros de la red mediterránea para la cooperación en materia de drogas y adicciones  (MedNET). Los proyectos que se desarrollen principalmente fuera de estas áreas geográficas no podrán concursar. 

2. Debe existir una persona responsable del proyecto en cada asociación u ONG. Los proyectos deben ser completamente voluntarios.

3. El proyecto debe desarrollarse en la prevención de la drogadicción totalmente o en gran medida.

4. El proyecto debe involucrar a jóvenes menores de 25 años, sin límite inferior de edad.

Definición de 'drogas': sustancias ilegales; alcohol; tabaco; sustancias volátiles (pegamento, disolventes, aerosoles, etc); y algunos medicamentos usados fuera de su prescripción. 

El premio se ha establecido en 5.000€ por ganador. Se organizará una ceremonia de entrega de premios en la Conferencia del Grupo Ministerial Pompidou que se celebrará en otoño de 2012.

The Council of Europe - Cooperation Group to combat Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Drugs (Pompidou Group) awards every two years the European Prevention Prize to three active youth drug prevention projects. The aim of the Prize is to encourage the development of quality drug prevention work that involves young people. The Prize will be awarded to up to three youth projects that will each receive a monetary benefit of EUR 6000.

Eligibility criteria

1. The project must be currently taking place or must have recently finished in one (or more) of the following countries: Council of Europe member states,  Pompidou Group member states, as well as Algeria , Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia, which are members of the group's Mediterranean network for co-operation on drugs and addictions (MedNET).
   Projects whose work is mainly outside this geographical area are ineligible.
2. The project must be run by more than one person and have some structure to it. Projects can be government-sponsored, run by NGOs (nongovernmental organisations), in the private sector, or organised by local communities. Projects do not have to be funded to be eligible, they can be entirely voluntary.
3. The work of eligible projects must be wholly or mainly in the area of drug prevention.
4. Young people, under the age of 25 years, must be involved in the work of the project. There is no lower age limit.

• Definition of 'drugs': illegal drugs; alcohol; tobacco; volatile substances (glues, gases, aerosols, etc); new psychoactive substances (NPS, including so-called ‘legal highs’); and prescription and over-the-counter medicines when they are misused. However, it is likely that successful applications will have an explicit drug prevention orientation in their objectives.
• With 'drug prevention' is meant: the prevention of the misuse of drugs by a range of methods. Interdiction (the control of supply by law enforcement, etc) and treatment activities are not included.
• With ‘young people’s participation’ is meant: the active involvement of young people in the work of the project.

Prize

Prize money has been fixed at EUR 6000 per winner. The Prize will be awarded during the award ceremony on 27 November 2025 in Rome, Italy. 

Selection process

Drug prevention-related projects are invited to be submitted to the Jury via the Pompidou Group’s Secretariat. The entries will be judged by a Jury composed of seven young people from the Pompidou Group Member States.

PLURAL+ Youth Video Festival invites young people of up to 25 years old or less to submit original and creative short films focusing on the themes of migration, diversity, social inclusion, and the prevention of xenophobia.

Who can participate

Young people up to 25 years old at the time of the production of their videos.

PLURAL+ is organised into three age categories:

1. up to 12 years old
2. 13 to 17 years old
3. 18 to 25 years old.

Multiple youth may work together to make one video, as long as all members of the group are a maximum of 25 years of age.

How to participate

- Video entries can be of any genre (animation, documentary, drama, music video, comedy etc) as long as they make the audience think in constructive ways about migration, diversity, social inclusion, and the prevention of xenophobia.

- Videos must be between one and five minutes in length, including title/s and opening/closing credits.

- Videos must have been produced after 1 January 2022 and, if not in English, must have English subtitles.

How to submit videos

To submit a video for consideration, entrants must first complete the online form.

Videos may be submitted:

1. Through a video-streaming website (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo). If submitting through this option, the entrant will be asked to include the URL of the video in the online form.

Prizes

Qui peut participer ?

Les jeunes jusqu'à 25 ans au moment de la production de leur vidéo.

PLURAL+ est organisé en trois catégories d'âge :

Wer kann teilnehmen

4. Per Post. Der Teilnehmer kann sein Video auf einer DVD speichern und seinen Namen und den englischen Titel des Videos mit einem permanenten Marker darauf schreiben. Sie sollten es dann an die folgende Adresse unten senden und sicherstellen, dass die gedruckte Version des PLURAL+ Entry-Formulars in das Paket aufgenommen wird.

Categorie 
Una giuria internazionale seleziona tre vincitori del premio PLURAL+ per ogni categoria di età. Inoltre, UNAOC e IOM assegneranno tre premi speciali: il primo, il Special Award for the Prevention of Xenophobia, riconoscerà un film che meglio illustra il tema della xenofobia e promuove il rispetto per tutti. Il secondo, Award #forSafeWorship, riconoscerà un film che meglio esplora il tema della diversità religiosa e della convivenza tra religioni e fedi nel nostro mondo moderno. Infine, e per la prima volta quest'anno, il Premio Solidarity amid COVID-19 riconoscerà un film che meglio esplora l'impatto sui gruppi minoritari della COVID-19 e lo stigma correlato, e la necessità di unità e solidarietà per garantire che nessuno sia lasciato indietro in termini di accesso equo alle cure e ai vaccini.

Premi:
Una giuria internazionale assegnerà premi in tre categorie di età: fino a 12, 13-17, 18-25 anni. Più giovani possono lavorare insieme su un unico video, a condizione che ognuno di loro abbia al massimo 25 anni al momento della produzione del video. Quando si presenta un video come gruppo, il video rientra nella categoria di età di chi presenta la candidatura.

Tutti i partecipanti a PLURAL+ saranno informati dei risultati del concorso entro la metà del novembre 2022, e i vincitori saranno annunciati pubblicamente in una cerimonia di premiazione che avrà luogo online alla fine del 2022.

Prémios

Um júri internacional premiará em três categorias com base na idade:

Cine poate participa?

Tinerii îcare au 25 de ani împliniți la momentul producerii videoclipurilor lor.

PLURAL+ este organizat în trei categorii de vârstă:

• Până la 12 ani
• Între 13 și 17 ani
• Între 18 și 25 de ani.

Mai mulți tineri pot lucra împreună pentru a realiza un videoclip, cu condiția ca toți membrii grupului să aibă vârsta maximă de 25 de ani.

Cum să participi?

• Videoclipurile înscrise pot fi de orice gen (animație, documentar, dramă, videoclip muzical, comedie etc.), atâta timp cât fac publicul să reflecteze în mod constructiv asupra migrației, diversității, incluziunii sociale și prevenirii xenofobiei.
• Videoclipurile trebuie să aibă o durată cuprinsă între unul și cinci minute, inclusiv titlul/titlurile și genericul de deschidere/închidere.
• Videoclipurile trebuie să fi fost produse după 1 ianuarie 2022 și, dacă nu sunt în limba engleză, trebuie să aibă subtitrare în limba engleză.

Cum să trimiți videoclipuri?

Pentru a trimite un videoclip spre examinare, participanții trebuie mai întâi să completeze formularul online.

Clipurile video pot fi trimise:

• Prin intermediul unui site de streaming video (de exemplu, YouTube sau Vimeo). Dacă trimiți prin această opțiune, ți se va cere să incluzi URL-ul videoclipului în formularul online.

Premii

Premiul juriului internațional PLURAL+ este acordat de un juriu internațional unui videoclip pentru fiecare categorie de vârstă și trei 1 videoclipuri primesc Recunoașterea specială pentru combaterea xenofobiei și discriminării și Recunoașterea specială pentru acțiuni incluzive privind migrația climatică vor fi acordate scurtmetrajelor pe această temă.

De asemenea, câștigătorii vor fi invitați la ceremonia de decernare a premiilor PLURAL+ la sfârșitul anului 2025.

PLURAL+ festival is a platform for young people to express themselves on key migration and diversity issues and reinforce the belief that youth are powerful and creative agents of social change in the world. The European Youth Forum is launching the ‘European Youth Capital’ (EYC) 2028. This title is assigned to a European city for one year to empower young people, boost youth participation, and strengthen European identity. Each year, a new European city is given the chance to showcase its innovative ideas, projects, and activities that aim to raise young voices and bring a new youth perspective to all aspects of city life. 

The European Youth Capital initiative aims to support both young people and the city to open up these possibilities and lead the way for other European municipalities to follow. 

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.

Cities are asked to set out their vision to become the European Youth Capital 2028 and how it can empower young people, boost youth participation, and bring change to their city.

The folllowing key elements are essential to any application for the EYC title:

• Youth Participation
• Co-decision-making;
• European Dimension.

Eligibility

Any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe.

Awards

The city awarded the title will be announced during the Award Ceremony in Ghent (Belgium), European Youth Capital 2028, taking place in November 2025.

- 11 February 2025 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.

Ouvert à toute autorité locale (définie comme une municipalité ou un groupe de municipalités situées dans une zone géographique commune) des États membres du Conseil de l'Europe, qui sont parties à la Convention culturelle européenne adoptée en 1954 à Paris. Les municipalités candidates, ainsi que les structures de jeunesse participantes, sont invitées à présenter un programme à facettes multiples mettant en évidence leur approche de la participation des jeunes et leurs projets pour créer un meilleur environnement pour les jeunes dans leur ville.

Forumul European al Tineretului lansează "Capitala Europeană a Tineretului" (EYC) 2028. Acest titlu este atribuit unui oraș european timp de un an pentru a responsabiliza tinerii, a stimula participarea tinerilor și a consolida identitatea europeană. În fiecare an, unui nou oraș european i se oferă șansa de a-și prezenta ideile, proiectele și activitățile inovatoare menite să ridice vocea tinerilor și să aducă o nouă perspectivă a tinerilor în toate aspectele vieții orașului. 

Inițiativa „Capitala europeană a tineretului” își propune să sprijine atât tinerii, cât și orașul pentru a deschide aceste posibilități și pentru a deschide calea pe care alte municipalități europene să o urmeze. 

Un oraș poate deveni o Capitală europeană a tineretului dacă se distinge într-un mod pozitiv și are un program ambițios pentru responsabilizarea tinerilor.

Orașele sunt invitate să își definească viziunea de a deveni Capitala europeană a tineretului 2028 și modul în care aceasta îi poate responsabiliza pe tineri, poate stimula participarea tinerilor și poate aduce schimbări în orașul lor.

Următoarele elemente-cheie sunt esențiale pentru orice candidatură la titlul EYC:

• Participarea tinerilor
• Co-decizie;
• Dimensiunea europeană.

Eligibilitate

Orice autoritate locală (definită ca o municipalitate sau un grup de municipalități situate într-o zonă geografică comună) din statele membre ale Consiliului Europei.

Premii

Orașul care va primi titlul va fi anunțat în timpul ceremoniei de premiere de la Ghent (Belgia), Capitala europeană a tineretului 2028, care va avea loc în noiembrie 2025.

Termene limită

11 februarie 2025 (23:59 CET), pentru depunerea formularelor de cerere detaliate.

Cererea include o taxă de 300 de euro, care trebuie plătită înainte de termenul limită la Forumul European al Tinerilor.

17 iunie 2025 (23:59 CET), pentru formularele de candidatură finale. A treia rundă de aplicare nu include o taxă.

El foro europeo de juventud lanza el programa Capital Juvenil Europea (EYC) 2018. Este título se asigna a una ciudad europea por un período de un año. La iniciativa capital europea de juventud  alienta al desarrollo de nuevas ideas y proyectos innovadores con respecto a la participación activa de los jóvenes en la sociedad y trate de presentar un modelo de desarrollo para otros municipios europeos. La primera capital de juventud europea es Rotterdam que se declaró capital juvenil europea 2009.

Una ciudad puede convertirse en capital juvenil europea si se distingue de forma positiva y tiene un programa ambicioso para la juventud. Eligibilidad: 

Todos los municipios de los Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea y del Consejo de Europa pueden ser elegidos para conseguir el título de Capital Juvenil Europea.

The European Youth Forum will host a webinar on 3 December 2020, for cities that are interested to apply for the European Youth Capital 2024 title.

Eligibility

Open to any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe, which are parties to the European Cultural Convention adopted in 1954 in Paris. Applicant municipalities together with participating youth structures are invited to present a multi-faceted programme highlighting their approach to youth participation and plans for creating a better environment for young people in their cities.

The aim of the programme is to bring together high-school students from the EU Member States and offer them an immersive experience in the Chamber of the European Parliament. 
Each year Euroscola invites thousands to spend a day in Strasbourg and become Members of the European Parliament. 
Students experience a day as an MEP, they get the opportunity to interact and exchange information in a foreign language and they are also given the possibility to introduce their school and the region where they come from.

Who can apply:

• Euroscola is designed for students between 16 to 18 years old;
• Students from all 27 European Union Members States can participate;
• Participation is awarded to schools, not individuals;
• Successful candidates get a subsidy towards the cost of their journey to Strasbourg (France).

EUROSCOLA - formålet er at bringe skoleelever fra de 15 medlemslande sammen i Strasbourg. En gruppe på omkring 500 grundskoleelever, som regel fra den samme gruppe, inviteres til at bruge en dag sammen til at reflektere over den effekt den Europæiske integration kan få på deres fremtid.

Budget/projectfinanciering

Aan de deelnemende scholen wordt een tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten verstrekt. Deze wordt berekend op basis van het aantal deelnemers en het aantal af te leggen kilometers. De subsidie verschilt dus per deelnemende groep.

Nameni Evrošole:

El objetivo del programa es juntar en Estrasburgo a alumnos de colegios de países de la Unión Europea. Se invita a un grupo de aproximadamente 500 alumnos de la educación secundaria, normalmente de la misma edad, a pasar un día reflexionando juntos sobre los efectos que la integración europea tendrá en su futuro.

Objetivos:
-dar a la gente jóvenes una visión del funcionamiento del Parlamento Europeo;
-dar a los jóvenes una idea de Europa a lo largo de un día de reuniones y debates en temas europeos;
-hacerle conscientes de cuál es el significado el compromiso democrático.

Acciones:
-Los alumnos tendrán que hacer pleno uso de su conocimiento de lenguas para poder comunicarse con sus homólogos de los otros países de la Unión Europea, ya que la traducción está limitada.
-Debates públicos en una lengua extranjera.
-Las partes de trabajo multilingüe.

The aim of the programme is to bring together school children for a day trip in Strasbourg. A group of about 500 secondary-school pupils, usually from the same age group, is invited to spend a day thinking together about the effects that European integration will have on their future.

Aims

Le Groupe de la Banque mondiale invite les jeunes du monde entier au sommet de la jeunesse afin qu'ils s'engagent les uns avec les autres sur les sujets les plus urgents qui touchent tout le monde.

Fostering dialogue, intercultural learning, and peacebuilding through hands-on human rights education.

Who can participate

Young people aged 18–25 (up to 30 in special cases).

Ideally, you're part of an organization or network that can support your peacebuilding work after the camp.

The European Parliament is inviting young people resident in one of the EU countries, from 18 years old to join this photo competition and have the chance to win a trip to Strasbourg and be one of the special guests to the EYE2023.

How it works

Participants need to

• use the HASHTAG: #eye2023contest
• tag three friends in your competition entry.

Participants should post with at least one photo related to one of the European Youth Event topics:

• Protecting nature _

• Your rights _

• Welcome _

Eligibility

Participants should

• Live in one of the EU countries
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full copyrights of the photos
• Post the photos before the 23 April 2023 midday
• Be ready to travel to Strasbourg between 08-11 June 2023

Participants account needs to be public in order to show us your entries, but if private, photos can also be sent the via DM.

The winning photo will be published here every Sunday at midday starting from this Sunday! A selection of the best shots together with the winning photos will be exhibited during EYE2023 in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Le Parlement européen invite les jeunes résidant dans l'un des pays de l'UE, à partir de 18 ans, à participer à ce concours photo et à avoir la chance de gagner un voyage à Strasbourg et d'être l'un des invités spéciaux de l'EYE2023.

Comment participer ?

• taguer 3 amis dans leur participation au concours

Les participants doivent poster au moins une photo en rapport avec l'un des thèmes de l'événement européen de la jeunesse :

• La protection de la nature
• Vos droits
• Bienvenue

Éligibilité

Les participants doivent

• Résider dans l'un des pays de l'UE
• Être âgés d'au moins 18 ans
• Disposer de tous les droits d'auteur sur les photos
• Poster les photos avant le 23 avril 2023 à midi
• Être prêts à se rendre à Strasbourg entre le 8 et le 11 juin 2023

Le compte des participants doit être public pour que leurs contributions puissent être vues. S'il est privé, les photos peuvent également être envoyées par DM.

Un gagnant sera annoncé sur le compte Instagram du Parlement européen chaque dimanche à partir du 19 mars. Une sélection des meilleurs clichés ainsi que les photos gagnantes seront exposées pendant l'EYE2023 au Parlement européen à Strasbourg.

Date limite : le 23 avril 2023, à midi.
