The Roma Youth Together seminar will gather Roma youth leaders from across Europe from 5 to 8 April 2025 at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg, France.

The seminar aims at empowering young Roma leaders through positive actions and narratives that celebrate Roma's identity and cultural diversity on International Roma Day. 

Who can apply

- Roma youth, youth leaders and workers, as well as representatives of organisations and networks working with Roma communities across Europe;

- Aged 18-30;

- Motivated to meet and cooperate with other Roma youth;

- Actively involved in a Roma organisation, youth organisation, community or informal group;

-Committed to empowering Roma youth;

- Willing to share experiences and engage in dialogue and cooperation with other participants;

- Able to attend the entire seminar;

- Able to work in English.

Funding

Reimbursement of travel expenses and visa fees, accommodation, and meals provided by the Council of Europe for those who attend the entire seminar.

Az Európa Tanács szervezésében megvalósuló szeminárium célja, hogy áttenkintse a Roma Ifjúság Akciótervének (2016-2019) eredményeit a romai ifjúsági részvétel kapcsán. Továbbá az is célja, hogy meghatározza az ifjúsági ágazat jövőbeli prioritásait a roma fiatalok részvétele és a romaellenességgel szembeni küzdelem vonatkozásában

A szeminárium összehozza a döntéshozókat, a szakértőket és a Roma Ifjúság akciótervének multiplikátorait (ide értve a roma ifjúsági szervezeteket és hálózatokat) csakúgy, mint a Roma ifjúság Akciótervének informális kontaktcsoportját, az Akcióterv által elért állami intézményeket, az Akcióterv nemzeti és helyi rendezvényein részt vett szervezeteket és fiatalokat, a nemzeti ifjúsági tanácsok képviselőit, trénereket és roma ifjúsági vezetőket.

A szeminárium célkitűzései a következők:
1. A tapasztalatok megvitatása és megosztása a Roma Ifjúság Akciótervének kapcsán (azon belül is az ifjúsági részvételre fókuszálva), és roma ifjúságot érintő ügyek előtérbe helyezése;
2. A Roma Ifjúság Akcióterve elnevezésű projekt elért célkitűzéseinek feltérképezése, és a tanulságok levonása mind nemzeti mind európai szinten;
3. A jó példák megosztása és tovább terjesztése hazai és európai szinten;
4. A roma fiatalok szükségleteinek és elvárásainak áttekintése, és ezek átültetése az Európa Tanács szakpolitikájába és programjaiba, különös fókusszal a fiatalság, a romák és az utazók kapcsolatára.

Kik jelentkezhetnek?
Döntéshozók, szakértők, és a Roma Ifjúság Akciótervének multiplikátorai:
- akik tapasztalattal rendelkeznek az Európa Tanács ifjúsági és romaügyi munkáját illetően,
- akiket a Roma Ifjúság Akciótervének egyik partnere vagy döntéshozója támogat (Roma ifjúsági szervezetek és hálózatok, állami intézmények, az Akcióterv nemzeti és helyi rendezvényein részt vett szervezetek és fiatalok, a nemzeti ifjúsági tanácsok képviselői, trénerek és roma ifjúsági vezetők);
- akik számára nem okoz problémát az angol, mint munkanyelv használata;
- akik az Európai Kulturális Egyezmény valamelyik tagállamának állampolgára (néhány esetben kivétel tehető);
- akik ifjúsági szervezet támogatását élvezik, és amelyiken belül facilitátori tevékenységet folytathatnak;
- akiknek szándékukban áll a szeminár teljes egészén részt venni, beleértve a felkészülési és az azt követő időszakokat.

Az Európa Tanács az utazási költségeket és a vízum (ha szükséges) összegét átvállalja.  
Az ellátást és a szállást az Európa Tanács biztosítja és fizeti a strasbourgi Európai Ifjúsági Központban.

Seminarul "Roma Youth Together" va reuni lideri ai tinerilor romi din Europa între 5 și 8 aprilie 2025 la Centrul European de Tineret din Strasbourg, Franța.

Seminarul are ca scop împuternicirea tinerilor lideri romi prin acțiuni și relatări pozitive care celebrează identitatea și diversitatea culturală a romilor cu ocazia Zilei internaționale a romilor. 

Cine se poate înscrie?

• Tineri romi, lideri sau lucrători de tineret, precum și reprezentanți ai organizațiilor și rețelelor care lucrează cu comunitățile rome din întreaga Europă;
• Cu vârsta cuprinsă între 18 și 30 de ani;
• Motivați să se întâlnească și să dezvolte cooperarea cu alți tineri romi;
• Activi în cadrul unei organizații de romi, al unei organizații de tineret, al unei comunități sau al unui grup informal;
• Implicați și asumați să împuternicească tinerii romi;
• Dornici să împărtășească experiențe, să se angajeze în dialog și cooperare cu alți participanți;
• Care au posibilitatea să participe la întregul seminar;
• Care își doresc să lucreze în limba engleză.

Finanțare

Rambursarea cheltuielilor de deplasare și a taxelor de viză pentru cei care participă la întregul seminar, precum și a cheltuielilor de cazare și masă asigurate de Consiliul Europei.

Organised by the Council of Europe, the seminar will be devoted to reviewing the Results of the Roma Youth Action Plan (2016-­‐2019) in relation to Roma youth participation and identify future priorities for the youth sector regarding Roma youth participation and combating antigypsyism. It will take place from 24 to 26 September 2019 in Strasbourg.

The Seminar will bring together stakeholders, experts and multipliers of the RYAP including Roma youth organisations and networks as well as the members of the Informal Contact Group of the Roma Youth Action Plan, governmental institutions reached by the RYAP activities, young people and organisations involved in the RYAP at the national and local levels, representatives of national youth councils, trainers and Roma youth leaders.

The objectives of the seminar are:
1. To discuss and share experiences from the RYAP in relation to youth participation and double mainstreaming of Roma youth issues;
2. To explore the extent of which the main objectives of the RYAP project have been achieved and lessons learned at national and European level;
3. To share successful examples of the work on youth participation and double mainstreaming particularly at the European and national level;
4. To review current needs and expectations regarding Roma young people and their translation in the policies and programmes of the Council of Europe regarding youth and Roma and Travellers.

Who can apply
Stakeholders, experts and multipliers of the RYAP who:
- have experience of the Council of Europe’s work in the field of youth and of Roma inclusion,
- are nominated and supported by a partner or stakeholder of the Roma Youth Action Plan (Roma youth organisations and networks, governmental institutions, national or local, reached by the RYAP activities, young people or youth leaders from organisations involved in the RYAP at the national and local levels, representatives of National Youth Councils and International Youth Organisations working with young Roma, trainers and other multipliers involved in RYAP);
- are able to work in English;
- are resident in a state signatory of the European Cultural Convention (in exceptional cases some participants from other countries may also be invited);
- are supported by the youth organisation within which they can act as facilitators;
- are committed and available to attend and contribute for the full duration of the seminar, including the preparatory and follow-up phases.

Travel expenses and visa fees for the seminar in Strasbourg are covered by the Council of Europe.
Board and lodging will be provided and paid for by the Council of Europe at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg.
English will be the working language of the seminar.

The European Parliament will select 50 non-formal educators and fund their international travel and accommodation. 

Who is this call for?

Any person using non-formal education to teach European and active citizenship to young people in the EU.

Every two years, the European Youth Event (EYE) brings together thousands of young people from all over the European Union and the world to share their ideas on the future of Europe. It's a chance for 16 to 30-year-olds to meet experts, activists, and decision-makers, and take part in fun activities. EYE2025 will be held on 13-14 June 2025 at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and the EYE Village, offering space for discussions and networking.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION FOR YOUTH GROUPS

The European Parliament offers financial support to active and engaged groups of young people with disabilities, from remote or rural areas, or from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds/

Eligibility

Be between 16 and 30 years old (except the group leader, who can be older but must be at least 18);

Residents of the EU, an EU candidate country, or the UK.

Be part of a group of exactly 10 participants.

The European Parliament will cover the expenses of travel and accommodation (shared hotel rooms) of each group member of the selected groups.

Youth organisations and groups are invited to co-create the event's programme by organising interactive workshops, such as simulation games, sing-along choirs, or activist bootcamps. Selected proposals will receive financial support of around 450€ per person (depending on their place of residence) to help cover travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses.

Eligibility

Organisations must consist of 8-10 participants, including at least 2 facilitators to organise the workshop or 2 performers for small-scale artistic performances.

Participants must be residents of the European Union, a candidate country, or the UK, aged 16-30 by the event date (13 June 2025), except for the group leader who can be older than 30 but must be at least 18 years old.

The proposal must be conducted in English, French, or German.

The European Youth Forum is inviting youth group or civil society organisations from across the EU to propose activities to run in the EYE Vilage while connecting with thousands of young people, share your knowledge, and help shape the future of Europe.

• be non-for profit entity or equivalent according to the national legislation;
• have no affiliation with any political party.

Ogni due anni, l'European Youth Event (EYE) riunisce migliaia di giovani provenienti da tutta l'Unione europea e dal mondo per dare forma e condividere le loro idee sul futuro dell'Europa. I giovani dai 16 ai 30 anni potranno interagire, ispirarsi a vicenda e scambiare le loro opinioni con esperti, attivisti, influencer e responsabili delle decisioni. EYE2023 si svolgerà il 9-10 giugno 2023 e sarà caratterizzato da attività di persona e ibride a Strasburgo, in Francia.
Durante l'evento, i partecipanti prenderanno parte ad attività co-create con istituzioni, organizzazioni internazionali, organizzazioni della società civile e giovanili e con i partecipanti stessi, offrendo spazio per discussioni e reti.

INVITO ALLE ATTIVITÀ (interattive o artistiche)
Gruppi attivi e impegnati di giovani sono invitati a co-creare il programma EYE2023 organizzando un workshop interattivo di persona durante EYE2023 a Strasburgo.
Un laboratorio può assumere molte forme: giochi di simulazione, laboratori di canto corale, laboratori sulla comunicazione inclusiva, bootcamp per attivisti e molto altro.
Dovrebbe svolgersi una volta il 9 giugno e una volta il 10 giugno ed essere tenuto in inglese, francese o tedesco.

CONTRIBUTO FINANZIARIO PER PARTECIPARE A EYE2023!
Il Parlamento europeo offre un contributo finanziario per partecipare all'evento di Strasburgo a gruppi di giovani attivi e impegnati che possono apportare una prospettiva unica all'evento.

Requisiti
Essere residenti nell'Unione europea, in un Paese candidato o nel Regno Unito.
Avere un'età compresa tra i 16 e i 30 anni entro la data dell'evento (9-10 giugno 2023), ad eccezione del capogruppo, che può avere più di 30 anni, ma deve avere almeno 18 anni.
È possibile sponsorizzare un minimo di 10 e un massimo di 20 persone per gruppo. Tuttavia, il contributo finanziario può essere utilizzato anche per gli accompagnatori del gruppo, alle stesse condizioni previste per i visitatori sponsorizzati.
Criteri di selezione 
1. Il gruppo è attivo e impegnato nella vostra comunità e può apportare una prospettiva unica all'EYE. 
2. Al ritorno il gruppo può promuovere l'EYE sotto forma di articoli su giornali, Facebook, blog, mostre, seminari, ecc. Queste attività devono svolgersi entro i 3 mesi successivi all'evento e il gruppo deve riferire in merito a tali attività al Parlamento europeo. 
3. La priorità sarà data ai giovani con disabilità, provenienti da aree rurali o remote e/o da un contesto socio-economico svantaggiato.
Condizioni finanziarie 
I partecipanti selezionati riceveranno un contributo finanziario individuale calcolato sulla base dei 2 elementi seguenti: 
1. Un importo che dipende dalla distanza, calcolato come segue: 0,045 €/km considerando il viaggio di andata e ritorno su strada più diretto tra il punto di partenza comune del gruppo (città) e Strasburgo. Se non esiste un punto di partenza comune, l'importo sarà calcolato in base alla distanza media del viaggio. 
2. Un importo fisso di 100 euro (nel caso in cui il gruppo non pernotti, 60 euro saranno detratti dall'importo indicato).

INVITO A PRESENTARE PROPOSTE NEL VILLAGGIO EYE
Il presente invito si rivolge a organizzazioni paneuropee della gioventù e della società civile, nonché a istituti di istruzione superiore per artisti, con almeno 4 anni di comprovata esperienza di comunicazione come moltiplicatori, in grado di mobilitare reti più ampie con l'obiettivo esplicito di connettersi con i giovani e di potenziarli. Le azioni proposte devono consistere nei seguenti elementi:  
-progettazione e attuazione delle attività del Villaggio EYE per EYE2023,
-preparazione e attuazione del piano di comunicazione per promuovere EYE2023
-organizzazione delle azioni di follow-up e delle attività di legacy-building dopo EYE2023.
Le azioni proposte devono essere rivolte ai giovani di età compresa tra i 16 e i 30 anni e mirano a promuovere i valori democratici e a sostenere l'impegno democratico dei cittadini, favorendo la rappresentanza e la partecipazione dei cittadini alla vita democratica europea. L'attuazione delle azioni deve iniziare a partire dalla data di inizio della convenzione di sovvenzione e terminare al più tardi il 15 dicembre 2023.

Le azioni dovranno rientrare nelle seguenti categorie:
Categoria 1: Dibattiti e laboratori interattivi (attività di educazione non formale da parte dei giovani per i giovani, tra cui dibattiti politici, laboratori per lo sviluppo delle capacità, formazione interculturale, opportunità di networking e simili. Le attività devono durare da un minimo di mezza giornata a un massimo di due giorni e devono essere realizzate in inglese, francese o tedesco);
Finanziamento: a partire da 10 000 euro.
Categoria 2: Programma culturale (spettacoli artistici nel campo del teatro/arte drammatica; circo; pantomima e danza. Le proposte possono anche includere laboratori durante i quali i partecipanti possono imparare tecniche artistiche, come la giocoleria, le danze popolari, ecc.)
Finanziamento: A partire da 5 000 EUR.
Categoria 3: Programma musicale all'aperto (le proposte devono includere almeno 2 ore di programma musicale in entrambi i giorni e un concerto serale di almeno un'ora, con la partecipazione di giovani artisti emergenti (16-30 anni) residenti nell'Unione europea).
Finanziamento: 10 000-60 000 EUR.

II. APEL PENTRU ACTIVITĂȚI ÎN SATUL EYE

Forumul European de Tineret invită grupurile de tineri sau organizațiile societății civile din întreaga UE să propună activități care să se desfășoare în EYE Vilage, în timp ce te conectezi cu mii de tineri, îți împărtășești cunoștințele și contribui la modelarea viitorului Europei.

Eligibilitate

Každé dva roky sa na podujatí European Youth Event (EYE) stretávajú tisíce mladých ľudí z celej Európskej únie a sveta, aby sa podelili o svoje predstavy o budúcnosti Európy. Je to šanca pre 16 až 30-ročných ľudí stretnúť sa s odborníkmi, aktivistami a osobami s rozhodovacou právomocou a zúčastniť sa zábavných aktivít. EYE2025 sa bude konať 13. – 14. júna 2025 v Európskom parlamente v Štrasburgu a v EYE Village a ponúka priestor na diskusie a vytváranie sietí.

VÝZVA NA AKTIVITY VNÚTRI PARLAMENTU 

Mládežnícke organizácie a skupiny sú vyzvané, aby spoluvytvárali program podujatia organizovaním interaktívnych workshopov, ako sú simulačné hry, spevácke zbory alebo aktivistické bootcampy. Vybrané návrhy získajú finančnú podporu vo výške približne 450 EUR na osobu (v závislosti od miesta bydliska), ktorá im pomôže pokryť cestovné, ubytovanie a diéty.

Spôsobilosť

Organizácie musia pozostávať z 8 až 10 účastníkov, vrátane aspoň 2 facilitátorov na organizáciu workshopu alebo 2 účinkujúcich v prípade malých umeleckých vystúpení.

Účastníci musia byť obyvateľmi Európskej únie, kandidátskej krajiny alebo Spojeného kráľovstva vo veku 16 – 30 rokov k dátumu podujatia (13. júna 2025), s výnimkou vedúceho skupiny, ktorý môže byť starší ako 30 rokov, ale musí mať aspoň 18 rokov. .

Návrh musí byť vypracovaný v angličtine, francúzštine alebo nemčine.

VÝZVA NA AKTIVITY V EYE DEDINE

Európske fórum mládeže pozýva mládežnícke skupiny alebo organizácie občianskej spoločnosti z celej EÚ, aby navrhli aktivity, ktoré sa budú realizovať v obci EYE Village a zároveň sa spoja s tisíckami mladých ľudí, podelia sa o svoje znalosti a pomôžu formovať budúcnosť Európy.

Spôsobilosť

Organizácie musia byť mať sídlo v jednom z členských štátov EÚ; byť neziskovým subjektom alebo rovnocenným subjektom podľa vnútroštátnych právnych predpisov;

nemajú vzťah k žiadnej politickej strane.

Vybrané návrhy získajú finančný príspevok na pokrytie niektorých výdavkov na cestu, ubytovanie a pobyt.

Every two years, the European Youth Event (EYE) brings together thousands of young people from all over the European Union and beyond to shape and share their ideas on the future of Europe. 
The fourth edition will take place at the European Parliament in Strasbourg (France) on 29-30 May 2020.

During two days, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities and experience artistic performances, co-created with partners, youth organisations and participants themselves.
Following the event, the concerns, hopes and ideas of the young people will be presented in a report distributed to all Members of the European Parliament (MEPs).

How to get involved
Young people are invited to propose an interactive/workshop or artistic activity!
In order to participate, participants need to be between 16 and 30 years old by the date of the event with the exception of the head of the group (who can be older then 30, but must be at least 18 years old) and be from the European Union or a candidate country.
The activity can be organised in English, French or German.  
The best selected proposals may receive a financial contribution from the European Parliament to cover some expenses.

Premio MEDEA creados por los usuarios de medios educativos.
Este premio honra a la mejor obra presentada por profesores, estudiantes, alumnos, padres, representantes individuales u organizaciones en la educación primaria, secundaria, superior, de adultos, formación profesional y/o capacitación.

El Premio MEDEA para los productores profesionales de medios educativos.

Premio Especial para la promoción del Año de la Ciudadanía Europea 2013

Este premio estará dedicado a los trabajos o producciones que utilizan claramente los medios de comunicación para fomentar la concienciación y promover la ciudadacía europea y los derechos de sus ciudadanos.
En este premio se incluyen todas las producciones de los medios de comunicación educativos, no importa en qué formato se presenten, ya sea formato web, vídeo, juegos o presentaciones interactivas, que ilustren, documenten o promuevan el tema del año europeo.

Premio Especial del Jurado especial de MEDEA
Los jueces podrán, a su discreción, proponer un premio especial a un enfoque o producción en reconocimiento a la innovación excepcional en el diseño pedagógico o técnico que aporta.

This award is awarded to the best professional educational media product, resource, tool or service produced or managed by a professional company or semi-professional production unit such as a broadcaster, professional multimedia producer or publisher, professional web design company, audiovisual or media department in larger institutions or organisations such as universities, government departments, companies, multinational institutions and organisations, etc where the production is aimed at the higher education or continuing education and/or training sector.

The special MEDEA Jury

- Primary students (ages 7-11): max. 400 words;

- Secondary and College students (ages 12-18) max. 600 words.

One overall Grand Prize winner (plus Teacher Champion and parent) will receive a trophy and a cash prize of £1000 and £500 for their school, with one Runner Up receiving a trophy and a cash prize of £500 and £250 for their school.

• The International Children’s Peace Prize cannot be awarded posthumously; 
• Group nominations are possible provided that every individual in the group made a provable effort and co-initiated the activities that resulted in an exceptional difference in the rights of the child and the position of vulnerable children, anywhere in the world.
• Organisations are not accepted as eligible nominees.

Tutti gli anni KidsRights organizza un premio che intende premiare un/una ragazzo/a il cui coraggio o altri comportamenti straordinari  hanno avuto un impatto per quanto riguarda i diritti dei bambini di tutto il mondo. 

Il/la ragazzo/a deve:
- essere sopra i 12 anni e sotto i 18 anni di età; (non deve avere più di 17 anni al momento della scadenza della nomina), da tutto il mondo;

Il premio internazionale per la pace dei bambini non può essere assegnato postumo. Cine poate fi nominalizat?

• Nominalizările de grup sunt posibile cu condiția ca fiecare persoană din grup să fi depus un efort demonstrabil și să fi coinițiat activitățile care au avut ca rezultat o diferență excepțională în ceea ce privește drepturile copiilor.

Câștigătorul/ câștigătoarea va primi statueta 'Nkosi (care ilustrează modul în care un copil pune lumea în mișcare), o bursă de studiu și de îngrijire, precum și accesul la o platformă mondială pentru promovarea idealurilor sale în beneficiul drepturilor copilului.

Chi può presentare la candidatura

Responsabili di progetto (pubblici o privati) di tutte le regioni europee. La candidatura dovrà far riferimento a un progetto che ha ricevuto il co-finanziamento UE del Fondo europeo di sviluppo regionale, del Fondo di coesione, del Fondo sociale europeo, del Fondo di transizione giusta o un progetto che ha ricevuto il finanziamento UE ai sensi di una delle componenti dei programmi Interreg, a partire dal 1° gennaio 2014. 

Per quanto riguarda il processo di selezione, un gruppo di accademici di alto livello nei rispettivi settori valuterà le domande presentate e selezionerà i finalisti. I finalisti saranno invitati a una "tornata finale" di selezione durante la Settimana delle Regioni dell'UE a Bruxelles.

Come negli anni precedenti, il pubblico avrà l'opportunità di votare il proprio finalista preferito per il Public Choice Award. Tutti i vincitori saranno annunciati durante la cerimonia REGIOSTARS a Ostrava (Repubblica Ceca) il 16 novembre 2023.

I vincitori delle sei categorie e il vincitore del Public Choice vinceranno una campagna di comunicazione locale gestita in collaborazione con la DG REGIO per promuovere le attività premiate nella regione.

Launched by the European Commission, the RegioStars Awards 2019 aim to identify good practice in regional development and to highlight original and innovative projects that could be an inspiration to other regions.

The Award Categories for 2019 are:

- Promoting digital transformation;
- Connecting the green, blue and grey;
- Combatting inequalities and poverty;
- Building climate-resilient cities;
- Modernising health services.

Who can apply:
Project managers (public or private) from all European regions, if their project has received support from the European Regional Development Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Social Fund or a project which has received EU funding under Interreg IPA-CBC or Interreg ENI-CBC programmes, after 1 January 2007.
The maximum number of applications per operational or cooperation programme is 5.

All finalists will be invited to a meeting with the Commissioner for regional policy combined with a training in July 2019.

They will also all be invited to the Award Ceremony in Brussels in October 2019 where the winners in the five categories and the winner of the public choice will receive their prize. The project manager and a representative from the managing authority will receive a REGIOSTARS trophy and a certificate from the European Commissioner for Regional Policy.

For each winner, a short video is produced, which will be unveiled during the ceremony and published online, followed by a promotional campaign.

The European Youth Forum is launching the ‘European Youth Capital’ (EYC) 2028. This title is assigned to a European city for one year to empower young people, boost youth participation, and strengthen European identity. Each year, a new European city is given the chance to showcase its innovative ideas, projects, and activities that aim to raise young voices and bring a new youth perspective to all aspects of city life. 

The European Youth Capital initiative aims to support both young people and the city to open up these possibilities and lead the way for other European municipalities to follow. 

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.

Cities are asked to set out their vision to become the European Youth Capital 2028 and how it can empower young people, boost youth participation, and bring change to their city.

The folllowing key elements are essential to any application for the EYC title:

• Youth Participation
• Co-decision-making;
• European Dimension.

Eligibility

Any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe.

Awards

The city awarded the title will be announced during the Award Ceremony in Ghent (Belgium), European Youth Capital 2028, taking place in November 2025.

Deadlines

- 11 February 2025 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.

The application includes a fee of 300 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

L'initiative Capitale européenne de la jeunesse vise à aider les jeunes et la ville à ouvrir ces possibilités et à montrer la voie à d'autres municipalités européennes.

La Capitale européenne de la jeunesse a un impact positif dans de nombreux domaines :

Le Forum européen de la jeunesse a organisé un webinaire le 11 janvier 2022, pour les villes intéressées par la candidature au titre de Capitale européenne de la jeunesse 2025.

Eligibilité
Ouvert à toute autorité locale (définie comme une municipalité ou un groupe de municipalités situées dans une zone géographique commune) des États membres du Conseil de l'Europe, qui sont parties à la Convention culturelle européenne adoptée en 1954 à Paris. Les municipalités candidates, ainsi que les structures de jeunesse participantes, sont invitées à présenter un programme à facettes multiples mettant en évidence leur approche de la participation des jeunes et leurs projets pour créer un meilleur environnement pour les jeunes dans leur ville.

Dates limites

• Le 21 février 2022 (à 23h59 CET), pour la soumission des notes conceptuelles. La demande comprend des frais de 300 euros, à payer avant la date limite au Forum européen de la jeunesse.

The city awarded the title will be announced during the Award Ceremony in Lublin (Poland), European Youth Capital 2023, taking place in November 2023.

La Capitale européenne de la jeunesse est un titre accordé à une ville européenne pour un an, au cours de cette période, la ville mettra en valeur sa jeunesse liées culturel, social, politique et économique et le développement.

Toutes les municipalités dans les ‰tats membres de l'Union européenne et / ou le Conseil de l'Europe sont invités à appliquer. Le titre de Capitale européenne de la jeunesse donne des villes européennes l'occasion de présenter un programme à multiples facettes sur un an, qui met en évidence la richesse, la diversité et les caractéristiques communes de l'Europe de l'approche intergénérationnelle, et de l'autonomisation des jeunes à travers le continent.

Este título é atribuído a uma cidade europeia por um período de um ano, com o objetivo de capacitar os jovens, estimular a sua participação e reforçar a identidade europeia. Todos os anos, é dada a uma nova cidade europeia a oportunidade de mostrar as suas ideias, projetos e atividades inovadoras que visam dar voz aos jovens e trazer uma nova perspetiva da juventude a todos os aspetos da vida da cidade. 

A iniciativa Capital Europeia da Juventude tem por objetivo apoiar tanto os jovens como a cidade para explorar essas possibilidades e abrir caminho para que outros municípios europeus as sigam.

A Capital Europeia da Juventude tem um impacto positivo em muitos domínios:

Uma cidade pode tornar-se Capital Europeia da Juventude quando se distingue de forma positiva e tem um programa ambicioso de capacitação dos jovens.

As cidades são convidadas a apresentar a sua visão para se tornarem Capital Europeia da Juventude 2026 e a forma como podem capacitar os jovens, impulsionar a participação dos jovens e trazer mudanças para a sua cidade.

Os seguintes elementos-chave são essenciais para qualquer candidatura ao título de CJE:

O Fórum Europeu da Juventude organizará um webinar a 10 de janeiro de 2026, destinado às cidades interessadas em candidatar-se ao título de Capital Europeia da Juventude 2026.

Critérios de Elegibilidade

Disponível para qualquer autoridade local (definida como um município ou um grupo de municípios situados numa área geográfica comum) dos Estados-Membros do Conselho da Europa que sejam partes na Convenção Cultural Europeia adoptada em 1954 em Paris. 

Os municípios candidatos, juntamente com as estruturas juvenis participantes, são convidados a apresentar um programa multifacetado que destaque a sua abordagem à participação dos jovens e os planos para criar um melhor ambiente para os jovens nas suas cidades.

Prémios

A cidade a quem for atribuído o título será anunciada durante a cerimónia de entrega dos prémios em Lublin (Polónia), Capital Europeia da Juventude 2023, que terá lugar em novembro de 2023.

Deadlines

• 6 de fevereiro de 2023 (23:59 CET), para a apresentação de notas conceptuais. A candidatura inclui uma taxa de 300 euros, a pagar antes da data limite no Fórum Europeu da Juventude.
• 5 de junho de 2023 (23:59 CET), para a apresentação dos formulários de candidatura pormenorizados. A candidatura inclui uma taxa de 700 euros, a pagar antes da data limite no Fórum Europeu da Juventude.
• 25 de setembro de 2023 (23:59 CET), para os formulários de candidatura final. A terceira ronda de candidaturas não inclui uma taxa.

Forumul European al Tineretului lansează "Capitala Europeană a Tineretului" (EYC) 2028. Acest titlu este atribuit unui oraș european timp de un an pentru a responsabiliza tinerii, a stimula participarea tinerilor și a consolida identitatea europeană. În fiecare an, unui nou oraș european i se oferă șansa de a-și prezenta ideile, proiectele și activitățile inovatoare menite să ridice vocea tinerilor și să aducă o nouă perspectivă a tinerilor în toate aspectele vieții orașului. 

Inițiativa „Capitala europeană a tineretului” își propune să sprijine atât tinerii, cât și orașul pentru a deschide aceste posibilități și pentru a deschide calea pe care alte municipalități europene să o urmeze. 

Un oraș poate deveni o Capitală europeană a tineretului dacă se distinge într-un mod pozitiv și are un program ambițios pentru responsabilizarea tinerilor.

Orașele sunt invitate să își definească viziunea de a deveni Capitala europeană a tineretului 2028 și modul în care aceasta îi poate responsabiliza pe tineri, poate stimula participarea tinerilor și poate aduce schimbări în orașul lor.

Următoarele elemente-cheie sunt esențiale pentru orice candidatură la titlul EYC:

• Participarea tinerilor
• Co-decizie;
• Dimensiunea europeană.

Eligibilitate

Orice autoritate locală (definită ca o municipalitate sau un grup de municipalități situate într-o zonă geografică comună) din statele membre ale Consiliului Europei.

Premii

Orașul care va primi titlul va fi anunțat în timpul ceremoniei de premiere de la Ghent (Belgia), Capitala europeană a tineretului 2028, care va avea loc în noiembrie 2025.

Termene limită

11 februarie 2025 (23:59 CET), pentru depunerea formularelor de cerere detaliate.

Cererea include o taxă de 300 de euro, care trebuie plătită înainte de termenul limită la Forumul European al Tinerilor.

17 iunie 2025 (23:59 CET), pentru formularele de candidatură finale. A treia rundă de aplicare nu include o taxă.

El foro europeo de juventud lanza el programa Capital Juvenil Europea (EYC) 2018. Este título se asigna a una ciudad europea por un período de un año. La iniciativa capital europea de juventud  alienta al desarrollo de nuevas ideas y proyectos innovadores con respecto a la participación activa de los jóvenes en la sociedad y trate de presentar un modelo de desarrollo para otros municipios europeos. La primera capital de juventud europea es Rotterdam que se declaró capital juvenil europea 2009.

Una ciudad puede convertirse en capital juvenil europea si se distingue de forma positiva y tiene un programa ambicioso para la juventud. El título se confiere por un jurado constituido entre miembros de organizaciones de juventud europeas y socios institucionales. Por favor, lee los criterios de solicitud aquí.

Eligibilidad: 

Todos los municipios de los Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea y del Consejo de Europa pueden ser elegidos para conseguir el título de Capital Juvenil Europea.

Європейський молодіжний форум запускає «Європейську молодіжну столицю 2023». Цей титул присвоюється європейському місту терміном на один рік для розширення можливостей молоді, посилення участі молоді та зміцнення європейської ідентичності.
Щороку новому європейському місту надається можливість продемонструвати свої інноваційні ідеї, проекти та заходи, що показують голос молоді та привносять нову молодіжну складову в усі аспекти життя міста.
Ініціатива "Європейська молодіжна столиця" має на меті підтримати і молодь, і місто, щоб відкрити ці можливості та показати вірний шлях для інших європейських муніципалітетів.
 

Європейська молодіжна столиця створює позитивний вплив у багатьох сферах:

How to take part

A city can become a European Youth Capital if it distinguishes itself in a positive way and has an ambitious programme for empowering youth.
Cities are asked to set out their vision to become the European Youth Capital 2024 and how it can empower young people, boost youth participation, and bring change to their city.

The European Youth Forum will host a webinar on 3 December 2020, for cities that are interested to apply for the European Youth Capital 2024 title.

Eligibility

Open to any Local Authority (defined as a municipality or group of municipalities located in a common geographical area) from Member States of the Council of Europe, which are parties to the European Cultural Convention adopted in 1954 in Paris. Applicant municipalities together with participating youth structures are invited to present a multi-faceted programme highlighting their approach to youth participation and plans for creating a better environment for young people in their cities.

- 17 January 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of concept notes.
The application includes a fee of 300 Euros, to be paid before the deadline at the European Youth Forum.

- 23 May 2021 (23:59 CET), for submission of detailed application forms.

The Mediterranean Capitals of Culture & Dialogue initiative, a joint project of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) and the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF), annually designates two cities, one from the northern and one from the southern Mediterranean, as Capitals of Culture and Dialogue.

Who can apply

Local or regional authorities representing cities in UfM member states (both coastal and inland) that have not previously held this title.

Selected cities will host a year-long programme of events celebrating Euro-Mediterranean diversity. 

The programme should:

• Highlight local cultural heritage and contemporary creativity;
• Address regional challenges identified by the UfM;
• Engage local cultural institutions, schools, and universities from across the Mediterranean region;
• Partner with civil society organisations, especially members of the ALF National Network;
• Cooperate with the other selected Capital city;
• Conclude with a major celebration on 28 November the Day of the Mediterranean.

Inițiativa „Capitale mediteraneene ale culturii și dialogului”, un proiect comun al Uniunii pentru Mediterana (UpM) și al Fundației Anna Lindh (ALF), desemnează anual două orașe, unul din nordul și unul din sudul Mediteranei, drept Capitale ale culturii și dialogului.

Cine poate aplica?

Autoritățile locale sau regionale reprezentând orașe din statele membre ale UpM (atât de coastă, cât și interioare) care nu au mai deținut acest titlu.

Orașele selectate vor găzdui un program anual de evenimente de celebrare a diversității euro-mediteraneene. 

Programul trebuie:

• Să evidențieze patrimoniul cultural local și creativitatea contemporană;
• Să abordeze provocările regionale identificate de UpM;
• Să implice instituțiile culturale, școlile și universitățile locale din întreaga regiune mediteraneeană;
• Parteneriatul cu organizațiile societății civile, în special cu membrii rețelei naționale ALF;
• cooperarea cu cealaltă capitală selectată;
• Să se încheie cu o celebrare majoră la 28 noiembrie, Ziua Mediteranei.

The aim of the programme is to bring together high-school students from the EU Member States and offer them an immersive experience in the Chamber of the European Parliament. 
Each year Euroscola invites thousands to spend a day in Strasbourg and become Members of the European Parliament. 
Students experience a day as an MEP, they get the opportunity to interact and exchange information in a foreign language and they are also given the possibility to introduce their school and the region where they come from.

Who can apply:

• Euroscola is designed for students between 16 to 18 years old;
• Students from all 27 European Union Members States can participate;
• Participation is awarded to schools, not individuals;
• Successful candidates get a subsidy towards the cost of their journey to Strasbourg (France).

• There are approximately 20 Euroscola sessions per year;
• The selection procedure is organised by the European Parliament Information Offices;

EUROSCOLA - formålet er at bringe skoleelever fra de 15 medlemslande sammen i Strasbourg. En gruppe på omkring 500 grundskoleelever, som regel fra den samme gruppe, inviteres til at bruge en dag sammen til at reflektere over den effekt den Europæiske integration kan få på deres fremtid.

* At give unge indsigt i EU-Parlamentets arbejdsgang;
* At give unge en smagsprøve på en EU-dag med møder og diskussioner om EU spørgsmål.
* At gøre de unge bevidste om hvad demokrati indebærer.

AKTIONER:

L'objectif de ce programme est de rassembler des lycéens des États membres de l'UE et de leur offrir une expérience immersive dans l'hémicycle du Parlement européen. 
Chaque année, Euroscola invite des milliers de personnes à passer une journée à Strasbourg et à devenir membres du Parlement européen. 
Les étudiants vivent une journée en tant que députés européens, ils ont l'occasion d'interagir et d'échanger des informations dans une langue étrangère et ils ont également la possibilité de présenter leur école et la région dont ils sont originaires.
