To encourage the next generation of inventors, the European Patent Office has launched the Young Inventors prize with the aim to rewards young innovators from around the world. They should have any idea, project or product in any field of technology to solve a problem within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. 

Who can apply 

Any individual or group worldwide with a maximum age of 30 at the time of the award. 

Requirements

Entrants can propose any idea, project or product in any field of technology. Each proposal must be accompanied by supporting information that is already in the public domain, for example, granted intellectual property rights, published scientific papers, case studies or audio-visual material. Proposals must aim at using a technical solution to solve a problem within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Prizes

The winner will receive a cash prize of EUR 20 000, the second and third placed finalists will receive EUR 10 000 and EUR 5 000 respectively.

Der Jugendpreis wird an den- oder diejenige vergeben, der aus den Beiträgen ausgewählt wird, die von Personen im Alter zwischen 18 und 24 Jahren (geboren zwischen den Kalenderjahren 1997 und 2003, beide eingeschlossen) in einer der vier Wettbewerbskategorien eingereicht wurden.

A pályázók a következő témák valamelyikéhez kapcsolódóan nyújthatják be munkáikat:

Az Ifjúsági Díj nyertese a 18 és 24 év közötti, (1992 és 1998 naptári év között született) résztvevők közül kerül ki, és bármelyik kategóriában indulhat.

Cada participante puede presentar un máximo de cinco entradas de todo ello apoyado por un texto breve.

Los trabajos deben ser subidos a un sitio para compartir en línea, como Flickr, Shutterfly, Snapfish o Photobucket.

Los ganadores recibirán premios en efectivo de 2.000 euros para el 1 º premio, 1.500 euros para el segundo premio, 1.000 euros para el 3 º premio y 500 euros para el premio de la elección pública y el premio de la juventud.

Además, el Premio de la Juventud se otorgará a la obra ganadora, seleccionada entre las presentadas por personas de edades comprendidas entre 18 y 24 años (nacidos entre los años 1990 a 1996).

In the framework of the EYE2023, young Europeans shared and shaped their ideas on youthideas.eu. The most voted ideas, inspiring projects, and future initiatives for the EU were collected in the Youth Ideas Report. The European Parliament is inviting 10 volunteers to be the EYEdea Boosters and present them to MEPs and other relevant decision makers during the European Youth Hearing.

Supported by a series of workshops with the Youth Outreach Unit, relevant stakeholders and decision-makers, the EYEdea Boosters will develop their chosen idea into a concrete result. EYEdea Boosters will be given further opportunities to get involved and give visibility to their projects in the run up to EYE2025.

Under the coordination of a member of the Youth Outreach Unit team, the EYEdea Boosters would be responsible for:

• Presenting the Youth Ideas Report at the European Youth Hearing in Brussels in November 2023.
• Developing one idea from the Youth Ideas Report into a concrete result, for example organising an event in their local area, submitting a European Citizens' Initiative proposal, designing a communication campaign, developing a plan to engage their community in a specific topic, etc.

What they get

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to go to Brussels in November for the European Youth Hearing and during the European Youth Week in April, as well as being invited to contribute to EYE2025. They will have the chance to connect and discuss with decision makers and other stakeholders as well as participate in workshops and sessions to turn their ideas into action.

Eligibility

• Be a resident of the European Union, a candidate country, or the UK
• Be 18-30 years old
• Have a good level of spoken and written English
• Be available to travel to Brussels anytime during the week of the 6-10 November and to take part in 5 online catch-ups from October to March while you work on your idea
• Commit to submit your result in March.

Ideile cele mai votate, proiectele cele mai inspirate și inițiativele viitoare pentru UE au fost colectate în Raportul privind ideile tinerilor. Parlamentul European invită 10 voluntari care să fie EYEdea Boosters și să le prezinte europarlamentarilor și altor factori de decizie relevanți în timpul audierii europene a tinerilor.

Susținuți de o serie de ateliere de lucru cu Unitatea de sensibilizare a tinerilor, cu părțile interesate relevante și cu factorii de decizie, EYEdea Boosters vor dezvolta ideea aleasă într-un rezultat concret. EYEdea Boosters vor avea și alte oportunități de a se implica și de a da vizibilitate proiectelor lor în perioada premergătoare EYE2025.

• Dezvoltarea unei idei din Raportul privind ideile tinerilor într-un rezultat concret, de exemplu, organizarea unui eveniment în zona lor locală, depunerea unei propuneri de Inițiativă cetățenească europeană, conceperea unei campanii de comunicare, elaborarea unui plan de implicare a comunității lor într-un anumit subiect etc.

Candidații selectați vor avea ocazia de a merge la Bruxelles în noiembrie pentru Audierea Europeană a Tinerilor și în timpul Săptămânii Europene a Tineretului din aprilie, precum și de a fi invitați să contribuie la AEES2025. Aceștia vor avea șansa de a intra în contact și de a discuta cu factorii de decizie și cu alte părți interesate, precum și de a participa la ateliere și sesiuni pentru a-și transforma ideile în acțiuni.

• Să fie rezident(ă) al Uniunii Europene, al unei țări candidate sau al Regatului Unit
• Să aibă între 18 și 30 de ani
• Să aibă un nivel bun de limba engleză vorbită și scrisă
• Să fie disponibil să călătorească la Bruxelles în orice moment în săptămâna 6-10 noiembrie și să participe la 5 întâlniri online din octombrie până în martie, în timp ce lucrează la ideea dvs.
• Să se angajeze să prezinte rezultatul în luna martie.

The European Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards were launched in 2002 by the European Commission and have been run by Europa Nostra ever since.

The Awards celebrate and promote best practices related to heritage conservation, management, volunteering, research, education and communication. In this way, they contribute to a stronger public recognition of cultural heritage as a strategic resource for Europe’s society, economy and environment.

The aims are:

- to promote high standards of conservation practice;

- to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and experience throughout Europe;

- to encourage further efforts through the power of example.

It will achieve this by giving public recognition to outstanding initiatives and best practices by either individuals or organisations, which contribute to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

In 2023, the Awards will honour up to 30 outstanding heritage achievements, among which up to five Grand Prix will be awarded within thematic areas that are transversal to the five awards categories.

The winners will receive €10,000 each. One will get the Public Choice Award.

The prize will be awarded to each of the following categories:

Category 1: Conservation & Adaptive Reuse

Outstanding achievements in the conservation, regeneration and adaptation to new uses of cultural heritage including cultural landscapes.

Category 2: Research

Innovative research projects which lead to tangible effects in the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage and/or to improve the access, enjoyment and understanding of heritage assets by communities.

Category 3: Education, Training & Skills

Projects or initiatives related to cultural heritage with the aim of fostering knowledge transfer, capacity-building and/or enhancing traditional or new skills and crafts related to heritage.

Category 4: Citizens Engagement & Awareness-Raising

Outstanding heritage-led projects which foster social cohesion, inclusion, multicultural dialogue and understanding, nurture a sense of place and belonging, celebrate diversity and multiple identities as well as stimulate citizens’ engagement, ownership and civic responsibility.

Category 5: Heritage Champions

Influential and inspiring individuals or organisations whose exemplary action demonstrates an exceptional level of dedication, impact and civic engagement for the safeguard and enhancement of cultural heritage.

Entries can be related to tangible, intangible or digital heritage. The scope of the entries can be ranging from small to large, from local to European and international.

Entries may be submitted from the countries that take part in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.

You can still apply for a Europa Nostra Award if your country is not on the list of eligible countries.

Catégorie 3 : Services particuliers ou collectifs pour la conservation du patrimoine

Ouverture aux particuliers ou organisations dont les contributions sur une longue période démontrent l’excellence dans la protection, la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel (voir les secteurs de la catégorie 1). Ces contributions doivent avoir une qualité exceptionnelle dans le contexte européen.

Catégorie 4 : Education, formation et sensibilisation

Initiatives exceptionnelles liées à l’éducation sur le patrimoine, aux programmes de formations dans la conservation du patrimoine culturel et aux programmes de sensibilisation au patrimoine culturel. 

Tous les projets sélectionnés recevront un certificat mentionnant leur récompense : prix, médaille ou diplôme. En fonction de la confirmation de la poursuite du partenariat « Europa Nostra » avec la Commission européenne, les réalisations les plus exceptionnelles peuvent également se voir attribuer un prix monétaire de 10 000 € dans chacune des catégories.    

Les prix peuvent être décernés à une personne issue d'un pays européen (par exemple un spécialiste en sauvegarde/restauration scientifique, technique ou artisanale) ou à un groupe de spécialistes en sauvegarde/restauration, de propriétaires, d'autorités publiques ou d'organisations non gouvernementales.
Les candidats doivent être issus des pays suivants :

• Etats membres de l'Union européenne.

Les objectifs sont les suivants :

• Promouvoir des normes élevées en matière de pratiques de conservation
• Stimuler l'échange de connaissances et d'expériences à travers l'Europe
• Encourager de nouveaux efforts par la force de l'exemple

Les Prix apporteront une reconnaissance publique des initiatives remarquables et les meilleures pratiques d'individus ou d'organisations qui contribuent à la protection et à la mise en valeur du patrimoine culturel en Europe.

En 2023, les prix récompenseront jusqu'à 30 réalisations exceptionnelles dans le domaine du patrimoine, parmi lesquelles jusqu'à cinq Grands Prix seront décernés dans des domaines thématiques transversaux aux cinq catégories de prix. Les lauréats recevront 10 000 euros chacun. L'un d'entre eux recevra le prix du public.

Projets ou initiatives liés au patrimoine culturel dans le but de favoriser le transfert de connaissances, le renforcement des capacités et/ou l'amélioration des compétences traditionnelles ou nouvelles et de l'artisanat liés au patrimoine.

Catégorie 4 : Engagement et sensibilisation des citoyens

Projets remarquables axés sur le patrimoine qui favorisent la cohésion sociale, l'inclusion, le dialogue et la compréhension multiculturels, nourrissent un sentiment d'appartenance, célèbrent la diversité et les identités multiples et stimulent l'engagement, l'appropriation et la responsabilité civique des citoyens.

Catégorie 5 : Champions du patrimoine

Personnes ou organisations influentes et inspirantes dont l'action exemplaire démontre un niveau exceptionnel de dévouement, d'impact et d'engagement civique en faveur de la sauvegarde et de la valorisation du patrimoine culturel.

Les candidatures peuvent concerner le patrimoine matériel, immatériel ou numérique. Le champ d'application des candidatures peut aller de la petite à la grande entreprise, de l'échelon local à l'échelon européen et international.

Les candidatures peuvent être soumises par les pays qui participent au programme "Europe créative" de l'Union européenne.

Vous pouvez toujours poser votre candidature à un prix Europa Nostra si votre pays ne figure pas sur la liste des pays éligibles.

- die Förderung des Austauschs von Erfahrung und Expertenwissen innerhalb Europas;
- die Förderung weiterer Bemühungen durch die Statuierung von Exempeln.

Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele sollen vorbildlichen Initiativen, die einen Beitrag zum Erhalt und zur Attraktivitätssteigerung des europäischen Kulturerbes leisten - entweder von Einzelpersonen oder von Organisationen - öffentliche Anerkennung zu Teil werden.

Im Jahr 2021 werden die Preise an bis zu 30 bemerkenswerte Kulturerbe-Projekte und -Initiativen in vier Kategorien vergeben. Bis zu sieben werden als Grand-Prix-Gewinner ausgewählt und erhalten jeweils 10.000 Euro. Einer wird den Public Choice Award erhalten.

Es gibt folgende Bereiche:

- Bewegliches Erbe: Sammlungen oder einzelne Kunstwerke oder Objekte von historischer Bedeutung;
- Immaterielles Erbe;
- Religiöse Stätten des Kulturerbes

Der Preis wird in folgenden Kategorien vergeben:

Kategorie 1: Erhaltung
Herausragende Leistungen bei der Erhaltung, Aufwertung und Anpassung an neue Nutzungen des Kulturerbes.

Kategorie 2: Forschung
Herausragende Forschungsarbeiten, die spürbare Auswirkungen auf die Erhaltung und Attraktivitätssteigerung von Kulturerbe in Europa zur Folge haben.

Kategorie 3: Große und anhaltende Bemühungen für den Erhalt kulturellen Erbes durch Einzelpersonen oder Organisationen
Offen für Einzelpersonen oder Organisationen, die über einen längeren Zeitraum (mindestens 10 Jahre) einen ausgezeichneten Beitrag zum Schutz, zur Erhaltung und zur Attraktivitätssteigerung von Kulturerbe in Europa leisten. Der Beitrag muss im europäischen Kontext von herausragendem Standard sein.

Kategorie 4: Aus-, Weiter- und Bewusstseinsbildung

Herausragende Initiativen im Zusammenhang mit Bildung, Ausbildung und Bewusstseinsbildung in Bezug auf das kulturelle Erbe mit dem Ziel, den Aufbau von Kapazitäten und die Unterstützung vor Ort zu fördern, ein Gefühl von Ort und Identität aufzubauen und das Engagement und die Eigenverantwortung der Bürger zu stimulieren.

Eingereicht werden können Beiträge aus den Ländern, die am Creative Europe Programm der Europäischen Union teilnehmen.
Sie können sich auch dann für einen Europa Nostra-Preis bewerben, wenn Ihr Land nicht auf der Liste der teilnahmeberechtigten Länder steht.

Unter den Gewinnern werden vier Projekte (eines pro Kategorie) als Grand-Prix-Gewinner ausgewählt und ein Projekt erhält den Public Choice Award nach einer Online-Abstimmung über die Europa Nostra-Website
Die Grand-Prix-Preisträger erhalten außerdem jeweils 10.000 Euro.

Darüber hinaus werden im Jahr 2021 aus den eingereichten Bewerbungen zwei neue ILUCIDARE-Sonderpreise vergeben.
ILUCIDARE ist ein Projekt, das im Rahmen des Forschungs- und Innovationsprogramms Horizont 2020 der Europäischen Union finanziert wird und die Förderung von Innovation und Diplomatie auf der Grundlage des Kulturerbes zum Ziel hat.
ILUCIDARE wird einen Beitrag zu den European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards leisten, indem es bewährte Praktiken in den Bereichen Innovation und Diplomatie unter Berücksichtigung des Kulturerbes identifiziert und fördert.

Európai Kulturális –rökség Díj / Europa Nostra Díj

Az évente odaítélt díj célja, hogy nyilvános elismerésben részesítse a kulturális örökség megõrzése és gazdagítása terén (építészet és az ahhoz kapcsolódó ingóságok, régészet, kulturális tájak) kifejtett példamutató kezdeményezéseket és az arra méltó magánszemélyek és/vagy szervezetek tevékenységét.

Az Európai Kulturális –rökség Díjat az Európai Bizottság hozta létre 2002-ben a Kultúra 2000 Program keretében. A program koordinálásával a Pán-európai –rökség Szövetséget, az Europa Nostrát bízták meg.

A program célkitûzései a következõk:

- a magas színvonalú megõrzési gyakorlat elterjesztése;
- az európai ismeret- és tapasztalatcsere elõsegítése;
- további kezdeményezések ösztönzése követendõ példák révén.
Ennek elérése érdekében a program nyilvános elismerésben részesíti az európai kulturális örökség védelme és gazdagítása terén megjelenõ legkiemelkedõbb kezdeményezéseket, illetve az egyének vagy szervezetek által elért legjobb teljesítményeket.

Az alábbi kategóriákba lehet nevezni:
1. kategória: Megõrzés
Kiemelkedõ kulturális örökségek megõrzése és ápolása a következõ területeken:

·  épületek vagy épületcsoportok vidéken vagy nagyvárosokban.

·  ipari és mûszaki szerkezetek és telepek.

·  kulturális látképek: történelmi parkok és kertek, nagyobb fekvésû területek vagy kulturális, környezeti és/vagy mezõgazdasági területek.

·  régészeti lelõhelyek, beleértve a víz alatti területeket.

·  mûvészi alkotások és gyûjtemények: mûvészeti és történelmi jelentõségû vagy régi mûalkotások gyûjteményei.

2. kategória: Kutatás
Kiemelkedõ kutatások, melyeknek kézzelfogható eredményei vannak a kulturális örökségek megõrzése és ápolása terén Európában, a fenti kategóriához kapcsolódóan.

3. kategória: Egyének és szervezetek részére
Nyitva áll egyének vagy szervezetek részére, akik hosszú távúon járulnak hozzá a kulturális örökségek megõrzéséhez és ápolásához (a fenti kategóriához kapcsolódóan) Európában. Ennek a hozzájárulásnak európai szinten kiemelkedõnek kell lennie.

4. kategória: Oktatás, képzés és figyelem felkeltés
Kiemelkedõ kezdeményezések, melyek kapcsolódnak az oktatáshoz, képzésekhez a kulturális örökségek megõrzése terén, valamint olyan programok, melyek felkeltik az érdeklõdést a kulturális örökség iránt.

Minden nyertes pályázó a díj szintjét (Díj, ‰rem vagy Diploma) igazoló oklevelet kap. A legjobb pályázatnak mind a hat kategóriában10 000 euró ítélhetõ oda. A Díj- ill. ‰remnyertesek bronzszobrocskát kapnak. További harminc pályázat részesülhet még Diplomában. A díjnyertes teljesítmények széles publicitást kapnak Európa szerte.

A díj európai magánszemélyeknek (pl. tudományos, mûszaki vagy a gyakorlati területen dolgozó, mûemlékek megõrzésével, illetve restaurálásával foglalkozó szakembereknek) vagy az említett szakembereket, valamint tulajdonosokat, hatóságokat, illetve nem-kormányzati szervezeteket tömörítõ csoportoknak ítélhetõ oda.

Az alábbi országok vehetnek részt benne:
- az Európai Unió tagállamai
- csatlakozás elõtt álló országok
- EEA/EFTA tagállamok
- bármely ország pályázhat a ‰rem vagy Diplomára, de a Díjra nem.

L'obiettivo del premio è dare un riconoscimento pubblico ad iniziative esemplari e alle capacità di singoli individui e/o organizzazioni meritevoli nel campo della conservazione e del rafforzamento del comune patrimonio europeo in tutte le sue forme (patrimonio architettonico e i beni non immobili ad esso correlati, l'archeologia, i paesaggi culturali).

Il Premio dell'Unione Europea per il Patrimonio Culturale è stato lanciato nel 2002 dalla Commissione Europea del Programma Cultura 2000. Europa Nostra, la Federazione pan-europea per il Patrimonio, è stata selezionata come organizzazione responsabile della gestione del programma.

Gli obiettivi sono i seguenti:
- promuovere l'innalzamento degli standard per la prassi della conservazione;
- stimolare lo scambio di conoscenze ed esperienze in tutta Europa;
- incoraggiare ulteriori sforzi attraverso la testimonianza diretta;

Nel 2023, i premi onoreranno fino a 30 realizzazioni eccezionali del patrimonio, tra cui fino a cinque Grand Prix saranno assegnati all'interno di aree tematiche che sono trasversali alle cinque categorie di premi.

-Coesione sociale e benessere. Mostra la rilevanza del patrimonio per l'integrazione positiva e lo scambio tra gruppi di età o comunità diverse, così come l'importanza del patrimonio per la salute e il benessere degli individui e delle loro comunità.
-Relazioni internazionali. Costruisce relazioni e cooperazione tra paesi e/o comunità.

Il premio sarà assegnato a ciascuna delle seguenti categorie:
Categoria 1: Conservazione e riuso adattivo
Risultati eccezionali nella conservazione, rigenerazione e adattamento a nuovi usi del patrimonio culturale, compresi i paesaggi culturali.
Categoria 2: Ricerca
Eccezionali progetti di ricerca che portano a effetti tangibili nella conservazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e/o per migliorare l'accesso, il godimento e la comprensione dei beni del patrimonio da parte delle comunità.
Categoria 3: Istruzione, formazione e competenze
Progetti o iniziative legate al patrimonio culturale con l'obiettivo di promuovere il trasferimento delle conoscenze, lo sviluppo delle capacità e/o il miglioramento delle competenze tradizionali o nuove e dei mestieri legati al patrimonio.
Categoria 4: Coinvolgimento dei cittadini e sensibilizzazione
Eccezionali progetti guidati dal patrimonio che promuovono la coesione sociale, l'inclusione, il dialogo multiculturale e la comprensione, alimentano un senso di luogo e di appartenenza, celebrano la diversità e le identità multiple e stimolano l'impegno dei cittadini, la proprietà e la responsabilità civica.
Categoria 5: Campioni del patrimonio
Individui o organizzazioni influenti e stimolanti la cui azione esemplare dimostra un livello eccezionale di dedizione, impatto e impegno civico per la salvaguardia e la valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale.

Le candidature possono essere presentate dai paesi che partecipano al programma Europa Creativa dell'Unione Europea. È comunque possibile candidarsi per un Premio Europa Nostra se il proprio paese non è presente nell'elenco dei paesi ammissibili.
Le candidature possono riguardare il patrimonio materiale, immateriale o digitale. Il campo di applicazione delle candidature può variare da piccole a grandi, da quelle locali a quelle europee e internazionali.

Paesi ammissibili per i premi del patrimonio europeo:

Ce prix permet une reconnaissances publique des personnes et/ou organisations qui se sont distinguées dans le domaine de la protection et de la mise en valeur du patrimoine culturel (architecture et urbanisme, archéologie, paysages à valeur culturelle).

Le Prix du patrimoine culturel de l'Union européenne a été lancé en 2002 par la Commission européenne dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du programme Culture 2000. Europa Nostra, fédération européenne du patrimoine culturel, a été sélectionnée pour gérer ce programme.

Objectifs

• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de protection du patrimoine.
  
  
• Stimuler les échanges de savoir-faire et d’expériences à travers l’Europe.
  
  
• Utiliser l’exemplarité de certains projets pour encourager les efforts déjà entrepris.

Dans cette optique, une reconnaissance publique sera accordée aux initiatives et pratiques individuelles ou collectives les plus remarquables en matière de protection et de mise en valeur du patrimoine culturel en Europe.

Catégorie 1 : Conservation

Accomplissements exceptionnels dans la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel dans les secteurs suivants :

• Bâtiments seuls ou groupes de bâtiments dans l'arrangement rural ou urbain.
  
  
• Structures et sites industriels et technologiques.
  
  
• Paysages culturels : parcs et jardins historiques, plus grands secteurs de paysage conçu, ou secteurs d'importance culturelle, environnementale et/ou agricole.
  
  
• Sites archéologiques, y compris l’archéologie sous-marine.
  
  
• Œuvres d’art et collections : collections d’importance artistique et historique ou anciennes œuvres d’art.

Catégorie 2 : Recherche

Recherche exceptionnelle ayant un impact réel sur la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel en Europe, dans n’importe quelle catégorie mentionnée dans les secteurs de la catégorie 1 susmentionnée).

Catégorie 3 : Services particuliers ou collectifs pour la conservation du patrimoine

Ouverture aux particuliers ou organisations dont les contributions sur une longue période démontrent l’excellence dans la protection, la conservation et le perfectionnement du patrimoine culturel (voir les secteurs de la catégorie 1). Ces contributions doivent avoir une qualité exceptionnelle dans le contexte européen.

Catégorie 4 : Education, formation et sensibilisation

Initiatives exceptionnelles liées à l’éducation sur le patrimoine, aux programmes de formations dans la conservation du patrimoine culturel et aux programmes de sensibilisation au patrimoine culturel. 

Tous les projets sélectionnés recevront un certificat mentionnant leur récompense : prix, médaille ou diplôme. En fonction de la confirmation de la poursuite du partenariat « Europa Nostra » avec la Commission européenne, les réalisations les plus exceptionnelles peuvent également se voir attribuer un prix monétaire de 10 000 € dans chacune des catégories.    

Les prix peuvent être décernés à une personne issue d'un pays européen (par exemple un spécialiste en sauvegarde/restauration scientifique, technique ou artisanale) ou à un groupe de spécialistes en sauvegarde/restauration, de propriétaires, d'autorités publiques ou d'organisations non gouvernementales.
Les candidats doivent être issus des pays suivants :

Premiile Europene pentru Patrimoniu/Premiile Europa Nostra au fost lansate în 2002 de către Comisia Europeană și încă de atunci Europa Nostra s-a ocupat de organizarea acestora. Premiile celebrează și promovează cele mai bune practici legate de conservarea și managementul patrimoniului, precum și privind cercetarea, educația și comunicarea. Astfel, acestea contribuie la o mai bună recunoaștere a patrimoniului cultural ca resursă strategică pentru societatea, economia și mediul Europei.

Obiective:

• Promovarea unor standarde ridicate ale practicilor de conservare;
• Stimularea schimburilor de experiență și cunoștințe în întreaga Europă;
• Încurajarea eforturilor ulterioare prin puterea exemplului.

Acest lucru va fi realizat prin recunoașterea publică a inițiativelor remarcabile și a celor mai bune practici, atât ale persoanelor fizice cât și ale organizațiilor, care contribuie la protejarea și consolidarea patrimoniului cultural în Europa.

În 2023, premiile vor onora până la 30 de proiecte și inițiative remarcabile de patrimoniu. Vor fi acordate și cinci premii Grand Prix în domenii tematice care sunt transversale celor cinci categorii menționate. Câștigătorii vor primi câte 10.000 de euro fiecare. De asemenea, un proiect va primi premiul publicului.

Domeniile de interes sunt:

• Inovaţia - implementarea de idei, cunoștințe sau metode noi și generarea unei îmbunătățiri a patrimoniului.
• Transformare digitală - Utilizarea de tehnologii digitale pentru a oferi plus-valoare utilizatorilor, publicului și comunităților și/sau pentru a contribui la transformarea sectorului patrimoniului prin mijloace digitale.
• Sustenabilitate și acțiune climatică - Demonstrarea capacităților ale patrimoniului cultural de a evalua și/sau de a atenua efectele schimbărilor climatice și de a contribui la domeniile cheie ale Pactului Verde European.
• Coeziunea socială și bunăstare - Demonstrarea relevanței patrimoniului pentru integrarea și schimbul de bune practici între diferite grupuri de vârstă sau comunități, precum și a importanței patrimoniului pentru sănătatea și bunăstarea indivizilor și a comunităților lor.
• Relații internaționale - Construirea de relații și cooperare între țări și/sau comunități.

Premiul se acordă pentru fiecare dintre următoarele categorii:

Categoria 1: Conservare și Reutilizare Adaptivă

Pentru rezultate remarcabile în conservarea, regenerarea și adaptarea patrimoniului cultural din ariile de patrimoniu cultural, inclusiv medii culturale

Categoria 2: Cercetare inovativă                                                      

Pentru proiecte de cercetare remarcabile cu rezultate clare privind conservarea şi îmbogăţirea patrimoniului cultural și/sau îmbunătățirea accesului și a înțelegerii conceptelor de bunuri de patrimoniu de către comunități.

Categoria 3: Aptitudini de educație și instruire

Pentru proiecte sau inițiative legate de patrimoniul cultural care au scopul de a promova transferul de cunoștințe, consolidarea capacităților și/sau îmbunătățirea abilităților vechi sau noi și a meșteșugurilor legate de patrimoniu.

Categoria 4: Implicarea cetățenilor şi creşterea gradului de conştientizare

Pentru inițiative remarcabile de patrimoniu care încurajează coeziunea socială, incluziunea, dialogul și înțelegerea multiculturală, contribuie la dezvoltarea unui sentiment de loc și apartenență, celebrează diversitatea și identitățile multiple și încurajează implicarea cetățenilor, asumarea și responsabilitatea civică.

Categoria 5: Campionii patrimoniului

Pentru persoane sau organizații active și inspiraționale, a căror acțiune exemplară demonstrează un nivel excepțional de dăruire, impact și implicare civică pentru protejarea și îmbunătățirea patrimoniului cultural.

Candidaturile pot fi legate de patrimoniul material, imaterial sau digital. Domeniul de aplicare al lucrărilor poate varia de la mic la mare, de la local la european și internațional.

Pot fi depuse candidaturi din partea țărilor participante la programul Europa Creativă al Uniunii Europene.

Pot fi depuse candidaturi pentru Premiul Europa Nostra dacă țara ta nu este pe lista țărilor eligibile.

Namen letne nagrade je dati javno priznanje iniciativam in spretnostim zaslužnim posameznikom in/ali organizacijam na področju zaščite in izboljšanja kulturne dediščine (arhitektura in z njo povezana dediščina, arheologija in kulturna pokrajina).

Nagrada Evropske unije za kulturno dediščino je bila uvedena leta 2002 s strani Evropske komisije kot del implementacije programa Kultura 2000. Europa Nostra, vseevropska federacija za dediščino, je bila izbrana kot organizacija, odgovorna za izvedbo programa.

Cilji so:
- spodbujati višje standarde zaščite;
- stimulirati izmenjavo znanja in izkušenj v Evropi;
- s pozitivnim zgledom spodbujati nadaljnja prizadevanja
To bo doseženo z javnim prepoznavanjem izjemnih iniciativ in najboljših praks tako posameznikov kot organizacij, ki prispevajo k zaščiti in izboljšanju kulturne dediščine v Evropi.

Nagrada bo podeljena v vsaki od naslednjih kategorij:
Kategorija 1: Ohranitev  
Izjemni dosežki pri ohranitvi in izboljšanju kulturne dediščine v naslednjih kategorijah:
• posamezne stavbe ali skupine stavb v ruralnem ali urbanem okolju
• industrijske in inženirske strukture ali območja
• kulturna pokrajina: zgodovinski parki in vrtovi, večja območja kulturne pokrajine, območja kulturne, okoljske in/ali kmetijske vrednosti
• arheološka območja, vključno s podvodno arheologijo
• umetniška dela in zbirke: zbirke umetniške in zgodovinske pomembnosti ali stari umetniški izdelki

Kategorija 2: Raziskave
Izjemne raziskave, ki so pripeljale do učinkov pri ohranjanju in izboljšanju kulturne dediščine v Evropi v katerikoli od zgoraj omenjenih področij kategorije 1.

Kategorija 3:  Storitve predanih posameznikov in organizacij
Ta kategorija je odprta za posameznike in organizacije, katerih prispevki so skozi daljše časovno obdobje izkazovali odličnost pri zaščiti, ohranjanju in izboljšanju kulturne dediščine (povezane s področji, omenjenimi v kategoriji 1) v Evropi. Prispevki morajo biti izjemne kakovosti v evropskem kontekstu.

Kategorija 4: Izobraževanje, usposabljanje in ozaveščanje
Izjemne iniciative, povezane z izobraževanjem o dediščini, načrti usposabljanja za ohranjanje kulturne dediščine in programi za ozaveščanje o kulturni dediščini.

Vsi zmagovalni prispevki bodo prejeli priznanje: Nagrado, Medaljo ali Diplomo. Glede na potrditev nadaljevanja partnerstva med nagrado Europa Nostra in Evropsko komisijo bo v vsaki kategoriji, poleg priznanja, podeljena tudi denarna nagrada v višini 10.000 evrov. Nagrado lahko prejmejo tako evropski posamezniki (npr. strokovnjaki za ohranitev ali restoriranje - tehniki ali  obrtniki) ali skupine, ki lahko obsegajo strokovnjake za ohranitev ali restoriranje, lastnike, javne oblasti ali nevladne organizacije.

Oddani prispevki so lahko iz:
- držav članic Evropske unije
- držav v procesu pristopanja ali držav kandidatk
- članic evropskega gospodarskega prostora
- vse druge evropske države se lahko prijavijo za Medaljo ali Diplomo, vendar se ne bodo potegovale za denarno nagrado.

El propósito de este premio anual es dar un reconocimiento público a aquellas iniciativas y organizaciones que trabajan preservando el patrimonio cultural en cualquiera de sus vertientes.

Este premio comenzó a otorgarse en el año 2002 como parte del programa Cultura 2000. La organización responsable desde entonces de organizarlo es Europa Nostra.

Existen 4 categorías de premios:

Categoría 1: Conservación
Trabajos de conservación en las siguientes áreas:

- Patrimonio arquitectónico: edificios o grupos arquitectónicos de ciudades o pueblos.

- Construcción de anexos o remodelaciones, o construcción de nuevos proyectos dentro de las áreas históricas.

- Estructuras de ingeniería o industriales.

- Paisajes culturales: ambientes históricos urbanos o paisajes urbanos, ciudades o plazas de pueblo y calles.

- Paques o jardines históricos , áreas culturales,...

- llacimientos arqueológicos.

- piezas de arte.

Categoría 2: Innovación
Innovación en las técnicas de conservación de culaquiera de los puntos incluidos en la categoría 1.

Categoría 3: Trabajos individuales o de organizaciones
Abierto a personas y organizaciones que hayan desarrollado su trabajo durante un periodo de tiempo demostrable.

Categoría 4: Educación y prácticas
Iniciativas relacionadas con la educación para la conservación del patrimonio.

Los ganadores recibirán un premio en metálico y una medalla o diploma. Además, la Comisión elegirá el proyecto más sobresaliente en cada categoría que recibirá  10.000€ de premio.

The European Heritage / Europa Nostra Awards were launched in 2002 by the European Commission and have been run by Europa Nostra ever since. The Awards celebrate and promote best practices related to heritage conservation, management, volunteering, research, education and communication. In this way, they contribute to a stronger public recognition of cultural heritage as a strategic resource for Europe’s society, economy and environment.

About

The aims are:
- to promote high standards of conservation practice;
- to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and experience throughout Europe;

It will achieve this by giving public recognition to outstanding initiatives and best practices by either individuals or organisations, which contribute to the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

In 2021, the Awards will be given to up to 30 remarkable heritage projects and initiatives in four categories. Up to seven will be selected as Grand Prix winners and receive €10,000 each. One will get the Public Choice Award.

- Architectural Heritage: single buildings or groups of buildings in rural or urban setting;
- Building additions or alterations, or new building projects within historic areas in urban and rural settings;
- Industrial and engineering structures and sites;
- Cultural landscapes: historic urban environments or townscapes, city or town squares and streetscapes, historic parks and gardens, larger areas of designed landscape or of cultural, environmental and/or agricultural significance;
- Archaeological sites, including underwater archaeology;
- Moveable heritage: collections or single works of art or objects of historic significance;
- Intangible heritage;
- Religious heritage sites.

The prize will be awarded to each of the following categories:

Category 1: Conservation
Outstanding achievements in the conservation, enhancement and adaptation to new uses of cultural heritage.

Category 2: Research
Outstanding research projects which lead to tangible effects in the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage in Europe.

Category 3: Dedicated service
Open to individuals or organisations whose contributions over a long period of time (min. 10 years) demonstrate excellence in the protection, conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage (relating to any of the above-mentioned areas in Europe and far exceeding normal expectations in the given context.

Category 4: Education, training and awareness-raising
Outstanding initiatives related to education, training and awareness-raising related to cultural heritage with the aim of fostering capacity-building and local support, building a sense of place and identity and stimulating citizens engagement and ownership.

Entries may be submitted from the countries that take part in the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union.
You can still apply for a Europa Nostra Award if your country is not on the list of eligible countries.

Prizes

All winning entries receive a certificate as well as a bronze wall plaque to be put up at the awarded building or heritage site.
Among the winners, four projects (one per category) will be selected as Grand Prix winners and one will receive the Public Choice Award following an online vote conducted via the Europa Nostra website. The Grand Prix laureates also receive €10,000 each.

In addition, two new ILUCIDARE Special Prizes will be awarded in 2021 from among the submitted applications.
ILUCIDARE is a project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme with the aim of fostering heritage-led innovation and diplomacy.
ILUCIDARE will contribute to the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards by identifying and promoting best practices in cultural heritage-led innovation and diplomacy.

The European Commission is organising an online translation contest to give secondary school young people a first-hand experience of what it is like to be a translator. Students, aged 17 are challenged to translate a short text.

The aim is for young people to experience what it is like to be a professional translator. They should translate as if writing for young people of their own age, to help them understand a message written in another language.

The participants will be judged for their efforts and ability to use terms correctly and write fluently in the chosen language, the general readability of the translation, and the creativity of the solutions found.

Languages:

The students themselves can decide the language of the starting text and into what language they want to translate it, chosen from among the EU official languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.

Each participant’s choice of language pair must be stated on registration. The choice cannot be changed after the 16 November 2023 deadline.

The contest

• The translation test will be carried out simultaneously in all participating schools between 10.00 and 12.00 PM (Central European Time), on 23 November 2023.
• The test will take place in the schools' premises and the original translations must be saved and submitted on the contest platform.

Participating schools must

• be located in an EU country,
• be recognised by the educational authorities of one or more EU country/countries,
• have the necessary IT equipment in order to carry out the test properly and in impartial conditions,
• register on the contest platform by 16 October 2023, 12 PM CET,
• select between 2 and 5 students born in 2006, who are permanently enrolled in the school, and enter their names and language pairs in the contest platform by 16 November 2023, 12.00 midday CET at the latest.

Selection of schools

Among the schools that have submitted their registration form in due order, a certain number will be selected through a random draw.

The number of schools selected from each EU country will be equal to the number of seats the country has in the European Parliament. The list of selected schools will be published on the Juvenes Translatores website by the end of October 2023.

In the schools, that have been selected at random from among those registering, the nominated students will sit down on that day under the supervision of their teacher and translate the chosen text.

Prize

Winners will be announced by the beginning of February 2024. The best translators, one from each EU country, will be invited to Brussels in spring 2024 for an awards ceremony.

The European Commission will arrange and pay for travel and accommodation for one winner, one teacher and one accompanying adult per country.

La Commission européenne organise un concours de traduction en ligne pour permettre aux jeunes de l'enseignement secondaire de se faire une idée concrète du métier de traducteur. Les élèves, âgés de 17 ans, sont invités à traduire un texte court.

L'objectif est que les jeunes fassent l'expérience de ce qu'est un traducteur professionnel. Ils doivent traduire comme s'ils écrivaient pour des jeunes de leur âge, afin de les aider à comprendre un message écrit dans une autre langue.
Les participants seront jugés sur leurs efforts et leur capacité à utiliser correctement les termes et à écrire couramment dans la langue choisie, sur la lisibilité générale de la traduction et sur la créativité des solutions trouvées.

Langues
Les étudiants peuvent décider eux-mêmes de la langue du texte de départ et de la langue dans laquelle ils souhaitent le traduire, parmi les langues officielles de l'UE : allemand, anglais, bulgare, croate, danois, espagnol, estonien, finnois, français, grec, hongrois, irlandais, italien, letton, lituanien, maltais, néerlandais, polonais, portugais, roumain, slovaque, slovène, suédois et tchèque.
Pour chaque participant, le choix des deux langues devra être indiqué lors de l'inscription. Ce choix ne pourra pas être modifié après la date limite du 16 novembre 2022.

• L'épreuve de traduction se déroulera simultanément dans toutes les écoles participantes entre 10h00 et 12h00 (heure d'Europe centrale), le 24 novembre 2022.
• L'épreuve se déroulera dans les locaux des écoles et les traductions manuscrites originales devront être envoyées ces jours-là par courrier ou par service de messagerie. 

Les écoles participantes doivent :

• être situées dans un pays de l'UE
• êtres reconnues par les autorités éducatives d'un ou de plusieurs pays de l'UE
• disposer de l'informatique nécessaire pour recevoir correctement le texte source du test et d'un ordinateur capable d'ouvrir et d'imprimer des fichiers PDF (les tests et les fiches de traduction seront envoyés dans ce format) sélectionner entre 2 et 5 élèves nés en 2005, inscrits de manière permanente dans l'école, et inscrire leurs noms et leurs choix de langues sur la plate-forme du concours au plus tard le 16 novembre 2022, à 12h00 CET.

Sélection des écoles
Parmi les écoles qui auront soumis leur formulaire d'inscription en bonne et due forme, un certain nombre sera sélectionné par tirage au sort.
Le nombre d'écoles sélectionnées dans chaque pays de l'UE sera égal au nombre de sièges dont dispose le pays au Parlement européen. La liste des écoles sélectionnées sera publiée sur le site web de Juvenes Translatores avant la fin du mois d'octobre 2022.
Dans les écoles, qui ont été sélectionnées au hasard parmi les inscriptions, les élèves désignés s'assiéront ce jour-là sous la supervision de leur professeur et traduiront le texte choisi.


Prix
Les meilleurs traducteurs, un par pays de l'UE, seront invités à Bruxelles au printemps 2023 pour une cérémonie de remise des prix.
La Commission européenne organisera et prendra en charge le voyage et l'hébergement d'un lauréat, d'un enseignant et d'un accompagnateur par pays.

Die Europäische Kommission organisiert einen Schulwettbewerb, um jungen Menschen aus erster Hand zu vermitteln, wie es ist, Übersetzer/in zu sein. Schülerinnen und Schüler im Alter von 17 Jahren werden aufgefordert, einen kurzen Text zu übersetzen.

Ziel ist es, jungen Menschen zu vermitteln, wie es ist, ein professioneller Übersetzer zu sein. Sie sollen so übersetzen, als ob sie für junge Leute ihres Alters schreiben würden, um ihnen zu helfen, eine in einer anderen Sprache verfasste Botschaft zu verstehen.
Die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer werden für ihre Bemühungen und ihre Fähigkeit, Begriffe korrekt zu verwenden und fliessend in der gewählten Sprache zu schreiben, für die allgemeine Lesbarkeit der Übersetzung und für die Kreativität der gefundenen Lösungen beurteilt.

Die Sprachen:
Die Schülerinnen und Schüler können selbst entscheiden, welche Sprache der Ausgangstext haben soll und in welche Sprache sie ihn übersetzen möchten, wobei sie unter den offiziellen Sprachen der EU wählen können: Bulgarisch, Dänisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Estnisch, Finnisch, Französisch, Griechisch, Irisch, Italienisch, Kroatisch, Lettisch, Litauisch, Maltesisch, Niederländisch, Polnisch, Portugiesisch, Rumänisch, Schwedisch, Slowakisch, Slowenisch, Spanisch, Tschechisch und Ungarisch.
Bei der Anmeldung muss die Wahl der Sprachkombination jedes Teilnehmers angegeben werden. Die Wahl kann nach Ablauf der Frist bis zum 16. November 2021 nicht mehr geändert werden.

Der Wettbewerb

• Der Übersetzungstest wird am 25. November 2021 zwischen 10.00 und 12.00 Uhr Brüsseler Zeit in allen teilnehmenden Schulen gleichzeitig durchgeführt.
• Der Test findet in den Räumlichkeiten der Schulen statt, und die handschriftlichen Originalübersetzungen müssen an diesen Tagen per Post oder Kurierdienst eingesandt werden.  

Die teilnehmenden Schulen müssen

• in einem EU-Mitgliedstaat ansässig sein,
• von den Bildungsbehörden des Mitgliedstaates als Teil des regionalen oder nationalen Bildungssystems anerkannt sein
• über die notwendige IT verfügen, um den Ausgangstext für den Test ordnungsgemäß zu erhalten, sowie über einen Computer, der PDF-Dateien öffnen und ausdrucken kann (die Tests und die Übersetzungsbögen werden in diesem Format versandt), zwischen 2 und 5 Studierende des Jahrgangs 2004 auswählen und ihre Namen und Sprachpaare bis spätestens 16. November 2021, 12.00 Uhr MEZ, in die Wettbewerbsplattform eingeben.

Auswahl der Schulen:
Unter den Schulen, die ihr Anmeldeformular fristgerecht eingereicht haben, wird eine bestimmte Anzahl nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgelost.
Die Anzahl der ausgewählten Schulen aus jedem Mitgliedstaat entspricht der Anzahl der Sitze des Mitgliedstaates im Europäischen Parlament. Die Liste der ausgewählten Schulen wird bis Ende Oktober 2021 auf der Website von Juvenes Translatores veröffentlicht.
In den Schulen, die nach dem Zufallsprinzip aus den Anmeldungen ausgewählt wurden, setzen sich die nominierten Schülerinnen und Schüler an diesem Tag unter der Aufsicht ihrer Lehrkraft zusammen und übersetzen den ausgewählten Text.

Preis
Die besten Übersetzer, einer aus jedem Mitgliedstaat, werden im Frühjahr 2022 zu einer Preisverleihung nach Brüssel eingeladen.
Die Europäische Kommission wird für einen Gewinner, einen Lehrer und eine erwachsene Begleitperson pro Mitgliedstaat Reise und Unterkunft organisieren und bezahlen.

Az Európai Bizottság versenyt szervez iskolások számára annak érdekében, hogy a fiatalok első kézből tapasztalhassák meg, milyen is fordítónak le. A versenyben 17 éves diákok vehetnek részt, akiknek egy rövid szöveget kell majd lefordítaniuk. 

A verseny célja, hogy a fiatalok megtapasztalják, mi jellemző a professzionális fordítói munkára. A szövegeket a saját korosztályuk tagjaihoz szóló fiatalos stílusban kell átültetniük egyik nyelvről a másikra, ezáltal lehetővé téve, hogy kortársaik egy másik nyelven is megérthessék a szöveg üzenetét.

A versenyzők munkáit a következő szempontok alapján bírálják el: erőfeszítés; megfelelő szókincs haszálata; gördülékeny fogalmazásmód; a fordítás minősége, olvashatósáa; a választott nyelvi megoldások kreativitása.

Választható nyelvek:

A versenyen induló diákok az EU 24 hivatalos nyelve közül választhatják ki a forrásszöveg és a fordítás célnyelvét. Ezek a következők: bolgár, horvát, cseh, dán, holland, angol, észt, finn, francia, német, görög, magyar, ír, olasz, lett, litván, máltai, lengyel, portugál, román, szlovák, szlovén, spanyol és svéd.
A jelentkezőknek már a regisztrációnál meg kell választaniuk a nyelvet, amely döntés a 2019. november 15-ös határidő lejárta után nem másítható meg. 
 

A versenyről:

• A diákok a fordításokat a részt vevő iskolákban azonos időben, 2019. november 21-én 10 és 12 óra között készítik el.
• A versenyre az iskola helyiségeiben kerül sor, és az eredeti kézírásos szövegeket ezen a napon e-mailben vagy futárszolgálat által el kell küldeni a megadott címre.

A részt vevő iskolák kötelezettségei:

• Egy EU-tagállam területén találhatóak;
• A tagállamban működő oktatási szervek által elismerten a regionális vagy nemzeti oktatási rendszer tagjai;
• Rendelkeznek megfelelő elektronikus felszereltséggel a forrásszöveg fogadása érdekében, illetve olyan számítógéppel, amely képes a PDF formájú tesztek és fordítói lapok megnyitására és nyomtatására.
• Kiválasztanak 2-5, 2002-ben született diákot, és nevüket valamint a fordítás során használt nyelvpárt regisztrálják az adatbázisban legkésőbb 2016. november 15-én déli 12 óráig.

Az iskolák kiválasztása:

A regisztrációt kellő időben beküldő iskolák közül véletlenszerűen választanak ki meghatározott számú intézményt. Az egyes tagállamokból kiválasztott iskolák száma megegyezik a tagállamot az Európai Parlamentben megillető képviselői helyek számával. A versenybe bekerült intézmények listáját a Juvenes Translatores honlapján 2019. október végéig teszik közzé.

A kiválasztott iskolák versenyre benevezett diákjai tanári felügyelet mellett végzik el a választott szöveg fordítását.

Díjak:

Az ereményhirdetésre a következő év februárjának végén kerül sor. A 28 tagállam legjobbnak ítélt fordítói (minden országból 1-1 diák) 2020 februárjában meghívást kapnak a Brüsszelben megrendezésre kerülő díjátadó ünnepségre. A nyertesek, felnőtt kísérőjük és tanár kísérőjük utazási és lakhatási költségeit az Európai Bizottság fedezi.

La Commissione Europea ha organizzato un concorso per le scuole europee mirato ad offrire ai giovani un'esperienza diretta di cosa significa essere un traduttore.

L'obiettivo è che i giovani facciano l'esperienza di cosa significhi essere un traduttore professionista. I giovani dovranno tradurre come se si rivolgessero ai loro coetanei per aiutarli a comprendere un messaggio scritto in un'altra lingua. I partecipanti verranno giudicati per i loro sforzi e la loro capacità nell'utilizzo corretto dei termini e una scrittura fluida nella lingua prescelta, la generale leggibilità della traduzione e la creatività delle soluzioni trovate.

Lingue:
Gli studenti stessi possono decidere la lingua del testo di partenza e in quale lingua desiderano tradurre tra le 24 lingue ufficiali UE, ad es. bulgaro, ceco, croato, danese, olandese, inglese, estone, finlandese, francese, tedesco, greco, ungherese, irlandese, Italiano, lituano, lettone, maltese, polacco, portoghese, rumeno, slovacco, sloveno, spagnolo e svedese.

Il concorso:
- Il concorso si svolge simultaneamente in tutte le scuole partecipanti il 24 novembre 2022.
- A partire da quest'anno il concorso sarà online.

Le scuole partecipanti devono:
- avere sede in uno degli Stati membri UE,
- essere riconosciute dalle autorità didattiche dello Stato membro come parte del sistema educativo regionale o nazionale,
- possedere i necessari supporti informatici per poter ricevere il testo della prova.
- Le scuole selezionate devono designare da due a cinque alunni nati nel 2005 e registrare i loro nomi e le coppie di lingue da loro prescelte nella banca dati del concorso entro il 16 novembre 2022.

Tra le scuole che hanno presentato il loro modulo di registrazione entro i tempi e i modi stabiliti, un certo numero di esse verrà selezionata per estrazione.Il numero di scuole selezionate per ogni Stato membro è uguale al numero di seggi che il paese detiene nel Parlamento europeo. Nelle scuole sorteggiate tra quelle che hanno effettuato la registrazione, gli studenti nominati sosterranno la prova il giorno stabilito sotto la supervisione del loro insegnante e tradurranno il testo scelto.

Premio:
I 28 migliori traduttori, uno per ciascun Stato membro verranno invitati a Bruxelles nella primavera 2023 per una cerimonia di premiazione.

Pour célébrer le 50ème anniversaire de l'Union européenne, la Commission européenne a organisé un concours destiné à donner une première expérience de la traduction à des lycéens de 17 ans (traduire un court texte).

L'objectif de ce concours est de donner à des jeunes un aperçu du travail de traducteur. La consigne est de traduire pour aider des jeunes du même âge à comprendre un texte rédigé dans une autre langue.
Le jury jugera la capacité des participants à utiliser correctement les différents termes et à écrire naturellement dans la langue de leur choix, ainsi que la lisibilité générale de leur traduction et la créativité des solutions trouvées.

Langues
Chaque élève est libre de choisir la langue source et la langue cible de sa traduction parmi les 23 langues officielles de l'UE : allemand, anglais, bulgare, danois, espagnol, estonien, finnois, français, grec, hongrois, irlandais, italien, letton, lituanien, maltais, néerlandais, polonais, portugais, roumain, slovaque, slovène, suédois et tchèque.

Le concours

Comisia Europeană organizează acest concurs online de traduceri pentru a le oferi tinerilor elevi de gimnaziu oportunitatea să vadă ce înseamnă să fie traducători. Elevii cu vârsta de 17 ani trebuie să traducă un text scurt. 

Scopul concursului este de a arăta tinerilor ce înseamnă să fii traducător profesionist. Aceștia trebuie să traducă ca și cum textul ar fi scris pentru tineri de vârsta lor, pentru a-I ajuta să înțeleagă un mesaj scris în altă limbă. Participanții vor fi apreciați pentru eforturile și abilitatea de a folosi corect termeni și a scrie fluent în limba aleasă, lizibilitatea generală a traducerii și creativitatea soluțiilor găsite.

Limbi:

Elevii pot decide limba textului de pornire și în ce limbă doresc să îl traducă, alegînd dintre limbile oficiale ale UE: bulgară, croată, cehă, daneză, olandeză, engleză, estonă, finlandeză,franceză, germană, greacă, maghiară, irlandeză, italiană, letonă, lituaniană,malteză, polonă, portugheză, română, slovacă, slovenă, spaniolă și suedeză. Fiecare participant alege o pereche de limbi pe care trebuie să o menționeze la înregistrare. Alegerea nu poate fi schimbată după termenul limită de 16 noiembrie 2023. 

Concurs

• Testul de traducere se va desfășura simultan în toate școlile participante între orele 10:00 și 12:00, ora Bruxelles-ului, pe data de 23 noiembrie 2023.
• Testul va avea loc în spații școlare, iar traducerile originale scrise de mână trebuie să fie trimise în aceste zile prin poștă sau servicii de curierat. 

Școlile participante trebuie:

• Să fie situate într-un stat membru al UE
• Să fie recunoscute de către autoritățile educaționale ale statului membru, ca parte a sistemului educațional regional sau național
• Să aibă echipamentele IT necesare, cu scopul de a primi în mod corect textul sursă pentru test și să aibă un calculator care poate deschide și printa fișiere PDF (testele și foile de traducere vor fi trimise în acest format)
• Să se înregistreze pe platforma concursului până pe 16 octombrie 2023
• Să selecteze între 2 și 5 elevi născuți în 2005 și să adauge numele lor și perechea de limbi folosite pe platforma concursului până la 16 noiembrie 2023, cel mai tarziu la 12:00, ora prânzului.

Selecția școlilor:

Printre școlile care au depus formularul de înregistrare, un anumit număr va fi selectat printr-o tragere la sorți.

Numărul de școli selectate din fiecare stat membru va fi egal cu numărul de locuri pe care statul membru le are în Parlamentul European. Lista școlilor selectate va fi publicată pe website-ul Juvenes Translatores până la sfârșitul lui octombrie 2023.

În școlile care au fost selectate în mod aleatoriu din rândul celor înregistrate, elevii nominalizați vor traduce textul ales, sub supravegherea profesorului lor. 

Premii

Cei mai buni traducători, câte unul din fiecare stat membru UE, vor fi invitați la Bruxelles în februarie 2024 pentru ceremonia de premiere. Comisia Europeană va acoperi cheltuielile pentru deplasare și cazare pentru un câștigător, un profesor și un adult însoțitor pentru fiecare stat membru.

La Comisión Europea organiza un concurso escolar para dar a los jóvenes una experiencia directa de lo que es ser un traductor. Los estudiantes, de 17 años tienen el reto de traducir un texto breve.

El objetivo es que los jóvenes experimenten lo que es ser un traductor profesional. Ellos deben traducir como si escribieran para los jóvenes de su misma edad, para ayudarles a entender un mensaje escrito en otro idioma.
Los participantes serán juzgados por sus esfuerzos y su capacidad para utilizar los términos correctos y escribir con fluidez en el idioma elegido, por la legibilidad general de la traducción y por la creatividad de las soluciones encontradas.

Idiomas:
Los alumnos podrán decidir el idioma del texto de partida y en el idioma que desean traducir, escogidos entre las 24 lenguas oficiales de la UE, es decir, búlgaro, croata, checo, danés, holandés, inglés, estonio, finlandés, francés, alemán, griego , húngaro, irlandés, italiano, letón, lituano, maltés, polaco, portugués, rumano, eslovaco, esloveno, español y sueco.

El concurso:

La prueba de traducción se llevará a cabo de forma simultánea en todas las escuelas participantes en un plazo determinado, entre las 10.00 y las 12.00 del 27 de noviembre de 2014.
La prueba se llevará a cabo en las instalaciones de las escuelas.

Las escuelas participantes deben:
-encontrarse en un Estado miembro de la UE,
-estar reconocidas por las autoridades educativas del Estado miembro en el marco del sistema educativo regional o nacional
-tener la tecnología necesaria con el fin de recibir el texto de origen para realizar la prueba correctamente
-seleccionar entre 2 y 5 alumnos nacidos en 1997 e introducir sus nombres y los idiomas elegidos en la base de datos el 20 de noviembre de 2014 a más tardar.

La selección de las escuelas:
Entre las escuelas que han presentado su formulario de inscripción en el orden debido, un cierto número serán seleccionadas a través de un sorteo al azar. El número de centros seleccionados en cada Estado miembro será igual al número de escaños que el Estado miembro tiene en el Parlamento Europeo. En las escuelas que han sido seleccionadas al azar, de entre aquellas que se inscriban, los estudiantes seleccionados se sentarán ese día bajo la supervisión de su maestro y traducirán el texto seleccionado.

Premio:

The European Commission is organising a school contest to give young people a first-hand experience of what it is like to be a translator. Students, aged 17 are challenged to translate a short text.

About

The aim is that young people experience what it is like to be a professional translator. They should translate as if writing for young people of their own age, to help them understand a message written in another language. The participants will be judged for their efforts and ability to use terms correctly and write fluently in the chosen language, the general readability of the translation and the creativity of the solutions found.

Languages

The students themselves can decide the language of the starting text and into what language they want to translate it, chosen from among the EU official languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.
Each participant’s choice of language pair must be stated on registration. The choice cannot be changed after the 15 November 2020 deadline.

The contest

• The translation test will be carried out simultaneously in all participating schools between 10.00 and 12.00 Brussels time, on 26 November 2020.
• The test will take place in the schools' premises and the original handwritten translations must be sent on these days by mail or courier service.  

Eligibility

Participating schools must

• be located in an EU Member State,
• be recognised by the educational authorities of the Member State as part of the regional or national educational system
• have the necessary IT in order to receive the source text for the test properly and a computer that can open and print PDF files (the tests and the translation sheets will be sent in this format) select between 2 and 5 students born in 2003 and enter their names and language pairs in the contest platform by 19 November 2020, 12.00 midday CET at the latest.

Selection of schools

Among the schools that have submitted their registration form in due order, a certain number will be selected through a random draw.
The number of schools selected from each Member State will be equal to the number of seats the Member State has in the European Parliament. The list of selected schools will be published on the Juvenes Translatores website by the end of October 2020.
In the schools, which have been selected at random from among those registering, the nominated students will sit down on that day under the supervision of their teacher and translate the chosen text.

Prize

The best translators, one from each Member State, will be invited to Brussels in Spring 2021 for an awards ceremony.
The European Commission will arrange and pay for travel and accommodation for one winner, one teacher and one accompanying adult per Member State.

Who can apply

Participants worldwide should

• be at least 13;
• have an innovative idea or project for an enterprise which champions and implements one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals or
• be operating such an enterprise in the form of a business, a non-profit organisation, or an informal programme;
• be able to submit their entries in English.

How to apply

In order to participate in the competition, individually or in a team, you must submit an idea and/or project in a short pitch.

You can submit more than one entry as long as they tackle different issues.

Selection of the winners

Entries will be posted on the competition website and are subject to online and public voting. Ten finalists in each of the two categories, ideas, and projects will be reviewed by an expert jury that will select the final winners who will be announced at a virtual Award Ceremony.

Si cela n’est pas déjà fait, les finalistes devront soumettre une vidéo (de 3 minutes maximum) présentant leur idée/projet.

Ensuite, un panel de juges décidera des 3 lauréats (grand prix, second prix et troisième prix) dans chaque catégorie. 

Les soumissions seront évaluées selon leur vision entrepreneuriale, leur faisabilité, leur caractère innovant, leur esprit d’entreprendre, leur impact social et durable, parmi d’autres facteurs.

Le prix du public sera attribué à la présentation qui aura reçu le plus grand nombre de votes dans chacune des deux catégories. Ils figurent automatiquement parmi les finalistes.

Le grand prix, le second prix, le troisième prix et le prix du public seront rendus publiques lors de la cérémonie virtuelle qui se tiendra le 10 décembre 2022.

Wer kann sich bewerben
Teilnehmer weltweit sollten
- 13 bis 29 Jahre alt sein für die Kategorie Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship;
- über 30 Jahre alt für die Kategorie Adult Citizen Entrepreneurship;
- eine innovative Idee für ein Unternehmen haben, dass sich für eines oder mehrere der 17 Nachhaltigkeitsziele einsetzt  oder
- ein solches Unternehmen in Form eines Unternehmens, einer gemeinnützigen Organisation oder eines informellen Programms betreiben;
- in der Lage sein, ihre Beiträge in englischer Sprache einzureichen.

Wie kann man sich bewerben
Um am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, müssen Sie eine Idee und/oder ein Projekt in der Kategorie Jugend (13-29 Jahre) oder Erwachsene (ab 30 Jahren) einreichen.
Beiträge sollten in einer der folgenden zwei Kategorien eingereicht werden:
• Best Ideas Category: innovative Ideen und umzusetzende Pläne;
• Best Projects Category: bereits bestehende Unternehmen, die soziale Auswirkungen gezeigt haben.

Auswahl der Gewinner
Die Beiträge werden auf der Website des Wettbewerbs veröffentlicht und können online kommentiert und öffentlich abgestimmt werden. Zehn Finalisten in jeder der beiden Kategorien, Jugend (Idee & Projekt) und Erwachsene (Idee & Projekt), werden anhand der Stimmen und des "Personal Activity Indicator Algorithmus" ermittelt.
Die Finalisten werden gebeten, ein Video (max. 3 Minuten) ihrer Idee/Projekt einzureichen (falls sie dies noch nicht getan haben).
Aus den Finalisten werden die Juroren die endgültige Auswahl von drei Gewinnern (Hauptpreis, 2. Preis und 3. Preis) in jeder Kategorie treffen.
Die Beiträge werden u.a. auf der Grundlage ihrer unternehmerischen Vision, Machbarkeit, Innovation, Führungsqualitäten, sozialen Auswirkungen und Nachhaltigkeit bewertet.
Der "People's Choice"-Preis wird an den Beitrag mit den meisten Stimmen in jeder der beiden Kategorien vergeben. Sie gehören automatisch zu den Finalisten.

Hauptpreis, zweiter Preis, dritter Preis und People's Choice werden am 10. Dezember 2020 in einer virtuellen Bekanntmachungszeremonie veröffentlicht.

A Goi Béke Alapítvány, a Stiftung Entrepreneurship és a Digital experts idén is meghirdette a a Fiatal Vállalkozók Versenyét (Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition), így biztosítva felületet azoknak a fiatal vállalkozóknak, akik pozitív változásokat próbálnak előidézni a környezetükben.

Kik jelentkezhetnek?

• a világ bármely pontjáról 13-29 év közötti fiatalok a Fiatal Vállalkozó kategóriában;
• a világ bármely pontjáról 30 év felettiek a Felnőtt Vállalkozó kategóriában;
• akik rendelkeznek egy olyan innovatív vállalkozás-tervezettel, amely a 17 Fennartható Fejlődés Célkitűzés közül legalább egyet saját céljaként nevez meg, valamint tesznek annak elérése érdekében is;
• akik vállalkozást működtetnek, akár üzleti, akár nonprofit szervezeti vagy éppen informális program formájában;
• akik pályázatukat angol nyelven be tudják nyújtani.

Hogyan lehet nevezni?

A nevezéshez egy ötletet és/vagy projektet kell benyújtani a fentebb felsorolt két kategória valamelyikében (fiatalok 13-29 év között és felnőttek 30 év felett).

A nevezések lehetnek

• Legjobb ötletek: megvalósításra váró innovatív ötletek és tervek;
• Legjobb projektek: már létező vállalkozások, amelyek már bizonyították társdalmi hatásukat.

A nyertesek kiválasztása

A benyújtott jelentkezések a verseny weboldalán lesznek közzétéve, ahol nyilvános szavazásra, illetve kommentelésre kerülnek. 
A tíz döntős mind a két kategóriában a "Személyes tevékenység indikátor" algoritmus szerint kerül kiválasztásra.

A döntősöknek videót (maximum 3 perc) kell benyújtaniuk a projektjükről/ötletükről (amennyiben még nem tették meg).
A döntősök közül a zsűri választja majd ki a három nyertest mindegyik kategóriában (fődíj, második és harmadik helyezett). A jelentkezőket többek között a vállakozói víziójuk, a kivitelezhetőség, az innováció, a vezetés, a társadalmi hatás, és a fenntarthatóság szempontjából fogják értékelni. 

 A versenyen Közönségdíjat is odaítélnek annak a két pályázónak (minden kategóriában egy-egy főnek), aki a legtöbb szavazatot gyűjti össze. Ők automatikusan bekerülnek a döntősök közé.

A nyertest, a második és harmadik helyezettet, valamint a közönségdíjast a virtuális díjátadón hirdetik ki 2020. december 10-én.

Il Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition (CEC) fa parte dell'Entrepreneurship Campus ed è stato avviato per dare agli imprenditori di tutto il mondo la possibilità di creare risposte innovative alle sfide globali e/o comunitarie e di impegnarsi in un mondo più pacifico e sostenibile.

Selezione dei vincitori
I contributi verranno inseriti sul sito del concorso e sottoposti alla votazione della giuria e del pubblico. I 10 elaborati che riceveranno il maggior numero di voti in ciascuna delle due categorie verranno considerati finalisti. I finalisti dovranno presentare un video (max 3 minuti) della propria idea/progetto. Tra i finalisti, i giudici faranno la selezione finale dei tre vincitori (Grand Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize) in ciascuna categoria. La People's Choice viene assegnata al partecipante che ha ottenuto il maggior numero di voti. Essi sono automaticamente tra i finalisti.

DiscoverEU is an EU initiative that from 4 October 2023 12:00:00 (midday Brussels time) and 18 March 2023 at 12:00:00 (midday Brussels time) will be giving, for the eighth time, young people (18 years old) the opportunity to travel across Europe.

Who can apply

- young people who are 18 years old, born between 1 January 2005 (included) and 31 December 2005 (included);

- be citizen or legal resident of one of the following countries:

• 27 EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden including its outermost regions French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, la Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Azores, Madeira and Canary Islands;

Entrants can apply as individuals or as a group of maximum 5 people. For groups, a group leader should be appointed.

The group leader fills in the application form and participates in the quiz and subsidiary question. S/He will receive a code when submitting the application, which s/he should then communicate to the group members to allow their registration. Based on the code provided by the group leader, the remaining group members can then register online, and fill in their personal data. All members of the group need to be 18 years old as well and have a legal residence in one of the DiscoverEU eligible countries.

Applications

Must be submitted through the European Youth Portal.

Applicants will have to answer 5 multiple choice quiz questions and 1 subsidiary question.

Selected applicants will be entitled to a travel pass worth EUR 273.35 Travel will only be in 2nd class.

Selected participants will have access to a mobile application finding suggestions to plan their journey and receive a DiscoverEU digital discount card for a range of reductions and benefits all over the Erasmus+ programme countries.

Young people with special needs are welcome to participate in DiscoverEU, they will receive assistance and support.

Le concours se déroulera du 1er juillet 2021 au 28 février 2022. Il y aura un nouveau thème chaque mois.

Jusqu'à dix heureux gagnants seront choisis chaque mois, ce qui signifie octobre, novembre, décembre 2021 ainsi que janvier et février 2022 !

Dall'11 al 25 ottobre sarà possibile iscriversi a DiscoverEU, l'iniziativa europea che offre la possibilità ai giovani diciottenni di vincere un pass per esplorare la diversità dell’Europa, apprezzarne la ricchezza culturale e fare nuove amicizie.

DiscoverEU è l’iniziativa dell’Unione europea, ora parte del programma Erasmus+, grazie alla quale si può ricevere un biglietto per esplorare l’Europa in treno, in compagnia o da soli.

Puoi partecipare se:
- hai 18 anni al momento della candidatura (in particolare per questo bando possono candidarsi ragazzi e ragazze nati/e tra il 1° gennaio 2004 e il 31 dicembre 2004)
- essere cittadino o residente legale a lungo termine* di uno dei seguenti paesi: uno degli Stati membri dell'Unione europea, compresi i paesi e territori d'oltremare (PTOM) o uno dei paesi terzi associati al programma Erasmus+: Islanda, Liechtenstein, Macedonia del Nord, Norvegia, Serbia e Turchia.

I partecipanti possono candidarsi come singoli o come gruppo di massimo 5 persone. Per i gruppi, dovrebbe essere nominato un capogruppo. Il leader del gruppo dovrà compilare il modulo di candidatura e rispondere a cinque domande a scelta multipla e una domanda sussidiaria; riceverà quindi un codice al momento della presentazione della domanda, che comunicherà ai membri del gruppo per consentire la loro registrazione. Sulla base del codice fornito dal capogruppo, i restanti membri del gruppo potranno quindi registrarsi online e inserire i propri dati personali. Tutti i membri del gruppo devono avere ugualmente 18 anni.

I giovani con bisogni speciali sono invitati a partecipare a DiscoverEU. Saranno aiutati con informazioni e suggerimenti, e potrebbero vedere coperti i costi dell'assistenza speciale (accompagnatore, cane per i non vedenti, ecc.).

Cum te poți înscrie

• dorești să devii ambasador al inițiativei DiscoverEU și să împărtășești experiențele tale de călătorie, de exemplu prin intermediul unor instrumente de social media precum Instagram, Facebook sau Twitter folosid hashtag-ul #DiscoverEU (dar poți, de asemenea, să faci o prezentare în cadrul școlii sau al comunității locale).

Participanții se pot înscrie individual sau ca membri ai unui grup de maximum 5 persoane. În cazul grupurilor trebuie desemnat un lider.

Lidera/ul grupului completează formularul de cerere și participanții răspund la întrebările din quiz și la întrebarea de departajare. În momentul în care trimite cererea, lidera/ul grupului va primi un cod pe care trebuie să îl comunice celorlalți membri ai grupului pentru a le permite să se înregistreze. Pe baza codului furnizat de lidera/ul grupului, ceilalți membri ai grupului se pot înregistra online și își pot completa datele personale. Toți membrii grupului trebuie să aibă vârsta de 18 ani și să aibă reședința legală într-una dintre țările eligibile DiscoverEU.

Înscrieri

Aplicațiile trebuie să fie înregistrate prin Portalul European pentru Tineret. 

Participanții trebui să răspundă la 5 întrebări cu variante multiple de răspuns și la o întrebare de departajare.

Fiecare candidat selectat are dreptul la un permis de călătorie cu o valoare de 273.35 de euro. Călătoria cu trenul va fi doar la clasa a 2-a.

Participanții selectați vor avea acces la o aplicație mobilă care găsește sugestii pentru a-și planifica călătoria și vor primi un card de reduceri digitale DiscoverEU pentru o serie de reduceri și beneficii în toate țările programului Erasmus+.

Tinerii cu nevoi speciale sunt invitați să participe la inițiativa DiscoverEU. Ei vor fi primi sprijin și ajutor individual.

The partnership between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth is seeking researchers to join the Pool of European Youth Researchers (PEYR) to provide research, advice and perspective on youth policy and practice strategies and approaches when requested by the partner institutions, their partnership and other relevant actors in the youth field.

The Pool of European Youth Researchers (PEYR) is a unique initiative on the European level and represents a contribution of both the Council of Europe and the European Commission to evidence based policy-making in the field of youth.
PEYR is used by both the European Commission and the Council of Europe, but is also open to any other interested stakeholder as a source of expertise and knowledge on youth.

Mission
The mission of the PEYR is to contribute to improving knowledge about young people in Europe, European policy and practice in the field of youth through providing research, advice, analysis and perspectives on youth policy and youth work strategies under the guidance and coordination of EUCouncil of Europe youth partnership.

Composition
The PEYR is composed of up to 35 members, as deemed necessary to carry out its mission and strive for supporting youth research development in under-represented regions in Europe. Besides providing expertise on demand, PEYR members also meet once a year to discuss broader issues connected to youth research and provide input to policy initiatives of the two partner institutions.
Members of PEYR are appointed for a first term of 1 year, renewable for a maximum of 3 years.

PEYR wird sowohl von der Europäischen Kommission als auch vom Europarat genutzt, steht aber auch allen anderen interessierten Stakeholdern als Quelle von Expertise und Wissen im Jugendbereich offen.

Auftrag
Die Aufgabe des PEYR besteht darin, zur Verbesserung des Wissens über junge Menschen in Europa sowie über die europäische Politik und Praxis im Jugendbereich beizutragen, indem es unter der Leitung und Koordination der Jugendpartnerschaft des Europarates Forschung, Beratung, Analysen und Perspektiven zu Strategien der Jugendpolitik und Jugendarbeit anbietet.

Zusammensetzung
Das PEYR setzt sich aus bis zu 35 Mitgliedern zusammen, je nachdem, was zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgabe und zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung der Jugendforschung in unterrepräsentierten Regionen in Europa für notwendig erachtet wird. Neben der Bereitstellung von Fachwissen auf Anfrage treffen sich die PEYR-Mitglieder auch einmal im Jahr, um umfassendere Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Jugendforschung zu erörtern und Beiträge zu politischen Initiativen der beiden Partnerinstitutionen zu leisten.
Die Mitglieder des PEYR werden für eine erste Amtszeit von 1 Jahr ernannt, die um maximal 3 Jahre verlängert werden kann.

Wie man sich bewirbt
Interessierte Forscherinnen und Forscher werden gebeten, das Bewerbungsformular auszufüllen und ihren Lebenslauf sowie einen Nachweis über ihre jüngsten Arbeiten in englischer Sprache vorzulegen.

Az Európai Bizottság és az Európa Tanács ifjúságpolitika terén folytatott partnersége kutatókat keres arra, hogy csatlakozzanak az Európai Ifjúságkutatók Csoportjához (Pool of European Youth Researchers - PEYR), hogy kutatást, tanácsokat és perspektívát nyújtsanak az ifjúságpolitikával és a gyakorlati stratégiákkal és megközelítésekkel kapcsolatban, ezzel támogatva a partnerintézményeket, az ő partnereiket és az ifjúsági terület más releváns szereplőit.

A PEYR egy egyedi kezdeményezés európai szinten, és egyúttal megtestesíti az Európa Tanács és az Európai Bizottság tényeken alapuló ifjúságpoltikáját.  
A PEYR elsősorban az Európai Bizottság és az Európa Tanács munkáját támogatja, ugyanakkor nyitott azon döntéhozók felé is, akik az ifjúsággal kapcsolatos tudás szakmai forrásai lehetnek.

A misszió
A PEYR missziója, hogy hozzájáruljon az európai fiatalokról, európai ifjúsági szakpolitkákról és gyakorlatokról szerzett tudás fejlesztéséhez, bővítéséhez az ifjúsági szakpolitikákkal és az ifjúsági munka stratégiáival kapcsolatos kutatásai, tanácsai és elemzései által. Mindez az Európa Tanács koordinálása alatt zajlik.

A felépítés
A PEYR 35 tagból áll, akik a missziójuk megvalósítását fontosnak tartják, és törekednek az ifjúságkutatás támogatására azon európai régiókban, ahol a kutatás ezen területe alulreprezentált. Napi szakmai munka mellett, a PEYR tagok évente egyszer találkoznak, hogy megvitassák az ifjúságkutatás nagyobb, szerteágazó ügyeit, így hozzájárulva a két partnerintézmény politikai kezdeményezéseihez.
A PEYR tagjait 1 évre jelölik, amely maximum 3 évre megújítható.

Hogyan lehet jelentkezni?
Az érdeklődő kutatóknak ki kell tölteniük a jelentkezési lapot, csatolni kell az önéletrajzukat, és igazolniuk kell angol nyelvismeretüket.

Pe lângă furnizarea de expertiză la cerere, membrii PEYR se întâlnesc o dată pe an pentru a discuta aspecte mai largi legate de cercetarea în domeniul tineretului și pentru a contribui la inițiativele politice ale celor două instituții partenere.

Membrii PEYR sunt numiți pentru un mandat de 1 an, care poate fi reînnoit pentru maximum 3 ani.

The Pool of European Youth Researchers (PEYR) is a unique initiative on the European level and represents a contribution of both the Council of Europe and the European Commission to evidence based policy-making in the field of youth. Time to Move campaign is a collection of online and physical events organised by the Eurodesk network all over Europe through the month of October to connect with the European youth and to promote mobility opportunities for young people. 

For this contest Eurodesk is inviting young people between 13 and 30 years old and from one of the eligible countries to design a Time to Move t-shirt that best represents the theme of this year: “Travelling across Europe”. 
 

How does it work
For the design, you can create an illustration digitally, draw by hand on paper, use only text, or choose any other technique. After submitting your design on the online application, have your friends vote for you in order to have the chance to win.

Prizes​
There will be 8 winners:
- Five contestants with the most public votes will receive the Public Voting Winner prize
- Three final winners will be selected by the Eurodesk Network, will receive the Eurodesk Prize, and will see their designs printed on t-shirts and merchandise next year.
- All of the winners will also receive goodies and valuable prizes.

Die Kampagne "Time to Move" ist eine Sammlung von Veranstaltungen, die von Eurodesk in ganz Europa im Oktober organisiert werden, um Mobilitätsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen zu fördern. Als Reaktion auf die COVID-19-Pandemie wurden viele Aktivitäten online verlegt, um die Gesundheit und Sicherheit aller zu gewährleisten.
Für diese Kampagne lädt Eurodesk junge Menschen zwischen 13 und 30 Jahren aus einem der teilnahmeberechtigten Länder ein, ein Time to Move-Themen-T-Shirt zu entwerfen, das den Geist der Kampagne am besten repräsentiert, es mit Eurodesk zu teilen und die Chance zu haben, mit einem 1-jährigen Skillshare-Premium-Abonnement etwas Neues zu lernen!

Wie funktioniert es?
Für den Entwurf können sie ein Foto machen, eine Illustration digital erstellen, von Hand auf Papier zeichnen, nur Text verwenden oder eine andere Technik wählen.

En el marco del Año Europeo de los Ciudadanos 2013, Eurodesk ha lanzado el Concurso de Carteles Right2move.
Los jóvenes de 18 a 30 años de edad, ciudadanos de uno de los 33 países de la Red Eurodesk, que hayan participado o participen en algún programa europeo de movilidad como por ejemplo: Erasmus , Juventud en Acción, Leonardo da Vinci ... están invitados a responder a la pregunta "¿Cómo ha influido right2move en tus sentimientos como
ciudadano europeo? "En formato de póster.

Cada concursante podrá presentar un solo cartel (tamaño mínimo 200KB-máximo tamaño de 5MB) y deberá escribir un título breve que describa la experiencia a la que se refiere el cartel.
Los pósters subidos deben tener un tamaño máximo de 2040 x 2048 píxeles y pueden estar en formato, jpg,. gif, png. y bmp.
Los pósters deben ser presentados en la página de Eurodesk en Facebook.

Do you have a vision for the future of Europe that you would like to share? Are you a young person aged 13-19 and living in an EU member state or a candidate country? If so, take part in the EnTrust Creative Contest and share your vision in a creative format. This could be a drawing, painting, or photograph that represents your vision. If a visual submission is not accessible to you, written submissions like essays or opinion pieces are also accepted.

Eligibility

The content is open to anyone between the ages of 13-19 at the time of submission living in any of the EU member states and candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia). 

How to apply

You need to submit your vision for the future of Europe in a visual format: a photograph, a digital work of art, a painting, a collage, or use any other visual medium. This can relate to anything from diversity and equality to sustainability and climate action. You can upload as many relevant entries as you want to increase your chances of winning. You can enter either as an individual or in a group. All visual submissions must be accompanied by a short text (in English) giving some background to the image. An English translation of any text used in the image should also be included.

Prizes

Three winners will be invited to Brussels in January 2024 to attend an awards ceremony and visit the EU institutions. All travel costs for winners will be covered, as well as for parents/guardians where necessary.

The WSA (World Summit Awards) Young Innovators is a special recognition for young social entrepreneurs under 26 years of age, using ICTs to take action on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

Together with the WSA winners of each year, they are honoured as outstanding digital innovation with social impact.

From 2020 on, EYA (European Youth Award) becomes part of WSA to foster social sustainable impact, offer support and wider opportunities for young digital entrepreneurs globally.

Eligibility criteria

• the participation in the WSA Young Innovators is open to any entrepreneur, company, student group or project team from UN and UNESCO member states 
• at least one of the founding members and the majority of the team must be under the age of 26 (born on or after 1 January 1997)

• submissions for the WSA Young Innovators can contain all mobile and web-based projects, such as: apps, web pages, applications for wearables, kiosk installations, SMS based products, games and interactive productions (there is no limitation regarding the platforms or channels the projects work with)

Le Prix du sommet mondial (WSA) pour les jeunes innovateurs est une reconnaissance spéciale pour les jeunes entrepreneurs de moins de 26 ans, qui utilisent les TIC pour mettre en œuvre des actions en lien avec les objectifs de développement durable (ODD) des Nations Unies.

Accompagnés par les précédents lauréats du WSA, ils sont récompensés pour leur remarquable innovation numérique à l’impact social.  

Depuis 2020, le Prix de la Jeunesse européenne (EYA) a rejoint le Prix du sommet mondial (WSA) pour encourager l’impact social et environnemental, proposer un soutien et de plus grandes opportunités pour les jeunes entrepreneurs numériques du monde entier.

Critères d’éligibilité 

• La participation au Le Prix du sommet mondial (WSA) pour les jeunes innovateurs est ouverte à tous les entrepreneurs, les entreprises, les groupes d’étudiants et les projets d’équipes des Etats membres des Nations Unies.

• Au moins un des membres fondateurs et la majorité des membres de l’équipe doivent avoir moins de 26 ans (être né, au plus tôt, le 1er janvier 1995).

Comment postuler

• Postuler à l’aide du formulaire de candidature en ligne

• Les soumissions pour le WSA Jeunes innovateurs peut contenir des projets web et mobiles tels que des applis, pages web, applications pour portables, installations de kiosques, SMS basés sur les produits, jeux et productions interactives (il n’y a pas de limites concernant les plateformes ou les chaînes)

• Toutes les soumissions doivent être des produits terminés (aucun  brouillons, idées ou projets non aboutis ne seront acceptés)

• Toutes les informations renseignées dans le formulaire de candidature doivent être en anglais

Der WSA (World Summit Awards) Young Innovators ist eine besondere Anerkennung für junge Sozialunternehmer unter 26 Jahren, die IKT nutzen, um Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Ziele der Vereinten Nationen für nachhaltige Entwicklung (UN SDGs) zu ergreifen.
Zusammen mit den WSA-Preisträgern jedes Jahres werden sie als herausragende digitale Innovation mit sozialer Wirkung geehrt.
Ab 2020 wird der EYA (Europäischer Jugendpreis) Teil des WSA, um eine sozial nachhaltige Wirkung zu fördern, Unterstützung und breitere Möglichkeiten für junge digitale Unternehmer weltweit anzubieten.

Kriterien für die Teilnahmeberechtigung
- die Teilnahme am WSA Junge Innovatoren steht allen Unternehmern, Unternehmen, Studentengruppen oder Projektteams aus UN-Mitgliedsstaaten offen
- Mindestens eines der Gründungsmitglieder und die Mehrheit des Teams müssen unter 26 Jahre alt sein (geboren am oder nach dem 1. Januar 1995)

Wie man sich bewirbt
- über das Online-Bewerbungsformular
- Einreichungen für die WSA Young Innovators können alle mobilen und webbasierten Projekte enthalten, wie z.B.: Apps, Webseiten, Anwendungen für Wearables, Kiosk-Installationen, SMS-basierte Produkte, Spiele und interaktive Produktionen (es gibt keine Beschränkung bezüglich der Plattformen oder Kanäle, mit denen die Projekte arbeiten)
- alle Einreichungen müssen entwickelte Produkte sein (es können keine Entwürfe, Ideen oder unvollendete Projekte angenommen werden)
- alle im Antragsformular eingegebenen Informationen müssen auf Englisch sein.

A világszintű World Summit Youth Award (WSYA) elnyeréséért indított pályázat keretében fiatalok tervezhetnek online vagy mobilos felületeket a legsürgetőbb globális problémák megoldása érdekében.

A kezdeményezés olyan inspiráló internetes tartalom megtervezésére ad lehetőséget harminc évnél fiatalabb tervezők és e-tartalom készítők számára, amely elősegítheti az ENSZ Fenntartható Fejlődés Céljainak (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs) népszerűsítését és megvalósítását. A Wourld Summit Youth Award díjazza az e-tartalom és technológiai kreativitás területén megjelenő hasznos gyakorlatokat; bemutatja, miként tudnak a fiatalok kiemelkedő digitális tartalmat létrehozni; valamint az ENSZ tagállamaiból érkezők számára közös munkafelületként is szolgál.

A munkák a következő hat kategóriához kapcsolódóan készülhetnek:

1. A szegénység, éhezés és járványok elleni küzdelem

2. Mindenki számára elérhetővé tehető oktatás

3. Nők előrelépése

4. Zölddé válás, környezetváltozás

5. Digitális generáció

6. A fenntartható fejlődés célok innovációja

Jelentkezési feltételek

• A projekteket 2014. január 1-je után kell megvalósítani (a korábban megvalósított projektek vagy termékek esetében a pályázóknak dokumentálnia kell, az elkészültük utáni időszakban milyen jelentősebb változások és/vagy fejlesztések és/vagy kiegészítések történtek).

• A projekben 30 évnél fiatalabb (1986. január 1-je után született), ENSZ illetve UNESCO tagországban élő személyek vehetnek részt.

• A leadás időpontjakor a projekteknek vagy termékeknek teljes mértékben működnie kell.

• A munkáknak az interneten is elérhetőnek kell lennie.

• A projektekben nem fordulhat elő sértő vagy plágiumgyanús tartalom, és arra felhatalmazott személy vehet részt azok kivitelezésében.

• Egy pályázó abban az esetben adhat be több pályamunkát, ha mindegyik projektet/terméket külön regisztrál.

Díjak:

Minden kategóriában hirdetnek győztest, és emellett kategóriánként legfeljebb három főt díjaznak még.

A győztesek a World Summit Youth Award (WSYA) győzelmi ünnepségén bemutathatják a megtervezett internetes felületeket.

A jelentkezés menete

• A projekteket egy Youthaward Követ vagy egy korábbi győztes bírálja el. Amennyiben a projektet megfelelőnek ítélik, automatikusan bekerül a második fordulóba.

• A jelentkezők munkáikat a Youthaward adatbázisába tölthetik fel. A projekteket az első körben elbírálják, majd a kategóriánként legjobbnak ítélt projektek versenyeznek tovább.

Dal 2020 in poi, l'EYA (European Youth Award) diventa parte del WSA per promuovere l'impatto sociale sostenibile, offrire supporto e maggiori opportunità per i giovani imprenditori digitali a livello globale.

Criteri di ammissibilità

-le candidature per il WSA Young Innovators possono contenere tutti i progetti mobili e basati sul web, come: app, pagine web, applicazioni per wearables, installazioni per chioschi, prodotti basati su SMS, giochi e produzioni interattive (non ci sono limitazioni riguardo alle piattaforme o ai canali con cui i progetti lavorano)
-tutti i prodotti devono essere già stati lanciati (non si accettano bozze, idee o progetti non finiti)
-tutte le informazioni inserite nel modulo di domanda devono essere in inglese

Os Prémios Juventude da Cimeira Mundial (WSYA) convidam uma vez mais jovens designers, criadores de conteúdos eletrónicos, escritores e bloggers de todo o mundo para participarem com os seus projetos numa competição internacional de multimédia:  usando a internet e telemóveis para colocar os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milénio (ODM) em Ação! Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Os Prémios Juventude da Cimeira Mundial selecionam e promovem as melhores práticas em e-content e criatividade tecnológica, demonstram o potencial dos jovem para criar excelentes conteúdos digitais e servem como uma plataforma para as pessoas de todos os estados membros da ONU trabalharem juntos nos esforços para reduzir a pobreza e a fome, e para combater a falta de cuidados de saúde, a desigualdade de gênero, a falta de educação, a falta de acesso a água potável e a degradação ambiental.

Critérios de elegibilidade:
 - Os projetos tem de estar concluidos à data de 01 de janeiro de 2012 (um produto, projeto ou aplicação que tenha sido submetido anteriormente deverá documentar quais as alterações ou melhorias introduzidas e/ou adições feitas no periodo depois);
 - Os projetos devem ter sido elaborados e executados por jovens com menos de 30 anos (data de nascimento 01.01.1984);
 - Os produtos devem ser totalmente funcionais e operacionais aquando da submissão da candidatura;
 - Os produtos devem ser acessiveis através da Internet;
-  As submissões devem ser isentas de comentários ofensivos e/ou conteúdos plagiados e devem ser executados por uma pessoa autorizada; 
 - Em caso de candidaturas múltiplas de um mesmo candidato, cada produto, projeto ou aplicação requer um registo e um recibo separados.

Prémio:
Em cada categoria haverá três vencedores e dois vice-campeões.
Será dado aos vencedores a oportunidade de mostrarem sua plataforma na cerimónia Prémio Cimeira Mundial da Juventude (WSYA) lugar e data a definir.

WSA (World Summit Awards) – Tineri inovatori reprezintă o recunoaștere specială pentru tineri antreprenori sociali cu vârsta sub 26 de ani, care utilizând tehnologia informației și a comunicațiilor (TIC) acționează pentru atingerea Obiectivelor de Dezvoltare Durabilă ale Organizației Națiunilor Unite (ODD ale ONU).

Împreună cu câștigătorii WSA din fiecare an, aceștia sunt recunoscuți pentru inovații digitale remarcabile cu impact social.

Din 2020, EYA (European Youth Award – Premiul European pentru Tineret) devine parte a WSA pentru a încuraja impactul social durabil, pentru a oferi sprijin și mai multe oportunități pentru tineri antreprenori în domeniul digital la nivel global.

Criterii de eligibilitate

• participarea la WSA – Tineri inovatori este deschisă pentru antreprenori, companii, grupuri de studenți sau echipe de proiect din statele membre ONU și UNESCO
• cel puțin unul dintre membrii fondatori și majoritatea membrilor echipei trebuie să aibă vârsta sub 26 de ani (născut la sau după 1 ianuarie 1997)

Cum poți candida

• prin completarea și trimiterea formularului de candidatură online      
• materialele trimise pentru WSA - Tineri inovatori pot fi proiecte pentru dispozitive mobile și web, cum ar fi: aplicații, pagini web, aplicații pentru dispozitive portabile, instalații de tip chioșc de informare, produse bazate pe SMS, jocuri și producții interactive (nu există nicio limitare privind platformele sau canalele cu care lucrează proiectele)
• toate proiectele trimise trebuie să fie produse lansate (nu pot fi acceptate proiecte în stadiu de pregătire, idei sau proiecte neterminate)
• toate informațiile incluse în formularul de candidatură trebuie să fie în limba engleză

El Premio de la Cumbre Mundial de Juventud es un concurso global para iniciativas online o a través de móviles que tiene como fin incrementar la concienciación y ayudar a resolver los asuntos globales más tensos. Por ello, se invita a jóvenes diseñadores y creadores de contenidos digitales (por debajo de los 30) de todo el mundo a desarrollar un contenido creativo de Internet que promueva los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio.

El Premio de la Cumbre selecciona y promueve las mejores prácticas de creatividad tecnológica y contenido digital, demuestra el potencial de los jóvenes para crear contenidos digitales y sirve de plataforma para que las personas de todos los estados miembros de las Naciones Unidas trabajen juntos.

Las propuestas deben enmarcarse dentro de una de las seis categorías:
1.Lucha contra la pobreza, el hambre y la enfermedad.
2.Educación para todos.
3.Poder 2 mujer.
4.Crea tu cultura
5.Respeto del medio ambiente.
6.Persigue la verdad

Criterios de elegibilidad:
-Los proyectos deben ser completados después del 1 de enero de 2012 (para los proyectos o productos terminados con anterioridad, los solicitantes tendrán que documentar cualquier alteración, mejora o cambio que hayan hecho en un periodo posterior).
-Los proyectos deben iniciarse y ejecutarse por un joven por debajo de 30 años (nacido después del 1 de enero de 1984).
-Los productos deberán ser funcionales y estar plenamente operativos cuando se presenten.
-Las solicitudes deberán estar libres de ofensas o contenido plagiado y se deberán realizar por una persona autorizada.
-En el caso de múltiples participaciones del mismo participante, cada producto, proyecto o aplicación requiere un registro separado.

Premio:
En cada una de las categorías habrá tres ganadores y hasta tres finalistas. Los ganadores tendrán la oportunidad de mostrar su plataforma en el evento de entrega del Premio de la Cumbre Mundial de Juventud,
