La Fondazione Heinrich Böll ogni anno mette a disposizione borse di studio per circa 1.000 laureandi, laureati e dottorandi di tutte le discipline, di tutte le nazionalità, che studiano presso università, università di scienze applicate (“Fachhochschulen”) o università delle arti (“Kunsthochschulen”).

Zu den verwandten Disziplinen gehören: Internationale Beziehungen, Politikwissenschaft, Soziologie, Landeskunde, Geographie, Philosophie, Kunstgeschichte, Theologie, Klassische Philologie, Moderne Sprachen und Literatur. Los programas intensivos que son ofrecidos versan sobre la integración europea, con especial énfasis en el derecho, la economía, la política y las ciencias sociales. 

La Comisión Europea ofrece un gran número de becas a los graduados universitarios procedentes de países dentro de la Política Europea de Vecindad para estudios de postgrado en el Colegio de Europa durante el curso académico 2014-2015.

Las becas cubrirán los gastos académicos, alojamiento, comidas y gastos de viaje.

The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) provides the general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities a higher education institution (HEI) may carry out within the Erasmus+ Programme.

The award of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education is a pre-requisite for all higher education institutions (HEIs) located in one of the countries listed below and want to apply and participate in learning mobility of individuals, cooperation for innovation and good practices among organisations and institutions and/or support to policy development projects under the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Programme.

For HEIs located in third countries not associated to the Programme, the ECHE is not required, and the quality framework will be established through inter-institutional agreements between HEIs.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

Eligible applicants

Recognised HEIs established in one of the following countries are eligible to apply for an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education:

- the Member States of the European Union,

- third countries associated to the Programme, under the conditions set out in the legal basis (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia)

- Western Balkans third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Montenegro.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

The National Authorities will designate, among the applicants, the Higher Education Institutions to be considered eligible to participate in learning mobility of individuals and/or cooperation for innovation and good practices under the Programme, in their respective territories.

Die Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung (ECHE) bildet den allgemeinen Qualitätsrahmen für europäische und internationale Kooperationsaktivitäten, die eine Hochschuleinrichtung im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ durchführen kann.

Die Verleihung einer Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung ist eine Voraussetzung für alle Hochschuleinrichtungen mit Sitz in einem der unten aufgeführten Länder, die sich im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ 2021-2027 für Projekte der Lernmobilität von Einzelpersonen, der innovativen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Organisationen und Einrichtungen und/oder der Strategieentwicklung bewerben und beteiligen möchten.

Für Hochschuleinrichtungen in Drittstaaten, die nicht mit dem Programm assoziiert sind, ist die ECHE nicht erforderlich, und der Qualitätsrahmen wird durch interinstitutionelle Vereinbarungen zwischen den Hochschuleinrichtungen festgelegt. Die Charta wird für die gesamte Laufzeit des Programms verliehen.

Förderfähige Antragsteller

Anerkannte Hochschuleinrichtungen mit Sitz in einem der folgenden Länder können sich um eine Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung bewerben:

- Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union,

- mit dem Programm assoziierte Drittstaaten unter den in der Rechtsgrundlage festgelegten Bedingungen (Island, Norwegen, Liechtenstein, Türkei, Nordmazedonien und Serbien)

- Westliche Balkan-Drittländer, die nicht mit dem Programm Erasmus+ assoziiert sind: Albanien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo und Montenegro.

Die nationalen Behörden benennen unter den Antragstellern die Hochschuleinrichtungen, die für die Teilnahme am Projekt Lernmobilität und/oder der Zusammenarbeit für Innovation und bewährte Verfahren im Rahmen des Programms in ihrem jeweiligen Land in Frage kommen.

Carta se acordă pentru întreaga durată a programului.

Candidați eligibili

Instituțiile de învățământ superior recunoscute, stabilite într-una dintre următoarele țări, sunt eligibile pentru a solicita o Cartă Universitară Erasmus:

• statele membre ale Uniunii Europene,
• țările terțe asociate la program, în condițiile stabilite în temeiul temeiului juridic (Islanda, Norvegia, Liechtenstein, Turcia, Macedonia de Nord și Serbia)
• țările terțe din Balcanii de Vest care nu sunt asociate la Programul Erasmus+: Albania, Bosnia și Herțegovina, Kosovo și Muntenegru.

Carta se acordă pe întreaga durată a programului.

Autoritățile naționale vor desemna, printre candidați, instituțiile de învățământ superior care pot fi considerate eligibile pentru a se implica în activități de mobilitate a persoanelor în scop educational și/sau cooperare pentru inovare și bune practici în cadrul programului, în teritoriile lor.

The European Commission is encouraging European enterprises to penetrate the Japanese market. To this end it has put in place various promotional activities to further European exports to Japan and to maximise business opportunities there.

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation organises:

Training programmes for EU managers (2 weeks):

- Get Ready for Japan HRTP (17-21 June 2024 online and 8-12 July 2024 optional in person) - provides an in-depth understanding of how to do business in Japan. It is targeted at EU young entrepreneurs who have a major role in defining and implementing their small medium enterprise’s policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or come from companies intending to supply Japanese companies or wish to learn about management practices and technological developments in Japan. 

Deadline: 25 April 2024.

The candidate must:

- be a citizen of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;

- be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;

- have a reasonable command of English;

- be a manager or an executive from an industrial company;

- have proven experience in industry.

All participants cover their travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan, including accommodation.

The EU-Japan Centre covers all training-related costs such as speakers' fees, room rental, transfers for company visits, etc for participants from SMEs.

Participants need to pay a deposit of €1000 to guarantee attendance at all meetings, seminars and company visits. This deposit is refunded within 8 weeks after the mission and upon participant's completion of the post-event questionnaire. Participants will also benefit from a €1200 grant that will be paid within 2 weeks after the mission. 

World Class Manufacturing WMC (five days)

This training is organised twice a year (spring and autumn session)

The WMC for EU managers with knowledge of WMC and an engineering background - to assist EU companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually take costs out of their manufacturing, constantly innovating using "KAIZEN" manufacturing methods (continuous improvement), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and "TQM" (Total Quality Management) practices.

Deadline: 12 October 2023 (Spring session to take place on 11-15 March 2024).

• Target participants are:
• managers and directors from industrial companies;
• good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher);
• be nationals of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
• must be supported by their employer through a signed letter and be able to participate in the entire programme;
• must have a good command of English;
• should be an employee/team leader involved in engineering methods or production/service strategy or production control or with experience in operations management;
• should have knowledge and practice of production methods of excellence.

Costs

The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the WMC mission. Participants will have to cover their travel and accommodation costs. Participants must pay a deposit of €1000 to guarantee the place on the mission but it will be refunded to SME participants. SME participants will also benefit from a €600 grant that will be paid within 2 weeks after the mission.

Comisia Europeană încurajează întreprinderile europene să pătrundă pe piaţa japoneză. Având acest obiectiv, CE a lansat diferite activităţi promoţionale pentru a mări numărul exporturilor europene în Japonia şi de a maximiza oportunităţile de afaceri de acolo.

Centrul UE-Japonia pentru cooperare industrială organizează:

Programe de stagii pentru manageri din UE (2 săptămâni)

- Get Ready for Japan HRTP (17 -21 iunie 2024 online și 8 -12 iulie 2024 opțional în persoană) – scopul este explorarea în detaliu a practicilor în afaceri. Se adresează managerilor din UE care joacă un rol important în definirea şi implementarea politicilor companiilor lor, în relaţie cu Japonia, care urmează să fie transferaţi în Japonia, care vin din companii care intenționează să devină furnizori pentru companii japoneze sau care vor să fie informaţi despre practicile de management și dezvoltarea tehnologică din această ţară.

Termen limită: 25 aprilie 2024

Candidatul trebuie:

• să fie cetățean al unui stat membru al UE sau al unei țări partenere COSME;
• să lucreze pentru o companie care este deținută > 50% într-o țara UE sau parteneră COSME;
• să lucreze pentru o organizație care are persoanalitate juridică într-o țără UE sau parteneră COSME;
• să fie sprijinit de angajatorul lui și să poată participa la întregul program;
• să cunoască bine limba engleză;
• să fie manager sau director într-o companie industrială;
• să aibă experiență dovedită în industrie.

Centrul UE-Japonia acoperă toate costurile legate de formare, cum ar fi onorariile vorbitorilor, închirierea sălii, transferurile pentru vizitele la întreprinderi etc. pentru participanții din IMM-uri.

Participanții trebuie să plătească un avans de 1 000 de euro pentru a garanta participarea la toate reuniunile, seminariile și vizitele la întreprinderi. Acest depozit este rambursat în termen de 8 săptămâni după misiune și după ce participantul completează chestionarul post-eveniment. Participanții vor beneficia, de asemenea, de o bursă de 1 200 de euro, care va fi transmisă în termen de 2 săptămâni după misiune. 

World Class Manufacturing WMC (cinci zile)

Această formare este organizată de două ori pe an (sesiunea de primăvară și cea de toamnă)

WMC pentru managerii din UE care au cunoștințe de WMC și o pregătire în domeniul ingineriei - pentru a ajuta companiile din UE să înțeleagă mai bine modul în care companiile japoneze reduc în mod continuu costurile de producție, inovând în mod constant cu ajutorul metodelor de producție "KAIZEN" (îmbunătățire continuă), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) și "TQM" (Total Quality Management).

Termen limită: 12 octombrie 2023 (sesiunea de primăvară va avea loc în perioada 11-15 martie 2024).

Participanții vizați sunt:

• manageri și directori din întreprinderi industriale;
• cunoștințe bune de limba engleză (nivel B2 sau superior);
• să fie cetățeni ai unui stat membru al UE sau ai unei țări partenere COSME;
• trebuie să fie susținuți de angajatorul lor printr-o scrisoare semnată și să poată participa la întregul program;
• trebuie să aibă o bună cunoaștere a limbii engleze;
• trebuie să fie un angajat/șef de echipă implicat în metode inginerești sau în strategia de producție/servicii sau în controlul producției sau cu experiență în managementul operațiunilor;
• trebuie să aibă cunoștințe și să practice metode de producție de excelență.

Costuri

Centrul UE-Japonia acoperă toate costurile legate direct de misiunea WMC. Participanții vor trebui să își acopere costurile de călătorie și de cazare. Participanții trebuie să plătească un avans de 1 000 de euro pentru a garanta locul în cadrul misiunii, dar acesta va fi rambursat participanților IMM. Participanții IMM vor beneficia, de asemenea, de o subvenție de 600 de euro care va fi plătită în termen de 2 săptămâni după misiune.

Perfil de los participantes:

The European Commission is encouraging European enterprises to penetrate the Japanese market, and it has put in place various promotional activities to further European exports to Japan and to maximise business opportunities there.

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation, which was established in Tokyo in 1987 and in Brussels in 1996, organises several different programmes.

Training programmes for EU managers (2 weeks)

Get Ready for Japan provides an in-depth understanding of how to do business in Japan. It is targeted at EU managers who have a major role in defining and implementing their company’s policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or come from companies intending to supply Japanese companies or wish to learn about management practices and technological developments in Japan.

Candidates must:
- be a citizen of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
- work for a company that is > 50% EU or COSME partnering country owned;
- work for an organisation that is an EU or COSME partnering country juridical person;
- be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;
- have a reasonable command of English;
- be a manager or an executive from an industrial company;
- have proven experience in industry.

All participants cover their travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan, including accommodation. The EU-Japan Centre covers all training-related costs such as speakers' fees, room rental, transfers for company visits, etc. for participants from SMEs.

Participants from SMEs need to pay a deposit of €1200 to guarantee attendance at all meetings, seminars and company visits. This deposit is refunded within 8 weeks after the mission and upon participant's completion of the post-event questionnaire. 

Participants from non-SMEs pay a small tuition fee of €1200  covering all training-related costs.

World Class Manufacturing WMC (five days)

For EU managers and for EU senior executives - to assist EU companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually take costs out of their manufacturing, constantly innovating using "KAIZEN" manufacturing methods (continuous improvement), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and "TQM" (Total Quality Management) practices.

Target participants are:

• managers from industrial companies;
• minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in industry
• good knowledge of English;
• be nationals of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
• must work for a company that is > 50% EU or COSME partnering country owned;
• must work for an organisation that is an EU or COSME partnering country juridical person;
• must be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;
• must have a good command of English;
• should be an employee/team leader involved in engineering methods or production/service strategy or production control or with experience in operations management;
• should have knowledge and practice of production methods of excellence.

The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the mission (i.e.lectures, seminars and transportation costs during group field trips). The participant's company is expected to cover the participant's travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan (including accommodation).

For SMEs participation is free. On top, SMEs benefit from a €600 but absences during the course may lead to deductions amounting to 120 EUR/day. SMEs must pay a 100% refundable deposit of €1,000 to guarantee the place on the course. The deposit will be refunded within 8 weeks after the course.

Non-SMEs must pay a non-refundable contribution of €1,000 towards the costs incurred by the EU-Japan Centre in relation to the company's participation.

Each year, DG Interpretation (SCIC) provides bursaries to students accepted for full-time postgraduate conference interpreting training at recognized universities.

Eligibility

• Be a national of an EU Member State or a candidate country;
• Be enrolled or intending to enroll in a master's/postgraduate degree in conference interpreting;
• Need/have paid the 2024/2025 enrolment fee for their course;
• Be registered in one of the active languages: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Maltese, Portuguese, Slovak or Slovene

or

• Be registered in one of the active language in your course with a retour into English, French or German: Estonian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish or Swedish.
• Passive languages and/or retour languages must be in line with the preferential profiles as published here.

Bursary amount: EUR 3 000.

Die Studienstipendien der GD stehen Studierenden aller Fachrichtungen zur Verfügung, die für einen Vollzeit-Aufbaustudiengang im Konferenzdolmetschen zugelassen sind, der von einer anerkannten Universität oder Hochschuleinrichtung angeboten wird. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss erhalten Sie eine Qualifikation, die Sie befähigt, als professioneller Konferenzdolmetscher sowohl konsekutiv als auch simultan zu arbeiten.
 

Kriterien:

• Sie sind Staatsangehörige/r eines EU-Mitgliedstaates oder eines der Beitrittsländer (Albanien, Republik Nordmazedonien, Montenegro, Serbien oder Türkei);
• Sie haben bereits einen Hochschulabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation oder befinden sich im letzten Jahr eines Studiengangs, der zu einem Hochschulabschluss oder einer gleichwertigen Qualifikation führt,
• Sie haben sich für einen vollständigen Master-/Aufbaustudiengang im Konferenzdolmetschen beworben, der für das Jahr 2021/2022 von einer anerkannten Universität oder Hochschuleinrichtung angeboten wird, oder beabsichtigen, sich dafür zu bewerben. Bei Studiengängen, die länger als ein Jahr dauern, sind nur Studierende im letzten Studienjahr förderfähig, und

Wie man sich bewirbt

A tolmácsolási főigazgatóság tanulmányi ösztöndíjait minden szakterület hallgatói igénybe vehetik, akiket felvettek egy elismert egyetem vagy egyetemi szintű intézmény által kínált, konferenciatolmácsolással kapcsolatos teljes idejű posztgraduális képzésre. Sikeres elvégzése esetén ez a képzés olyan képesítést eredményez, amely tanúsítja, hogy képes hivatásos konferenciatolmácsként dolgozni mind konszekutív, mind szinkrontolmácsként.

Criteria:

• you are a national of an EU Member State or of one of the candidate countries (Albania, The Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia or Turkey);
• you already have a university degree or equivalent qualification, or are in the final year of a course leading to a university degree or equivalent qualification,
• you have applied or intend to apply for a full Master/postgraduate course in conference interpreting offered for the year 2023/2024 by a recognised university or university-level institution. For courses that last more than one year, only final year students will be eligible, and
• you need to pay/have paid a tuition fee for the academic year 2023/2024 (= final year of your Master/Postgraduate course). Please note that you are not eligible to apply if your Master/postgraduate course is free of charge,

Ogni anno, la Direzione generale dell'Interpretazione (DG Interpretazione, nota anche come SCIC) offre una serie di borse di studio. Le borse di studio della DG Interpretazione sono disponibili per gli studenti di tutte le discipline che sono stati accettati per un corso di formazione post-laurea a tempo pieno in interpretazione di conferenza offerto da un'università riconosciuta o da un istituto di livello universitario. Se completato con successo, questo corso porterà a una qualifica che certificherà che siete in grado di lavorare come interpreti di conferenza professionisti sia in modalità consecutiva che simultanea.

Criteri

Puoi beneficiare di una borsa di studio se:

-sei iscritto o intendi iscriverti a una laurea di master / specializzazione post-laurea in interpretazione di conferenza (per i corsi che durano più di un anno, occorre essere iscritti all'ultimo anno)

-sei cittadino di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di uno dei paesi candidati all'adesione (Albania, Repubblica di Macedonia del Nord, Montenegro, Serbia o Turchia)

-devi / hai dovuto sostenere dei costi per l'iscrizione al corso (tasse universitarie e/o contributi amministrativi)

e soddisfi uno dei seguenti requisiti:

a) sei iscritto al corso con una delle seguenti lingue attive: (lingua "A") bulgaro, ceco, croato, danese, francese, greco, inglese, irlandese, italiano, maltese, neerlandese, portoghese, slovacco, sloveno o tedesco 

o

b) sei iscritto al corso con retour in inglese, francese o tedesco da una delle seguenti lingue attive: estone, finlandese, lettone, lituano, polacco, rumeno, spagnolo, svedese o ungherese.

In ogni caso le lingue passive e/o la lingua di "retour" devono essere in linea con i profili pubblicati nell'invito a presentare candidature.

La borsa di studio ammonterà all'equivalente della tassa di iscrizione per l'anno accademico 2023-2024, con un tetto massimo di 3.000 euro.

Come fare domanda

I candidati devono compilare il modulo di domanda 2023/2024 (obbligatorio!) e caricare tutti i seguenti documenti:
