Das Europäische Hochschulinstitut (EHI) bietet fortgeschrittene akademische Ausbildung für DoktoratsstudentInnen. Das EHI führt Forschung mit einer europäischen Perspektive durch (Grundlagenforschung, vergleichende Forschung und Forschung über die Europäische Union).
Doktoratsstudien werden von folgenden Instituten angeboten:
ForschungsstudentInnen können ein bis drei Jahre studieren: drei Jahre für den Doktortitel an einem Institut; ein Jahr in vergleichendem, europäischem und internationalem Recht (LL.M); oder sie können in Ausnahmefällen ein ein- oder zweijähriges Doktoratsprogramm am Institut absolvieren bevor sie ihre Dissertation an ihrer Heimatuniversität verteidigen.
Alle KandidatInnen sollten Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei offiziellen Sprachen der Europäischen Union nachweisen. BEST, Board of European Students of Technology, is a non-profit student organisation. It is run by students, working for students. BEST organises different activities where students from member universities get the opportunity to increase their international experience, establish contacts, improve their English and have fun. Each BEST Course is attended by 20-30 students of engineering.
Local BEST groups arrange short (1-2 weeks long) courses throughout the year, where engineering students get the chance to learn more about a specific topic in their field of interest. BEST also organises seminars on educational issues, engineering competitions and leisure events.

Organisation
The organising local BEST group takes care of accommodation and subsistence during the entire event, transportation to lectures and all activities related to the contents of the event, teaching and material costs and social activities.
Depending on the situation of the local BEST group, there might be a participation fee.
The maximum fee is 5 Euros per day (but no more than 80 EUR).

Бордът на европейските студенти по технологии (BEST), е студентска организация с нестопанска цел. Управлява се от студенти и работи за студенти. BEST, Board of European Students of Technology, est une organisation étudiante à but non lucratif. Elle est gérée par des étudiants, travaillant pour des étudiants. BEST organise différentes activités où les étudiants des universités membres ont l'occasion d'accroître leur expérience internationale, d'établir des contacts, d'améliorer leur anglais et de s'amuser. Chaque cours BEST est suivi par 20 à 30 étudiants en ingénierie.
Les groupes locaux de BEST organisent des cours de courte durée (1 à 2 semaines) tout au long de l'année, au cours desquels les étudiants en ingénierie ont la possibilité d'en apprendre davantage sur un sujet spécifique dans leur domaine d'intérêt. BEST (Board of European Students of Technology/Ausschuss der europäischen Technik-StudentInnen) ist eine gemeinnützige Studierendenorganisation. Sie wird von Studierenden für Studendierende betrieben.
BEST organisiert verschiedene Aktivitäten bei denen Studierende von Mitgliedsuniversitäten die Möglichkeit bekommen, ihre internationalen Erfahrungen zu erweitern, Kontakte zu knüpfen, ihr Englisch zu verbessern und auch Spaß zu haben.
Jeder BEST-Kurs wird von 20-30 Technik-Studierenden besucht.
BEST-Gruppen auf lokaler Ebene veranstalten das ganze Jahr über Kurzkurse (1-2 Wochen), bei denen Technik-StudentInnen die Chance bekommen mehr über ein spezielles Thema in ihrem Interessensgebiet zu lernen. BEST organisiert auch Seminare über verschiedene Bildungsthemen, Technikwettbewerbe und Freizeitaktivitäten.
Bei einer Lehrveranstaltung besuchen die TeilnehmerInnen Vorlesungen die von Lehrenden der Universität oder von ExpertInnen aus Unternehmen gehalten werden. Sie besuchen Firmen, Industrieanlagen oder Forschungszentren und nehmen manchmal an Fallstudien teil.
Die Themen der Bildungsveranstaltungen decken hauptsächlich verschiedene Technik-Gebiete, Wirtschaft, Marketing und Management ab.
Am Ende der Kurse legen die StudentInnen eine Prüfung ab, die die Ergebnisse des Kurses überprüfen und den Erfolg des/der StudentIn evaluieren soll. Eine steigende Anzahl von Kursen wird von vielen Universitäten anerkannt; die TeilnehmerInnen können sich die Kurse an ihren Heimatuniversitäten anrechnen lassen.

Organisation:
Die veranstaltende lokale BEST-Gruppe organisiert die Unterbringung und Verpflegung während der gesamten Veranstaltung, Transport zu den Vorlesungen und alle Aktivitäten die mit den Inhalten der Veranstaltung verbunden sind, sowie soziale Aktivitäten und übernimmt die Kosten für Lehrtätigkeit und Unterrichtsmaterialien.
Abhängig von der Situation der lokalen BEST-Gruppe können Teilnahmegebühren eingehoben werden. Die maximale Gebühr beträgt 5 Euro pro Tag (aber nicht mehr als 55 EUR insgesamt).

A BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) egy nonprofit diákszervezet, amit diákok működtetnek diáktársaik számára. Minden BEST kurzuson 20-30 mérnökhallgató vesz részt.
Local BEST groups arrange short (1-2 weeks long) courses throughout the year, where engineering students get the chance to learn more about a specific topic in their field of interest. BEST also organises seminars on educational issues, engineering competitions and leisure events.
In a learning event, participants attend lectures given by the university's teaching staff or by experts from companies. They visit companies, industrial plants or research centres and sometimes take part in case studies.
Topics of the learning events cover mainly different technology fields, economics, marketing and management.
At the end of the course, students take an exam, which is designed to test the results of the course and evaluate the participants' success. An increasing number of courses are recognised by many universities and students attending these courses can get credit from their home universities.

Durante gli eventi legati all'apprendimento i partecipanti frequentano letture tenute dal personale didattico universitario o da esperti di diverse società, visitano società esterne, impianti industriali o centri di ricerca, e talvolta partecipano a studi analitici.
Gli argomenti degli eventi di apprendimento coprono il settore della tecnologia, l'economia, il marketing e la gestione.
Alla fine del corso gli studenti affrontano un esame, ideato per verificare i risultati del corso e il successo raggiunto. Un numero crescente di corsi viene riconosciuto anche da numerose università e gli studenti ottengono crediti dalle proprie università di provenienza.

Il gruppo BEST locale si occupa dell'alloggio e il vitto durante l'intero evento, il trasporto ai seminari e le attività legate ai contenuti dell'evento, le spese per il materiale didattico e le attività sociali. A seconda della situazione del gruppo BEST locale, potrebbe essere richiesta una quota di partecipazione. La cifra massima per la quota è di 4 euro al giorno (ma non oltre 45 euro in totale) per studenti provenienti da Austria, Belgio, Danimarca, Olanda, Norvegia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Svezia e Islanda. Gli studenti da Grecia, Italia, Slovenia, Repubblica Ceca, Portogallo, Slovacchia e Spagna pagano due terzi della tassa. Un terzo della cifra pagano invece gli studenti da Bulgaria, Croazia, Estonia, Ungheria, Lituania, Lettonia, Polonia, Federazione Russa e Turchia. I BEST Symposia on Education sono simposi che durano circa 6-10 giorni. Riuniscono studenti di tecnologia e professori europei con lo scopo di valutare e trovare nuovi percorsi per l'istruzione superiore in Europa. I BSE sono eventi con lo stesso formato dei BEST Courses, che coinvolgono 20-25 studenti per discutere di argomenti legati all'istruzione, cercando di identificare problemi e soluzioni per innovare e sviluppare l'istruzione in Europa.

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) est une organisation étudiante à but non lucratif et gérée par des étudiants pour des étudiants. BEST organise diverses activités permettant aux étudiants des universités membres d'avoir une expérience internationale, de créer des contacts, d'améliorer leur anglais et de s'amuser. Environ 20 à 30 élèves ingénieurs participent à chaque formation BEST.
Les groupes BEST locaux organisent des formations de courte durée (1 à 2 semaines) durant l'hiver, le printemps ou l'été pour permettre à des élèves ingénieurs d'approfondir un thème spécifique dans leur domaine d'intérêt. BEST organise aussi des séminaires sur des questions d'éducation, des concours pour ingénieurs et des activités de loisirs.
Les participants suivent des cours dispensés par des enseignants de l'université hôte ou bien des experts du monde de l'entreprise. Ils visitent des entreprises, des complexes industriels ou des centres de recherche et participent parfois à des études de cas.
Les thèmes des formations couvrent principalement différents domaines de la technologie, de l'économie, du marketing et du management.
A la fin de chaque formation, les étudiants passent un examen destiné à tester les résultats de la formation et à évaluer les acquis des participants. De plus en plus de formations sont reconnues par des universités, qui valorisent cette expérience pour leurs étudiants partis en formation BEST.

Le groupe BEST local organisateur couvre, pour toute la durée de l'événement, l'hébergement, la nourriture, les frais de transport vers les lieux d'enseignement, toutes les activités liées au contenu (enseignement et matériel), ainsi que les activités de convivialité.

BEST er en ikke-kommersiell studentorganisasjon. Den er for studenter og av studenter. BEST organiserer ulike aktiviteter hvor studenter fra medlemsuniversiteter får muligheten til å utvide deres internasjonale erfaring, knytte kontakter, forbedre engelskkunnskapen og ha det gøy. Hvert BEST-kurs har cirka 20-30 deltakere fra ingeniørstudiet.
Lokale BEST-grupper arrangerer korte (1-2 uker) kurs gjennom hele året, hvor ingeniørstudenter får muligheten til å lære mer om et spesifikt emne innenfor deres interessefelt. BEST organiserer også utdanningsrelevante seminarer, konkurranser og andre aktiviteter.
I et læringsarrangement, vil deltakerne være med på forelesninger med ansatte fra universitetet eller med eksperter fra ulike bedrifter. De får også besøke bedrifter, industrielle plattformer eller forskningsinstitutter og noen ganger ta del i case-studier.
Temaene på læringsarrangementene vil dekke ulike teknologifelt, økonomi, markedsføring og administrasjon. Ved slutten av kurset vil studentene avlegge en eksamen, som er utviklet for å teste resultatene fra kurset og evaluere deltakernes suksess. Kusene høster anerkjenning av mange universiteter og studentene som deltar på disse kursene kan få anerkjennelse fra deres eget universitet.

Os grupos BEST locais conseguem cursos de curta duração ao longo do ano (1-2 meses de duração), onde estudantes de engenharia têm a oportunidade de aprender mais acerca de um tópico específico da sua área de interesse. O BEST também organiza seminários acerca de questões educacionais, concursos de engenharia e eventos lúdicos.
Num evento de aprendizagem os participantes assistem a palestras realizadas pelos professores da Universidade ou por especialistas do mundo empresarial. Os alunos visitam empresas, fábricas ou centros de investigação e por vezes participam em case studies.
Os tópicos dos eventos de aprendizagem estão relacionados essencialmente com diferentes áreas da tecnologia, economia, marketing e gestão.
No fim do curso os alunos realizam um exame, que visa testar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso e avaliar o sucesso dos participantes. Um elevado número de cursos são reconhecidos por várias Universidades e os estudantes participam nestes cursos para ganhar créditos nas universidades de origem.

BEST - Board of European Students of Technology je konstantno rastoča neprofitna študentska organizacija. Od leta 1989 omogoča komunikacijo, povezovanje in možnost izmenjave študentov po vsej Evropi. 74 lokalnih BEST skupin (LBG-ji) in več kot 29 držav ustvarjajo rastočo, dobro organizirano, močno, mlado in inovativno študentsko mrežo.
1600 aktivnih članov lokalnih skupin BEST širom po Evropi promovira in omogoča evropskim študentom razumeti in ceniti različne kulture, pridobiti sposobnosti in znanja za delo v mednarodnem okolju, razvoj posameznikovega potenciala in osebnosti. To skušajo doseči tako, da skozi celo leto organizirajo različne strokovne aktivnosti, kot so dvotedenski poletni tečaji, kratki intenzivni treningi, sejmi kadrovskih potencialov in pa tudi aktivnosti, kjer je večji poudarek na spoznavanju kulturnih značilnosti in navezovanju stikov med evropskimi študenti.
V lokalni skupini BEST Ljubljana trenutno aktivno deluje 40 članov, nekaj članov pa je vključeno tudi v delo v mednarodnih komitejih. Slovenskim študentom omogočamo udeležbo na BEST-ovih aktivnostih, ki se skozi celo leto odvijajo po vsej Evropi. La organización BEST(Board of European Students of Technology: plataforma de estuduantes europeos de tecnología) es una organización sin ánimo de lucro creada por estudiantes y que trabaja con estudiantes. BEST organizează, de asemenea, seminarii pe teme educaţionale, competiţii pe teme de inginerie şi activităţi de petrecere a timpului liber.
Žn cadrul unui curs, participanţii merg la prelegerile ţinute de profesorii din cadrul universităţii sau de experţi din diferite companii. Pot vizita companii, parcuri industriale, centre de cercetare şi uneori iau parte la studii de caz.

The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) provides the general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities a higher education institution (HEI) may carry out within the Erasmus+ Programme.
The award of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education is a pre-requisite for all higher education institutions (HEIs) located in one of the countries listed below and want to apply and participate in learning mobility of individuals, cooperation for innovation and good practices among organisations and institutions and/or support to policy development projects under the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Programme.
For HEIs located in third countries not associated to the Programme, the ECHE is not required, and the quality framework will be established through inter-institutional agreements between HEIs.
The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.
Eligible applicants
Recognised HEIs established in one of the following countries are eligible to apply for an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education:
- the Member States of the European Union,
- third countries associated to the Programme, under the conditions set out in the legal basis (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia)
- Western Balkans third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Montenegro.
The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.
The National Authorities will designate, among the applicants, the Higher Education Institutions to be considered eligible to participate in learning mobility of individuals and/or cooperation for innovation and good practices under the Programme, in their respective territories.

Die Verleihung einer Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung ist eine Voraussetzung für alle Hochschuleinrichtungen mit Sitz in einem der unten aufgeführten Länder, die sich im Rahmen des Programms Erasmus+ 2021-2027 für Projekte der Lernmobilität von Einzelpersonen, der innovativen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Organisationen und Einrichtungen und/oder der Strategieentwicklung bewerben und beteiligen möchten.
Für Hochschuleinrichtungen in Drittstaaten, die nicht mit dem Programm assoziiert sind, ist die ECHE nicht erforderlich, und der Qualitätsrahmen wird durch interinstitutionelle Vereinbarungen zwischen den Hochschuleinrichtungen festgelegt. Die Charta wird für die gesamte Laufzeit des Programms verliehen.
Förderfähige Antragsteller
Anerkannte Hochschuleinrichtungen mit Sitz in einem der folgenden Länder können sich um eine Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung bewerben:
- Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union,
- mit dem Programm assoziierte Drittstaaten unter den in der Rechtsgrundlage festgelegten Bedingungen (Island, Norwegen, Liechtenstein, Türkei, Nordmazedonien und Serbien)
- Westliche Balkan-Drittländer, die nicht mit dem Programm Erasmus+ assoziiert sind: Albanien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo und Montenegro.
Die nationalen Behörden benennen unter den Antragstellern die Hochschuleinrichtungen, die für die Teilnahme am Projekt Lernmobilität und/oder der Zusammenarbeit für Innovation und bewährte Verfahren im Rahmen des Programms in ihrem jeweiligen Land in Frage kommen.

Carta Universitară Erasmus (ECHE) oferă cadrul general de calitate pentru activitățile de cooperare europeană și internațională pe care o instituție de învățământ superior (IIS) le poate desfășura în cadrul programului Erasmus+.
Atribuirea unei carte ECHE este o condiție prealabilă pentru toate instituțiile de învățământ superior situate într-una dintre țările enumerate mai jos care doresc să candideze și să se implice în acțiuni de mobilitate a persoanelor în scop educational, de cooperare în materie de inovare și de bune practici între organizații și instituții și/sau sprijin privind proiecte pentru dezvoltarea politicilor în cadrul programului Erasmus+ 2021 – 2027.
Pentru instituțiile de învățământ superior din țările terțe care nu sunt asociate programului, ECHE nu este necesară, iar cadrul de calitate va fi stabilit prin acorduri interinstituționale între instituțiile de învățământ superior.
Carta se acordă pentru întreaga durată a programului.

Instituțiile de învățământ superior recunoscute, stabilite într-una dintre următoarele țări, sunt eligibile pentru a solicita o Cartă Universitară Erasmus:

The European Commission is encouraging European enterprises to penetrate the Japanese market. To this end it has put in place various promotional activities to further European exports to Japan and to maximise business opportunities there.
The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation organises:
Training programmes for EU managers (2 weeks):
- Get Ready for Japan HRTP (17-21 June 2024 online and 8-12 July 2024 optional in person) - provides an in-depth understanding of how to do business in Japan. It is targeted at EU young entrepreneurs who have a major role in defining and implementing their small medium enterprise’s policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or come from companies intending to supply Japanese companies or wish to learn about management practices and technological developments in Japan.
Deadline: 25 April 2024.
The candidate must:
- be a citizen of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
- be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;
- have a reasonable command of English;
- be a manager or an executive from an industrial company;
- have proven experience in industry.
All participants cover their travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan, including accommodation.
The EU-Japan Centre covers all training-related costs such as speakers' fees, room rental, transfers for company visits, etc for participants from SMEs.
Participants need to pay a deposit of €1000 to guarantee attendance at all meetings, seminars and company visits. This deposit is refunded within 8 weeks after the mission and upon participant's completion of the post-event questionnaire. Participants will also benefit from a €1200 grant that will be paid within 2 weeks after the mission.
World Class Manufacturing WMC (five days)
This training is organised twice a year (spring and autumn session)
The WMC for EU managers with knowledge of WMC and an engineering background - to assist EU companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually take costs out of their manufacturing, constantly innovating using "KAIZEN" manufacturing methods (continuous improvement), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and "TQM" (Total Quality Management) practices.
Deadline: 12 October 2023 (Spring session to take place on 11-15 March 2024).
Costs
The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the WMC mission. Participants will have to cover their travel and accommodation costs. Participants must pay a deposit of €1000 to guarantee the place on the mission but it will be refunded to SME participants. SME participants will also benefit from a €600 grant that will be paid within 2 weeks after the mission.

Le Centre de coopération industrielle UE-Japon, qui a été créé à Tokyo en 1987 et à Bruxelles en 1996, organise des programmes de formation pour les cadres de l'UE (2 semaines) :
Get Ready for Japan HRTP (16-27 mai 2022) - permet d'acquérir une compréhension approfondie de la manière de faire des affaires au Japon. Ausbildungsprogramme für EU-Manager (2 Wochen):

La Commissione Europea desidera incoraggiare le imprese europee a spingersi ulteriormente nel mercato giapponese. A questo scopo ha realizzato numerose attività di promozione al fine di incrementare il volume delle esportazioni in Giappone e di sfruttare al meglio le opportunità in quel paese nel settore dell'impresa.
Il Centro UE-Giappone per la Cooperazione Industriale, creato a Tokio nel 1987 e a Bruxelles nel 1996, organizza:
PROGRAMMI DI FORMAZIONE IN GIAPPONE PER DIRIGENTI UE (2 settimane)
"Get ready for Japan" (16-27 maggio 2022) - fornisce una panoramica integrata sulla struttura industriale giapponese e sulle pratiche di impresa. Si rivolge a dirigenti UE che ricoprono un ruolo chiave nella definizione e nella implementazione delle politiche aziendali per quanto riguarda i rapporti con il Giappone, o che desiderano tenersi aggiornati sulle prassi gestionali adottate in Giappone.
Scadenza: 10 marzo 2022.
A causa dell'attuale situazione sanitaria mondiale, il Centro per la cooperazione industriale UE-Giappone ha sostituito il suo programma in presenza di 2 settimane in Giappone con un programma online di 2 settimane. L'obiettivo di questo programma rimane lo stesso: aiutare i partecipanti a comprendere a fondo come fare impresa in Giappone. La partecipazione è gratuita.
Il candidato deve:
-essere cittadino di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di un paese partner di COSME
-lavorare per una società che è al 50% di proprietà dell'UE o di un partner di COSME;
-lavorare per un'organizzazione che sia una persona giuridica dell'UE o del paese partner del COSME;
-essere sostenuti dal loro datore di lavoro e poter partecipare all'intero programma;
-avere una buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
-essere un manager o un dirigente d'azienda;
-avere una comprovata esperienza nel settore.
Tutti i partecipanti dovranno coprire i costi di viaggio da e per il Giappone e le spese di soggiorno in Giappone, inclusa la sistemazione.
Il Centro UE-Giappone coprirà tutti i costi relativi alla formazione, come onorari dei relatori, affitto delle stanze, trasferimenti per visite aziendali, ecc. Per i partecipanti delle PMI.
I partecipanti delle PMI dovranno versare un deposito di € 1200 per garantire la partecipazione a tutte le riunioni, seminari e visite aziendali. Questo deposito verrà rimborsato entro 8 settimane dalla missione e dal completamento del questionario post-evento da parte del partecipante;
I partecipanti di non-PMI pagano una piccola quota di iscrizione di € 1200 che copre tutti i costi relativi alla formazione.
Produzione a Livello Internazionale (WCM)- per manager UE e per dirigenti UE - per assistere le imprese UE nell'acquisizione di una migliore comprensione delle strategie delle imprese giapponesi, dei metodi "KAIZEN" (sviluppo continuo), "JIT" (Just in time), "TQC" (controllo della qualità totale), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) e "TQM" (gestione della qualità totale).

Il candidato deve:

- avere conoscenza e pratica dei metodi di produzione di eccellenza.
Il Centro UE-Giappone copre tutti i costi direttamente connessi alla missione (ad esempio conferenze, seminari e costi di trasporto durante le uscite di gruppo).
Si prevede che l'azienda del partecipante copra i costi di viaggio da e verso il Giappone e le spese di soggiorno (incluso l'alloggio).
PMI
La partecipazione è gratuita. Inoltre, le PMI beneficiano di € 600, tuttavia le assenze durante il corso possono portare a detrazioni per un importo di 120 EUR/giorno.
Le PMI devono pagare un deposito rimborsabile del 100% di € 1.000 per garantire il posto nel corso. Il deposito sarà rimborsato entro 8 settimane dalla fine del corso.
Non-PMI
Le non-PMI devono versare un contributo non rimborsabile di € 1.000 per i costi sostenuti dal Centro UE-Giappone in relazione alla partecipazione dell'azienda.

Programe de stagii pentru manageri din UE (2 săptămâni)
- Get Ready for Japan HRTP (17 -21 iunie 2024 online și 8 -12 iulie 2024 opțional în persoană) – scopul este explorarea în detaliu a practicilor în afaceri. Se adresează managerilor din UE care joacă un rol important în definirea şi implementarea politicilor companiilor lor, în relaţie cu Japonia, care urmează să fie transferaţi în Japonia, care vin din companii care intenționează să devină furnizori pentru companii japoneze sau care vor să fie informaţi despre practicile de management și dezvoltarea tehnologică din această ţară.
Termen limită: 25 aprilie 2024
Candidatul trebuie:
Centrul UE-Japonia acoperă toate costurile legate de formare, cum ar fi onorariile vorbitorilor, închirierea sălii, transferurile pentru vizitele la întreprinderi etc. pentru participanții din IMM-uri.

The European Commission is encouraging European enterprises to penetrate the Japanese market, and it has put in place various promotional activities to further European exports to Japan and to maximise business opportunities there.
The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation, which was established in Tokyo in 1987 and in Brussels in 1996, organises several different programmes.
Get Ready for Japan provides an in-depth understanding of how to do business in Japan. It is targeted at EU managers who have a major role in defining and implementing their company’s policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or come from companies intending to supply Japanese companies or wish to learn about management practices and technological developments in Japan.
Candidates must:
- be a citizen of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
- work for a company that is > 50% EU or COSME partnering country owned;
- work for an organisation that is an EU or COSME partnering country juridical person;
- be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;
- have a reasonable command of English;
- be a manager or an executive from an industrial company;
- have proven experience in industry.
All participants cover their travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan, including accommodation. The EU-Japan Centre covers all training-related costs such as speakers' fees, room rental, transfers for company visits, etc. for participants from SMEs.
Participants from SMEs need to pay a deposit of €1200 to guarantee attendance at all meetings, seminars and company visits. This deposit is refunded within 8 weeks after the mission and upon participant's completion of the post-event questionnaire.
Participants from non-SMEs pay a small tuition fee of €1200 covering all training-related costs.
For EU managers and for EU senior executives - to assist EU companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually take costs out of their manufacturing, constantly innovating using "KAIZEN" manufacturing methods (continuous improvement), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and "TQM" (Total Quality Management) practices.
Target participants are:
The EU-Japan Centre covers all costs directly related to the mission (i.e.lectures, seminars and transportation costs during group field trips). The participant's company is expected to cover the participant's travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan (including accommodation).
For SMEs participation is free. On top, SMEs benefit from a €600 but absences during the course may lead to deductions amounting to 120 EUR/day. SMEs must pay a 100% refundable deposit of €1,000 to guarantee the place on the course. The deposit will be refunded within 8 weeks after the course.

Die Generaldirektion Dolmetschen (GD Dolmetschen, auch bekannt als SCIC) bietet jedes Jahr eine Reihe von Stipendien an.
Die Studienstipendien der GD stehen Studierenden aller Fachrichtungen zur Verfügung, die für einen Vollzeit-Aufbaustudiengang im Konferenzdolmetschen zugelassen sind, der von einer anerkannten Universität oder Hochschuleinrichtung angeboten wird. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss erhalten Sie eine Qualifikation, die Sie befähigt, als professioneller Konferenzdolmetscher sowohl konsekutiv als auch simultan zu arbeiten.
Kriterien:
Das Stipendium beläuft sich auf den entsprechenden Betrag der Studiengebühren für das akademische Jahr 2021-2022, mit einem Höchstbetrag von 3 000 EUR.
Wie man sich bewirbt

A tolmácsolási főigazgatóság tanulmányi ösztöndíjait minden szakterület hallgatói igénybe vehetik, akiket felvettek egy elismert egyetem vagy egyetemi szintű intézmény által kínált, konferenciatolmácsolással kapcsolatos teljes idejű posztgraduális képzésre. Sikeres elvégzése esetén ez a képzés olyan képesítést eredményez, amely tanúsítja, hogy képes hivatásos konferenciatolmácsként dolgozni mind konszekutív, mind szinkrontolmácsként.
Criteria:
The bursary will amount to the equivalent of the tuition fee for academic year 2023-2024, with a ceiling amount of EUR 3 000.
How to apply
Applicant need to complete the application form 2023/2024 (compulsory!) and upload all the following documents:

Ogni anno, la Direzione generale dell'Interpretazione (DG Interpretazione, nota anche come SCIC) offre una serie di borse di studio. Le borse di studio della DG Interpretazione sono disponibili per gli studenti di tutte le discipline che sono stati accettati per un corso di formazione post-laurea a tempo pieno in interpretazione di conferenza offerto da un'università riconosciuta o da un istituto di livello universitario. Se completato con successo, questo corso porterà a una qualifica che certificherà che siete in grado di lavorare come interpreti di conferenza professionisti sia in modalità consecutiva che simultanea.
Criteri
Puoi beneficiare di una borsa di studio se:
-sei iscritto o intendi iscriverti a una laurea di master / specializzazione post-laurea in interpretazione di conferenza (per i corsi che durano più di un anno, occorre essere iscritti all'ultimo anno)
-sei cittadino di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di uno dei paesi candidati all'adesione (Albania, Repubblica di Macedonia del Nord, Montenegro, Serbia o Turchia)
-devi / hai dovuto sostenere dei costi per l'iscrizione al corso (tasse universitarie e/o contributi amministrativi)
e soddisfi uno dei seguenti requisiti:
a) sei iscritto al corso con una delle seguenti lingue attive: (lingua "A") bulgaro, ceco, croato, danese, francese, greco, inglese, irlandese, italiano, maltese, neerlandese, portoghese, slovacco, sloveno o tedesco
o
b) sei iscritto al corso con retour in inglese, francese o tedesco da una delle seguenti lingue attive: estone, finlandese, lettone, lituano, polacco, rumeno, spagnolo, svedese o ungherese.

Come fare domanda

Kasmet Europos Komisijos Jungtinė vertimo žodžiu ir konferencijų tarnyba (JICS) siūlo tam tikrą kiekį stipendijų iki 3000 eurų.
JICS studijų stipendijos skirtos visų disciplinų studentams, priimtiems į magistrantūros stacionaro mokymo kursus apie vertėjavimą žodžiu per konferencijas. Kursus organizuoja pripažinti universitetai arba universitetinio lygio institucijos. Sėkmingai užbaigus tokius kursus įgyjamas kvalifikacijos sertifikatas leidžiantis dirbti profesionaliu vertėju žodžiu konferencijose verčiant paeiliui arba sinchroniškai.
1. Puikiai mokėti savo aktyviąją kalbą (vieną iš šioje pastraipoje paminėtų kalbų), labai gerai mokėti mažiausiai vieną ES kalbą (danų, olandų, anglų, suomių, prancūzų vokiečių, graikų, italų, portugalų, ispanų, ispanų, švedų) ir dar vieną arba daugiau naujųjų ES valstybių narių arba šalių kandidačių kalbą (bulgarų, čekų, estų, vengrų, latvių, lietuvių, maltiečių, lenkų, slovakų, slovėnų, rumunų, turkų);
2. Puikiai mokėti dvi kalbas (gimtosios kalbos lygiu) iš jų viena turi būti ES kalba, o antroji - šalies kandidatės kalba (išvardintas aukščiau §1), arba
3. Puikiai mokėti savo gimtąją kalbą ir puikiai suprasti mažiausiai dvi dabartines ES kalbas (išvardintas aukščiau §1).
Skiriamos stipendijos dydis yra 2200 eurų, jeigu studijuojama naujoje ES valstybėje narėje ir 1500 eurų studentams iš šalių kandidačių (Bulgarijos, Rumunijos, Turkijos). Papildomai 500 eurų skiriama tiems, kas keičia apsigyvenimo šalį, kad galėtų lankyti kursus.

Le service commun interprétation-conférences de la Commission européenne (SCIC) propose chaque année des bourses d'études.
Les bourses d'études du SCIC sont destinées aux étudiants, toutes disciplines confondues, admis en formation d'interprétation de conférence de 3ème cycle à plein temps et dans une université ou un autre établissement d'enseignement supérieur reconnu. En cas de réussite, ces études permettent d'obtenir une qualification professionnelle attestant la capacité de travailler comme interprète de conférence en mode consécutif et simultané.
Critères
Etre ressortissant d'un ‰tat membre de l'UE ou de l’un des pays candidats (Croatie, ARYM et Turquie).
Etre titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire ou d'une qualification équivalente, ou bien être en dernière année d'une formation sanctionnée par un diplôme universitaire ou une qualification équivalente.
Avoir l’une des combinaisons linguistiques suivantes :
1. Connaissance parfaite de votre langue maternelle ainsi que la compréhension parfaite
a) d'au moins une des langues suivantes : allemand, anglais, danois, espagnol, finnois, français, grec, italien, irlandais, néerlandais, portugais, suédois et
b) d'une ou plusieurs des langues suivantes : bulgare, estonien, hongrois, letton, lituanien, maltais, polonais, roumain, slovaque, slovène, tchèque ou des langues des pays candidats (croate, macédonien et turc).
2. Connaissance parfaite de deux langues (niveau de langue maternelle), dont l'une est une des langues mentionnées sous 1.a) et l’autre est une des langues mentionnées sous 1.b).
3. Connaissance parfaite de votre langue maternelle et compréhension parfaite d'au moins deux des langues mentionnées sous 1.a) .
Montant de la bourse pour les personnes étudiant dans un Etat membre : 2 200 €. Montant pour les personnes étudiant dans un pays candidat : 1 500 €. Les étudiants qui quittent leur pays de résidence pour suivre une formation peuvent percevoir un supplément de 500 €.
Sont prioritaires les étudiants qui :
- Ont une combinaison linguistique correspondant aux exigences actuelles et futures de la Direction générale de l'Interprétation, avec en partilulier les langues des pays qui ont rejoint l'UE le 1er mai 2004 ou celles des pays candidats et les langues de l'UE les moins répandues. La sélection est faite en fonction de la combinaison linguistique, de la qualification et de la spécialisation.
- Changent de pays de résidence pour suivre une formation.

Todos os anos, a Direção Geral da Interpretação (DG Interpretation, também conhecida como SCIC) oferece um número limitado de bolsas.
As bolsas de estudo de Interpretação da DG estão disponíveis para estudantes de todas as àreas que tenham sido aceites numa pós-graduação a tempo inteiro em interpretação de conferência, numa universidade reconhecida ou instituição de nível universitário. Se for completado com sucesso, este curso irá levar a uma qualificação que certifica os alunos como aptos a trabalhar como intérprete profissional de conferência em modo consecutivo e simultâneo.
Critérios:
· Ser um nacional de Estado-membro da UE ou de países candidatos (FYROM - Antiga República Jugoslava da Macedónia - Islândia, Montenegro, Sérvia e Turquia);
· Ser detentor do grau de licenciatura, qualificação equivalente ou estar no último ano de licenciatura ou equivalente;
· Ter os seguintes conhecimentos linguísticos:
1. Domínio total da língua maternal e um bom conhecimento de
a) pelo menos uma destas línguas: Holandês, Inglês, Francês, Alemão, Italiano, Português e Espanhol;
b) De uma ou mais do que uma destas línguas: Búlgaro, Croata, Checo, Dinamarquês, Estóno, Finlandês, Grego, Húngaro, Irlandês, Letão, Lituano, Maltês, Polaco, Romeno, Eslovaco, Esloveno, Sueco ou a língua de um país candidato (Islandês, Macedono, Montenegrino, Sérvio e Turco);
2. Excelente domínio de duas línguas (a nível de língua mãe) de qualquer uma das línguas mencionadas em 1.a acima e 1. B;
3. Excelente domínio da língua nativa e uma perfeita compreensão de pelo menos duas línguas mencionadas em 1.a;
4. Ter sido realizada uma manifestação de intenção de candidatura a um Mestrado ou licenciatura em interpretação de conferência oferecida para o ano de 2013/2014 por uma universidade reconhecida ou instituição de nível universitário.
O valor da bolsa atribuída aqueles que estão a estudar num estado Membro é de 2.400€, e 1.600€ a estudar num país candidato ou Estado não Membro.
Será dada a preferência a candidatos que:
- tenham conhecimentos linguísticos que melhor se adeqúem aos actuais requisitos da DG. A seleção será baseada nos conhecimentos linguísticos do candidato e na avaliação do potencial do mesmo.

Simultano prevajanje in storitve na konferencah next deadline: 2008-07-18
Program Evropske komisije »Simultano prevajanje in stroritve na konferencah« (JICS) vsako leto razpisuje štipendije
Štipendije JICS so na voljo študentom, ki so bili sprejeti v programe podiplomskega izobraževanje na področju prevajanja na konferencah, v okviru prepoznanih univerz ali na drugih enakovrednih institucijah. Če študent uspešno zaključi program, bo dobil certifikat, s katerim lahko dela kot profesionalni prevajalec, tako v konsekutivni kot v simultani obliki.
Kriteriji – potrebno je:
biti državljan ene od 27 držav članic Evropske unije ali držav kandidatk (Hrvaške, Makedonije in Turčije);
imeti univerzitetno diplomo ali potrdilo o končani izobrazbi na enakovredni stopnji, ali biti v zadnjem letniku izobraževalnega programa, s katerim bo kandidat pridobil univerzitetno diplomo ali izobrazbo na enakovredne stopnje
obvladati naslednje jezikovne kombinacije:
1. Izvrstno znanje svojega maternega jezika in popolno razumevanje:
a) vsaj enega od jezikov držav članic EU, ki so bile članice pred 1. majem 2004 (danščine, nizozemščine, angleščine, finščine, francoščine, nemščine, grščine, italijanščine, portugalščine, švedščine) in
b) enega ali več naslednjih jezikov: bolgarščine, češčine, estonščine, madžarščine, latvijščine, litvanščine, malteščine, pojščine, romunščine, slovaščine, slovenščine ali jezika držav kandidatk (hrvaščine, makedonščine ali turščine)
2. Izvrstno znanje dveh jezikov (poleg maternega jezika), od katerih je en jezik naštet pod točko 1.a, drugi pa pod točko 1.b;
3. Izvrstno znanje aktivnega jezika in popolno razumevanje vsaj dveh jezikov, omenjenih pod točko 1.a.
Višina dodeljenih štipendij znaša 2.200 evrov za tiste, ki študirajo v državi članici in 1.500 evrov za tiste, ki študirajo v kateri od držav kandidatk. Za tiste, ki se zaradi izobraževanje preselijo v drugo državo, je dodeljenih še dodatnih 500 evrov.
Pri dodeljevanju štipendij bodo imeli prednost kandidati, ki:
- ponujajo jezikovno kombinacijo, ki najbolj ustreza trenutnim in prihodnjim potrebam generalnega direktorata, še posebej za jezike tistih držav, ki so se Evropski uniji pridružile od 1. maja 2004 dalje ali jezikov držav kandidatk ter jezikov, ki niso tako razširjeni v Evropski uniji. Ocene bodo temeljile na znanju vseh jezikovnih kombinacij, kot tudi drugih kvalifikacij in znanj.
- se bodo zaradi izobraževalnega programa preselili v drugo državo

Cada año, el Servicio Común de Interpretación y el Directorio General de Interpretación (DG de Interpretación conocida como SCIC) ofrecen una serie de becas.
Las becas de estudio de la Dirección General de Interpretación están disponibles para estudiantes de todas las disciplinas que han sido aceptados en un curso de formación a tiempo completo de postgrado sobre interpretación de conferencias ofrecido por una reconocida universidad o institución de nivel universitario. Si se completan dichos estudios con éxito, se obtendrá un título que acredite la capacidad de trabajar como intérprete en conferencias profesionales en ambas modalidades consecutiva y simultánea.
Criterios:
-Ser nacional de uno de los Estados Miembros de la UE o de los países candidatos (Macedonia, Islandia, Montenegro, Serbia 0 Turquía);
-Estar en posesión de un título universitario o equivalente o estar en el último año de un curso que conduce a un título universitario o título equivalente.
-Han de tener las siguientes combinaciones lingüísticas:
1. Excelente dominio de una lengua viva, y un conocimiento pasivo muy bueno de
a) al menos uno de los idiomas holandés, inglés, francés, alemán, italiano, portugués, español y
b) de uno o más de los siguientes idiomas: búlgaro, checo, danés, estonio, finlandés, griego, húngaro, irlandés, letón, lituano, maltés, polaco, rumano, eslovaco, esloveno, sueco o de la lengua de un país candidato (Islandia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia y Turquía);
2. Excelente dominio de dos lenguas (a nivel de lengua materna), de los cuales uno es un idioma mencionado arriba en 1.a y el otro de los idiomas mencionados en 1.b; o
3. Excelente dominio de su lengua materna y una perfecta comprensión de por lo menos dos de los idiomas mencionados en 1.a. y
4. Haber solicitado o tener intención de solicitar un curso completo de postgrado en interpretación de conferencias ofrecido para el año 2014/2015 por una universidad reconocida o institución de nivel universitario.
El importe de la beca que se concederá será 2.400 euros para los que estudian en un Estado Miembro, y 1.600 euros para los que estudian en un país candidato, no Estado Miembro.
En la concesión de becas de estudio, se dará preferencia a los solicitantes:
- Que ofrezcan la combinación de idiomas que más se adapte a las necesidades actuales y previsibles de la DG de Interpretación. La selección se basará en la combinación de lenguas del solicitante y en la evaluación del potencial candidato.

Each year, the Directorate General for Interpretation (DG Interpretation, also known as SCIC) offers a number of bursaries.
DG Interpretation study bursaries are available to students of all disciplines who have been accepted for a full-time postgraduate training course in conference interpreting offered by a recognised university or university-level institution. If successfully completed, this will lead to a qualification certifying that you are able to work as a professional conference interpreter in both consecutive and simultaneous modes.
The bursary will amount to the equivalent of the tuition fee for academic year 2020-2021, with a ceiling amount of EUR 2 400.
Applicant need to complete the application form and upload all the following documents:
1. a copy of their passport or identity card (front and back);
2. a detailed CV, in French, German or English, listing all their qualifications (the use of the ‘Europass’ template is compulsory);
3. a short motivation letter (between 250 and 500 words), written in their mother tongue;
4. a scanned copy of the completed university information form;
5. the form related to their bank details, duly signed and dated (please read carefully the instructions given in the footnotes on the form);
6. the legal entity form, duly signed and dated, and
7. a copy of their last university degree.

AEGEE - Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe (European Students' Forum) is a student association. It promotes the idea of an unified Europe, cross-border co-operation, communication, integration among students and strives to create an open and tolerant society of tomorrow.
How it works
Summer Universities are on average 2 weeks long events that take place each summer in most of the cities where AEGEE is present. 30 young Europeans come together to taste the diversity of European integrity.
The summer university consists of different kinds of programmes: Summer Course; Summer Course Plus; Travelling Summer University; Short Summer Course.
There are application fees varying based on the Summer University.
How to apply
1. Go to the official website of the Summer University Project and log in with your MyAEGEE account. Then click on "Fill in Application Form" under "Applicants".
2. Review your personal data from your MyAEGEE account. Here also you'll have to write your previous AEGEE experience (if any) and describe how would be your ideal Summer University.
3. Write a different motivation letter for each of the SUs you chose in the previous step.

AEGEE - Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe (Europäisches Studentenforum) ist eine Studentenvereinigung. Sie fördert die Idee eines vereinten Europas, die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit, die Kommunikation und die Integration unter Studierenden und strebt eine offene und tolerante Gesellschaft von morgen an.
AEGEE ist ein interdisziplinärer, freiwilliger, nicht-staatlicher, politisch unabhängiger und gemeinnütziger Verein. Sie ist in 200 Universitätsstädten in 40 Ländern in ganz Europa vertreten.
Ihr Hauptaktionsfeld umfasst Frieden und Stabilität, Hochschulbildung, aktive Bürgerschaft und kulturellen Austausch.
Jedes Jahr veranstalten die meisten AEGEE-Ortsgruppen ("antennae" genannt) "Sommeruniversitäten", um das interkulturelle Verständnis zu fördern. Die Studierenden können zu einer "antennae" in einem anderen Land reisen.
Um sich für eine Sommeruniversität bewerben zu können, müssen Sie Mitglied in einer AEGEE-Ortsgruppe sein (siehe auch die Karte der Ortsgruppen).
Sommeruniversitäten sind im Durchschnitt zweiwöchige Veranstaltungen, die im Sommer in den meisten Städten, in denen AEGEE vertreten ist, stattfinden. Die multikulturelle Dimension des europäischen Kontinents zu verstehen und zu erforschen, für Toleranz zu kämpfen und aufgeschlossene Bürger zu schaffen, die sich nicht scheuen, ihre Meinung in einer offenen Diskussion über die Zukunft Europas kundzutun, sind einige der Gründe, warum 30 junge Menschen aus Europa in jeder Sommeruniversität zusammenkommen, um die Vielfalt der europäischen Integrität zu erleben.
Die Sommeruniversität setzt sich aus verschiedenen Arten von Programmen zusammen: Sommerkurs; Sommerkurs Plus; Sommeruniversität auf Reisen; Kurzsommerkurs.
Wie man sich bewirbt

Die Bewerbungsgebühr beträgt maximal 14 € pro Tag (mit wenigen Ausnahmen). Darin enthalten sind Unterkunft, Frühstück und mindestens eine warme Mahlzeit pro Tag, Workshops, Aktivitäten und das Rahmenprogramm.

Each year "Summer Universities" are held by most of the AEGEE local groups (called antennae) in order to promote intercultural understanding. Students can travel to an antenna in another country.
To be able to apply for a Summer University you need to be a member of an AEGEE local, (check also the Map of Locals).
Summer Universities are on average two weeks long events that take place during summer in most of the cities where AEGEE is present. Understanding and exploring the multicultural dimension of the European continent, fighting for tolerance and creating open-minded citizens who are not afraid to share their opinion in an open discussion about the future of Europe, are some of the reasons why 30 young Europeans come together in each Summer University to taste the diversity of European integrity.
The summer university consists of different kinds of programmes: Summer Course; Summer Course Plus; Travelling Summer University; Short Summer Course.

How to apply
The application fee is maximum 14€ per day (with a few exceptions). It includes lodging, breakfast and at least one warm meal per day, workshops, activities and social programme.

AEGEE - Forum Studentesco Europeo - è un'associazione europea per la promozione di un'Europa unita e la cooperazione transnazionale, la comunicazione, l'integrazione fra studenti e la creazione di una società aperta e tollerante. AEGEE è un'associazione interdisciplinare, su base volontaria, non governativa, politicamente indipendente e senza scopo di lucro.
E' rappresentata in 200 città universitarie e in 40 paesi di tutto il mondo. Il suo principale campo d'azione è quello della pace e la stabilità, l'istruzione superiore, la cittadinanza attiva e lo scambio culturale.
Tutti gli anni i gruppi locali dell'AEGEE, chiamati "Antenne", organizzano delle "Summer Universities" per la promozione della comprensione interculturale. Gli studenti possono recarsi presso un gruppo locale di un altro paese. Le attività delle antenne vengono coordinate da un Comitato Direttivo Europeo.
Le Summer Universities sono in media eventi di due settimane che si svolgono durante l'estate nella maggior parte delle città in cui AEGEE è presente. Comprendere ed esplorare la dimensione multiculturale del continente europeo, lottare per la tolleranza e creare cittadini di mentalità aperta che non hanno paura di condividere la loro opinione in una discussione aperta sul futuro dell'Europa, sono alcune delle ragioni per cui 30 giovani europei si riuniscono in ogni Summer University per assaporare la diversità dell'integrità europea.
L'università estiva consiste in diversi tipi di programmi: Corso estivo; Corso estivo Plus; Università estiva itinerante; Corso estivo breve.
La procedura di presentazione della domanda per la "Summer University" è la seguente:
1. Andate al sito ufficiale del Summer University Project e accedi con il vostro account MyAEGEE. Poi cliccate su "Fill in Application Form" sotto "Applicants".
2. Inizialmente rivedrete i vostri dati personali dal vostro account MyAEGEE. Qui dovrete anche scrivere la vostra precedente esperienza AEGEE (se possibile) e descrivere come sarebbe la vostra Summer University ideale.
3. In un secondo momento dovrete scrivere una lettera di motivazione diversa per ciascuna delle SU che avete scelto nella fase precedente.
4. Nell'ultima fase visualizzerete un riassunto della vostra domanda.
La quota di iscrizione è di massimo 14€ al giorno (con alcune eccezioni). Include alloggio, colazione e almeno un pasto caldo al giorno, workshop, attività e programma sociale.

L’AEGEE est une des plus grandes associations interdisciplinaires d’étudiants en Europe; elle est représentée par 15,000 étudiants et est active en 241 villes universitaires en 40 pays dans toute l’Europe, ce qui représente une diversité culturelle étonnante. AEGEE - Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe (Asociaţia Studenţilor Europeni) este o asociaţie studenţească, care promovează în rândul tinerilor ideea unei Europe unite, cooperarea transfrontalieră, comunicarea, intergrarea europeană. Asociaţia urmăreşte crearea unei societăţi deschise si tolerante.
AEGEE este o asociaţie neguvernamentală, interdisciplinară, independentă şi fără scop lucrativ. Este reprezentată în 200 de oraşe universitare, în 40 de ţări din Europa.
AEGEE îşi concentrează acţiunile în domenii precum: pacea şi stabilitatea, învăţământul superior, cetăţenia activă şi schimburile culturale.
În fiecare an, grupurile locale AEGEE (numite antene) organizează "Universităţile de vară" pentru a promova înţelegerea interculturală. Studenţii participanţi pot vizita o antenă din altă ţară.
Pentru a participa la Universitatea de vară trebuie să trimiteți candidatura și să fiți membru al unei asociații locale AEGEE (consultați harta punctelor locale).
Evenimentele Universițăților de vară durează în medie două săptămâni și au loc în timpul verii în cele mai multe dintre orașele unde AEGEE este prezentă. Înțelegerea și explorarea dimensiunii multiculturale a continentului European, lupta pentru toleranță și pentru o gândire deschisă a cetățenilor, cetățeni cărora nu le este frică să-și împărtășească opinia în discuții deschise privind viitorul Europei, sunt câteva dintre motivele pentru care 30 de tineri europeni se reunesc în fiecare dintre universitățile de vară pentru a cunoaște diversitatea intergrității europene
Universitatea de vară cuprinde diferite tipuri de programe: cursuri de vară; cursuri de vară intensive; călătorii de studii; cursuri scurte de vară.

Procedura de înscriere online la Universitatea de vară:
Taxa pentru trimiterea candidaturii este de maximum 14 euro pe zi (cu câteva excepții). Aceasta include cazarea, micul dejun și cel puțin o masă caldă pe zi, ateliere, activități și program social.
Termen limită: te rugăm să verifici cu organizatorii informațiile detaliate și termenul limită pentru diferitele evenimente.

AEGEE je okrajšava za L´ASSOCIATION DES ETATS G‰N‰RAUX DES ETUDIANTS DE L´ EUROPE oziroma Evropsko združenje študentov. AEGEE je največja evropska študentska organizacija (združenje evropskih študentov in mladih diplomantov iz različnih fakultet). Zavzema se za združeno Evropo, čezmejno sodelovanje, komunikacijo, povezovanje študentov, predvsem pa si prizadeva za odprto, bolj strpno družbo. Je prostovoljna, nevladna, politično neodvisna in neprofitna organizacija.
Prisotna je v 232 univerzitetnih mestih v več kot 43 državah po Evropi. Glavne aktivnosti organizacije AEGEE so povezane z mirom, univerzitetnim izobraževanjem, aktivnim državljanstvom in medkulturnim učenjem.
Poletne šole vsak leto organizira večina lokalnih AEGEE anten. Poletne šole so namenjene spodbujanju razumevanja medkulturnosti in omogočajo študentom potovanje k lokalnim AEGEE antenam v drugih državah, kjer jim študentje gostitelji predstavijo svoj jezik in svojo kulturo. Za gostitev študentov, poceni potovanje po Evropi in komunikacijo s študenti drugih držav načeloma poskrbijo lokalne AEGEE antene.
Poletne šole vključujejo različne točke programa: jezikovne tečaje, nadaljevalne jezikovne tečaje, poletne tečaje, nadaljevalne poletne tečaje, potovalne poletne šole ter poletne dogodke.
Aktivnosti vseh lokalni AEGEE anten koordinira evropski odbor.

AEGEE - Asociación de estados Generales de Estudiantes de Europa (Fórum de Estudiantes Europeos) es una asociación estudiantil que promueve la idea de una Europa unificada, recurriendo a la cooperación entre países, la integración a través de los estudiantes y promueve así mismo la creación de una sociedad abierta y tolerante para el día de mañana.
AEGEE es una entidad voluntaria, no gubernamental, políticamente independiente y sin ánimo de lucro. Está representada en 200 universidades, en 40 países en toda Europa. Su principal campo de acción cubre la paz y estabilidad, educación superior, ciudadanía activa, e intercambio cultural.
Cada año, las Universidades de Verano acogen a los grupos locales (llamados antenas) con objeto de promover el entendimiento intercultural.

1. Go to the official website of the Summer University Project and log in with your AEGEE-Europe Intranet account. Then click on "Fill in Application Form" under "Applicants".
2. In the first step you'll review your personal data from your Intranet account. Here also you'll have to write your previous AEGEE experience (if any) and describe how would be your ideal Summer University.
3. In the second step you'll have to write a different motivation letter for each of the SUs you chose in the previous step.
4. In the last step you'll view a summary of your application.
The application fee is 2.50 €, plus a fee for the SU itself, of maximum 14€ per day (with a few exceptions). It includes lodging, breakfast and at least one warm meal per day, tuition and social programme.

The Scholarship Programme offers young professional dancers and choreographers from mainly European but also from non-European countries the possibility to take part in an intense multinational further training programme.
The Programme is a 5-week residency taking place every year in July - August in Vienna within the frame of ImPulsTanz festival.
Funding
The scholarship does not include travel, per diem, visa and insurance expenses.
Applicants are encouraged to look for possible funding institutions in their home countries.

Le programme de bourses offre à de jeunes danseurs et chorégraphes professionnels originaires principalement d'Europe, mais aussi de pays non européens, la possibilité de participer à un programme multinational intense de formation continue.
Le programme est une résidence de 5 semaines qui a lieu chaque année en juillet-août à Vienne dans le cadre du festival ImPulsTanz.
Le programme se concentre sur l'échange d'idées et de connaissances, sans se limiter aux frontières nationales, sur la formation continue concentrée, sur la rencontre avec des artistes de renommée internationale réunis à Vienne à l'ImPulsTanz dans le but d'orienter la carrière des participants.
En 2024, le programme se déroule du 10 juillet au 14 août.
Soutien
La bourse d'études comprend :
La bourse ne comprend pas les frais de voyage, d'indemnités journalières, de visa et d'assurance.
Ces dépenses doivent être couvertes par les boursiers eux-mêmes. Chaque bourse dans le cadre de Life Long Burning est cofinancée par le programme Culture de l'Union européenne, par des organismes de financement autrichiens et par un financement local du pays d'origine du candidat. Cette dernière partie n'est pas encore garantie dans tous les pays. Les candidats sont donc encouragés à rechercher d'éventuelles institutions de financement dans leur pays d'origine. Veuillez vérifier les anciens danceWEBers de votre pays d'origine et les financements dont ils ont bénéficié.

La qualité du parcours de danse est le principal critère de participation à danceWEB.

Das Stipendienprogramm bietet jungen professionellen Tänzern und Choreographen aus vorwiegend europäischen, aber auch außereuropäischen Ländern die Möglichkeit, an einem intensiven multinationalen Weiterbildungsprogramm teilzunehmen.
Das 5-wöchige Stipendienprogramm findet jedes Jahr von Juli bis August im Rahmen des Festivals ImPulsTanz in Wien statt.
Das Programm konzentriert sich auf den grenzüberschreitenden Austausch von Ideen und Wissen, auf gezielte Fortbildung, auf die Begegnung mit international renommierten Künstlern, die sich in Wien bei ImPulsTanz treffen, mit dem Ziel, die Karriere der Teilnehmer zu orientieren.
Im Jahr 2021 findet das Programm vom 14. Juli bis 18. August statt.
Förderung
Ein Stipendium beinhaltet:
- Kostenlose Teilnahme an den ImPulsTanz Forschungsprojekten (Pro Series & Field Projects)
- Teilnahme an den Technik-Workshops von ImPulsTanz
- Zutritt zu allen Vorstellungen von ImPulsTanz
- Künstlerische Begleitung durch Mentoren
- Gedankenaustausch und Kontakt mit den internationalen Gästen bei ImPulsTanz und Vorträgen
- Repräsentation einer jährlich wachsenden, internationalen danceWEB-Datenbank
- Möglichkeit des Aufbaus internationaler Netzwerke
- Unterbringung in Wien für die Dauer des Stipendienprogramms (5 Wochen)
Das Stipendium beinhaltet keine Reise-, Lebenshaltungskosten, Visum- und Versicherungskosten.
Diese Kosten müssen von den Stipendiaten selbst getragen werden.
Ein Stipendium hat einen Wert von ca. EUR 6.450, abhängig von der individuellen Wahl der Forschungsprojekte, Workshops und Aufführungen pro Stipendiat.
Jedes Stipendium im Rahmen von Life Long Burning wird durch das Kulturprogramm der Europäischen Union, durch österreichische Förderstellen und durch lokale Mittel aus dem Heimatland des/der Nominierten kofinanziert. Dieser letzte Teil ist noch nicht in allen Ländern gesichert.
Daher werden die AntragstellerInnen ermutigt, sich in ihren Heimatländern nach möglichen Förderinstitutionen umzusehen.

Berechtigte Antragsteller
- Tänzer und Choreographen mit professionellen Ambitionen aus europäischen, osteuropäischen und außereuropäischen Ländern,
- vorzugsweise zwischen 22 und 30 Jahre alt
- gute Englischkenntnisse
Die Qualität des tänzerischen Hintergrunds ist das Hauptkriterium für die Teilnahme an danceWEB.
Wie man sich bewirbt
Die Antragsteller müssen das Antragsformular zusammen mit den folgenden Dokumenten einreichen:
- mindestens 1 Empfehlungsschreiben (Englisch) (maximal 3);
- 2 aktuelle Fotos (Porträt & künstlerisches Foto);
- aktueller Lebenslauf (Englisch), maximal 2 Seiten.
