Fellowships are awarded, without regard to nationality, to qualified persons doing bot advanced creative and scholarly work in the following disciplines: archaeology, architecture, classics, dance, film/video, history, landscape architecture, literature, music, philosophy, theatre, visual arts  without regard to nationality, age, race, or gender.

In the Arts, the study centre welcomes persons doing both creative and scholarly work (such as art history, musicology, film criticism and so on). With respect to music and theatre, the centre does not have rehearsal studio space for persons wishing to work extensively in performance. However, since 2013, the Bogliasco Foundation has a brand-new, state-of-the-art 365 sq ft dance studio, including a sprung floor with marley surface, mirrors, portable barres, and audio-video projection and recording capabilities.

Each year approximately 50 fellowships or residencies are awarded. Their duration of the residency at the Bogliasco Study Center is 32 or 33 days and are scheduled during the two semesters of the academic year:

Fall (mid-September to the third week of December) and

Spring (Early January to the third week of May).

During their stay at the Centre, fellows and accompanying spouses/companions are provided with accommodation and subsistence.

Who can apply

- gifted individuals working in all the disciplines of the Arts and Humanities without regard to nationality, age, race, religion or gender;

- should demonstrate significant achievement in their disciplines, commensurate with their age and experience;

- accomplished artists and scholars who have a clear track record of achievements.

Students who are enrolled in a degree-granting program at the time of the application are not eligible.

How to apply

The following documents, which may be submitted in English, Italian, French or Spanish, will be required. 

- a completed application form;

- three letters of reference, which must be uploaded directly by the referees and received by the application deadline;

- a short-form curriculum vitae, no more than three pages in length;

- one-page description of the project that the applicant would pursue during her/his stay at the Bogliasco Study Center;

- three samples of the applicant’s work that has been published, performed, exhibited, or otherwise publicly presented during the last five years;

- a $30 application fee.

Financial support

Bogliasco Fellowships include full room and board, plus the use of a private studio. The cost of transportation to and from the Bogliasco Study Center is the responsibility of Fellows and their accompanying spouses/partners.

Ugyanakkor a Bogliasco Alapítvány 2013 óta egy korszerű, 365 négyzetméteres, rugós padlós, marley felülettel, tükrökkel, mozgatható rudakkal, audiovizuális kivetítővel, valamint audiovizuális kivetítő és felvevő készülékekkel felszerelt táncstúdióval rendelkezik.

Per poter ottenere la Borsa, il candidato deve dimostrare di aver conseguito risultati significativi nella sua disciplina, considerata la sua età ed esperienza. Vi preghiamo di notare che le Borse Bogliasco non vengono assegnate a studenti in corso di Laurea. La Fondazione predilige le domande provenienti dai candidati che dimostrano di essere a proprio agio a lavorare inseriti in un ristretto gruppo di accademici ed artisti di provenienza internazionale e multilingue.

Tutti gli anni vengono assegnate circa 60 borse di studio o residenze, della durata di un mese ciascuna. Le residenze sono ripartite nei due semestri del tradizionale anno accademico: settembre-dicembre, e gennaio-maggio. La Fondazione non offre residenze nei mesi estivi.

Durante il soggiorno presso il Centro, i partner o i coniugi beneficiano di vitto e alloggio gratuito.

Le centre d'études peut accueillir des personnes engagées dans un travail innovant et créatif dans les domaines de l'histoire de l'art, de la musicologie, de la critique cinématographique, etc. En ce qui concerne la danse, la musique et le théâtre, le centre ne dispose pas de lieux adéquats pour permettre aux artistes du spectacle de répéter de façon intensive.

Sprijin financiar

La Fondation Heinrich Böll octroie chaque année des bourses à environ 1 000 étudiants de premier cycle, diplômés et doctorants de toutes disciplines et nationalités, qui poursuivent leurs études dans des universités, des universités de sciences appliquées ("Fachhochschulen") ou des universités d'art ("Kunsthochschulen").

Les boursiers doivent avoir d'excellents résultats scolaires, être engagés socialement et politiquement, et avoir un intérêt actif pour les valeurs fondamentales de la fondation : écologie et durabilité, démocratie et droits de l'homme, autodétermination et justice.

A Heinrich Böll Alapítvány évente származástól függetlenül közel ezer alapfokú, mesterfokú és doktori képzésben részt vevő, bármely szakon tanuló diákot támogat, akik tanulmányaikat alkalmazott tudományokkal foglalkozó ('Fachhochschule') művészeti ('Kunsthochschule') vagy egyéb típusú felsőoktatási intézményben folytatják.

Az ösztöndíj enyerésének feltétele a kimagasló tanulmányi eredmény, valamint lényeges, hogy a pályázó társadalmi és politikai téren is elkötelezett legyen, emellett érdeklődjön az alapítvány által fontosnak tartott értékek (ökológia és fenntarthatóság, demokráció és emberi jogok, önrendelkezés és igazság) iránt.

La Fondazione Heinrich Böll ogni anno mette a disposizione borse di studio per circa 1.000 laureandi, laureati e dottorandi di tutte le discipline, di tutte le nazionalità, che studiano presso università, università di scienze applicate (“Fachhochschulen”) o università delle arti (“Kunsthochschulen”).

I beneficiari delle borse di studio devono avere una carriera accademica eccellente, essere politicamente e socialmente attivi e avere un interesse vivo nei confronti dei valori fondamentali della Fondazione: ecologia e sostenibilità, democrazia e diritti umani, autodeterminazione e giustizia .

The Heinrich Böll Foundation grants scholarships to approximately 1,000 undergraduates, graduates, and PhD students of all subjects and nationalities per year, who are pursuing their degree at universities, universities of applied sciences (‘Fachhochschulen’), or schools of art (‘Kunsthochschulen”).

A Transparency International School on Integrity egy éves antikorrupciós és elszámoltathatósági képzés a jövő vezetői számára, amelynek időpontja idén 2020. augusztus 17-22-re esik online formában.

Kik jelentkezhetnek?

Az ösztöndíjas férőhelyek száma limitált és kizárólag felsőbb éves hallgatók, diplomások és fiatal szakértők (35 év alatt) számára.

• be over 18 years old;

• să ai cel puțin 18 ani;
• să fii rezident permanent într-una dintre țările participante: statele membre UE, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia și Herțegovina, Fosta Republică Iugoslavă a Macedoniei, Islanda, Muntenegru, Moldova, Serbia, Turcia, Ucraina și Kosovo;

The award of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education is a pre-requisite for all higher education institutions (HEIs) located in one of the countries listed below and want to apply and participate in learning mobility of individuals, cooperation for innovation and good practices among organisations and institutions and/or support to policy development projects under the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Programme.

For HEIs located in third countries not associated to the Programme, the ECHE is not required, and the quality framework will be established through inter-institutional agreements between HEIs.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

Eligible applicants

Recognised HEIs established in one of the following countries are eligible to apply for an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education:

- the Member States of the European Union,

- third countries associated to the Programme, under the conditions set out in the legal basis (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia)

- Western Balkans third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Montenegro.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

The National Authorities will designate, among the applicants, the Higher Education Institutions to be considered eligible to participate in learning mobility of individuals and/or cooperation for innovation and good practices under the Programme, in their respective territories.

Candidați eligibili

Instituțiile de învățământ superior recunoscute, stabilite într-una dintre următoarele țări, sunt eligibile pentru a solicita o Cartă Universitară Erasmus:

• țările terțe asociate la program, în condițiile stabilite în temeiul temeiului juridic (Islanda, Norvegia, Liechtenstein, Turcia, Macedonia de Nord și Serbia)
• țările terțe din Balcanii de Vest care nu sunt asociate la Programul Erasmus+: Albania, Bosnia și Herțegovina, Kosovo și Muntenegru.

YouthLead is inviting all youth changemakers and creative problem solvers to participate in a free training programme "Empowering Youth Ambassadors in the Fight Against Online Mis- and Disinformation".

What
A training programme for young people who wish to learn skills concerning digital verification, networking and community building to stop online hate speech, identification of deep-fakes and other emerging media, discussions related to content moderation and take-downs, data detoxing for reducing the mis- and disinformation that the algorithms send you, etc.

When
March 2022. During the week, participants will be given a few reading materials and exercises to complete on their own time. On weekends there will be live workshops where everyone comes together to meet with expert trainers online (max. 3 hours per day). 

Where
The course will be entirely online. Participants can tune in from anywhere.

Who can apply
Young leaders (aged 15-18) who are passionate about improving the online ecosystem and the offline societies.
No prior experience in digital literacy is needed just an interest in improving the way mis- and disinformation is understood and handled.

How to apply

Applicants need to submit a 2-minute video of themselves explaining

• Why they are interested in the topic
• How online mis- and disinformation affected them or someone they know
• How they plan to apply what they've learned from this programme in their community or group of friends.

Ce este?
Un program de formare pentru tinerii care doresc să învețe noi competențe cu privire la verificarea digitală, networking și consolidarea de comunități pentru oprirea discursului online instigator la ură, pentru identificarea știrilor false și a altor tipuri de media, pentru discuții legate de moderarea și eliminarea conținutului, detoxifierea datelor online pentru reducerea nivelului de dezinformare pe care algoritmii ți le transmit etc.

Când?
Martie 2022. Pe parcursul săptămânii în care are loc programul de formare, participanții vor primi materiale de lecturat și exerciții pe care să le rezolve singuri, în timpul dedicat. În zilele de weekend vor avea loc ateliere, unde toți participanții se vor reuni online, alături de traineri experți (cel mult 3 ore pe zi).

Unde?
Cursul va avea loc integral în format online. Participanții se pot alătura de oriunde.

Cine poate aplica?
Tineri lideri (cu vârste cuprinse între 15 și 18 ani), care sunt pasionați de îmbunătățirea ecosistemului online și a societăților offline.
Nu este nevoie de experiență anterioară, doar un interes puternic în îmbunătățirea modului în care dezinformarea este înțeleasă și combătută.

Cum se poate aplica?
Candidații trebuie să pregătească un material video cu ei înșiși, cu o durată de cel mult 2 minute, în care să explice:

• Motivul pentru care sunt interesați de subiect;
• Cum dezinformarea online i-a afectat pe ei sau pe cineva cunoscut;
• Cum plănuiesc să aplice ceea ce au învățat în cadrul programului în propria comunitate sau grup de prieteni.

Proceed, is a virtual Asia-Europe residency for emerging artists from the music, new media, film, comics, visual arts and photography sectors to reflect on the role and contribution culture can have in tackling climate change and and co-create a joint project, under the guidance of a mentor.

What is the place of culture in the climate change discourse and how can artists contribute to tackling this issue?  
What impact can artists have on the urgent need for awareness and action around the climate change crisis?
How can cultural heritage be taken into consideration in this conversation? 

Format:  

• 4 selected artists will work in pairs. Each pair will work with the mentor and will collaborate online over a period of 8 weeks (1 August to 25 September 2022). 
• Applicants are encouraged to apply in pairs from Asia and Europe. For individual applicants, the pairing will be done by the organisers. 
• Each pair will work on a final output that could take the form of a photo documentary, podcast, video, publication, object, amongst others. The final output will be published on culture360.ASEF.org  and Casa Asia website and social media channels. 
• At the end of the residency, each pair will take part in a webinar about the collaborative process as part of a wider sharing of their residency experience. 
• Selected artists will have to submit weekly video diary updates that will be published on culture360 Instagram channel and shared on Casa Asia’s channels.

Theme
Climate change and global warming caused by human-induced degradation to our planet continue to be a persistent global concern.
What is the place of culture in the climate change discourse and how can artists contribute to tackling this issue?  

Eligibility criteria

• National of ASEM Asian countries and nationals of any ASEM countries currently residing in Spain. 
• Artists between the ages of 21 and 30 with a background in the following disciplines: music, new media, film, comics, visual arts and photography;
• Good written and fluent spoken English. 

Fee 
Each participant will receive a fee of SGD 750 for their participation in the residency. This fee can contribute to the implementation of their project idea (e.g. research fee, purchase of materials or any other necessary service fee).

Proceed, este o rezidență virtuală Asia-Europa pentru artiști emergenți din sectoarele muzicii, new media, filmului, benzilor desenate, artelor vizuale și fotografiei, pentru a reflecta asupra rolului și contribuției pe care cultura le poate avea în abordarea schimbărilor climatice și pentru a crea împreună un proiect comun, sub îndrumarea unui mentor.

Unde este locul culturii în discursul privind schimbările climatice și cum pot contribui artiștii la abordarea acestei probleme?  
Ce impact pot avea artiștii asupra nevoii urgente de conștientizare și de acțiune în ceea ce privește criza schimbărilor climatice?
Cum poate fi luat în considerare patrimoniul cultural în această discuție? 

Format:  

• 4 artiști selectați vor lucra în perechi. Fiecare pereche va lucra cu un mentor și va colabora online pe o perioadă de 8 săptămâni (1 august - 25 septembrie 2022). 
• Candidații sunt încurajați să aplice în perechi din Asia și Europa. Pentru candidații individuali, perechea va fi realizată de către organizatori. 
• Fiecare pereche va lucra la un material final care ar putea lua forma unui documentar foto, podcast, video, publicație, obiect, printre altele. Materialul final va fi publicat pe culture360.ASEF.org și pe website-ul și rețelele de socializare Casa Asia. 
• La finalul rezidenței, fiecare pereche va participa la un webinar despre procesul de colaborare, ca parte a unui schimb mai larg de informații despre experiența lor de rezidență.

Schimbările climatice și încălzirea globală cauzată de degradarea provocată de om asupra planetei noastre continuă să fie o preocupare globală persistentă.

Care este locul culturii în discursul privind schimbările climatice și cum pot contribui artiștii la abordarea acestei probleme?  

Criterii de eligibilitate

• Cetățeni ai țărilor asiatice din cadrul ASEM și cetățeni ai oricărei țări ASEM care locuiesc în prezent în Spania. 
• Artiști cu vârste cuprinse între 21 și 30 de ani, cu experiență în următoarele discipline: muzică, new media, film, benzi desenate, arte vizuale și fotografie;
• Bună cunoaștere a limbii engleze scrise și vorbite fluent. 

Taxa 

Fiecare participant va trebui să achite o taxă de 750 SGD pentru participarea la rezidență. Această taxă poate contribui la punerea în aplicare a ideii lor de proiect (de exemplu, taxa de cercetare, achiziționarea de materiale sau orice altă taxă de servicii necesare).

Online course for youth workers focusing on professional development in international youth work. The course is free and open to everyone and offers inspiring lectures, animated videos, method demonstrations, practical tasks and development tools.

The course is open to youth workers worldwide willing to explore the ways for competence-based development.

Organised by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, in collaboration with The Network University, this free four-week online course explores new ways of understanding and promoting active citizenship from the contexts and perspectives of the participants.

The course taking place from 4^th February to 3^rd March 2019, has been designed to complement the Global Education Guidelines, a pedagogical tool for educators and policy makers to understand and implement global education, and share with a wider audience concepts and approaches promoted by the North-South Centre’s Global Education programme.
It addresses the issues in theory and practice, reflecting on the ideal state considering the evidence from the reality while allowing learners to:
- review the existing concepts related to citizenship, civic engagement and participation;
- identify competencies and possible paths to develop impactful context-based citizenship leading to social justice and sustainability;
- act towards active citizenship locally and globally;
- connect with thinkers, practitioners, innovators and other relevant actors in the field.

Who can apply
Anyone from all over the world, formal and non-formal educators, policymakers, media professionals and students with a special interest in the topic.

Participants should
-  be in command of the English language;
- be able to spend a minimum of 10 hours per week (every week) on course work;
- have basic Information and Communication Technology skills and a minimum of internet access.

Organizat de Centrul Nord-Sud al Consiliului Europei, în colaborare cu The Network University, acest curs online gratuit de patru săptămâni explorează noi modalități de înțelegere și promovare a cetățeniei active din perspectiva participanților.

Cursul a fost conceput pentru a completa Ghidul pentru educație globală, un instrument pedagogic pentru educatori și factori de decizie, pentru a înțelege și implementa educația la nivel global și pentru a împărtăși cu publicul larg concepte și abordări promovate de programul Educația globală a Centrului Nord-Sud.

Cursul abordează problemele teoretice și practice, reflectând asupra situației ideale, luând în considerare realitatea și în același timp permițând celor care învață:

- revizuirea conceptelor existente privind cetățenia, implicarea civică și participarea;

- identificarea competențelor și a posibilelor căi de dezvoltare a impactului cetățeniei bazate pe context, care să conducă la justiție socială și durabilitate;

- să acționeze în favoarea cetățeniei active la nivel local și global;

- să se conecteze cu practicieni, inovatori și alți actori relevanți în domeniu.

Pot candida persoane din întreaga lume, educatori din domeniul formal și nonformal, factori de decizie, profesioniști din domeniul media și studenți care sunt interesați de acest subiect.

Cerințe pentru curs

Participanții trebuie

- să cunoască limba engleză;

- să poată aloca cel puțin 10 ore pe săptămână (în fiecare săptămână) pentru curs;

- să aibă abilități de bază în domeniul tehnologiei informației și comunicării și să aibă acces la internet.

Costuri

Centrul Nord-Sud va oferi burse de 400 de euro, care corespund valorii cursului.

The European Commission is encouraging European enterprises to penetrate the Japanese market. To this end it has put in place various promotional activities to further European exports to Japan and to maximise business opportunities there.

The EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Co-operation, which was established in Tokyo in 1987 and in Brussels in 1996, organises:

Training programmes for EU managers (2 weeks):
- Get Ready for Japan HRTP (16-27 May 2022) - provides an in-depth understanding of how to do business in Japan. It is targeted at EU managers who have a major role in defining and implementing their company’s policies in relation to Japan, or who are to be transferred to Japan, or come from companies intending to supply Japanese companies or wish to learn about management practices and technological developments in Japan. 
Deadline: 10  March 2022.

The candidate must:
- be a citizen of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
- work for a company that is > 50% EU or COSME partnering country owned;
- work for an organisation that is an EU or COSME partnering country juridical person;
- be supported by their employer and be able to participate in the entire programme;
- have a reasonable command of English;
- be a manager or an executive from an industrial company;
- have proven experience in industry.

All participants cover their travel costs to and from Japan as well as living expenses in Japan, including accommodation.
The EU-Japan Centre covers all training-related costs such as speakers' fees, room rental, transfers for company visits, etc for participants from SMEs.

Participants from SMEs need to pay a deposit of €1200 to guarantee attendance at all meetings, seminars and company visits. This deposit is refunded within 8 weeks after the mission and upon participant's completion of the post-event questionnaire. 
Participants from non-SMEs pay a small tuition fee of €1200  covering all training-related costs.

World Class Manufacturing WMC (five days)
- for EU managers and for EU senior executives - to assist EU companies to acquire a better understanding of how Japanese companies continually take costs out of their manufacturing, constantly innovating using "KAIZEN" manufacturing methods (continuous improvement), "JIT" (Just in Time), "TQC" (Total Quality Control), TIE (Total Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and "TQM" (Total Quality Management) practices.
Deadline: 25 November 2021 (Next session will take place online in March 2022).

• Target participants are:
• managers from industrial companies;
• minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in industry
• good knowledge of English;
• be nationals of an EU Member State or of a COSME partnering country;
• must work for a company that is > 50% EU or COSME partnering country owned;
• must work for an organisation that is an EU or COSME partnering country juridical person;
