The Fulbright-Schuman Programme provides grants to EU citizens for study, research or lecturing in the United States with a focus on EU affairs, European integration or US-EU relations.

The programme is administered by the Fulbright Commission in Belgium and is jointly funded by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission.

There are five types of grants available:

• Grants for Post-Doctoral Research and Lecturing (‘scholars’)
• for those with completed PhD (or other terminal degree and 5+ years of experience) and academic/professional experience of 3+ months in two or more EU Member States
• for a minimum period of three months and a maximum of nine months

• Grants for (Pre) Doctoral Research (‘students’)
• for those with academic/professional experience of 3+ months in two or more EU Member States, holding at least a bachelor’s degree and having achieved academic excellence generally defined as a distinction in each year of study or in the final year of study (please note that candidates without these grades are still encouraged to apply if they have outstanding personal or professional backgrounds)
• normally for a period of between four and nine months (i.e., an academic year) but applications for pre-doctoral research for a period as short as four months will also be considered

• Grants for International Educators for professionals in international education administration from European universities for research within the field that would be mutually beneficial to both the institutions
• for a period between 3 months and one academic year (9 months)

• Grants for Innovation for proposals focused on EU or US-EU approaches to innovative technologies and business models and their integration with new and existing policies and regulations.
• the application procedure is the same as when applying for either a (pre)Doctoral (students) or Post-Doctoral Research (scholars) grant but in the 'Country Information' section it needs to specify that you are applying for the innovation award

• Fulbright-Schuman Security Studies Award 
• 3-month programme to foster awareness and understanding of NATO and to increase the level of debate on peace, security, and defense-related issues
• for post-doctoral researchers, professors, and professionals with a minimum of a doctoral degree (PhD) or other terminal degree that want to conduct research and/or lecture at a U.S. institution for a period of three months in fields of study with a connection to NATO 

Eligibility criteria

• citizenship of an EU Member State
• proficiency in English
• minimum of a bachelor's degree
• prior to submitting their application, candidates must arrange their own placement at an accredited university, vocational training/professional institution, or independent research center in the United States

Benefits

• monthly scholarship (USD equivalent of 2000€ for students, 3000€ for scholars and international educators, 9000€ for the whole 3 months Fulbright-NATO scholarship) to be used to cover tuition, living costs, etc.
• one-time travel stipend of USD equivalent of 2000€ intended to defray the costs associated with travel/relocation

Le programme Fulbright Etats-Unis/UE est géré par la Commission pour les échanges universitaires entre les Etats-Unis, la Belgique et le Luxembourg. Il est financé par les Etats-Unis (U.S. State Department) et la Direction générale Education et culture de la Commission européenne. La bourse couvre une allocation mensuelle, l'intégralité ou une partie des frais d'enseignement, un aller-retour en avion, une assurance santé et accident et un visa.

Elle est prévue pour une année universitaire.

• Ter um bom domínio de Inglês.

Candidatos que estejam nos Estado Unidos na altura de candidatura não são elegíveis.

Como se Candidatar: de forma a terem acesso à sua eligibilidade para o programa, os candidatos devem submeter os seguintes documentos:

Programul Fulbright-Schuman oferă granturi cetățenilor UE pentru studiu, cercetare sau susținerea de prelegeri în Statele Unite, cu accent pe afacerile europene, integrarea europeană sau relațiile SUA-UE.

Programul este administrat de Comisia Fulbright din Belgia și este finanțat în comun de către Departamentul de Stat al SUA și DG EAC - Comisia Europeană.

Există patru tipuri de granturi disponibile:

• Granturi pentru cercetare postdoctorală și prelegeri („bursieri”)

- pentru cei cu doctorat finalizat (sau alt grad de nivel terminal și peste 5 ani de experiență) și experiență academică/profesională de peste 3 luni în două sau mai multe state membre UE

- pentru o perioadă minimă de trei luni și maximă de nouă luni, fiind preferate proiectele cu durata de 4-6 luni 

• Granturi pentru cercetare predoctorală („studenți”)

- pentru cei cu experiență academică/profesională de peste 3 luni în două sau mai multe state membre ale UE, care dețin cel puțin o diplomă de licență și care au atins un nivel de excelență academică definit în general ca o distincție în fiecare an de studiu sau în ultimul an de studiu (vă rugăm să rețineți că solicitanții care nu au aceste note sunt încurajați să candideze dacă au o experiență personală sau profesională remarcabilă)

- în mod normal pentru o perioadă cuprinsă între patru și nouă luni (adică un an universitar), dar vor fi luate în considerare și candidaturile pentru cercetare predoctorală pentru o perioadă scurtă de patru luni

• Granturi pentru profesori universitari

- pentru profesioniștii implicați în administrarea educației internaționale din cadrul universităților europene care sunt interesați de cercetări în domeniu, care ar fi reciproc avantajoase pentru ambele instituții

- pentru o perioadă cuprinsă între 3 luni și un an universitar (9 luni)

• Granturi pentru inovare

- pentru propuneri axate pe abordări UE sau SUA-UE privind tehnologii inovatoare și modele de afaceri și integrarea acestora în politici și reglementări noi sau existente.

- procedura de depunere a candidaturilor este aceeași cu cea pentru candidaturile pentru granturi pentru cercetare predoctorală (studenți) sau pentru cercetare postdoctorală (bursieri), dar la secțiunea „Informații despre țară” candidații trebuie să precizeze că solicită un grant pentru inovare.

Criterii de eligibilitate

• să fie cetățeni ai unui stat membru al UE
• să cunoască limba engleză la nivel avansat
• să aibă cel puțin diplomă de licență
• înainte de depunerea candidaturii, solicitanții trebuie să își organizeze propriul plasament la o universitate acreditată, o instituție de formare profesională sau un centru de cercetare independent din Statele Unite

Beneficii

• alocație lunară (echivalent în dolari SUA a 2000  de euro pentru studenți și 3000 de euro pentru bursieri și profesori universitari) utilizată pentru a acoperi taxa de școlarizarea, costurile de trai etc.
• alocație unică pentru călătorie echivalentul în dolari SUA a 2000 de euro, destinată să acopere costurile asociate călătoriei/relocării
• asigurare de sănătate și accidente pentru beneficiarul  de grant (nu pentru persoanele aflate în întreținere)
• sponsorizarea vizei J pentru beneficiarul de grant și persoanele aflate în întreținere care îl însoțesc
• programe în țară (de exemplu, Orientări Gateway, seminare Fulbright Enrichment)
• apartenența la rețele active de absolvenți Fulbright din Statele Unite și Europa

Cum poți să candidezi

• completezi o candidatură online
• prezinți documente care includ: CV în format american, diplome ale celor mai recente studii universitare absolvite, scrisori de recomandare (încărcate direct în aplicația online) și una sau mai multe scrisori de admitere sau afiliere de la o instituție gazdă din SUA (această scrisoare trebuie să conțină antetul instituției și să menționeze datele sau perioada academică a șederii)

Termen limită: 1 decembrie 2023.

El Programa Fullbright- Schuman ofrece aproximadamente 13 becas a ciudadanos de Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea para realizar estudios, investigaciones y lectorados sobre asuntos de la Unión Europea o sobre las relaciones entre Estados Unidos y la Unión Europea. Becas para lectorados universitarios:
De dos a cuatro becas de un semestre para lectorados postdoctorales sobre asuntos de la Unión Europea, relaciones entre EE.UU-EU, integración y economía política en las universidades estadounidenses seleccionadas.

The Fulbright-Schuman Programme provides grants to EU citizens for study, research or lecturing in the United States with a focus on EU affairs, European integration or US-EU relations.

About

The programme is administered by the Fulbright Commission in Belgium and is jointly funded by the U.S. State Department and the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the European Commission.

There are four types of grants available:

• Grants for Post-Doctoral Research and Lecturing (‘scholars’)
  • for those with completed PhD (or other terminal degree and 5+ years of experience) and academic/professional experience of 3+ months in two or more EU Member States
  • for a minimum period of three months and a maximum of nine months, with preference being given to projects of 4-6 months duration

  • for professionals in international education administration from European universities for research within the field that would be mutually beneficial to both the institutions

• Grants for Innovation
  • for proposals focused on EU or US-EU approaches to innovative technologies and business models and their integration with new and existing policies and regulations.
  • the application procedure is the same as when applying for either a (pre)Doctoral (students) or Post-Doctoral Research (scholars) grant but in the 'Country Information' section it needs to specify that you are applying for the innovation award

Eligibility criteria

• citizenship of an EU Member State
• proficiency in English
• minimum of a bachelor's degree
• prior to submitting their application, candidates must arrange their own placement at an accredited university, vocational training/professional institution, or independent research center in the United States

Benefits

• monthly stipend (USD equivalent of 2000€ for students and 3000€ for scholars and international educators) to be used to cover tuition, living costs, etc.
• one-time travel stipend of USD equivalent of 2000€ intended to defray the costs associated with travel/relocation

Each year approximately 50 fellowships or residencies are awarded. Their duration of the residency at the Bogliasco Study Center is 32 or 33 days and are scheduled during the two semesters of the academic year:

Wie man sich bewirbt

Le Borse Bogliasco vengono assegnate a persone qualificate impegnate in tutte le arti e le discipline umanistiche senza alcuna restrizione di nazionalità, età, razza, religione o sesso.

Per poter ottenere la Borsa, il candidato deve dimostrare di aver conseguito risultati significativi nella sua disciplina, considerata la sua età ed esperienza. Vi preghiamo di notare che le Borse Bogliasco non vengono assegnate a studenti in corso di Laurea. La Fondazione predilige le domande provenienti dai candidati che dimostrano di essere a proprio agio a lavorare inseriti in un ristretto gruppo di accademici ed artisti di provenienza internazionale e multilingue.

Tutti gli anni vengono assegnate circa 60 borse di studio o residenze, della durata di un mese ciascuna. Le residenze sono ripartite nei due semestri del tradizionale anno accademico: settembre-dicembre, e gennaio-maggio. La Fondazione non offre residenze nei mesi estivi.

Le centre d'études peut accueillir des personnes engagées dans un travail innovant et créatif dans les domaines de l'histoire de l'art, de la musicologie, de la critique cinématographique, etc. En ce qui concerne la danse, la musique et le théâtre, le centre ne dispose pas de lieux adéquats pour permettre aux artistes du spectacle de répéter de façon intensive.

Environ 50 bourses sont décernées chaque année. La durée des séjours est comprise entre un mois (31 ou 32 jours) et un demi-semestre (48 jours). Les candidatures sont évaluées deux fois par an.

Centrul de studii îi aşteaptă pe toţi cei care desfăşoară atât activităţi creative, cât și activități de cercetare (cum ar fi istoria artei, muzicologie, critică de film, ș.a.m.d.). Pentru muzică și teatru, centrul nu are un spaţiu special pentru repetiţii pentru cei care doresc să lucreze intensiv pentru spectacole. • trebuie să demonstreze rezultate deosebite în domeniul lor de activitate, în conformitate cu vârsta şi experienţa pe care o au.
• trebuie să trimită descrierea proiectelor pe care vor să le desfăşoare la Bogliasco.
• artiști și cercetători care au un istoric clar al realizărilor.

Studenții înscriși într-un program finanțat, în urma căruia obțin o diplomă, la data trimiterii candidaturii nu sunt eligibili.

Cum poți candida

Sunt cerute următoarele documente, care trebuie trimise in engleză, italiană, franceză sau spaniolă.

• formularul de candidatură completat;
• trei scrisori de recomandare care trebuie încărcate direct de persoanele care fac recomandările și care trebuie să ajungă înainte de termenul limită;
• un curriculum vitae a cărui lungime să nu depășească 3 pagini;
• o descriere de o pagină a proiectului pe care candidatul intenționează să îl dezvolte în timpul șederii la Centrul de Studii Bogliasco;
• trei exemple ale lucrărilor candidatului care au fost publicate, prezentate într-un spectacol sau într-o expoziție sau prezentate într-un alt mod publicului în ultimii cinci ani
• taxă de înscriere de 30 $ și 45$.

Sprijin financiar

Bursele Bogliasco includ cazare și masă completă, plus utilizarea unui studio privat. Costurile de transport către și de la Centrul de studii Bogliasco sunt în responsabilitatea bursierilor și a soților/partenerilor care îi însoțesc.

Con respecto a la música y el teatro el centro no cuenta con un espacio como local de ensayo para las personas que desean trabajar en un alto rendimiento. Sin embargo, desde 2013, la Fundación Bogliasco tiene una nueva marca de arte con un estudio de danza que incluye una superficie de suelo elástica, espejos, barras portátiles y un proyector de vídeo y audio y capacidad de grabación

Cada año concede alrededor de 50 becas. La duración de la residencia en el Centro de Estudios Liguria va desde de 30 a 34 días, dependiendo del origen geográfico de los compañeros, su disciplina y diversos requisitos de programación de la Fundación. Las solicitudes se realizan dos veces al año.
Durante su estancia en el Centro, a los becarios y acompañantes (cónyuges/acompañantes) se les proporcionará alojamiento y manutención.

Solicitantes:
Demostrar haber obtenido importantes logros en sus disciplinas, en consonancia con la edad y la experiencia.
Deberán también presentar descripciones de los proyectos con los que se quiere obtener una beca Bogliasco.

Навчальний центр вітає людей, які займаються як творчою, так і науковою роботою (наприклад, історія мистецтва, музикознавство, кінокритика тощо). Що стосується музики та театру, у центрі немає репетиційного студійного простору. Однак з 2013 року Фонд Больяско має абсолютно нову, сучасну танцювальну студію площею 365 кв. футів, включаючи підпружинену підлогу зі спеціальним покриттям, дзеркалами, портативними стйками та можливостями аудіо-відео проекції та запису.

Щороку надається приблизно 50 стипендій або резиденцій. Їх тривалість проживання в навчальному центрі в Больяско становить 32 або 33 дні і запланована на два семестри навчального року:

- успішні художники та науковці, які мають чіткий досвід досягнень.

Студенти, які на момент подачі заявки зараховані до програми отримання ступеня, не мають права подаватися на цю програму.

Fellowships are awarded to qualified individuals of any nationality doing advanced creative work or scholarly research in the following disciplines: archaeology, architecture, classics, dance, film or video, history, landscape architecture, literature, music, philosophy, theatre, visual arts.

Programme

In the Arts, the study centre welcomes persons doing both creative and scholarly work (such as art history, musicology, film criticism and so on). With respect to music and theatre, the Centre does not have rehearsal studio space for persons wishing to work extensively in performance. However, since 2013, the Bogliasco Foundation has a brand-new, state-of-the-art 365 sq ft dance studio, including a sprung floor with marley surface, mirrors, portable barres, and audio-video projection and recording capabilities.

Each year approximately 50 fellowships are awarded. Their duration of the residency at the Liguria Study Center is 30 to 34 days depending on the geographic origin of the fellow, his/her discipline, and various scheduling requirements of the Foundation. Applications are reviewed twice a year. During their stay at the Centre, fellows and accompanying spouses/companions are provided with accommodation and subsistence.

Running from 23 October to 3 December 2023 the MOOC explores the role of youth research in shaping evidence-based policy and youth work practice.

The course consists of six modules:

Module 1: The role, concepts and history of youth research

Module 2: Youth research, policy and practice

Module 3: Youth Research actors and Networks at national Level

Module 4: Youth research methods and approaches

Module 5: Communicating youth research|

Module 6: Course evaluation

Participants will:

• Become familiar with the role of youth research and get to know the main contemporary and emerging research themes
• Have an overview of the various youth research actors and knowledge networks across Europe
• Understand better the impact of youth research on evidence-based youth policy and youth work practice
• Gain an understanding of youth research methods and approaches
• Learn about knowledge translation and how to efficiently communicate youth research to different audiences.

The course is open to everyone and free of charge. It is addressed in particular to youth policy makers, youth work practitioners, youth leaders, volunteers, members of youth NGOs, or youth researchers.

The course includes basic information, so it may be especially useful to those just beginning their careers in the youth field. It does not provide exhaustive information on specific expertise in youth research.

The language of the course is English.

Das 5-wöchige Stipendienprogramm findet jedes Jahr von Juli bis August im Rahmen des Festivals ImPulsTanz in Wien statt.

Das Programm konzentriert sich auf den grenzüberschreitenden Austausch von Ideen und Wissen, auf gezielte Fortbildung, auf die Begegnung mit international renommierten Künstlern, die sich in Wien bei ImPulsTanz treffen, mit dem Ziel, die Karriere der Teilnehmer zu orientieren.
Im Jahr 2021 findet das Programm vom 14. Juli bis 18. August statt.

Ein Stipendium beinhaltet:

DanceWEB offre a circa giovani ballerini professionisti e coreografi principalmente europei, ma anche di paesi non europei, la possibilità di partecipare ad un programma di formazione  intensivo multinazionale. Il suo progetto successivo - Life Long Burning, Towards A Sustainable Eco-System for Contemporary Dance in Europe - entra in scena e sviluppa e approfondisce ulteriormente i suoi obiettivi artistici, grazie a un sostegno quadriennale del programma Creative Europe.

Criteria

De kwaliteit van de dansachtergrond is het voornaamste criterium voor deelname aan danceWEB.

Daarnaast zullen in totaal 15-20 deelnemers van Centraal en Oost-Europa en een aantal deelnemers uit andere regio's van de wereld (Afrika, Zuidoost-Azië, Noord- en Zuid-Amerika, Australië) worden geselecteerd.

Budget/projectfinanciering

Elke studiebeurs binnen het kader van Jardin d'Europe ontvangt cofinanciering van de Europese Unie (Creative Europe/MEDIA 2014-2020), van Oostenrijkse subsidie en van lokale subsidie uit het thuisland van de genomineerde (maar geen privé personen). Dit laatste gedeelte is nog niet bevestigd in alle landen. Deelnemers worden dan ook aangemoedigd zelf op zoek te gaan naar mogelijke ondersteuning van instellingen in het eigen land.  Het is een goed idee om de vorige deelnemers aan danceWEB uit jouw land te vragen hoe zij financiële ondersteuning hebben gevonden via dit formulier.

Programul de burse danceWEB oferă tinerilor dansatori şi coregrafi profesionişti în principal din Europa, dar şi din ţările non-europene, posibilitatea de a participa într-un program multinaţional de formare intensivă.

Programul se derulează sub forma unei rezidenţe de 5 săptămâni din iulie în august, la Viena, în cadrul festivalului ImPulsTanz.

Programul se axează pe schimbul de idei şi cunoştinţe, pe formare continuă, pe întâlniri cu artişti recunoscuţi internaţional la Viena la ImPulsTanz, în vederea orientării carierei participanţilor.

În 2023, programul se va derula în perioada 5 - 9 august.

Bursa nu include cheltuielile de călătorie, diurnă, viză și asigurare. Aceste cheltuieli trebuie acoperite de beneficiarii burselor.

O bursă are o valoare de aproximativ 6.450 de euro (în funcție de alegerea individuală a fiecărui bursier, a proiectelor de cercetare, atelierelor și a spectacolelor).

Fiecare bursă, acordată în cadrul "Life Long Burning", este cofinanţată prin programul Cultura al Uniunii Europene, organisme finanţatoare din Austria, precum şi de finanţatori locali din ţara de rezidenţă a candidatului. Această ultimă parte nu este asigurată încă în toate ţările. 

Din acest motiv, candidaţii sunt încurajaţi să caute posibile instituţii finanţatoare în ţara lor de origine.

Solicitanții trebuie să trimită formularul de candidatură care constă în:

danceWEB – evropski program štipendij za sodobni ples

danceWeb petinšestdesetim profesionalnim plesalcem in koreografom iz Evrope in tudi iz neevropskih držav ponuja možnost, da se udeležijo intenzivnega mednarodnega plesnega programa. danceWeb – evropski program za štipendije se vsako leto dogaja julija in avgusta na Dunaju, v okviru festival ImPulsTanz.
Program se osredotoča na izmenjavo idej in znanj, ki niso omejena z nacionalnimi mejami, na zgoščen trening, na srečanja z mednarodno priznanimi umetniki, ki se zberejo na dunajskem ImPulsTanz festival, da bi pomagali pri usmerjanju kariere udeležencev.

Udeleženci:
Plesalci in koreografi s profesionalnimi ambicijami iz evropskih, vzhodnoevropskih in neevropskih držav, starih od 22 do 30 let in z dobrim znanjem angleščine. Kakovost plesnega predznanja je glavno merilo za udeležbo v danceWeb.

Odvisno od razpoložljivih sredstev financiranja, sta izbrana eden ali dva udeleženca na državo iz držav Evropske unije. Poleg tega je vsako let izbranih še dodatnih 15 - 20 udeležencev iz srednje in vzhodnoevropskih držav, kot tudi iz drugih svetovnih regij (Afrika, jugovzhodna Azija, severna/južna Amerika, Avstralija).

El Programa de Becas ofrece a alrededor de 65 jóvenes bailarines profesionales y coreógrafos de todo europea y también de países no europeos la posibilidad de participar en un intenso programa de entrenamiento multinacional. El Programa consiste en una residencia de 5 semanas que tiene lugar cada año en julio/agosto en Viena, en el marco del ImPulsTanz festival.

El programa se centra en el intercambio de ideas y conocimientos, no limitado por las fronteras nacionales, en materia de formación. Es una reunión con artistas de renombre internacional que tiene lugar en Viena con el objetivo de orientar la carrera profesional de los participantes.

Програма триває 5 тижнів та проводиться щороку в липні - серпні у Відні в рамках фестивалю ImPulsTanz.

Програма зосереджена на обміні ідеями та знаннями, на збагаченому подальшому навчанні, на зустрічах з міжнародними відомими танцюристами, що приїжджають у Відень на фестиваль ІmPulsTanz, щоб дати поштовх для кар'єри учасників.
У 2020 році навчання проводиться з 8 липня по 12 серпня.

Стипендія включає наступні безкоштовні послуги:

Wer kan sich bewerben:

Absolventen von Masterstudiengängen, aber auch Studierende im letzten Studienjahr. • European Neighborhood Policy scholarships for EU citizens – scholarship scheme ranging from partial to full for EU citizens interested in the relations of the EU with its neighbourhood (scholarships for Natolin and Bruges).
• European Neighborhood Policy scholarships for ENP countries citizens– full scholarships for citizens of countries covered by the ENP: Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia or Ukraine (scholarships for Natolin and Bruges).
• European History and Civilization scholarships for all nationalities – scholarship scheme ranging from partial to full for graduates of history and related fields from all countries of the world. They are intended both for History graduates who wish to combine further historical studies with European studies, as well as for graduates in related disciplines who wish to study History in an interdisciplinary European context. Related disciplines include: International Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Area Studies, Geography, Philosophy, History of Art, Theology, Classics, Modern Languages and Literature. Scholarships for Natolin campus only. 
• Journalism and Media scholarships – scholarship scheme ranging from partial to full for admitted students of any country with a background or clear interest in journalism and/or media (scholarships for Natolin only).
• EU4Youth scholarships for candidates from Eastern Partnership – additional scholarship scheme for citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine for the Advanced Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies program in 2023-2024. The scholarships cover tuition fee, full board and lodging on campus. They are funded under the “EU4Youth phase III Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship” programme, which receives funding from the EU and is co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.

Moreover, many College of Europe students are granted scholarships by national or regional governments as well as public or private institutions. The full list is available here.

 Who can apply:

Graduates of Master's degree programmes, but also to final-year students. Holders of a Bachelor's degree received after completing four years of study (in countries where that is the duration of the bachelor's programme), as well as final-year students in such a programme.

Selection procedure:

1. Candidates are requested to visit the website of the College and check the academic and language requirements.

2. Candidates have to register and apply online (Admission/apply online) indicating which specific scholarship they want to apply for.

-Borse di studio solo per il campus di Natolin.
-Borse di studio per il giornalismo e i media - programma di borse di studio da parziali a complete per gli studenti ammessi di qualsiasi Paese con un background o un chiaro interesse per il giornalismo e/o i media (borse di studio solo per Natolin).

Chi può candidarsi:
Laureati di corsi di laurea magistrale, ma anche studenti dell'ultimo anno. Titolari di una laurea di primo livello conseguita dopo aver completato quattro anni di studio (nei Paesi in cui tale è la durata del programma di laurea), nonché studenti dell'ultimo anno di tale programma.

Procedura di selezione:

Acestea se adresează atât absolvenților de istorie care doresc să combine continuarea studiilor istorice cu studiile europene, cât și absolvenților de discipline conexe care doresc să studieze istoria într-un context european interdisciplinar. Disciplinele conexe includ: Relații internaționale, științe politice, sociologie, studii de zonă, geografie, filosofie, istoria artei, teologie, limbi clasice, limbi și literatură modernă. Burse doar pentru campusul Natolin. 

Burse de jurnalism și media - program de burse care variază de la burse parțiale până la burse complete pentru studenții admiși din orice țară cu experiență sau interes clar în jurnalism și/sau media (burse doar pentru Natolin).

Burse EU4Youth pentru candidații din Parteneriatul Estic - program de burse suplimentare pentru cetățenii din Armenia, Azerbaidjan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ucraina pentru programul de Master avansat în Studii europene interdisciplinare în 2023-2024. Bursele acoperă taxa de școlarizare, pensiunea completă și cazarea în campus. Acestea sunt finanțate în cadrul programului "EU4Youth faza III Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship", care primește finanțare de la UE și este cofinanțat de Ministerul Afacerilor Externe al Lituaniei.

Cine poate aplica?

Absolvenții programelor de masterat, dar și studenților din anii terminali. Deținătorii unei diplome de licență primite după patru ani de studiu (în țările în care aceasta este durata programului de licență), precum și studenții din ultimul an al unui astfel de program.

Procedura de selecție:

1. Candidații sunt rugați să viziteze website-ul Colegiului și să verifice cerințele academice și de limbă.
2. Solicitanții trebuie să se înregistreze și să trimită candidatura online.
3. Candidații trebuie să trimită online formularul de candidatură și documentele solicitate (a se vedea nota explicativă).

El Colegio de Europa, fundado en 1949, es un instituto de posgrado único que se especializa en la educación y la formación europeas. Los programas intensivos que son ofrecidos versan sobre la integración europea, con especial énfasis en el derecho, la economía, la política y las ciencias sociales. 

La Comisión Europea ofrece un gran número de becas a los graduados universitarios procedentes de países dentro de la Política Europea de Vecindad para estudios de postgrado en el Colegio de Europa durante el curso académico 2014-2015.

Las becas cubrirán los gastos académicos, alojamiento, comidas y gastos de viaje.

The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) provides the general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities a higher education institution (HEI) may carry out within the Erasmus+ Programme.

The award of an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education is a pre-requisite for all higher education institutions (HEIs) located in one of the countries listed below and want to apply and participate in learning mobility of individuals, cooperation for innovation and good practices among organisations and institutions and/or support to policy development projects under the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Programme.

For HEIs located in third countries not associated to the Programme, the ECHE is not required, and the quality framework will be established through inter-institutional agreements between HEIs.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

Eligible applicants

Recognised HEIs established in one of the following countries are eligible to apply for an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education:

- the Member States of the European Union,

- third countries associated to the Programme, under the conditions set out in the legal basis (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia)

- Western Balkans third countries not associated to the Erasmus+ Programme: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Montenegro.

The Charter is awarded for the full duration of the Programme.

The National Authorities will designate, among the applicants, the Higher Education Institutions to be considered eligible to participate in learning mobility of individuals and/or cooperation for innovation and good practices under the Programme, in their respective territories.

Für Hochschuleinrichtungen in Drittstaaten, die nicht mit dem Programm assoziiert sind, ist die ECHE nicht erforderlich, und der Qualitätsrahmen wird durch interinstitutionelle Vereinbarungen zwischen den Hochschuleinrichtungen festgelegt. Die Charta wird für die gesamte Laufzeit des Programms verliehen.

Förderfähige Antragsteller

Anerkannte Hochschuleinrichtungen mit Sitz in einem der folgenden Länder können sich um eine Erasmus-Charta für die Hochschulbildung bewerben:

- Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union,

- mit dem Programm assoziierte Drittstaaten unter den in der Rechtsgrundlage festgelegten Bedingungen (Island, Norwegen, Liechtenstein, Türkei, Nordmazedonien und Serbien)

- Westliche Balkan-Drittländer, die nicht mit dem Programm Erasmus+ assoziiert sind: Albanien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo und Montenegro.

Die nationalen Behörden benennen unter den Antragstellern die Hochschuleinrichtungen, die für die Teilnahme am Projekt Lernmobilität und/oder der Zusammenarbeit für Innovation und bewährte Verfahren im Rahmen des Programms in ihrem jeweiligen Land in Frage kommen.

Carta Universitară Erasmus (ECHE) oferă cadrul general de calitate pentru activitățile de cooperare europeană și internațională pe care o instituție de învățământ superior (IIS) le poate desfășura în cadrul programului Erasmus+.

Atribuirea unei carte ECHE este o condiție prealabilă pentru toate instituțiile de învățământ superior situate într-una dintre țările enumerate mai jos care doresc să candideze și să se implice în acțiuni de mobilitate a persoanelor în scop educational, de cooperare în materie de inovare și de bune practici între organizații și instituții și/sau sprijin privind proiecte pentru dezvoltarea politicilor în cadrul programului Erasmus+ 2021 – 2027.

Pentru instituțiile de învățământ superior din țările terțe care nu sunt asociate programului, ECHE nu este necesară, iar cadrul de calitate va fi stabilit prin acorduri interinstituționale între instituțiile de învățământ superior.

Carta se acordă pentru întreaga durată a programului.

Candidați eligibili

Instituțiile de învățământ superior recunoscute, stabilite într-una dintre următoarele țări, sunt eligibile pentru a solicita o Cartă Universitară Erasmus:

• statele membre ale Uniunii Europene,
• țările terțe asociate la program, în condițiile stabilite în temeiul temeiului juridic (Islanda, Norvegia, Liechtenstein, Turcia, Macedonia de Nord și Serbia)
• țările terțe din Balcanii de Vest care nu sunt asociate la Programul Erasmus+: Albania, Bosnia și Herțegovina, Kosovo și Muntenegru.

Carta se acordă pe întreaga durată a programului.

Autoritățile naționale vor desemna, printre candidați, instituțiile de învățământ superior care pot fi considerate eligibile pentru a se implica în activități de mobilitate a persoanelor în scop educational și/sau cooperare pentru inovare și bune practici în cadrul programului, în teritoriile lor.

La conformación de una carta Erasmus para la educación superior (ECHE) es un requisito previo para todas las instituciones de educación superior (HEIs) ubicado en  alguno de los países que aparecen a continuación y que quieran participar en programas dentro de Erasmus + para movilidad por motivos de aprendizaje individuales y/o de cooperación para la innovación y buenas prácticas.  Para las instituciones de educación superior de otros países, la carta Erasmus para la educación superior no es obligatoria y el marco de calidad necesario se establecerá de acuerdo con los acuerdos interinstitucionales entre instituciones de educación superior. La carta abarcará el periodo que dure el programa

Pueden participar e incluirse dentro de la carta Erasmus para la educación superior las instituciones de educación superior ubicadas en cualquiera de los países:

-         Estados miembros de la Unión Europea,

-         Países de la EEA-EFTA (Islandia, Leichtenstein y Noruega)

-         La antigua Yugoslavia, la República de Macedonia y Turquía.

La carta abarcará todo el periodo que dure el programa.

Las Autoridades Nacionales designarán qué instituciones de educación superior son susceptibles de ser elegidas para participar en programas de movilidad por motivos de aprendizaje individuales y/o de cooperación para la innovación y buenas prácticas en los territorios correspondientes.

The European University Institute provides advanced academic training to PhD students. The EUI carries out research in a European perspective (fundamental research, comparative research and Community research).

Doctoral programmes are offered in the following Departments:

   the Department of History and Civilisation

   the Department of Economics

   the Department of Law

   the Department of Political and Social Sciences.

Research students can study for periods from one to three years. Three years for the Institute's doctorate; one year's study in comparative, European and international law (the Ll.M.); or in exceptional cases, one or two years' doctoral training at the Institute before defending a thesis in the home university of the student.

Candidates should have an adequate knowledge of two official languages of the European Union. They should propose a specific thesis project that should be within the research areas covered by the Institute. Guidelines on how to set out the research proposal can be found on the (reverse side) of the application form.

The application deadline for admission to the post-graduate programmes is annually on 31st January 2024 at 14:00 CET (applications for the 2024-25 academic year opens on 1 November 2023).

L'Institut universitaire européen offre une formation académique avancée aux doctorants. L'IUE mène des recherches dans une perspective européenne (recherche fondamentale, recherche comparative et recherche communautaire).

Des programmes de doctorat sont proposés dans les départements suivants :

Das Europäische Hochschulinstitut (EHI) bietet fortgeschrittene akademische Ausbildung für DoktoratsstudentInnen. Das EHI führt Forschung mit einer europäischen Perspektive durch (Grundlagenforschung, vergleichende Forschung und Forschung über die Europäische Union).

Doktoratsstudien werden von folgenden Instituten angeboten:

Alle KandidatInnen sollten Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei offiziellen Sprachen der Europäischen Union nachweisen. Weiters sollten sie ein spezifisches Arbeitsprojekt vorschlagen, das innerhalb der Forschungsgebiete liegt die vom Institut abgedeckt werden. Educations.com is offering a scholarship of up to $7,000 to worldwide students who will be studying for an MBA degree abroad at a university or business school for the Fall semester of 2024.

Eligible candidates

• Must have applied (or will apply) for an MBA program starting in the Fall 2024 semester.

• Must have applied (or will apply) for an MBA program starting in the Fall 2024 semester.
• Have no more than 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Must hold a valid undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree.
• Must meet the language requirements for the programme.
• Must hold or be eligible to apply for a relevant study visa (if applicable).
• Must be studying abroad in a country:
• - of which they do not hold citizenship
• - where they do not currently reside in (unless currently studying abroad).

Applications are also accepted for MBA online.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted in English.

• Fill out a short form
• Submit an elevator pitch
• Submit a short essay (400-500 words) on the question: How will an MBA program help you grow as a globally-minded leader and achieve your career goals?
• Selected finalists, will be asked to supply further documentation to further prove their eligibility.

Educations.com oferă o bursă de până la 7.000 USD studenților din întreaga lume care urmează să studieze un MBA în străinătate la o universitate sau la o școală de afaceri pentru semestrul de toamnă din 2023.

Candidații eligibili

• Trebuie să fi aplicat (sau vor aplica) pentru un program MBA care începe în semestrul de toamnă din 2022.
• Să nu aibă mai mult de 5 ani de experiență profesională relevantă.
• Trebuie să dețină o diplomă de licență (licență).
• Trebuie să îndeplinească cerințele lingvistice pentru program.
• Trebuie să dețină sau să fie eligibil pentru a aplica pentru o viză de studiu relevantă (dacă este cazul).
• Trebuie să studieze în străinătate într-o țară:
• în care nu dețin cetățenie;
• în care nu locuiesc în prezent (cu excepția cazului în care studiază în prezent în străinătate).

Se acceptă, de asemenea, cereri pentru MBA online.

Cum se aplică

Cererile trebuie depuse în limba engleză.

• Completați un formular scurt
• TRealizați și trimiteți un pitch
• Depuneți un eseu scurt (400-500 de cuvinte) pe această întrebare: Cum vă va ajuta un program de MBA să vă dezvoltați ca lider cu o viziune globală și să vă atingeți obiectivele profesionale?
• Finaliștii selectați vor fi rugați să furnizeze documente suplimentare pentru a-și dovedi în continuare eligibilitatea.
