• Pour les stages financés, les candidats doivent être diplômés d'une université ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur équivalent avec au moins un niveau de licence, tandis que pour les stages obligatoires non financés, les candidats doivent être des étudiants de 3ème, 4ème ou 5ème année d'une université ou d'un autre établissement d'enseignement supérieur
• Les candidats doivent être capables de s'exprimer dans la langue de travail de la délégation de l'UE ; la connaissance de la langue officielle du pays d'accueil serait un atout

Les candidatures de personnes ayant déjà bénéficié d'une formation (rémunérée ou non) ou d'un emploi de plus de 6 semaines au sein d'une institution, d'un organe, d'une agence ou d'un bureau de l'UE ne seront pas acceptées. 

Conditions

• La durée d'un stage peut varier d'1 (3 mois pour les stagiaires de la fonction publique) à 6 mois
• A l'exception des stages non rémunérés, les stagiaires reçoivent au moins 25% du salaire d'un agent local appartenant au groupe I

The European Central Bank offers traineeship opportunities to students of economics, finance statistics, business administration, law, human resources, translation, etc. Applicants should be enrolled in post-graduate or graduate studies. Very occasionally, such opportunities are also offered to undergraduate students.

These assignments give students an opportunity to put their learning into practice, to gain an insight into the ECB's activities and operations but also to contribute, directly or indirectly, to the ECB's mission.

Traineeships are offered for periods of three to twelve months. The work range from research and the preparation of draft reports to the compilation of statistical data and participation in ad hoc studies, etc.

Trainees receive a grant per month, depending on the tasks and on their qualifications.

Various traineeship opportunities may become available throughout the year ECB-wide. In addition, there are two regular programmes: The ECB Student Research Traineeship Programme offered by the Directorate General Research (DG-R) and the ECB Statistics Traineeship Programme offered by the Directorate General Statistics (DG-S).

The Student Research Traineeship Programme:

This programme is aimed at high-performing students, with a strong quantitative background and an interest in policy-relevant and applied research. eligible candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance, computer science, mathematics or a related field, and you are enrolled in postgraduate studies (master’s or PhD) for the same subject fields.

Eligible candidates:

- be at least 18 and be fluent in English and in another official language of the EU;

- be a national of a Member State of the EU or of an acceding country;

- have completed at least a first cycle qualification (bachelor’s degree);

and since their most recent qualification:

- they should have a maximum of 12 months’ professional experience

- they should have been a trainee for no more than 6 months

- they must not have been an ECB trainee or worked for the ECB.

La Banque centrale européenne propose des stages aux étudiants en économie, statistiques, finance, gestion d'entreprise, droit, ressources humaines, traduction, etc. Ces stages s'adressent aux étudiants de 3ème cycle. Les étudiants de deuxième cycle sont parfois acceptés.
L'objectif est de permettre aux étudiants de mettre en pratique leurs connaissances, de se familiariser avec les activités de la BCE et de contribuer, directement ou de façon indirecte, aux missions de la BCE.

Durée des stages de trois à douze mois. Missions confiées aux stagiaires : recherche et préparation de projets de compte-rendus, compilation de données statistiques et participation à des études ad hoc, etc.

La BCE propose tout au long de l'année différents types de stages et deux programmes réguliers : le programme de stage de recherche pour les étudiants de 3ème cycle auprès de la Direction générale Recherche et le programme de stage en statistiques de la BCE auprès de la Direction générale Statistiques.

Programme de stage de recherche pour les étudiants de 3ème cycle 
Ce programme est destiné à des économistes ayant une fort potentiel, inscrits en 3ème cycle, dont les études ont été excellentes, et qui rédigent leur thèse. Les stagiaires mènent des travaux de recherche sur des thèmes pertinents pour la BCE. Ils rédigent un article de recherche théorique ou empirique pour présentation à l'occasion d'un séminaire interne et pour publication dans la série des documents de travail de la BCE.

Programme de stage en statistiques de la BCE
Ce programme s'adresse aux jeunes diplômés et aux étudiants sur le point de terminer leurs études en économie, statistiques, finance, gestion d'entreprise et dans les domaines connexes. Les stagiaires travaillent dans le domaine des statistiques conceptuelles et fonctionnelles dans un environnement politique entrant dans la définition et la conduite de la politique monétaire de la BCE.
Ils assurent une ou plusieurs autres missions, dont la gestion d'information, le contrôle de la qualité des données transmises à la BCE, l'analyse statistique et l'évaluation de l'industrie bancaire et des développement des marchés financiers. The programme consists of industrial placements for EU/SMP-COSME students. It starts in September and ends in August of the following year in order to accommodate the academic year in EU Member States.

This programme aims to improve and stimulate industrial co-operation and better mutual understanding between Japan and the EU.

The students follow:

• a seminar on Japan,
• a four-month intensive Japanese language course,
• an 8-month traineeship in a Japanese company.

The objectives are:

• to study the range of advanced technologies employed by a leading Japanese host company;
• to learn Japanese and to understand and appreciate Japanese culture with a view to an enriching one-year experience abroad;
• to be well-placed in a future career to interact with Japanese businesses and people.

Eligible students:

- citizens from EU Member States or a SMP-COSME country

- students of computer science, science engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical, electronics, biotechnology, electrical engineering, physics, telecommunication, nuclear engineering, civil engineering, metal materials, ceramics, production system, GNSS etc.

- students will be in between the fourth official year of a course at an EU/SMP-COSME University and the penultimate year of their PhD. The students will have to provide at the university a certificate of enrolment valid until at least 3 months prior to the starting of the programme.

Support:

This programme is financed by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation and the Japanese host company. The European or SMP students are awarded grants (Yen 1.900.000) to cover the cost of travel to and from Japan and living expenses in Japan. 

The language course, the seminar, and the accommodation in Japan for the entire stay are provided free of charge.

Applicants are selected on the basis of their academic record, the opinion of their tutors, their knowledge of written and spoken English, their motivation, their attitude to EU-Japan relations and their ability to adapt to a different culture.

De virksomheder der deltager i programmet bidrager med 6000 EUR hver (750 EUR for hver af de otte måneder den studerende er i praktik) til EU-Japan Centret for industrielt samarbejde. Les étudiants seront au moins en quatrième année d'études dans une université de l'UE/COSME et en avant-dernière année de doctorat. Conformément aux règlements de leurs universités respectives, les étudiants seront soit des étudiants de premier cycle, soit des étudiants de troisième cycle qui ont la possibilité de prendre une année sabbatique - en tant que partie reconnue de leur cursus ou en tant qu'année de congé - soit des étudiants de troisième cycle. Les étudiants devront fournir un certificat d'inscription à l'université avant le début du programme.

Soutien :

Ce programme est financé par le Centre de coopération industrielle UE-Japon et la société d'accueil japonaise. Les étudiants européens reçoivent des bourses (1 900 000 yens) pour couvrir les frais de voyage à destination et en provenance du Japon et leurs frais de séjour au Japon.

Die Studierenden müssen vor Beginn des Programms eine Bescheinigung über die Immatrikulation an der Universität vorlegen.

Unterstützung:
Dieses Programm wird vom EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation und dem japanischen Gastunternehmen finanziert. Die europäischen Studenten erhalten Stipendien (1.900.000 Yen) zur Deckung der Reisekosten von und nach Japan und der Lebenshaltungskosten in Japan.

- un tirocinio di otto mesi presso un'impresa giapponese.

Gli obiettivi sono:
- studiare la gamma di tecnologie avanzate impiegate da un'azienda di accoglienza giapponese;
- imparare la lingua giapponese e capire ed apprezzare la cultura giapponese con l'idea di vivere un'arricchente esperienza di un anno all'estero;

Studenti ammissibili:  essere cittadini dell’UE /SMP-COSME; essere studenti presso università ubicate entro in confini dell’UE / SMP-COSME; essere iscritti a facoltà tecniche o scientifiche; essere iscritti tra il 4° anno ufficiale di studi e il penultimo anno di PhD; poter trascorrere un anno all’estero.

Il programma Vulcanus in Giappone è sovvenzionato dal Centro UE-Giappone per la Cooperazione Industriale (joint venture cofinanziata dalla Commissione europea e dal Governo Giapponese) e dalla ditta ospite giapponese. Gli studenti ricevono una borsa di studio (1.900.000 yen), per coprire le spese di viaggio di andata e ritorno, l’assicurazione e le spese primarie di soggiorno in Giappone. L’alloggio é messo a disposizione dalla ditta ospite per i dodici mesi. Il corso di lingua, il seminario e l'alloggio in Giappone per l'intero soggiorno sono gratuiti.

Ce programme a été lancé par la DG Entreprises et le ministère japonais de l'Industrie et du Commerce. Son principal objectif est d'encourager la coopération industrielle et de faciliter une meilleure compréhension mutuelle entre le Japon et l'UE.

Vulcanus permet à des étudiants de l'UE de faire des stages en entreprise au Japon. Chaque année universitaire, il commence en septembre et prend fin en août.

Objectifs

Se familiariser avec les technologies avancées utilisées par une grande entreprise japonaise.

Apprendre le japonais, comprendre et apprécier la culture japonaise pour mettre à profit un an d’expérience à l’étranger.

Préparer une carrière riche en relations avec le Japon.

Les élèves ingénieurs et les étudiants en sciences des Etats membres de l'UE peuvent participer. Les candidats doivent être en deuxième ou en troisième cycle et doivent pouvoir partir un an dans le cadre de leurs études. Ils sont sélectionnés en fonction de leur dossier universitaire, des références de leurs tuteurs, de leur connaissance de l’anglais écrit et oral, de leur motivation, de leur conception des relations entre l’UE et le Japon. Leur capacité d’adaptation à une culture différente est aussi prise en compte.

Ce programme est financé par le centre pour la coopération industrielle entre l'UE et le Japon et les entreprises japonaises d'accueil. Les étudiants européens perçoivent une bourse qui leur permet de couvrir les frais de voyage entre l'Europe et le Japon, ainsi que leurs dépenses courantes au Japon. Les cours de japonais et le séminaire sont gratuits. Les participants sont logés pendant la durée du séminaire, des cours de japonais et du stage en entreprise.

Programul constă în stagii industriale pentru studenții UE/SMP-COSME. Acesta începe în luna septembrie și se încheie în luna august a anului următor, pentru a se potrivi cu anul universitar din statele membre ale UE.

Programul urmăreşte să îmbunătăţească şi să stimuleze cooperarea industrială şi înţelegerea reciprocă dintre Japonia şi UE.

Studenţii urmează:

• un seminar de o săptămână despre Japonia,
• un curs intensiv de patru luni de limba japoneză,
• un stagiu de practică de opt luni într-o companie japoneză.

Studenți eligibili:

• cetățeni din statele membre ale UE sau dintr-o țară SMP-COSME
• studenți la informatică, inginerie științifică, inginerie mecanică, inginerie chimică, electronică, biotehnologie, inginerie electrică, fizică, telecomunicații, inginerie nucleară, inginerie civilă, materiale metalice, ceramică, sisteme de producție etc.
• studenții se vor afla între al patrulea an oficial de studiu la o universitate UE/SMP-COSME și penultimul an de doctorat. În conformitate cu regulamentele universităților respective, studenții vor fi fie studenți de licență, fie studenți postuniversitari care au posibilitatea de a lua un an de vacanță - ca parte recunoscută a cursului lor sau ca an liber - fie absolvenți de studii postuniversitare. Studenții vor trebui să prezinte un certificat de înscriere la universitate înainte de începerea programului.

Sprijin

Acest program este finanțat de Centrul UE-Japonia pentru cooperare industrială și de compania japoneză gazdă. Studenții europeni primesc burse (1.900.000 de Ueni) pentru a acoperi costurile de călătorie spre și dinspre Japonia și cheltuielile de trai în Japonia. 

Cursul de limbi străine, seminarul și cazarea în Japonia pe toată durata șederii sunt oferite gratuit.

Selecţia se face pe baza performanţelor academice, opiniei tutorilor, cunoştinţelor de limba engleză (scris şi vorbit), motivaţiei candidaţilor şi atitudinii lor faţă de relaţiile UE - Japonia, precum şi abilităţii lor de a se adapta la o cultură diferită.

The students follow:

In accordance with the regulations of their respective universities, the students will be either undergraduates or postgraduate students who are able to take a year out - as a recognised part of their course or as a year off - or postgraduates. The students will have to provide a certificate of enrollment at the university prior to the starting of the programme.

Support

This programme is financed by the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation and the Japanese host company. The European students are awarded grants (Yen 1.900.000) to cover the cost of travel to and from Japan and living expenses in Japan. There is no charge for the language course and seminar. and Accommodation is provided during the seminar, the language course and the company traineeship.

Selection process

Applicants are selected on the basis of their academic record, the opinion of their tutors, their knowledge of written and spoken English, their motivation, their attitude to EU-Japan relations and their ability to adapt to a different culture.

The European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) recruits trainees twice a year for a paid training period of six months. 

The main role of the ECML, which is a body of the Council of Europe, is to serve in general the implementation of language policies and the promotion of innovative approaches to the learning and teaching of modern languages.

The trainees will be responsible for precise tasks in a specific field. In order to do so, four specialist areas are proposed corresponding to four different types of traineeships:

The web site specialisation

- Website: the trainee will assist the webmaster in his daily work and will participate in the development of the web site of the ECML being responsible for the follow-up of tasks and by checking on the accuracy and on the updating of information. This area of work will allow the trainee to participate in the continuous development of the various sites.

The programme and logistics specialisation

- Programme: the trainee will assist the programme assistant and the programme secretary liaising with the coordinators to fix practical details, contacting the workshop participants and sending them all kind of documents, assisting the teams and participants during workshops and meetings so that everything runs smoothly.

The documentation specialisation

- DRC: the trainee will assist the ECML's two documentalists and should be a specialist in the field of library/documentation/information sciences. He/she will be part of the team of the documentation and resource Centre and will participate in the indexing of new resources and preparing documentary products as well as in daily activities linked with documentation.

The finances and general administration specialisation

- Administration: the trainee will assist in the development of the database linked to the existing mailing database and in the implementation of the Windream ((Document Management Software), in particular development of a training guide.He/she will be involved in the process of financial documentation; in photocopying/scanning, classification according to budgetary article, registration of mailings, preparation of mailing to Strasbourg;corrections to the ECML mailing database; entering of bank details into ECML database and preparation of workshop documentation relating to prepaid tickets, hotel reservation forms.

In all four cases, the trainee should demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and an interest in the activities of the ECML.

Who can apply

A monthly subsistence allowance of EUR 720.

No contribution is made by the ECML  towards travel costs from the trainee's home country to and from Graz.

A deduction of approximately 25 Euros is made each month from the trainees' allowance to cover the costs of insurance during the stay.

Trainees should hold at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and have a good command of at least one of the Council of Europe’s working languages (English or French) through knowledge of both is advantageous and might make the difference in order to get selected. Европейският център за съвременни езици (ECML) набира стажанти два пъти годишно за платен учебен стаж с продължителност от шест месеца.

Основната роля на ECML, който е орган на Съвета на Европа, е да подпомага прилагането на езиковите политики и насърчаването на новаторски подходи към изучаването и преподаването на съвременни езици. Обучаемите стажанти ще отговарят за конкретни задачи в конкретна област. За целта се предлагат четири специализирани области, съответстващи на четири различни вида стажове:

Уеб сайт специализация. Обучаемият ще подпомага уеб администратора в ежедневната му работа и ще участва в разработването на уеб сайта на ECML, като отговаря за проследяването на задачите и като проверява точността и актуализирането на информацията. Тази област на работа ще позволи на стажанта да участва в непрекъснатото развитие на различните сайтове.

Програмата и логистичната специализация. Обучаемият ще подпомага програмния асистент и програмния секретар, поддържащи връзка с координаторите за определяне на практически действия, свързване с участниците в семинара и изпращане на всички видове документи, подпомагане на екипите и участниците по време на семинари и срещи, с цел успешна реализация на работните задачи.

Документална специализация. Обучаемият ще помага двама специалисти по документооборота на ECML и следва да бъде специалист в областта на библиотечните/документационните/информационните науки. Стажантът ще бъде част от екипа на Документационно-ресурсния център и ще участва в индексирането на нови ресурси и изготвянето на документални продукти, както и в ежедневните дейности, свързани с документацията.

Специализация по финанси и обща администрация. Обучаемият ще помага при разработването на базата данни, свързана със съществуващата база данни за пощенски съобщения и при внедряването на Windream (Софтуер за управление на документи), по-специално – разработването на ръководство за обучение. Стажантът ще участва в процеса на подготовка на финансова документация; при фотокопиране/сканиране, класифициране според бюджетна статия, регистриране на пощенски пратки, подготовка на пощенски пратки до Страсбург; корекции в базата данни за пощенски пратки на ECML; въвеждане на банкови данни в базата данни на ECML и подготовка на документация за семинара, свързана с предплатени билети, хотел формуляри за резервации.

И при четирите вида стаж обучаемият трябва да демонстрира екипен дух, гъвкавост и интерес към дейностите на ECML.

Кой може да кандидатства. Вашата кандидатура ще бъде разгледана само ако сте от или живеете в Република България.

Месечна издръжка в размер на 720 евро. ECML не покрива пътните разходи от родната страна на стажанта до и от Грац. Удръжка от приблизително 20 евро се прави всеки календарен месец от издръжката на стажанта за покриване на разходите за застраховка по време на престоя.

Стажантите трябва да притежават поне бакалавърска степен (или еквивалент) и да владеят добре поне един от работните езици на Съвета на Европа (английски или френски), като владеенето и на двата е предимство и може да има значение за избора. Le rôle principal du CELV, qui est un organe du Conseil de l’Europe, est de servir la mise en oeuvre des politiques linguistiques et de la promotion des approches innovantes pour l'apprentissage et l’enseignement des langues vivantes. Les stagiaires seront responsables de tâches précises dans un domaine spécifique. Pour cela, quatre domaines de spécialités correspondant à quatre différents types de stage sont proposés :

La spécialisation site Internet
Site web : Les stagiaires assistent le webmaster dans son travail quotidien et participent au développement du site Internet du CELV en se chargeant des tâches de suivi et en vérifiant l'exactitude et la mise à jour des informations. Ce domaine de travail permet aux stagiaires de participer au développement continu de nombreux sites.

La spécialisation programme et logistique
Programme : Les stagiaires assistent l’Assistant de programme et le Secrétaire aux programmes qui assurent la liaison avec les coordinateurs pour régler des détails pratiques, préparer des dossiers contenant des informations pratiques pour les participants des ateliers, contacter ces participants et les aider lors des ateliers et autres activités pour que tout se déroule pour le mieux.

La spécialisation documentation
Documentation : Les stagiaires assistent les deux documentalistes du CELV et sont des spécialistes en bibliothéconomie/documentation/sciences de l’information. Intégrés à l'équipe du centre de ressources et de documentation, ils participent à l’indexation de nouvelles ressources, et à la préparation de produits documentaires ainsi qu’à d’autres tâches quotidiennes de documentation.

La spécialisation finances et administration générale
Administration : Les stagiaires assistent au développement de la base de données liée au fichier d’adresses existant et à la mise en oeuvre de Windream (un logiciel de gestion de documents), et plus particulièrement au développement d’un guide de formation. Ils seront impliqués dans le processus de documentation financière, de photocopies/numérisations, de classement selon l’article budgétaire concerné, d’enregistrement de courriels, de préparation de courriels pour Strasbourg, de corrections à apporter dans la liste de diffusion du CELV, d’entrer des données bancaires dans la banque de données et de préparer la documentation pour les ateliers (billets prépayés, formulaires de réservation d’hotel).
Pour les quatre types de stages, les stagiaires doivent faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe, de flexibilité et s'intéresser aux activités du CELV.

Qui peut postuler
Votre candidature sera examinée uniquement si vous vivez ou êtes ressortissants de l’un des Etats membres du CELV.

Les stagiaires recevront une allocation mensuelle de 720 €.
LE CELV n’apporte aucune contribution permettant aux stagiaires de couvrir leurs frais de voyage entre leur pays de résidence et la ville de Graz.
Environ 20 € seront déduits chaque mois de leur allocation pour couvrir leurs frais d’assurance pendant leur séjour.

Die Hauptaufgabe des ECML, einer Institution des Europarates, liegt in der grundsätzlichen Unterstützung von Sprachpolitik und der Förderung von innovativen Ansätzen im Lernen und Lehren von Sprachen.

Die Praktikanten werden für konkrete Aufgaben in einem bestimmten Bereich verantwortlich sein. Zu diesem Zweck werden vier Fachbereiche vorgeschlagen, die vier verschiedenen Arten von Praktika entsprechen:

Fachrichtung: Website
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Webmaster bei seiner/ihrer täglichen Arbeit und beteiligt sich an der Entwicklung der Website des ECML, indem er/sie für das Follow-up der Aufgaben und die Überprüfung der Genauigkeit und Aktualisierung der Informationen verantwortlich ist. Dieser Arbeitsbereich wird dem Praktikanten ermöglichen, an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung der verschiedenen Websites teilzunehmen.

Fachrichtung: Programm und Logistik
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Programmassistenten/die Programmassistentin und den Programmsekretär/die Programmsekretärin, indem er/sie mit den Koordinatoren in Verbindung steht, um praktische Details festzulegen, Kontakt mit den Workshopteilnehmern/Teilnehmerinnen aufnimmt und ihnen alle Arten von Dokumenten schickt, die Teams und Teilnehmer/Teilnehmerinnen während der Workshops und Treffen unterstützt, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.

Fachrichtung: Dokumentation
Der/die Praktikant/in wird die beiden Dokumentalisten des ECML unterstützen und sollte im Bereich Bibliotheks-/Dokumentations-/Informationswissenschaften spezialisiert sein. Er/sie wird Teil des Teams des Dokumentations- und Ressourcenzentrums sein und an der Indexierung neuer Ressourcen und der Vorbereitung dokumentarischer Produkte sowie an den täglichen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Dokumentation teilnehmen.

 
Fachrichtung: Finanzen und allgemeine Verwaltung
-Der/die Praktikant/in wird bei der Entwicklung der Datenbank, die mit der bestehenden Mailing-Datenbank verknüpft ist, und bei der Implementierung von Windream (Dokumentenverwaltungssoftware), insbesondere bei der Entwicklung eines Schulungsleitfadens, mitwirken; er/sie wird am Prozess der Finanzdokumentation beteiligt sein; beim Fotokopieren/Scannen, bei der Klassifizierung nach Haushaltsartikeln, bei der Registrierung von Mailings, bei der Vorbereitung des Mailings nach Straßburg; bei Korrekturen an der Mailing-Datenbank des ECML; bei der Eingabe von Bankdaten in die Datenbank des ECML und bei der Vorbereitung der Workshop-Dokumentation in Bezug auf im Voraus bezahlte Tickets und Hotelreservierungsformulare.

Wer kann sich bewerben
Ihr Antrag wird nur berücksichtigt, wenn Sie aus einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten kommen oder in einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten leben (siehe Liste der Mitgliedsstaaten).

Ein monatliches Tagegeld von 720 EUR.
Das ECML leistet keinen Beitrag zu den Reisekosten vom Heimatland des Praktikanten nach und von Graz.

Il Centro Europeo di Lingue Moderne accoglie tirocinanti due volte all'anno per un periodo di alcuni mesi. Il ruolo principale dell'ECML, struttura del Consiglio d'Europa, è di favorire l'implementazione delle politiche a favore delle lingue e la promozione di approcci innovativi nell'apprendimento e l'insegnamento delle lingue moderne.

I tirocinanti porteranno a termine alcuni incarichi in un campo specifico. A tale scopo vengono proposte quattro aree specialistiche che corrispondono a quattro diversi tipi di tirocinio:

Specializzazione riguardante il sito web: il tirocinante parteciperà allo sviluppo del sito web dell'ECML e sarà responsabile del controllo circa l'accuratezza e l'aggiornamento delle informazioni. Questo settore del lavoro permetterà al tirocinante di partecipare allo sviluppo dei diversi siti.

Specializzazione nel programma e la logistica: il tirocinante affiancherà l'assistene al programma e il segretario del programma, curando con i coordinatori il tipo di documenti, contattando i partecipanti dei workshop ed inviando tutti i tipi di documentazione, assistendo lo staff e i partecipanti durante i workshop e gli incontri.

Specializzazione nella documentazione: il tirocinante assisterà i due documentalisti dell'ECML e dovrà essere specializzato nel settore delle scienze librarie/della documentazione/ dell'informazione. Farà parte dello staff del Centro Risorse e parteciperà all'indicizzazione delle nuove risorse e la preparazione di prodotti documentali, nonché nelle attività quotidiane legate alla documentazione.

Specializzazione in finanza e amministrazione generale - Amministrazione: il tirocinante presterà assistenza nello sviluppo del database legato al database di posta già in uso e all'implementazione del Windream (Document Management Software), in particolare lo sviluppo di una guida per la formazione. Il tirocinante verrà coinvolto nel processo della documentazione finanziaria; nella fotocopiatura/scanning, classificazione secondo l'articolo di bilancio, registrazione della posta; correzioni al database di posta dell'EMCL (correzione/immissione di informazioni già esistenti; inserimento di dati bancari nel database ECML e preparazione della documentazione dei workshop legata ai biglietti pre-papagati, e le prenotazioni alberghiere).

In tutti i settori, il tirocinante dovrà dimostrare spirito di squadra, flessibilità e interesse nelle attività dell'ECML. E' prevista una sovvenzione mensile di 720 euro. L'ECML non prevede alcun contributo per i costi di viaggio dal paese di provenienza a Graz. Una deduzione di circa 20 euro è prevista tutti i mesi dalla retribuzione del tirocinante per le spese di assicurazione durante il soggiorno.

I tirocinanti devono essere studenti laureati, preferibilmente a livello post-lauream. Devono essere in grado di parlare almeno una lingua tra l'inglese e il francese. La conoscenza di entrambe le lingue è considerato un vantaggio.

A causa dell'elevato numero di domande che il Centro riceve, viene data preferenza ai candidati provenienti dai paesi membri ECML o studenti impegnati in un corso di studi in questi paesi. L'Italia al momento non rientra nell'elenco dei paesi membri ECML.

Le Centre Européen pour les Langues Vivantes (CELV) propose deux fois par an des stages rémunérés de trois à six mois.

Le CELV du Conseil de l'Europe assure la mise en œuvre des politiques linguistiques et la promotion des approches innovantes pour l'apprentissage et l'enseignement des langues vivantes.

Les stagiaires travaillent à deux niveaux :

Centrul European de Limbi Moderne (ECML) recrutează stagiari de două ori pe an pentru stagii plătite cu durata de 6 luni.

Principalul rol al ECML, care este o instituţie a Consiliului Europei, este de a servi, în general, la punerea în aplicare a politicilor lingvistice şi la promovarea abordărilor inovatoare pentru învăţarea şi predarea limbilor moderne.

Stagiarii vor avea sarcini precise într-un anumit domeniu. Pentru aceasta sunt propuse patru specializări care corespund la patru tipuri de stagii:

Specializarea web site

Stagiarul va asista webmaster-ul în activitatea sa cotidiană şi va participa la dezvoltarea site-ului ECML, fiind responsabil pentru acurateţea şi actualizarea informaţiilor. Acest stagiu implică o activitate creativă care permite stagiarului să contribuie la elaborarea permanentă a conținutului diferitelor site-uri.

Specializarea program și logistică

Stagiarul va asista secretarul și asistentul de program făcând legătura cu coordonatorii pentru a stabili detaliile practice, contactând participanții la atelier și trimițând documente, asistând echipele și participanții la ateliere și întâlniri, astfel încât totul să funcționeze fără probleme.

Specializarea în documentare

Stagiarul va asistă cei doi documentariști ai ECML. Acesta trebuie să fie specializat în domenii precum: administrare și organizare biblioteci/documentare/ştiinţele informării. Stagiarul va face parte din echipa Centrului de resurse şi documentare și va participa la indexarea noilor resurse şi la pregătirea produselor de documentare şi la alte activităţi de documentare cotidiene.

Specializarea administrare generală şi financiară

Stagiarul va contribui la dezvoltarea bazei de date legate de baza de date de emailuri deja existentă, dar şi la implementarea Windream (Document Management Software), în special la dezvoltarea unui ghid de formare. Stagiarul va fi implicat în procedura de documentare financiară, va copia/scana, clasifica în funcţie de articolul bugetar, va înregistra emailuri, va pregăti corespondenţa către Strasbourg, va corecta baza de date ECML de adrese existentă; va înregistra detalii bancare în baza de date ECML și va pregăti diverse documente pentru seminare legate de plata tichetelor, a formularelor de rezervare cazare.

În toate cele patru cazuri, stagiarul trebuie să aibă spirit de echipă, flexibilitate şi să manifeste interes pentru activităţile ECML.

Cine poate candida?

Candidatura va fi luată în considerare numai dacă locuiți într-unul dintre statele membre (a se vedea lista statelor membre).

O indemnizație de subzistență în valoare de 720 EUR va fi oferită lunar. 

ECML nu contribuie la costurile de călătorie din țara de origine a stagiarului către și de la Graz.

În fiecare lună vor fi reținuți 20 de euro din indemnizație pentru a acoperi costurile asigurărilor pe durata şederii.

Stagiarii trebuie să aibă cel puțin o diplomă de licență (sau echivalentul) și să cunoască bine cel puțin una dintre limbile de lucru ale Consiliului Europei (engleza sau franceza). Cunoașterea celor două limbi reprezintă un avantaj și ar putea face diferența pentru a fi selectați. Stagiarii trebuie să fie flexibili, bine organizați și capabili să lucreze într-o echipă internațională.

Stagiarii trebuie să locuiască într-unul dintre statele membre ECML.

La función principal del ECML, que es un órgano del Consejo de Europa, es la de serivir, en general,  a  la implementación de las políticas lingüísticas y la promoción de enfoques innovadores para el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de las lenguas modernas.

Los alumnos serán responsables de las tareas precisas en un campo específico. Para ello, se proponen cuatro áreas de especialización correspondientes a cuatro tipos diferentes de prácticas:

Especialización en Web - Sitio Web: el alumno asistirá al webmaster en su trabajo diario y participará en el desarrollo de la página web de la ECML. Será el responsable del seguimiento de las tareas de verificación y actualización de la información. Este área de trabajo permitirá al alumno participar en el desarrollo de varios sitios Web.

Programa y especialización en Logística - Programa: el alumno apoyará al Asistente del programa y al Secretario colaborando con los coordinadores a fijar detalles prácticos, contactando con los talleres participantes y enviándoles toda clase de documentos. Asistirá a los equipos y pariticipantes durante los talleres y encuentros para que todo transcurra de forma fluida.

Especialización en Documentación - Centro de Documentación y Recursos: el alumno asistirá a dos documetntalistas del ECML y deben ser especialistas en el campo de las ciencias de Biblioteconomía, Documentación e Información. Ellos/as formarán parte del equipo del Centro de Documentación y Recursos, y participarán tanto en la indización de nuevos recursos y preparación de productos documentales como en las actividades diarias relacionadas con la documentación.

Finanzas y especialización de administración general - Administración: el alumno va a ayudar en el desarrollo de la base de datos vinculada a la base de datos de correo ya existente y en la aplicación Windream ((Software de gestión de documentos), en particula en el desarrollo de una guía formativa. El/ella estarán involucrados en el proceso de documentación financiera, en fotocopiar/escanear, clasificación según el artículo presupuestario, el registro de los envíos y la preparación de correo para Estrasburgo; las correcciones en la base de datos de correo del ECML, entrada de datos bancarios en la base de datos del ECML y preparación de documentación del taller relativas a los billetes pagados por adelantado, formularios de reserva de hotel.

En los cuatro casos, el alumno debe demostrar espíritu de equipo, flexibilidad e interés por las actividades del ECML.

Se dará una ayuda mensual  de 720 Euros. El ECML no contribuye en los gastos de viaje desde el país de origen del becario hacia y desde Graz. Se realizará deducción de aproximadamente 20 Euros al mes de la prestación de los becarios para los costos de los seguros durante la estancia.

Los alumnos deben ser graduados, preferiblemente a nivel de postgrado.
Deben ser plurilingüe (Inglés, francés, y si es posible, un conocimiento básico de alemán).

The European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) recruits trainees twice a year for a paid training period of six months. About the traineeship

The trainees will be responsible for precise tasks in a specific field. In order to do so, four specialist areas are proposed corresponding to four different types of traineeships:

He/she will be part of the team of the documentation and resource Centre and will participate in the indexing of new resources and preparing documentary products as well as in daily activities linked with documentation.
4. The finances and general administration specialisation - Administration: the trainee will assist in the development of the database linked to the existing mailing database and in the implementation of the Windream ((Document Management Software), in particular development of a training guide.He/she will be involved in the process of financial documentation; in photocopying/scanning, classification according to budgetary article, registration of mailings, preparation of mailing to Strasbourg;corrections to the ECML mailing database; entering of bank details into ECML database and preparation of workshop documentation relating to prepaid tickets, hotel reservation forms.

In all four cases, the trainee should demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and an interest in the activities of the ECML.

Remuneration

A monthly subsistance allowance of EUR 720. No contribution is made by the ECML towards travel costs from the trainee's home country to and from Graz. A deduction of approximately 20 Euros is made each month from the trainees allowance to cover the costs of insurance during the stay.

• Trainees should be graduate students preferably at postgraduate level.
• They should be multilingual (English, French and, if possible, a basic knowledge of German).

Descrierea postului: 

Candidații selectați vor efectua cercetări și vor oferi sprijin analiștilor de politici într-unul dintre următoarele domenii (listă neexhaustivă): inteligență artificială, mită și corupție, dezvoltare, digitalizare, economie, educație și competențe, mediu, gen și diversitate, migrație internațională, sănătate, știință și tehnologie, fiscalitate, turism, comerț și agricultură, transporturi.

• Cercetare, analiză de date și redactare (pregătirea de studii și documente; efectuarea de cercetări și revizuirea materialelor existente; contribuție la elaborarea de documente, documente de lucru și publicații).

Cerințe pentru candidați: 

• Să fie înscriși la un program de studii pe durata stagiului

El esquema de Prácticas tiene como objetivo proporcionar a los alumnos experiencia de trabajo en la administración de la cooperación, en el ámbito de los derechos fundamentales a nivel europeo con el fin de obtener una visión de los objetivos y actividades de la FRA, y poner su aprendizaje en práctica.

Las prácticas tienen como objetivo:

L’Institut européen pour l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes (EIGE) est un corps autonome de l'Union européenne, qui contribue à et renforce la promotion de l'égalité des sexes, dont la parité hommes-femmes dans toutes les politiques de l'UE et dans les politiques nationales qui en découlent, la lutte contre les discriminations basées sur le sexe, mais aussi la sensibilisation des citoyens européens à l'égalité des sexes.

L'EIGE propose des opportunités de stage dans ses différents départements, situés dans les locaux de l'Institut à Vilnius, en Lituanie.

Les stages ont pour principal objectif de :

• Apporter une expérience professionnelle dans les domaines de travail clés de l'Institut ;

Qui peut participer

• Les personnes diplômées en gestion des entreprises, finances, droit, gestion des ressources humaines ou similaire ;

• Les ressortissants d'un Etat membre de l'UE (certains stages sont aussi ouverts aux candidats venant d'un pays en pré-adhésion à l'UE et des pays de l'AELE, cela est précisé dans l'annonce) ;

• La maîtrise de l’anglais (la langue de travail de l'Institut) est exigée.

Conditions

• La durée des stages est de 6 mois maximum ;

• Les stagiaires reçoivent une allocation équivalente à 880 € par mois ainsi qu'une indemnité de déplacement.

Every year, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) offers a limited number of paid traineeships for a minimum of six and a maximum of 12 months, to nationals of EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein (parties of the EEA agreement).

The EU-OSHA traineeship programme is addressed to university graduates, without excluding those who in the framework of lifelong learning have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.

The aims of the traineeship at EU-OSHA are to:
- provide trainees with an understanding of the objectives and activities of the Agency.
- enable trainees to acquire practical experience and knowledge of the day-to-day work of EU-OSHA,
- enable trainees to put into practice knowledge acquired during their studies, and in particular in their specific areas of competence.

The traineeships are based in:

• Resource and Service Centre (RSC) Bilbao
• Network Secretariat - Brussels Liaison Office (NET-BLO)
• Communication and Promotion Unit (CPU) Bilbao
• Prevention and Research Unit (PRU) Bilbao

Basic Allowance - Reimbursement - Insurance

Trainees are awarded a monthly allowance of 1.363,26 EUR.
Trainees whose place of selection (as indicated in their application form) at the beginning of the traineeship is more than 50 km from the place of employment are entitled to a reimbursement of the travel expenses incurred at the beginning and end of the traineeship.

Sickness and accident insurance is mandatory. Trainees are responsible for their own insurance for the duration of their traineeship.

Eligible candidates should
- be nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein (parties of the EEA agreement); 
- have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education of minimum 3 years) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications. For declared on-going post-graduate studies an official declaration from the relevant university/institute must be provided;
- have knowledge of at least two official languages of the European Union, one of which must be English (for applicants from Member States of the European Union);
- have very good knowledge of English (for applicants from Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).

Candidates can apply for one or more traineeship profiles by filling out a separate application form.

Les stages ont lieu au bureau de Bilbao et au bureau de liaison à l'Agence de Bruxelles dans les domaines suivants :

Le bureau de liaison à Bruxelles du secrétariat du réseau (NET)

Allocation de base - Remboursement - Assurance
Les stagiaires reçoivent une allocation mensuelle de 25% de la rémunération de base d'un agent temporaire de grade AD 5/1.

Le montant de l'allocation est fixé sur une base annuelle et est soumis à la révision annuelle des rémunérations. En 2020, l'allocation est de 1 229,32 € par mois.

Les stagiaires dont le lieu de sélection (comme indiqué dans leur formulaire de candidature) au début du stage est à plus de 50 km du lieu de travail peuvent se faire rembourser leur frais de déplacement engagés au début et à la fin du stage.

L'assurance maladie et accidents est obligatoire. Les stagiaires sont responsables de leur propre assurance pour les accidents et de la couverture santé nécessaire pour les membres de leur famille pendant la durée du stage.

Les candidats éligibles doivent
- être des ressortissants de l'un des Etats membres de l'UE et d'Islande, de Norvège et du Liechtenstein (parties de l'accord EEE) ;
- avoir terminé leur premier cycle d'éducation supérieure (à l'université par exemple) et obtenu une licence ou son équivalent au moment de la date limite des candidatures. Les étudiants qui seraient en cours d'études supérieures de second cycle, devront fournir une déclaration officielle de leur université ou établissement ;
- connaître au moins deux langues officielles de l'UE, dont l'une devra être l'anglais (pour les candidats venant d'un Etat membre de l'UE) ;
- avoir une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise (pour les candidats venant d'Islande, de Norvège et du Liechtenstein).

Les candidats peuvent postuler pour un profil de stage ou plusieurs en remplissant un formulaire de candidature séparé.

Grundvergütung - Rückerstattung - Versicherung
Praktikanten erhalten eine monatliche Zulage in Höhe von 25 % der Grundvergütung eines Zeitbediensteten der Besoldungsgruppe AD 5 /1.
Die Höhe der Zulage wird jährlich festgelegt und unterliegt der jährlichen Überprüfung der Bezüge. Im Jahr 2020 beträgt die Zulage 1.229,32 EUR/Monat.

Praktikanten, deren Wahlort (wie im Bewerbungsformular angegeben) zu Beginn des Praktikums mehr als 50 km vom Einsatzort entfernt ist, haben Anspruch auf Erstattung der zu Beginn und am Ende des Praktikums anfallenden Reisekosten.

Eine Kranken- und Unfallversicherung ist obligatorisch. Die Praktikanten sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, für die Dauer ihres Praktikums eine Unfall- und Krankenversicherung sowie eine Versicherung für ihre Familienangehörigen abzuschließen.

Die förderfähigen Bewerber sollten
- Staatsangehörige eines der Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union sowie Islands, Norwegens und Liechtensteins (Vertragsstaaten des EWR-Abkommens) sein;
- den ersten Zyklus eines Hochschulstudiums (d. h. eine Universitätsausbildung) abgeschlossen und bis zum Bewerbungsschluss einen vollständigen Abschluss oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss erworben haben. Bei erklärten laufenden postgradualen Studien muss eine offizielle Erklärung der betreffenden Universität/Institut vorgelegt werden;
- über Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei Amtssprachen der Europäischen Union verfügen, von denen eine Englisch sein muss (für Bewerber aus den Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union);
