Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution.
Three types of internships are available: Standard Traineeship, Short-term study visits and Traineeship for Government Officials.

Standard traineeship
Each year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (Spring traineeships) or from 16 September to 15 February (Autumn traineeships).

The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:

to provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
to provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
to enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
to enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.

Applicants must:
either hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
have a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period.

Application periods:
- 1^st of January to 31^st March, midnight, Brussels local time, of the same year (for Autumn traineeships 16^th September - 15^thFebruary);
- 1^st of July to 30^th September, midnight, Brussels local time, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16^th February - 15^th July).

Short-term study visits
The CoR also offers short-term study visits within one of its services to persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies.
The nature of the tasks to be fulfilled by trainees depends largely on the unit to which they are assigned; while some units are more political, others are more administrative.

Applicants must:
EU citizens or citizens from a state which is an official candidate for accession (applicants of third countries may be granted a traineeship by the Secretary General in exceptional, duly motivated cases);
university graduates that have completed at least a Bachelor's degree;
be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Deadline: There are no fixed deadlines for short term study visits.

Traineeship for Government Officials
The CoR also offers traineeships to staff from a national, regional or local public authority of an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, including civil servants enrolled in governmental training programme.
Eligible candidates get:

• 1-4 months traineeship, extendable to 6 months possible with permission of the Secretary General
• Starting date is agreed upon with the candidate
• Full time/ 40 hours
• Workplace in Brussels, Belgium
• Unpaid, all expenses to be covered by the participant or their sending authority
• Accident insurance covered by the CoR.

Всяка година КР предлага на скоро завършили висшето си образование млади хора ограничен брой стажове с продължителност пет месеца. Целта на организирането на стажове в КР е:

·        да предостави възможност за придобиване на опит от първа ръка за работата на КР и на институциите на ЕС като цяло;

·        да предоставя практически познания за работата на своите отдели;

·        да придобият умения за работа в мултикултурна и многоезична среда;

·        да се даде възможност на стажантите да имат възможност да организират учебно посещение в Европейска местна или регионална власт във връзка с политическите приоритети на Комитета;

·        да даде възможност на стажантите да развият и приложат на практика знанията, които са придобили по време на обучението или кариерата си.

Стажантите се избират измежду граждани на държавите-членки на ЕС. Въпреки това ограничен брой граждани на страни, които не са членки, могат да бъдат приети.

Кандидатите трябва:

·        или да притежавате университетска диплома (или еквивалентна диплома), издадена към датата за кандидатстване;

·        да имат задълбочени познания по един официален език на Общността и задоволителни познания по един друг работен език на ЕС (френски или английски).

Стажантите на КР имат право на месечна стипендия. Размерът на безвъзмездната помощ е еквивалентен на 25% от заплатата на длъжностните лица AD-5 (стъпка 1) в началото на стажа за пълния период от пет месеца.

Chaque année, le Comité des régions (CdR) offre un nombre limité de stages à de jeunes citoyens, originaires d'un État membre de l'UE ou d'un candidat officiel à l'adhésion, leur permettant d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans une institution européenne.

Trois types de stages sont disponibles : Le stage standard, les visites d'étude de courte durée et le stage pour les fonctionnaires.

STAGE STANDARD

Chaque année, le CdR offre à de jeunes diplômés universitaires un nombre limité de stages de cinq mois. Ces périodes de formation impliquent une expérience professionnelle dans l'un des services du Comité des régions, et se déroulent du 16 février au 15 juillet (stages de printemps) ou du 16 septembre au 15 février (stages d'automne).

L'organisation de stages au sein du CdR a pour but de :

• d'offrir une expérience de première main du fonctionnement du CdR et des institutions de l'UE en général 
• d'apporter une connaissance pratique du fonctionnement de ses services 
• de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multilingue 
• permettre aux stagiaires d'avoir la possibilité d'organiser une visite d'étude dans une collectivité locale ou régionale européenne, en lien avec les priorités politiques du Comité 
• permettre aux stagiaires de développer et de mettre en pratique les connaissances qu'ils ont acquises au cours de leurs études ou de leur parcours personnel

Les stagiaires sont sélectionnés parmi les ressortissants des Etats membres de l'UE. Toutefois, un nombre limité de ressortissants de pays tiers peut être accepté.

Les candidats doivent :

• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire (ou d'un diplôme équivalent) délivré avant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures 
• avoir une connaissance approfondie d'une langue communautaire officielle et une connaissance satisfaisante d'une autre langue de travail de l'UE (français ou anglais)

Les stagiaires du CdR ont droit à une bourse mensuelle. Le montant de la bourse est équivalent à 25% du salaire des fonctionnaires AD*5 (échelon 1) au début du stage pour la période complète de 5 mois. Un supplément mensuel de 100 euros est accordé aux stagiaires mariés dont les conjoints n'exercent pas d'activité professionnelle et aux stagiaires qui ont des enfants à charge (100 euros/enfant/mois). Une bourse supplémentaire pouvant atteindre la moitié de la bourse mensuelle peut être accordée à un stagiaire handicapé.

 Périodes de candidature :

• Du 1er janvier au 31 mars, minuit, heure locale de Bruxelles, de la même année (pour les stages d'automne 16 septembre - 15 février)
• Du 1er juillet au 30 septembre, à minuit, heure de Bruxelles, de l'année précédente (pour les stages de printemps du 16 février au 15 juillet)

VISITES D'ETUDE À COURT TERME

Le CdR propose également des visites d'étude de courte durée au sein de l'un de ses services à des personnes dont les activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche indiquent qu'elles pourraient se familiariser avec le fonctionnement pratique et/ou les politiques du Comité. La nature des tâches à accomplir par les stagiaires dépend largement de l'unité à laquelle ils sont affectés ; si certaines unités sont plus politiques, d'autres sont plus administratives.

Les candidats doivent :

• être citoyens de l'UE ou d'un État officiellement candidat à l'adhésion (les candidats de pays tiers peuvent se voir accorder un stage par le Secrétaire général dans des cas exceptionnels et dûment motivés)
• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire d'au moins une licence
• être en mesure de démontrer qu'il/elle a besoin d'approfondir ses connaissances du Comité des régions pour des raisons liées à des activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche

Tous les frais pendant la période d'étude sont à la charge des bénéficiaires : ils ne reçoivent aucune subvention, ni aucun autre soutien financier du CdR. La durée maximale de la visite d'étude de courte durée est de 4 mois, mais elle peut être étendue à 6 mois en fonction des ressources disponibles au CdR.

Date limite : Il n'y a pas de date limite fixe pour les visites d'étude de courte durée.

STAGES POUR LES FONCTIONNAIRES

Le CdR offre également des stages au personnel d'une autorité publique nationale, régionale ou locale d'un État membre de l'UE ou d'un candidat officiel à l'adhésion, y compris les fonctionnaires inscrits à un programme de formation gouvernemental.

Les candidats éligibles obtiennent :

• Un stage de 1 à 4 mois, extensible à 6 mois possible avec l'autorisation du Secrétaire général. La date de début est convenue avec le candidat
• Temps plein : 40 heures
• Lieu de travail : à Bruxelles, Belgique
• Non rémunéré, tous les frais sont à la charge du participant ou de son autorité d'envoi.
• Assurance accident couverte par le CdR.

Ogni anno, il Comitato delle regioni (CdR) offre un numero limitato di stage per giovani cittadini, provenienti dall'Europa e da altri paesi, offrendo loro l'opportunità di acquisire esperienza lavorativa presso un'istituzione europea.

I tirocinanti vengono selezionati tra cittadini degli Stati membri dell'UE. Tuttavia, potrà essere accettato un numero limitato di cittadini di paesi terzi.

I candidati devono:
- possedere un diploma universitario (o un diploma equivalente) rilasciato entro la data di scadenza delle domande;
- avere una conoscenza approfondita di una lingua ufficiale della Comunità e una conoscenza soddisfacente di un'altra lingua di lavoro dell'UE (francese o inglese).

I tirocinanti del CdR hanno diritto a una sovvenzione mensile. L'importo della sovvenzione è pari al 25% dello stipendio dei funzionari AD * 5 (fase 1) all'inizio del tirocinio per l'intero periodo di 5 mesi. Un supplemento mensile di 100 EUR è concesso ai tirocinanti sposati i cui coniugi non esercitano un'attività lucrativa e ai tirocinanti che hanno figli a carico (100, 00 EUR / bambino / mese). Una sovvenzione supplementare che ammonta a metà della sovvenzione mensile può essere concessa a un tirocinante disabile.

Scadenza:
- dal 1 gennaio al 31 marzo, a mezzanotte, ora locale di Bruxelles, dello stesso anno (per i tirocini autunnali 16 settembre - 15 febbraio);
- dal 1 luglio al 30 settembre, a mezzanotte, ora locale di Bruxelles, dell'anno precedente (per i tirocini primaverili 16 febbraio - 15 luglio).

Visite di studio a breve termine
Il CdR offre anche visite di studio a breve termine nell'ambito di uno dei suoi servizi a persone le cui attività professionali, accademiche o di ricerca indicano che potrebbero familiarizzare con le pratiche e/o politiche pratiche del comitato. La natura dei compiti che devono essere soddisfatti dai tirocinanti dipende in larga misura dall'unità a cui sono assegnati; mentre alcune unità sono più politiche, altre sono più amministrative.

I candidati devono essere:
- cittadini dell'UE o cittadini di un paese candidato ufficiale all'adesione (i richiedenti di paesi terzi possono ottenere un tirocinio dal segretario generale in casi eccezionali debitamente motivati);
- laureati che hanno completato almeno una laurea;
-essere in grado di dimostrare di aver bisogno di approfondire la propria conoscenza sul Comitato delle Regioni per motivi professionali, accademici o di ricerca.

Tutte le spese durante il periodo di studio devono essere coperte dai beneficiari: non ricevono alcuna sovvenzione né alcun altro sostegno finanziario da parte del CdR. La durata massima della visita di studio a breve termine è di 4 mesi, ma può essere estesa a 6 mesi a seconda delle risorse disponibili presso il CdR.

Scadenza: non ci sono scadenze fisse per i periodi di studio non retribuiti.

Tirocini per funzionari pubblici
Il CdR offre inoltre tirocini al personale di un'autorità pubblica nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di un candidato all'adesione, compresi i dipendenti pubblici iscritti al programma di formazione governativa.

 I candidati idonei hanno diritto a:
- Tirocinio di 1-4 mesi, prorogabile a 6 mesi con l'autorizzazione del Segretario Generale
- A tempo pieno / 40 ore
- La data di inizio è concordata con il candidato
- Luogo di lavoro a Bruxelles, Belgio
- Il tirocinio non è retribuito, tutte le spese sono a carico del partecipante o della sua autorità di invio
-Assicurazione contro gli infortuni coperta dal CdR.

O Comité das Regiões oferece, anualmente, um número limitado de estágios para jovens cidadãos, da Europa ou não, dando-lhes a oportunidade de adquirirem experiência de trabalho numa instituição europeia.

Existem dois tipos de estágios: estágios de longa duração remunerados e estágios não remunerados

Estágios de longa duração remunerados:
O Comité das Regiões recebe anualmente um número limitado de jovens licenciados durante 5 meses.
Os estagiários adquirem experiência profissional num dos serviços do Comité das Regiões. Decorrem de 16 de fevereiro a 15 de julho (estágios da Primavera) e de 16 de setembro a 15 de fevereiro (estágios de Outono)

Objetivos dos estágios:

• Proporcionar uma experiência em primeira mão sobre o funcionamento do Comité das Regiões e das instituições da UE em geral;
  
  
• Dar-lhes a conhecer o funcionamento de um dos departamentos da instituição;
  
  
• Proporcionar um ambiente de trabalho multicultural e multilinguístico;
  
  
• Possibilitar  aos estagiários a oportunidade de organizarem visitas de estudo a uma autoridade local ou regional em  conexão com as prioridades politicas do Comité;



• Permitir-lhes a aquisição de experiência profissional;
  
  
• Ajudá-los a desenvolver e a pôr em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso educativo ou profissional.

Os estágios destinam-se jovens dos Estados-membros da EU, no entanto é possível a aceitação de candidaturas de países terceiros.

Os candidatos devem:

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) concedido à data de encerramento da candidatura ao estágio; 
  
  
• Ter conhecimentos profundos de uma das línguas oficiais da UE e conhecimentos satisfatórios de uma das outras línguas de trabalho (inglês e/ou francês);

Prazos de candidatura:  30 de setembro para estágios a realizar na primavera do ano seguinte (31 de março de 2014 para estágios a realizar no outono).

Estágios de curta duração não remunerados

O Comité da Regiões oferece também estágios de curta duração não remunerados num dos serviços para pessoas cujas actividades profissionais, académicas ou de investigação se relacionem com o trabalho do Comité das Regiões.

A natureza das tarefas a realizar pelos estagiários depende muito da unidade onde for inserido. Existem unidades mais políticas e unidades mais administrativas.

Os candidatos devem:

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) obtido após três anos de estudos e deverão demonstrar que precisam de aprofundar os seus  conhecimentos sobre o Comité das Regiões por razoes  profissionais, académicas ou de investigação
  
  
• Pertencer ao quadro de pessoal de uma administração local, regional, nacional que participe num programa de intercâmbio com o Comité das Regiões. Os estudantes podem candidatar-se apenas em caso de pós graduações.
  
  
• Ter um bom domínio de uma das principais línguas de trabalho do Comité das Regiões: inglês ou francês

Todas as despesas correm por conta dos beneficiários e a duração máxima para este tipo de estágios são 4 meses.

În fiecare an, Comitetul Regiunilor (CoR) oferă un număr limitat de stagii de practică pentru tinerii cetăţeni din statele membre UE sau din statele candidate la UE, prin care aceştia pot câştiga experienţă de muncă într-o instituţie europeană.

• să ofere stagiarilor posibilitatea de a-şi dezvolta şi pune în practică cunoştinţele acumulate de-a lungul studiilor sau carierei personale.

Stagiarii sunt selectaţi dintre cetăţenii statelor membre UE. Cu toate acestea, există un număr restrâns de locuri pentru cetăţenii care provin din state nemembre.
Candidaţii trebuie:

• să aibă o diploma de studii universitare (sau o diplomă echivalentă) acordată până la data trimiterii candidaturii;
• să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile oficiale ale UE şi satisfăcător o alta limbă de lucru a UE (franceză sau engleză).

Stagiarii CoR vor primi un grant lunar. Cuantumul acestui grant reprezintă echivalentul a 25% dintr-un salariu al oficialilor AD*5 (primul nivel) la începutul stagiului, pentru o perioada completă de cinci luni.

Perioade în care pot fi trimise candidaturi:

Vizite scurte de studiu 
CoR oferă, de asemenea, vizite scurte de studiu, în cadrul unuia dintre serviciile sale, persoanelor ale căror activităţi profesionale, academice sau de cercetare cer familiarizarea cu activităţile şi/sau politicile Comitetului.

Natura sarcinilor ce trebuie îndeplinite de stagiari depinde, în mare măsură, de departamentul în care sunt repartizaţi; în timp ce unele departamente sunt orientate mai mult spre politică, altele au un caracter pur administrativ.

Candidaţii trebuie:

• Să fie cetățeni ai statelor membre UE sau cetățeni ai unui stat candidat la UE (în anumite cazuri, motivate corespunzător, candidații țărilor terțe pot primi în mod exceptional un grant pentru un stagiu din partea secretarului general);
• Să fie absolvenţi de facultate care au cel puțin o diplomă de licență;
• Să poată motiva de ce au nevoie de o cunoaștere mai aprofundată privind activitatea Comitetului Regiunilor din perspectiva activităților profesionale, academice și de cercetare.

Toate cheltuielile pe durata perioadei de studiu urmează să fie asigurate de beneficiari; ei nu primesc subvenţii şi niciun alt fel de sprijin financiar din partea CoR. Durata maximă pentru o vizită scurtă de studiu este de 4 luni, dar poate fi extinsă la 6 luni, în funcţie de resursele disponibile la CoR.
 

Termen limită: Nu există termene limită pentru vizitele scurte de studiu.

Stagii pentru funcționari guvernamentali

CoR oferă, de asemenea, stagii pentru personalul din cadrul autorităților publice naționale, regionale sau locale din statele membre UE sau statele candidate la UE, inclusiv funcționarii publici înscriși în programe de formare guvernamentală.

Date despre stagii:

• Au o durată cuprinsă între 1 și 4 luni, care poate fi prelungită până la 6 luni, cu permisiunea secretarului general
• Data de începere este convenită cu candidatul
• Normă întreagă/40 de ore
• Loc de muncă în Bruxelles, Belgia
• Neplătite, toate cheltuielile urmează să fie acoperite de participanți sau de autoritatea care îi trimite să urmeze stagiul
• Asigurarea de accidente este acoperită de CoR.

Cada año, el Comité de las Regiones (CDR) ofrece un número limitado de pasantías para los ciudadanos jóvenes, procedentes de Europa y de otros lugares, ofreciéndoles la oportunidad de adquirir una experiencia laboral en una institución europea.
Hay dos tipos de prácticas disponibles: prácticas CoR o de corto plazo, visitas de estudio

Prácticas CDR:
Cada año, el Comité de las Regiones ofrece a los jóvenes graduados universitarios un periodo de prácticas limitado de cinco meses. Dichos períodos de formación implican una experiencia laboral en uno de los servicios de la Comisión de las Regiones, del 16 de febrero hasta el 15 de julio (prácticas de primavera) o del 16 de septiembre hasta el 15 de febrero (prácticas de otoño).

El propósito de la organización de cursillos de formación en el Comité de las Regiones es la siguiente:

proporcionar una experiencia de primera mano del trabajo de la CDR y de las instituciones de la UE en general; para trabajar en un ambiente multicultural y plurilingüe.
para proporcionar conocimientos prácticos del funcionamiento de sus departamentos;
para que los alumnos tengan la oportunidad de organizar una visita de estudio a una autoridad europea local o regional, en conexión con las prioridades  de la política del Comité;
para que los alumnos puedan desarrollar y poner en práctica los conocimientos que han adquirido durante sus estudios o carreras personales.

Los alumnos son seleccionados entre los nacionales de los Estados miembros de la UE. Sin embargo, un número limitado de nacionales de terceros países pueden ser aceptados.

Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario (o un diploma equivalente) en la fecha en la que concluya el plazo de solicitudes;
Tener un conocimiento profundo de una lengua oficial de la Comunidad y un conocimiento satisfactorio de otra lengua de trabajo de la UE (inglés o francés)

Los alumnos del CDR tienen derecho a un subsidio mensual. El importe de la subvención equivale al 25% del salario de los funcionarios EA * 5 (paso 1) durante todo el período de 5 meses. Un suplemento mensual de 100 euros se da a los alumnos casados cuyos cónyuges no tienen un empleo remunerado y para los alumnos que tienen hijos a su cargo (100 euros por mes e hijo). Un subsidio complementario por importe de hasta la mitad de la ayuda mensual se podrá conceder a un alumno discapacitado.

Plazos: Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas antes del 31 de marzo del mismo año (para las prácticas de otoño) o 30 de septiembre del año anterior (para las prácticas de primavera).

Los periodos cortos de visitas de estudio.
El CDR también ofrece periodos cortos de visitas de estudio, dentro de uno de sus servicios, a las personas cuya actividad profesional, académica o de investigación requiera que se familiaricen con el funcionamiento práctico o las políticas de la Comisión. La naturaleza de las tareas a cumplir por los alumnos depende en gran medida de la unidad a la que están asignados, mientras que algunas unidades son más políticas, otras son más administrativas.

Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario.

Ser capaces de mostrar que necesitan profundizar en el conocimiento que tienen del Comité de las Regiones por razones profesionales, académicos o de investigación.

Todos los gastos durante el período de estudio deben ser cubiertos por los beneficiarios: no reciben ninguna subvención, ni ningún otro tipo de apoyo financiero del Comité de las Regiones. La duración máxima de un período de prácticas no remuneradas es de 4 meses, pero puede ser ampliado a seis meses dependiendo de los recursos disponibles del CDR.

Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from Europe and elsewhere, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution. There are two different types of traineeships.

CoR traineeship

Each year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (spring traineeships) or from 16 September until 15 February (autumn traineeships).

The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:

• to provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
• to provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
• to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
• to enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
• to enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.

Eligibility

• either hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
• have a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).

Remuneration

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period. A monthly supplement of EUR 100 is given to married trainees whose spouses are not gainfully employed and to trainees who have dependent children (€100, 00/child/month). A supplementary grant amounting to up to half of the monthly grant may be granted to a handicapped trainee.

Deadlines

- 31 March, midnight, Brussels local time, of the same year (for autumn traineeships 16 September - 15 February);
- 30 September, midnight, Brussels local time, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16 February - 15 July).

Short-term study visits

The CoR also offers short-term study visits within one of its services to persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies. The nature of the tasks to be fulfilled by trainees depends largely on the unit to which they are assigned; while some units are more political, others are more administrative.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• either hold at least a Bachelor's degree;
• be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

Expenses

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Deadline

There are no fixed deadlines for unpaid study periods. Applications should be sent by post to the Traineeship Office.

Es stehen drei Arten von Praktika zur Verfügung: Standardpraktikum, Kurzzeitstudienaufenthalte und Praktikum für Regierungsbeamte.

Standard-Praktikum
Jedes Jahr bietet der AdR jungen Hochschulabsolventen eine begrenzte Anzahl von 5-monatigen Praktika an. Die Praktika finden in einer der Dienststellen des Ausschusses der Regionen statt und dauern vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) bzw. vom 16. September bis zum 15. Februar (Herbstpraktikum).

Das Ziel der Praktika im AdR ist
- Vermittlung von Erfahrungen aus erster Hand über die Arbeitsweise des AdR und der EU-Institutionen im Allgemeinen;
- die Vermittlung praktischer Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der Dienststellen;
Arbeit in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, einen Studienaufenthalt bei einer europäischen lokalen oder regionalen Gebietskörperschaft im Zusammenhang mit den politischen Prioritäten des Ausschusses zu organisieren;
- es den Praktikanten zu ermöglichen, die Kenntnisse, die sie während ihres Studiums oder ihrer persönlichen Laufbahn erworben haben, zu vertiefen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Die Praktikanten werden unter den Mitgliedern der EU-Mitgliedstaaten ausgewählt. Es kann jedoch eine begrenzte Anzahl von Staatsangehörigen von Drittstaaten zugelassen werden.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- entweder über einen Hochschulabschluss (oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom) verfügen, der bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist verliehen wurde;
- umfassende Kenntnisse in einer Amtssprache der EU und ausreichende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Arbeitssprache (Französisch oder Englisch) besitzen.

AdR-Praktikanten haben Anspruch auf ein monatliches Stipendium. Die Höhe des Stipendiums entspricht 25% des Gehalts der AD*5-Beamten (Stufe 1) zu Beginn des Praktikums für die gesamte Dauer von 5 Monaten. Verheiratete Praktikanten, deren Ehepartner nicht erwerbstätig sind, und Praktikanten, die unterhaltsberechtigte Kinder haben, erhalten eine monatliche Zulage von 100 EUR (100,00 €/Kind/Monat). Einem behinderten Praktikanten kann ein Zuschuss in Höhe von bis zur Hälfte des monatlichen Zuschusses gewährt werden.

Kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte
Der AdR bietet auch kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte innerhalb einer seiner Dienststellen für Personen an, deren berufliche, akademische oder Forschungsaktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit der praktischen Arbeit und/oder der Politik des Ausschusses stehen.
Die Art der von den Praktikanten zu erfüllenden Aufgaben hängt weitgehend von dem Referat ab, dem sie zugewiesen werden; während einige Referate eher politischer Natur sind, sind andere eher administrativer Natur.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- EU-Bürger oder Bürger eines Staates, der offizieller Beitrittskandidat ist (Bewerber aus Drittstaaten können in hinreichend begründeten Ausnahmefällen vom Generalsekretär ein Praktikum erhalten);
- Hochschulabsolventen, die mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss erworben haben;
- nachweisen können, dass er/sie seine/ihre Kenntnisse über den Ausschuss der Regionen aus Gründen, die mit beruflichen, akademischen oder Forschungsaktivitäten zusammenhängen, vertiefen muss.

Alle Ausgaben während des Studienaufenthalts sind von den Begünstigten zu tragen: sie erhalten weder ein Stipendium noch irgendeine andere finanzielle Unterstützung vom AdR. Die Höchstdauer für einen kurzzeitigen Studienaufenthalt beträgt 4 Monate, kann aber je nach den im AdR verfügbaren Ressourcen auf 6 Monate verlängert werden.

Bewerbungsfrist: Es gibt keine festen Fristen für Kurzzeit-Studienaufenthalte.

Praktikum für Regierungsbeamte
Der AdR bietet auch Praktika für Mitarbeiter einer nationalen, regionalen oder lokalen öffentlichen Behörde eines EU-Mitgliedstaates oder eines offiziellen Beitrittskandidaten an, darunter auch für Beamte, die an einem Ausbildungsprogramm der Regierung teilnehmen.

Berechtigte Kandidaten erhalten:
- 1-4 Monate Praktikum, mit Genehmigung des Generalsekretärs auf 6 Monate verlängerbar
 - Das Anfangsdatum wird mit dem Kandidaten vereinbart.
 - Vollzeit/ 40 Stunden
 - Arbeitsplatz in Brüssel, Belgien
 - Unbezahlt, alle Kosten sind vom Teilnehmer oder seiner entsendenden Behörde zu tragen

Eurodyssey is a traineeship programme between European Regions. It allows young people aged 18-30 to benefit from a three to seven months paid vocational training course in a foreign business.

The aim of the programme is to allow young people to gain work experience while improving their knowledge of a foreign language.

Language training: the vast majority of Regions have set up a language course on the arrival of the trainees. This can be intensive and take place over three or four weeks before the practical placement in the business or can be spread over a longer period, in parallel with the practical training.

Practical traineeship: during this period carried out in the business, the beneficiary occupies a position defined before the start of the placement. He/she is subject to the timetable and rules of the receiving body.

No special qualifications are required, and applications received are matched to the requirements of the businesses. All expenses are paid. Trainees will either receive a grant from the host region or a wage by the firm depending on how the Eurodyssey programme is run in the region concerned. Equally, trainees are covered by the social security system of the host Region.

Target groups are job seekers, young graduates, and young people aged 18-30. Those eligible to participate must be from an AER region (Assembly of European Regions) which both sends out and undertakes to accept trainees.

Eurodyssée est un programme de stages entre régions européennes. Il permet à des jeunes de 18 à 30 ans de bénéficier d'une formation professionnelle rémunérée de trois à sept mois dans une entreprise étrangère.

L'objectif de ce programme est de permettre aux jeunes d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle tout en améliorant leur connaissance d'une langue étrangère.

Formation linguistique : la grande majorité des Régions ont mis en place un cours de langue à l'arrivée des stagiaires. Celui-ci peut être intensif et se dérouler sur trois ou quatre semaines avant le stage pratique en entreprise ou s'étaler sur une période plus longue, en parallèle de la formation pratique.

Stage pratique : pendant cette période effectuée en entreprise, le bénéficiaire occupe un poste défini avant le début du stage. Il est soumis au calendrier et aux règles de l'organisme d'accueil.

Aucune qualification particulière n'est requise, les candidatures reçues sont adaptées aux besoins des entreprises. Tous les frais sont pris en charge. Les stagiaires reçoivent soit une bourse de la région d'accueil, soit un salaire versé par l'entreprise, selon la manière dont le programme Eurodyssée est géré dans la région concernée. De même, les stagiaires sont couverts par le système de sécurité sociale de la région d'accueil.

Les groupes cibles sont les demandeurs d'emploi, les jeunes diplômés, les jeunes de 18 à 30 ans. Les personnes éligibles pour participer doivent être originaires d'une région de l'ARE (Assemblée des Régions d'Europe) qui envoie et s'engage à accueillir des stagiaires.

Το EURODYSSEE είναι ένα πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής ανάμεσα σε ευρωπαϊκές περιφέρειες. Προσφέρει την ευκαιρία σε νέους ηλικίας 18 - 30 ετών να παρακολουθήσουν ένα τμήμα αμειβόμενης επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης τρίμηνης έως επτάμηνης διάρκειας σε κάποια επιχείρηση που βρίσκεται στο εξωτερικό. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να βοηθήσει τους νέους να αποκτήσουν εργασιακή πείρα και παράλληλα να βελτιώσουν τις γνώσεις τους σε μία ξένη γλώσσα.

Γλωσσική κατάρτιση: η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των περιφερειών παρέχει τμήματα γλωσσικής κατάρτισης κατά την άφιξη των εκπαιδευόμενων. Αυτά μπορεί να είναι εντατικά και να λαμβάνουν χώρα πριν την τοποθέτηση του εκπαιδευόμενου για πρακτική στην επιχείρηση για διάστημα περισσότερο από τρεις έως τέσσερις εβδομάδες ή μπορούν να έχουν μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια και να υλοποιούνται παράλληλα με την πρακτική άσκηση.

Πρακτική άσκηση: κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου που πραγματοποιείται σε επιχειρήσεις, ο δικαιούχος κατέχει μια θέση που καθορίστηκε πριν από την έναρξη της πρακτικής και είναι υποχρεωμένος να συμμορφώνεται με το πρόγραμμα και τους κανόνες του φορέα υποδοχής.

Δεν απαιτούνται συγκεκριμένα προσόντα· οι αιτήσεις κρίνονται με βάση τις απαιτήσεις των επιχειρήσεων. Όλες οι δαπάνες είναι πληρωμένες. Οι εκπαιδευόμενοι λαμβάνουν είτε επιδότηση από την περιφέρεια υποδοχής είτε μισθό από την επιχείρηση, ανάλογα με τον τρόπο διαχείρισης του προγράμματος Eurodyssey στην αντίστοιχη περιφέρεια. Επίσης, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι καλύπτονται από το σύστημα κοινωνικής ασφάλισης της περιφέρειας υποδοχής.

Ομάδες στόχοι είναι άτομα που αναζητούν εργασία, νέοι απόφοιτοι, νέα άτομα ηλικίας 18-30 ετών. Οι επιλέξιμοι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να προέρχονται από μία περιφέρεια AER, η οποία στέλνει αλλά και δέχεται εκπαιδευόμενους.

Az Eurodyssée program egy, az európai régiók közötti gyakornoki program. A program 18 és 30 év közötti fiatalok számára teremt lehetõséget egy 3-7 hónapig tartó fizetett szakmai képzésre egy külföldi vállalkozásban. A program célja, hogy a fiatalok munkatapasztalatra tegyenek szert, miközben idegennyelvi tudásukat is fejlesztik.

Nyelvi képzés: a Régiók nagy többsége a képzésben résztvevők érkezésekor nyelvtanfolyamot indít. Ez lehet egy intenzív tanfolyam, amely a vállalkozásban való gyakorlat előtt három vagy négy hétig tart, vagy lehet egy hosszabb időtartamú képzés, amely a gyakorlati képzéssel egyidejûleg tart.

Gyakornoki képzés: a vállalkozásban eltöltött idõ alatt, a kedvezményezett gyakornok az elhelyezés megkezdése előtt meghatározott pozíciót tölti be. A gyakornok a fogadó fél szabályaihoz és időrendjéhez igazodik.

Szakképesítés nem szükséges, a beérkező jelentkezéseket a vállalkozás elvárásaival a program koordinátorai összehangolják. Minden költséget a fogadó fél fizet. A gyakornokok vagy ösztöndíjas juttatást kapnak a fogadó régiótól, vagy bért kapnak a cégtől, attól függően, hogy az adott régióban hogyan működik az Eurodyssée program. Minden gyakornokot a fogadó régió szociális biztonsági rendszere védi.

Célcsoportok: munkakeresők, fiatal végzős hallgatók, 18-30 év közötti fiatalok. Az alkalmas résztvevő az Európai Régiók Gyűlésében (Assembly of European Region) részt vevő országból kerül ki, mely a gyakornokok küldésében és fogadásában is részt vesz.
 

A programban részt vevő régiók:

• Eurodyssée est un programme d'échanges entre régions d'Europe qui permet à des jeunes de 18 à 30 ans de faire des stages rémunérés de trois à sept mois dans une entreprise à l'étranger. Son objectif est de permettre aux jeunes d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle tout en améliorant leurs compétences linguistiques.
  
  Formation linguistique : la grande majorité des Régions ont mis en place un cours de langues à l'arrivée des stagiaires. Il peut être intensif et se dérouler sur trois ou quatre semaines avant le stage pratique en entreprise, ou bien s'étaler sur une période plus longue, en parallèle au stage pratique.
  
  Stage pratique : le bénéficiaire occupe une fonction définie avant le début du stage. Il est soumis aux horaires et au règlement de l'organisme d'accueil.
  
  Aucun niveau de qualification n'est exigé, le principe étant d'adapter l'offre des candidatures à la demande. Tous les frais sont couverts. Les stagiaires perçoivent une bourse ou une rémunération, selon les modalités du programme Eurodyssée dans la Région concernée. Les stagiaires sont couverts par le système de sécurité sociale de leur pays d'accueil.
  
  Les candidats sont des demandeurs d'emploi ou des jeunes diplômés de 18 à 30 ans originaires d'une Région membre de l'ARE (Assemblée des Régions d'Europe) qui envoie et reçoit des stagiaires.

Eurodyssey is een uitwisselingsprogramma tussen de Europese regio's. Jongeren tussen de 18 en 30 jaar kunnen gedurende een periode van 3 tot 7 maanden een betaalde beroepscursus in een buitenlandse onderneming volgen.

Het doel van dit programma is om jongeren werkervaring op te laten doen, terwijl zij tegelijk hun talenkennis verbeteren. Er zijn verder geen bijzondere vereisten. Wel worden aanvragen vergeleken met de wensen die de onderneming heeft. Alle kosten worden verder vergoed. Daarnaast is er een vergoeding voor levensonderhoud.

O Eurodisseia é um  Programa de intercâmbios entre as Regiões Europeias. Permite aos jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos beneficiarem de um curso pago na área dos negócios estrangeiros, com duração de 3 a 7 meses. O objectivo do Programa é permitir aos jovens adquirir experiência de trabalho, enquanto melhoram o conhecimento de uma língua estrangeira.

Não são requeridas qualificações especiais. Os projectos recebidos são medidos de acordo com os requsitos da actividade. Todas as despesas são pagas. Os formandos recebem uma bolsa da região que os acolhe ou um salário da firma, dependendo da maneira como o Programa Eurodisseia é gerido na respectiva região. Os formandos estão igualmente cobertos por um  pelo sistema de segurança social da Região que os acolhe.

Os destinatários do Programa são jovens à procura do primeiro emprego, jovens licenciados, com idades entre os 18 e os 30 anos. Os jovens elegíveis para participar têm que ser oriundos de uma região ERA (Assembleia das Regiões Europeias), que procede ao envio e acolhimento de formandos.

Eurodyssée este un program de stagii de practică între regiunile europene. Acesta oferă posibilitatea tinerilor între 18-30 de ani să beneficieze de cursuri de formare profesională plătite, cu durata cuprinsă între 3-7 luni, într-un mediu de afaceri european. Scopul programului este de a permite tinerilor să câştige experienţă de muncă concomitent cu îmbunătăţirea cunoştinţelor de limbi străine.

Formare lingvistică: majoritatea regiunilor asigură un curs de limbă la sosirea stagiarilor. Acesta poate fi intensiv şi să aibă loc cu trei sau patru săptămâni înainte de plasament sau se poate derula pe o perioadă mai lungă, în paralel cu formarea practică.

Stagiu de practică: beneficiarul ocupă un post de stagiar definit înainte de începerea stagiului. Stagiarul/a va respecta programul şi regulile instituţiei gazdă.

Nu este necesară o calificare specială, aplicaţiile primite sunt selecţionate în funcţie de cerinţele mediului de afaceri. Toate cheltuielile sunt acoperite. Stagiarii vor primi fie o bursă de la regiunea gazdă, fie un salariu de la firma respectivă, în funcţie de cum se desfăşoară programul Eurodyssey în regiunea respectivă. De asemenea, stagiarii vor beneficia de sistemul de asigurări sociale al regiunii gazdă.

Grupurile ţintă sunt reprezentate de cei care se află în căutarea unui loc de muncă, tineri absolvenţi, tineri între 18-30 ani. Candidaţii eligibili trebuie să facă parte dintr-o regiune AER (Adunarea Regiunilor Europene) care trimite şi, în acelaşi timp, se obligă să accepte stagiari.

EURODYSSEY je program izmenjav med evropskimi regijami, ki mladim starim od 18 do 30 let omogoča, da se od 3 do 7 mesecev udeležijo poklicnega usposabljanja v tujem podjetju. Namen programa je omogočiti mladim pridobitev delovnih izkušenj in izboljšanje znanja tujega jezika.

Prijavitelji ne potrebujejo nobenih posebnih kvalifikacij. Prejete prijavnice kandidatov bodo povezane z ustreznimi ponudbami podjetij. Vsi stroški so plačani. Stažisti prejmejo dotacijo s strani gostiteljske regije oziroma prejemajo plačo s strani podjetja. Način plačila je odvisen od načina vodenja programa Eurodyssey v regiji. Stažisti so tudi zavarovani po sistemu socialnega varstva gostiteljske regije.

Ciljne skupine so mladi stari od 18 do 30 let, iskalci zaposlitve in mladi, ki so diplomirali. Kandidati morajo prihajati iz regije vključene v Združenje Evropskih regij (Assembly of European Regions), ki lahko pošiljajo in gostijo stažiste.

EURODISEA es un programa de intercambio entre las distintas regiones de la Unión Europea destinado a jóvenes entre 18 y 30 años que deseen disfrutar entre 3 y 7 meses de prácticas vocacionales remuneradas. El programa consta de una parte de formación y otra parte de prácticas.

Formación lingüística:  curso de inmersíón lingüística a la llegada.

Requisitos: grupo formado por jóvenes de 18 a 30 años, demandantes de empleo o recién graduados. 

Regiones del Programa:

EURODYSSEY är ett program för utbyten mellan olika europeiska regioner. Genom programmet kan unga mellan 18 och 30 år få tre till sju månaders betald praktik i en ny bransch. Poängen med programmet är att ge unga arbetslivserfarenhet samtidigt som de förbättrar sin kunskap i ett främmande språk.

Inga speciella förkunskaper behövs, ansökningar matchas med önskemål från företagen. Alla utgifter är betalda. Praktikanterna får antingen bidrag från värdregionen eller lön från företaget beroende på hur programmet fungerar i den specifika regionen. Praktikanten får också del av socialförsäkringssystemet i värdregionen.

Målgrupper är arbetssökande, unga akademiker, ungdomar mellan 18-30 år. De sökande måste komma från AER-regioner (Assembly of European Regions) som själva både tar emot och skickar praktikanter.

EURODYSSEY ist ein Austauschprogramm zwischen Europäischen Regionen. Es ermöglicht jungen Menschen von 18 bis 30 von einem 3- bis 7-monatigen, bezahlten, berufsbildenden Lehrgang in einem ausländischen Unternehmen zu profitieren. Das Ziel des Programms ist, jungen Menschen die Chance zu geben, Arbeitserfahrungen zu sammeln und gleichzeitig ihre Fremdsprachenkenntnisse zu verbessern.

Sprachenerwerb: Der Großteil der teilnehmenden Regionen bieten einen Sprachkurs ab Ankunft der PraktikantInnen an. Dies kann ein Intensivkurs sein und drei bis vier Wochen vor Beginn des Praktikums stattfinden oder über einen längeren Zeitraum parallel zum Praktikum angelegt sein.

Praktikum: Während dieses Zeitraums in einem Unternehmen bekommt der/die Begünstigte eine im Vorfeld festgelegte Position. Er/sie muss sich an den Zeitplan und die Regeln des aufnehmenden Unternehmens halten.

Besondere Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, eingegangene Bewerbungen werden nach den Bedürfnissen der Unternehmen zugeteilt. Sämtliche Unkosten werden übernommen. PraktikantInnen bekommen entweder ein Stipendium von der gastgebenden Region oder werden von der Firma bezahlt, je nachdem, wie das Eurodyssey Programm in der entsprechenden Region ausgelegt ist. Die PraktikantInnen werden auch vom Sozialversicherungssystem der gastgebenden Region abgedeckt.

Arbeitssuchende, junge HochschulabsolventInnen und junge Menschen von 18 bis 30.
Geeignete Kandidaten müssen aus einer VRE Region (Versammlung der Regionen Europas) stammen, die PraktikantInnen sowohl aufnimmt, als auch entsendet.

The European Ombudsman offers a limited number of traineeships which are intended to enable the trainees to add to the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies by giving them practical experience. 

The Ombudsman offers traineeships to university or higher education graduates with a keen interest in European Union public administration and, in particular, in how the EU administration relates to citizens
The traineeships have a duration of a duration of one year, subject to a positive assessment of the trainee’s performance.

There are normally two training periods: one starting on 1 September and the other on 1 January each year.
The place of work can be Brussels (Belgium) or Strasbourg (France).

For the September 2023 traineeship period, the Ombudsman is offering traineeships in:

• Case handling (up to 5 traineeships)
• Digital communication (1 traineeship)
• Traineeship for persons with disabilities (1 traineeship)

Eligible candidates

• nationals of a Member State of the European Union or of an accession/candidate country;
• not have benefitted, for more than eight consecutive weeks or two full months, from a previous paid traineeship or work contract in a European institution, body, agency, office, service, delegation, representation, including the office of a Member of the European Parliament or of a European political group;
• have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU and very good knowledge of another. The main working language of the Ombudsman’s office is English and therefore a very good knowledge of English is required;
• candidates applying for case handling should have a degree or diploma of at least 3 years in either law, political science, European studies, or European public administration
• candidates applying for digital communication should have a degree or diploma of at least 3 years in communication, journalism or media design, with focus on online media and/or digital marketing
• candidates applying for the traineeship for persons with disabilities should have a university degree or be at least third year students (or equivalent) of a higher education establishment. Together with the application, they must provide, in one of the EU official languages, the necessary evidence, such as:
  - a document issued by a national or regional authority or an accredited body in a Member State of the EU;
  - an EU disability card;
  - a recent certificate issued by a medical doctor: the certificate must have been issued in a Member State of the EU and be not more than six months old; it must state clearly the condition which the medical doctor considers a disability and include confirmation from the signing medical doctor that, to the best of their understanding, the condition in question is a long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which, in interaction with various barriers, may hinder full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others.

IT TRAINEESHIP 2023 - Java/web developer trainee
The European Ombudsman offers the opportunity to a Java/web developer trainee to assist in the development of the Ombudsman's Internet and Extranet sites and of internal web-based applications.
 

Required qualifications
Candidates applying should have:

• Good knowledge of Java, Angular, and HTML5/CSS3
• Knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, Javascript, Typescript, SQL, dotNET, C-sharp, MS Sharepoint or MS CRM Dynamics would be an advantage.
   

Eligible applicants
The applicant should:
- be a national from an EU Member State, or of an accession/candidate country;
- have a Master’s/Engineer degree in software development or be in the process of completing it. In the latter case, the traineeship can be part of their master/engineer programme;
- should not have benefited, for more than eight consecutive weeks or two full months, from a previous paid traineeship or work contract in a European institution, body, agency, office, service, delegation, representation, including the office of a Member of the European Parliament or of a European political group;
- have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU and very good knowledge of a second one; 
- the working languages are English and/or French.

Monthly grant
Trainees receive a monthly grant during the traineeship period.
The grant for the Strasbourg-based trainees is approximately €1750 per month. Additionally, trainees receive a €40 monthly supplement as support for their internet connection.

Strasbourg (France).

Deadline: 7 November 2022, 13:00 CET.

Starting date: February/March 2023. The traineeship has a maximum duration of 12 months. A shorter duration may be agreed upon request.

Den europæiske Ombudsmand tilbyder et begrænset antal af praktikpladser, der har til hensigt at give studerende en mere praktisk erfaring ved siden af deres studier.

Praktikperioden varer normalt 3 måneder.

Praktikanterne arbejder under vejledning fra en ansat. De får normalt til opgave at undersøge særlige emner eller tage sig af klager, der har relevans for ombudsmanden.

Praktikprogrammet tilbydes to gange om året og er primært rettet mod cand.jur.-gruppen. Praktikantopholdet foregår enten i Strasbourg eller Bruxelles alt efter kontorets behov. Det begynder 1. september henholdsvis 1. januar hvert år.

Praktikanter i Ombudsmandens kontor skal have et indgående kendskab til engelsk.

Gyakornoki lehetőség az Európai Ombudsmannál

Az Európai Ombudsman meghatározott számú gyakornoki helyet biztosít, melynek célja a gyakornokok tanulmányaik során elsajátított tudásának és képességeinek gyakorlati tapasztalattal való bővítése.

A gyakornokság időtartama normális körülmények között négy hónap és legfeljebb 11 hónapra hosszabbítható meg.

A gyakornokok egy jogász közvetlen felügyelete alatt dolgoznak. Feladatuk vagy a panaszok kivizsgálása vagy az Ombudsman munkájához szükséges kutatások végrehajtása, esetleg mindkettő.

A gyakornokok pénzügyi támogatásának szintjét a külső támogatások átvétele után egyénenként állapítják meg.

ösztöndíj áll rendelkezésre olyan gyakornokok részére, akiknek a három hónapos időtartamra vonatkozóan nincs más forrásuk a pénzügyi támogatáson kívül. Az ösztöndíj értéke az AD6-os szint 1.fokába tartozó személyzet alapfizetésének 25%-a (kb. 1200 € brüsszelben vagy 1400 € Strasbourgban), mely magában foglalja a háztartási juttatásokat is, ahol helyénvaló.

A gyakornokokat egyénenként választják ki. A jelentkezőre vonatkozó alapkövetelmények:

·  az Európai Unió valamely tagállamának állampolgára

·  jogi egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezik és haladó szinten van a közösségi jog szakmai oktatásában vagy kutatásában

·  az Európai Közösség legalább két hivatalos nyelvén képes dolgozni. A francia és az angol nyelvtudás szükséges, mivel ez a két nyelv az Európai Ombdusman-i Iroda munkanyelve.

Határidők:

·  a szeptember 1-jén induló gyakornokság határideje április 30.

·  a január 1-jén induló gyakornokság határideje augusztus 31.

Europejski Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich oferuje staże umożliwiające młodym ludziom uzupełnienie wiedzy i umiejętności zdobytych podczas studiów o praktyczne umiejętności, obejmujące różne dziedziny.

Staże odbywają się w Strasburgu lub Brukseli. Stażyści pracują pod bezpośrednim nadzorem prawnika. Badają skargi i/lub przeprowadzają research potrzebny do zbadania wniosku. Zakres obowiązków może też obejmować prace dotyczące mediów i komunikacji oraz badań związanych z działalnością rzecznika.

Stażyści nie posiadający żadnego źródła utrzymania mogą ubiegać się o stypendia, które wynoszą 25% podstawowej pensji pracowników kategorii AD6 step 1, z uwzględnieniem dodatku mieszkaniowego oraz możliwości zwrotu kosztów podróży (lub ich części) przed i po odbyciu stażu. Wnioski stażystów posiadających źródło utrzymania będą rozpatrywane indywidualnie.

Czas trwania stażu: od 4 do 12 miesięcy (po 4 miesiącach, jeśli strony wyrażą taką wolę, staż jest przedłużany do 12 miesięcy).

Ubiegający się o staże muszą:
- być obywatelami europejskimi,
- posiadać dyplom uniwersytecki (uzyskany min. 3 latach studiów) z dziedziny powiązanej z działalnością biura rzecznika (dokładny opis wymagań znajduje się tutaj); priorytetowo traktowane są zgłoszenia od absolwentów prawa,
- posługiwać się przynajmniej dwoma oficjalnymi językami Unii Europejskiej (drugim na poziomie dobrym), przy czym niezbędna jest biegła znajomość angielskiego.

Proces aplikowania
Aplikacje należy składać online, załączając list motywacyjny, referencje, kopie dyplomów, dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. Kandydaci wyłonieni w pierwszym etapie muszą zdać pisemny test. Tych, którzy go zaliczą, czeka telefoniczna rozmowa kwalifikacyjna.

Terminy odbywania staży
Staże rozpoczynają się w dwóch cyklach, 1 września oraz 1 stycznia.

Termin aplikowania (dla obu cykli) upłynął: 31 marca 2018 r.

Każdego roku Europejski Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich oferuje też staże na stanowisku web developer. Wynagrodzenie dla stażystów wynosi ok. 1400 euro. Staż trwa od 4 do 6 miesięcy, może być też wydłużony do 12 miesięcy, odbywa się w Strasburgu. Dokładne wymagania opisane są na stronie Trybunału (między innymi znajomość Java, HTML5/CSS3, Hibernate, Spring i in.).

Termin zgłoszeń w 2018 r.: 14 maja, do godz. 12.00.

O Provedor de Justiça Europeu oferece um número limitado de estágios que visam permitir aos estagiários adquirir experiência prática ao conhecimento e aptidões que tenham obtido ao longo do ciclo de estudos.

Os estágios têm normalmente a duração de quatro meses, podendo ser prolongados até um máximo de 11 meses.

Os estagiários irão trabalhar sobre supervisão direta de um jurista. Os estagiários devem proceder à investigarão de denúncias ou iniciarão pesquisas relevantes para o trabalho do Provedor de Justiça ou ambos.

O nível de apoio financeiro para os estagiários será determinado a nível individual.
Estão disponíveis bolsas de estudo para os estagiários que não disponham de meios financeiros para um período de três meses. O valor das bolsas de estudo corresponde a 25% do salário base, dos funcionários no grau A*6 step 1, incluindo subsídio de alojamento, se necessário.

Os estagiários são selecionados individualmente.

O candidato deve normalmente:

• Ser nacional de um Estado Membro da UE;
  
  
• Ter licenciatura em Direito, frequentar um ciclo avançado de formação profissional ou investigação de Lei Comunitária.
  
  
• Ser capaz de trabalhar em pelo menos duas das línguas oficiais das Comunidades Europeias. Conhecimentos de Francês e Inglês são um requisito obrigatório.

Mediatorul European oferă stagii pentru absolvenții de învățământ superior, interesați de domeniul administrației publice a Uniunii Europene și, în special, privind modul în care administrația UE relaționează cu cetățenii.

Stagiile au o durată de un an, sub rezerva obținerii unei evaluări pozitive a performanței stagiarului.

În mod normal, există două perioade pentru stagiile de practică: una începând la 1 septembrie și cealaltă, la 1 ianuarie, în fiecare an.

Locul de muncă poate fi Bruxelles (Belgia) sau Strasbourg (Franța).

Pentru perioada de stagii din septembrie 2022, Ombudsmanul European oferă stagii în domeniile:

• Procesare cazuri (până la 5 posturi de stagiari)

Candidați eligibili trebuie să:

• candidații pentru posturile de stagiar pentru procesarea cazurilor trebuie să dețină o diplomă de cel puțin trei ani în drept, științe politice, studii europene sau administrație publică europeană;

Grant lunar

Stagiarii primesc o bursă lunară în timpul perioadei de stagiu.

Grantul pentru stagiarii din Strasbourg este de aproximativ 1750 EUR/ lună. În plus, cursanții primesc un supliment lunar de 40 EUR ca sprijin pentru conexiunea la internet.

El defensor del pueblo europeo ofrece un número limitado de prácticas para que estudiantes y trabajadores del campo legal aumenten sus conocimiento y adquieran experiencia práctica. Las prácticas tienen normalmente una duración de cuatro meses pero pueden extenderse hasta un máximo de 11 meses.

Los aprendices trabajarán bajo la supervisión directa de un funcionario jurídico,  investigando quejas o realizando informes  sobre la ejecución de una investigación del defensor del pueblo.

El nivel del apoyo financiero para los aprendices será determinado individualmente.

Requisitos:

- Ser ciudadano de un estado miembro de la UE.

- Tener un título universitario de la rama de leyes y trabajar activamente en este campo.

- Ser capaz de trabajar en al menos 2 idiomas oficiales de la UE y tener altos conocimientos de inglés y francés, idiomas oficiales de la oficina del Defensor del Pueblo Europeo.

The European Ombudsman offers a limited number of traineeships which are intended to enable the trainees to add to the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies by giving them practical experience.

The traineeships are normally for a duration of four months and can be extended up to a maximum of 12 months.

Trainees are required to work under the direct supervision of a Legal Officer. They normally must undertake either investigation of complaints or the carrying out of research relevant to the work of the Ombudsman or both.

The level of financial support for trainees in receipt of external support will be determined on an individual basis.
Scholarships are available to trainees who do not have other means of financial support for a period of three months. The value of scholarships is 25% of the basic salary of staff on grade AD6 step 1 (i.e. around 1200 € in Brussels or 1400 € in Strasbourg), including a household allowance, where appropriate.

Trainees are selected on an individual basis. The applicant should normally:

- be a national from an EU Member State, or of a candidate country for accession to the EU;
- have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU and a good knowledge of a second one; 
- have a very good knowledge of English;
- have a degree or diploma of at least 3 years in one of the following disciplines:

• Stream i: Political science, European studies, International relations, European public administration, Human resources
• Stream ii: Law

The aim of the internship is to:
a) increase the intern's understanding of current human rights issues at the international level and give an insight into the work of the United Nations and OHCHR in particular;

- Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university   degree or equivalent, or higher);

Denne praktikordning er for studerende og kandidater, der ønsker praktikplads hos FNs Menneskerettighedsråd - OHCHR.

Formålet er:

a) At øge forståelsen af menneskerettighedsspørgsmål på internationalt niveau og give indsigt i FNs arbejde og i særdeleshed i OHCHRs.

b) Give OHCHR og FNs menneskerettigheds behandling assistance og input fra studerende og kandidater.
Praktikanterne vil blive involveret i: Undersøgelser om menneskerettigheder, udkast til reporter, være med til at arrangere møder, og iøvrigt være behjælpelig med aktuelle opgaver indenfor alle OHCHRs aktiviteter.

Praktikanterne må have en bachelorgrad i et fag, der relaterer sig til FNs arbejde; International lov, Polit, Historie, samfundsfag. Personer, der har specialiseret sig i menneskerettigheder vil blive foretrukket.

FNs praktikordning er ikke lønnet. Praktikanterne må selv dække udgifter til rejse og ophold. Praktikanterne må være udsendt af en akademisk institution og må beherske mindst to af de officielle sprog; engelsk, fransk, spansk, arabisk, russisk og kinesisk.

Praktikperioden er på mindst tre måneder og kan forlænges yderligere tre måneder. Praktikanter vælges to gange om året.

A szakmai gyakorlat, amely az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Biztosának Hivatalánál (United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights - OHCHR) érhető el, elsősorban egyetemistákat és frissdiplomásokat céloz. 
Az ENSZ gyakornoki programjai nem fizetett programok. Az útiköltség és a megélhetési költségeket a gyakornokoknak maguknak kell biztosítaniuk, vagy valamely támogató szervezet által. Activités techniques de coopération et soutien aux autres activités du Haut-Commissariat.
Les stagiaires sont des étudiants diplômés et de jeunes diplômés dans des domaines liés aux missions des Nations unies : droit international, sciences politiques, histoire, sciences sociales. La spécialisation en droits de l'homme est un atout.

Les stages aux Nations unies ne sont pas rémunérés. Lers frais de voyage et de subsistance sont à la charge des stagiaires. Os participantes devem ser estudantes de pós-graduação ou licenciados com pós-graduação.
Os detentores de pós-graduação em disciplinas relacionadas com o trabalho das Nações Unidas, por exemplo, Direito Internacional, Ciência Política, História, Ciências Sociais, (será dada preferência à aqueles que se especializaram em questões de direitos humanos).

Os estágios das Nações Unidas não são remunerados.

Programul de stagii se adresează absolvenţilor de facultate şi se derulează la Oficiul Înaltului Comisar ONU pentru Drepturile Omului - OHCHR.

Stagiile ONU nu sunt remunerate. Cheltuielile de transport și subzistență trebuie să fie acoperite de stagiari sau să fie sponsorizate de o instituție. Stagiarii sunt responsabili pentru organizarea călătoriei și pentru obținerea vizei.

Scopul acestor stagii este:
a) să mărească gradul de înţelegere al stagiarului asupra problemelor curente legate de drepturile omului la nivel internaţional şi să-i ofere o viziune din interior asupra activităţii desfăşurate de ONU, în particular OHCHR;
b) să pună la dispoziţia OHCHR şi ONU mecanisme pentru apărarea drepturilor omului, cu sprijinul şi contribuţia unor studenţi sau absolvenţi remarcabili.

Condiții de eligibilitate

• Să fie înscris într-un program universitar (cursuri de master sau echivalentul sau nivel superior);
• Să fie înscris în anul final a primului ciclu universitar (cel puțin nivelul licență sau echivalentul);
• Să fie absolvent de studii universitare, iar dacă este selectat să înceapă stagiul în decurs de cel mult un an de la absolvire;

Pripravništvo v Uradu visokega komisarja Združenih narodov za človekova pravice je namenjeno univerzitetnim študentom in diplomantom.
 
Cilj pripravništva je:
a) zboljšati pripravnikovo razumevanje trenutnih tem na področju človekovih pravic na  mednarodni ravni in vpogled v delo Združenih narodov, še posebej v delo na Uradu visokega komisarja za človekove pravice.
b) Nuditi Združenim narodom mehanizem za iskanje podpore in prispevkov izjemnih študentov ali diplomantov.

Pripravniki bodo vključeni v raziskovanje tem na področju človekovih pravic, snovanju analiz in poročil, zadoženi bodo za vsebinsko in tehnično podporo sestankov, z zbiranjem podatkov in tehničnimi aktivnostmo bodo preprečevali zaostanke, vključeni bodo v delo na terenu in ostale aktivnosti Urada.
Udeleženci morajo biti diplomanti na področjih, povezanimi z delom Združenih narodov, na primer mednarodnega prava, političnih znanosti, zgodovine, družnoslovnih znanosti. Prednost bodo imeli kandidati, specializirani na področju človekovih pravic.

Pripravništva Združenih narodov niso plačana. Potovalne stroške in druge stroške morajo pokriti pripravniki sami. Prijavitelje mora sponzorirati akademska institucija in obvladati morajo vsaj dva od šestih uradnih jezikov Združenih narodov (angleščina, francoščina, španščina, arabščina, ruščina in kitajščina).

Pripravništva so za minimalno obdobje šestih mesecev in se lahko obnovijo enkrat, za naslednje tri mesece. Pripravniki so izbrani dvakrat letno.

Prijavni roki: je bil 30. april za izbor ki poteka v maju ali juniju in 31. oktober za izbor, ki poteka v novembru ali decembru.

Se ofrece un programa de prácticas en la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de Derechos Humanos de la ONU.

Objetivos:

a) aumentar la comprensión sobre el funcionamiento interno de la ONU sobre asuntos a nivel internacional y de la OHCHR en particular

b) proporcionar a la OHCHR mecanismos de asistencia en áreascomo legislación internacional, ciencias políticas, historia, ciencias sociales, etc.

Condiciones:

- Las prácticas no son remuneradas pero los estudiantes pueden recibir el espónsor de instituciones académicas.

- La duración de cada uno de los periodos de prácticas será de como mínimo 3 meses. La selección se realizará dos veces al año.

Хто може подати заявку

- навчаєтеся в університеті на програмі магістратури (або ж на еквівалентній програмі чи вищій за ступенем);
- зараховані на останній навчальний рік бакалаврату або еквівалентної програми;
- отримали диплом про вищу освіту, однак, якщо вас обрано на програму стажування, ви повинні розпочати стажування протягом одного року після закінчення навчання;
- можете отримати необхідну візу та організувати поїздку до Організації Об'єднаних Націй;
- спроможні покрити власні витрати на проїзд, проживання, а також інші особисті витрати під час проходження стажування (приблизно 1800  швейцарських франків на місяць);

United Nations internships are not remunerated. Travel costs and living expenses must be met by the interns themselves or by a sponsoring institution. Interns are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and for obtaining visas.

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is an advisory body that gives Europe's economic and social partners (i.e. employers, trade unions, representatives of small businesses, farmers' associations, consumers, etc.) the chance to issue their formal opinion on EU policies. 

Twice a year the ESC organises in-service training periods of long (five months) and short duration (one to three months).

The main aims of the in-service training are:

to conclude and apply knowledge acquired by the trainee during his/her studies or work;
to provide the trainee with practical knowledge of the working of the ESC's various departments;
to enable the trainees to gain experience through contacts established in day-to-day work.
The different types of traineeship offered by the EESC are:

I. Long traineeships
Candidates are university graduates. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language, one of which must be English or French. Candidates from non-Member States are required to have only a thorough knowledge of English or French.
Long traineeships last for five months and are arranged twice a year: from 16 February to 15 July (spring session) and from 16 September to 15 February (autumn session).

Trainees receive a monthly grant of 1.282,75 EUR. Trainees who are already paid, may not receive any financial contribution.

II. Short traineeships are currently being revised.

Den ˜konomiske og Sociale Komité (EESC) organiserer praktikophold hvis formål er:

Képzés az Európai Gazdasági és Szociális Bizottságnál

Az EGSzB évente kétszer hosszú periódusú (5 hónap) és rövid időtartamú (1-3 hónap) képzéseket rendez.

Legfőbb célja ezeknek a képzéseknek:

• a gyakornok által tanulmányai vagy munkája során megszerzett ismeretek levonása és alkalmazása;

• ellássák a gyakornokot praktikus tudással az EGSzB változó szakterületein történő munkával kapcsolatban;

• lehetővé tegyék a gyakornokok számára a tapasztalatszerzést, a napi munkával való kapcsolaton keresztül.

Az EGSzB képzéseinek típusai:

I. Hosszú időtartamú képzés

• A pályázó egyetemet végzett.
• A pályázók egy EU-nyelv alapos ismeretével és egy másik uniós nyelv kielégítő ismeretével rendelkeznek, amelyek közül az egyiknek angolnak vagy franciának kell lennie. Nem EU tagállamból származó pályázónak elegendő csak az angol VAGY a francia nyelv beható ismerete.
• A hosszú periódusú képzés 5 hónapig tart és kétszer kerül megrendezésre egy évben: február 16-tól július 15-ig (tavaszi képzés) és szeptember 16-tól február 15-ig (őszi képzés).
• A gyakornokok havi 1220,78  Eurós támogatásban részesülnek. A fizetett gyakornokok nem részesülnek további anyagi támogatásban.

II. Rövid időtartamú képzés

Pályázó egyetemi hallgató, aki 1-3 hónap alatt, az egyetemi tanulmányai alatt elvégzi a képzést amely szükséges számára az egyetem befejezéséhez; vagy frissen végzett.

A pályázók egy EU-nyelv alapos ismeretével és egy másik uniós nyelv kielégítő ismeretével rendelkeznek, amelyek közül az egyiknek angolnak vagy franciának kell lennie. Nem EU tagállamból származó pályázónak elegendő csak az angol VAGY a francia nyelv beható ismerete.

Gli obiettivi principali del tirocinio sono i seguenti:

I tirocinanti inoccupati potranno ricevere un sussidio mensile. I tirocinanti già retribuiti non riceveranno alcun contributo finanziario. I tirocinanti ricevono una sovvenzione mensile di 1.282, 75 euro. 

2. TIROCINI DI BREVE DURATA
I candidati sono studenti universitari che fanno l'esperienza di un periodo di tirocinio da uno a tre mesi durante il loro corso di studi, per completare la loro carriera universitaria, o laureati di recente. Comitetul Economic şi Social European (CESE) este o instituţie consultativă ce oferă partenerilor economici şi sociali ai Europei (de ex. angajatori, sindicate, reprezentanţi ai întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii, asociaţii de fermieri, consumatori etc.) şansa de a-şi exprima părerile formale legate de politicile UE.

De două ori pe an, CESE organizează stagii de practică pe perioadă lungă (5 luni) şi scurtă (între 1 lună şi 3 luni).

Obiectivele principale ale stagiului de practică sunt următoarele:

• să ajute stagiarul să pună în practică cunoştinţele acumulate pe durata studiilor sau la locul de muncă;
• să furnizeze stagiarului cunoştinţe practice despre modul în care funcţionează diferitele departamente ale Comitetului Economic şi Social European;
• să dea posibilitatea stagiarilor de a dobândi experienţă prin intermediul contactelor stabilite în cadrul activităţii zilnice.

Tipuri de stagii oferite de CESE:

I. Stagii de practică de lungă durată

Candidaţii sunt absolvenţi de facultate. Candidații trebuie să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile UE, să aibă un nivel satisfăcător de cunoaștere al unei alte limbi UE, care trebuie să fie engleză sau franceză. Candidaţii care provin din ţările care nu sunt membre ale UE trebuie să cunoască foarte bine engleză sau franceză.

Stagiile de practică de lungă durată durează 5 luni şi se organizează de două ori pe an: în perioada 16 februarie - 15 iulie (stagiul de practică de primăvară) şi în perioada 16 septembrie - 15 februarie (stagiul de practică de toamnă).

Stagiarii primesc un grant lunar de 1.282,75 euro. Stagiarii care sunt deja plătiţi, nu vor primi nicio contribuţie financiară.

II. Stagii de practică de scurtă durată - momentan în proces de revizuire

- Oferta de stagii de formare pe termen scurt la CESE a fost suspendată temporar. -

Candidaţii sunt studenţi ce efectuează stagiul de practică, cu durată cuprinsă între 1 lună şi 3 luni, pe parcursul studiilor lor, în vederea definitivării lucrării de diplomă sau care au absolvit de curând studiile universitare. Candidaţii trebuie să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile UE, să aibă un nivel satisfăcător de cunoaștere al unei alte limbi UE, care trebuie să fie engleză sau franceză. Candidaţii care provin din ţările care nu sunt membre ale UE trebuie să cunoască foarte bine engleză sau franceză. Stagiile de practică de scurtă durată nu sunt plătite și se pot derula în orice perioadă a anului.

Perioade de depunere a candidaturilor:

• 1 iulie - 30 septembrie (stagiul de primăvară februarie-iulie)

El Comité Económico y Social (CES) es un órgano consultivo que da a los interlocutores económicos y sociales de Europa (es decir, los empleadores, sindicatos, representantes de las pequeñas empresas, asociaciones de agricultores, consumidores, etc.) la oportunidad de emitir su dictamen formal sobre las políticas de la UE.

El CES organiza  períodos de formación de larga duración (cinco meses) y de corta duración (de uno a tres meses). El principal objetivo de la formación es:

- concluir y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos por el alumno durante sus estudios o su trabajo;

- proporcionar al alumno de el conocimiento práctico del funcionamiento de los distintos departamentos del CES;

Las principales áreas de interés para el CES son:

Trabajo Consultivo: agricultura, desarrollo rural y medio ambiente, unión económica y monetaria, cohesión económica y social, empleo, asuntos sociales y ciudadanía, relaciones exteriores, mercado único, producción y consumo, transporte, energía, infraestructura y sociedad de la información

Otras áreas: Presidencia y grupos ("empleadores", "trabajadores" y "Actividades Diversas"), relaciones con los organismos socio-laborales, dirección de asuntos generales, recursos humanos y financieros, traducción, tecnología de la información y telecomunicaciones.

I. Prácticas de larga duración:
Los candidatos son graduados universitarios que han adquirido el conocimiento de una de las áreas del CES en el curso de sus estudios o de alguna otra manera: la tesis, es decir, la investigación, otras formaciones europeas, etc. Los candidatos deben ser menores de 30 años y tener un profundo conocimiento de una lengua de la UE y un conocimiento satisfactorio de una segunda lengua de la UE. Los candidatos de países no miembros están obligados a tener sólo un conocimiento profundo de una lengua de la UE.

Las prácticas de larga duración se desarrolla en cinco meses y se dispone de dos periodos al año: a partir de febrero, del 16 al julio de 15 (formación de primavera) y del 16 septiembre al 15 febrero (formación de otoño).

Los alumnos desempleados podrán recibir mensualmente una subvención. Los becarios que ya están remunerados, no recibirán una contribución financiera.

II. Prácticas de corta duración.

Der Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuss (Economic and Social Committee - ESC)  ist ein beratendes Gremium, das Europas wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Partnern (d.h. - dem Praktikanten praktische Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der verschiedenen Abteilungen des ESC zu vermitteln;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, Erfahrungen durch Kontakte in der täglichen Arbeit zu sammeln.

Die verschiedenen Arten von Praktika, die der EESC anbietet, sind:

I. Lange Praktika
Die Kandidaten sind Hochschulabsolventen. Die Kandidaten müssen über umfassende Kenntnisse in einer EU-Sprache und zufriedenstellende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Sprache verfügen, von denen eine Englisch oder Französisch sein muss. Von Bewerbern aus Nichtmitgliedstaaten werden nur umfassende Kenntnisse in Englisch oder Französisch verlangt.
Lange Praktika dauern fünf Monate und werden zweimal pro Jahr durchgeführt: vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) und vom 16. September bis 15. Feburar (Herbstpraktikum). Praktikanten erhalten ein monatliches Stipendium in Höhe von 1.220,78 EUR. Praktikanten, die bereits bezahlt werden, können keinen finanziellen Beitrag erhalten.

II. Kurze Praktika
Kandidaten sind Studenten, die im Laufe ihres Studiums eine ein- bis dreimonatige berufsbegleitende Ausbildung absolvieren, um ihren Universitätsabschluss zu vervollständigen, oder kürzliche Absolventen.
Die Kandidaten verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in einer EU-Sprache und zufriedenstellende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Sprache, von denen eine Englisch oder Französisch sein muss. Von Bewerbern aus Nichtmitgliedstaaten werden nur gute Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse verlangt.
Kurzfristige, unbezahlte Praktika können zu jeder Zeit des Jahres stattfinden.

Every year, the Court of Justice of the European Communities offers a limited number of paid traineeships of a maximum duration of five months. Traineeships are generally undertaken in the Research and Documentation Directorate, the Press and Information Service, the Directorate-General for Translation or the Interpretation Directorate.

Trainees are required to:

• be citizens of a Member State of the EU;
• have a university degree in Law or Political Science (law should be dominant) or, for traineeships in the Interpretation Directorate, a diploma in conference interpreting, if necessary complemented by a post-graduate diploma, or equivalent professional experience;
• have a perfect knowledge of one of the official languages of the EU, and a good knowledge of a second. A good knowledge of French is however highly recommended.

Interpreting traineeships last from 10 to 12 weeks and are addressed to newly qualified conference interpreters whose language combination is of interest to the Interpretation Directorate.
The trainees have the possibility to perfect their interpreting skills, particularly in legal interpreting, through the preparation of case-files, terminological research and practical exercises in a ‘silent booth’.

The grant paid is EUR 1 405.00 net per month.
A contribution of €150 towards travel costs is also made to paid trainees whose place of residence is located 200km or more from the seat of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

There are two traineeship periods:
- from 1 March to 31 July (applications to be made between 1 July and 15 September of each year),
- from 16 September to 15 February for the traineeships in the Members' chambers and 1 October to 28 February for the traineeships in the administrative departments (applications to be made between 1 February and 15 April of each year).

Interpreting traineeship with Irish
The CJEU is offering a traineeship specifically for qualified conference interpreters with a good knowledge of Irish between 16^thMay and 15^thJuly 2022. 
Applications, including a full CV and educational record, should be sent by 18 March 2022 to [email protected].

Language requirements: applicants are required to have at least two EU working languages (‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ – active or passive language for interpretation purposes) and a good knowledge of Irish. Preference will be given to candidates offering French. The ability at least to read French is required.

Les stagiaires doivent :

• Les stages d’interprétation s’étalent sur une durée de 10 à 12 semaines et sont destinés aux interprètes de conférence récemment qualifiés dont la combinaison de langue intéresse la Direction de l’Interprétation.

Les stagiaires ont la possibilité de perfectionner leurs compétences en interprétation, particulièrement en interprétation de conférence, à travers la préparation de dossiers, la recherche terminologique et les exercices pratiques dans une “cabine silencieuse”.

La subvention versée s’élève à 1 372 € net par mois.

Une contribution aux frais de voyage de 150 € est payée pour les stagiaires rémunérés dont le lieu de résidence se situe à une distance géographique de 200 km ou plus du siège de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne.

Il y a 2 périodes de stage :

• du 1er mars au 31 juillet (dépôt des candidatures du 1er juillet au 15 septembre de chaque année)

Az Európai Bíróság minden évben meghatározott számú gyakornoki helyet biztosít. Ezen helyek két kategóriára oszthatók: fizetett helyek az intézmény általános szolgálataiban és fizetetlen helyek a Bíróság tagjainak kabinetjében.

A gyakornokság célja a gyakornok megismertetése a Bíróság munkájával, valamint részére olyan feladat kitûzése, amely hasznos a Bíróság számára.

A gyakornokokra vonatkozó követelmények:

·  az Európai Unió valamely tagállamának állampolgára

·  jogi vagy politikatudományi egyetemi diploma ( a jog a meghatározó), ha szükséges akkor posztgraduális diplomával vagy egyenértékû szakmai tapasztalattal kiegészítve

·  az Európai Unió egy hivatalos nyelvének tökéletes és egy másik nyelvnek a megfelelő ismerete. A jó francia nyelvtudás azonban nagymértékben ajánlott.

A gyakornokság 10-től 12 hétig tarthat és azon friss diplomás tolmácsoknak íródott, akik az Interpretation Directorate (Tolmács Főigazgatóság) által javasolt nyelveket beszélik. A gyakornokoknak lehetőségük nyílik tolmácsolási készségük fejlesztésére, főleg az akták előkészítésében, szakszó-kutatásban és különböző gyakorlatokban, mint pl. a ’csendes fülke’. 

 A benyújtási határidő:

·  március 1-jétől július 31-ig terjedő gyakorlat határideje szeptember 30..

La Corte di Giustizia ogni anno mette a disposizione un limitato numero di tirocini retribuiti della durata massima di cinque mesi. I tirocini si svolgono generalmente presso la Direzione Ricerca e Documentazione, il Servizio Stampa e Informazione, la Direzione Generale Traduzione e Interpretariato. 

I tirocinanti devono rispondere ai seguenti requisiti:
* essere cittadini di uno Stato membro dell'UE;
* essere in possesso di un diploma di laurea in Giurisprudenza o in Scienze Politiche (Giurisprudenza è preferibile), o, per tirocini alla Direzione Interpretazione, un diploma d'interprete di conferenza,  se necessario accompagnato da un diploma post-laurea o da una esperienza professionale equivalente;
* avere una perfetta conoscenza di una delle lingue ufficiali dell'UE e una buona conoscenza di una seconda. Si raccomanda una buona conoscenza del francese.

I tirocini presso l'interpretazione, della durata da dieci a dodici settimane, si rivolgono principalmente a giovani diplomati in interpretazione di conferenza la cui combinazione di lingue presenta un interesse per la Direzione dell'interpretazione. L'obiettivo è quello di permettere ai giovani interpreti di essere seguiti nel loro perfezionamento in interpretazione, in particolare giuridica, che comporta la preparazione dei fascicoli, un lavoro di ricerca terminologica ed esercitazioni pratiche in «cabina muta».

La Cour de justice propose chaque année un nombre limité de stages. Les stages dans les services généraux de l'institution sont rémunérés et les stages auprès des cabinets des membres de la Cour ne sont pas rémunérés.

Os estágios na Direcão da Interpretação, com uma duração de dez a doze semanas, destinam-se, em primeiro lugar, a recém-formados em interpretação de conferência cuja combinação linguística apresente interesse para a Direção da Interpretação. O objetivo é permitir aos intérpretes recém formados serem orientados no seu aperfeiçoamento em interpretação, mais concretamente jurídica, que inclui simultaneamente a preparação dos processos, o trabalho de investigação terminológica e exercícios práticos na «cabine muda». Exige-se que os candidatos tenham capacidade para ler textos em língua francesa.

În fiecare an, Curtea de Justiție a Uniunii Europene oferă un număr limitat de stagii plătite cu durată maximă de 5 luni. Stagiile la Direcția Interpretare durează între 10 și 12 săptămâni și se adresează persoanelor recent calificate pentru interpretariat de conferință, care sunt specializate în acele limbi străine ce prezintă interes pentru DG.

Stagiarii au posibilitatea de a-și perfecționa abilitățile de interpretare, mai ales pe partea  legală, prin pregătirea de dosare, cercetare de termeni și exerciții practice.

Grantul plătit este de 1372 de euro net pe lună.

Cerințe lingvistice: candidații trebuie să cunoască cel puțin două limbi de lucru ale UE (la nivel "A", "B" sau "C" - limbă activă sau pasivă în scopul interpretării) și o bună cunoaștere a limbii irlandeze.

Cunoașterea limbii franceze reprezintă un avantaj. Sunt necesare competențe de a cel puțin citi în limba franceză.

Jedes Jahr bietet der Europäische Gerichtshof eine begrenzte Anzahl bezahlter Praktika mit einer Höchstdauer von fünf Monaten an. Die Praktika werden in der Regel in der Abteilung Forschung und Dokumentation, im Presse- und Informationsdienst, in der Generaldirektion Übersetzung oder in der Abteilung Dolmetschen absolviert.

Bewerber müssen
- Staatsbürger eines Mitgliedstaates der EU sein;

- perfekte Kenntnisse in einer der Amtssprachen der EU und gute Kenntnisse in einer zweiten Amtssprache haben. Eine gute Kenntnis der französischen Sprache wird jedoch dringend empfohlen.

Dolmetscherpraktika dauern 10 bis 12 Wochen und richten sich an neu qualifizierte Konferenzdolmetscher, deren Sprachkombination für die Direktion Dolmetschen von Interesse ist.
Die Praktikanten haben die Möglichkeit, ihre Dolmetschfähigkeiten, insbesondere im juristischen Dolmetschen, durch die Vorbereitung von Fallakten, terminologische Recherchen und praktische Übungen in einer "stillen Kabine" zu perfektionieren.

Das Stipendium beträgt 1 177,00 EUR netto pro Monat.
Für bezahlte Praktikanten, deren Wohnort mindestens 200 km vom Sitz des Gerichtshofs der Europäischen Union entfernt ist, wird außerdem ein Zuschuss von 150 € zu den Reisekosten gewährt.

Es gibt zwei Praktikumsperioden:
- vom 1. März bis zum 31. Juli (Bewerbungen sind zwischen dem 1. Juli und dem 15. September eines jeden Jahres einzureichen),

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is the European Union's financing institution. Its task is to contribute towards the integration, balanced development and economic and social cohesion of the Member Countries.

INTERNSHIPS:

The departments of the EIB take on well-qualified trainees on an ad-hoc basis to carry out a one to five-month traineeship following a defined trainee programme, mainly in areas of finance, audit, economy, engineering and the general secretariat.

The number of traineeships at the Bank are very limited and are designed to meet the needs of the departments, the latter of which also determine the length of the training period.

Training advisers designated by host departments will guide the trainees in their work programmes and be responsible for supervising their training.  

Eligibility criteria

Trainees shall be selected from nationals of the Member States and Candidate Countries whose membership negotiations have started (currently: Turkey, Serbia and Montenegro). 

Applicants must have a thorough command of one of the Bank's internal working languages - French/English. Preference shall be given to applicants who have completed or started a course on European integration or a field relating to the EIB's activities as the European Union's financing institution. Trainees may be granted an allowance.

The Director of human resources will determine the amount. Applicants with disabilities may receive a supplementary allowance.

STAGES

Les services de la BEI recrute des stagiaires qualifiés pour effectuer des stages de 1 à 5 mois. Les stages couvrent un domaine spécifique, principalement les finances, l'audit, l'économie, l'ingénierie et le secrétariat général. Le nombre de stages à la banque sont très limités et sont conçus pour répondre aux besoins des services, ces derniers déterminent également la durée du stage. Critères d’éligibilité :

• Les stagiaires doivent être des ressortissants d'un des Etats membres de l’UE ou des pays candidats dont les négociations sont toujours en cours (Turquie, Serbie, Monténégro). 
• Les candidats doivent avoir une très bonne connaissance de l’une des langues de travail de la banque (français/anglais).
• Une préférence sera donnée aux candidats qui ont commencé ou terminé un cours sur l’intégration européenne ou sur un autre domaine en lien avec les activités de la BEI.

Les stagiaires peuvent recevoir une indemnité, dont le montant sera déterminé par la Direction des ressources humaines. Les candidats en situation de handicap peuvent recevoir une indemnité supplémentaire.

La BEI propose un nombre limité de jobs d’été pour étudiants pendant la période du 1er juillet au 1er août, offrant l’opportunité de gagner de l’expérience professionnelle et de l’argent de poche. Les étudiants qui occupent ces jobs d’été aident généralement à la réalisation de tâches administratives. Pour des questions d’équité, les candidats sont sélectionnés par tirage au sort.

Critères d’éligibilité :

• Les étudiants doivent avoir entre 18 et 25 ans
• Les étudiants doivent toujours être inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement
• Les étudiants doivent résider à Luxembourg ou aux alentours ou être capables de se loger à leurs propres frais
• Les étudiants doivent avoir une très bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise et/ou française

Az Európai Befektetési Bank nyári munkalehetőséget kínál diákok és egyetemi hallgatók részére. Az Európai Befektetési Bank (EIB) az Európai Unió pénzügyi intézete. Feladata az integrációhoz való hozzájárulás, a fejlesztés és a gazdasági, szociális kohézió egyensúlyban tartása a tagállamok között.

Gyakornoki munkák:

Az EIB különböző részlegei ad hoc jelleggel választanak a jól képzett gyakornokok közül, akik öt hónapon keresztül követik majd a gyakornoki programot a következő területek valamelyikén: pénzügy, audit, gazdaság, mérnöki munkák és általános titkári feladatok.

A banki gyakornokok száma limitált és a részlegek igényeinek is meg kell felelniük, mindez a gyakornoki időszak hosszát is meghatározza. A képző tanácsadókat a fogadó osztály jelöli ki, aki útba igazítást ad a munkájukkal és a programmal kapcsolatban és a trénerek munkáját is felügyelik.

A kiválasztás feltételei:

A gyakornokokat a tagállamok országai válogatják ki. Limitált számban nem EU-s országból is jelentkezhetnek (jelenleg: Törökországból, Szerbiából és Montenegróból).

A pályázókkal szemben elvárt, hogy a bankintézet valamelyik hivatalos nyelvét beszéljék – angolt vagy franciát.

Azok a pályázók részesülnek előnyben, akik európai integrációs tanulmányokat végeztek, kezdtek el, vagy melyek kapcsolódnak az EIB, mint EU-s pénzügyi intézet tevékenységéhez.

A gyakornokok zsebpénzt és egyéb támogatást kapnak, melynek összegét a bank HR igazgatója határozza meg. Hátrányos helyzetű pályázók kiegészítő zsebpénzt is kapnak.

Nyári diákmunkák:

2020-ban a programot a szervezők felfüggesztették a koronavírus járvány okozta rendkívüli helyzet miatt.

Az EIB limitált számú helyet biztosít nyári diákmunkára július 1-től augusztus 1-ig tartó időszakra, mely lehetőséget biztosít munkatapasztalat szerzésre és egy kis zsebpénzhez jutáshoz.

A diákok feladata általános asszisztensi és adminisztratív teendők ellátása. Az egyenlő esélyek biztosítása érdekében sorsolással kerülnek kiválasztásra a diákok.

A kiválasztás feltételei:

18 és 25 év közti diákok jelentkezhetnek.

A jelentkezők tanulói/hallgatói jogviszonnyal kell, hogy rendelkezzenek;

A tanulók lehetőleg Luxemburg vagy annak környékén kell, hogy lakjanak, ugyanakkor más is jelentkezhet, ha a szállást a maga költségére meg tudja oldani;

a tanulók stabil angol és/vagy francia nyelvtudással kell, hogy rendelkezzenek.

La Banca Europea per gli Investimenti (BEI) è l'istituzione finanziaria dell'Unione Europea. Il suo compito è quello di contribuire all'integrazione, lo sviluppo equilibrato e la coesione economica e sociale degli Stati membri.

Gli uffici della BEI accolgono su esigenze specifiche tirocinanti qualificati per tirocini da tre a cinque mesi con un programma definito, principalmente nei seguenti settori: finanza, audit, economia, segreteria generale.
I candidati devono possedere la conoscenza approfondita di una delle lingue utilizzate all'interno della banca (inglese/francese). Verrà tenuta in particolare considerazione anche la conoscenza di un'altra lingua comunitaria.
Il numero di tirocini presso la Banca è limitato e studiato per andare incontro alle esigenze dei diversi uffici, che, dunque, saranno responsabili della lunghezza del periodo di tirocinio.

I tirocinanti durante il periodo di formazione saranno seguiti e guidati da un tutor. Ai tirocinanti verrà garantita un'indennità la cui entità verrà stabilita dal responsabile del personale. I candidati con disabilità riceveranno un'indennità supplementare.
Possono presentare domanda candidati provenienti dai 28 Stati membri UE. Potrebbe tuttavia essere accettato anche un ristretto numero di domande da cittadini al di fuori dell'UE.

Le date di inizio del tirocinio sono il 1 febbraio, 1 settembre Le date di scadenza per la presentazione delle domande vengono in genere pubblicate circa quattro mesi prima dell'inizio del tirocinio.

LAVORI ESTIVI per studenti
La BEI offre un numero limitato di lavori estivi per studenti, durante il periodo da  luglio a settembre, da due a quattro settimane, offrendo l'opportunità di acquisire familiarità con la vita lavorativa e di ottenere una piccola retribuzione. Gli studenti che accettano questi impieghi estivi forniscono assistenza generale nelle funzioni amministrative di base. Per garantire equità, i candidati vengono estratti a sorte.

Criteri di ammissibilità:
-gli studenti devono avere fra i 18 e i 25 anni;
- devono essere ancora impegnati in un corso di studi.
- devono possedere una buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
- devono vivere in Lussemburgo o le aree intorno oppure provvedere all'alloggio a proprie spese.

Assicuratevi di controllare la sezione View All Jobs da circa metà febbraio per gli annunci. Le selezioni vengono effettuate mediante sorteggio e gli studenti selezionati vengono informati via email entro metà aprile.

La Banque européenne d'investissement (BEI) est l'institution financière de l'Union européenne. Elle a pour mission de contribuer à l'intégration, au développement équilibré et à la cohésion économique et sociale des Etats membres.

Les services de la BEI accueillent des stagiaires très qualifiés pour des périodes d'un à cinq mois. Les stages couvrent un domaine spécifique, principalement les finances, l'audit, l'économie, l'ingénierie et le secrétariat général.

Le nombre de stagiaires est très limité. Il est déterminé en fonction des besoins des services de la Banque, qui déterminent eux-mêmes la durée des stages.

Les stagiaires sont choisis parmi les ressortissants des Etats membres. Des stages peuvent être attribués, en nombre limité, à des ressortissants de pays tiers.

Les activités des stagiaires sont supervisés par des conseillers de stage désignés dans les services d'accueil. Ces derniers sont responsables de la formation des stagiaires et les conseillent dans la réalisation des travaux qui leur sont confiés.

Les candidats doivent posséder une connaissance approfondie de l'une des langues de travail internes de la BEI (français/anglais).

La préférence est donnée à ceux qui ont effectué ou commencé une étude sur l'intégration européenne ou sur un domaine en rapport avec les activités de la BEI en tant qu'institution financière de l'Union européenne.

Une indemnité de stage peut être attribuée aux stagiaires. Son montant est fixé par le directeur des relations humaines. Un complément d'indemnité correspondant à la moitié du montant de celle-ci peut être accordé aux stagiaires handicapés.
