The NATO Headquarters (HQ) organise an internship programme, to provide a small number of current or recent students with the opportunity to gain experience at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

There is one call for applications per year, in Spring, with two starting dates, in September and March the following year. Internships will in principle last between 6 and 8 months.

Internships are offered in the NATO Divisions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Over 21 years old at the time of internship (for insurance purposes)
• Nationals of a NATO Member State
• At least 2 years of university study or equivalent and enrolled in their third year or highest degree less than a year ago
• Proficiency in one of the official NATO languages (English/French); desirable working knowledge of the other.
• Interns are required to have health insurance coverage, and to take care of formalities with Belgian authorities regarding their stay in Belgium

All interns will require a security clearance from their national authorities prior to working at NATO.

What does NATO offer?

A monthly stipend of EUR 1,216.74. The salary is not exempt from taxation. Travel expenses reimbursed.

• Le programme est intéressant pour les stagiaires car il leur permet de voir de l'intérieur comment fonctionne une organisation internationale. En figurant dans leur curriculum vitae, il constitue en outre un atout pour leur carrière.
   
• Il est possible d'effectuer un stage dans les divisions suivantes : Investissement pour la défense, Politique et plans de défense, Gestion exécutive, Bureau de sécurité de l'OTAN, Opérations, Affaires politiques et politique de sécurité, Diplomatie publique.
   
• Rémunération : Les stagiaires reçoivent une somme forfaitaire de 600 € par mois. Cette somme est imposable.
  En plus des possibilités de stages existant au Siège de l’OTAN, d’autres stages sont proposés, par l’intermédiaire du Siège, par les Agences et organismes OTAN.
  
  Critères d'admissibilité
  Les candidats doivent obligatoirement poursuivre des études ou être récemment diplômés (1 an) et remplir les conditions suivantes:
   
• Age : avoir plus de 21 ans au moment du stage (pour des raisons d’assurance).
   
• Nationalité : être ressortissant d'un pays membre de l'OTAN .

Critères d'éligibilité

Étudiants actuels et diplômés récents (1 an) avec :

• zur Schaffung einer vielfältigeren Belegschaft beizutragen;
• das Verständnis der NATO in den Bündnisstaaten zu erweitern.

Was bietet die NATO?

• Praktikant/innen profitieren davon, eine internationale Organisation von innen kennen zu lernen und gleichzeitig ihren Lebenslauf zu erweitern.
• Praktika werden in den NATO-Abteilungen angeboten.

Vergütung: Praktikant/innen erhalten ein monatliches Stipendium. Das Gehalt ist nicht steuerfrei.

Reisen: Praktikant/innen erhalten bei Dienstantritt und bei Beendigung des Dienstes eine Reisekostenerstattung auf Grundlage eines Economy-Rückflugtickets in Höhe von bis zu 1.200 Euro.

Urlaub: Nach drei Monaten Dienst haben Praktikant/innen Anspruch auf Urlaub (einschließlich Krankheitsurlaub) in Höhe von 2,5 Arbeitstagen für jeden abgeschlossenen Dienstmonat.

Wer kann sich bewerben?

Studierende und Hochschulabsolvent/innen (Abschluss darf nicht länger als ein Jahr zurückliegen) die folgende Kriterien erfüllen.

• Alter: über 21 Jahre zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums (aufgrund Versicherungszwecke).
• Staatsangehörigkeit: Staatsangehörigkeit eines NATO-Mitgliedstaates.
• Studium: mindestens zwei Jahre Studiumserfahrung oder Vergleichbares und eingeschrieben im dritten Jahr oder Erwerb eines Hochschulabschlusses vor weniger als einem Jahr.
• Sprachen: Beherrschung einer der offiziellen NATO-Sprachen (Englisch/Französisch); wünschenswert sind Arbeitskenntnisse in der anderen Sprache.
• Die Praktikant/innen müssen krankenversichert sein und sich um die Formalitäten mit den belgischen Behörden bezüglich ihres Aufenthalts in Belgien kümmern.

A NATO főhadiszállása (HQ) gyakornoki programot szervez, amelynek célja jelenlegi vagy frissen végzett diákoknak lehetőséget biztosítson arra, hogy a brüsszeli NATO-központ nemzetközi osztályán gyakornokoskodjon.

Évente egyszer, tavasszal hirdetnek pályázatot a szeptemberben és a következő év márciusában induló gyakornoki programra, amelynek időtartama 6-8 hónap.

A program céljai:

A NATO Gyakornoki Programnak négy fõ célt tartalmaz:

• hozzáférést biztosítson a legújabb elméleti és technikai ismeretekhez, amit a gyakornoki munka során hasznosítani tud
• lehetőséget biztosítani a gyakornokok számára a NATO közösségétől való tanulásra, valamint hogy jobban megértsék a szervezet működését
• változatos munkakör megteremtése
• a NATO nagyobb megismertetése a szövetséges országokban

Mit nyújt a NATO?

• nemzetközi szervezetnél tapasztalat szerzése, amit az önéletrajzukban is fel tudnak tüntetni
• gyakornoki helyek a különböző NATO Osztályokban

Juttatás: A gyakornokok havi ösztöndíjat kapnak. A fizetés nem adómentes.

Utazás: A gyakornokok utazási költségei a szolgálat megkezdésekor és a szolgálatból való kilépéskor legfeljebb 1 200 EUR összegben, oda-vissza szóló turistajegy alapján kerülnek megtérítésre.

Szabadnapok: A gyakornokok három hónapos szolgálati idő után minden teljesített szolgálati hónap után 2,5 munkanap szabadságra (beleértve a betegszabadságot is) jogosultak.

Pályázati feltételek:

Az alábbi egyetemi hallgatók és frissen diplomázottak jelentkezhetnek (1 év):

• Életkor: 21 évnél idősebb (életbiztosítás végett)
• Állampolgárság: valamely NATO tagország állampolgára
• Tanulmányok: legalább kétéves egyetemi vagy azzal egyenértékű tanulmányokat folytatnak, és a harmadik évfolyamot vagy a legmagasabb fokozatot kevesebb, mint egy éve kezdték meg.
• Idegen nyelv: valamely NATO nyelv (francia/angol) magas szintű ismerete
• A gyakornokoknak egészségbiztosítással kell rendelkezniük, valamint a belga hatóságoknál előzetesen a belgiumi tartózkodáshoz szükséges ügyek intézése is az ő feladatuk.

A NATO-nál történő munkavégzés előtt minden gyakornoknak biztonsági engedélyt kell kérnie a nemzeti hatóságoktól.

Il Quartier Generale della NATO (HQ) organizza un programma di stage, con l'obiettivo di fornire ad un piccolo numero di studenti attuali o recenti l'opportunità di fare uno stage presso il personale internazionale del Quartier Generale della NATO a Bruxelles.

NATOs hovedkontor sin praktikantordning har som formål å tilby et mindre flertall av nåværende og tidligere studenter muligheten til å være praktikant i den internasjonale avdelingen til NATO sitt hovedkvarter i Brussel.

Det er en søkerrunde per år (vårparten), med to oppstartsdatoer - i september og mars året etter. Praksisplassen har en varighet på cirka seks måneder.

Om programmet:

NATOs praktikantordning har fire formål:

• Lønn: Praktikanter får et stipend på 800 euro per måned. Lønnen er ikke untatt fra skatt. Reise: Praktikanter får dekket reiseutgifter i forbindelser med tilreise/hjemreise til praktikantstillingen, basert på tur/retur-billetter på economy-klasse og for en sum inntill 1200 euro. Ferie: Etter tre måneder, har praktikanter rett til 2,5 arbeidsdager fri for hver måned de har vært i arbeid.​

Krav til søker:

• Current students and recent graduates (1 year) with: Nåværende studenter og nyutdannede (innen ett år etter fullført grad) :
• Alder: minimun 21 år ved oppstart av praksisperiode (grunnet retningslinjer ift. forsikring)
• Nasjonalitet: medlem av et NATO-land
• Studiebakgrunn: minimun toårig universitetsutdanning eller lignende
• Språk: flytende i ett av de offisielle NATO-språkene (engelsk/fransk); samt gode språkkunnskaper i det andre.

O quartel geral da NATO está a organizar um programa de estágios com o objetivo de proporcionar a um reduzido número de estudantes, atuais ou recentes, a oportunidade de estagiar com o Pessoal internacional no quartel geral da NATO em Bruxelas.

Em cada ano há um convite à apresentação de candidaturas de Março a Junho com duas datas de início: Setembro e Março do ano seguinte. Cada estágio dura, em princípio, 6 meses.

Sediul NATO (HQ) organizează un program de stagiu, pentru a oferi unui număr mic de studenți actuali sau recenti oportunitatea de a câștiga experiență la sediul NATO din Bruxelles.

Există un apel de candidaturi pe an, în primăvară, cu două date de începere, în septembrie și martie anul următor. Stagiile vor dura în principiu între 6 și 8 luni.

Stagiile sunt oferite în diviziile NATO

Criterii de eligibilitate:

• Peste 21 de ani la momentul stagiului (în scopuri de asigurare)
• Cetăţeni ai unui stat membru NATO
• Cel puțin 2 ani de studii universitare sau echivalent și înscriși în al treilea an sau cel mai înalt grad cu mai puțin de un an în urmă
• Cunoașterea uneia dintre limbile oficiale ale NATO (engleză/franceză); cunoștințe de lucru dezirabile.
• Stagiarii trebuie să aibă o asigurare de sănătate și să se ocupe de formalitățile cu autoritățile belgiene cu privire la șederea lor în Belgia
• Toți stagiarii vor avea nevoie de o autorizație de securitate din partea autorităților lor naționale înainte de a lucra la NATO.

La OTAN organiza anualmente un programa de prácticas para que un pequeño número de estudiantes tengan la oportunidad de trabajar en sus oficinas en Bruselas. Hay una convocatoria anual de solicitudes en primavera, con dos periodos de comienzo, en septiembre y marzo del siguiente año. Las becas durarán en principio 6 meses.

Los objetivos del programa:
El programa de prácticas de la OTAN tiene cuatro objetivos principales:
Proporcionar el acceso al conocimiento teórico y práctico más reciente, que el becario pueda solicitar para su trabajo asignado, además de recursos de personal adicionales.

Internos están obligados a tener un seguro de salud y tener en cuenta los trámites con las autoridades belgas durante su estancia.
Todos los internos necesitarán una certificación de penales antes de trabajar en la OTAN.

The NATO Headquarters (HQ) organise an internship programme, with the aim to provide a small number of current or recent students with the opportunity to intern with the International Staff at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. There is one call for applications per year, in Spring, with two starting dates, in September and March the following year. Internships last 6 months.

Programme Objectives

The NATO Internship Programme has four main objectives:

Remuneration: Interns receive a lump sum of EUR 1,069.60 per month. The salary is not exempt from taxation.
Travel: Interns will be reimbursed for their travel expenses on taking up duty and on leaving the service based on a return economy ticket and for an amount of up to 1,200 Euros.
Leave: After three months of service, interns shall be entitled to leave (including sick leave) at the rate of 2.5 working days for every month of service completed.

The European Commission organises twice a year in-service training period lasting five months for university graduates.

This does not exclude those who, in the framework of lifelong learning - have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career. 

The training periods start on 1 March and 1 October each year.

Eligibility

The traineeship programme is open to all EU citizens, regardless of age (a limited number of places are also allocated to non-EU nationals) who:

• have completed a standard 3-year higher education degree (minimum EQF 6 level), corresponding to a complete Bachelor’s cycle, or equivalent
• have no prior work experience of any kind, in excess of 6 weeks in any EU institution, body or agency, delegation, with Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), or Advocates General at the Court of Justice of the European Union (EUCJ)
• have a very good knowledge of two EU official languages, one of which must be a working language: English, French or German at C1 or C2 level as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and a second one at B2 level at least as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
• For non-EU nationals, only one procedural language is required at C1 or C2 level.

Financial support

Trainees receive a grant of approximately EUR 1,418.20 per month and reimbursement of travel expenses. Accident and health insurance are also provided. Disabled trainees may receive a supplement to their grant.

Kommissionen organiserer to gange årligt praktik ophold der varer mellem 3 og 5 måneder for studerende på universiteter og for ansatte i den offentlige sektor.

Praktikopholdet starter 1. marts ( sidste ansøgningsfrist er 1. september) og 1. oktober (sidste ansøgningsfrist er 1. marts) hvert år. En del af perioden går med at forberede en tese eller en videnskabelig skrivelse.

Praktikanterne udvælges i princippet fra EU medlemslandene, dog kan et begrænset antal af praktikanter fra ikke-EU lande vælges.

Udvælgelseskriterier;
· Færdiguddannede efter afgående eksamen fra universitetet eller tilsvarende.
· Ansatte i den offentlige sektor, forudsat at de har en universitetsgrad eller tilsvarende, eller har været engageret i mindst tre år i rådgivende aktiviteter.

· Praktikanterne må ikke være mere end 30 år .
· Have et indgående kendskab til et EU sprog og et tilstrækkeligt kendskab til et andet.
· Ansøgere fra ikke-medlemslande skal have et godt kendskab til et EU sprog.

Deux fois par an, la Commission européenne organise des stages de formation continue d'une durée de 5 mois pour les diplômés universitaires.

Cela n'exclut pas ceux qui, dans le cadre de l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie, ont récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire et se trouvent au début d'une nouvelle carrière professionnelle. 

Les périodes de formation commencent le 1er mars et le 1er octobre de chaque année.

Conditions d'admission

Le programme de stages est ouvert à tous les citoyens de l'UE, quel que soit leur âge (un nombre limité de places est également alloué aux ressortissants de pays tiers) qui :

• ont obtenu un diplôme d'enseignement supérieur standard de trois ans (niveau 6 du CEC au minimum), correspondant à un cycle complet de licence, ou l'équivalent
• n'ont aucune expérience professionnelle antérieure, quelle qu'elle soit, de plus de 6 semaines dans une institution, un organe ou une agence de l'UE, une délégation, avec des membres du Parlement européen (MPE) ou des avocats généraux à la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne (CJUE)
• avoir une très bonne connaissance de deux langues officielles de l'UE, dont l'une doit être une langue de travail : l'anglais, le français ou l'allemand au niveau C1 ou C2 selon le Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues et une deuxième au niveau B2 au moins selon le Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues.
• Pour les ressortissants de pays tiers, seule une langue de procédure est requise au niveau C1 ou C2.

Soutien financier

Les stagiaires reçoivent une bourse d'environ 1 418,20 euros par mois et le remboursement de leurs frais de voyage. Une assurance accident et une assurance maladie sont également prévues. Les stagiaires handicapés peuvent bénéficier d'un supplément à leur bourse.

Dies schließt diejenigen nicht aus, die im Rahmen des lebenslangen Lernens - vor kurzem ein Universitätsdiplom erworben haben und am Anfang einer neuen beruflichen Laufbahn stehen.
Die Ausbildungsperioden beginnen jeweils am 1. März und 1. Oktober eines Jahres.

 
Der Zweck der berufsbegleitenden Ausbildung ist insbesondere:
- praktische Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der Kommissionsdienststellen zu vermitteln;
- es den PraktikantInnen zu ermöglichen, persönliche Erfahrungen zu sammeln, indem sie die Kontakte nutzen, die sie im Rahmen ihrer täglichen Arbeit knüpfen;
- PraktikantInnen sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, die Kenntnisse, die sie während ihres Studiums und insbesondere in ihren spezifischen Kompetenzbereichen erworben haben, zu vertiefen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Das Praktikumsprogramm steht HochschulabsolventInnen aus der ganzen Welt offen, die...
- einen Studienabschluss nach mindestens 3 Studienjahren erworben haben (mindestens ein Bachelor);
- sehr gute Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse oder Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1/C2 gemäß dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen) besitzen;
- sehr gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten EU-Amtssprache verfügen (für Staatsangehörige von EU-Ländern erforderlich).

Um sich zu bewerben, müssen die Teilnehmer
- EU-Bürger sein;
- den ersten Zyklus eines Hochschulstudiums abgeschlossen und bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist einen vollständigen oder gleichwertigen Abschluss erworben haben;

La Commissione organizza due volte l'anno dei tirocini per  laureati della durata di cinque mesi . Ciò non esclude coloro che - nel quadro dell'apprendimento lungo tutto l'arco della vita - hanno ottenuto di recente un diploma universitario e sono all'inizio della carriera professionale. 
I periodi di formazione iniziano il 1° Marzo ed il 1° Ottobre di ogni anno.

L'obiettivo del tirocinio è il seguente:
- offrire ai tirocinanti un'idea generale sugli obiettivi e i problemi legati al tema dell'integrazione europea;
- fornire una conoscenza pratica del lavoro che si svolge presso gli uffici della Commissione;
- offrire l'opportunità di acquisire esperienze personali attraverso i contatti presi nel corso del lavoro quotidiano;
- offrire l'opportunità di approfondire e mettere in pratica le conoscenze acquisite durante gli studi e in particolare in aree specifiche di competenza.

I tirocinanti vengono selezionati generalmente tra i cittadini degli Stati membri delle Comunità Europee e dei paesi candidati che beneficiano di una strategia di pre-accesso. Tuttavia può essere accettato un numero limitato di cittadini degli stati non membri.

I tirocinanti devono:
- aver completato il primo ciclo di un corso di istruzione superiore (istruzione universitaria) e ottenuto un diploma di laurea o il suo equivalente entro la data di scadenza per la presentazione delle domande;- non aver portato a termine un tirocinio presso un'altra istituzione o organismo UE;
- possedere un'ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, del francese o del tedesco;
- per coloro che sono cittadini di uno Stato membro, possedere un'ottima conoscenza di una seconda lingua comunitaria. 

Il tirocinante potrà ricevere una borsa che è attualmente di circa 1.252,68 euro mensili e il rimborso delle spese di viaggio. Viene inoltre offerta un'assicurazione sanitaria e per gli incidenti. I tirocinanti disabili riceveranno un supplemento alla borsa.

Os estagiários são, em regra, selecionados os nacionais de Estados-Membros das Comunidades Europeias de países candidatos, beneficiando de uma estratégia de pré-adesão. Contudo um número limitado de nacionais de países terceiros podem ser aceites.

Os candidatos:

• Devem ter completado o primeiro ciclo de estudos num curso do ensino superior (educação universitária) e obtido um grau completo ou equivalente, aquando da data de encerramento da candidatura;

• Não podem ter realizado um estágio noutra instituição ou entidade Europeia;

• Devem ter um excelente conhecimento de Inglês, Francês ou Alemão;

• Devem ter um bom conhecimento de uma segunda língua comunitária, no caso de serem nacionais de um Estado-Membro da UE.

Pode ser atribuída ao estagiário uma remuneração. O montante atual de remuneração é de 1000€ por mês e reembolso de despesas de viagem. Também é atribuído ao estagiário um seguro de acidentes pessoais e de saúde.

Os estagiários portadores de deficiência podem receber um suplemento à sua remuneração.

Comisia Europeană organizează de două ori pe an perioade de formare continuă cu durata de cinci luni pentru absolvenții universitari.

Aceasta nu îi exclude pe cei care, în cadrul învățării pe tot parcursul vieții, au obținut recent o diplomă universitară și se află la începutul unei noi cariere profesionale. 

Perioadele de formare încep pe 1 martie și 1 octombrie în fiecare an.

Eligibilitate

Programul de stagiu este deschis tuturor cetățenilor UE, indiferent de vârstă (un număr limitat de locuri sunt alocate și cetățenilor din afara UE) care:

• Au absolvit o instituție de învățământ superior standard de 3 ani (nivel minim EQF 6), corespunzătoare unui ciclu complet de licență sau echivalent
• Nu au experiență de muncă anterioară de niciun fel, mai mare de 6 săptămâni în vreo instituție, organism sau agenție a UE, delegație, cu membri ai Parlamentului European (MEP) sau avocați generali la Curtea de Justiție a Uniunii Europene (UECJ)
• Au cunoștințe foarte bune a două limbi oficiale ale UE, dintre care una trebuie să fie o limbă de lucru: engleză, franceză sau germană la nivel C1 sau C2 conform Cadrului european comun de referință pentru limbi și a doua la nivelul B2 cel puțin ca conform Cadrului european comun de referință pentru limbi.

Pentru rezidenții din afara UE, este necesară o singură limbă procedurală la nivelul C1 sau C2.

Sprijin financiar

Stagiarii primesc un grant de aproximativ 1,418.20 EUR pe lună și rambursarea cheltuielilor de călătorie. De asemenea, se asigură asigurări de sănătate și de accidente. Stagiarii cu dizabilități pot primi un supliment la bursa lor.

Sin embargo, esto no limita su uso a jóvenes que hayan recibido un diploma a través del programa de Aprendizaje Permanente o que se encuentren en su último año de carrera. Twice a year, the European Commission organises in-service training periods lasting five months for university graduates. This does not exclude those who, in the framework of lifelong learning - have recently obtianed a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career. The training periods start on 1 March and 1 October each year.

Eligibility

The purpose of in-service training is in particular:

• to provide them with practical knowledge of the working of Commission departments;
• to enable them to acquire personal experience by means of the contacts made in the course of their everyday work;

The traineeship programme is open to university graduates, from all over the world who have:

• a degree of at least 3 years of study (minimum a Bachelor);

• a very good knowledge of a second EU official language (required for nationals of EU countries).

In order to apply entrants must:

A training grant may be awarded to the trainee. The grant is approximately EUR 1,176,83 per month and reimbursement of travel expenses. Accident and health insurance are also provided. Disabled trainees may receive a supplement to their grant.

Fem måneders praktik er tilgængelig for færdiguddannede der ønsker erfaring med professionelle tolke.

De udvalgte kommer til at deltage i en oversættelsesgruppe bestående af tolke med samme modersmål. Praktikanterne laver det samme arbejde som de ansatte, oversætte til deres modersmål fra mindst to andre EU sprog. Arbejdet bliver tjekket af ældre erfarent personale. Nogle praktikanter vil være placeret i sprogbiblioteket og andre eller i terminologienheden og andre støtte grupper indenfor oversættelse.

Praktikanter modtager et tilskud på omkring 1000 EURO om måneden. Praktikpladser uden tilskud er også tilgængelige. De to praktikperioder starter henholdsvis 1. marts og 1. oktober.

Ihre Arbeit wird von erfahrenen leitenden Mitarbeitern revidiert. Einige Praktikant/-innen werden der Sprachbibliothek oder der Terminologieabteilung oder einer anderen Unterstützungseinheit des Übersetzungsdienstes zugewiesen.

Um sich zu bewerben, müssen Sie :

La Commissione organizza due volte l'anno dei tirocini della durata di cinque mesi per laureati che desiderino fare esperienza professionale di traduzione. Ciò non esclude coloro che - nel quadro dell'apprendimento lungo tutto l'arco della vita - hanno ottenuto di recente un diploma universitario e sono all'inizio della carriera professionale. 

I candidati selezionati verranno assegnati ad una unità di traduzione costituita da traduttori della stessa madre lingua. I tirocinanti svolgeranno lo stesso lavoro dei loro colleghi, traducendo nella loro madre lingua o la lingua principale da almeno due lingue della Comunità. Il loro lavoro verrà poi revisionato da personale più esperto. Alcuni tirocinanti verranno assegnati alla biblioteca linguistica o all'unità terminologica oppure ad altre unità di sostegno al servizio di traduzione.
I tirocinanti vengono selezionati generalmente tra i cittadini degli Stati membri delle Comunità Europee e dei paesi candidati che beneficiano di una strategia di pre-accesso. Tuttavia potrà essere accettato un numero limitato di candidati degli Stati non membri.

Per poter presentare domanda i candidati devono:

• aver completato il primo ciclo di un corso di istruzione superiore (istruzione universitaria) e ottenuto un diploma di laurea o il suo equivalente entro la data di scadenza per la presentazione delle domande;
• non aver portato a termine un tirocinio o aver lavorato per un periodo maggiore di 6 settimane presso un'altra istituzione o organismo dell'UE;

A comissão organiza períodos de formação em funções duas vezes por ano, para jovens estudantes universitários que duram entre três a cinco meses, que desejem ganhar experiência profissional de tradução em contexto de trabalho. Não excluindo quem está num programa de aprendizagem ao longo da vida – que tenha obtido um diploma universitário recentemente e que esteja no início de uma carreira profissional.

Os selecionados serão colocados numa unidade de tradução, que tenha tradutores da mesma língua mãe que esses. Os estagiários farão o mesmo trabalho que os seus colegas de departamento, devendo de realizar traduções para a sua língua nativa ou para uma língua principal, de duas línguas comunitárias, no mínimo. O trabalho será por um funcionário com experiência. Alguns estagiários serão colocados na biblioteca de línguas, na unidade de terminologia ou noutra unidade de apoio no serviço de tradução.

Os estagiários são, em princípio, selecionados entre nacionais de Estados Membros da União Europeia e dos países candidatos, beneficiando de uma estratégia de pré-adesão. Podem ser aceites um número limitado de nacionais de países não membros.

Os candidatos devem:

• Devem ter completado o primeiro ciclo de estudos num curso do ensino superior (educação universitária) e obtido um grau completo ou equivalente, aquando da data de encerramento da candidatura;

• Não ter realizado um estágio noutra instituição ou entidade Europeia;

• Ser capazes de efectuar traduções para a sua língua nativa a partir de outras duas línguas oficiais comunitárias;

Aos estagiários será atribuída uma remuneração de 1000€ por mês e reembolso de despesas de viagem. Também é atribuído ao estagiário um seguro de acidentes e de saúde. Os estagiários portadores de deficiência podem receber um suplemento à remuneração

Normalmente os estágio decorre entre 1 de Março e 1 de Outubro, podendo iniciar-se noutras datas à descrição do serviço de tradução.

• Prima limbă sursă pentru traducere trebuie să fie engleza, franceză sau germană.

Komisija dvakrat letno organizira pripravništvo na delovnem mestu, ki traja tri do pet mesecev, za mlade univerzitetne diplomante, ki želijo pridobiti profesionalne prevajalske izkušnje. To ne izključuje tistih, ki so v okviru vseživljenjskega učenja pred kratkim pridobili univerzitetno diplomo ali so pred začetkom nove profesionalne kariere.

Izbranim je dodeljena prevajalska enota, ki združuje prevajalce, ki govorijo isti materni jezik. Pripravniki opravljajo isto delo kot njihovi sodelavci in sicer prevajajo v njihov materni jezik iz vsaj dveh jezikov Skupnosti. Njihovo delo nadzira izkušeni član osebja. Nekaterim pripravnikom je dodeljeno deo pri jezikovni knjižnici, v terminološki enoti ali drugi podporni enoti pri prevajalskih storitvah.
Pripravniki so načeloma izbrani iz držav članic Evropske skupnosti in držav kandidatk. Še vedno je omejeno število narodnosti in držav ne članic.

Za prijavo morajo biti izpolnjeni naslednji pogoji:
• zaključen prvi cikel visokošolskega izobraževanja (univerzitetna izobrazba) ali zaključena enakovredna izobrazba;
• kandidat ni opravljal pripravništva v kateri drugi Evropski instituciji ali telesu;
• znanje prevajanja iz maternega jezika v vsaj dva uradna jezika Skupnosti
• dobro znanje angleščine, francoščine ali nemščine

La Comisión Europea organiza dos veces al año periodos de prácticas con una duración de 5 meses para los graduados universitarios que deseen adquirir una experiencia profesional de traducción. Esto no excluye a quienes –en el marco del aprendizaje permanente- han obtenido recientemente un diploma universitario y están empezando una nueva carrera profesional.

Los seleccionados son destinados a una unidad de traducción que comprende los traductores de la misma lengua materna. Los becarios hacen el mismo trabajo que sus colegas, traduciendo a su lengua materna o a una de las lenguas principales de al menos dos países de la Unión. Su trabajo estará supervisado por personal experimentado. Algunos becarios serán destinados a la biblioteca de lenguas, a la unidad terminológica, o a otra unidad de apoyo en el servicio de traducción.
Los becarios son seleccionados principalmente entre los nacionales de los Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea y de los países candidatos que se benefician de la estrategia de pre-adhesión. De todas formas, un número limitado de nacionales de estados no miembros pueden ser aceptados.

Para solicitarlas se debe:
-haber completado el primer ciclo de un estudio universitario u haber obtenido un grado completo o su equivalente a fecha de la solicitud;
-no haber realizado prácticas en otra institución u organismo de la Unión Europea.
-ser capaz de traducir a la lengua materna desde dos de las lenguas oficiales de la Unión Europea.
-tener un muy buen conocimiento de inglés, francés o alemán.
-tener un muy buen conocimiento de una segunda lengua comunitaria.
-si se es nacional de un Estado Miembro de la Unión Europea, tener un muy buen conocimiento de una tercera lengua comunitaria.
-si se es nacional de un tercer país, tener un muy buen conocimiento de un tercer lenguaje.
-ser capaz de traducir a tu lengua materna o a dos lenguas comunitarias.
 
Los becarios recibirán una beca de 1000 euros por mes y el reembolso de los gastos de viaje. Un seguro de accidentes y de salud está incluido. Los becarios discapacitados podrán recibir una beca complementaria. Las prácticas normalmente se desarrollan del 1 de marzo al 1 de octubre, pero pueden empezar también en otras fechas según convenga el servicio de traducción.

Twice a year, the European Commission organises in-service training periods lasting five months for university graduates from the EU who wish to gain in-house professional translation experience. This does not exclude those who, in the framework of lifelong learning, have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.

About

Those selected are assigned to a translation unit comprising translators of the same mother tongue. Trainees do the same work as their staff colleagues, translating into their mother tongue or main language from at least two Community languages. Their work is revised by experienced senior staff. Some trainees are assigned to the language library or to the terminology unit or other support unit in the translation service.

Eligibility

In order to apply you must:

• be an EU citizen;
• have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by closing date for applications;
• not have completed a traineeship in another European Union institution or body or have worked for more than 6 weeks, or 42 calendar days (weekends included) in any European institution, EU Body, EU Executive Agency, EU delegations or for Members of Parliament (MEPs);
• be able to translate into your mother tongue from two other EU official languages (source languages);
• your main language must be one of the official EU languages.
• your 1^st source language must be English, French or German.
• your 2^nd source language can be any of the official EU languages.

Trainees receive a grant of EUR 1,220.78 per month and reimbursement of travel expenses. Accident and health insurance are also provided. Disabled trainees may receive a supplement to their grant. The traineeships usually run from 1 March and 1 October, but they may start on other dates at the discretion of the translation service.

Eurodyssey is a traineeship programme between European Regions. It allows young people aged 18-30 to benefit from a three to seven months paid vocational training course in a foreign business.

The aim of the programme is to allow young people to gain work experience while improving their knowledge of a foreign language.

Language training: the vast majority of Regions have set up a language course on the arrival of the trainees. This can be intensive and take place over three or four weeks before the practical placement in the business or can be spread over a longer period, in parallel with the practical training.

Practical traineeship: during this period carried out in the business, the beneficiary occupies a position defined before the start of the placement. He/she is subject to the timetable and rules of the receiving body.

No special qualifications are required, and applications received are matched to the requirements of the businesses. All expenses are paid. Trainees will either receive a grant from the host region or a wage by the firm depending on how the Eurodyssey programme is run in the region concerned. Equally, trainees are covered by the social security system of the host Region.

Target groups are job seekers, young graduates, and young people aged 18-30. Those eligible to participate must be from an AER region (Assembly of European Regions) which both sends out and undertakes to accept trainees.

Eurodyssée est un programme de stages entre régions européennes. Il permet à des jeunes de 18 à 30 ans de bénéficier d'une formation professionnelle rémunérée de trois à sept mois dans une entreprise étrangère.

L'objectif de ce programme est de permettre aux jeunes d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle tout en améliorant leur connaissance d'une langue étrangère.

Formation linguistique : la grande majorité des Régions ont mis en place un cours de langue à l'arrivée des stagiaires. Celui-ci peut être intensif et se dérouler sur trois ou quatre semaines avant le stage pratique en entreprise ou s'étaler sur une période plus longue, en parallèle de la formation pratique.

Stage pratique : pendant cette période effectuée en entreprise, le bénéficiaire occupe un poste défini avant le début du stage. Il est soumis au calendrier et aux règles de l'organisme d'accueil.

Aucune qualification particulière n'est requise, les candidatures reçues sont adaptées aux besoins des entreprises. Tous les frais sont pris en charge. Les stagiaires reçoivent soit une bourse de la région d'accueil, soit un salaire versé par l'entreprise, selon la manière dont le programme Eurodyssée est géré dans la région concernée. De même, les stagiaires sont couverts par le système de sécurité sociale de la région d'accueil.

EURODYSSEY ist ein Austauschprogramm zwischen Europäischen Regionen. Es ermöglicht jungen Menschen von 18 bis 30 von einem 3- bis 7-monatigen, bezahlten, berufsbildenden Lehrgang in einem ausländischen Unternehmen zu profitieren. Das Ziel des Programms ist, jungen Menschen die Chance zu geben, Arbeitserfahrungen zu sammeln und gleichzeitig ihre Fremdsprachenkenntnisse zu verbessern.

Sprachenerwerb: Der Großteil der teilnehmenden Regionen bieten einen Sprachkurs ab Ankunft der PraktikantInnen an. Dies kann ein Intensivkurs sein und drei bis vier Wochen vor Beginn des Praktikums stattfinden oder über einen längeren Zeitraum parallel zum Praktikum angelegt sein.

Praktikum: Während dieses Zeitraums in einem Unternehmen bekommt der/die Begünstigte eine im Vorfeld festgelegte Position. Er/sie muss sich an den Zeitplan und die Regeln des aufnehmenden Unternehmens halten.

Besondere Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, eingegangene Bewerbungen werden nach den Bedürfnissen der Unternehmen zugeteilt. Sämtliche Unkosten werden übernommen. PraktikantInnen bekommen entweder ein Stipendium von der gastgebenden Region oder werden von der Firma bezahlt, je nachdem, wie das Eurodyssey Programm in der entsprechenden Region ausgelegt ist. Die PraktikantInnen werden auch vom Sozialversicherungssystem der gastgebenden Region abgedeckt.

Το EURODYSSEE είναι ένα πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής ανάμεσα σε ευρωπαϊκές περιφέρειες. Προσφέρει την ευκαιρία σε νέους ηλικίας 18 - 30 ετών να παρακολουθήσουν ένα τμήμα αμειβόμενης επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης τρίμηνης έως επτάμηνης διάρκειας σε κάποια επιχείρηση που βρίσκεται στο εξωτερικό. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να βοηθήσει τους νέους να αποκτήσουν εργασιακή πείρα και παράλληλα να βελτιώσουν τις γνώσεις τους σε μία ξένη γλώσσα.

Γλωσσική κατάρτιση: η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των περιφερειών παρέχει τμήματα γλωσσικής κατάρτισης κατά την άφιξη των εκπαιδευόμενων. Αυτά μπορεί να είναι εντατικά και να λαμβάνουν χώρα πριν την τοποθέτηση του εκπαιδευόμενου για πρακτική στην επιχείρηση για διάστημα περισσότερο από τρεις έως τέσσερις εβδομάδες ή μπορούν να έχουν μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια και να υλοποιούνται παράλληλα με την πρακτική άσκηση.

Πρακτική άσκηση: κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου που πραγματοποιείται σε επιχειρήσεις, ο δικαιούχος κατέχει μια θέση που καθορίστηκε πριν από την έναρξη της πρακτικής και είναι υποχρεωμένος να συμμορφώνεται με το πρόγραμμα και τους κανόνες του φορέα υποδοχής.

Δεν απαιτούνται συγκεκριμένα προσόντα· οι αιτήσεις κρίνονται με βάση τις απαιτήσεις των επιχειρήσεων. Όλες οι δαπάνες είναι πληρωμένες. Οι εκπαιδευόμενοι λαμβάνουν είτε επιδότηση από την περιφέρεια υποδοχής είτε μισθό από την επιχείρηση, ανάλογα με τον τρόπο διαχείρισης του προγράμματος Eurodyssey στην αντίστοιχη περιφέρεια. Az Eurodyssée program egy, az európai régiók közötti gyakornoki program. A program 18 és 30 év közötti fiatalok számára teremt lehetõséget egy 3-7 hónapig tartó fizetett szakmai képzésre egy külföldi vállalkozásban. A program célja, hogy a fiatalok munkatapasztalatra tegyenek szert, miközben idegennyelvi tudásukat is fejlesztik.

Language training: the vast majority of Regions have set up a language course on the arrival of the trainees. This can be intensive and take place over three or four weeks before the practical placement in the business or can be spread over a longer period, in parallel with the practical training.

Practical traineeship: during this period carried out in the business, the beneficiary occupies a position defined before the start of the placement. He/she is subject to the timetable and rules of the receiving body.

No special qualifications are required, and applications received are matched to the requirements of the businesses. All expenses are paid. Trainees will either receive a grant from the host region or a wage by the firm depending on how the Eurodyssey programme is run in the region concerned. Equally, trainees are covered by the social security system of the host Region.

Target groups are job seekers, young graduates, and young people aged 18-30. Those eligible to participate must be from an AER region (Assembly of European Regions) which both sends out and undertakes to accept trainees.

Eurodyssey è un programma di tirocinio tra regioni europee e offre la possibilità a giovani di età compresa tra i 18 ed i 30 anni di beneficiare di un corso di formazione retribuito presso un'impresa straniera, della durata dai 3 ai 7 mesi. Lo scopo del programma è di permettere ai giovani di fare un'esperienza lavorativa e contemporaneamente di migliorare la conoscenza di una lingua straniera.

Formazione linguistica: la vasta maggioranza delle Regioni prevede un corso di lingue per l'arrivo dei tirocinanti. Il corso può essere intensivo, con una durata dalle tre alle quattro settimane prima dell'inizio del periodo di lavoro, oppure può essere distribuito lungo un periodo più ampio, in contemporanea al tirocinio pratico.

Tirocinio: durante questo periodo, il candidato occupa la posizione definita prima dell'inizio del tirocinio e segue gli orari e le norme stabilite dalla struttura di accoglienza.

Non sono richiesti requisiti specifici; le domande pervenute vengono abbinate alle necessità delle aziende. Tutte le spese sono coperte dal programma.

I tirocinanti ricevono un contributo dalla regione ospitante o un salario dall'impresa a seconda di come viene gestito il programma Eurodyssey nella regione interessata. Allo stesso modo i tirocinanti sono coperti dal sistema di previdenza sociale previsto nella regione ospitante.

I partecipanti devono provenire da una regione ARE (Assemblea delle Regioni d'Europa), coinvolta in attività sia di invio che di accoglienza dei tirocinanti. I destinatari sono: giovani in cerca di occupazione, giovani laureati, giovani tra i 18 e i 30 anni.

Eurodyssey is een uitwisselingsprogramma tussen de Europese regio's. Jongeren tussen de 18 en 30 jaar kunnen gedurende een periode van 3 tot 7 maanden een betaalde beroepscursus in een buitenlandse onderneming volgen.

Het doel van dit programma is om jongeren werkervaring op te laten doen, terwijl zij tegelijk hun talenkennis verbeteren. Er zijn verder geen bijzondere vereisten. O Eurodisseia é um programa de estágios entre regiões europeias. Permite que jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos beneficiem de um curso de formação profissional remunerado de três a sete meses numa empresa estrangeira.

O objetivo do programa é permitir que os jovens adquiram experiência de trabalho ao mesmo tempo que melhoram os seus conhecimentos de uma língua estrangeira.

Formação linguística: a grande maioria das regiões organizou um curso de línguas aquando da chegada dos estagiários. Este curso pode ser intensivo e decorrer durante três ou quatro semanas antes da colocação prática na empresa ou pode ser alargado a um período mais longo, em paralelo com a formação prática.

Estágio prático: durante este período efetuado na empresa, o beneficiário ocupa uma posição definida antes do início do estágio. Está sujeito ao calendário e às regras da entidade de acolhimento.

Não são exigidas qualificações especiais e as candidaturas recebidas são adaptadas às necessidades das empresas. Todas as despesas são pagas. Os estagiários receberão uma bolsa da região de acolhimento ou um salário da empresa, consoante a forma como o programa Eurodisseia é gerido na região em causa. Os estagiários estão igualmente cobertos pelo sistema de segurança social da região de acolhimento.

Os grupos-alvo são os candidatos a emprego, os jovens licenciados e os jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos. As pessoas elegíveis para participar devem ser oriundas de uma região AER (Assembleia das Regiões da Europa) que envia e se compromete a receber estagiários.

Acesta oferă posibilitatea tinerilor între 18-30 de ani să beneficieze de cursuri de formare profesională plătite, cu durata cuprinsă între 3-7 luni, într-un mediu de afaceri european. Scopul programului este de a permite tinerilor să câştige experienţă de muncă concomitent cu îmbunătăţirea cunoştinţelor de limbi străine.

Formare lingvistică: majoritatea regiunilor asigură un curs de limbă la sosirea stagiarilor. Acesta poate fi intensiv şi să aibă loc cu trei sau patru săptămâni înainte de plasament sau se poate derula pe o perioadă mai lungă, în paralel cu formarea practică.

Stagiu de practică: beneficiarul ocupă un post de stagiar definit înainte de începerea stagiului. Stagiarul/a va respecta programul şi regulile instituţiei gazdă.

Nu este necesară o calificare specială, aplicaţiile primite sunt selecţionate în funcţie de cerinţele mediului de afaceri. Toate cheltuielile sunt acoperite. Stagiarii vor primi fie o bursă de la regiunea gazdă, fie un salariu de la firma respectivă, în funcţie de cum se desfăşoară programul Eurodyssey în regiunea respectivă. De asemenea, stagiarii vor beneficia de sistemul de asigurări sociale al regiunii gazdă.

Grupurile ţintă sunt reprezentate de cei care se află în căutarea unui loc de muncă, tineri absolvenţi, tineri între 18-30 ani. Candidaţii eligibili trebuie să facă parte dintr-o regiune AER (Adunarea Regiunilor Europene) care trimite şi, în acelaşi timp, se obligă să accepte stagiari.

EURODYSSEY je program izmenjav med evropskimi regijami, ki mladim starim od 18 do 30 let omogoča, da se od 3 do 7 mesecev udeležijo poklicnega usposabljanja v tujem podjetju. Namen programa je omogočiti mladim pridobitev delovnih izkušenj in izboljšanje znanja tujega jezika.

Prijavitelji ne potrebujejo nobenih posebnih kvalifikacij. Prejete prijavnice kandidatov bodo povezane z ustreznimi ponudbami podjetij. Vsi stroški so plačani. Stažisti prejmejo dotacijo s strani gostiteljske regije oziroma prejemajo plačo s strani podjetja. Način plačila je odvisen od načina vodenja programa Eurodyssey v regiji. Stažisti so tudi zavarovani po sistemu socialnega varstva gostiteljske regije.

Ciljne skupine so mladi stari od 18 do 30 let, iskalci zaposlitve in mladi, ki so diplomirali. Kandidati morajo prihajati iz regije vključene v Združenje Evropskih regij (Assembly of European Regions), ki lahko pošiljajo in gostijo stažiste.

EURODISEA es un programa de intercambio entre las distintas regiones de la Unión Europea destinado a jóvenes entre 18 y 30 años que deseen disfrutar entre 3 y 7 meses de prácticas vocacionales remuneradas. El programa consta de una parte de formación y otra parte de prácticas.

Requisitos: grupo formado por jóvenes de 18 a 30 años, demandantes de empleo o recién graduados. 

Regiones del Programa:

EURODYSSEY är ett program för utbyten mellan olika europeiska regioner. Genom programmet kan unga mellan 18 och 30 år få tre till sju månaders betald praktik i en ny bransch. Poängen med programmet är att ge unga arbetslivserfarenhet samtidigt som de förbättrar sin kunskap i ett främmande språk.

Inga speciella förkunskaper behövs, ansökningar matchas med önskemål från företagen. Alla utgifter är betalda. Praktikanterna får antingen bidrag från värdregionen eller lön från företaget beroende på hur programmet fungerar i den specifika regionen. Praktikanten får också del av socialförsäkringssystemet i värdregionen.

Målgrupper är arbetssökande, unga akademiker, ungdomar mellan 18-30 år. De sökande måste komma från AER-regioner (Assembly of European Regions) som själva både tar emot och skickar praktikanter.

Traineeships at the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND) involve work experience in the Foundation's departments and are offered throughout the year. The traineeships last six months, which may be extended for up to a further 6 months. 

Who can apply

• Young university graduates from EU Member States.
• They must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
• They should have not already benefited from in-service training in another European institution or had any kind of employment within a European institution or body.
• They must have very good knowledge of at least two EU languages, of which one should be English, the working language of Eurofound.

Grant

Trainees receive a monthly grant. A travel allowance is available and equally a supplement for disabled trainees.

If recruited, candidates will be required to provide copies of diplomas (or of relevant official certificates), of all university or post-university studies declared in their online application.

Les stages à la Fondation européenne pour l'amélioration des conditions de vie et de travail (EUROFOUND) impliquent une expérience professionnelle dans les départements de la Fondation et sont proposés tout au long de l'année. Les stages durent six mois et peuvent être prolongés de six mois supplémentaires.

Le stage à la Fondation est ouvert aux jeunes diplômés universitaires, sans exclure ceux qui, dans le cadre de l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie, ont récemment obtenu un diplôme universitaire et se trouvent au début d'une nouvelle carrière professionnelle.

Les candidats doivent avoir achevé le premier cycle d'études supérieures (enseignement universitaire) et obtenu un diplôme complet ou son équivalent à la date de clôture des candidatures. Ils ne doivent pas avoir déjà bénéficié d'une formation continue dans une autre institution européenne ou avoir occupé un emploi quelconque au sein d'une institution ou d'un organe européen.

Les stagiaires sont sélectionnés parmi les ressortissants des États membres de l'UE.

Une bourse de formation par mois est accordée au stagiaire. Cette bourse est liée à celle établie par la Commission européenne pour ses propres stagiaires. Une allocation de voyage est disponible, ainsi qu'un supplément pour les stagiaires handicapés.

Les candidats des États membres doivent avoir une très bonne connaissance d'au moins deux langues de l'Union européenne, dont l'anglais, la langue de travail d'Eurofound.

Praktika bei der Europäischen Stiftung zur Verbesserung der Lebens- und Arbeitsbedingungen (EUROFOUND) bieten Berufserfahrung in den Abteilungen der Stiftung und werden das ganze Jahr über angeboten. Die Praktika dauern sechs Monate und können um bis zu weitere sechs Monate verlängert werden.

Das Praktikum bei der Stiftung steht jungen Hochschulabsolventen offen, ohne diejenigen auszuschließen, die im Rahmen des lebenslangen Lernens vor kurzem ein Hochschuldiplom erworben haben und am Anfang einer neuen beruflichen Laufbahn stehen. Die Kandidaten müssen den ersten Zyklus eines Hochschulstudiums (Bachelor) abgeschlossen haben und bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist einen vollständigen Abschluss oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss erreicht haben. Sie sollten noch kein Praktikum in einer anderen europäischen Institution absolviert haben oder irgendeine Art von Beschäftigung in einer europäischen Institution oder Einrichtung nachgegangen sein.

Die Praktikanten müssen Staatsangehörigen der EU-Mitgliedstaaten sein.
Dem Praktikanten wird ein Ausbildungsstipendium in Höhe von 1.456 Euro pro Monat gewährt. Das Stipendium steht im Zusammenhang mit dem von der Europäischen Kommission für ihre eigenen Praktikanten festgelegten Stipendium. Ein Reisekostenzuschuss wird gewährt, ebnso wie ein Zuschlag für Praktikanten mit Behinderung.

Bewerber aus den Mitgliedstaaten müssen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei EU-Sprachen verfügen, von denen eine Englisch, die Arbeitssprache von Eurofound, sein sollte.
Falls sie eingestellt werden, müssen die Bewerber Kopien der Zeugnisse (oder einschlägiger offizieller Bescheinigungen) aller in ihrer Online-Bewerbung angegebenen Universitäts- oder postuniversitären Studiengänge vorlegen.

I tirocini presso la Fondazione Europea per il Miglioramento delle Condizioni di Vita e di Lavoro (EUROFOUND) consistono in un'esperienza lavorativa presso gli uffici della Fondazione. I tirocini hanno una durata di sei mesi, (con una possibile estensioni di ulteriori sei mesi).  

Il tirocinio presso la Fondazione è aperto a giovani laureati, senza escludere coloro che nel contesto dell'apprendimento permanente hanno recentemente ottenuto un diploma universitario e sono all'inizio di una nuova carriera professionale. I candidati devono aver completato il primo ciclo di un corso universitario e aver ottenuto un diploma di laurea (o il suo equivalente) entro la data della scadenza del bando. Non devono aver beneficiato di un altro tipo di formazione professionale all'interno di altre istituzioni europee, e non devono aver avuto nessun tipo di impiego all'interno di istituzioni o enti europei.

I candidati devono appartenere agli Stati membri UE e ai paesi candidati. Tuttavia, potrà essere accettata anche la partecipazione di un numero limitato di tirocinanti di paesi non-membri. Ai tirocinanti viene garantito un finanziamento indicativo di 1.673 euro mensili. 
Per i candidati disabili è previsto un rimborso per le spese di viaggio e un supplemento. Il finanziamento è legato a quello stanziato dalla Commissione Europea per i propri tirocini.

I candidati devono possedere una buona conoscenza di due lingue UE, di cui una deve essere l'inglese, lingua di lavoro. I candidati provenienti da paesi non-UE devono possedere una buona conoscenza dell'inglese oltre alla propria madre lingua. Ai candidati selezionati verrà richiesto di fornire una copia dei diplomi (o di certificati ufficiali di rilievo), di tutti gli studi universitari e post-universitari dichiarati nella candidatura online.

L'attuazione del programma di tirocini è attualmente influenzata dalla pandemia COVID-19. Tuttavia, Eurofound farà del suo meglio per continuare la tradizione di successo del coinvolgimento dei tirocinanti.

Cine poate candida?

• Tinerii absolvenți de studii universitare din statele membre ale UE.
• Aceștia trebuie să fi absolvit primul ciclu al unui curs de învățământ superior (învățământ universitar) și să fi obținut o diplomă completă sau echivalentul acesteia până la data limită de depunere a candidaturilor.
• Ei nu trebuie să fi beneficiat deja de o formare continuă în cadrul unei alte instituții europene sau să fi avut un loc de muncă de orice fel în cadrul unei instituții sau al unui organism european.
• Trebuie să aibă cunoștințe foarte bune de cel puțin două limbi ale UE, dintre care una trebuie să fie engleza, limba de lucru a Eurofound.

Bursa

Stagiarii primesc o bursă lunară. Este disponibilă o indemnizație de călătorie și, de asemenea, un supliment pentru stagiarii cu handicap.

În cazul în care sunt recrutați, candidații vor trebui să furnizeze copii ale diplomelor (sau ale certificatelor oficiale relevante), ale tuturor studiilor universitare sau postuniversitare declarate în cererea lor online.

Las prácticas en la Fundación Europea para la Mejora de las Condiciones de Vida y de Trabajo (EUROFOUND) permiten adquirir experiencia laboral en los departamentos de la Fundación y se ofrecen durante todo el año. Las prácticas duran seis meses.

La beca de la Fundación está abierta a jóvenes licenciados, sin excluir a aquellos que han obtenido recientemente el diploma y han comenzado su carrera profesional. Los candidatos deben haber completado el primer ciclo de un curso de educación superior y poseer un grado completo o su equivalente en la fecha de presentación de solicitudes. No podrán haber realizado prácticas en otra institución europea, o haber tenido algún tipo de empleo dentro de una institución u organismo europeo.

Los estudiantes serán seleccionados de entre los 28 Estados Miembro de la UE y países candidatos. También, un número limitado de miembros de otros países no miembros serán aceptados.

La beca de 1.247 euros por mes se le otorgará al estudiante en prácticas. La cuantía es la establecida por la Comisión Europea para sus propios becarios. El viaje está cubierto y existe un suplemento para casos especiales.

Los aspirantes deben conocer al menos dos idiomas de la UE. Los candidatos que no sean de ningún estado miembro de la UE necesitan conocer solo un idioma de la UE. El inglés es el principal idioma de la Fundación, un buien conocedor del mismo será una ventaja.

La organización podrá reclamar copia de los títulos universitarios y de competencias para demostrar la adecuidad del solicitante.

Traineeships at the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND) involve work experience in the Foundation's departments and are offered throughout the year. The traineeships last six months.

Eligibility

• The traineeship at the Foundation is open to young university graduates, without excluding those who, in the framework of lifelong learning, have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.
• Candidates must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications. They should have not already benefited from in-service training in another European institution, or had any kind of employment within a European institution or body.
• Trainees are selected from among nationals of the 28 Member States of the European Union and of candidate countries. However, a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language.

Grant

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is an advisory body that gives Europe's economic and social partners (i.e. employers, trade unions, representatives of small businesses, farmers' associations, consumers, etc.) the chance to issue their formal opinion on EU policies. 

Twice a year the EESC organises in-service training periods of long (five months) and short duration (one to three months).

The main aims of the in-service training are:

to conclude and apply knowledge acquired by the trainee during his/her studies or work;

to provide the trainee with practical understanding of the working of the EESC's various departments;

to enable the trainees to gain experience through contacts established in day-to-day work.

The different types of traineeship offered by the EESC are:

I. Long traineeships

Candidates are university graduates and have a diploma by the application's closing date. Candidates are nationals of the Member States of the European Union. However, a limited number of nationals of non-Member States may also be accepted. They must have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language, one of which must be English or French. 

Long traineeships last for five months and are arranged twice a year: from 16 February to 15 July (spring session) and from 16 September to 15 February (autumn session).

Den ˜konomiske og Sociale Komité (EESC) organiserer praktikophold hvis formål er:
- At opnå yderligere viden udover den viden, der allerede er opnået gennem studier eller arbejde.
- At give praktikanten en praktisk viden om EESCs arbejde og forskellige afdelinger.
- At give praktikanterne mulighed for at få erfaringer med det daglige arbejde på EESC.

Der Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuss (Economic and Social Committee - ESC)  ist ein beratendes Gremium, das Europas wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Partnern (d.h. Arbeitgebern, Gewerkschaftsverbänden, Vertretern von mittelständischen Unternehmen, Landwirtschaftverbänden, Verbrauchern, usw.) die Chance gibt, formal ihre Meinung über EU Politiken zu vertreten.
Zweimal im Jahr organisiert der ESC berufsbegleitende Praktika von langer (fünf Monate) und kurzer Dauer (ein bis drei Monate).

Die Hauptziele der berufsbegleitenden Fortbildung sind
- Abschluss und Anwendung der vom Praktikanten während seines Studiums oder seiner Arbeit erworbenen Kenntnisse;
- dem Praktikanten praktische Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der verschiedenen Abteilungen des ESC zu vermitteln;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, Erfahrungen durch Kontakte in der täglichen Arbeit zu sammeln.

Die verschiedenen Arten von Praktika, die der EESC anbietet, sind:

I. Lange Praktika
Die Kandidaten sind Hochschulabsolventen. Die Kandidaten müssen über umfassende Kenntnisse in einer EU-Sprache und zufriedenstellende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Sprache verfügen, von denen eine Englisch oder Französisch sein muss. Lange Praktika dauern fünf Monate und werden zweimal pro Jahr durchgeführt: vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) und vom 16. September bis 15. Feburar (Herbstpraktikum). Praktikanten erhalten ein monatliches Stipendium in Höhe von 1.220,78 EUR. Praktikanten, die bereits bezahlt werden, können keinen finanziellen Beitrag erhalten.

II. Kurze Praktika
Kandidaten sind Studenten, die im Laufe ihres Studiums eine ein- bis dreimonatige berufsbegleitende Ausbildung absolvieren, um ihren Universitätsabschluss zu vervollständigen, oder kürzliche Absolventen.

L'EESC è un ente che opera nel settore della consulenza per offrire ai partner economici e sociali dell'Europa (ad es. datori di lavoro, sindacati, rappresentanti di piccole imprese, associazioni di agricoltori, consumatori, etc.) la possibilità di esprimere formalmente la loro opinione sulle politiche dell'Unione Europea.

Gli obiettivi principali del tirocinio sono i seguenti:

1. TIROCINI DI LUNGA DURATA
I candidati devono essere in possesso di un diploma di laurea ed avere approfondito la conoscenza di uno dei settori di attività dell'ESC durante il loro corso di studi o in qualsiasi altro modo: tesi di laurea, ricerca, altri periodi di formazione europea, etc. I candidati devono essere in possesso della conoscenza approfondita di una lingua comunitaria e della conoscenza sufficiente di un'altra lingua della Comunità (per i candidati di un paese non-membro è richiesta la buona conoscenza dell'inglese o del francese).
Il tirocinio ha una durata di cinque mesi. 
I tirocinanti inoccupati potranno ricevere un sussidio mensile. I tirocinanti già retribuiti non riceveranno alcun contributo finanziario. I tirocinanti ricevono una sovvenzione mensile di 1.282, 75 euro. 

2. TIROCINI DI BREVE DURATA
I candidati sono studenti universitari che fanno l'esperienza di un periodo di tirocinio da uno a tre mesi durante il loro corso di studi, per completare la loro carriera universitaria, o laureati di recente. I candidati devono possedere conoscenza approfondita di una delle lingue UE e una conoscenza soddisfacente di un'altra lingua UE. I candidati da paesi non UE possono avere conoscenza approfondita solo dell'inglese o del francese. I tirocini brevi, non retribuiti, si possono svolgere in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno.

Scadenze:
- 30 settembre (sessione primaverile Febbraio-Luglio).

Comitetul Economic şi Social European (CESE) este o instituţie consultativă ce oferă partenerilor economici şi sociali ai Europei (de ex. angajatori, sindicate, reprezentanţi ai întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii, asociaţii de fermieri, consumatori etc.) şansa de a-şi exprima părerile formale legate de politicile UE.

De două ori pe an, CESE organizează stagii de practică pe perioadă lungă (5 luni) şi scurtă (între 1 lună şi 3 luni).

Obiectivele principale ale stagiului de practică sunt următoarele:

• să ajute stagiarul să pună în practică cunoştinţele acumulate pe durata studiilor sau la locul de muncă;
• să furnizeze stagiarului cunoştinţe practice despre modul în care funcţionează diferitele departamente ale Comitetului Economic şi Social European;
• să dea posibilitatea stagiarilor de a dobândi experienţă prin intermediul contactelor stabilite în cadrul activităţii zilnice.

Tipuri de stagii oferite de CESE:

I. Stagii de practică de lungă durată

Candidaţii sunt absolvenţi de facultate. Candidații trebuie să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile UE, să aibă un nivel satisfăcător de cunoaștere al unei alte limbi UE, care trebuie să fie engleză sau franceză.

Stagiile de practică de lungă durată durează 5 luni şi se organizează de două ori pe an: în perioada 16 februarie - 15 iulie (stagiul de practică de primăvară) şi în perioada 16 septembrie - 15 februarie (stagiul de practică de toamnă).

Stagiarii primesc un grant lunar de 1.363,26 euro. Stagiarii care sunt deja plătiţi, nu vor primi nicio contribuţie financiară.

Perioadele de depunere a cererilor:

• 1 iulie - 30 septembrie (stagiu de primăvară februarie-iulie)
• 3 ianuarie - 31 martie (stagiu de toamnă, septembrie-februarie)

II. Stagii de practică de scurtă durată

Aceste stagii au loc în orice perioadă a anului, cu excepția lunilor iulie și august, și durează una sau trei luni.

Candidații trebuie să fie studenți care studiază la o universitate sau la o instituție de învățământ superior și pentru care un astfel de stagiu este obligatoriu pentru a-și finaliza studiile.

Candidații au o cunoaștere temeinică a unei limbi UE și o cunoaștere satisfăcătoare a unei alte limbi UE, dintre care una trebuie să fie engleza sau franceza. Stagiarii primesc o subvenție lunară care corespunde la 50% din suma lunară acordată stagiarilor pe termen lung.

El Comité Económico y Social (CES) es un órgano consultivo que da a los interlocutores económicos y sociales de Europa (es decir, los empleadores, sindicatos, representantes de las pequeñas empresas, asociaciones de agricultores, consumidores, etc.) la oportunidad de emitir su dictamen formal sobre las políticas de la UE.

El CES organiza  períodos de formación de larga duración (cinco meses) y de corta duración (de uno a tres meses). El principal objetivo de la formación es:

- concluir y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos por el alumno durante sus estudios o su trabajo;

- proporcionar al alumno de el conocimiento práctico del funcionamiento de los distintos departamentos del CES;

-permitir a los alumnos adquirir experiencia a través de contactos establecidos en el trabajo del día a día.

Las principales áreas de interés para el CES son:

Trabajo Consultivo: agricultura, desarrollo rural y medio ambiente, unión económica y monetaria, cohesión económica y social, empleo, asuntos sociales y ciudadanía, relaciones exteriores, mercado único, producción y consumo, transporte, energía, infraestructura y sociedad de la información

Otras áreas: Presidencia y grupos ("empleadores", "trabajadores" y "Actividades Diversas"), relaciones con los organismos socio-laborales, dirección de asuntos generales, recursos humanos y financieros, traducción, tecnología de la información y telecomunicaciones.

I. Prácticas de larga duración:
Los candidatos son graduados universitarios que han adquirido el conocimiento de una de las áreas del CES en el curso de sus estudios o de alguna otra manera: la tesis, es decir, la investigación, otras formaciones europeas, etc. Los candidatos deben ser menores de 30 años y tener un profundo conocimiento de una lengua de la UE y un conocimiento satisfactorio de una segunda lengua de la UE. Los candidatos de países no miembros están obligados a tener sólo un conocimiento profundo de una lengua de la UE.

Las prácticas de larga duración se desarrolla en cinco meses y se dispone de dos periodos al año: a partir de febrero, del 16 al julio de 15 (formación de primavera) y del 16 septiembre al 15 febrero (formación de otoño).

Los alumnos desempleados podrán recibir mensualmente una subvención. Los becarios que ya están remunerados, no recibirán una contribución financiera.
