Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of Cicero internships offering the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution.

Three types of internships are available: Standard Traineeship, Short-term study visits and Traineeship for Government Officials:

1.Standard traineeship

5-month traineeships for young graduates, running from 16 February until 15 July (Spring traineeships) or from 16 September to 15 February (Autumn traineeships).

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of citizens from third countries (including the UK) may be accepted.

Applicants must

• have obtained a full undergraduate academic degree, or have completed at least the third year of higher education (university or equivalent), by the closing date for applications;
• have a thorough knowledge of one official EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of French or English.
• Candidates who have already received more than 8 weeks of in-house placement (whether paid or unpaid) in a European institution, body, delegation or representative office or who have had any form of employment in a European institution or body shall not be accepted

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant (approx. 1418euros/month).

Application periods:

- 3 January to 3 April, 12.00 CET, of the same year (for Autumn traineeships 16 September - 15 February);

- 1 July to 30 September, 12.00 CET, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16 February - 15 July).

2.Short-term study visits

For persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies.

Applicants must

• be EU citizens or citizens from a state which is an official candidate for accession;
• have completed at least a Bachelor's degree;
• be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

Beneficiaries receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration for short-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months.

Deadline: There are no fixed deadlines for short term study visits.

3.Traineeship for Government Officials

For staff from a national, regional or local public authority of an EU Member state or an official accession candidate, including civil servants enrolled in governmental training programme.

Eligible candidates get:

• 1-4 months traineeship, extendable to 6 months possible with permission of the Secretary General
• Starting date is agreed upon with the candidate
• Full time/ 40 hours
• Accident insurance covered by the CoR

Unpaid, all expenses to be covered by the participant or their sending authority

Всяка година КР предлага на скоро завършили висшето си образование млади хора ограничен брой стажове с продължителност пет месеца. Целта на организирането на стажове в КР е:

·        да се даде възможност на стажантите да имат възможност да организират учебно посещение в Европейска местна или регионална власт във връзка с политическите приоритети на Комитета;

·        да даде възможност на стажантите да развият и приложат на практика знанията, които са придобили по време на обучението или кариерата си.

Стажантите се избират измежду граждани на държавите-членки на ЕС. Въпреки това ограничен брой граждани на страни, които не са членки, могат да бъдат приети.

Кандидатите трябва:

·        или да притежавате университетска диплома (или еквивалентна диплома), издадена към датата за кандидатстване;

Chaque année, le Comité des régions (CdR) offre un nombre limité de stages à de jeunes citoyens, originaires d'un État membre de l'UE ou d'un candidat officiel à l'adhésion, leur permettant d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle dans une institution européenne.

Trois types de stages sont disponibles : Le stage standard, les visites d'étude de courte durée et le stage pour les fonctionnaires.

STAGE STANDARD

Chaque année, le CdR offre à de jeunes diplômés universitaires un nombre limité de stages de cinq mois. Ces périodes de formation impliquent une expérience professionnelle dans l'un des services du Comité des régions, et se déroulent du 16 février au 15 juillet (stages de printemps) ou du 16 septembre au 15 février (stages d'automne).

L'organisation de stages au sein du CdR a pour but de :

• d'offrir une expérience de première main du fonctionnement du CdR et des institutions de l'UE en général 
• d'apporter une connaissance pratique du fonctionnement de ses services 
• de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multilingue 
• permettre aux stagiaires d'avoir la possibilité d'organiser une visite d'étude dans une collectivité locale ou régionale européenne, en lien avec les priorités politiques du Comité 
• permettre aux stagiaires de développer et de mettre en pratique les connaissances qu'ils ont acquises au cours de leurs études ou de leur parcours personnel

Les stagiaires sont sélectionnés parmi les ressortissants des Etats membres de l'UE. Toutefois, un nombre limité de ressortissants de pays tiers peut être accepté.

Les candidats doivent :

• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire (ou d'un diplôme équivalent) délivré avant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures 
• avoir une connaissance approfondie d'une langue communautaire officielle et une connaissance satisfaisante d'une autre langue de travail de l'UE (français ou anglais)

Les stagiaires du CdR ont droit à une bourse mensuelle. Le montant de la bourse est équivalent à 25% du salaire des fonctionnaires AD*5 (échelon 1) au début du stage pour la période complète de 5 mois. Un supplément mensuel de 100 euros est accordé aux stagiaires mariés dont les conjoints n'exercent pas d'activité professionnelle et aux stagiaires qui ont des enfants à charge (100 euros/enfant/mois). Une bourse supplémentaire pouvant atteindre la moitié de la bourse mensuelle peut être accordée à un stagiaire handicapé.

 Périodes de candidature :

• Du 1er janvier au 31 mars, minuit, heure locale de Bruxelles, de la même année (pour les stages d'automne 16 septembre - 15 février)

VISITES D'ETUDE À COURT TERME

Le CdR propose également des visites d'étude de courte durée au sein de l'un de ses services à des personnes dont les activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche indiquent qu'elles pourraient se familiariser avec le fonctionnement pratique et/ou les politiques du Comité. La nature des tâches à accomplir par les stagiaires dépend largement de l'unité à laquelle ils sont affectés ; si certaines unités sont plus politiques, d'autres sont plus administratives.

Les candidats doivent :

• être citoyens de l'UE ou d'un État officiellement candidat à l'adhésion (les candidats de pays tiers peuvent se voir accorder un stage par le Secrétaire général dans des cas exceptionnels et dûment motivés)
• être titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire d'au moins une licence
• être en mesure de démontrer qu'il/elle a besoin d'approfondir ses connaissances du Comité des régions pour des raisons liées à des activités professionnelles, universitaires ou de recherche

Tous les frais pendant la période d'étude sont à la charge des bénéficiaires : ils ne reçoivent aucune subvention, ni aucun autre soutien financier du CdR. La durée maximale de la visite d'étude de courte durée est de 4 mois, mais elle peut être étendue à 6 mois en fonction des ressources disponibles au CdR.

Date limite : Il n'y a pas de date limite fixe pour les visites d'étude de courte durée.

Jedes Jahr bietet der Ausschuss der Regionen (AdR) eine begrenzte Anzahl von Praktika für junge Bürgerinnen und Bürger aus einem EU-Mitgliedstaat oder einem offiziellen Beitrittskandidaten an, um ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, Berufserfahrung in einer europäischen Institution zu sammeln.
Es stehen drei Arten von Praktika zur Verfügung: Standardpraktikum, Kurzzeitstudienaufenthalte und Praktikum für Regierungsbeamte.

Standard-Praktikum
Jedes Jahr bietet der AdR jungen Hochschulabsolventen eine begrenzte Anzahl von 5-monatigen Praktika an. - Vermittlung von Erfahrungen aus erster Hand über die Arbeitsweise des AdR und der EU-Institutionen im Allgemeinen;
- die Vermittlung praktischer Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der Dienststellen;
Arbeit in einem multikulturellen und mehrsprachigen Umfeld;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, einen Studienaufenthalt bei einer europäischen lokalen oder regionalen Gebietskörperschaft im Zusammenhang mit den politischen Prioritäten des Ausschusses zu organisieren;
- es den Praktikanten zu ermöglichen, die Kenntnisse, die sie während ihres Studiums oder ihrer persönlichen Laufbahn erworben haben, zu vertiefen und in die Praxis umzusetzen.

Die Praktikanten werden unter den Mitgliedern der EU-Mitgliedstaaten ausgewählt. Es kann jedoch eine begrenzte Anzahl von Staatsangehörigen von Drittstaaten zugelassen werden.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- entweder über einen Hochschulabschluss (oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom) verfügen, der bei Ablauf der Bewerbungsfrist verliehen wurde;
- umfassende Kenntnisse in einer Amtssprache der EU und ausreichende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Arbeitssprache (Französisch oder Englisch) besitzen.

AdR-Praktikanten haben Anspruch auf ein monatliches Stipendium. Die Höhe des Stipendiums entspricht 25% des Gehalts der AD*5-Beamten (Stufe 1) zu Beginn des Praktikums für die gesamte Dauer von 5 Monaten. Verheiratete Praktikanten, deren Ehepartner nicht erwerbstätig sind, und Praktikanten, die unterhaltsberechtigte Kinder haben, erhalten eine monatliche Zulage von 100 EUR (100,00 €/Kind/Monat). Einem behinderten Praktikanten kann ein Zuschuss in Höhe von bis zur Hälfte des monatlichen Zuschusses gewährt werden.

Kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte
Der AdR bietet auch kurzfristige Studienaufenthalte innerhalb einer seiner Dienststellen für Personen an, deren berufliche, akademische oder Forschungsaktivitäten in Zusammenhang mit der praktischen Arbeit und/oder der Politik des Ausschusses stehen.
Die Art der von den Praktikanten zu erfüllenden Aufgaben hängt weitgehend von dem Referat ab, dem sie zugewiesen werden; während einige Referate eher politischer Natur sind, sind andere eher administrativer Natur.

Die Bewerber müssen:
- EU-Bürger oder Bürger eines Staates, der offizieller Beitrittskandidat ist (Bewerber aus Drittstaaten können in hinreichend begründeten Ausnahmefällen vom Generalsekretär ein Praktikum erhalten);
- Hochschulabsolventen, die mindestens einen Bachelor-Abschluss erworben haben;
- nachweisen können, dass er/sie seine/ihre Kenntnisse über den Ausschuss der Regionen aus Gründen, die mit beruflichen, akademischen oder Forschungsaktivitäten zusammenhängen, vertiefen muss.

Alle Ausgaben während des Studienaufenthalts sind von den Begünstigten zu tragen: sie erhalten weder ein Stipendium noch irgendeine andere finanzielle Unterstützung vom AdR. Die Höchstdauer für einen kurzzeitigen Studienaufenthalt beträgt 4 Monate, kann aber je nach den im AdR verfügbaren Ressourcen auf 6 Monate verlängert werden.

university graduates that have completed at least a Bachelor's degree;

be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Il CdR offre anche visite di studio a breve termine nell'ambito di uno dei suoi servizi a persone le cui attività professionali, accademiche o di ricerca indicano che potrebbero familiarizzare con le pratiche e/o politiche pratiche del comitato. La natura dei compiti che devono essere soddisfatti dai tirocinanti dipende in larga misura dall'unità a cui sono assegnati; mentre alcune unità sono più politiche, altre sono più amministrative.

I candidati devono essere:
- cittadini dell'UE o cittadini di un paese candidato ufficiale all'adesione (i richiedenti di paesi terzi possono ottenere un tirocinio dal segretario generale in casi eccezionali debitamente motivati);
- laureati che hanno completato almeno una laurea;
-essere in grado di dimostrare di aver bisogno di approfondire la propria conoscenza sul Comitato delle Regioni per motivi professionali, accademici o di ricerca.

Tutte le spese durante il periodo di studio devono essere coperte dai beneficiari: non ricevono alcuna sovvenzione né alcun altro sostegno finanziario da parte del CdR. La durata massima della visita di studio a breve termine è di 4 mesi, ma può essere estesa a 6 mesi a seconda delle risorse disponibili presso il CdR.

Scadenza: non ci sono scadenze fisse per i periodi di studio non retribuiti.
Le domande devono essere inviate per posta all'Ufficio Tirocini.

Tirocini per funzionari pubblici
Il CdR offre inoltre tirocini al personale di un'autorità pubblica nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE o di un candidato all'adesione, compresi i dipendenti pubblici iscritti al programma di formazione governativa.

 I candidati idonei hanno diritto a:
- Tirocinio di 1-4 mesi, prorogabile a 6 mesi con l'autorizzazione del Segretario Generale
- A tempo pieno / 40 ore
- La data di inizio è concordata con il candidato
- Luogo di lavoro a Bruxelles, Belgio
- Il tirocinio non è retribuito, tutte le spese sono a carico del partecipante o della sua autorità di invio
-Assicurazione contro gli infortuni coperta dal CdR.

I candidati devono presentare il proprio curriculum vitae in inglese, francese o tedesco e una lettera di motivazione che menziona il dipartimento del CdR in cui desiderano svolgere il tirocinio all'indirizzo [email protected].

O Comité das Regiões oferece, anualmente, um número limitado de estágios para jovens cidadãos, da Europa ou não, dando-lhes a oportunidade de adquirirem experiência de trabalho numa instituição europeia.

Existem dois tipos de estágios: estágios de longa duração remunerados e estágios não remunerados

Estágios de longa duração remunerados:

O Comité das Regiões recebe anualmente um número limitado de jovens licenciados durante 5 meses.

Os estagiários adquirem experiência profissional num dos serviços do Comité das Regiões. Decorrem de 16 de fevereiro a 15 de julho (estágios da Primavera) e de 16 de setembro a 15 de fevereiro (estágios de Outono)

Objetivos

• Proporcionar uma experiência em primeira mão sobre o funcionamento do Comité das Regiões e das instituições da UE em geral;
• Dar-lhes a conhecer o funcionamento de um dos departamentos da instituição;
• Proporcionar um ambiente de trabalho multicultural e multilinguístico;
• Possibilitar aos estagiários a oportunidade de organizarem visitas de estudo a uma autoridade local ou regional em conexão com as prioridades politicas do Comité;
• Permitir-lhes a aquisição de experiência profissional;
• Ajudá-los a desenvolver e a pôr em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso educativo ou profissional.

Os estágios destinam-se jovens dos Estados-membros da EU, no entanto é possível a aceitação de candidaturas de países terceiros.

Os candidatos devem

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) concedido à data de encerramento da candidatura ao estágio; 
• Ter conhecimentos profundos de uma das línguas oficiais da UE e conhecimentos satisfatórios de uma das outras línguas de trabalho (inglês e/ou francês);

Estágios de curta duração não remunerados

O Comité da Regiões oferece também estágios de curta duração não remunerados num dos serviços para pessoas cujas actividades profissionais, académicas ou de investigação se relacionem com o trabalho do Comité das Regiões.

A natureza das tarefas a realizar pelos estagiários depende muito da unidade onde for inserido. Existem unidades mais políticas e unidades mais administrativas.

Os candidatos devem:

• Possuir um grau universitário (ou equivalente) obtido após três anos de estudos e deverão demonstrar que precisam de aprofundar os seus conhecimentos sobre o Comité das Regiões por razoes profissionais, académicas ou de investigação
• Pertencer ao quadro de pessoal de uma administração local, regional, nacional que participe num programa de intercâmbio com o Comité das Regiões. Os estudantes podem candidatar-se apenas em caso de pós graduações.
• Ter um bom domínio de uma das principais línguas de trabalho do Comité das Regiões: inglês ou francês

Todas as despesas correm por conta dos beneficiários e a duração máxima para este tipo de estágios são 4 meses.

Deadline: Não existem prazos fixos para estágios não remunerados.

În fiecare an, Comitetul Regiunilor (CoR) oferă un număr limitat de stagii de practică pentru tinerii cetăţeni din statele membre UE sau din statele candidate la UE, prin care aceştia pot câştiga experienţă de muncă într-o instituţie europeană.

Există trei tipuri de stagii: stagii standard, vizite scurte de studiu și stagii pentru funcționari guvernamentali.

Stagii standard

În fiecare an, Comitetul Regiunilor oferă tinerilor absolvenţi un număr limitat de stagii de practică cu o durată de 5 luni. Aceste perioade de stagiu implică experienţă de muncă într-unul dintre serviciile Comitetului Regiunilor şi se derulează între 16 februarie şi 15 iulie (stagiile de primăvară) sau între 16 septembrie şi 15 februarie (stagiile de toamnă).

Scopul organizării stagiilor de practică la CoR este:

• de a oferi o imagine a activităţilor și muncii la CoR, dar și în instituţiile UE în general;
• de a furniza informaţii practice privind modul de lucru al departamentelor sale;
• de a da posibilitatea stagiarilor să lucreze într-un mediu multicultural şi multilingvistic;
• să ofere stagiarilor posibilitatea de a organiza o vizită de studiu la o autoritate locală sau regională europeană, în legătură cu prioritățile politice ale Comitetului;
• să ofere stagiarilor posibilitatea de a-şi dezvolta şi pune în practică cunoştinţele acumulate de-a lungul studiilor sau carierei personale.

Stagiarii sunt selectaţi dintre cetăţenii statelor membre UE. Cu toate acestea, există un număr restrâns de locuri pentru cetăţenii care provin din state nemembre.
Candidaţii trebuie:

• să aibă o diploma de studii universitare (sau o diplomă echivalentă) acordată până la data trimiterii candidaturii;
• să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile oficiale ale UE şi satisfăcător o alta limbă de lucru a UE (franceză sau engleză).

Stagiarii CoR vor primi un grant lunar. Cuantumul acestui grant reprezintă echivalentul a 25% dintr-un salariu al oficialilor AD*5 (primul nivel) la începutul stagiului, pentru o perioada completă de cinci luni.

Perioade în care pot fi trimise candidaturi:

• 1 ianuarie - 31 martie, miezul nopţii, ora Bruxelles-ului, pentru stagiile de toamnă din 16 septembrie până în 15 februarie;
• 1 iulie - 30 septembrie, miezul nopţii, ora Bruxelles-ului, pentru stagiile de primăvară din 16 februarie până în 15 iulie.

Vizite scurte de studiu 
CoR oferă, de asemenea, vizite scurte de studiu, în cadrul unuia dintre serviciile sale, persoanelor ale căror activităţi profesionale, academice sau de cercetare cer familiarizarea cu activităţile şi/sau politicile Comitetului.

Natura sarcinilor ce trebuie îndeplinite de stagiari depinde, în mare măsură, de departamentul în care sunt repartizaţi; în timp ce unele departamente sunt orientate mai mult spre politică, altele au un caracter pur administrativ.

Candidaţii trebuie:

• Să fie cetățeni ai statelor membre UE sau cetățeni ai unui stat candidat la UE (în anumite cazuri, motivate corespunzător, candidații țărilor terțe pot primi în mod exceptional un grant pentru un stagiu din partea secretarului general);
• Să fie absolvenţi de facultate care au cel puțin o diplomă de licență;
• Să poată motiva de ce au nevoie de o cunoaștere mai aprofundată privind activitatea Comitetului Regiunilor din perspectiva activităților profesionale, academice și de cercetare.

Toate cheltuielile pe durata perioadei de studiu urmează să fie asigurate de beneficiari; ei nu primesc subvenţii şi niciun alt fel de sprijin financiar din partea CoR. Durata maximă pentru o vizită scurtă de studiu este de 4 luni, dar poate fi extinsă la 6 luni, în funcţie de resursele disponibile la CoR.
 

Termen limită: Nu există termene limită pentru vizitele scurte de studiu.

Solicitanții trebuie să transmită CV-ul și scrisoarea de motivație la [email protected]. În scrisoare trebuie să precizeze clar care este departamentul în care ar dori să lucreze.

Stagii pentru funcționari guvernamentali

CoR oferă, de asemenea, stagii pentru personalul din cadrul autorităților publice naționale, regionale sau locale din statele membre UE sau statele candidate la UE, inclusiv funcționarii publici înscriși în programe de formare guvernamentală.

Date despre stagii:

• Au o durată cuprinsă între 1 și 4 luni, care poate fi prelungită până la 6 luni, cu permisiunea secretarului general
• Data de începere este convenită cu candidatul
• Normă întreagă/40 de ore
• Loc de muncă în Bruxelles, Belgia
• Neplătite, toate cheltuielile urmează să fie acoperite de participanți sau de autoritatea care îi trimite să urmeze stagiul
• Asigurarea de accidente este acoperită de CoR.

Hay dos tipos de prácticas disponibles: prácticas CoR o de corto plazo, visitas de estudio

Prácticas CDR:
Cada año, el Comité de las Regiones ofrece a los jóvenes graduados universitarios un periodo de prácticas limitado de cinco meses. Dichos períodos de formación implican una experiencia laboral en uno de los servicios de la Comisión de las Regiones, del 16 de febrero hasta el 15 de julio (prácticas de primavera) o del 16 de septiembre hasta el 15 de febrero (prácticas de otoño).

El propósito de la organización de cursillos de formación en el Comité de las Regiones es la siguiente:

proporcionar una experiencia de primera mano del trabajo de la CDR y de las instituciones de la UE en general; para trabajar en un ambiente multicultural y plurilingüe.
para proporcionar conocimientos prácticos del funcionamiento de sus departamentos;
para que los alumnos tengan la oportunidad de organizar una visita de estudio a una autoridad europea local o regional, en conexión con las prioridades  de la política del Comité;
para que los alumnos puedan desarrollar y poner en práctica los conocimientos que han adquirido durante sus estudios o carreras personales.

Los alumnos son seleccionados entre los nacionales de los Estados miembros de la UE. Sin embargo, un número limitado de nacionales de terceros países pueden ser aceptados.

Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario (o un diploma equivalente) en la fecha en la que concluya el plazo de solicitudes;
Tener un conocimiento profundo de una lengua oficial de la Comunidad y un conocimiento satisfactorio de otra lengua de trabajo de la UE (inglés o francés)

Los alumnos del CDR tienen derecho a un subsidio mensual. El importe de la subvención equivale al 25% del salario de los funcionarios EA * 5 (paso 1) durante todo el período de 5 meses. Un suplemento mensual de 100 euros se da a los alumnos casados cuyos cónyuges no tienen un empleo remunerado y para los alumnos que tienen hijos a su cargo (100 euros por mes e hijo). Un subsidio complementario por importe de hasta la mitad de la ayuda mensual se podrá conceder a un alumno discapacitado.

Plazos: Las solicitudes deben ser recibidas antes del 31 de marzo del mismo año (para las prácticas de otoño) o 30 de septiembre del año anterior (para las prácticas de primavera).

Los periodos cortos de visitas de estudio.
El CDR también ofrece periodos cortos de visitas de estudio, dentro de uno de sus servicios, a las personas cuya actividad profesional, académica o de investigación requiera que se familiaricen con el funcionamiento práctico o las políticas de la Comisión. La naturaleza de las tareas a cumplir por los alumnos depende en gran medida de la unidad a la que están asignados, mientras que algunas unidades son más políticas, otras son más administrativas.

Los candidatos deberán:
Tener un título universitario.

Ser capaces de mostrar que necesitan profundizar en el conocimiento que tienen del Comité de las Regiones por razones profesionales, académicos o de investigación.

Todos los gastos durante el período de estudio deben ser cubiertos por los beneficiarios: no reciben ninguna subvención, ni ningún otro tipo de apoyo financiero del Comité de las Regiones. La duración máxima de un período de prácticas no remuneradas es de 4 meses, pero puede ser ampliado a seis meses dependiendo de los recursos disponibles del CDR.

Each year, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) provides a limited number of internships for young citizens, from Europe and elsewhere, offering them the opportunity to acquire work experience in a European institution. There are two different types of traineeships.

CoR traineeship

Each year, the CoR offers young university graduates a limited number of five-month traineeships. These training periods involve work experience in one of the Committee of the Regions' services, and run from 16 February until 15 July (spring traineeships) or from 16 September until 15 February (autumn traineeships).

The purpose of the organisation of traineeships in the CoR is:

• to provide a first-hand experience of the workings of the CoR and of the EU institutions in general;
• to provide practical knowledge of the working of its departments;
• to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
• to enable trainees to have the opportunity to organise a study visit to a European local or regional authority, in connection with the Committee’s political priorities;
• to enable trainees to develop and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their studies or personal careers.

Trainees are selected from nationals of the EU Member States. However a limited number of nationals of non-member countries may be accepted.

Eligibility

• either hold a university degree (or an equivalent diploma) awarded by the closing date for applications;
• have a thorough knowledge of one official Community language and a satisfactory knowledge of one other EU-working language (French or English).

Remuneration

CoR-trainees are entitled to a monthly grant. The amount of the grant is equivalent to 25% of the salary of AD*5 officials (step 1) at the start of the traineeship for the full 5-month period. A monthly supplement of EUR 100 is given to married trainees whose spouses are not gainfully employed and to trainees who have dependent children (€100, 00/child/month). A supplementary grant amounting to up to half of the monthly grant may be granted to a handicapped trainee.

Deadlines

- 31 March, midnight, Brussels local time, of the same year (for autumn traineeships 16 September - 15 February);
- 30 September, midnight, Brussels local time, of previous year (for spring traineeships 16 February - 15 July).

Short-term study visits

The CoR also offers short-term study visits within one of its services to persons whose professional, academic or research activities indicate that they would familiarise with the Committee's practical workings and/or policies. The nature of the tasks to be fulfilled by trainees depends largely on the unit to which they are assigned; while some units are more political, others are more administrative.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• either hold at least a Bachelor's degree;
• be able to show that he/she needs to deepen his/her knowledge of the Committee of the Regions for reasons related to professional, academic or research activities.

Expenses

All expenses during the study period are to be covered by the beneficiaries: they receive no grant, nor any other financial support from the CoR. The maximum duration forshort-term study visit is 4 months, but it may be extended to 6 months depending on the resources available at the CoR.

Deadline

There are no fixed deadlines for unpaid study periods. Applications should be sent by post to the Traineeship Office.

Eurodyssey is a traineeship programme between European Regions. It allows young people aged 18-30 to benefit from a three to seven months paid vocational training course in a foreign business.

The aim of the programme is to allow young people to gain work experience while improving their knowledge of a foreign language.

Language training: the vast majority of Regions have set up a language course on the arrival of the trainees. This can be intensive and take place over three or four weeks before the practical placement in the business or can be spread over a longer period, in parallel with the practical training.

Practical traineeship: during this period carried out in the business, the beneficiary occupies a position defined before the start of the placement. He/she is subject to the timetable and rules of the receiving body.

No special qualifications are required, and applications received are matched to the requirements of the businesses. All expenses are paid. Trainees will either receive a grant from the host region or a wage by the firm depending on how the Eurodyssey programme is run in the region concerned. Equally, trainees are covered by the social security system of the host Region.

Target groups are job seekers, young graduates, and young people aged 18-30. Those eligible to participate must be from an AER region (Assembly of European Regions) which both sends out and undertakes to accept trainees.

Eurodyssée est un programme de stages entre régions européennes. Il permet à des jeunes de 18 à 30 ans de bénéficier d'une formation professionnelle rémunérée de trois à sept mois dans une entreprise étrangère.

L'objectif de ce programme est de permettre aux jeunes d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle tout en améliorant leur connaissance d'une langue étrangère.

Formation linguistique : la grande majorité des Régions ont mis en place un cours de langue à l'arrivée des stagiaires. Celui-ci peut être intensif et se dérouler sur trois ou quatre semaines avant le stage pratique en entreprise ou s'étaler sur une période plus longue, en parallèle de la formation pratique.

Stage pratique : pendant cette période effectuée en entreprise, le bénéficiaire occupe un poste défini avant le début du stage. Il est soumis au calendrier et aux règles de l'organisme d'accueil.

Aucune qualification particulière n'est requise, les candidatures reçues sont adaptées aux besoins des entreprises. Tous les frais sont pris en charge. Les stagiaires reçoivent soit une bourse de la région d'accueil, soit un salaire versé par l'entreprise, selon la manière dont le programme Eurodyssée est géré dans la région concernée. De même, les stagiaires sont couverts par le système de sécurité sociale de la région d'accueil.

EURODYSSEY ist ein Austauschprogramm zwischen Europäischen Regionen. Es ermöglicht jungen Menschen von 18 bis 30 von einem 3- bis 7-monatigen, bezahlten, berufsbildenden Lehrgang in einem ausländischen Unternehmen zu profitieren. Das Ziel des Programms ist, jungen Menschen die Chance zu geben, Arbeitserfahrungen zu sammeln und gleichzeitig ihre Fremdsprachenkenntnisse zu verbessern.

Sprachenerwerb: Der Großteil der teilnehmenden Regionen bieten einen Sprachkurs ab Ankunft der PraktikantInnen an. Dies kann ein Intensivkurs sein und drei bis vier Wochen vor Beginn des Praktikums stattfinden oder über einen längeren Zeitraum parallel zum Praktikum angelegt sein.

Praktikum: Während dieses Zeitraums in einem Unternehmen bekommt der/die Begünstigte eine im Vorfeld festgelegte Position. Er/sie muss sich an den Zeitplan und die Regeln des aufnehmenden Unternehmens halten.

Besondere Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, eingegangene Bewerbungen werden nach den Bedürfnissen der Unternehmen zugeteilt. Sämtliche Unkosten werden übernommen. PraktikantInnen bekommen entweder ein Stipendium von der gastgebenden Region oder werden von der Firma bezahlt, je nachdem, wie das Eurodyssey Programm in der entsprechenden Region ausgelegt ist. Die PraktikantInnen werden auch vom Sozialversicherungssystem der gastgebenden Region abgedeckt.

Zielgruppe:
Arbeitssuchende, junge HochschulabsolventInnen und junge Menschen von 18 bis 30.

Το EURODYSSEE είναι ένα πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής ανάμεσα σε ευρωπαϊκές περιφέρειες. Προσφέρει την ευκαιρία σε νέους ηλικίας 18 - 30 ετών να παρακολουθήσουν ένα τμήμα αμειβόμενης επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης τρίμηνης έως επτάμηνης διάρκειας σε κάποια επιχείρηση που βρίσκεται στο εξωτερικό. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να βοηθήσει τους νέους να αποκτήσουν εργασιακή πείρα και παράλληλα να βελτιώσουν τις γνώσεις τους σε μία ξένη γλώσσα.

Γλωσσική κατάρτιση: η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των περιφερειών παρέχει τμήματα γλωσσικής κατάρτισης κατά την άφιξη των εκπαιδευόμενων. Αυτά μπορεί να είναι εντατικά και να λαμβάνουν χώρα πριν την τοποθέτηση του εκπαιδευόμενου για πρακτική στην επιχείρηση για διάστημα περισσότερο από τρεις έως τέσσερις εβδομάδες ή μπορούν να έχουν μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια και να υλοποιούνται παράλληλα με την πρακτική άσκηση.

Πρακτική άσκηση: κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου που πραγματοποιείται σε επιχειρήσεις, ο δικαιούχος κατέχει μια θέση που καθορίστηκε πριν από την έναρξη της πρακτικής και είναι υποχρεωμένος να συμμορφώνεται με το πρόγραμμα και τους κανόνες του φορέα υποδοχής.

Δεν απαιτούνται συγκεκριμένα προσόντα· οι αιτήσεις κρίνονται με βάση τις απαιτήσεις των επιχειρήσεων. Όλες οι δαπάνες είναι πληρωμένες. Az Eurodyssée program egy, az európai régiók közötti gyakornoki program. A program 18 és 30 év közötti fiatalok számára teremt lehetõséget egy 3-7 hónapig tartó fizetett szakmai képzésre egy külföldi vállalkozásban. A program célja, hogy a fiatalok munkatapasztalatra tegyenek szert, miközben idegennyelvi tudásukat is fejlesztik.

Language training: the vast majority of Regions have set up a language course on the arrival of the trainees. This can be intensive and take place over three or four weeks before the practical placement in the business or can be spread over a longer period, in parallel with the practical training.

Practical traineeship: during this period carried out in the business, the beneficiary occupies a position defined before the start of the placement. He/she is subject to the timetable and rules of the receiving body.

No special qualifications are required, and applications received are matched to the requirements of the businesses. All expenses are paid. Trainees will either receive a grant from the host region or a wage by the firm depending on how the Eurodyssey programme is run in the region concerned. Equally, trainees are covered by the social security system of the host Region.

Target groups are job seekers, young graduates, and young people aged 18-30. Those eligible to participate must be from an AER region (Assembly of European Regions) which both sends out and undertakes to accept trainees.

Eurodyssey è un programma di tirocinio tra regioni europee e offre la possibilità a giovani di età compresa tra i 18 ed i 30 anni di beneficiare di un corso di formazione retribuito presso un'impresa straniera, della durata dai 3 ai 7 mesi. Lo scopo del programma è di permettere ai giovani di fare un'esperienza lavorativa e contemporaneamente di migliorare la conoscenza di una lingua straniera.

Formazione linguistica: la vasta maggioranza delle Regioni prevede un corso di lingue per l'arrivo dei tirocinanti. Il corso può essere intensivo, con una durata dalle tre alle quattro settimane prima dell'inizio del periodo di lavoro, oppure può essere distribuito lungo un periodo più ampio, in contemporanea al tirocinio pratico.

Tirocinio: durante questo periodo, il candidato occupa la posizione definita prima dell'inizio del tirocinio e segue gli orari e le norme stabilite dalla struttura di accoglienza.

Non sono richiesti requisiti specifici; le domande pervenute vengono abbinate alle necessità delle aziende. Tutte le spese sono coperte dal programma.

I tirocinanti ricevono un contributo dalla regione ospitante o un salario dall'impresa a seconda di come viene gestito il programma Eurodyssey nella regione interessata. Allo stesso modo i tirocinanti sono coperti dal sistema di previdenza sociale previsto nella regione ospitante.

I partecipanti devono provenire da una regione ARE (Assemblea delle Regioni d'Europa), coinvolta in attività sia di invio che di accoglienza dei tirocinanti. I destinatari sono: giovani in cerca di occupazione, giovani laureati, giovani tra i 18 e i 30 anni.

Eurodyssey is een uitwisselingsprogramma tussen de Europese regio's. Jongeren tussen de 18 en 30 jaar kunnen gedurende een periode van 3 tot 7 maanden een betaalde beroepscursus in een buitenlandse onderneming volgen.

Het doel van dit programma is om jongeren werkervaring op te laten doen, terwijl zij tegelijk hun talenkennis verbeteren. Er zijn verder geen bijzondere vereisten. O Eurodisseia é um programa de estágios entre regiões europeias. Permite que jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos beneficiem de um curso de formação profissional remunerado de três a sete meses numa empresa estrangeira.

O objetivo do programa é permitir que os jovens adquiram experiência de trabalho ao mesmo tempo que melhoram os seus conhecimentos de uma língua estrangeira.

Formação linguística: a grande maioria das regiões organizou um curso de línguas aquando da chegada dos estagiários. Este curso pode ser intensivo e decorrer durante três ou quatro semanas antes da colocação prática na empresa ou pode ser alargado a um período mais longo, em paralelo com a formação prática.

Estágio prático: durante este período efetuado na empresa, o beneficiário ocupa uma posição definida antes do início do estágio. Está sujeito ao calendário e às regras da entidade de acolhimento.

Não são exigidas qualificações especiais e as candidaturas recebidas são adaptadas às necessidades das empresas. Todas as despesas são pagas. Os estagiários receberão uma bolsa da região de acolhimento ou um salário da empresa, consoante a forma como o programa Eurodisseia é gerido na região em causa. Os estagiários estão igualmente cobertos pelo sistema de segurança social da região de acolhimento.

Os grupos-alvo são os candidatos a emprego, os jovens licenciados e os jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 30 anos. As pessoas elegíveis para participar devem ser oriundas de uma região AER (Assembleia das Regiões da Europa) que envia e se compromete a receber estagiários.

Eurodyssée este un program de stagii de practică între regiunile europene. Acesta oferă posibilitatea tinerilor între 18-30 de ani să beneficieze de cursuri de formare profesională plătite, cu durata cuprinsă între 3-7 luni, într-un mediu de afaceri european. Scopul programului este de a permite tinerilor să câştige experienţă de muncă concomitent cu îmbunătăţirea cunoştinţelor de limbi străine.

Formare lingvistică: majoritatea regiunilor asigură un curs de limbă la sosirea stagiarilor. Acesta poate fi intensiv şi să aibă loc cu trei sau patru săptămâni înainte de plasament sau se poate derula pe o perioadă mai lungă, în paralel cu formarea practică.

Stagiu de practică: beneficiarul ocupă un post de stagiar definit înainte de începerea stagiului. Stagiarul/a va respecta programul şi regulile instituţiei gazdă.

Nu este necesară o calificare specială, aplicaţiile primite sunt selecţionate în funcţie de cerinţele mediului de afaceri. Toate cheltuielile sunt acoperite. Stagiarii vor primi fie o bursă de la regiunea gazdă, fie un salariu de la firma respectivă, în funcţie de cum se desfăşoară programul Eurodyssey în regiunea respectivă. De asemenea, stagiarii vor beneficia de sistemul de asigurări sociale al regiunii gazdă.

Grupurile ţintă sunt reprezentate de cei care se află în căutarea unui loc de muncă, tineri absolvenţi, tineri între 18-30 ani. Candidaţii eligibili trebuie să facă parte dintr-o regiune AER (Adunarea Regiunilor Europene) care trimite şi, în acelaşi timp, se obligă să accepte stagiari.

EURODYSSEY je program izmenjav med evropskimi regijami, ki mladim starim od 18 do 30 let omogoča, da se od 3 do 7 mesecev udeležijo poklicnega usposabljanja v tujem podjetju. Namen programa je omogočiti mladim pridobitev delovnih izkušenj in izboljšanje znanja tujega jezika.

Prijavitelji ne potrebujejo nobenih posebnih kvalifikacij. Prejete prijavnice kandidatov bodo povezane z ustreznimi ponudbami podjetij. Vsi stroški so plačani. Stažisti prejmejo dotacijo s strani gostiteljske regije oziroma prejemajo plačo s strani podjetja. Način plačila je odvisen od načina vodenja programa Eurodyssey v regiji. Stažisti so tudi zavarovani po sistemu socialnega varstva gostiteljske regije.

Ciljne skupine so mladi stari od 18 do 30 let, iskalci zaposlitve in mladi, ki so diplomirali. Kandidati morajo prihajati iz regije vključene v Združenje Evropskih regij (Assembly of European Regions), ki lahko pošiljajo in gostijo stažiste.

EURODISEA es un programa de intercambio entre las distintas regiones de la Unión Europea destinado a jóvenes entre 18 y 30 años que deseen disfrutar entre 3 y 7 meses de prácticas vocacionales remuneradas. El programa consta de una parte de formación y otra parte de prácticas.

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) is an advisory body that gives Europe's economic and social partners (i.e. employers, trade unions, representatives of small businesses, farmers' associations, consumers, etc.) the chance to issue their formal opinion on EU policies. 

Twice a year the EESC organises in-service training periods of long (five months) and short duration (one to three months).

The main aims of the in-service training are:

to conclude and apply knowledge acquired by the trainee during his/her studies or work;

to provide the trainee with practical understanding of the working of the EESC's various departments;

to enable the trainees to gain experience through contacts established in day-to-day work.

The different types of traineeship offered by the EESC are:

I. Long traineeships

Candidates are university graduates and have a diploma by the application's closing date. Candidates are nationals of the Member States of the European Union. However, a limited number of nationals of non-Member States may also be accepted. They must have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language, one of which must be English or French. 

Long traineeships last for five months and are arranged twice a year: from 16 February to 15 July (spring session) and from 16 September to 15 February (autumn session).

Trainees receive a monthly grant of 1.476,34 EUR. Trainees who are already paid, may not receive any financial contribution.

Application periods:

- 1st  July - 30th September (Spring traineeship Feb-July)

- 3rd January - 31st March  (Autumn traineeship Sep-Feb)

II. Short traineeships will be opening soon.

These traineeships take place at any time of the year, except July and August and they last for a period of one or three months.

Candidates are university students who are studying at a university or a higher education establishment for whom such a traineeship is compulsory for the completion of their studies.

Candidates have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language, one of which must be English or French. Trainees receive a monthly grant that corresponds to 50% of the monthly amount granted to long-term trainees.

Den ˜konomiske og Sociale Komité (EESC) organiserer praktikophold hvis formål er:
- At opnå yderligere viden udover den viden, der allerede er opnået gennem studier eller arbejde.
- At give praktikanten en praktisk viden om EESCs arbejde og forskellige afdelinger.
- At give praktikanterne mulighed for at få erfaringer med det daglige arbejde på EESC.

Kandidater til praktikophold er universitetsstuderende med minimum en bachelorgrad, der har opnået viden om et område under EESC i løbet af deres studier eller på anden vis: fx. skrevet en afhandling, forskning, praktik i et EU-organ.
Praktikophold varer 5 måneder og opstarter to gange årligt: 16. februar og 16. september.

Der Wirtschafts- und Sozialausschuss (Economic and Social Committee - ESC)  ist ein beratendes Gremium, das Europas wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Partnern (d.h. Arbeitgebern, Gewerkschaftsverbänden, Vertretern von mittelständischen Unternehmen, Landwirtschaftverbänden, Verbrauchern, usw.) die Chance gibt, formal ihre Meinung über EU Politiken zu vertreten.
Zweimal im Jahr organisiert der ESC berufsbegleitende Praktika von langer (fünf Monate) und kurzer Dauer (ein bis drei Monate).

Die Hauptziele der berufsbegleitenden Fortbildung sind
- Abschluss und Anwendung der vom Praktikanten während seines Studiums oder seiner Arbeit erworbenen Kenntnisse;
- dem Praktikanten praktische Kenntnisse über die Arbeit der verschiedenen Abteilungen des ESC zu vermitteln;
- den Praktikanten die Möglichkeit zu geben, Erfahrungen durch Kontakte in der täglichen Arbeit zu sammeln.

Die verschiedenen Arten von Praktika, die der EESC anbietet, sind:

I. Lange Praktika
Die Kandidaten sind Hochschulabsolventen. Die Kandidaten müssen über umfassende Kenntnisse in einer EU-Sprache und zufriedenstellende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Sprache verfügen, von denen eine Englisch oder Französisch sein muss. Von Bewerbern aus Nichtmitgliedstaaten werden nur umfassende Kenntnisse in Englisch oder Französisch verlangt.
Lange Praktika dauern fünf Monate und werden zweimal pro Jahr durchgeführt: vom 16. Februar bis zum 15. Juli (Frühjahrspraktikum) und vom 16. September bis 15. Feburar (Herbstpraktikum). Praktikanten erhalten ein monatliches Stipendium in Höhe von 1.220,78 EUR. Praktikanten, die bereits bezahlt werden, können keinen finanziellen Beitrag erhalten.

II. Kurze Praktika
Kandidaten sind Studenten, die im Laufe ihres Studiums eine ein- bis dreimonatige berufsbegleitende Ausbildung absolvieren, um ihren Universitätsabschluss zu vervollständigen, oder kürzliche Absolventen.
Die Kandidaten verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in einer EU-Sprache und zufriedenstellende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren EU-Sprache, von denen eine Englisch oder Französisch sein muss. Von Bewerbern aus Nichtmitgliedstaaten werden nur gute Englisch- oder Französischkenntnisse verlangt.
Kurzfristige, unbezahlte Praktika können zu jeder Zeit des Jahres stattfinden.

Candidates are university students who are studying at a university or a higher education establishment for whom such a traineeship is compulsory for the completion of their studies.

Candidates have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language, one of which must be English or French. Trainees receive a monthly grant that corresponds to 50% of the monthly amount granted to long-term trainees.

Il Comitato Europeo Economico e Sociale (EESC) organizza tirocini di lunga (cinque mesi) e breve durata (da uno a tre mesi).

L'EESC è un ente che opera nel settore della consulenza per offrire ai partner economici e sociali dell'Europa (ad es. datori di lavoro, sindacati, rappresentanti di piccole imprese, associazioni di agricoltori, consumatori, etc.) la possibilità di esprimere formalmente la loro opinione sulle politiche dell'Unione Europea.

Gli obiettivi principali del tirocinio sono i seguenti:
- completare ed applicare concretamente le conoscenze acquisite dal tirocinante durante il corso di studio/lavoro;
- fornire al tirocinante una conoscenza pratica del lavoro svolto nei vari settori dell'EESC;
- permettere al tirocinante di acquisire esperienza attraverso i numerosi contatti che si stabiliscono durante il lavoro quotidiano.

1. TIROCINI DI LUNGA DURATA
I candidati devono essere in possesso di un diploma di laurea ed avere approfondito la conoscenza di uno dei settori di attività dell'ESC durante il loro corso di studi o in qualsiasi altro modo: tesi di laurea, ricerca, altri periodi di formazione europea, etc. I candidati devono essere in possesso della conoscenza approfondita di una lingua comunitaria e della conoscenza sufficiente di un'altra lingua della Comunità (per i candidati di un paese non-membro è richiesta la buona conoscenza dell'inglese o del francese).
Il tirocinio ha una durata di cinque mesi. 
I tirocinanti inoccupati potranno ricevere un sussidio mensile. I tirocinanti già retribuiti non riceveranno alcun contributo finanziario. I tirocinanti ricevono una sovvenzione mensile di 1.282, 75 euro. 

2. TIROCINI DI BREVE DURATA
I candidati sono studenti universitari che fanno l'esperienza di un periodo di tirocinio da uno a tre mesi durante il loro corso di studi, per completare la loro carriera universitaria, o laureati di recente. I candidati devono possedere conoscenza approfondita di una delle lingue UE e una conoscenza soddisfacente di un'altra lingua UE. I candidati da paesi non UE possono avere conoscenza approfondita solo dell'inglese o del francese. I tirocini brevi, non retribuiti, si possono svolgere in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno.

Scadenze:
- 30 settembre (sessione primaverile Febbraio-Luglio).
- 31 marzo (sessione autunnale Settembre-Febbraio). 

I tirocini di breve durata sono attualmente in fase di revisione. Di conseguenza, l'offerta di tirocini a breve termine presso l'EESC è stata temporaneamente sospesa.

Comitetul Economic şi Social European (CESE) este o instituţie consultativă ce oferă partenerilor economici şi sociali ai Europei (de ex. angajatori, sindicate, reprezentanţi ai întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii, asociaţii de fermieri, consumatori etc.) şansa de a-şi exprima părerile formale legate de politicile UE.

De două ori pe an, CESE organizează stagii de practică pe perioadă lungă (5 luni) şi scurtă (între 1 lună şi 3 luni).

Obiectivele principale ale stagiului de practică sunt următoarele:

• să ajute stagiarul să pună în practică cunoştinţele acumulate pe durata studiilor sau la locul de muncă;
• să furnizeze stagiarului cunoştinţe practice despre modul în care funcţionează diferitele departamente ale Comitetului Economic şi Social European;
• să dea posibilitatea stagiarilor de a dobândi experienţă prin intermediul contactelor stabilite în cadrul activităţii zilnice.

Tipuri de stagii oferite de CESE:

I. Stagii de practică de lungă durată

Candidaţii sunt absolvenţi de facultate. Candidații trebuie să cunoască foarte bine una dintre limbile UE, să aibă un nivel satisfăcător de cunoaștere al unei alte limbi UE, care trebuie să fie engleză sau franceză.

Stagiile de practică de lungă durată durează 5 luni şi se organizează de două ori pe an: în perioada 16 februarie - 15 iulie (stagiul de practică de primăvară) şi în perioada 16 septembrie - 15 februarie (stagiul de practică de toamnă).

Stagiarii primesc un grant lunar de 1.363,26 euro. Stagiarii care sunt deja plătiţi, nu vor primi nicio contribuţie financiară.

Perioadele de depunere a cererilor:

• 1 iulie - 30 septembrie (stagiu de primăvară februarie-iulie)
• 3 ianuarie - 31 martie (stagiu de toamnă, septembrie-februarie)

II. Stagii de practică de scurtă durată

Aceste stagii au loc în orice perioadă a anului, cu excepția lunilor iulie și august, și durează una sau trei luni.

Candidații trebuie să fie studenți care studiază la o universitate sau la o instituție de învățământ superior și pentru care un astfel de stagiu este obligatoriu pentru a-și finaliza studiile.

Candidații au o cunoaștere temeinică a unei limbi UE și o cunoaștere satisfăcătoare a unei alte limbi UE, dintre care una trebuie să fie engleza sau franceza. Stagiarii primesc o subvenție lunară care corespunde la 50% din suma lunară acordată stagiarilor pe termen lung.

El Comité Económico y Social (CES) es un órgano consultivo que da a los interlocutores económicos y sociales de Europa (es decir, los empleadores, sindicatos, representantes de las pequeñas empresas, asociaciones de agricultores, consumidores, etc.) la oportunidad de emitir su dictamen formal sobre las políticas de la UE.

El CES organiza  períodos de formación de larga duración (cinco meses) y de corta duración (de uno a tres meses). El principal objetivo de la formación es:

- concluir y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos por el alumno durante sus estudios o su trabajo;

- proporcionar al alumno de el conocimiento práctico del funcionamiento de los distintos departamentos del CES;

-permitir a los alumnos adquirir experiencia a través de contactos establecidos en el trabajo del día a día.

Las principales áreas de interés para el CES son:

Trabajo Consultivo: agricultura, desarrollo rural y medio ambiente, unión económica y monetaria, cohesión económica y social, empleo, asuntos sociales y ciudadanía, relaciones exteriores, mercado único, producción y consumo, transporte, energía, infraestructura y sociedad de la información

Otras áreas: Presidencia y grupos ("empleadores", "trabajadores" y "Actividades Diversas"), relaciones con los organismos socio-laborales, dirección de asuntos generales, recursos humanos y financieros, traducción, tecnología de la información y telecomunicaciones.

I. Prácticas de larga duración:
Los candidatos son graduados universitarios que han adquirido el conocimiento de una de las áreas del CES en el curso de sus estudios o de alguna otra manera: la tesis, es decir, la investigación, otras formaciones europeas, etc. Los candidatos deben ser menores de 30 años y tener un profundo conocimiento de una lengua de la UE y un conocimiento satisfactorio de una segunda lengua de la UE. Los candidatos de países no miembros están obligados a tener sólo un conocimiento profundo de una lengua de la UE.

Las prácticas de larga duración se desarrolla en cinco meses y se dispone de dos periodos al año: a partir de febrero, del 16 al julio de 15 (formación de primavera) y del 16 septiembre al 15 febrero (formación de otoño).

Los alumnos desempleados podrán recibir mensualmente una subvención. Los becarios que ya están remunerados, no recibirán una contribución financiera.

II. Prácticas de corta duración.
Los candidatos son estudiantes universitarios que llevan a cabo la formación en un servicio de uno a tres meses en el curso de sus estudios para completar su grado universitario o también son estudiantes recién graduados. No hay límite de edad. Los candidatos deben tener un profundo conocimiento de una lengua de la UE y un conocimiento satisfactorio de una segunda lengua de la UE. Los candidatos de países no miembros están obligados a tener sólo un conocimiento profundo de una lengua de la UE. Las prácticas de corta duración no remuneradas pueden desarrollarse en cualquier época del año.

Plazos:

30 de septiembre a las 12 horas de Bruselas. (Prácticas de febrero a julio).

The Economic and Social Committee (ESC) is an advisory body that gives Europe's economic and social partners (i.e. employers, trade unions, representatives of small businesses, farmers' associations, consumers, etc.) the chance to issue their formal opinion on EU policies. Twice a year the ESC organises in-service training periods of long (five months) and short duration (one to three months).

About the traineeship

The main aims of the in-service training are:

• to conclude and apply knowledge acquired by the trainee during his/her studies or work;
• to provide the trainee with practical knowledge of the working of the ESC's various departments;
• to enable the trainees to gain experience through contacts established in day-to-day work.

Types of traineeships

I. Long traineeships

Европейският център за съвременни езици (ECML) набира стажанти два пъти годишно за платен учебен стаж с продължителност от шест месеца.

Основната роля на ECML, който е орган на Съвета на Европа, е да подпомага прилагането на езиковите политики и насърчаването на новаторски подходи към изучаването и преподаването на съвременни езици. Обучаемите стажанти ще отговарят за конкретни задачи в конкретна област. За целта се предлагат четири специализирани области, съответстващи на четири различни вида стажове:

Уеб сайт специализация. Обучаемият ще подпомага уеб администратора в ежедневната му работа и ще участва в разработването на уеб сайта на ECML, като отговаря за проследяването на задачите и като проверява точността и актуализирането на информацията. Тази област на работа ще позволи на стажанта да участва в непрекъснатото развитие на различните сайтове.

Програмата и логистичната специализация. Обучаемият ще подпомага програмния асистент и програмния секретар, поддържащи връзка с координаторите за определяне на практически действия, свързване с участниците в семинара и изпращане на всички видове документи, подпомагане на екипите и участниците по време на семинари и срещи, с цел успешна реализация на работните задачи.

Документална специализация. Обучаемият ще помага двама специалисти по документооборота на ECML и следва да бъде специалист в областта на библиотечните/документационните/информационните науки. Стажантът ще бъде част от екипа на Документационно-ресурсния център и ще участва в индексирането на нови ресурси и изготвянето на документални продукти, както и в ежедневните дейности, свързани с документацията.

Специализация по финанси и обща администрация. Обучаемият ще помага при разработването на базата данни, свързана със съществуващата база данни за пощенски съобщения и при внедряването на Windream (Софтуер за управление на документи), по-специално – разработването на ръководство за обучение. Стажантът ще участва в процеса на подготовка на финансова документация; при фотокопиране/сканиране, класифициране според бюджетна статия, регистриране на пощенски пратки, подготовка на пощенски пратки до Страсбург; корекции в базата данни за пощенски пратки на ECML; въвеждане на банкови данни в базата данни на ECML и подготовка на документация за семинара, свързана с предплатени билети, хотел формуляри за резервации.

И при четирите вида стаж обучаемият трябва да демонстрира екипен дух, гъвкавост и интерес към дейностите на ECML.

Кой може да кандидатства. Вашата кандидатура ще бъде разгледана само ако сте от или живеете в Република България.

Месечна издръжка в размер на 720 евро. ECML не покрива пътните разходи от родната страна на стажанта до и от Грац. Удръжка от приблизително 20 евро се прави всеки календарен месец от издръжката на стажанта за покриване на разходите за застраховка по време на престоя.

Le Centre européen pour les langues vivantes (CELV) recrute des stagiaires deux fois par an pour une période de formation rémunérée de 6 mois.

Le rôle principal du CELV, qui est un organe du Conseil de l'Europe, est de servir en général la mise en œuvre des politiques linguistiques et la promotion d'approches innovantes dans l'apprentissage et l'enseignement des langues vivantes.

Quatre domaines de spécialisation sont proposés, correspondant à quatre types de stages différents :

• La spécialisation en sites web
• La spécialisation en programmes et logistique
• Spécialisation en documentation
• Spécialisation en finances et administration générale

Qui peut s'inscrire ?

• Citoyens ou résidents de l'un des États membres (voir la liste des États membres).
• Être titulaire d'une licence (ou équivalent)
• Avoir une bonne maîtrise d'au moins une des langues de travail du Conseil de l'Europe (anglais ou français). La connaissance des deux langues est un avantage et peut faire la différence pour être sélectionné.

Conditions

• Une indemnité mensuelle de subsistance de 720 euros est accordée.

Die Hauptaufgabe des ECML, einer Institution des Europarates, liegt in der grundsätzlichen Unterstützung von Sprachpolitik und der Förderung von innovativen Ansätzen im Lernen und Lehren von Sprachen.

Die Praktikanten werden für konkrete Aufgaben in einem bestimmten Bereich verantwortlich sein. Zu diesem Zweck werden vier Fachbereiche vorgeschlagen, die vier verschiedenen Arten von Praktika entsprechen:

Fachrichtung: Website
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Webmaster bei seiner/ihrer täglichen Arbeit und beteiligt sich an der Entwicklung der Website des ECML, indem er/sie für das Follow-up der Aufgaben und die Überprüfung der Genauigkeit und Aktualisierung der Informationen verantwortlich ist. Dieser Arbeitsbereich wird dem Praktikanten ermöglichen, an der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung der verschiedenen Websites teilzunehmen.

Fachrichtung: Programm und Logistik
Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt den Programmassistenten/die Programmassistentin und den Programmsekretär/die Programmsekretärin, indem er/sie mit den Koordinatoren in Verbindung steht, um praktische Details festzulegen, Kontakt mit den Workshopteilnehmern/Teilnehmerinnen aufnimmt und ihnen alle Arten von Dokumenten schickt, die Teams und Teilnehmer/Teilnehmerinnen während der Workshops und Treffen unterstützt, damit alles reibungslos abläuft.

Fachrichtung: Dokumentation
Der/die Praktikant/in wird die beiden Dokumentalisten des ECML unterstützen und sollte im Bereich Bibliotheks-/Dokumentations-/Informationswissenschaften spezialisiert sein. Er/sie wird Teil des Teams des Dokumentations- und Ressourcenzentrums sein und an der Indexierung neuer Ressourcen und der Vorbereitung dokumentarischer Produkte sowie an den täglichen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Dokumentation teilnehmen.

 
Fachrichtung: Finanzen und allgemeine Verwaltung
-Der/die Praktikant/in wird bei der Entwicklung der Datenbank, die mit der bestehenden Mailing-Datenbank verknüpft ist, und bei der Implementierung von Windream (Dokumentenverwaltungssoftware), insbesondere bei der Entwicklung eines Schulungsleitfadens, mitwirken; er/sie wird am Prozess der Finanzdokumentation beteiligt sein; beim Fotokopieren/Scannen, bei der Klassifizierung nach Haushaltsartikeln, bei der Registrierung von Mailings, bei der Vorbereitung des Mailings nach Straßburg; bei Korrekturen an der Mailing-Datenbank des ECML; bei der Eingabe von Bankdaten in die Datenbank des ECML und bei der Vorbereitung der Workshop-Dokumentation in Bezug auf im Voraus bezahlte Tickets und Hotelreservierungsformulare.

In allen vier Fällen sollte der Praktikant Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Interesse an den Aktivitäten des ECML zeigen.

Wer kann sich bewerben
Ihr Antrag wird nur berücksichtigt, wenn Sie aus einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten kommen oder in einem unserer Mitgliedsstaaten leben (siehe Liste der Mitgliedsstaaten).

Ein monatliches Tagegeld von 720 EUR.
Das ECML leistet keinen Beitrag zu den Reisekosten vom Heimatland des Praktikanten nach und von Graz.

The trainees will be responsible for precise tasks in a specific field. In order to do so, four specialist areas are proposed corresponding to four different types of traineeships:

Il Centro Europeo di Lingue Moderne accoglie tirocinanti due volte all'anno per un periodo di alcuni mesi. Il ruolo principale dell'ECML, struttura del Consiglio d'Europa, è di favorire l'implementazione delle politiche a favore delle lingue e la promozione di approcci innovativi nell'apprendimento e l'insegnamento delle lingue moderne.

I tirocinanti porteranno a termine alcuni incarichi in un campo specifico. A tale scopo vengono proposte quattro aree specialistiche che corrispondono a quattro diversi tipi di tirocinio:

Specializzazione riguardante il sito web: il tirocinante parteciperà allo sviluppo del sito web dell'ECML e sarà responsabile del controllo circa l'accuratezza e l'aggiornamento delle informazioni. Questo settore del lavoro permetterà al tirocinante di partecipare allo sviluppo dei diversi siti.

Specializzazione nel programma e la logistica: il tirocinante affiancherà l'assistene al programma e il segretario del programma, curando con i coordinatori il tipo di documenti, contattando i partecipanti dei workshop ed inviando tutti i tipi di documentazione, assistendo lo staff e i partecipanti durante i workshop e gli incontri.

Specializzazione nella documentazione: il tirocinante assisterà i due documentalisti dell'ECML e dovrà essere specializzato nel settore delle scienze librarie/della documentazione/ dell'informazione. Farà parte dello staff del Centro Risorse e parteciperà all'indicizzazione delle nuove risorse e la preparazione di prodotti documentali, nonché nelle attività quotidiane legate alla documentazione.

Specializzazione in finanza e amministrazione generale - Amministrazione: il tirocinante presterà assistenza nello sviluppo del database legato al database di posta già in uso e all'implementazione del Windream (Document Management Software), in particolare lo sviluppo di una guida per la formazione. Il tirocinante verrà coinvolto nel processo della documentazione finanziaria; nella fotocopiatura/scanning, classificazione secondo l'articolo di bilancio, registrazione della posta; correzioni al database di posta dell'EMCL (correzione/immissione di informazioni già esistenti; inserimento di dati bancari nel database ECML e preparazione della documentazione dei workshop legata ai biglietti pre-papagati, e le prenotazioni alberghiere).

In tutti i settori, il tirocinante dovrà dimostrare spirito di squadra, flessibilità e interesse nelle attività dell'ECML. E' prevista una sovvenzione mensile di 720 euro. L'ECML non prevede alcun contributo per i costi di viaggio dal paese di provenienza a Graz. Una deduzione di circa 20 euro è prevista tutti i mesi dalla retribuzione del tirocinante per le spese di assicurazione durante il soggiorno.

I tirocinanti devono essere studenti laureati, preferibilmente a livello post-lauream. Devono essere in grado di parlare almeno una lingua tra l'inglese e il francese. La conoscenza di entrambe le lingue è considerato un vantaggio.

Centrul European de Limbi Moderne (ECML) recrutează stagiari de două ori pe an pentru stagii plătite cu durata de 6 luni.

Principalul rol al ECML, care este o instituţie a Consiliului Europei, este de a servi, în general, la punerea în aplicare a politicilor lingvistice şi la promovarea abordărilor inovatoare pentru învăţarea şi predarea limbilor moderne.

Stagiarii vor avea sarcini precise într-un anumit domeniu. Pentru aceasta sunt propuse patru specializări care corespund la patru tipuri de stagii:

Specializarea web site

Stagiarul va asista webmaster-ul în activitatea sa cotidiană şi va participa la dezvoltarea site-ului ECML, fiind responsabil pentru acurateţea şi actualizarea informaţiilor. Acest stagiu implică o activitate creativă care permite stagiarului să contribuie la elaborarea permanentă a conținutului diferitelor site-uri.

Specializarea program și logistică

Stagiarul va asista secretarul și asistentul de program făcând legătura cu coordonatorii pentru a stabili detaliile practice, contactând participanții la atelier și trimițând documente, asistând echipele și participanții la ateliere și întâlniri, astfel încât totul să funcționeze fără probleme.

Specializarea în documentare

Stagiarul va asistă cei doi documentariști ai ECML. Acesta trebuie să fie specializat în domenii precum: administrare și organizare biblioteci/documentare/ştiinţele informării. Stagiarul va face parte din echipa Centrului de resurse şi documentare și va participa la indexarea noilor resurse şi la pregătirea produselor de documentare şi la alte activităţi de documentare cotidiene.

Specializarea administrare generală şi financiară

Stagiarul va contribui la dezvoltarea bazei de date legate de baza de date de emailuri deja existentă, dar şi la implementarea Windream (Document Management Software), în special la dezvoltarea unui ghid de formare. Stagiarul va fi implicat în procedura de documentare financiară, va copia/scana, clasifica în funcţie de articolul bugetar, va înregistra emailuri, va pregăti corespondenţa către Strasbourg, va corecta baza de date ECML de adrese existentă; va înregistra detalii bancare în baza de date ECML și va pregăti diverse documente pentru seminare legate de plata tichetelor, a formularelor de rezervare cazare.

În toate cele patru cazuri, stagiarul trebuie să aibă spirit de echipă, flexibilitate şi să manifeste interes pentru activităţile ECML.

Cine poate candida?

Candidatura va fi luată în considerare numai dacă locuiți într-unul dintre statele membre (a se vedea lista statelor membre).

O indemnizație de subzistență în valoare de 720 EUR va fi oferită lunar. 

ECML nu contribuie la costurile de călătorie din țara de origine a stagiarului către și de la Graz.

În fiecare lună vor fi reținuți 20 de euro din indemnizație pentru a acoperi costurile asigurărilor pe durata şederii.

Stagiarii trebuie să aibă cel puțin o diplomă de licență (sau echivalentul) și să cunoască bine cel puțin una dintre limbile de lucru ale Consiliului Europei (engleza sau franceza). Cunoașterea celor două limbi reprezintă un avantaj și ar putea face diferența pentru a fi selectați. Stagiarii trebuie să fie flexibili, bine organizați și capabili să lucreze într-o echipă internațională.

Los alumnos serán responsables de las tareas precisas en un campo específico. Para ello, se proponen cuatro áreas de especialización correspondientes a cuatro tipos diferentes de prácticas:

Especialización en Web - Sitio Web: el alumno asistirá al webmaster en su trabajo diario y participará en el desarrollo de la página web de la ECML. Será el responsable del seguimiento de las tareas de verificación y actualización de la información. Este área de trabajo permitirá al alumno participar en el desarrollo de varios sitios Web.

Asistirá a los equipos y pariticipantes durante los talleres y encuentros para que todo transcurra de forma fluida.

Especialización en Documentación - Centro de Documentación y Recursos: el alumno asistirá a dos documetntalistas del ECML y deben ser especialistas en el campo de las ciencias de Biblioteconomía, Documentación e Información. Ellos/as formarán parte del equipo del Centro de Documentación y Recursos, y participarán tanto en la indización de nuevos recursos y preparación de productos documentales como en las actividades diarias relacionadas con la documentación.

Finanzas y especialización de administración general - Administración: el alumno va a ayudar en el desarrollo de la base de datos vinculada a la base de datos de correo ya existente y en la aplicación Windream ((Software de gestión de documentos), en particula en el desarrollo de una guía formativa. El/ella estarán involucrados en el proceso de documentación financiera, en fotocopiar/escanear, clasificación según el artículo presupuestario, el registro de los envíos y la preparación de correo para Estrasburgo; las correcciones en la base de datos de correo del ECML, entrada de datos bancarios en la base de datos del ECML y preparación de documentación del taller relativas a los billetes pagados por adelantado, formularios de reserva de hotel.

En los cuatro casos, el alumno debe demostrar espíritu de equipo, flexibilidad e interés por las actividades del ECML.

Se dará una ayuda mensual  de 720 Euros. El ECML no contribuye en los gastos de viaje desde el país de origen del becario hacia y desde Graz. Se realizará deducción de aproximadamente 20 Euros al mes de la prestación de los becarios para los costos de los seguros durante la estancia.

Los alumnos deben ser graduados, preferiblemente a nivel de postgrado.

About the traineeship

4. The finances and general administration specialisation - Administration: the trainee will assist in the development of the database linked to the existing mailing database and in the implementation of the Windream ((Document Management Software), in particular development of a training guide.He/she will be involved in the process of financial documentation; in photocopying/scanning, classification according to budgetary article, registration of mailings, preparation of mailing to Strasbourg;corrections to the ECML mailing database; entering of bank details into ECML database and preparation of workshop documentation relating to prepaid tickets, hotel reservation forms.

In all four cases, the trainee should demonstrate team spirit, flexibility and an interest in the activities of the ECML.

Remuneration

A monthly subsistance allowance of EUR 720. No contribution is made by the ECML towards travel costs from the trainee's home country to and from Graz. A deduction of approximately 20 Euros is made each month from the trainees allowance to cover the costs of insurance during the stay.

Programa de Prácticas Estadísticas del BCE:

About the internships

These assignments give students an opportunity to put their learning into practice, to gain an insight into the ECB's activities and operations but also to contribute, directly or indirectly, to the ECB's mission. Traineeships are offered for periods of three to twelve months. The work range from research and the preparation of draft reports to the compilation of statistical data and participation in ad hoc studies. Trainees receive a grant per month, depending on the tasks and on their qualifications.

Various traineeship opportunities may become available throughout the year ECB-wide. The NATO Headquarters (HQ) organise an internship programme, to provide a small number of current or recent students with the opportunity to gain experience at NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

There is one call for applications per year, in Spring, with two starting dates, in September and March the following year. Internships will in principle last between 6 and 8 months.

Internships are offered in the NATO Divisions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Over 21 years old at the time of internship (for insurance purposes)
• Nationals of a NATO Member State
• At least 2 years of university study or equivalent and enrolled in their third year or highest degree less than a year ago
• Proficiency in one of the official NATO languages (English/French); desirable working knowledge of the other.
• Interns are required to have health insurance coverage, and to take care of formalities with Belgian authorities regarding their stay in Belgium

• Praktikant/innen profitieren davon, eine internationale Organisation von innen kennen zu lernen und gleichzeitig ihren Lebenslauf zu erweitern.
• Praktika werden in den NATO-Abteilungen angeboten.

Vergütung: Praktikant/innen erhalten ein monatliches Stipendium. Das Gehalt ist nicht steuerfrei.

Reisen: Praktikant/innen erhalten bei Dienstantritt und bei Beendigung des Dienstes eine Reisekostenerstattung auf Grundlage eines Economy-Rückflugtickets in Höhe von bis zu 1.200 Euro.

Urlaub: Nach drei Monaten Dienst haben Praktikant/innen Anspruch auf Urlaub (einschließlich Krankheitsurlaub) in Höhe von 2,5 Arbeitstagen für jeden abgeschlossenen Dienstmonat.

Wer kann sich bewerben?

Studierende und Hochschulabsolvent/innen (Abschluss darf nicht länger als ein Jahr zurückliegen) die folgende Kriterien erfüllen.

• Alter: über 21 Jahre zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums (aufgrund Versicherungszwecke).
• Staatsangehörigkeit: Staatsangehörigkeit eines NATO-Mitgliedstaates.

A NATO főhadiszállása (HQ) gyakornoki programot szervez, amelynek célja jelenlegi vagy frissen végzett diákoknak lehetőséget biztosítson arra, hogy a brüsszeli NATO-központ nemzetközi osztályán gyakornokoskodjon.

Évente egyszer, tavasszal hirdetnek pályázatot a szeptemberben és a következő év márciusában induló gyakornoki programra, amelynek időtartama 6-8 hónap.

A program céljai:

A NATO Gyakornoki Programnak négy fõ célt tartalmaz:

• hozzáférést biztosítson a legújabb elméleti és technikai ismeretekhez, amit a gyakornoki munka során hasznosítani tud
• lehetőséget biztosítani a gyakornokok számára a NATO közösségétől való tanulásra, valamint hogy jobban megértsék a szervezet működését
• változatos munkakör megteremtése
• a NATO nagyobb megismertetése a szövetséges országokban

Mit nyújt a NATO?

• nemzetközi szervezetnél tapasztalat szerzése, amit az önéletrajzukban is fel tudnak tüntetni
• gyakornoki helyek a különböző NATO Osztályokban

Juttatás: A gyakornokok havi ösztöndíjat kapnak. A fizetés nem adómentes.

Utazás: A gyakornokok utazási költségei a szolgálat megkezdésekor és a szolgálatból való kilépéskor legfeljebb 1 200 EUR összegben, oda-vissza szóló turistajegy alapján kerülnek megtérítésre.

Szabadnapok: A gyakornokok három hónapos szolgálati idő után minden teljesített szolgálati hónap után 2,5 munkanap szabadságra (beleértve a betegszabadságot is) jogosultak.
