The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) are part of Horizon Europe (2021-2027), the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation. They are the European Union’s flagship funding programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training of researchers. The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions provide grants at all stages of researchers' careers, from PhD candidates to highly experienced researchers, and encourage research cooperation across borders, sectors and disciplines.

Actions
MSCA Doctoral Networks: support for joint research training and/or doctoral programmes, implemented by European partnerships of universities, research institutions, and non-academic organisations.

MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships: support for experienced researchers of any nationality, undertaking mobility between countries, optionally to the non-academic sector, to support the mobility of researchers within and beyond Europe - as well as helping to attract the best foreign researchers to work in the EU.

MSCA4Ukraine fellowships support displaced researchers from Ukraine to continue their work at academic and non-academic organisations in EU member states and Horizon Europe associated countries, while maintaining their connections to research and innovation communities in Ukraine.

MSCA Feedback to Policy initiative fosters stronger thematic links between MSCA projects, raising the visibility of their contribution to key EU policy priorities and exploring ways to maximise the programme’s impact.

Cooperation among MSCA National Contact Point:
facilitates the trans-national cooperation between National Contact Points (NCPs) for the MSCA, including those established in Third Countries, to identify and share good practices and raise the general standard of support to applicants, taking into account the diversity of actors and experiences.

Les 'actions Marie Curie' ont longtemps été l'une des composantes les plus populaires et appréciées des programmes-cadres communautaires de Recherche et Développement technologique. Leur orientation s'est considérablement affinée avec le temps, passant d'un simple programme de bourses de mobilité à un programme dédié à la promotion des carrières de chercheurs. Les 'actions Marie Curie' ont notamment rencontré avec une pertinence maximale les besoins de la communauté scientifique européenne en termes de formation, de mobilité et de développement des carrières. Ce qu'a prouvé le nombre de candidatures de haut niveau nettement supérieur, pour la plupart des actions, au soutien financier disponible.
Les 'Actions Marie Curie' du Sixième programme-cadre relevaient du programme spécifique dédié à la structuration de l'Espace européen de Recherche.
Pour le Septième programme-cadre, les 'actions Marie Curie' ont été regroupées et consolidées au sein du programme spécifique 'Personnes'. Entièrement dédié aux ressources humaines dans le domaine de la recherche, ce programme spécifique est doté d'un budget global significatif de plus de 4,7 milliards € sur sept ans (jusqu'en 2013), soit une augmentation de 50% en moyenne par rapport au 6 e PC.

The "People" Specific Programme within the 7th Framework programme for Research and Technological Development offers support for mobility and career development of researchers (Marie Curie Actions).
The objective is to strengthen, quantitatively and qualitatively, the human potential in research and technology in Europe with the aim:

Het "People" Programma (onderdeel van het 7e kaderprogramma) biedt ondersteuning voor mobiliteit en carrièreontwikkeling van onderzoekers (Marie Curie Actions).
Het programma wil het potentieel voor onderzoek en technologie in Europa versterken, door:

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) are part of the "Excellent Science" pillar of Horizon 2020, the EU Framework programme for Research and Innovation. They support the career development and training of researchers, with a focus on innovation skills, in all scientific disciplines through worldwide and cross-sector mobility. The Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions provide grants at all stages of researchers' careers, from PhD candidates to highly experienced researchers, and encourage transnational, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility.

Culture Moves Europe consists of two actions:

Културата движи Европа се състои от две дейности:
Дейността за индивидуална мобилност на Culture Moves Europe предоставя финансова подкрепа за частично финансиране на разходите за пътуване (транспорт, настаняване и т.н.) на артист или професионалист в областта на културата, който живее в държава, легитимна да участва в „Творческа Европа“ и отива в друга държава от „Творческа Европа“, за да реализира проект с международен партньор (организация или физическо лице). Предлагат се допълнителни разходи и доплащания в подкрепа на включването на хора от различни среди и профили (включително хора от и отиващи в отвъдморски страни и територии и най-отдалечени региони, визи, увреждания, с деца под 10-годишна възраст), както и за насърчаване на по-устойчиво пътуване.

Culture Moves Europe est le nouveau programme de mobilité de l'UE qui offre des subventions aux artistes, aux professionnels de la culture et aux organisations d'accueil de tous les pays de l'Europe créative qui travaillent dans les secteurs de l'architecture, du patrimoine culturel, du design et du stylisme, de la traduction littéraire, de la musique, des arts du spectacle et des arts visuels.

Wer kann sich bewerben

Bedingungen der Reise
- sie verfolgt ein vom Teilnehmer gewähltes Thema;
- sie wird alleine unternommen;

- sie führt den/die Teilnehmer/-in ins Ausland, z.B. Deutsche Staatsangehörige und Einwohner Deutschlands sollten nicht in Deutschland reisen;
- Reisen mit dem Flugzeug sind nicht erlaubt;
- Reisen in Kriegsgebiete oder in Gebiete mit gewaltsamen ethnischen Konflikten werden nicht gefördert;
- Jeder Teilnehmer hat einen persönlichen Berater (Mentor), der ihn bei der Organisation der Reise per E-Mail unterstützt.
- Die Teilnehmer reichen nach der Rückkehr einen Studienbericht (mindestens 8000 Wörter), ein Tagebucheintrag und eine Stellungnahme in deutscher oder englischer Sprache ein.

Dovrai riferire su ciò che hai scoperto rispetto al tuo argomento durante il viaggio, e come il viaggio ha cambiato la tua prospettiva e i tuoi punti di vista. Puoi essere creativo e illustrare il tuo tema con immagini o altro materiale.

The Quality Label for Humanitarian Aid Volunteering certifies that an organisation is able to carry out high quality solidarity activities in compliance with the principles, objectives and requirements of the action ‘European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps’.
Types
There are two main types of Quality Label for Humanitarian Aid Volunteering:
Recognition
The Quality Label is valid for the whole duration of the programming period 2021 – 2027, subject to compliance monitoring and periodical reassessments which will be carried out by EACEA.
After the end of the 2021-2027 programming period, the Quality Label remains valid until the end of the last activity in which the organisation is involved. The Quality Label for lead organisations remains valid until the end of the last grant agreement signed by the beneficiary organisation.
In order to facilitate partner-finding and the setting up of project consortia, profiles of all organisations holding this Quality Label are published in a database of Quality Label organisations on the European Solidarity Corps Portal. To identify potential partners, partner searching tool on the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal can be used.

Quality Label accreditation
Requirement for organisations to participate in the European Solidarity Corps.

The Quality Label is a process that certifies that an organisation is able and willing to carry out high quality solidarity activities in compliance with the principles, objectives and quality standards of the European Solidarity Corps. Obtaining a Quality Label is a precondition for participation in Volunteering activities.
Types
There are two main types of Quality Label, depending on the role(s) that the organisation wishes to play in the process:
Recognition
The Quality Label is awarded for the entire duration of the programming period, subject to continued compliance with requirements. The Quality Label remains valid until the end of the last activity in which the organisation is involved as partner, implemented through a grant of the current programming period. The National Agencies will monitor compliance and may carry out periodical reassessments.
In order to facilitate partner-finding, profiles of all organisations holding a Quality Label are published in a database of Quality Label organisations.
Additionally, as soon as the Quality Label has been awarded, organisations have access to the European Solidarity Corps Portal where they are invited to advertise activities for which they are looking for participants.
Organisations have to make use of the European Solidarity Corps Portal's database to search for participants.
NB: Organisations who are holders of a Quality Label for volunteering will have their Quality Label validity extended for the same role, until 31 December 2027. The Quality Label for lead organisations remains valid until the end of the last grant agreement signed by the beneficiary organisation.

Le Corps européen de solidarité - Label qualité est une accréditation obligatoire pour les organisations qui souhaitent particier aux activités de volontariat, de stage, et d'emploi dans le cadre du Corps européen de solidarité. Il garantit des standards élevés pour les activités du Corps de solidarité et aide les organisations à trouver des partenaires.
Qu'est-ce que c'est
Selon le type d'activité solidaire dans lequel l'organisation souhaite s'investir et son rôle, différentes exigences sont requises pour obtenir le Label qualité. Une organisation peut postuler pour un rôle de soutien et/ou d'accueil de volontaires et/ou pour les stages et emplois.
Il est demandé aux organisations participantes de garantir le respect des principes et des objectifs du Corps européen de solidarité, quant à leur responsabilité pendant toutes les étapes des activités des solidarité.
Toutes les organisations titulaires du Label qualité ont accès à la base de données du Corps européen de solidarité. Cependant, le fait d'avoir un Label qualité ne donne pas automatiquement droit à un financement.
Son fonctionnement
Selon les actions qu'elle souhaite mener, une organisation peut postuler à différentes dimensions et rôles du Label de qualité. Elle peut également détenir plusieurs Labels de qualité :
- Label de qualité pour le volontariat (soutien et/ou accueil) ;
- Label de qualité pour les stages ;
- Label de qualité pour les emploi ;
Aucun Label de qualité n'est requis pour les projets de solidarité.
Le Label de qualité est remis pour la durée totale de la période du programme (2018-2020) et restera valide jusqu'à la fin du dernier projet dans lequel l'organisation est impliquée, a mis en oeuvre grâce à une bourse de l'actuel programme.
Pour faciliter la recherche de partenaires, les profils de toutes les organisations détentrices d'un Label de qualité sont publiées dans la base de données des organisations.
De plus, dès que le Label de qualité sera octroyé, les organisations ont accès au Portail européen de solidarité où ils sont invités à publier leurs activitiés et ainsi trouver des participants.
Les organisations doivent utiliser la base de données du portail du Corps européen de solidarité pour chercher des participants.
Les organisations qui ont été accréditées sous le programme Service volontaire européen (SVE)/programme de volontariat Erasmus+ n'ont pas besoin de postuler pour le Label de qualité.
Qui peut participer
Pour un Label de qualité pour le volontariat, toute organisation légalement établie dans :
- un pays participant (Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Bulgarie, Croatie, Chypre, Danemark, Espagne, Estonie, Finlande, France, Grèce, Hongrie, Irlande, Italie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal, Roumanie, Royaume-Uni, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède, Tchéquie) ou

- Les organisations qui proposent des activités menées grâce au soutien de programmes de l’Union européenne autres que le corps européen de solidarité et qui offrent des possibilités de volontariat, de stage et d’emploi.
2. Auprès de l'Agence nationale du pays dans lequel l'organisation est établie pour tous les autres cas et pour les organisations établies dans un pays participant.
3. Auprès des centres ressources SALTO compétents pour les organisations établies dans un pays partenaire voisins de l'UE :
- Le centre ressource SALTO Europe du Sud-Est pour les organisations ébtalies dans les pays des Balkans de l'Ouest, en ancienne République yougoslave de Macédoine, au Liechtenstein et en Serbie ;
- Le centre ressource SALTO Europe de l'Est et du Caucase pour les organisations établies dans les pays partenaires de l'Est, le territoire de Russie reconnu par le droit international, Islande et la Norvège ;
- le centre SALTO EuroMed pour les organisations établie dans la région sud-méditerranéenne.

Das Qualitätssiegel "Europäisches Solidaritätskorps " ist eine obligatorische Akkreditierung für Organisationen, die daran interessiert sind, an Freiwilligenarbeit, Praktika und beruflichen Aktivitäten des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps teilzunehmen. Es gewährleistet gleichbleibend hohe Standards bei den Aktivitäten des Solidaritätskorps und hilft Organisationen, Partner zu finden.
Was ist das Gütesiegel?
Je nach Art der Solidaritätsaktivität, an der sich eine Organisation beteiligen möchte, und je nach ihrer Rolle gibt es unterschiedliche Anforderungen, um das Qualitätssiegel zu erhalten. Eine Organisation kann sich um eine unterstützende und/oder aufnehmende Rolle für Freiwilligenarbeit und/oder Praktika und Jobs bewerben.
Dies ist erforderlich, um sicherzustellen, dass die teilnehmenden Organisationen die Grundsätze und Ziele des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps im Hinblick auf ihre Verantwortlichkeiten in allen Phasen der Solidaritätsaktivitäten einhalten.
Alle Organisationen, die über ein Qualitätssiegel verfügen, erhalten Zugang zur Datenbank des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps. Der Besitz eines Qualitätssiegels führt jedoch nicht automatisch zu einer Finanzierung.
Wie funktioniert es?
Eine Organisation kann sich je nach den Aktionen, an denen sie beteiligt sein möchte, für verschiedene Bereiche und Rollen des Qualitätssiegels bewerben, ebenso wie für eine Kombination mehrerer Qualitätssiegel:
- Qualitätssiegel für Freiwilligenarbeit (unterstützende und/oder aufnehmende Rolle);
- Qualitätssiegel für Praktika;
- Qualitätssiegel für Jobs;
Ein Qualitätssiegel ist für Solidaritätsprojekte nicht erforderlich.
Das Qualitätssiegel wird für die gesamte Dauer der Programmperiode (2018-2020) verliehen und bleibt bis zum Ende des letzten Projekts gültig, an dem die Organisation beteiligt ist und das mit einem Zuschuss der laufenden Programmperiode durchgeführt wird.
Um die Partnersuche zu erleichtern, werden die Profile aller Organisationen, die ein Qualitätssiegel besitzen, in einer Datenbank der mit dem Qualitätssiegel ausgezeichneten Organisationen veröffentlicht.
Darüber hinaus haben Organisationen, sobald das Qualitätssiegel verliehen wurde, Zugang zum Portal des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps, wo sie eingeladen sind, Aktivitäten, für die sie Teilnehmer suchen, auszuschreiben.
Organisationen müssen die Datenbank des Portals des Europäischen Solidaritätskorps nutzen, um nach Teilnehmenden zu suchen.
Organisationen, die im Rahmen des Europäischen Freiwilligendienstes (EFD)/Erasmus+-Freiwilligenprogramms akkreditiert wurden, müssen sich nicht um das Qualitätssiegel bewerben.
Wer kann sich bewerben?
Für ein Qualitätssiegel für Freiwilligenarbeit kann jede Organisation teilnehmen, die ihren rechtlichen Sitz in folgenden Ländern hat:
- ein teilnehmendes Land (Österreich, Belgien, Bulgarien, Kroatien, Zypern, Tschechien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Griechenland, Ungarn, Irland, Italien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Schweden, Vereinigtes Königreich) oder
- ein Partnerland (Ehemalige jugoslawische Republik Mazedonien und Türkei, Liechtenstein, Island und Norwegen, Albanien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbien, Armenien, Aserbaidschan, Belarus, Georgien, Moldawien, Ukraine, Algerien, Ägypten, Israel, Jordanien, Libanon, Libyen, Marokko, Palästina, Syrien, Tunesien, Russische Föderation);
Für ein Qualitätssiegel für Praktika oder Jobs kann jede Organisation teilnehmen, die ihren rechtlichen Sitz in folgenden Ländern hat:
- ein Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union (Österreich, Belgien, Bulgarien, Kroatien, Zypern, Tschechien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Griechenland, Ungarn, Irland, Italien, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Schweden, Vereinigtes Königreich);
- jede Organisation, die Kontrollbeziehungen zu verbundenen Unternehmen hat, kann im Namen dieser Unternehmen einen Antrag stellen.
Wo kann man sich bewerben?
1. Bei der Exekutivagentur Bildung, Audiovisuelles und Kultur für:
- Europaweite Netzwerke oder Plattformen von Organisationen, die sich für sich selbst und im Namen von mindestens einer ihrer angeschlossenen Einrichtungen bewerben und an denen mindestens zwei verschiedene Länder beteiligt sind;
- Nationale öffentliche Behörden und Dienste (z.B. Ministerien, nationale Bürgerdienste);
- Organisationen, die Freiwilligen-, Praktikums- oder Job-Aktivitäten anbieten, die mit Unterstützung von anderen EU-Programmen als dem Europäischen Solidaritätskorps durchgeführt werden".
2. Bei der Nationalen Agentur, in der die antragstellende Organisation niedergelassen ist, für alle anderen Fälle und für Organisationen mit Sitz in einem teilnehmenden Land.
3. Bei der zuständigen SALTO für Organisationen mit Sitz in einem Partnerland, das an die EU angrenzt:
- SALTO Südosteuropa für Organisationen mit Sitz in den Westbalkanländern, der Ehemaligen Jugoslawischen Republik Mazedonien, Liechtenstein und Serbien;
- SALTO Osteuropa und Kaukasus für Organisationen mit Sitz in den Ländern der Östlichen Partnerschaft, im völkerrechtlich anerkannten Gebiet Russlands sowie in Island und Norwegen;
- SALTO EuroMed für Organisationen mit Sitz im südlichen Mittelmeerraum.

Wann kann man sich bewerben?
Anträge auf ein Qualitätssiegel können fortlaufend eingereicht werden.
Organisationen mit einer gültigen Akkreditierung für den Europäischen Freiwilligendienst können an Freiwilligenaktivitäten teilnehmen, ohne ein Qualitätssiegel zu besitzen.

Il Marchio di Qualità è un processo che certifica che un'organizzazione è in grado e vuole svolgere attività di solidarietà di alta qualità in conformità con i principi, gli obiettivi e gli standard di qualità del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà. L'ottenimento di un Marchio di Qualità è un prerequisito per la partecipazione alle attività di volontariato.
Vi sono due tipologie principali di Marchio di Qualità, a seconda del ruolo (o dei ruoli) che l'organizzazione desidera svolgere nel processo:
Ruolo di accoglienza - copre l'intera gamma di attività relative all'accoglienza di un partecipante al Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà, compreso lo sviluppo di un programma di attività del giovane e la guida e il sostegno al partecipante durante tutte le fasi.
Ruolo di supporto - comporta il sostegno, la preparazione e/o la formazione dei partecipanti prima della partenza, la mediazione tra loro e le organizzazioni ospitanti e/o il sostegno ai partecipanti al ritorno dalla loro attività. Tutte le organizzazioni che ricevono un marchio di qualità potranno pubblicare le loro opportunità nel Portale europeo del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà e anche unirsi ad altre organizzazioni per sviluppare e fornire opportunità ai giovani.
Riconoscimento
Il Marchio di Qualità viene assegnato per l'intera durata del periodo di programmazione, a condizione che i requisiti siano costantemente rispettati, e rimane valido fino alla fine dell'ultima attività in cui l'organizzazione è coinvolta come partner, realizzata attraverso una sovvenzione del periodo di programmazione in corso. Le Agenzie Nazionali controlleranno la conformità e potranno effettuare rivalutazioni periodiche.
Al fine di facilitare la ricerca di partner, i profili di tutte le organizzazioni in possesso di un Marchio di Qualità sono pubblicati in un database delle organizzazioni con marchio di qualità.
Inoltre, non appena il Marchio di Qualità viene assegnato, le organizzazioni hanno accesso al portale del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà dove sono invitate a pubblicizzare le attività per le quali cercano partecipanti.
Le organizzazioni devono utilizzare il database del Portale del Corpo Europeo di Solidarietà per cercare i partecipanti.
NB: Le organizzazioni che sono titolari di un Marchio di Qualità per il volontariato avranno la validità del loro marchio esteso per lo stesso ruolo, fino al 31 dicembre 2027; e le organizzazioni che sono titolari di accreditamenti Erasmus+ per il volontariato potranno utilizzare il loro accreditamento per partecipare alle attività per lo stesso ruolo fino al 31 dicembre 2021.
Chi può fare domanda
Marchio di Qualità - qualsiasi entità pubblico o privato, senza scopo di lucro o a scopo di lucro, locale, regionale, nazionale o internazionale, legalmente stabilito in un paese del programma o in un paese partner vicino.
Marchio di qualità per organizzazioni leader - qualsiasi entità pubblica o privata, senza scopo di lucro o a scopo di lucro, locale, regionale, nazionale o internazionale, legalmente stabilita in un paese del programma da almeno un anno.
Dove fare domanda
All'Agenzia Nazionale del paese in cui ha sede l'organizzazione richiedente per le organizzazioni stabilite in un paese aderente al programma.
Le organizzazioni internazionali che non sono stabilite in un paese aderente al programma possono presentare domanda presso qualsiasi Agenzia Nazionale.
Ai Centri SALTO competenti per le organizzazioni con sede in un paese partner limitrofo:
-SALTO South East Europe per le organizzazioni con sede nei paesi dei Balcani occidentali;
-SALTO Europa orientale e Caucaso per le organizzazioni con sede nei paesi del partenariato orientale, nel territorio della Russia riconosciuto dal diritto internazionale e in Norvegia;
-SALTO EuroMed per le organizzazioni con sede nel Mediterraneo meridionale.

Obținerea certificatului de calitate este un proces care certifică faptul că o organizație este capabilă și dornică să desfășoare activități de solidaritate de înaltă calitate, în conformitate cu principiile, obiectivele și standardele de calitate ale Corpului European de Solidaritate. Obținerea unui certificat de calitate este o condiție prealabilă pentru participarea la activitățile de voluntariat.
Tipuri
Există două tipuri principale de certificate de calitate, în funcție de rolul (rolurile) pe care organizația dorește să îl joace în acest proces:
Recunoaștere
Certificatul de calitate se acordă pe întreaga durată a perioadei de programare, sub rezerva respectării continue a cerințelor. Certificatul de calitate rămâne valabilă până la sfârșitul ultimei activități în care organizația este implicată în calitate de partener, pusă în aplicare prin intermediul unei subvenții din actuala perioadă de programare. Agențiile Naționale vor monitoriza conformitatea și pot efectua reevaluări periodice.
Pentru a facilita găsirea de parteneri, profilurile tuturor organizațiilor care dețin un certificat de calitate sunt publicate într-o bază de date a organizațiilor care dețin un astfel de certificat.
În plus, de îndată ce certificatul de calitate este acordat, organizațiile au acces la portalul Corpului European de Solidaritate, unde sunt invitate să posteze informații despre activitățile derulate.
Organizațiile trebuie să utilizeze baza de date a Portalului Corpului european de solidaritate pentru a căuta participanți.
NB: Organizațiilor care sunt deținătoare ale unui certificat de calitate pentru voluntariat li se va prelungi valabilitatea acestuia pentru același rol, până la 31 decembrie 2027; iar organizațiile care sunt deținătoare de acreditări de voluntariat Erasmus+ vor putea să își folosească acreditarea pentru a participa la activități pentru același rol până la 31 decembrie 2021.
Cine se poate înscrie
Certificatul de calitate - orice entitate publică sau privată, fără scop lucrativ sau cu scop lucrativ, locală, regională, națională sau internațională, stabilită legal într-o țară participantă la program sau într-o țară parteneră învecinată.
Certificatul de calitate pentru organizațiile principale - orice entitate publică sau privată, cu sau fără scop lucrativ, locală, regională, națională sau internațională, care este stabilită legal într-o țară beneficiară de cel puțin un an.
Unde se poate depune cererea
La Agenția Națională a țării în care este stabilită organizația solicitantă, pentru organizațiile stabilite într-o țară beneficiară a programului.
Organizațiile internaționale care nu sunt stabilite într-o țară participantă la program pot depune cererea la orice Agenție Națională.

Знак Якості Європейського Корпусу Солідарності - це процес, який визнає що організація спроможна та здатна здійснювати високоякісну солідарні заходи та вести діяльність відповідно до принципів, завдань та стандартів якості Європейського корпусу солідарності. Отримання знака якості є обов'язковою передумовою участі у волонтерській діяльності.
Типи
Існує два основних типи Познаки якості, залежно від ролі, яку організація бажає відігравати у процесі:
Визнання
Знак якості присуджується на період усього роботи програми за умови постійного дотримання вимог. Знак якості залишається чинним до кінця останньої діяльності, в якій організація бере участь як партнер, що реалізується за рахунок гранту поточного періоду програмування. Національні агентства здійснюватимуть моніторинг відповідності та можуть проводити періодичні повторні оцінки організацій.
Для того, щоб полегшити пошук партнерів, профілі із інформацією організацій, що мають знак якості, публікуються в базі даних для організацій.
Крім того, щойно присвоєно знак якості, організації мають доступ до порталу Європейського корпусу солідарності, де їх запрошують рекламувати заходи, для яких вони шукають учасників.
Організації мають використовувати базу даних порталу Європейського корпусу солідарності для пошуку учасників.
Примітка: Організаціям, які є власниками Знак якості для волонтерства від структур ЄС, буде продовжено термін дії Знаку Якості на тій же посаді до 31 грудня 2027 року; та організації, які є власниками волонтерської акредитації Erasmus+, зможуть використовувати свою акредитацію для делегування учасників та участі у заходах в тій же самій ролі до 31 грудня 2021 року.

The European Solidarity Corps - Quality Label Is a compulsory accreditation for organisations interested to participate in the European Solidarity Corps volunteering, traineeships and job activities. It ensures consistently high standards in Solidarity Corps’ activities and help organisations find partners.
Depending on the type of solidarity activity an organisation wants to be involved in and its role, there are different requirements in order to obtain the Quality Label. An organisation can apply for a supporting and/or host role for volunteering and/or Traineeships and Jobs.
This is required to ensure compliance of the participating organisations with the principles and objectives of the European Solidarity Corps, as regards their responsibilities during all stages of solidarity activities. All organisations holding a Quality Label gain access to the European Solidarity Corps database. However, having a quality label will not automatically lead to funding.
An organisation can apply for different scopes and roles of Quality Label, depending on the Actions it wishes to be involved in, as well as for a combination of several Quality Labels:
A Quality Label is not needed for Solidarity projects.
The Quality Label is awarded for the entire duration of the programming period (2018-2020) and will remain valid until the end of the last project in which the organisation is involved, implemented through a grant of the current programming period. In order to facilitate partner-finding, profiles of all organisations holding a Quality Label are published in a database of Quality Label organisations. Additionally, as soon as the Quality Label has been awarded, organisations have access to the European Solidarity Corps Portal where they are invited to advertise activities for which they are looking for participants. Organisations have to make use of the European Solidarity Corps Portal's database to search for participants.
Organisations who had been accredited under the European Voluntary Service (EVS)/Erasmus+ volunteering programmes do not need to apply for the Quality Label.
For a Quality Label for Volunteering, any organisation legally established in:
- a participating country (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) or
- a partner country (Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, Russian Federation);
For a Quality Label for Traineeships or Jobs, any organisation legally established in:
- a Member State of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom);
- any organisation having control links with affiliated entities can apply on behalf of these.
1. To the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency for:
- Europe-wide networks or platforms of organisations applying for themselves and on behalf of at least one of their affiliated entities and involving at least two different countries;
- National public authorities and services (e.g. government ministries, national civic services);
- Organisations providing volunteering, traineeship or job activities run with the support of EU programmes other than the European Solidarity Corps.`
2. To the National Agency in which the applicant organisation is established for all other cases and for organisations established in a participating country.
3. To the relevant SALTO for organisations established in a partner country neighbouring the EU:
- SALTO South East Europe for organisations established in Western Balkans countries, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Liechtenstein and Serbia;
- SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus for organisations established in Eastern Partnership countries, the territory of Russia as recognised by international law, Iceland and Norway;
- SALTO EuroMed for organisations established in Southern Mediterranean.

The European Youth Foundation (EYF) has launched a special call to fund activities to support young people from Ukraine affected by the war through civil society and youth work interventions, within the framework of the values of the Council of Europe.
Eligibility
Youth organisations based in one of the signatories to the European Cultural Convention (all CoE member states and Belarus, Holy Sea, Russian Federation and Kazakhstan).
Organisations should be registered with the EYF.
The special call includes two types of grants available:
Projects/Activities
Activities can include: peer-to-peer learning and support, training and workshops, information and counselling, awareness raising and capacity building for young people, youth workers, and youth leaders, meetings of young people from Ukraine, analysis, research and other actions that are based on the principles and practice of youth work.
Activities may have a local, regional or national scope, and can also include activities in a local cross-border context.
Activities can be implemented in person, online, and in hybrid formats. Projects must have a start date at least 6 weeks after the submission date.
Financial conditions
The maximum amount of the grant is € 15,000 for pilot activity and €25 000 for international activities.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted via the EYF online system in English or French. The title of the applications should include the text: “Special Call for Ukraine”.

Европейската младежка фондация (EYF) стартира специална покана за финансиране на пилотни дейности в подкрепа на млади хора от Украйна, засегнати от войната, чрез интервенции в гражданското общество и младежката работа, в рамките на ценностите на Съвета на Европа.

Младежки организации в Украйна или младежки организации в страните членки на Съвета на Европа, работещи с младежи от Украйна.

Финансови условия
Максималният размер на безвъзмездната помощ е 15 000 евро (80% след подписване на споразумението за безвъзмездна помощ и 20% след получаване и одобрение от EYF на крайния отчет по проекта, дължими в рамките на 2 месеца след крайната дата на проекта).
Грантът може да покрие реални разходи по проекта (настаняване и храна, пътни разходи, такси за обучители или други експерти, устен превод, писмен превод, наем на оборудване, наем на места за провеждане, комуникация), а до 7% от отпуснатия грант може да покрие административни разходи (заплати на персонала, ангажиран с проекта, наем на офис, застраховка, ток, вода и отопление).

Le Fonds européen pour la jeunesse (FEJ) a lancé un appel spécial pour financer des activités pilotes visant à soutenir les jeunes Ukrainiens touchés par la guerre par le biais d'interventions de la société civile et du travail de jeunesse, dans le cadre des valeurs du Conseil de l'Europe.
Éligibilité
Organisations de jeunesse en Ukraine ou organisations de jeunesse dans les États membres du Conseil de l'Europe travaillant avec des jeunes d'Ukraine.
Les organisations doivent être enregistrées auprès du FEJ.
Projets/Activités
Les activités doivent être conçues pour, soutenir et impliquer les jeunes Ukrainiens touchés par la guerre. Il peut s'agir d'apprentissage et de soutien entre pairs, de formation et d'ateliers, d'information et de conseil, de sensibilisation et de renforcement des capacités des jeunes, des animateurs et des responsables de jeunesse, de réunions de jeunes Ukrainiens, d'analyse, de recherche et d'autres actions fondées sur les principes et la pratique de l'animation socio-éducative.
Les activités peuvent avoir une portée locale, régionale ou nationale, et peuvent également inclure des activités dans un contexte transfrontalier local.
Les activités peuvent être mises en œuvre en personne, en ligne et dans des formats hybrides.
Les projets doivent débuter au moins 6 semaines après la date de soumission.
Les projets peuvent être soumis à tout moment au cours de la période allant du 3 novembre 2022 au 31 octobre 2023 ou jusqu'à épuisement des fonds.

Le montant maximum de la subvention est de 15 000 € (80 % après la signature de la convention de subvention et 20 % après réception et approbation par le FEJ des rapports finaux du projet, qui doivent être remis dans les deux mois suivant la date de fin du projet).
La subvention peut couvrir les coûts réels du projet (hébergement et repas, frais de déplacement, honoraires des formateurs ou autres experts, interprétation, traduction, location de matériel, location de locaux, communication), et jusqu'à 7 % de la subvention octroyée peut couvrir les frais administratifs (salaires du personnel affecté au projet, location de bureaux, assurance, électricité, eau et chauffage).
La subvention ne peut être utilisée pour l'achat et/ou la promotion de biens ou de services destinés à des actions humanitaires et/ou militaires.

Les organisations de jeunesse ne peuvent soumettre leur candidature que si elles sont enregistrées auprès du FEJ.

Volunteering under the European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps takes place in third countries where there are ongoing humanitarian aid operations. Projects must be in line with the humanitarian aid principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence, as well as with the ‘do no harm’ principle.
The main objectives are facilitating the transition from the humanitarian response to long-term sustainable and inclusive development.
Who can apply
Any public or private entity, whether non-profit or profit making, local, regional, national or international, legally established in an EU Member State, a third country associated to the Programme or a third country not associated to the Programme where humanitarian aid activities and operations take place and where there are no ongoing international or non-international armed conflicts, or any international organisation.
Applicant organisations must hold a valid Quality Label for Humanitarian Aid volunteering at the application deadline and for the entire duration of the project.
Consortium composition
At least 3 eligible participating organisations with a valid volunteering Quality Label for Humanitarian Aid Volunteering. It should include at least 2 support organisations from different EU Member States or third countries associated to the Programme and at least one host organisation which is a separate legal entity with no affiliation to the support organisations taking part in the project.
Eligible participants
Young people between 18 and 35 years old who are legally residing in a EU Member State or in a third country associated to the Programme and who have registered in the European Solidarity Corps Portal and who have not yet participated in the European Solidarity Corps’ Humanitarian Aid individual volunteering.
The participant must have successfully completed the mandatory trainings organised by the Commission.

Culture Moves Europe is composed of two action lines:
This call is open to residency hosts that are legal entities (e.g. non-for-profit, private, public bodies, foundations, etc.) in one of the Creative Europe countries and that are active in the sectors of architecture, cultural heritage, design, and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts and visual arts.
Mobility grant
The residency grant contributes to the costs connected to hosting international artists and cultural professionals and their mobility. Accommodation is provided by the residency host. The grant includes travel allowance and daily allowance for the participating artists and cultural professionals. It is part of the residency grant that hosts will receive. The travel allowance depends on the participants’ travel distance and means of transportation.
How to apply
Hosts need to submit a residency proposal that includes its objectives, expected impact, and duration. Hosts will act as a mentor to artists and cultural professionals and should provide them with the environment, support, and equipment adapted to their field of expertise so that they can focus on their individual or collective projects.
Hosts can welcome between 1 and 5 international artists and cultural professionals who must all participate in the residency project on the same dates and for the same duration. The residency can last between 22 and 180 days.

Безвъзмездната помощ за пребиваване допринася за разходите, свързани с приемането на международни творци и професионалисти в областта на културата и тяхната мобилност. Настаняването се осигурява от домакина на резиденцията. Безвъзмездните средства включват пътни и дневни пари за участващите творци и специалисти в областта на културата. Тя е част от безвъзмездните средства за пребиваване, които домакините ще получат. Ставката за пътуване зависи от разстоянието, на което се намират участниците, и от транспортните средства.
Пътуване на разстояние под 5 000 км: стандартна сума от 350 евро
Пътуване на разстояние над 5 000 км: стандартна сума от 700 евро
Дневна ставка 25 евро на ден за всеки участник - артист или професионалист в областта на културата.
Доплащане за зелена мобилност: 350 евро
Доплащане за отвъдморски страни и територии или най-отдалечени региони: 150 евро
Визови такси: 80 евро
Подкрепа за хора с увреждания: до 75 евро на ден, за всеки участник.
Семейна помощ: 100 EUR
Как да кандидатствате
Домакините трябва да подадат предложение за резиденция, което да включва цели, очаквано въздействие и продължителност. Домакините ще действат като наставници на творци и професионалисти в областта на културата и трябва да им осигурят среда, подкрепа и оборудване, съобразени с тяхната област на компетентност, за да могат да се съсредоточат върху своите индивидуални или колективни проекти.

Culture Moves Europe este noul program de mobilitate al UE care oferă granturi artiștilor, profesioniștilor din domeniul cultural și organizațiilor gazdă din toate țările din Europa Creativă care lucrează în sectoarele arhitecturii, patrimoniului cultural, designului și designului vestimentar, traducerii literare, muzicii, artelor spectacolului și artelor vizuale.
Culture Moves Europe este compus din două linii de acțiune:
Acest apel este deschis organizațiilor care găzduiesc rezidențe care sunt persoane juridice (de exemplu, entități non-profit, private, organisme publice, fundații etc.) din una dintre țările din Europa Creativă și care sunt active în sectoarele arhitecturii, patrimoniului cultural, designului și designului vestimentar, literaturii, muzicii, artelor spectacolului și artelor vizuale.
Bursa de mobilitate
Bursa de rezidență contribuie la acoperirea costurilor legate de găzduirea artiștilor și profesioniștilor din domeniul cultural internaționali și de mobilitatea acestora. Cazarea este asigurată de către gazda rezidenței. Subvenția include o indemnizație de călătorie și o diurnă pentru artiștii și profesioniștii din domeniul cultural participanți. Acesta face parte din grantul de rezidență pe care îl vor primi gazdele. Indemnizația de călătorie depinde de distanța parcursă de participanți și de mijloacele de transport.
Distanța de călătorie sub 5 000 km: suma standard de 350 EUR
Distanța de călătorie mai mare de 5 000 km: suma standard de 700 EUR
Indemnizație zilnică 25 EUR pe zi, pentru fiecare artist sau profesionist cultural participant.
Supliment de mobilitate ecologică: 350 EUR
Suplimente pentru țările și teritoriile de peste mări sau regiunile ultraperiferice: 150 EUR
Supliment pentru viză: 80 EUR
Sprijin pentru persoanele cu handicap: până la 75 EUR pe zi, pentru fiecare participant.
Supliment pentru familie: 100 EUR
Cum poți aplica?
Gazdele trebuie să prezinte o propunere de rezidență care să includă obiectivele, impactul preconizat și durata. Gazdele vor acționa ca mentori pentru artiști și profesioniști din domeniul cultural și ar trebui să le ofere mediul, sprijinul și echipamentele adaptate domeniului lor de expertiză, astfel încât aceștia să se poată concentra pe proiectele lor individuale sau colective.
Organizațiile gazdă pot primi între 1 și 5 artiști și profesioniști culturali internaționali, care trebuie să participe la proiectul de rezidență la aceleași date și pe aceeași durată. Rezidența poate dura între 22 și 300 de zile.
Organizațiile gazdă pot alege una dintre următoarele durate:
Proiect de rezidență pe termen scurt: între 22 și 60 de zile.
Proiect de rezidență pe termen mediu: între 61 și 120 de zile.
Proiect de rezidență pe termen lung: între 121 și 300 de zile.
Când?
Proiectele de rezidență selectate trebuie să fie realizate și finalizate în termen de 1 an de la semnarea acordului de grant. Cea mai apropiată dată de începere a proiectului de rezidență este 5 aprilie 2024.

Eligible activities

Activities must be implemented for a minimum of 40 teaching hours per school year for three consecutive years on EU based subjects.

Capacity-building projects are international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships between organisations active in the field of sport in Programme and third countries not associated to the Programme in Region 1 (Western Balkans) and Region 2 (Neighbourhood East).
The main objectives are raising the practice of sport and physical activity in third countries not associated to the Programme, promoting positive values through sport (such as fair play, tolerance, team spirit) and fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through joint initiatives.

The Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) action supports international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships between organisations active in the field of higher education. The activities and outcomes of CBHE projects must be geared to benefit the eligible third countries not associated to the Programme.
In third countries not associated to the Programme the action will improve the quality of HE and enhance its relevance for the labour market and society, the level of competences, skills and employability potential of students in HEIs.

In order to respond to the various challenges in the third countries not associated to the Programme, the CBHE action is composed of 3 specific Strands:

Enhancing the administrative capacity of the targeted HEIs, ensuring high quality and relevant education, increasing the accessibility of the students/staff with fewer opportunities, promoting reform in HEIs and more.

This Call for Proposals implements the EP Pilot Project "A European public sphere: a new online media offer for young Europeans". The call seeks to bring the EU closer to young people, encourage them to become active citizens, and connect them across borders.
Objective
The action aims to engage with young Europeans by creating curated online spaces that gather thought-provoking content around current affairs, empowering them to compare perspectives from across Europe and discuss and discover how their interests link to the interests of young Europeans in other Member States, and to relevant EU initiatives.

Il presente invito a presentare proposte attua il secondo progetto pilota del PE "Una sfera pubblica europea: una nuova offerta mediatica online per i giovani europei". L'invito mira ad avvicinare l'UE ai giovani, a incoraggiarli a diventare cittadini attivi e a metterli in contatto al di là delle frontiere. In questo modo, contribuisce anche all'Anno europeo della gioventù 2022.
Obiettivo
L'azione mira a coinvolgere i giovani europei creando spazi online curati che raccolgano contenuti stimolanti sull'attualità, consentendo loro di confrontare le prospettive di tutta Europa e di discutere e scoprire come i loro interessi si colleghino a quelli dei giovani europei di altri Stati membri e alle pertinenti iniziative dell'UE.
Ammissibilità
I candidati ammissibili (beneficiari ed enti affiliati) devono:
-essere persone giuridiche (enti pubblici o privati)
-essere stabiliti in uno degli Stati membri dell'UE (compresi i Paesi e territori d'oltremare -PTOM).
Le proposte possono essere presentate da uno dei seguenti richiedenti o da combinazioni di essi:
-Organizzazioni giornalistiche
-Organizzazioni senza scopo di lucro, comprese le organizzazioni giovanili (private o pubbliche).

Le proposte devono riguardare attività che si svolgono nei Paesi ammissibili. L'obiettivo territoriale di questa azione sono gli Stati membri dell'UE.
Finanziamento

The Youth Department of the Council of Europe encourages and supports local and regional authorities to devise and set in place specific activities which contribute to the implementation of the Enter! Recommendation on supporting access of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to social rights, namely through policies, programmes or projects which aim at providing or improving: accessible, affordable, and youth-friendly public services and other measures in the fields of education and training, employment and occupation, health, housing, information and counselling, sports, leisure and culture.
The support measures are on-demand provision of assistance and cooperation by the Council of Europe, which means that upon reception of the expression of interest, the Council of Europe will assess the type of support, expertise and cooperation that can be envisaged with the partnering local authority.
The support measures provided by the Council of Europe are based on the principle of cooperation and mutually shared interest in improving access to social rights of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods.
These support measures consist of:

This action enables participating organisations to gain experience in international cooperation across sectors, strengthen their capacities, produce high-quality innovative deliverables and address common needs and priorities in the fields of education, training, youth and sport.
Who can apply
Any participating organisation established in an EU Member State or third country associated to the Programme for at least 2 years before the application deadline.
-For Partnerships in the fields of education, training and youth submitted by European NGOs and managed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) the applicant coordinator must be a European NGO active in the field of education, training and youth.
Eligible participating organisations
-Any public or private organisation, established in an EU Member State or third country associated to the Programme or in any third country not associated to the Programme of the world.
(Exception: organisations from Belarus (Region 2) and the Russian Federation (Region 4) are not eligible to participate in this action).
-Any type of organisation active in any field of education, training, youth, sport or other socio-economic sectors as well as to organisations carrying out activities that are transversal to different fields (e.g. local, regional and national authorities, recognition and validation centres, chambers of commerce, trade organisations, guidance centres, cultural and sport organisations).
Consortium composition
Minimum 3 organisations from three different EU Member States or third countries associated to the Programme.
There is no maximum number of participating organisations in one partnership.
-For applications in the fields of school education, vocational education and training, adult education and youth, the same organisation (one OID) cannot be involved in more than 10 applications overall per deadline.
Duration of the project
Cooperation Partnerships should last between 12 and 36 months.
Eligible activities
Venue of the activities
-Activities must take place in the countries of the organisations participating in the project, either as full partners or as associated partners.
-Activities can also take place at the seat of an Institution of the European Union, even if in the project there are no participating organisations from the country that hosts the Institution.
-Activities involving sharing and promotion of results can also take place at relevant thematic transnational events/conferences in EU Member States or third countries associated to the Programme or third countries not associated to the Programme.
Funding
The proposed funding model consists of a menu of 3 single lump sums, corresponding to the total grant amount for the project: 120 000 EUR, 250 000 EUR and 400 000 EUR. Applicants will choose between the 3 pre-defined amounts according to the activities they want to undertake and the results they want to achieve.

Organisations active in the fields of education, training and youth receive support from the Erasmus+ Programme to carry out projects promoting different types of mobility for Staff.
How to access the Erasmus+ mobility opportunities
-Short-term projects for mobility of staff – these projects provide applicants with an opportunity to organise various mobility activities over a period of 6 to 18 months.
-Accredited projects for mobility of staff – these projects are open only to organisations holding an Erasmus accreditation in the field of vocational education and training.
-Joining an existing Erasmus+ mobility consortium led by an accredited consortium coordinator in their country.
-Hosting participants from another country: any organisation can become a host for learners coming from a partner organisation abroad.
Who can apply
a) For short-term projects for mobility of staff
-Organisations providing initial or continuing vocational education and training.
-Local and regional public authorities, coordination bodies and other organisations with a
role in the field of vocational education and training.
-Companies and other public or private organisations hosting, training or otherwise
working with learners and apprentices in vocational education and training.
b) For accredited projects for mobility of staff
-Applicants must hold a valid Erasmus accreditation in vocational education and training on the project start date.
Eligible participants
Teachers, trainers, and all other non-teaching experts and staff working in initial vocational education and training (iVET) and in continuing vocational education and training (cVET), staff working in initial and continuing VET, either in VET providers (as management staff, international mobility officers, Erasmus+ coordinators etc.) or in other organisations active in vocational education and training (e.g. trainers in local partner companies, counsellors, Erasmus+ coordinators, policy coordinators in charge of vocational education and training, etc.).

The awarded grant amount will depend on the total budget available for allocation to accredited applicants, the requested activities, the basic and maximum grant, the applicant’s performance, policy priorities, and geographical balance.
