ChangemakerXchange - China x Europe connects and supports changemakers who run practical solutions to social and environmental challenges. Participants receive tailored capacity building, a week together in Berlin, funding to turn shared ideas into joint projects, and lifelong access to ChangemakerXchange’s global network.

Who can apply

• You are from, or currently live in and create impact in, either mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or a country in Europe.
• Aged 18–35; exceptions possible for changemakers up to 40 years.
• You are the founder/co-founder, leader/co-leader, manager/co-manager of an initiative or organisation that is up and running, or you hold an influential position with decision-making power within it.
• You are strongly committed to creating positive social impact, have the potential to make a meaningful difference in the future, and are already taking action.
• Proficiency in English
