The Earth Prize
Environmental sustainability competition open to students worldwide.
The Earth Prize is a global competition challenging teenage students to develop and propose the best solutions to accelerate positive change towards environmental sustainability.
Eligibility criteria
- Being born between 2006 and 2012, from anywhere in the world
- Being registered in a school or educational programme (secondary school)
- Participants can be an individual student or a team of up to five students collaborating on a submission (students from different institutions can be part of the same team)
- Participants are encouraged to have an assigned adult Supervisor for their team to register.
- Past Participants are welcome to register, provided they present a different project.
How to participate
Students can propose solutions to accelerate positive change towards environmental sustainability. Proposals must be in English. Register here
Awards
- Seven teams will be “The Earth Prize Regional Winners” and will receive an award of $12,500
- Three mentors will be recognised as Mentor of the Year, each receiving a prize of $2,500.
