The European Endowment for Democracy (EED) is a grant-giving organisation based in Brussels. EED’s goal is to provide flexible support to democracy activists, complementing other EU and member state democracy support programmes.

Eligibility criteria

• Be under 30 years old
• Proficiency in Russian language required, in addition to English (proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Georgian language would be an asset).
• Preferably be a national of one of the EED Member States
• Be physically fit to perform duties

Conditions

Trainees receive a monthly allowance.
