The ASEF Young Leaders Summit, the youth platform connecting young people with the decision-makers and leaders from Asian & European countries, is taking place from June to November, in virtual mode & in Tromsø, Norway.

The ASEFYLS2026 will focus on Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future“ where participants will enhance their capacity to use the future to analyse trends and ‘weak signals’.

The ASEFYLS2026 programme consists of 2 programme elements:

1. Training phase: 9 June - 30 July 2026, Virtual
2. Action phase: August - November 2026, Local Communities

Who can apply

• Students and young professionals, between the ages of 18 and 30
• Citizens of any of the eligible Asian and European Countries
• Playing a leading role in a Youth Organisation/ Student Association (not exclusive to board members, executive committees) 
• Possessing strong verbal and written command of English.

Accommodation, meals and travel subsidies will be provided to the selected participants.

No registration or participation fees.
