A Schwarzkopf Alapítvány Fiatal Európa (Schwarzkopf Foundation Young Europe) úgy véli, hogy Európa sokszínűségét leginkább úgy lehet megérteni, ha megtapasztaljuk. Az utazási ösztöndíjak célja ezért az, hogy a fiatal európaiak felfedezhessék és felfedezzék kontinensüket. Az ösztöndíjasok utazásaik során aktuális politikai és társadalmi kérdésekkel foglalkoznak, és az egységes Európa nagyköveteivé válnak.

Schwarzkopf Foundation Young Europe is awarding travel grants to young people between 18 and 27 years of age who have been able to travel abroad little or not at all. Applications from young people with migration and refugee backgrounds, from rural areas, from vocational schools and with a secondary school diploma are encouraged to apply and will be given special consideration.

Who can apply

Young people between 18 and 27 years of age and who are citizens or have their main place of residence in one of the EU countries or in the following countries according to the Interrail policy.

The grant should enable young people to explore Europe and personally document it. The trip needs to address a specific topic or question research.

All sponsored trips should not start before 30 June 2023 and be completed by 30 September 2023.

The trip can last maximum one month.

What kind of travel grant is offered?

The travel grant will be awarded in the form of a digital Interrail Global Pass worth €528, valid for travel within a period of 1 month and valid for 33 European countries including Turkey.

No later than three months after the journey the travel grantee is required to submit a video report of the journey.

The report needs to include an explanation of how the research topic was addressed, the concrete findings and as personal reflections on the experiences.
