The 20th edition of the International Tool Fair will take place from 19-23 October 2026 in Sopot, Poland. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and learn from each other about innovative methods and best practices in formal and non-formal learning, through the exploration and exchange of ‘educational tools’. 

Under the theme GREEN FUTURE: Tools for Sustainable Transformation, the fair will focus on how education for sustainable development can drive meaningful change through innovative tools and approaches. 

Eligible participants

Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, volunteering mentors, youth coaches, and youth project managers from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries and Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU. 

Costs

This project is financed by the participating NAs of the Erasmus+ programme.  Participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your NA to know more.

The hosting National Agency will organise the accommodation and cover the costs for accommodation and food.
